Silver crow; Thanks. Yeah, they had their fights, and Haku managed to win, Sakura didn't but she drew in the end. Ryouta is getting Hiruzen yeah. Ryouta wont be fighting Lee, maybe one day they'll have an all out battle. Neji and Ryouta will eventually fight. Pakura seemed to be there for some kind of reason yeah. Naruko was yeah, she felt quite a bit about what happened with Hinata, as her friend. Haku did yeah. Yeah, seems Garaga neglected to mention that part. Mikoto made a conclusion based on history yeah, and Danzo is quite crafty so we'll see if he is or isn't doing anything shady right now soon enough. I'm sure Zabuza would be yeah. Sakura did very well in her fight~ Garaga did interrupt them huh? Kaguya did yeah. It would be cool if she said something like that. Yeah, Tsunade and Ryouta will certainly meet again, we'll see how their meeting goes when the time is ready. All I can say about Danzo is that when he and Ryouta meet...it's going to be quite intense. He and Kisame could have a clash. Konan he'll definitely meet at some point. Satsuki and Itachi's meeting...that's going to be quite interesting to see~ Ameyuri will show up again at some point. Yeah, maybe he could do that, would be cool if he fought Temari. Thanks for the suggestions. All I can say is that part one ending is going to be quite the ride.

TheGreatGodzilla; Mikoto's got no ties to snakes, Garaga can just speak human language like other kind of summon creatures can. Not necessarily, it just means she'll be born then. Pakura's a good deal stronger than Baki is, so she can do things Baki couldn't. Yeah, I've got plans for all of them. Pakura's got no children right now. I don't really have many plans for Yakumo right now. I've got ideas about the Toneri situation.

Guest 4; Yeah, Neji changes quite a bit over the series, it's pretty awesome to see his growth. Ryouta might do yeah. Pakura does seem to have something to do with Gaara yeah. Glad that you liked the fight between them. I can get that about Kankuro, and Haku won yeah, showing off her sharp mind and skills in a battle. He probably was shocked by how polite Haku was at the end of the fight. Garaga does keep his distance from the majority of people, but he is aware of certain things going on, since he didn't know exactly who it was he smelled, but knew the scent had been around for a good while. Garaga and Jiraiya might know one another, we'll have to wait and see~ Sakura did her best yeah, and went down fighting, even managing to take down her opponent. They're still in the forest, in the tower and most didn't see him due to him only having arrived. Thanks for the suggestions. And thanks very much!

With those reviews out of the way, it's time to start the chapter!
The preliminaries part four!
Ryouta took Garaga towards Hiruzen, but due to his size, Ryouta went into the hall, and called him out of the building.
Because of that, Hiruzen paused the next matches for only a few short minutes so he could speak to Garaga, which was a rarity.
Hiruzen, accompanied by Kakashi and Anko who knew about what was going on, with Guy also following on the request of Hiruzen, all came outside of the giant tower.
Ryouta bowed and left the adults to speak, since it was something that if he would be allowed to hear, or if it concerned him then he'd be informed in due course, Hiruzen watched as he left, and then turned towards Garaga who growled as he spoke about what was going on.
Listening to what was being said, Hiruzen furrowed his brows.
"I can see why she came to that conclusion."
Anko glanced towards Hiruzen and folded her arms.
"Should we go and provide support?"
"I'll send some additional Anbu, but our place is here in case something would happen."
Kakashi hummed as he thought about Danzo.
He didn't know the entire story about Danzo, but he knew enough to know that he caused trouble in the past.
"Ah, Mikoto-sans youth is shining through as always, always thinking one step ahead!"
Kakashi gave him a curious look, before shrugging his shoulders.
"It's a hard lead to say though since he's being detained. Better to be safe than sorry though."
"It is that tricky bastard though, Danzo knows how to manipulate people. But if it isn't Danzo...there's only a few people I think it could be, and I'm not liking any of those ideas..."
Anko murmured at the end, with Hiruzen furrowing his brows.
"I also have some thoughts, so the people I think that could be in league with Orochimaru will be researched into, without arousing suspicion."
That's all Hiruzen could do.
If there was a spy for Orochimaru somewhere, then he'd try his best to deduce who it could be and what they'd want as well.
Garaga looked between them all, before letting out a breath.
"I'm going."
Turning around, the snake went to leave, when Anko spoke up.
"Hey, uh Garaga, back in the forest, thanks for coming to assist me. Without you, I wouldn't have been able to wound Orochimaru in the way that I did."
Garaga laughed loudly.
"I did it because I hate Orochimaru." His eyes went towards Hiruzen. "Your former student has caused a lot of trouble. Next time he shows up, are you going to be able to kill him?"
Hiruzen looked down at himself for a few moments.
But then exhaled.
"I'll do my best."
It was all Hiruzen could say.
He didn't know if he had the confidence to say he'd win outright, since it had been so long and Orochimaru no doubt would have gotten stronger than the last time that they had met one another.
"Well, if you can't then allow me to finish the job, Master was a million times kinder and loyal to snakes than that bastard ever could be. Even Manda his little pet hates the bastard, so you should know how I feel."
With those words, Garaga left the area, and slithered back into the forest.
Hiruzen and the others gave complicated looks, knowing that it truly could be rather dangerous if Orochimaru was left to his own devices.
Before Ryouta headed back to the arena, he went to go and take care of some personal business.
While washing his hands in the bathroom, he felt a small chill go down his spine.
His eyes looked around, hut he couldn't see anything.
Still, he didn't know why but he felt a feeling that he didn't like at all.
From within the mirror, the woman from his dream/nightmare appeared once more.
Her hand seemingly was going towards him, akin to a ghost.
For a few moments, Ryouta felt something weird happening with his chakra.
Feeling something was wrong, Ryouta's eyes shot for the mirror…
But saw nothing.
Hurrying up, he continued washing his hands, and once finished, he exited the room.
Upon exiting the room, he happened to come across Kakashi walking towards him.
"There you are."
"You were looking for me?"
Kakashi shrugged his shoulders.
"I happened to notice you weren't in the arena, your match could be called soon."
"Ah...you're right, I should be getting back."
Kakashi watched as Ryouta began walking towards the arena.
But stopped him.
"I heard about what happened, with your eyes."
