Welcome to the next chapter.

Demon lord digimon; Yeah, that would be fun to do.

danielsnow; Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Pakura's got some stuff coming up here yeah. Yeah, if Orochimaru did, he'd definitely be quite angry.

Zhany; Thanks, and thanks for the vote.

ShadowUzumaki55; Yeah, he managed to get through to Gaara, to the point she was willing to stop. Shukaku on the other hand, not as receptive to the idea. Pakura's going to be going through some stuff coming up yeah. Glad you liked that moment, and we'll be seeing quite soon what Ryouta's got going on, the same for in that scroll.

Silver crow; Yeah, seemed Shukaku was more in control there. Glad you liked those scenes. We'll see how it goes on yeah. Glad you liked the Ryouta and Hiruzen scene. Hayate did go through a few things. Yeah, Pakura definitely wasn't happy. That's Shukaku for you at this point in the series. Yeah, Gaara had a sweet moment with Ryouta for sure. Pakura really is going through quite a lot. Karin definitely was. Glad you liked Gaara's moment with Ryouta, and yeah, he managed to have real contact with her. Yeah, Ryouta and Hiruzen had quite a nice scene together, showing how close they got after Shisui's death. Maybe Hiruzen will do yeah. Yugao is yeah. Orochimaru does seem quite calm huh, that's probably making Kabuto unsure of what he truly is thinking. As he grows, the Oc will discover more ways of using his Quirk and different aspects of it. He'll meet Gran Torino, and maybe he'll give a different kind of advice than he gave to Izuku. Nighteye could do. We'll get moments between the brothers that isn't just going at one another. The colour will probably be a white colour, or maybe silver. I've got ideas on how the sludge villain will be dealt with. Yeah, it did seem that no one really questioned it as it happened. Yeah, as the story goes, we'll see how AFO and OFA will interact with the two brothers. Maybe some might learn the truth earlier than they did in the canon series. When it comes up, maybe before it does in canon, he could do yeah, he wouldn't have a real reason before that to bring up Nana to All Might due to not knowing she had OFA in the past and he knows she was a Hero, but he wouldn't be aware of the connection to All Might in the beginning at least. Yeah, he could have a deadpan moment, though it would still be really gut wrenching for him to see his brother like that. Yeah, maybe he could defeat Nomu at USJ, Muscular I've got some ideas for. Maybe Ochaco will be like that. Yeah, his meeting with Kurama is going to be quite fun to explore. Yeah, that's what Shukaku was referring too. Kaguya's silently waiting for her time. Maybe he will. He'd have his own Quirk, and the ones granted from One For All, he wouldn't need anymore. Danzo isn't attacking the leaf, he's up to something else. Thanks for the suggestions. Maybe she can after Chunin Exams. We'll see how the fight goes down. It wouldn't be Twice's brother, and not Keita either. It would be a reworking of Rensuke, but that wont be for a good while yet. Well, he might meet some yeah.

Guest 1; Hopefully she could do yeah, could lead into something's. Ryouta did yeah, he managed to calm Gaara down, Shukaku wasn't as receptive. It did yeah, maybe in the future Shukaku can come around to the idea. Pakura really is going through quite a bit, and we'll soon see more things from her. Yeah, Orochimaru and Kabuto really did get off light for what they did during the series, and who they killed, among other things they did, so yeah, they'll not be able to get away with it. That scroll will be something that will help Ryouta down the road. They'll learn about it in time. And thanks very much! Thanks for the suggestions and votes.

Spiralzone; Glad you liked it. Yeah, he managed to get through to Gaara, Shukaku could come in time. Thanks for the votes.

Skull Flame; She has yeah. Orochimaru doesn't seem all that concerned huh. Danzo, we'll be seeing quite soon.

LezarioFanficio; Yeah, she'd be good for Shikamaru. Thanks very much! Glad you liked it!

Hinata fan; We did yeah, we'll see how Gaara grows from this. Shukaku wasn't receptive to it yet, but he might be one day. Yeah, he managed to save Hayate.

Guest 2; I'll try my best yeah. Thanks for the vote.

