ShadowUzumaki55; He is yeah, Ryouta doesn't get a break huh? The woman does yeah, she wants Ryouta to have her power, whether he wishes to or not. Teams Six and Seven along with Lee are doing their best to survive, but now they're confronted with the Sound, it seems that they'll have to do even more. Sakura's gonna shine in this chapter even more, showing how strong and capable she is. Hinata did her best yeah. Ryouta's doing his best to resist her, and with his brother by his side, lets hope he can.
Silver crow; Thanks! Sakura has done yeah. Garaga is still on the hunt. I'd be surprised if she wasn't his daughter. Yeah, she isn't in the talking mood right now, maybe in the future she will be. Glad you liked the scenes with Sakura and Karin. Yeah, I thought it would be cool if Mikoto was the one who gave her the Hawks summon. Ino could learn more about it sooner yeah. Neji seemed to have gotten the wrong idea huh? She knows him quite well yeah. Team Eight are doing their thing and even meeting Garaga, even if only a fleeting one. And yeah, Gaara is quite determined. Satsuki does yeah. Satsuki and Sakura had a sweet moment. Maybe Delta could do. Gaara could do. He'll acknowledge Lee's strength. Maybe Big Mom could do. If I did a Resident Evil story, maybe it could be a pairing like that. I could see the moments between Kushina and Naruko being like that. Maybe he could develop one of them. He might end up fighting Pakura. Yeah, he'd probably need to get a bigger house.
Hundred; I'll be doing both.
TheGreatGodzilla; I've got some story to do with Pakura. She might become apart of the harem. Tayuya could do yeah. Yeah, when I get some free time I'll give them a read. Hiruzen's fate, we'll see if it changes or not. Mitsuki will exist in some way or another, is all I can say without giving it away. The anime filler, I'll not be doing unless I think it could fit really well with the story. Chinoike Clan might have some more people. Those three from the Sound's fates could be intriguing. If Fu survived, she'd probably be in Ryouta's harem.
Skull Flame; Yeah, seems to be~
MDM11; They could do yeah. Ryouta could learn how to use chakra threads yeah. Karin's going to unlock the chakra chains earlier than she did in canon. Orochimaru might have to. They'd be cool members to have in the harem. He could save some of them yeah to train in their powers. Edo Tensei, I've got some ideas for. They'd be cool people to bring back. They could become Chunin's during this time yeah, thanks for the suggestions!
War Sage; Thanks! Glad you liked them! Sakura is yeah, she'll show some cool stuff this chapter as well. Glad you liked Hinata's scene. Garaga did yeah, he thought it would be the best time to do so. Ryouta and Neji will have some confrontations yeah. Ino definitely didn't yeah. Gaara is yeah, if she wasn't she'd be the first team, but thanks to the fact that she is, it might mean she isn't, but it doesn't stop her from being a dangerous opponent~ Maybe it is like that for Shisui. Yeah, Ryouta could be the sun to Kaguya's moon. I'm glad you liked their parts last chapter. Maybe she was being truthful when she said that. If that was possible, then Infinite Kotoamatsukami would be super powerful, being able to bend anyone to the users will. Thanks for the votes!
Guest; It was nice to see them again, for Ryouta it only strengthened his resolve in finding out what happened in his past, and pushing forward to his future. Kaguya said she'd be with him since the beginning, so read that as you will~ It will be explained more in detail later on about her. Garaga did yeah, he went fully after Orochimaru, who is right now drained of a good deal of his chakra, so he can't fully fight. Sakura and Karin did yeah, they could tell someone. I thought the Konoha Genin would be like that yeah. I thought the connection to Hawks could come from her Mother, so I guess it's foreshadowing for her eventually getting hawks~ Yeah, Neji was quite like that, he does get a lot better and is an awesome character. Hinata stood up and did her best~ Sakura's going to show her strength in this chapter, and show how she can protect people. Kabuto is yeah, we'll see how he's dealt with~ I guess in a weird way, she kinda is a bit like a Yandere, she wants Ryouta to notice her essentially, and then she wants to force her chakra into him. That would be an interesting thing to explore with the Nine Tails. Ryouta will know his parents somehow, if he sees them again somehow...we'll wait and see~ Thank you very much! Thanks for the votes!
Andrew123456; Right now he isn't one.
Brainstorm Sorcerer; Yeah, he's come back to save his little brother in his time of need. Ryouta's doing his best to resist yeah, and a little trip down memory lane only strengthens Ryouta's resolve. It was Ino's sensing coming into the story yeah. Karin could do that~ Sakura's gonna be showing some more stuff here. The girls seemed to wish to do that yeah. We'll see how Hiruzen reacts soon. He'll have a mixture of both colours. Eventually Ryouta will meet the White Snake Sage. They are still watching him yeah. If Ryouta used that he very well could pierce through that and he is quite fast so he could possibly get there before the rotation is able to fully form. Hinata did her best to stand up to Gaara. I thought it would be good if the hawks came from Mikoto. They may find out Ino said that~ Ryouta and Neji will have their fight yeah.

Well, with those reviews out of the way, it's time to start the chapter.
The flowers bloom!
Ryouta couldn't believe it was Shisui who had saved him.
Even in a dream like world, Ryouta was stunned.
But he couldn't be more happy.
He wasn't sure if this was just Ryouta imagining Shisui coming to save him or what else it could be, but he didn't care right now, and stayed in his brothers arms as he was exhausted for what was going on with the woman and the fight he had with Orochimaru.
Looking around him, Ryouta saw that they were in a forest. It wasn't the Forest of Death, Ryouta remembered it from when he fought against Yashiro. He could see up ahead, how Yashiro was defeated, how he and Izumi fought so hard against him.
When seeing Yashiro's form, Ryouta turned his eyes from him, he couldn't stand looking at him.
Not through fear, but through pure disgust at what he had tried to do to him back then.
"Shi-chan...we can't outrun her. She's everywhere."
"Maybe but it doesn't mean we can't keep running."
"What is she?"
Shisui hummed as a response.
"Hmm, I don't know what she really is."
"Still...Shi-chan, you came for me, even here...you came to save me..."
"Of course!"
As he spoke up, the woman appeared before him once more.
Her long hair came shooting out, so Shisui withdrew his blade, and managed to slice across the hair, making sure that it couldn't reach him or Ryouta, but the woman wasn't thrilled with that, and stuck out her hands.
"Move, this is the time we are to be alone..."
"Yeah right." Shisui weaved through some hand signs, before breathing out of his mouth. "Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Ryouta looked at the massive form of chakra before him, heading for the woman.