Ryouta paused, and looked back towards Kakashi.
"Against Orochimaru, I had to use my eyes..."
"Yeah, Hokage-sama told me about your eyes, and from my knowledge, you've lost some eyesight, right?"
"Not enough to cause me much of a hindrance, but yeah a little bit."
Ryouta replied truthfully, with Kakashi's lone eye going down ever so slightly.
"After using them, and losing some sight, was it worth it?"
Ryouta didn't hesitate to answer.
"Yes, it was."
Kakashi was glad to hear him say that.
Only affirming what he believed about Ryouta to be true, and how strong mentally he was to carry on after everything that had happened.
"I also heard about how you helped Naruko out, with her seal. It seems you're becoming something of a seal expert."
"Ehehe, I don't know about that, but I'm trying my best. Seals have always been something that interest me, and using them in unique ways as well. Karin-chan's usage of them during her match with Satsuki-chan was quite amazing."
"Yeah...she was pretty good."
Kakashi agreed as Ryouta showed a soft smile.
"Sensei, I need to become stronger, because if Orochimaru shows up next time, I don't just want to rely on my eyes. I can only use them a certain amount of times before I'll go completely blind, and I still have to find out what happened the night of the Uchiha Massacre. I also need to bring Izumi-chan back to the village, so after this, would you help train me?"
Kakashi was mildly surprised.
But, at the same time he was happy to hear that Ryouta wished for him to train him.
"I don't see why not, I might have a thing or two that I could show you."
Ryouta gained a bright smile, and bowed his head.
"Thank you very much Sensei!"
"Not a problem. Though it is best that we get back to the arena now."
Ryouta nodded, and walked off.
Kakashi stopped for a brief moment, smiling to himself ever so slightly, before walking off, following after the Uchiha boy.
Back with the arena at hand, Ryouta saw that Hiruzen had arrived back in the arena along with the other Sensei's that went to meet Garaga, and now the Chunin Exams were to begin once more.
With only six people left, Ryouta knew that the remaining opponents were strong. The only one he didn't have knowledge on was Tenten, and while he did know of Kiba's ability, he also believed that Kiba had been training as well.
Gaara didn't need explanation as she was probably top Tier of the fighters in the arena, Lee himself also had a good deal of power, and speed. Naruko herself also was a good fighter, and she had immense chakra levels, so a drawn out fight with her wouldn't be good if she did manage to tap into the Nine Tails power.
"So little people left now, and there's a good few that could be quite the challenge, and the rest I'm not sure of since I don't know Tenten-sans abilities, and Kiba-san seems to have been training from what Hinata-san had told me before the exams. Could be interesting if we fought, he always seemed to like fighting back in the Academy."
As Ryouta thought about it, the names flashed on the screen.
"Aah, come on! Hurry!"
Naruko wished to fight and prove herself.
"Calm down, you'll be fighting soon."
Satsuki dead panned, causing Naruko to glance at her.
"Yeah, when I fight, you'll be blown away!"
"Hmph, we'll see."
Naruko and Satsuki had small sparks going off between their eyes.
Ryouta shook his head at their antics, it seemed that they'd not change their ways anytime soon. He was just glad that it wasn't something that was bad for both of them, if anything their rivalry seemed to inspire them to outdo the other, and train even harder than they would alone.
Eventually, two names were shown, and the opponents would be..
Tenten vs Naruko.
"Aaaaah! It's me! Finally!"
Naruko cheered out, she was pumped for this fight and she couldn't be anymore excited.
Tenten looked at Naruko, and then twirled a kunai in her hand.
"So, I've got her huh...lets see how good she is."
Tenten jumped down as Lee called "Go on Tenten! You've got this!" while Ryouta looked at Naruko.
"Naruko-chan, do your best, okay?"
"Yeah! I've got to do my best! Believe it Ryou!"
"I certainly do."
Naruko hyperactively jumped down towards the arena.
Tenten, standing before Naruko, locked eyes with her.
"So, you're gonna be my opponent huh?"
"Yeah! Lets do our best!"
Tenten giggled.
"Yes, but don't forget that this is a competition, and as a competition, I don't intend to lose."
As she said it, she pulled out several shurikens and held them between her fingers.
Responding to that, Naruko got into a fighting style, and waited for Hayate to announce the start.
After looking between the two of them, Hayate raised his hand, and swung it down.
"Match, begin."
As the proctor said that, Tenten took her shurikens and launched them towards Naruko at high speeds.
Naruko grimaced at the sight, and dodged out of the way, but Tenten's shurikens bounced off one another, and one of them tracked Naruko down as she dodged, coming in for her leg.
"Aah..."
Naruko pulled her leg up, but the shuriken cut her right thigh, causing her to wince.
But Tenten wasn't done, she pulled out several shurikens and tossed them at Naruko one after the other.
Naruko pushed on, jumping back several metres, but the shurikens followed her, almost as if they were tracking her movements.
"Aaaah! Back off!"
Naruko exclaimed, and then tossed several shurikens of her own towards the ones coming in.
However, in midair, they changed direction, avoiding her shurikens and tracked her down.
"Eh?!"
Naruko let out in surprise as the shurikens closed the distance.
Since the shurikens were closing in, Naruko thought it would be best to attack Tenten head on, so she created a clone, and grabbed it by the back of the jacket, before launching it towards the young girl at intense speeds.
"Have that!"
Naruko cheered.
But it was premature as Tenten moved her pinkie finger, causing one of the shurikens to change direction and spin upwards, as the clone came overhead of it, the shuriken pierced the clones chest, dispelling it out of existence, while her remaining shurikens sliced across Naruko's forearm, and right hand as she tried to block the attacks the best that she could.
Some like Kakashi, Ryouta and others could see how she was able to get away with doing such incredible moves with shurikens.
"She's using wire to guide them, and from what I can see, she's using only the slightest of finger movements, she must have trained really hard to get away with moving them without losing track of her targets, and the shurikens of Naruko's as well. Even when she launched a clone, Tenten-san didn't even bat an eyelid and caused her weapon to intercept. However, is she only good at long distance fights? Though she is on Lee-kun's team, so it is possible she is also good at Taijutsu. If she is, the fight would be even harder for Naruko-chan..."
Ryouta looked at how she used the weapons, and had to admit that it was rather impressive.