Guest 3; Thanks for the vote.

Andrew123456; Yes I will be, thanks for the votes.

AlphaOmega; He did yeah, he did his best to help out Gaara, and Shukaku, and with Gaara at least, she's beginning to understand more about her feelings. Yeah, Shukaku's going to take some more convincing, but he'll do his best. Thanks for the votes.

TheGreatGodzilla; Pakura definitely isn't. Can't say about that, maybe they're working together, maybe they aren't, we'll see soon enough. I haven't read them yet. Thanks for the vote. It will have a focus on the relationship between Tomura and his little brother among other things. I know the names of them yeah. Ryouta surely did yeah. He could be called out on that yeah. The story will be out in pretty soon, no official time yet. Haven't decided on name for the story and as for the harem, not sure, not too big, not too small.

helios darkus; Poll probably ends in about a weeks time from the posting of this chapter. Not sure when the story will begin, in the next few weeks. It's how I think it would go. Thanks for the quirk vote. He'll be doing things for himself, we'll see how it goes as the story goes on. Regardless if the oc and Bakugo know one another before U.A or not, their relationship would be different to how Izuku's is, as he'd have a Quirk so no point trying to bully him, I've already got plans for how Bakugo is going to develop through the story, and the story between oc and Bakugo. Can't reveal anything about that yet. He'd still be friends with them, and have other friends. We'll see how he uses his Quirk soon enough.

Guest 4; Thanks for the vote.

War Sage; Thanks. Glad you liked it. Yeah, Ryouta's got a good handle on his Sharingan due to having it since he was very young. Lets hope she can yeah. That scroll will come up later on. Yeah, they could be more prepared as a result of what's happened. Pakura truly is torn up inside, and we'll be learning more about that as we go on. Danzo is yeah. Not sure yet. Thanks for the suggestions.

Guest 5; Not sure, maybe a week or two.

Lightwave; Gaara is going to be going through something's. Thanks for the vote.

wtfstarftw1; Thanks for the suggestions.

Any of one; Yeah, possibly.

Guest 6; Yeah that would be a pretty cool idea for a story. Asia and he could be yeah. Valerie would be cool yeah, thanks for the suggestions!

With those reviews out of the way, it's time to start the chapter.

Sharingan vs Byakugan!

The day of the match finally arrives. Ryouta stretches in his bed, and looks towards Satsuki who was already awake.

His hand went out, and placed it gently on her face, giving a few little soft strokes with his fingers which she nuzzled against in an affectionate manner.

During their times like this, Satsuki usually did show a more calm and loving side.

"Satsuki-chan. Today's the day."

Ryouta smiled out, with Satsuki inclining her neck.

"Yeah, seems to be huh. Your match is first, isn't it Ryou?"

Ryouta inclined his neck.

"Yeah, we should be going before..." As he spoke, Satsuki ran her fingers through his black and silver hair, and pulled his head closer to her own, allowing a single finger to run across his lips before placing a small and gentle kiss there. "...Satsuki-chan..."

His face began tinging red as she continued to lightly kiss his lips for brief moments.

Innocent little moments between those that had deep affection for one another.

"We might have a hard day together, so I wished to relax before anything happens."

Ryouta could understand that, so he allowed his hand to find her own, and gently hold onto it.

"You're right. You've got your match with Gaara-san...Satsuki-chan, I know that you will be...but please be careful. She's very strong."

"Speaking from personal experience?"

Ryouta wished he could say why she should be careful.

But he was sworn to secrecy and that he'd not be able to tell her that Gaara housed the One Tail Beast within her.

He just hoped that didn't come into anything.

"I guess you could say that. But it is something you should think about Satsuki-chan. The fight could be one that could be difficult to deal with if you lose your balance and she's able to exploit any kind of opening."

Satsuki appreciated the care and love that he spoke with towards her.

Allowing her fingers to leave his hair, she brought that hand to his face, and allowed her silky smooth fingers to caress his cheek for a few moments.

"Don't worry about it, I've got the Chidori, haven't I?"

"Indeed...yes, it's a very strong Jutsu Satsuki-chan. But remember how many times you can use it."