Using a single hand, she directed her hand upwards and caused the flaming sphere to disappear in a flash of strong chakra.
However, as she did, she looked through the flames to see that Ryouta and Shisui had gone.
"This boy...he isn't strong enough to come near to beating me. Yet, his will...it's so strong, and I can't...understand why I am unable to reach him. Could it be, this boys will is putting up resistance? Even if his will resists, I will not lose this chance."
The woman then continued forward, while searching for the duo once more.
A little before that, Karin, Haku, and Lee had made it to the field. Haku began picking some plants to help in the recovery of Ryouta and the others. If nothing else, she thought that this would be the best thing that they could do.
"These should be good for their recovery. In case Naruko-san also gets feeling a little sick."
"Aah yes! That would be good!"
"Though Lee-san, I'm sorry about dragging you with us. I wish I had more chakra. I have gained a bit more since we've been able to relax a little, but I'm not anywhere near full capacity again. I feel guilty about keeping you from your team."
Lee waved his hand again and again.
"No, no! Please don't worry about that, everything is fine!"
"Your teammates are also fine, I can sense them from here."
Karin informed, Lee looked relieved.
"Aah, thank you for telling me. I was getting a bit worried."
"Don't worry, they aren't engaging in a fight, they've been running around, most likely looking for you."
Lee scratched the back of his head sheepishly.
"Ehehe, I should let them know that I'm alright. I don't want to worry them."
"Sorry about that, because we're low on chakra, we're asking a lot of you."
Karin showed a remorseful look.
Lee however showed an enthusiastic smile, shaking his head side to side.
"Not at all! Please don't worry!"
"You are kind Lee-kun, thank you for everything you've done for us."
Haku spoke words of gratitude.
But then Karin's face dropped.
She placed her hands together, and concentrated to make sure what she was feeling, was in fact real.
Confirming it to herself, she turned to the others.
"Guys, we have to get back to the others, now!"
"Is it Orochimaru?"
Haku asked, worried for the others and what could be happening with them.
"No, but it is people we've come across before. The Ninja from Oto, and another one...it feels like the same person that fought you Lee-san."
Haku grimaced, and Lee looked on curiously.
They knew they needed to get back before anything else happened.
Back with Sakura, and the others, she looked at the enemies, and then to herself. Three enemies that she would have to take on her own, she knew that Satsuki was low on chakra, and the others weren't around.
She made a stance, and looked as Zaku stepped up.
Kabuto stationed himself nearby, he didn't want to make a move without it being perfect, that he knew he'd be able to get away with it and keep them hidden.
"I'll be more than enough for this Princess."
Zaku thrust his hands forward, not giving Sakura anytime to do anything other than dodge towards the left. While doing that, she tossed her kunai for him, which he laughed at and merely thrust his hand in that direction, releasing a sound wave that blew the kunai away and right towards Sakura herself.
She didn't get deterred, blocking the kunai with another one of hers, and used the projectile, grabbing it in mid air and then tossed it upwards, cutting through some of the leaves up above, and then through another rope.
Zaku looked to see that a tree branch came swinging down towards him, he smirked as he thrusted his hand out, and shattered the branch, only for Sakura to run forward, crossing the distance enough for her to come from his right, and swung her fist for him.
Dodging out of the way, she then reeled back another fist, and sent it forward towards Zaku, who jumped out of the way, watching as Sakura's fist hit a tree, and caused the bark to be heavily splintered, and almost broke through it, showing Sakura's incredible strength.
"Get back!"
Zaku released enough sound from his hands that Sakura had to jump away. But the sound wave blasted into the ground and the shock wave caught the young woman up in it, and then dug into the ground.
Sakura winced, pulling her head up to see that Zaku was running at her, thrusting out his palm and released another sound wave, Sakura didn't waste time even reacting verbally, and jumped to her feet.
She then jumped, landing on a tree, and ran up it.
"Don't think you can escape me!"
Zaku thrusted a hand out, shooting off a precise sound wave that smashed into the tree, breaking through it to the other side, showing how much he put into the attack, and thankfully Sakura was able to dodge that kind of attack.
Getting higher up the tree, Sakura cut a piece of wire which released several volleys of kunai for Zaku.
He widened his eyes, he couldn't believe the amount that came for him.
Even his sound waves wouldn't be able to handle them all, so he didn't have a choice but to dodge out of the way, moving back several paces until his back neared a large thick tree, where Sakura came shooting down like an arrow, clutching a kunai that she had, tossing it at Zaku.
"A single one?! Tricks wont work girl!"
Zaku released a wave of sound pressure, which hit the kunai.
But as it did, he saw on the end was a flash ball, which released a bright light.
"Aaah!"
Zaku's eyes took the bright light, the same for Dosu and Kin.
Sakura then used this chance to get in close, and went to pierce him so she could disable him.
Zaku's eyes opened ever so slightly to see a blurry Sakura, swinging out his arm and shot off some sound pressure, Sakura dodged it as she got in close, albeit receiving a cut on her arm, but she didn't stop, stabbing into his left arm, digging her kunai in so much and then sliced down, Zaku released a cry of pain.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"
He had underestimated her.
He didn't think she'd get nearly as far as that.
Satsuki also was surprised by how well Sakura was doing.
"She's always been smart, and seeing her use her mind and tricks, it seems she's taking after Ryou in that regard. She might not be a power house, but she has some of her skills, allowing her to overcome a force that is stronger than she might be at present."
As Zaku's eyes adjusted, Sakura ripped the kunai out and went for his other arm, when Dosu came in and punched at her, she didn't have time to substitute out of the way, and had to take him head on with her kunai.
Clashing together, she thought that he had held her off.
But, surprise came over her as she suddenly began feeling off…
"Aaaaaaah!"
Pain then came to her ears, thanks to Dosu's gauntlet.
"Can you hear it? My gauntlet also allows me to manipulate sound. Your inner ears fluid is being compromised, and your sense of balance, among other things are being thrown off. I must admit to do that to Zaku, you did rather well. But, I also can't let you continue forward."
Sakura winced, as her ear began to bleed from the impact of Dosu's sound.
Zaku, angry that he had to be saved, thrusted his hand at Sakura, and shot off his sound at point blank range.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
Blasting Sakura back, she hit the ground harshly, and she began bleeding.
"Sakura..."
Satsuki growled, and went to move, as Kin came behind Sakura, and grabbed her by her hair. Lifting Sakura up, she winced as Kin took out a senbon, and placed it to Sakura's throat, stopping Satsuki's advance.