More than that, the way she remained calm even when Naruko was being unpredictable was something to be marvelled at as well.
"She isn't bad."
Satsuki spoke up, Ryouta inclined his neck.
"I agree, she's able to use wires and weapons very proficiently."
As Ryouta said it, Lee came up with a large grin on his face.
"Tenten's never missed her mark!" Lee began as he cheered for Tenten. "She's so skilled that she hits the bulls eye every time, she can even use Shuriken Jutsu very well Ryou-kun! She might be the best weapon user amongst the Genin here!"
Ryouta folded his arms.
If she was, then Naruko might have a tough time getting in close towards her.
Naruko looked at the wounds that she received from Tenten's actions, but Ryouta noticed that the wound was already beginning to heal. Though Ryouta knew that long range wasn't Naruko's specialty so she'd have to find away to get in close, or she wouldn't be able to fight against Tenten.
"Aaah! Your weapon throwing is good!"
Tenten blinked, before letting out a small laugh.
"Is that so? Then I'll have to show you even more."
"I wont back down either!"
Tenten tilted her head.
"And how are you going to fight me? You can't get close to me."
Naruko scowled.
While Tenten was right in a way, she also didn't want to be outdone either.
She still had things that she wished to do, so she wouldn't give up now.
"I'm not going to stop until I've reached the highest place I can go! Until I become Hokage! So have these!"
Naruko placed her hands in a hand sign, before popping into existence were several clones.
Ryouta counted around seven, and they all charged for Tenten at the same time.
"It seems that she can make many Shadow Clones. I've heard that producing only a few costs a good bit of chakra. But she's producing them as if she's not worried about wasting chakra at all. But all she's done is given me more targets to hit..."
Though Tenten was confident she'd be able to beat the clones, in the back of her head she was concerned about the fact that Naruko could prove to be trouble if she continued going forward with what she had.
Tenten took out several kunai's, and launched them at her targets. Despite the clones coming from different directions, Tenten, like Lee had said, didn't miss her mark, and pierced each of the clones in the chest, dispelling them out of existence.
Naruko used this chance to run forward as fast as she could.
But Tenten already prepared for that to happen, so she took out a single kunai, twirling it around her hand before throwing it towards Naruko.
"No way!"
Naruko ground her teeth, pulling out her own kunai to deflect it away, when Tenten tossed a shuriken at the kunai, causing it to move faster on purpose, she hit the kunai so its path diverted and came down towards Naruko's left leg this time.
Naruko winced as she received a slice on her leg.
She tried to dodge it, but Tenten's speed and accuracy kept hitting her mark.
Tenten didn't quit even there, launching several shurikens towards Naruko, trying to take her down within an instance.
"No way! I wont be losing here!"
Naruko summoned more clones, and caused them to throw their own shurikens towards Tenten's incoming ones.
Surprising Tenten, the clones shurikens matched her own. It was more than sheer luck, she could see that the clones were accurately predicting where to throw the shurikens and showing Naruko's intelligence by using that opportunity to send two clones through the carnage of shuriken barrages, and got in close.
Tenten smirked, as one clone came from the right, so she jumped up in the air, placing her hand on the back of the clone, sent her leg towards the other one incoming, kicking the Naruko clone so hard that it dispelled out of existence, while tightening her hand on the back of the first Naruko clone.
"Goodbye!"
Naruko watched as her clone was flicked forward with Tenten's impressive strength. Even upside down, she was shown to throw the clone accurately enough that it would come into the path of the shurikens and be dispelled that way.
Returning to the ground, Tenten showed a smile on her face as Lee cheered her on.
"That's it Tenten! You can do this!"
Ryouta looked at Lee, before turning his eyes towards Naruko.
"Naruko-chan! Don't worry! You can still do this!"
Ryouta cheered for her, Naruko grinned as she thrust her thumb up towards him.
"Yeah! Don't worry! I've got ideas left!"
Though she said that, she did worry on how she was going to win against Tenten.
Getting in close, she thought that Tenten wouldn't be able to do anything to her.
However, it was clear that she was good at close range combat, she wasn't to Lee's level but she still could fight at close, and long range.
Ryouta could also see that, and turned to Lee.
"Being in your squad, I'm not shocked that she has Taijutsu skills."
"Aah yes, everyone on Guy-sensei's team have Taijutsu abilities! Though she focuses more on weapons, she has been taught excellent hand to hand that she's very skilled with! Mixing it with her weapons, Tenten is a very dangerous opponent!"
Ryouta slowly nodded.
It seemed that Tenten was quite the opponent to be up against.
While they spoke, Naruko looked at Tenten, and pondered what would be the best way for her to win this fight.
But Tenten didn't allow her to waste time thinking and she assaulted Naruko with a barrage of shurikens for her.
Trying to dodge was out of the question since they covered a wide range, and like before, Tenten was using wires to control their paths. Even if she did try and move, she'd only end up getting sliced apart, so she did something else instead.
"Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
Naruko created a wall of shadow clones for her to be protected against, while she herself took this chance to run back, before she propelled herself forward with chakra at her feet. She shot high into the air, so high that she landed on the ceiling.
But because the clones were covering her body before she jumped, Tenten wasn't any the wiser until she heard sounds coming above her.
Tenten looked, and saw Naruko shooting for her like an arrow, creating a clone in the air, grabbing it, and launching it like a projectile for Tenten, who didn't have time to bring out a weapon due to the speed it was coming in.
"She used the clones as a way to distract me, and get me to attack through them, while she came down from above. So she is smart after all. That knuckleheaded Ninja part might be because she has unconventional ways of fighting. If I'm not careful, she might be able to take me out."
So she tightened her hand and swung it forward for the clone, landing a direct blow on the girls face, dispelling the clone, and a puff of smoke came about, blinding Tenten briefly as Naruko used this chance to launch a weapon of her own.
Cutting through the smoke, she revealed it to be a giant shuriken, Tenten widened her eyes, and jumped back, but received a gash to her leg, as Naruko came down, swinging her fist at high speeds for the young girl.
Tenten raised her arm to block the punch, but it was stronger than Tenten had expected, and she was launched backwards as Naruko pushed her fist forward, sending the young girl down into the ground, where she spat up blood from the impact on the ground.