"I know, leave it to me. I've got the perfect time for when I'm going to use it against her, and if I need to use it a second time, I've got a different way that I'm going to use it as well." Satsuki edges closer towards him, so their breath could be felt tickling the others faces. "Ignoring that for the moment, maybe it would be best if we get ready now."

Ryouta nodded, and stood tall.

Stretching his body, he knew that day, was the day he'd have to do his best, and hoped that Oto didn't do anything, but if they did, he was prepared.

Finally, after all of the trials they had to face, Ryouta and Satsuki arrived together. Hand in hand, they walked towards the large stadium, within eye shot. Their eyes went towards one another briefly, and Ryouta gave a small smile while she gave a smirk.

They then continued on together.

Going inside, they walk all the way up towards the area they were supposed to be in, with all of the other finalists in the arena itself.

Upon arriving, Ryouta noticed that everyone who was in the finals, had already shown up.

The likes of Naruko, Haku, Shino, Temari, Gaara, Shikamaru and finally Neji as well.

Upon seeing him, Neji's eyes focused solely on the young man.

But Ryouta didn't look at him.

Instead, he looked over the people within the stadium.

Wanting to see who was there, and more specifically, if he could see people like Hiashi and Hinata, along with Hanabi.

Using his Sharingan to do so since there were a good many people stationed there, he also saw Mikoto stationed near Hiruzen, most likely acting as his main guard.

Continuing to look, Ryouta's eyes finally caught the sight of Hiashi, and Hanabi sat together.

Hanabi's eyes went towards Ryouta, and pulled on her Father's long robe.

"Look Dad, he showed up. I knew he would."

Hiashi held cold eyes.

"Yes, but it doesn't mean he has a chance in victory Hanabi."

Hanabi pulled a complex face.

"We don't know yet though, do we?"

"We can be sure of one thing, and that is the fight is going to be something that decides the future of a number of people."

Hanabi wore a troubled expression as she stared on towards the stadium.

Ryouta continued looking, and found Sakura, Ino, Lee, Kiba and Karin all sat together. He also saw Hinata with them, a good distance away from her family, which Ryouta thought was a little sad.

Ryouta also saw the likes of Pakura, and Kankuro together, stationed close by to the other Jonin.

Finally, he saw the Jonin's stood together. He saw Anko waving energetically, so he waved back. Kakashi, Guy, Asuma and Kurenai were also stationed over there. Ryouta knew that Hayate was still in the hospital, and he presumed that Yugao would be there as well, which was rather understandable in his eyes.

With all of them there, Ryouta wondered how the day was going to play out.

Even more than that, he also thought about what Kabuto and Orochimaru could do, and what else he was going to do if the time came for them to fight.

Bowing his head, Ryouta and Satsuki moved closer.

"Ryou-kun, Satsuki-san, I'm glad that you've arrived."

Haku was the first to greet them, taking a hold of his hand.

"Yeah, sorry about being a little late. We erm..." His eyes went to Satsuki who just kept up a small smirk on her lips. "...we got held up, that's all."

"I see. Even then, I'm glad that you're here."

Ryouta smiled gently, as he noticed Naruko blowing kisses to the people in the stands.

He had to admit that he found that her to be rather adorable when she was doing that.

Temari gave Ryouta a passing glance.

Gaara on the other hand didn't speak as she approached.

She looked at Satsuki who did the same thing.

Gaara then casually stood very close to Ryouta.

To the point that their bodies were practically touching one another.

Satsuki frowned.

"What are you doing?"

Demanding that from the red head, Gaara's eyes turned towards Satsuki.

Not saying anything at first, Gaara simply stared at her.

"I'm standing here."

Gaara replied in a gruff voice, Satsuki sharpened her gaze.

"I can see. Why so close?"

"Because I want to."

Gaara's intense eyes went towards Satsuki.

But she didn't back down.

Ryouta, before anything could happen, placed his hand on Gaara's own.

"Ready for today's matches Gaara-san?"

"...Yes."

Naruko was surprised that Gaara for one answered, and also because she sounded rather normal when doing it.