"What are you going to now Princess? Instead of doing your hair care, you should have practising your Ninjutsu. You have nothing and you can't help yourself now, can you?"
Sakura looked up, seeing Kin smirking down at her.
She then turned her eyes down, and looked regretful, not sure how they'd get out of the situation.
While she was, Kabuto moved slowly towards Ryouta.
For Orochimaru, he'd take the boy while all eyes were on Sakura and the others, then he'd take Satsuki...
Back in the dream world, having escaped her for the moment, Shisui saw Ryouta gripping his head in pain, so he stopped and placed him down. Sitting down on a stone, still in a forest, Ryouta ran a hand through his hair.
He looked fatigued, mentally and physically drained.
He looked pale, nearly a deadly pale.
Ryouta breathed in and out hard, while Shisui placed a hand on top of his head.
"Breathe slowly, you're okay."
Ryouta tried catching his breath.
But it proved to be difficult.
Every passing moment, he could feel her more and more.
Her power…
Her presence…
Everything about her.
She was powerful, she wasn't going to stop.
"Thanks Shi-chan...but the longer I stay here...the more I can feel her...it's suffocating. I don't know what she wants...but she's relentless...it's like she wont stop at anything, and I don't even know why she needs me. I can feel something powerful from her, the strongest thing I've ever looked at before...so why does she need me?"
Shisui pulled in closer, and peered into his eyes.
"I don't know, but she isn't going to get you. She might be super powerful, but you're resisting her. Keep resisting her."
Trying to reassure him as much as he could, Ryouta truly did appreciate it.
But, it was difficult.
He felt on his skin her icy cold fingers, even when she wasn't there.
"She's...tough..."
Shisui could see the trouble and torment on Ryouta's face.
This woman had unnerved him quite a bit.
Her presence, her power, it was terrifying.
"Even if she is super strong, you can stop her here. This isn't only her world."
"But...how do you know?"
Shisui laughed, and poked Ryouta's forehead, catching him by surprise.
"Because I know~"
Ryouta raised an eyebrow.
"Not the answer I'd hope for..."
"Hehe, well it's true~ I do know, you've resisted everything that's ever tried to hurt you. Yashiro, the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, everything you've had to deal with, you've always done your best to resist. And if she wanted you dead, then she'd try and kill you. However..."
"She hasn't tried to kill me. I thought maybe by absorbing my chakra, that's what she wished to do...but, it must be in her best interest to keep me alive, right?"
Shisui nodded.
"Must be, when you find that reason why she needs you, then you'll have the power."
"Yeah...but how do I find out why she needs me? She isn't exactly the sharing kind."
Shisui hummed.
"I'm sure you'll figure it out."
"Hopefully...hehe, I'm glad you're here Shi-chan."
Shisui chuckled, and lightly petted the young boys head.
Though it brought some comfort, Ryouta felt as if the woman was going to appear at any moment.
He didn't know how long he could keep resisting her.
How long...until she got what she wished for.
Meanwhile, within the real world Team Ino, Shikamaru and Choji were traversing the forest. Ino still seemed a bit out of it, Shikamaru could tell that she wasn't feeling herself. While she didn't distract from the mission at hand, it was very clear that she wasn't herself.
"Ino, you've got to tell us what's going on."
"I don't know...I have a strange feeling something's going on with the others..."
"You have a feeling? Is it hunger maybe?"
Ino shot her eyes for Choji.
"Not everyone thinks with their stomach Choji!"
Choji winced, while Shikamaru thought about it.
"Maybe because you're a bit of a sensor type, you're feeling the fights?"
Showing his smarts Shikamaru posed that idea to the blonde haired girl.
Ino hummed and wondered if that was what it was.
"Maybe you're right..."
As she said it, they heard a scream.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
It was a girls scream, a pained cry.
"Geez, this forest is full of all sorts of weird crazy people!"
Choji yelled, but Ino recognized it.
She knew that voice, as it was the voice of her friend.
"Sakura...we need to go and help her now!"
"Hey Ino, wait!"
Ino ignored Shikamaru, so he murmured "What a drag." and then went after Ino, dragging Choji along with him.
Ino ran as close as she could, and when she got into a clearing, she saw Sakura being restrained by her hair, seeing Satsuki looking exhausted, Ryouta and Naruko passed out, and Ryouta's teammates not being around.
She and the other two following her didn't know what was going on.
Kabuto on the other hand used his tricks and skills to remain undetected. Thanks to Karin not being there, she couldn't sense him out, even he would have some trouble keeping hidden from Karin who had amazing sensing skills.
"Now what's it going to be Uchiha girl? Hand over the boy, or this girls going to get it."
Zaku said cockily, while Kin pulled some of Sakura's long hair.
She winced at the feeling, and didn't know what she was supposed to do now.
Zaku then placed his hand right next to Sakura's head, Ino noticed the holes in his hand seemed to be releasing a strong pressure that was blowing Sakura's remaining hair, it looked if he did release his Jutsu, then she'd be killed by his attack.
"If I give him over to you, what are you going to do with him?"
Satsuki wouldn't hand him over of course, but she wished to know their true intentions.
"Kill him of course."
Satsuki grit her teeth, while Ino looked on.
Seeing how Sakura was being held by her hair, seeing the pain and anger on her face, it was clear she needed to do something. But she didn't know what to do. She didn't know the enemies attacks, she didn't know if she could do anything.
"You wont kill him."
"Then this girl dies right here, and now."
Zaku declared as he went to fire his Jutsu.
Satsuki stood up, shaky legs as she felt tired.
"You want to fight...then you can fight me."
"I don't want to fight you, I want to kill the Uchiha. Get out of the way, or this girl dies."
Sakura looked at Satsuki, and she thought about what she should say, what she could do.
With eyes on them, Kabuto went behind a tree, close by to where Ryouta was, and could see Satsuki didn't have the Sharingan active either. Kabuto was glad that Orochimaru had weakened them all, to the point that he'd be able to take them down.
While he was sure that he'd be able to take Sakura and the current Satsuki in a fight, he didn't want to waste anymore chakra than necessary, and he didn't want to give an excuse for the others to come back quicker either.
As even he would admit that fighting all of them off, with the amount of chakra he currently had thanks to healing Orochimaru and himself from what the giant red snake did to him beforehand, he knew that he'd have to play this smartly, and he'd do just that.
Ino watched on, and thought about what would be best.