"Hm, that wasn't so bad from her."
Satsuki graciously admitted.
Ryouta nodded.
"Yeah she did pretty well."
Naruko didn't waste time this time, and she came at Tenten once more.
But Tenten wasn't having any of it, and she stood right back up, flinging several shurikens for Naruko, who created more clones to use as shields against the attacks, only this time it gave Tenten the chance to produce a scroll, two scrolls in fact.
"No way! She's going for that kind of attack!"
Lee announced, Ryouta raised an eyebrow.
"Has she got some strong weapons in there?"
"It isn't about the strength of the weapons for Tenten, it's about the sheer amount of them!"
Ryouta furrowed his brows, as Tenten undid the seal of the scrolls. As she did, she shot up into the air, with the scrolls unwinding up with her, with the base staying on the ground. Ryouta could see many seals on the scrolls, and he knew thanks to Lee all of the contained weapons, more than he ever packed with him.
"So she is going to overwhelm Naruko-chan..."
"Because she can create so many clones, she's attempting to try and take her down with the amount of weapons she has. Maybe she's thinking she can attack with more weapons than Naruko-san can create clones."
Haku surmised, with Karin nodding in agreement.
"Even Naruko's speed at creating clones has a certain limit. If she's able to produce more weapons, then Naruko wont be able to use the shield clone tactic that she's been using at this point, and she's going to end up losing the fight."
Shikamaru mentally agreed with what she said, and didn't know how Naruko was going to get out of it.
"I was saving this for the finals, but it seems with you I don't have any choice."
Naruko watched as many weapons were produced. Swords, axes, scythes, kunai's, shurikens, and other pointed weapons. More than she could count, Tenten began swirling around, unsealing the weapons, and throwing them towards Naruko at such a rapid speed even Lee was surprised by how fast Tenten was capable of going.
Naruko created many shadow clones before her, as the weapons rained down on her. Stabbing through the clones and causing them to disappear, and continued on for her, so she retreated but the weapons followed after her.
Creating more clones, Naruko tried to fire some off towards Tenten, but she couldn't get through, as Tenten moved her weapons to pierce the clones.
Naruko then crossed her arms as the weapons rained down on her, stabbing her in different places. Ryouta winced, as did others seeing the damage she received.
"It seems that she's going to be too injured to fight."
Shikamaru mused, but Ryouta knew differently.
"No...she's going to pull out of this, I know she will."
Ryouta believed in her, knowing she'd have something up her sleeve.
Looking at Tenten, Naruko peeled the weapons out of her bleeding body one by one. Tossing them to the ground, she panted.
"E-Even if...you have such...strong attacks...I am...going to become...Hokage!"
Tenten looked on, surprised that Naruko was able to move as she was.
"Maybe, but right now, I'm going to win. Sorry about that."
Tenten apologized, but Naruko wouldn't accept it.
She couldn't accept anything other than winning.
Taking out the last weapon that was inside of her, she tossed it down to the ground and looked strongly at Tenten.
"You...had a technique you were saving for the finals, but I did too!"
Kakashi raised an eyebrow.
"What's this? A new technique?"
Kakashi was intrigued.
Ryouta had to admit he was as well.
"Saving it for the finals? The way that you're going, you aren't going to make it to the finals."
"No! I am going to make it! Because this Jutsu can even take down Satsuki!"
Satsuki this time furrowed her brows.
"A technique for me? Heh...I wonder what it is."
Mildly interested, everyone waited in anticipation for what was going to happen next.
Naruko then created a single clone beside her, and came together. Holding the clones hands, the two girls looked at Tenten who was confused as to what was going on.
""Transform!""
Saying it in unison, the pair erupted with smoke, and transformed into two new entities all together.
Jaws hit the floor as stood there, within the smoke covering the important places, were two naked Ryouta's, hugging one another, looking innocently towards Tenten who was gushing at the sight, her face turning completely red, and her eyes having burning passion.
""Sexy Ryou on Ryou Jutsu!""
Ryouta was almost floored with extreme embarrassment as the two transformations of him said that.
Tenten, who was staring intensely at the pair, watched as the pair of Ryouta's waved innocently at her.
"Hey Tenten-san...wanna have fun?"
"Yeah, lets play hehe~"
Tenten's eyes went all over the naked forms before her that she could see anyway, her bottom lip trembling but she definitely looked happy.
Karin yelled "YES! I'LL PLAY!" as she was blown away with her thoughts ringing out in her mind. Her face was red, and her eyes intense, she looked rather happy at that moment and she never could imagine she'd find such happiness that day.
Satsuki's eyes look over the form, and her cheeks turn red as she whispered "Damn..." and tried to turn her away...but something kept pulling her back in.
Haku blushes up a storm, but then her eyes go towards the real Ryouta, seeing that he looked deathly pale, he wasn't even moving.
"Poor Ryou-kun, you endure so much sometimes..."
Murmuring that out, Haku placed a hand on top of his for comfort.
Lee grimaced, looking at his friend who looked as if he had lost all life within him.
Neji looked stunned, as did Hiruzen who wasn't sure what to say about this.
Anko blinked rapidly, before letting out a small laugh while thinking "I bet Sakura, Ino and Hinata would kill to see this~" as she looked towards the real Ryouta.
Temari's jaw dropped, blushing madly as she yelled "WHAT KIND OF JUTSU IS THAT!?" but then stopped as she saw Gaara looking at the two Ryouta's...and there was some kind of reaction that she hadn't ever seen Gaara do before.
She had small redness on her cheeks.
"S-She's blushing...s-she's actually blushing..."
Temari couldn't comprehend it, while the males in the room covered their eyes, they didn't want to see that.
"...Why is it when I look at them, my heart suddenly beats faster? My body is becoming hot, and I cannot take my eyes off of the two before me. Is this a symptom of the Jutsu?"
Gaara asked rather calmly, Pakura's eyes went towards her, and saw her eyes fixated on the pair.
"Seems like Gaara's having something of an awakening and thankfully it isn't Shukaku, but something else...something powerful, her desire for the Uchiha boy might be more than simply wishing to fight...desire can be strong after all..."
Pakura thought, and felt sorry for Ryouta at the same time for what was going on with what Naruko did.
As Tenten was distracted, Naruko created two new clones, and together with the transformed Ryouta clone, launched the new clones at Tenten at high speeds.