However, before they could continue, fireworks began exploding in the sky.

Catching their attentions, Ryouta looked to see that a man dressed in a similar outfit to Hiruzen, except the colour was green where Hiruzen's was red, he believed that to be the Kazekage himself who had his face covered.

Hiruzen saw that his fellow Kage had arrived, and greeted with a warm smile.

"Welcome Kazekage."

"Thank you for inviting me, Hokage."

"Since both ours and yours are within the finals, it is to be expected."

"Yes, well it seems that a good number of competitors have arrived." As he spoke, his eyes went towards the two Uchiha. "My, the last remaining Uchiha's, and even the Hyuga as well."

"The first match is to be the Uchiha boy, vs the Hyuga boy."

Hiruzen explained, so the Kazekage let out a small laugh.

"What an interesting battle. A battle between the two famous eyes. Dojutsu's that many would kill for, wouldn't you agree Hokage?"

Hiruzen didn't allow his smile to fade.

But he didn't exactly like how the Kazekage was speaking.

"Yes, I certainly would. Now, we shall begin."

Hiruzen stood, and walked forward.

Looking over all of those that were there, he began speaking.

Making a speech to the public, and getting them rallied up for the matches ahead.

While doing so, Ryouta felt something hold onto his hand.

He looked down to see it was Gaara.

He glanced at her, to see that she was just facing forward, no emotions on her face.

Haku noticed Gaara holding Ryouta's hand first, developing a small frown.

Satsuki narrowed her brows when she saw it.

Naruko also saw it, and tilted her head in wonder, thinking "Did something happen between them?" as she wasn't aware of the fight the two of them had previously.

When Hiruzen finished his speech, he looked between the competitors as another Jonin came onto the arena with them. Ryouta didn't recognize his face, but knew his name was Genma due to the fact that Hayate was currently incapacitated.

"Now, the first match is going to be between Neji Hyuga, and Ryouta Uchiha. Those names that I haven't called, please wait up in the area that has been set up for those participating in the exams today."

Satsuki and the others began to go.

Satsuki turned towards Ryouta, and gave a soft smirk.

"Do your best to win."

"You know it Satsuki-chan."

Haku nodded.

"Yes Ryou-kun, I'll be cheering for you."

"Thanks Haku-chan."

"Ryou! Kick some butt okay?! What he did to Hinata, make sure he sees what's wrong with it!"

Naruko cheered as she waved her hands up above her head as she walked away.

"You got it Naruko-chan."

Naruko showed a beaming smile, as Gaara looked towards Ryouta.

She didn't say anything but she did stare at him, with the tiniest of smiles creeping onto her face.

Though it was very hard to notice, Ryouta did and thought that it was rather cute of her.

Once the others had gone, and had gone up to their special box area, Ryouta and Neji stared one another down.

Everyone else looked on, wondering what was going to happen next between them.

Ryouta rested his hand on his tanto, while Neji gave a calm demeanour.

His fingers were pointed out like they were sharp small daggers ready to pierce through his flesh.

With the proctor stood close by, Neji and Ryouta's eyes met one another.

The eyes of an Uchiha and Hyuga finally clashing together.

"This is it, the fated duel."

Neji began with a small superior look on his face, but one of mostly desire to fight someone that he has believed to be strong and has seen also how strong he was, now that he had the chance, and was ready to take down the opponent.

"There's nothing about fate in this duel Neji-san."

Ryouta responded with a calm tone.

Neji raised an eyebrow at the young man before him.

"Confident you're going to win? Is that something they call destiny? Because destiny in this situation favours me."

Ryouta exhaled slowly at the words used by Neji, knowing that this could be quite the annoyance to have.

But Ryouta was fully prepared, and ready to do what was necessary.

The Chunin Exam proctor raised his hand.

"Are you both ready?" Ryouta and Neji nod their heads. "Now the first match...begin!"

When he said that out loud, Neji and Ryouta didn't attack one another for a few moments.

Instead, Neji's blank eyes with veins beginning to appear around them met with Ryouta's own reddening ones, showing their Dojutsu to one another.