"If I use Mind Body Switch Jutsu, maybe I could get that girl away from her...but her other teammate that has his hand pressed against her, and if I took over that guy, then the girl could slice her neck before I could do anything...no, what am I supposed to do?"
"Ino." Shikamaru spoke quietly, gaining her attention. "What do you wanna do here?"
"You're asking me?"
Ino said in disbelief, Shikamaru nodded.
"You know Sakura-san more than I do, you must know what she is capable of. Whatever we do, if we don't act fast, then we'll have dead bodies on our hands."
Ino knew he was right.
But she didn't know what to do.
All she could do was stare at Sakura who was gripping her hands, digging her fingernails into the dirt.
When she saw that Sakura began shedding a few tears, Ino's heart also broke.
It was clear Sakura wanted to do more, she wished to fight, and she wished to protect her comrades.
Those she cared for...
"Everyone's...depending on me. Satsuki...Ryou-kun...Naruko...Haku-chan, Karin-san...Lee-san, everyone is depending on me to protect them. I...I can't let it end here. They've all fought so hard...thanks to each of them, we all survived that Orochimaru...and now they're all weakened, or trying to help the others...and I've been caught...I can't let my friends down...I can't wait to be saved...I have to save myself..."
Sakura knew this was the time for her to stand up.
It was time for her to finally show what she was made of.
She was also a member of Team Seven, and she wasn't going to be left behind.
The accomplishments of her teammates, of Naruko, of Satsuki, and also seeing her friends also growing stronger, she was going forward, she was going to not stand on the sidelines anymore, she was going to fight.
Taking out a kunai, Sakura held it in a slightly shaking hand.
Zaku looked down at her, and pushed against her forehead.
"Try it, and I'll split your skull apart!"
Sakura looked up at him.
Deadly determination in her eyes.
"You...You wont get your hands on my teammates...and you can forget about getting your hands on Ryou-kun too!"
"Heh, and what are you going to do?"
"This."
Zaku didn't get what that meant…
Only for Sakura to toss her kunai through Zaku's parted legs.
He looked to see that from that direction, seeing that a light was flashing, followed by an explosion, blowing Zaku towards her, as Sakura turned her kunai towards Kin, but rather than slash at her, her kunai ran through her long pink hair, cutting it off, and freeing her from Kin. As her hair strands fell down to the ground, her headband also came off.
Sakura looked at the long hair falling down.
By cutting it, it allowed her to stand up, but not before Sakura noticed Kin's senbon on the ground, which had a small bell attached to it, so she picked it up and placed it on her person in case she could use it as a secret weapon.
"Wow...Sakura, she's really stepping up..."
Satsuki was amazed, to see Sakura fighting strong and using her head, she sat back down and looked on.
As Zaku got in close, Sakura tightened her fist, and threw it forward, nailing Zaku in the face, and sent him flying backwards. Blood came out of his mouth at the incredible punch, and he went flying by Dosu who looked bewildered by what had happened.
"That was very clever, this girl might be more tricky than I thought."
While not wanting to praise his enemies, he didn't have a choice but to do that in that moment.
Zaku hit a tree, and spat out some blood, while Sakura stood tall.
Ino looked on, stunned by what was going on.
But then she saw that Kin was going for Sakura, so she motioned to Shikamaru.
"Got it."
Shikamaru stretched out his shadow, and attached it to Kin's moments before Sakura was going to be attacked.
Shikamaru stepped out, Kin looking on as much as she could.
"H-Hey, what are you doing to me?!"
Kin demanded, but Shikamaru didn't answer, and caused her to do a peace sign to Sakura.
"Leave this to meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
Choji then turned his body larger, into a large bowling ball, and shot for Dosu who looked on curiously.
"Back up?"
Dosu murmured.
Sakura looked to see Shikamaru moving closer to Kin, before making her go back away from the young girl.
Sakura then looked to see as Dosu dodged left, and punched Choji's body. Using his sound based technique, he controlled it to go towards Choji's ears, and caused him to feel unbalanced, sick, and his inner ears began to bleed.
Ino mentally apologized to Choji for that, but placed her hands out, and readied her Jutsu.
Shikamaru took out a kunai, with Kin being forced to do the same thing, and then tossed them towards Dosu, forcing him to stay in one location as he blocked the barrage of attacks with his gauntlet.
But that gave Ino all the time she needed when she used her Jutsu. Though it didn't have the fastest travel speed, her teammates gave her all the time she needed, and she ended up taking over Dosu's body.
"Done."
Ino said within Dosu's body, while Ino's body slumped against a tree, Sakura looked between them.
"Ino...everyone..."
"Don't worry, we've got these guys."
Ino said, relieving Sakura who turned on Zaku.
"Thanks...leave this one to me."
Zaku thought she was joking.
But Sakura looked deadly serious.
Kabuto himself managed to get within the tree without being detected. He even killed the sound of his own heartbeat, his odor so he couldn't be detected via scent either.
His eyes went towards the unconscious Ryouta, and his hand reached out for the boy, ready to take him to the unsuspecting others.
Back with Ryouta himself, the young boy regained some breath and kept moving forward with his brother. Every step felt like a mile, each moment that passed felt like minutes, breathing itself felt like a hard task, and Ryouta knew it most likely was the woman who was doing this to him.
However, Shisui kept him going, pushing him from behind.
"Shi-chan...I hope the others are okay...that damn Orochimaru..."
"You used your eyes, didn't you?"
"Yes...the power you gave me when you...when you passed on, I drove him off. But I couldn't stop him completely."
"Though I'm sure you gave him quite a bit of damage."
Ryouta hoped that was the case.
Something else however was going through his mind about the woman.
"Shi-chan...that woman, I keep thinking about what she said...that she's always been with me...she knows all about me, yet I know nothing of her...I don't even know her name."
"She might have seen your experiences, but she hasn't grasped how determined you are. She might be incredibly powerful...but you can keep going on Ryou, I know you can."
Ryouta hoped he could.
The more he moved, the less likely it seemed he would be able to keep away from her.
And just as he thought about her, she appeared once more.
"Stop resisting me."
Ryouta shook his head with bags under his eyes.
"No...I wont..."
Shisui stood beside the boy, taking his hand before moving away from her.
"You can't save him."
She spoke to Shisui but he didn't care.
"I'll do what I can."
She pulled closer.
"I can give you power, yet you resist me, why?"
"You keep forcing me to do as you wish, I don't know what your power would do to me."
"It would give you the tools necessary for us to move together."
Ryouta looked on as she pulled closer and closer.