Because she was distracted briefly, she only snapped back to reality as they got before her, and grabbed her arms, restraining her so she wouldn't be able to get out of the situation.
"No!"
Tenten tried to move her arms, but the clones held on with everything they could.
Tenten produced some senbons between her fingers she hid up her short sleeves, and stabbed the clones, dispelling them.
However, it was too late as Naruko got before her, creating four clones as she shot up super high.
"NA! RU! KO!"
All of the clones slammed their feet against Tenten's body.
Because it came from four directions, she couldn't block them all, and one landed against her chin, sending her flying up high into the air.
She came level with the others on the balconies, as Naruko landed on the ceiling, before she propelled herself downwards.
"UZUMAKI BARRAGE!"
Bringing down her foot like a guillotine, she slammed her foot hard into Tenten's back, and like an arrow, sending her smashing into the ground below.
Tenten hit the ground so hard that she spat out some blood, and her eyes closed.
Naruko landed on the ground, panting hard as she looked at the girl in the ground.
"With her opponent unconscious, the winner is Naruko Uzumaki."
The proctor called out, declaring Naruko the winner of the match.
After the match with Tenten was done and she was taken away to get some medical treatment, Naruko came back to join them all, when she saw Ryouta looking at her.
His eyes displayed a mixture of annoyance and embarrassment, while Naruko rubbed the back of her head, and showed a peace sign.
"What's wrong Ryou?"
"Y-You did that weird Jutsu again! But now there's two of me?!"
Naruko showed a fox like grin.
"Hey, it got me the win!"
"But...that's...ugh...I erm...I eh...I need to lie down…."
Ryouta inhaled and exhaled slowly.
The fact that this had happened...it was difficult to deal with.
Naruko let out small laughs, while Satsuki shook her head.
"That's the technique you think that's going to be able to beat me?"
"It definitely would! I know he is your weakness! So two of them would be double your weakness!"
"First of all, he isn't my weakness. And second, that kind of tactic wouldn't work against me."
"I know it would! I saw you blushing! Don't deny it now!"
Satsuki scowled at Naruko who laughed in victory.
As they talked, the names flashed up on the screen above them.
With only a few people left, Ryouta knew he'd be either fighting Gaara, Lee, or Kiba.
Whoever his opponent was, he knew he'd have to do his best.
As the names stopped, the name that appeared was something that made Ryouta quite happy.
The next match was…
Ryouta vs Kiba.
Upon seeing his name, Kiba let out a wild cry of happiness.
"Yahoo! Alright! I get to fight the Uchiha! Just what I wanted! Yeah! Lets do this!"
Ryouta glanced at Kiba, seeing that he was excited.
Gaara didn't look pleased, since she wished to have a fight with Ryouta instead.
Lee knew now that his opponent was going to be Gaara, so he was mentally preparing for that.
Ryouta exhaled slowly, as he made his way towards the arena itself.
"Go on Ryou, kick his ass."
Satsuki cheered for him in her own way.
Kakashi looked on curiously, as did Anko.
"Yeah Ryou! Beat dog boy!"
Naruko let out her cheer, while Karin was still recovering for what happened beforehand.
"Go on Ryou-kun, show them the Uchiha spirit!"
"Yes, do your best."
Karin and Haku encouraged, so Ryouta nodded, smiling as he did, and then made his way to the arena.
Arriving down with Kiba, the boy with his dog Akamaru looked towards Ryouta.
"I'm glad that I'm fighting you! The top guy at the Academy, I've always wanted to fight you!"
Ryouta blinked, but accepted it and was determined as well.
"Is that so? But because we are fighting for our place in the Chunin Exams final..."
As he spoke, a vision came to him.
From behind Kiba, she was stood there again.
The woman from his dreams, or more like his nightmares.
Her cold eyes simply looking at him and nothing more.
But that in of itself caused Ryouta to question what was going on.
She was dangerous, and if she decided to steal his chakra now, it wouldn't be good. He needed it for the fight, and he didn't know how he'd be able to fight and get her away at the same time, though Ryouta felt like she was there for a different reason all together.
"Why...Why is she here? In the real world…? She shouldn't be here..."
Ryouta thought about it, while Kiba noticed he was distracted.
"Hey! What were you saying?!"
Ryouta's eyes snapped back towards Kiba briefly.
When his eyes returned to the woman, he saw that she was already gone, perplexing him a good bit.
Shaking his head, he turned his eyes back to Kiba.
"I was just saying that because this is an important match, I can't back down and I'll have to give it my all."
"Heh! That's good! Because I wont either! I've got some new stuff that even you haven't seen yet!"
Ryouta smiled at the challenge.
He did like to have a fight with strong opponents.
The proctor looked between them both, before waving his hand down.
"Match, begin."
When the words left the proctors lips, Kiba took a stance together with Akamaru. The small dog stood growling towards Ryouta, who looked between the two of them, before he tightened his hands and stared directly at the dog using boy.
Ryouta's eyes shifted from being the normal black colour, to now being a brilliant blood like red colour with the three tomoes spinning around in each of his eyes. Kiba was quite aware of his Sharingan and he knew of how Ryouta was able to use Genjutsu, so he was going to try his best to not look at his eyes.
Yet at the same time, he was also worried that he wouldn't be able to avoid his eyes completely. It was inevitable that he'd make a mistake, and when that happened, he knew he'd be caught, so Kiba thought it best to finish the battle as quickly as he could.
Ryouta at the same time, also had similar ideas, and wished to end the match quickly, so he placed his hands together.
"Lets do this."
Activating the Body Flicker, Ryouta shot forward at super high speeds.
Even the Jonin's had some trouble keeping their eyes on his form, and the less experienced ones even lost him a few times. Kakashi was rather impressed the levels of speed that he was going, and wondered how Kiba would counter it.
Gaara's eyes widened at the super speeds that Ryouta was going in.
"This...This is the speed he is capable of going? No, maybe he can even go faster than this..."
Gaara was dumbfounded, Anko herself smirked and thought "Come on kid, time to kick this guys ass." and waited for what was going to happen next.
Lee was there for it, thrusting his fist high into the sky happily.
"Yahoooooooooooo! That's it Ryou-kun! Strike them down now! Do it! Go for gold!"