"I've always wanted to fight you since I heard about you."

Neji revealed, Ryouta expressed a small smile.

"Is that so?"

"Because you have the famed Sharingan, and I have the Byakugan. This showdown was always meant to be. To see which eye is truly superior, and which clan is the strongest. You are one of the best Uchiha have to offer, one of the only now, so I'd like to see that power now."

Ryouta didn't have a problem with that.

Though he did have some questions for Neji.

His eyes briefly went towards Hiashi, selecting him out of the crowd.

Turning his eyes back to Neji fully, Ryouta showed a willingness to fight.

"You want to see my power. That's fine enough, but what you did to Hinata-san was going too far."

"She knew of the consequences."

Neji said with a cold tone.

But Ryouta shook his head.

"You're her family, and you tried to kill her. In that moment, a decision was made within you, and you chose to end her life, when you easily could have stopped her by any other method which meant you would have won. What do you think you were trying to do with that? What could you have achieved by killing her?"

"I was achieving what I was destined for. My destiny was to live for her sake. As a branch family member, I was destined to live and die for her."

While his tone was that of one of unforgiving, Ryouta couldn't accept it so easily.

It wasn't something that could be accepted at all.

"So what? You decided that destiny wanted you to end her to escape that destiny for yourself? It doesn't work like that. I get the branch family stuff, but trying to murder Hinata-san for, a match that wasn't life and death, consequences out of that battle only meant you'd not be in the Chunin Exams when you can try again in the next ones, there was no need to go in for the kill. And did you think what would have happened afterwards? What her Father, or Konoha would have done?"

Ryouta spoke up, trying to make Neji see sense in his senseless actions.

Neji didn't like what he was hearing, so he made his stance known.

When he did, Hiashi recognized it, and murmured "Eight Trigrams Sixty Four Palms...how could he know that?" as that technique was saved for the main branch, which Neji was not apart of, and seeing it before his eyes, he wasn't sure what to think.

"That doesn't matter now."

"It does Neji-san. You can't see that you almost ruined your life for that trick. You could have stopped her if you wanted to win, but you went for the kill."

Neji didn't like how Ryouta was speaking.

He didn't even want to know about it at all.

So he showed a fierce expression on his face.

"I'll end you with this."

Ryouta watched as Neji came in close, and moved swiftly.

Tracking him with his Sharingan eyes, he witnessed what Neji was going to do and concentrated on speed. Making sure that he was ready to strike Neji's attacks down and make sure that he couldn't have his Tenketsu sealed otherwise his chakra would be unusable.

Neji, getting to Ryouta, made two strikes.

"Eight Trigrams, Two Palms!"

Neji called, and tried to pierce Ryouta with his fingers.

But to his shock, and others amazement, in particular Lee, Ryouta brought out his sword, and blocked both finger strikes with crossing the blade over his body, a single moment like that was something that astonished Neji.

"Four Palms!"

Neji snapped, and did two more strikes towards him.

But like before, Ryouta moved his blade in the way, and blocked each four strikes.

Hiashi was surprised at the speed Ryouta was able to intercept the attacks.

"Wow, Future Sensei's blocking them huh."

Hanabi commented mostly to herself, but her Father heard what she had said, and raised an eyebrow at the sight.

Neji continued with his teeth beginning to grit together.

"Eight Palms!"

This time he took it up to four consecutive strikes to double it from four to eight.

Tracking them down with his eyes and his speed, Ryouta blocked each and every one of the strikes that Neji gave with the flat side of his blade, astonishing Hinata who was silently cheering for Ryouta to succeed.

"Ryou-kun's speed, he's able to even move faster than Brother Neji. He's blocking all of the palms against him. Ryou-kun, you can do this...please save Brother Neji from himself, and return him to how he was before...I know that you can save him from himself..."

Hinata placed her hands together, and hoped that this would be good for Neji.

Ryouta kept his calm. But Neji wasn't.

He was becoming agitated that his previous strikes didn't land.

So he picked up the pace with his next barrage of attacks.

"Sixteen Palms!"

Firing off eight strikes for him, double the last amount but moving at a higher speed, Neji thought for sure that he'd get him.