Her hair began moving towards him, her eyes intensely focused upon him.
Ryouta felt exhausted, mentally and physically, resisting her more and more became extremely difficult...
Back with Kabuto, he looked outside to see them having a stare off.
Because the others had been distracted further, Kabuto now had the perfect chance.
Take Satsuki down with some poison, while taking Ryouta and her away.
He glanced at Naruko, and gave an uncaring expression.
"This is it...I'll take him and then take both Uchiha. Orochimaru-sama, I'll deliver them to you."
He was determined to do his best, and was ready to take action.
Kabuto wordlessly moved towards Ryouta, to grab him and take him away…
However, the moment his hand touched Ryouta's body, Tobi came through the ground. However, Tobi wasn't using his normal appearance. He had transformed into that of Ryouta himself.
Overlaying his body with Ryouta's own so perfectly that Kabuto couldn't tell it was someone else, and thought that it was Ryouta's eye opening.
Kabuto barely had time to gasp as Tobi grabbed Kabuto's body, and due to Tobi's transformed body hiding Ryouta's real form from Kabuto's gaze, Kabuto thought it was the real Ryouta reacting.
"That snake isn't getting his hands on Ryou."
Tobi thought darkly within his mind, as he used his incredible strength to fling him out of the tree, breaking through the bark, alerting Satsuki.
She turned with a kunai in the matter of a second, but couldn't see anything.
Tobi had vanished before she could see him.
She moved Ryouta and Naruko closer to her, she used what little chakra she had to activate her Sharingan to see any signatures, but couldn't see anything or anyone.
"Could that have been the Oto Ninja trying something? I can't see anything though..."
Satsuki kept looking towards the hole that had been formed, making sure that she'd protect them both the best that she could do.
Sakura on the other hand looked towards her opponent Zaku, and made her move.
Zaku smirked, and held up his hands towards her, as she held shurikens between her fingers.
"As if little girl! You wont be able to beat me!"
Sakura launches her shurikens as she weaves through some hand signs.
Zaku releases a strong sound wave, repelling the attacks that Sakura sent, but as they came back at her, she disappeared with a log.
"Body Replacement, such an Academy Jutsu!"
Zaku yelled, Shikamaru felt like he wouldn't be able to hold the Jutsu he had for long on Kin, so hoped that Sakura would finish the fight quickly, while Choji was still fighting through the effects of Dosu's attack on his ears, and body.
But then Zaku heard a noise from up above.
He looked up to see Sakura coming down so he laughed and pulled out some kunai, and tossed them up casually, sure that she was going to replace herself anyway so he didn't even need to bother with anything else.
However, as he looked down, he heard the sound of metal clanging together, so he looked up to see that Sakura had batted away all of the kunai thrown at her, and her fist had tightened, lacing it with chakra.
"Chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"
Zaku panicked, and jumped back.
But he didn't have the exact timing right, and the wound he received by the kunai she stabbed into his arm beforehand when they first launched an attack, Sakura's fist smashed against it.
His eyes widened, as pain erupted through his body as her fist dragged him down into the ground and caused the earth to receive a huge dent in it, surrounding Zaku's body the ground crumbled ever so slightly.
"AAAAAAAAAAH!"
Zaku cried out, he tried to move his arm, but Sakura's attack caused him to feel weakened.
Bleeding profusely, he knew the arm had been taken out of commission, but nevertheless he rolled on the ground and took aim at Sakura, who in turn ran at him.
"Don't think you've got me!"
Sending out several waves of sound at her, Sakura dodged left and right, avoiding the attacks. Because of his severally damaged arm, he wasn't able to do concentrate enough, allowing Sakura to get in close, and then deliver a kick towards him.
He pulled back, throwing a number of kunai for her at close range.
She dodged, with one cutting her cheek.
But Sakura didn't stop, and rushed forward.
"What are you doing?! You can't beat me!"
"Maybe, maybe not! We'll have to see!"
Sakura dropped a smoke bomb onto the ground at close range.
Zaku's eyes covered with smoke, and he grimaced.
"She's going to try and hear me, that much is obvious. But she'll also make a noise, she has to. I'll just wait for her, and then deliver an attack against her."
Zaku moved his hand around, ready to strike at any moment.
As he did, Shikamaru couldn't hold his Jutsu any longer, and Kin ended up being released.
"Damn it..."
Kin smirked, and rushed for the smoke cloud.
Ino grimaced, and rushed between them, believing that Kin wouldn't hurt a teammate.
However, she was wrong when Kin pulled out a kunai, and came at her from the right hand side.
Ino moved her arm, but then saw that Kin didn't turn it on her, she threw it towards Ino's original body.
"Yeah, one on one you've won. But when it is two on one, you've not."
Kin mocked, as Ino shoulder barged Kin hard enough she was knocked back, while Ino jumped Dosu's body away as far as she could while releasing the Jutsu, and returned back to her own body, just in time for her to duck the kunai that was thrown at her, protecting herself.
Ino looked on towards the cloud of smoke, and thought about Sakura.
"I'm sorry Sakura, I wish we could have done more..."
Though Ino felt sad, Sakura was truly grateful to her friends for coming to help her and distract the others while she finished off Zaku, which she was fully intending to do. She couldn't let him attack anymore.
Zaku on the other hand could hear what was going on outside of the smoke cloud, but he didn't know what he was going to do.
However, he then heard something.
A small noise coming from his hip area.
Confusion came to him, he looked down to see hooked through his shirt, was a senbon that had a small bell attached to it, it looked like one of Kin's, Zaku's eyes widening when realizing what this meant…
Sakura knew where he was.
And seconds later…
Sakura appeared from his right, Zaku tried to raise his hand to blast her, but she got in quickly, and charged up her fist, and punched him hard in his stomach.
"Chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"
Sakura put all her effort into it, and sent him flying out of the smoke.
"Gwaaaah!"
Smashing through a tree, Zaku's eyes turned ghostly white as he spat out a good deal of blood.
Hitting a tree behind the one he broke through, his eyes began to close, due to the injuries he sustained.
Satsuki looked at Sakura, seeing how she managed to stop Zaku.
Meanwhile, Kabuto's body smashed through several trees, before he landed on the ground.
Wincing at the feeling, he turned his eyes back to the place the two Uchiha were.
"That boy..."
Kabuto was annoyed.
He felt his body aching, the punch Tobi gave transformed into Ryouta hurt more than he thought, and used his chakra to heal himself the best that he could.
But, if he had been compromised, he didn't know what he was going to do.