Lee kept thrusting his fist into the sky over and over again, while Kiba tried to track him down with his eyes.
But he couldn't do so.
So he shifted to his nose, and tried to smell the young man out.
"Come on...this guys so fast, even with my sense of smell, I can't even tell where he is, only where he was..."
As he thought about it, Kiba thought he had tracked him down, and would launch a kunai to attack, but Ryouta's form had already disappeared by the time he threw the kunai, but Kiba then saw the blade he had being stopped midair and launched right back for the young man.
Kiba backflipped out of the way, only to feel a cut on his leg, causing him to wince.
As he landed, suddenly, he smelled Ryouta behind him, so he turned.
"Got ya!"
Kiba thought that he did, and sent a fist towards the young boy.
But Ryouta turned around quickly, and sent a fast kick into the side of Kiba.
Because Ryouta was faster, Kiba's attack couldn't land against him.
"Gwaaaaaah!"
The speed, and strength of the kick was more than enough to send Kiba flying across the room and cause damage to appear on Kiba, but due to his athletic movements, he was able to twirl in the air, and land on the wall, rebounding off of it, and went after Ryouta.
As he did, Akamaru came towards Ryouta as well, the small dog pounced and tried to bite Ryouta's hand, when the young man's eyes looked down at the dog, and cast a Genjutsu on him via his Sharingan, stopping the dog in its tracks.
"A-Akamaru?! What have you done to him?!"
Kiba snapped, angrily tossing a few shurikens at Ryouta.
He took his sword, and swung it several times in the air, causing the shurikens to be batted away, and with the last one, he flicked his blade in a way where the shuriken went right back towards Kiba who growled, and blocked with his kunai.
As he did that, Ryouta's eyes caught sight of the woman again.
Standing at a distance, she kept her eyes firmly on his form.
He curiously wondered what she'd want, and if it wasn't to fight him...was she simply just observing his fight this time?
It was the only thing that Ryouta could think of.
Shaking his head, Ryouta then grabbed Akamaru around his body and held it to his body, Kiba's eyes widening.
"You get your hands off of Akamaru!"
He snapped, launching several kunai for the boy.
But using his enhanced speed, Ryouta dodged all of the kunai, and tossed Akamaru back towards Kiba.
Catching his canine companion, Kiba placed the dog in his hood, but Ryouta got before him.
"Heh! I can smell where you are this time! Up this close, you aren't getting away!"
Coming at him from the right, Kiba thought he'd be able to stop him since he could smell Ryouta and where he'd come to attack.
But when Kiba did, all he saw was an after image of him, his fist went through Ryouta's body as if he was a ghost yet his image still remained, even Kiba could smell that Ryouta was still in that location yet he wasn't, it was so confusing for the young man he wasn't sure what to even think of it.
Kakashi however couldn't hide the fact that he was pleased to see that Ryouta wasn't being an idiot.
"Even though I do believe Ryouta is stronger than Kiba, he isn't underestimating him either. He is being careful with his movements, Kiba is an unpredictable enemy together with his dog Akamaru, still it seems Ryouta is making countermeasures for that already."
As Kakashi thought it, Kiba angrily swiped his hand for Ryouta's face.
But like before, his hand went through the Ryouta before him.
"Another after image! But you're there, I can smell you there! How are you doing that?!"
Kiba snapped, while Satsuki adopted a small smirk.
"Kiba just answered his own damn question. Ryou is still there, he's using his speed to dance around Kiba's attack as he tries to land a blow on him, and is remaining in the same position. Up close like that, you'd have to do a wide range attack or know and can match his speed to catch him and land an attack."
As Satsuki thought about it, Kiba then felt a blow come from the left hand side of him.
Widening his eyes, Kiba went flying backwards once more, skidding across the ground.
Kiba, pulling himself to his feet, felt sharp pains running through him where Ryouta had landed blows.
He looked at Akamaru in his arms and saw that he seemed to be in a daze.
"E-Eh? Akamaru?!" Kiba's eyes shot for Ryouta who looked back at him curiously. "You placed a Genjutsu on my dog!?"
"He was trying to bite me."
"It doesn't matter! I wont forgive you now!"
Ryouta had a feeling he would still be angry regardless if Ryouta did use Genjutsu on Akamaru or not.
He lightly tapped his dog companions face several times, attempting to wake him up.
Akamaru shook his head, and peered up towards his eyes.
"Hey buddy! It's alright, you're back now!"
Kiba decided to activate his Jutsu where he'd take on more canine features, but which also increased his speed, and would grow his fingernails so they'd look like claws, and he also went onto all fours akin to that of a dog, but as he did, Ryouta got in close, and kicked Kiba hard in his body, while also pinning Akamaru to a wall with a shuriken by his collar so he wouldn't be harmed nor hurt the dog either.
"Even though the Uchiha boy has the advantage now, Kiba's been training hard for the exams."
Kurenai spoke up, Anko's eyes went for her.
"So has my Uchiha boy."
"Perhaps, but my Genin will win."
"We'll see~"
Kurenai sharpened her gaze on Anko who did the same thing, sparks going off between their eyes.
Even Kakashi could feel the intense loyalty to their students coming in through with a little bit of competition between the two female Jonin.
As they spoke, Anko noticed something.
She saw that Pakura was taking a special interest in Ryouta.
But Anko wasn't sure why that was.
Guy however spoke up.
"The boys eyes are fully matured, his Sharingan have all of the tomoes, and he can see attacks before they're thrown at him among other things like Genjutsu, accompanied by his impressive speed, it seems Kiba's going to have a difficult match against Ryouta Uchiha." Guy spoke up seriously, but then turned to Lee with a large grin. "Lee! You have chosen your rival wisely! He's a good person, and he's highly fast and skilled! Reminds me of Kakashi! This generations Kakashi!"
"Yes Guy-sensei! Thank you! My rival will keep pushing me forward as I will him, and we will have many climatic battles!"
"Ooh Lee!"
"Ooh Guy-sensei!"
The pair burst into tears, and hugged one another, Satsuki exhaled slowly.
As they spoke and thought about it, Kiba's face dropped seeing his companion being hung like he was.
"Akamaru!"
Before he could do anything, Ryouta placed his hands together.
"It's time to finish this Kiba-san."