But like before, Ryouta blocked them all, being able to track them down with his eyes, and his speed that he's built up with many years of training and hard work, something that Neji was becoming increasingly frustrated with.

Hiashi on the other hand saw Hanabi looking on in amazement.

"As expected, Future Sensei has this~"

"Future Sensei?"

Hiashi asked, Hanabi giggled awkwardly, and silenced herself.

Hiashi raised an eyebrow at his younger daughters actions.

But then shook his head, and watched Neji's movements.

"Thirty Two Palms!"

Neji yelled out, and did sixteen strikes against him this time to add up the total to thirty two all together.

But, using his sword, and speed, Ryouta blocked all of them, astonishing Hiashi in the crowd.

"I didn't think this boy would be this fast. More so, what was he saying about Hinata...no, I heard. Yet, can I trust it was real…? Was it for my benefit so I'd allow them to remain friends? No, even if he didn't say that, I'd have to honour the agreement, so saying that now doesn't do anything for me."

Hiashi was having his internal conflict.

He wasn't sure entirely what he was supposed to think.

He knew Neji was good, he didn't know Neji had learned the Sixty Four Palms.

But what more astonished him was the fact that Ryouta was able to block every and all strikes with his blade. He didn't even launch an attack right back, instead focused on Neji's strikes and making sure that they didn't reach him.

Compared to the irrational looking Neji, the calm Ryouta was able to stay focused while Neji was losing some edge each time he tried to launch his attacks.

Neji's teeth gritted to a degree that he almost looked like he was snarling.

"Eight Trigrams, Sixty Four Palms!"

Snapping at Ryouta, he came in at the boy with thirty two strikes within the span of a few seconds.

Thirty one of them, Ryouta blocked.

The last one, Ryouta grabbed Neji's wrist, astonishing him as he swiftly moved and embedded his elbow into Neji's torso, the impact of the blow caused Neji to cough up blood that sent him flying across the battlefield.

"Correction, Eight Trigrams, Sixty Three Palms Neji-san."

Ryouta murmured with a battle hardened expression on his face, with Satsuki smiling at the sight.

"Damn Ryou."

Satsuki felt excitement within her chest at what he did and how he acted during the fight.

"Yeah! Yahoo! Go Ryou! Kick his butt!"

Naruko cheered loudly, as Haku gently smiled.

"Yes, Ryou-kun..."

Gaara looked towards Ryouta, and then recalled what happened the previous night and morning when they sat together, and spent time with one another.

"Ryouta Uchiha..."

Temari's eyes glanced at Gaara, and saw she was looking...normal.

She didn't have a blood lust expression.

It was beyond surprising as Gaara usually got blood lusting when strong people fought.

But now, it seemed while she was paying attention, she was focused more on Ryouta than anything else.

"So fast..." Shikamaru murmured, before adding. "Such a drag, I can't go that fast."

Temari hearing what he said, rolled her eyes.

"You aren't going to be fun to fight in our match."

Shikamaru didn't respond as Shino folded his arms.

"Indeed, these two are high contenders during the Chunin Exams. Why you may ask?"

Haku glanced at him, seeing Shino was mostly speaking to himself at this point.

Tenten on the other hand let out a gasp.

"Neji's perfect attack was countered? No way, he intercepted all of them and even then managed to stop the last one from landing and deliver his own attack to him. No other Genin have ever done that before...who is this boy?"

Tenten was in denial that Ryouta could do something like that.

She had seen Neji moving very fast, be precise with his movements.

And now Ryouta not only outspeed him, but he also was able to counter attack Neji and deliver a devastating blow.

Lee who was sat close by showed a strong smile.

"Nothing less than I'd expect from my rival!"

"But even then, Neji has the Byakugan and he's the most talented youth, he can't lose to this boy, can he?"

Lee kept showing his smile towards Tenten.

He was adamant that Ryouta would be capable of winning.

"Aah Tenten, Neji is indeed very talented, but so is my rival! Aah, it makes me wish I could have fought him instead!"

Tenten wasn't sure what to believe, while Ino thrust her hand up.