He thought about making one last attempt, so he picked himself up, wincing as he did, and then began running back.
He wouldn't give up now.
Back with the others, Kin and Dosu both looked on, seeing how Zaku had been defeated by Sakura, and had to admit that they were shocked.
"You aren't to be underestimated. It seems that Zaku paid that price."
Sakura looked on as Dosu readied his weapon.
"Are you going to fight me next?"
"Confident girl, aren't you?"
Dosu spoke.
Though he did see some, it was something else driving Sakura forward.
"No, it isn't confidence at all. I have to fight you to protect my teammates."
Dosu was slightly taken aback by that, while Kin looked between them.
She thought what would be the best to fight, and what would happen if she attacked.
She could see that Sakura was more tired, after fighting Orochimaru, then Zaku, she was tired.
Ino and Shikamaru were still going but Choji was rolling on the ground in pain from the attack Dosu gave him beforehand.
Satsuki also seemed to be exhausted, while Naruko and Ryouta were both passed out.
Kin then made a move.
She shot for Satsuki who held up her kunai to defend herself.
Dosu while believing her to be reckless, he also went for Sakura, believing this to be the best time.
Ino and Shikamaru tried to stop Kin, but she was fast, and had wasted less chakra than they had.
As she got in close, Satsuki went to defend…
When Haku appeared before her, and kicked the senbon out of her hand.
"What?!"
Kin tightened her hand and sent a fist for Haku, but she didn't even need to move all that much, and blocked it with her arm, before propelling her fist into Kin's upper body, sending her flying backwards and hit the ground.
As she did, she saw that there was seal below her, restricting her movements.
She looked to see Karin at the end of the seal, trapping Kin all together.
"Light String Formation, you're stuck there."
"Get off me!"
"As if, you're stopped now."
Kin's eyes widened while Sakura saw Dosu still coming in.
She went to move, when Lee came spinning down from up high, so she called "Watch out for his gauntlet Lee-san! It can disorient you and attack your inner ears!" Lee nodded, which Dosu didn't like, so he pulled back as his foot smashed into the ground, forcing Dosu away a good deal.
He knew if he did attack with the gauntlet, then Lee would have done something else, or if not him, then Sakura, Ino or Shikamaru would have. Even Haku could have done the same thing as well,
Dosu landed on the ground as he saw Lee, Haku, Sakura, Ino, and Shikamaru all stepping up.
Looking between them…
He knew he was defeated.
He couldn't fight them all at once.
"Wait...let me make a deal."
"You aren't going to fight us?"
Lee asked, Dosu huffed.
"I'm not an idiot, if I tried to strike you all now, then I'd lose. I can't fight all of you. So, how about I hand over my scroll, and I'll take my two teammates out of here." Dosu took out his scroll, Sakura seeing it being the one that they needed. "Agreed?"
Sakura hummed, as did the others.
Sakura walked closer, while Dosu watched on.
"Sakura-chan..."
Lee spoke up, Sakura turned back and lightly smiled.
"Watch my back okay?"
"Yes!"
Sakura continued on.
She bent down, and picked up the scroll before moving back to the safety of the others.
Satsuki looked on, before standing up.
"Tell me first why you came here to kill Ryou."
Dosu looked towards Satsuki.
"He could cause trouble in the future."
Satsuki felt there was something more to this, that they had a reason why they targeted Ryouta in the first place.
"Was that the only reason?"
"Yes."
"You're lying. Tell me why you were here in the first place."
Dosu knew he had to be smart as he looked between them all.
Just then, Karin sensed something incoming.
"That guys back, the one that fought you Lee-san!"
Lee tightened his hand as Kabuto in disguise jumped out, and tossed several kunai's with paper bombs towards them all.
Dosu was surprised he was there, and questioned why he was there. Not that he wasn't grateful, but Kabuto being there to Dosu didn't make sense since he was under the assumption he was doing something else for Orochimaru and they were there to take care of Ryouta for them, but it felt like something else was going on, something that he didn't like.
Lee jumped forward, and swung out his legs, catching the kunai's, and kicking them away as fast as he could, but some began to detonate...
"I've got it Lee-san."
Haku weaved through some hand signs, causing a small shield of ice to appear before Lee, blocking the explosion before it could hurt him.
Satsuki took out some shurikens, tossing them at high speed, using her weapons to bounce the kunai's away and land in different areas.
However, while doing that, Kabuto motioned for Dosu to leave with Zaku secretly, which he began to do once grabbing Kin also, while Kabuto went for the weakened Satsuki and Ryouta, making one last attempt.
Satsuki stood there, and prepared to fight, as Kabuto got in close, his hand reaching for the girl, who dodged, and sent her foot out, only for Kabuto to block it with his arm, then pushed her back, his free hand grabbing for Satsuki, who twisted her body and slammed her foot into his upper body, pushing Kabuto back ever so slightly as Karin along with Shikamaru tossed several shurikens at Kabuto.
"It's no good, with so many it would be an annoyance, plus with all the chakra I've used fighting and healing myself and Orochimaru-sama, I can't afford to fight them all now. I'll go back to Orochimaru-sama and regroup with him."
Kabuto dropped a smoke bomb, obscuring their visions.
But Karin sensed him jump away towards the right, going in a different way to the Sound Ninja.
"Damn, he's getting away!"
Karin warned, pointing out his location.
Lee went to move, when Kabuto whispered his Jutsu, causing a huge bullet of water to come up from the surrounding area, and shoot for them all from up high.
As it did, Satsuki activated her Sharingan eyes, and tossed forward a shuriken for Kabuto.
Kabuto brought out his own, tossing it at the shuriken, knocking it away, only for a kunai to appear, being controlled by Satsuki's wire usage, Kabuto was surprised but managed to coat his hand in chakra, and swing for it, knocking it away, while Haku placed her hands together, and caused her ice to shoot out, hitting the water, and froze it within moments.
But doing that, Kabuto managed to begin getting away with Dosu.
Satsuki watched as Lee landed on the ground, and clicked his tongue.
"Should I chase them down?"
Satsuki looked on, before shaking her head.
"No, they could have set up traps for us and we aren't up to full power yet either."
Haku nodded.
"I agree, we've driven them off, we don't need to go right now."
Satsuki looked back towards Ryouta, seeing his face looking a little more at ease now, and she hoped he'd be getting up soon, while wondering more about Kabuto, if he used the Sound as an opportunity to gain them, but at least she was glad that Orochimaru hadn't shown up.