Ryouta didn't want to prolong it.
Especially because he could see the woman was back, and he never knew what she was going to do.
So Ryouta weaved through some hand signs, and breathed out a stream of fire.
"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
A signature Jutsu of the Uchiha.
"It seems that he does intend to finish it off now."
As Kakashi said it, Kurenai looked on strongly.
"Kiba isn't down yet, the match has only just begun."
Kurenai believed in her student, Anko giggled.
"Perhaps it has just begun, but it is also about to end, because my Genin is going to blast through all of the enemies! That's right, go for it Ryou! Kick some ass, then two of my Genin will make it to the finals! Lets go ahead! Show them what you got, I believe in you!"
Ryouta felt slightly embarrassed by what Anko was saying, but was glad for the support.
Kiba's face turned down as the flames formed a sphere, and shot for him at high speeds.
Akamaru saw his companion in trouble, so he wriggled around and did his best to free himself from what Ryouta had done to him.
Kiba channelled more of his chakra through his body and he became even more beast like, he rushed towards the right hand side to dodge out of the way.
"Sorry Kiba-san."
However, Ryouta appeared before him, and kicked him towards the giant fireball.
Kiba tried to block the kick, but Ryouta flicked his foot down thanks to his eyes predicting how Kiba would block, and got it underneath the boys guard, and slammed his foot upwards, breaking apart Kiba's guard, and then he came at him with a full body blow, slamming his upper body against Kiba's with enough force to send him back towards the fireball.
"Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"
Kiba let out a crying sound, as he couldn't do anything to not be hit by the flames.
Akamaru ferociously shook side to side, Ryouta saw him doing it, and was quite happy to see that Akamaru cared so much for Kiba, and he got free, Ryouta went to react when Kiba threw a smoke bomb towards him, obscuring the boys vision.
"It seems those two really do have a good connection. I'm glad to see that."
As Ryouta dashed out of the smoke, being mindful of anything Kiba might have thrown at him, he appeared just in time to see what Akamaru was doing.
Kiba's dog companion jumped up, and slammed his body into Kiba's, stopping him from going into the fireball. The ball of fire smashed into the wall, creating an explosive force that erupted behind the pair of Genin and his dog, while Ryouta stood before him a little distance away.
Kiba panted, and looked at Ryouta with widened eyes.
"You're...faster than I imagined. Even back at the Academy you always were so fast, and now, you've gotten faster than ever."
"Same as you Kiba-san, you and Akamaru-san have such a good dynamic with one another, I'm very impressed by how he's willing to rush into danger for you. It shows the bond that you have with one another. So I'm pleased that you're my opponent."
Kiba gave a smirk.
"That's why we're the best team. Now we'll show you why." Kiba took out a pill, and took one himself, along with feeding one to Akamaru, which caused his fur to turn a dark red colour, with their chakras increasing. "With these Military Ration Pills, both of our powers have increased!"
"Wait! That's cheating!"
Naruko yelled out, but Kakashi stopped her.
"No, it's perfectly legal to have those."
"But...ugh...it's two on one and now they've used those pills..."
"Even if they have, Ryou isn't weak."
Satsuki had that much faith in him, and believed he'd be able to edge out a victory.
Karin looked down at both of their chakras, and then towards Ryouta's own.
"It's fine, just lets wait and see what's going to happen."
Kiba and Akamaru came together, with Akamaru hopping onto Kiba's back.
"Ryou-kun...come on, you can do this..."
Murmuring that out, the Ice Release user watched as Akamaru suddenly transformed into an even more feral looking Kiba, before the pair rushed forward together at Ryouta, their speeds however could be seen by Ryouta thanks to his eyes.
Circulating the boy, they suddenly placed their arms out, and jumped up into the air, as their bodies began rotating.
"Fang Passing Fang!"
Kiba yelled out, as two drill like bodies came for Ryouta from the left and right.
Looking between them, he jumped forward, but Kiba turned on him in midair to try and catch him in the air.
Ryouta turned, seeing him coming and took his sword, swinging it out for the tip, clashing together with Kiba's drill like movements. Adding his chakra to his sword, the clashing pair continued for a few moments, before Ryouta saw a moment with his eyes, kicking Kiba from the right, and sent him spinning towards the ground, and even went underground.
As he did, Akamaru came for him from down below, attempting to catch the boy up in his movements.
Ryouta shot down towards the spinning dog.
Getting mere inches away, Ryouta rotated his body, avoiding being drilled by the dog thanks to his Sharingan's predictive capabilities, and got below said dog, as he tossed some shurikens up into the air, with wire attached to his fingers, guiding them towards their target.
Thanks to his eyes, he managed to slide the wires between the dogs body, and wrapped the shuriken around, disrupting the spinning of the dog, binding him up in the air, so Ryouta went to attack, when from the ground, from the other side of the room, Kiba came tunneling out, and shot for Ryouta.
"Get away from Akamaru!"
As he did, his spinning body broke through the giant hand display that was within the hall, causing it to fall down to the ground, Ryouta moved his hand and threw Akamaru towards Kiba, then he prepared his own Jutsu as Kiba caught Akamaru, and helped the dog to spin once more, now both came for Ryouta again.
"Fire Release, Flame Whirlwind!"
Releasing a whirlwind of fire from his mouth, the pair of spinning partners clashed with the twisting flaming vortex, creating a clash in the air, the shockwave blasting through the area, and caused the ground to be dented.
"The fact that he's clashing with that amount of fire, my bugs would be roasted from those flames...so Kiba and Akamaru right now must be feeling the burn...he must really want to stay in this match."
Shino observed, Satsuki surprisingly, even to herself, agreed with what Shino said.
"Yeah, that level of fire should be enough to cause the pair of them to be out. But they're still fighting against him. But, while he's still doing well, Ryou's still got some tricks and Jutsu's up his sleeves."
Naruko furrowed her brows, watching Kiba and Akamaru's spinning come to a stop, and they were blasted back together with wounds appearing on both of them, smashing deep into the ground.
Ryouta exhaled as he stood there, watching the pair.
Kiba tried to stand…
But he fell down to his knees, and panted heavily.
"No...come on...move..."
Kiba pleaded with himself, while Ryouta admired his convictions to strive on.