"That's right Ryou-kun! That's how it's done!"

Ino cheered as Sakura showed a soft smile.

"Ryou-kun managed to block all of them...wow, it seems he's trained really hard. Even now, he seems faster than before."

Sakura's words brought a grin to Ino's face, as Karin tightened her hands.

"Yeah, that's it! Yahoo! That's amazing! Go for it Ryou-kun, take him down! Our team for the win!"

Karin thrusted her fists out before her, while Choji almost dropped his bag of crisps.

"...I couldn't even see their movements. Yet he blocked Neji's moves? Damn..."

As Choji said that, Hinata silently cheered for Ryouta, as Kiba yelled "Yahoo! Go for it!" showing no bad blood between them despite Kiba's loss in their fight.

Hiruzen gave a slight smile to his face, as the Fourth Kazekage looked on with excitement. But thanks to his face being mostly covered, he wasn't able to display the exact amount of excitement he had within him, though his eyes did shift to glance at Karin a few times, it seemed she hadn't picked up on anything, yet.

As the crowd spoke to one another, Neji skidded across the ground, and flipped back so he landed on his feet. Feeling the blood coming out of his mouth, Neji wiped it off, and glared intensely towards Ryouta's form who in turn twirled his sword in his hand, ready to face off against Neji.

"It seems that you are quite the speedy person. You got in a lucky strike, not again."

"Lucky strike?"

Ryouta asked curiously, to which Neji nodded coldly.

"Yes, that's right. It wont happen again!"

Neji shot off for Ryouta.

Getting in close, he came at Ryouta from the right with a palm strike but Ryouta dodged, and got behind Neji in one motion. Almost as if he was gliding through the air, Neji was stunned, and used his Byakugan to see that he was trying to kick him.

Rather than defend, Neji ducked the attack with the air changing above Neji's head. With the wind sweeping through his long hair to the point that Neji felt the ribbon that usually tied his long hair became a little loose.

Using this chance, Neji kicked off the ground to try and land a blow against Ryouta's upper body.

However, the young man dodged out of the way, flipping back several times, and then dashed forward once more. The incredible speed he went, coupled with the Body Flicker, caused some of the ground to crack.

Despite seeing him coming, Neji couldn't turn around fast enough, and he received a hard kick to the right hand side of his body. The blow was hard, and it hurt Neji to the point that blood shot out of his mouth.

"No..."

Neji, with Ryouta's leg up close and personal, gathered his chakra to try and use his Gentle Fist to damage Ryouta's leg, but the young man pulled away, and flipped up into the air only enough to get above Neji.

Spinning, the young man used the momentum of that to try and land a devastating blow on Neji himself.

Neji's eyes widened, as without even having to move his eyes to face that direction, he saw Ryouta coming in thanks to his Byakugan, so he pushed chakra through his body and jumped out of the way, Ryouta's foot gliding by his face with only a few inches between them.

As Ryouta's foot came crashing into the ground, it dug deep into the earth, uprooting some of it.

"His strength has increased to a good level I see...and more than that, he's countering Neji, he's studied well, and he's using his training to the fullest effects, predicting with his eyes, and countering with his strikes..."

Kakashi mused within his mind, and saw Ryouta using the uprooted debris as projectiles, kicking them so fast that they moved like bullets through the air.

Neji saw this coming thanks to his eyes, and landed firmly on the ground, and straightened his fingers as far as he could, before making stabbing motions with his fingers, chakra laced through his hand, and then he pierced several of the rubble, protecting his body from harm.

As he did that, Ryouta got in close, moving across the battlefield with his sword by his side.

"He's moving fast, but thanks to my Byakugan I'm able to see him. But reacting to his speed is more difficult than I had anticipated. So this is the famed speed that Lee spoke about, he really is quick and his blows are strong. Even then, it is my destiny to win this fight, I cannot lose now."

Neji remained steadfast in his beliefs, and what he was going to do.

Intending to cut down Neji to the point he'd not be able to fight anymore, the young Hyuga himself saw Ryouta coming in, but due to the speed that he was going, seeing didn't make much of a difference so he had to resort to moving his hand to his kunai and launch them at Ryouta, pouring his chakra through it.