Meanwhile, within Ryouta's dream like world, while still with Shisui, Ryouta saw her hair coming towards him, so he took his sword, and swung it out, cutting through a few strands of her hair, but more and more kept coming for him.
Ryouta then saw Shisui push him behind himself to protect him.
"Don't worry, I'll keep you safe."
But Ryouta knew that Shisui couldn't protect him forever, so he had to stand together with his brother.
"Shi-chan, you were right before...I have to stand up to her. If I don't she wont stop."
Shisui lightly smiled, seeing the fierce passion in his eyes.
"Right...you can do this."
With the confidence of his elder brother on his side, Ryouta didn't back down from the woman.
The woman tilted her head in wonder as she saw Ryouta pull out from beside Shisui and stand together with the elder brother.
"So you stand before me. No more running? Will you accept me now?"
Asking Ryouta directly, he pulled closer, and cupped his hands together.
"You said you've been with me always...you know everything about me."
"Yes."
"You also said the opportunity only presented itself recently, why? What changed now?"
The woman furrowed her brows, and placed her hand forward.
"The opportunity presented itself, and I took hold. You called out to me in that moment of desperation for that being known as Orochimaru was going to attack you all, I heeded your call."
"I didn't call you. I don't even know what you are, so how could I call you?"
"Perhaps you consciously didn't know, your soul called out for help. For the power to fight on. I answered that call, and reached out to you. But you resist me, and run from me."
"Because I don't know you, and to be fair, you've not made the best first impression."
Shisui held a slight smile on his face, seeing Ryouta standing up more and more.
Even though he felt tired, sick, and felt like giving in would be immensely easier than standing up to this powerful woman.
He wouldn't stop, and wouldn't bow down and give in.
"I wont leave."
Ryouta grit his teeth as the woman approached him.
He didn't move.
He was tired of running.
He didn't want to go anywhere.
Her hand reached out, Ryouta went to take a step back…
But Shisui pushed him forward.
"This is your mind too Ryou. She isn't the only one in control here. Remember that."
Ryouta looked at Shisui, seeing the confidence he gained from his brother.
Nodding, he stood his ground against the woman, who's hand was repelled from Ryouta, even surprising him.
"...You repelled me?"
"You might try to rule this world...but, this is also my world."
The woman looked on, surprised.
"..Why can you resist me this much?"
"You are powerful, stronger than I am...You might be able to drain my chakra...you might be able to beat me in a fight, you might be able to do all of these wonderful things...but, I am not going to bow down to you. I am not going to let you do whatever you want to me. This is my mind, my body, and I choose what I do, no one else, not even you!"
The woman was surprised.
Even in the face of overwhelming odds…
He wouldn't back down from her.
He wasn't surrendering to her.
It was something she had rarely ever come across.
The woman pulled back, and thought deeply about what to say.
"...It seems that your will today is strong enough to resist me...but, my power will reach you. You will have no choice but to accept me."
"What do you mean accept you? Your power...or you?"
The woman's eyebrows furrowed.
"You and I, are connected. You and I will live together. You, will in time come to accept my power."
"Why do you need me?"
"The sun, and the moon, those two together work in harmony, you and I, will work to bring peace to this world."
Ryouta inhaled slowly.
"If you want me to understand you, then you have to talk to me. Otherwise, attacking me is only going to make me fight against you. Can't you see? You absorbed my chakra, and I nearly couldn't stop Orochimaru, you're asking me to accept you and your chakra, when I don't know anything about what you are, and what you want from me. Would you trust someone you didn't know to do that to you?"
The woman's head tilted side to side.
His words seemed to make her think about her approach.
For the moment, it seemed Ryouta was able to keep her back, even if a little, it was more than enough to make her intrigued.
The woman reached out her hand, and touched Ryouta's face.
Rather than feeling malice or as if she was going to attack, the woman simply stared at him.
"You and I will meet again. Remember, I'm here."
Ryouta watched as the woman walked away.
Ryouta was relieved.
Yet, it also felt like a short lived victory.
He knew she'd come back again, but for the moment seemed to have left him alone, perhaps to think of another way to get what she wished, or something else entirely.
He then felt all the energy drain out of him, so Shisui caught him.
"Easy...easy...it's alright now..."
Ryouta looked up to his brother, and smiled.
With Shisui beside him, Ryouta felt at ease.
Meanwhile, Mikoto who had her doubts about Zosui, couldn't get it out of her mind was searching around the area that she had a brief fight with him.
However, while she did, Anko came by, since it was her forest, and this was a task that she also had some involvement with, Anko came down towards Mikoto and looked over the Anbu Uchiha.
"What's going on? Something happen?"
"You heard about the fight I had here with Zosui?"
Anko nodded, folding her arms.
"That little bastard went after Karin and could have done so again if you didn't step in. Thanks for that."
Mikoto was surprised that she said that, but she also was happy that Anko was opening herself up slowly.
"Yes...but, there was something I didn't like about it. I don't know what it was...but it felt a bit strange. How willing he was to get rid of himself...maybe I'm overthinking it, but I feel as if I should at least check here in case something..."
"Nah, I totally get it. I have feelings like that sometimes."
Anko replied with a small smirk.
But then she heard the sound of a hawk in the sky.
Mikoto did to, and looked on as the hawk came down towards her.
"Satsuki..."
"Your daughter, what does she want?"
"I don't know, she wouldn't have sent this unless it truly was something that needed immediate attention."
Mikoto took the letters that she found, while Anko looked on.
As she did, she saw Mikoto's face drain of colour.
"What is it?"
Anko asked, Mikoto couldn't say anything so handed the letters off to Anko.
Anko read it, and her face took a very huge dip.
"Zosui..."
"He was in the forest, but I fought him...and then there's..."
Anko tightened her hand.
Her eyes displayed rage.
But also, felt fear for what she was reading, and who she saw could be in danger.
"Orochimaru...he truly came here after all this time..."
Anko couldn't think straight.
Orochimaru, going after Ryouta, and Satsuki, attempting to put a Curse Mark on them.
She placed a hand over her own Curse Mark, thinking about why she didn't know about this...
Then it hit her.
The man Shiore she saw, she felt something was off.
And seeing how Zosui was also involved, and how Shiore was also from Kusa, connections placed themselves together.
"No..."
Anger came to her, Anko turned her eyes to the forest.
Without even thinking, her body shot for the forest, Mikoto's eyes caught the sight of her moving.
"Wait! Anko!"
"I have to go and stop him!"