Both Akamaru and Kiba seemed to be unable to move, the proctor raised his hand.
"With the contestant unable to-"
"W-Wait...I'm not...finished yet...r-right buddy?"
Kiba spoke to the proctor at the beginning, then to Akamaru at the end, who let out a small barking sound.
Ryouta looked at the determination of Kiba, showing that he clearly was in pain, yet was still willing to go on.
"If you're determined Kiba-san, then I don't object."
Kiba let out a small laugh as he stood up, albeit on shaky legs. The same for Akamaru.
"Heh...good, because I don't have any intention of backing down! Not until I am unconscious!"
Ryouta had to admit that Kiba saying that was something that made him happy.
"Lets go then Kiba-san, Akamaru-san. I wont hold back."
"Good, because we are going to win this!"
Kiba showed a smirk, and then together with Akamaru, they began spinning rapidly.
However, unlike before, the pair dug underground, and disappeared.
Ryouta used his Sharingan to look for their chakra colours underground. Tracking them down, he knew where they were going to come from, so he leapt up, as the pair shot up from the ground and tried to attack from both his right and left hand side, so Ryouta went forward, and turned around, seeing the pair coming for him.
Using the Body Flicker, Ryouta created several After Image Clones. The clones filled the area, Kiba and Akamaru looked on, and could smell Ryouta moving between them, but neither were sure where he was.
So they tunneled their way through the area, going through every clone that they could do.
But didn't hit anything.
Ryouta in the meantime was watching their movements, and thought of the best way to take them down and why they kept going underground, what the purpose of that truly was.
Akamaru then came up from above.
Readying himself to fight the dog, Ryouta was about to weave through some hand signs, when he felt the ground below him shaking.
"Pretty cool."
He murmured as he backflipped away, Kiba came bursting out of the ground and missed the boy by a few inches.
Kiba together with his dog companion, they came at Ryouta who continued backflipping, watching the pair coming in at him.
As they chased him, Ryouta understood what they were doing.
Attempting to box the boy in, he saw the pair of them coming in from up above, and towards the right, with the left being blocked off by debris.
"Nowhere to run now!"
Kiba yelled, as he and Akamaru came at him from different ways.
Looking between them, Ryouta exhaled, as he weaved through some hand signs.
"Water Release, Water Wall!"
Spewing out water from his mouth, he created a wall of water, something that shocked a number of people that hadn't seen Ryouta produce water before.
Even Hiruzen was impressed that he could produce a good level of water from his chakra alone, and then shape it into a dense wall that blocked the pairs attacks.
As they spun, it became slower, and for a moment, Ryouta could see the eyes of the two with his Sharingan.
"Sorry, but this is the end."
Ryouta took out two kunai's, with paper bombs attached.
Tossing them into the water, they exploded, sending Akamaru right, and Kiba left.
Slamming into the ground, the pair groaned.
But weren't deterred in the slightest, as Kiba yelled "Now buddy!" and rushed back a little more, grabbed a hidden robe under all of the debris, and pulled on it, causing a rope that was buried underground to come up.
"Hey! Where did that come from?!"
Naruko yelled out, so Haku filled her in.
"When they were drilling underground, they were laying the rope underground so they could bind Ryou-kun. And the place he's in, I suspect that the pair drew Ryou-kun towards that place so he would be trapped. I presume they're going to follow up with a big attack."
As she spoke, from the perspectives of Kiba and Akamaru, the rope wrapped around Ryouta's form, binding him tightly.
"Hah! I got you! Didn't see that coming huh?!" Kiba cockily said, which caused Shino to groan. "Now it's time to be finished off!"
Kiba and Akamaru ran forward, and did the Fang Passing Fang Jutsu to come like drills for the boy that was seemingly bound.
Believing to have made contact, they pushed harder and harder.
However, each felt resistance that they didn't understand.
What they didn't realize however was that what they saw was only a Genjutsu, a Genjutsu cast on them when Ryouta managed to see their eyes for a moment, but that's all he needed.
They actually were rushing at one another, and Ryouta was on a different part of the field all together. He wasn't bound by the rope, and neither Kiba or Akamaru couldn't figure it out since they were intensely focused on trying to attack Ryouta.
"I knew they were doing something, I wasn't entirely sure what it was so I took some precautions just in case. I haven't seen Kiba-san this good, and this determined before. I bet he truly did want to beat me today. I'm sorry Kiba-san, but this is a competition and I wont lose my chance to become a Chunin either. But I'm happy to see your efforts Kiba-san, it's been a great fight."
While admiring their determination, Ryouta was also very determined to become a Chunin.
Weaving through some hand signs, Ryouta inhaled and then exhaled.
"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Unleashing a large sphere of flames, he shot it across the field to the unsuspecting pair.
As it came close, Kiba felt the heat, and turned to see the fires coming in, and his eyes widened.
But because of his exhausted state, he couldn't dodge out of the way, and the pair of them received the attack head on.
Blasting them back, the pair smashed into the wall.
Falling out of the wall, the pair laid together, rendered unconscious.
"With the contestant unconscious, the winner is Ryouta Uchiha."
Ryouta bowed his head, as Satsuki showed a smile on her face.
"Yeah! Go Ryou! You did it! You got through! Yahoo!"
Naruko cheered out happily, while Karin looked relieved.
"Yeah, you did it..."

Satsuki looked towards him, as he noticed Kiba being taken away by the medical staff.
"Looks like we're through to the next round Ryou."
Ryouta nodded strongly.
"Yes, it seems that we are now Satsuki-chan. Now there's only one match left..."
Ryouta looked towards his friend.
With all of the other matches done, the last match of the day had been decided, and that was to be Lee vs Gaara.
Ryouta wondered how the fight was going to go, he believed in Lee and his strength…
But Gaara still was very strong.
Whatever the outcome, he knew he'd be supporting Lee all of the way.

So, the matches for Naruko and Ryouta happened this chapter! With Tenten giving her all, pushing Naruko with her fighting at a distance, and being able to manipulate her weapons. But Naruko came up with...a intriguing tactic, that managed to help her edge out a win!
Then Ryouta and Kiba fought one another, Kiba did his best together with Akamaru, and gave it their all though Ryouta managed to win in the end.
Next chapter is the end of the preliminaries with Lee vs Gaara being the only fight left.