"But it's Orochimaru, you aren't strong enough-"
"He targeted my Genin and your daughter, he can't be allowed to get away with this!"
Mikoto also felt similar, but she also knew not to rush in despite how worried she was for Satsuki and the others.
Anko disappeared into the forest, her goal clear on stopping Orochimaru by any means necessary.
As that happened, Orochimaru managed to hide away from Garaga for a few moments, and panted heavily.
Running from Garaga wasn't in his plans, and being this low on chakra wasn't either.
He took out a Military Ration Pill, and bit into it, helping him recover somewhat.
But, it wasn't nearly enough to get him at full power once more.
"Damn it, these pills only help a little bit...I need to get away, and hope Kabuto got the Uchiha..."
Orochimaru hoped at least some good for him would come of this.
While panting, he heard the slightest of sounds from the right, so he looked to see Garaga shooting close at high but incredibly quiet speeds, shocking Orochimaru.
"Stop this!"
Orochimaru demanded, but Garaga wouldn't let up, smashing through the trees, grabbing one with his tail, and launched it at the snake like human, who jumped out of the way.
"Sorry, can't stop until you're dead!"
Orochimaru scowled, and once more began running, but Garaga was closing in on him...
Eventually, Ryouta and Shisui found themselves on top of the same cliff that Shisui ended up going over. Looking out on the river below, Ryouta had many mixed emotions. He didn't know what to say to his elder brother.
He wished to say so much.
Yet, very little was coming out, he couldn't make a sound.
Though at the same time...just sitting with Shisui again felt so peaceful.
Even if he had to drive off the woman that came after him, he didn't know how he did it, but she did leave for the moment.
"You know Shi-chan...I wish I could stay here longer...but, I need to go back to the real world."
"Yeah...seems so. Plus staying here with that long haired lady might not be good for your health~"
Ryouta smiled.
He still had the same sense of humour he remembered from years before.
"Yeah...I need to understand who she is, what she is. If I can, maybe I can understand what I'm supposed to do about her."
"I'm sure you'll figure it out."
Ryouta wondered though, how he'd go about finding it out.
All he knew was she had the power to control her hair, and open portals, and that she needed him for something.
Ryouta's eyes then went towards Shisui, emotions beginning to bubble up.
After all this time...seeing Shisui again, so much passed through his mind, what he wanted to say, and only had a small amount of time...
"There's so much I wish I could tell you...I wish that you could've seen me graduate the Academy, I put my all into it and trained everyday. Then I met with Zabuza-san again, and he...he ended up going with Mei-san. I never thought that it would happen. And now, I'm taking the Chunin Exams...I wish you could've been there, to see me take the exams. I wish...we could've been Ninja's together..."
"You've done so much, and now you're doing the Chunin Exams. Amazing...you have grown."
Ryouta didn't care if it wasn't Shisui, just to tell him the things going on in his life was something he truly wished he could have done, and now he could do. Even if it wasn't the real Shisui...Ryouta was happy to speak to any Shisui.
"Yeah...I'm on a team with Anko-sensei...Karin-san and Haku-chan. We've gotten closer...and..."
"So, are you dating Satsuki?"
Shisui leaned over, and poked his face, Ryouta blushed in embarrassment.
"Shi-chan, don't ask me that! I-It's complicated..."
"Aah, young love always is~"
Ryouta stifled a laugh as Shisui pulled on his cheeks.
"W-Well, Satsuki-chan and I..."
"I'm glad you both like each other~"
"I do...I really do, Satsuki-chan has been there for me...she's supported me, after you died...she was there for me, she helped me move forward...and I wish to help her with Itachi. Not sure what I'm going to do about him yet...I need to know what happened back then, but I do know that I have to keep preparing for Tobi, when he appears again...and Izumi-chan, I know she's still alive. She has to be. I'm going to save her...and I'll stop Tobi...I have to."
"Hehe, listening to you speak like this, you have matured a good deal, yet you're still who I really love, someone that would do his best, and be kind to those that deserved it, and would fight against those that needed to be fought against. It's why I know even with scary white haired lady, you can keep resisting her, and make her see that her way isn't the right way."
Ryouta hoped that he could.
Also hearing the confidence Shisui had in him, even if it was just his own acting through Shisui, it was something Ryouta truly did appreciate.
"Shi-chan...I really do miss you, so much..."
Shisui smiled at his little brother, and chuckled.
"You've grown so much, and you're still so kind."
"You told me Shi-chan, to always be kind and always be there for those that need it. That's why, I have to go back, and make sure they're okay."
"I know you do."
"But even with scary white haired lady chasing me...I got to see you again...and I am so happy that we've finally been able to come together...I still have so much to say...so much to tell you...who I've met...what I've done...so many things..."
Hearing the connections of the young boy, Shisui pulled Ryouta close, and placed his head against his chest.
"I know...but don't worry, one day you'll get to say everything you wish to do."
Ryouta smiled towards Shisui.
As they spoke, Ryouta looked down and saw that his body was erupting with lights.
He looked to be vanishing from existence.
He then saw something out of the corner of his eye, so he looked to see the woman stood there.
But rather than attack, she stood there, simply observing him, and nothing more.
His eyes shifted back to Shisui.
"I'm..."
"Looks like you're waking up." Shisui brought Ryouta's head to his chest, and smiled down at the young man. "I'm so proud of you, keep being the kind and loving person you are, Ryou. Never forget who you truly are, no matter what happens now. I love you, and I'm always with you. Even if you can't see me, I'm still here for you."
Ryouta shed happy tears.
Even for a short time...he could see Shisui once more, and see how proud he looked.
"I love you too...Shi-chan. Thank you...for coming to help me."
The woman looked on, seeing the pair embrace.
She didn't do anything and simply looked on, murmuring the word "Love..." while looking between the two brothers.
Shisui's smile was the last thing Ryouta saw before he disappeared from the world, and entered back into the conscious world.

So this chapter showed a few things, with Sakura, and Team Ten showing up to provide support, they managed together to beat back the Sound and even got their scroll. Ryouta was slowly growing more exhausted, but with Shisui beside him, managed to stop the woman from coming after him. Kabuto also got punched by Tobi as he tried to attack Ryouta. Mikoto also received the letter from Satsuki and the others, but Anko happened to be there at the same time, and because it is Orochimaru, she ended up going after him, with Garaga still being on his trail.
Then at the end, Ryouta got to speak some of his thoughts to Shisui, and had a small moment, wishing he could speak more, but now Ryouta's about to wake up so had to say goodbye once more.