Ryouta used his eyes to predict its path, and then swung his sword out, firing it back right at Neji's upper body, who moved with swiftness, catching the kunai between his fingers, as Neji jumped back away from Ryouta's form.

"He's fast, and he's not letting up for even a moment. One mistake and I could be finished off. But I've got some ideas up my sleeve yet. I wont be beaten by this boy. It is my destiny to win this fight, not his."

Deciding that within his mind, Neji saw Ryouta coming in left, so he moved his arm to block.

However, as he did, his incredible eyes caught something that shouldn't be possible.

At least to a Genin.

Two Ryouta's…

No, the same one, in two different places.

As if time was slowed down thanks to his Byakugan helping him, Neji saw that Ryouta was still where he was before, but now he was coming in from behind, but he still saw that Ryouta's body was where he was in his first attack, so Neji concluded that he was moving so fast that he could have mass in both of his attacks, effectively attacking from two different places at the same time and switch between them at a moments notice.

Seeing Ryouta's blade coming up, Neji pushed his way to the right hand side, with Ryouta's blade swinging up. As it did, it caught Neji's ribbon in his hair, and sliced it off, allowing Neji's long flowing hair to be released from its binds.

Neji saw how close Ryouta was, so filled his hand with chakra, and did a Gentle Fist strike to his face, Ryouta dodged it, before Neji leapt back.

But as he did, Neji felt a sharp pain through his side.

"Damn..."

He looked down to see a slice across his side.

Blood dripped out of him as he landed fully on the ground.

Holding a hand to his wound, he wondered how he got it…

Then it came to him that Ryouta's blade managed to cut into him when he cut through the ribbon in his hair.

"I have to admit, that you are better than I expected."

"Because destiny said that you were going to be victorious in our fight, that's why you said that?"

"That's what destiny is. It's predetermined, you cannot change it."

Ryouta couldn't understand where his beliefs stem from.

What was truly going on inside of his mind at that moment in time.

"Why can't you change it? Who says what is and isn't decided within this world?"

"Destiny dictated my Father would always end his life by sacrificing it for his twin brother. So you see, destiny wont ever change, no matter how hard you try. That's why it is predetermined."

"What do you mean?"

Ryouta was genuinely curious.

He hadn't heard about Neji's Father, and being sacrificed.

So Neji explained.

"A Kumo Ninja tried to kidnap Hinata-sama, for her eyes, when she was young. It was around the time the peace treaty had been signed. However, Hiashi-sama stopped him by killing him. But because he killed him, Kumo threatened to abandon the treaty if Hiashi-sama didn't give himself up as a price for killing one of their own, and hands were tied at that time. My Father...he looked the spitting image of him, so he was sacrificed for the safety of Hiashi-sama, the Byakugan, the head of the clan. He died, for that reason."

Ryouta was astounded, he didn't know all of that.

He could also hear the anger, the pain within Neji's voice.

It was crystal clear.

Hiashi also felt his face falling when seeing Neji's pain before his eyes.

Hinata recalled that situation and she felt saddened for Neji.

"And my life is the same for Hinata-sama. That's the life that I have now." He pulled down his headband and revealed his forehead to Ryouta, seeing that a mark was there. "This is the Cursed Seal that my clan put on those that aren't from the main branch. It brands me forever, it shapes my destiny. This is why my Father was sacrificed, as it seals our Byakugan at the time of our death, so they wouldn't get their hands on it."

Hiashi's face fell when he heard Neji say that.

Hinata also lowered her head, while Hanabi looked between her Father and Neji.

Ryouta remained calm as he spoke.

"I'm sorry about your Father, truly I understand what it is like to lose someone you love and cherish. I didn't get to know my parents, but I had my brother, and he died protecting me."

"He chose that, it wasn't forced upon him. My Father didn't have a choice."

Neji countered, so Ryouta did the same thing.

"Do you really think that Hiashi-san is so cold that he'd send his own brother to death without a second thought?" Neji paused, as did Hiashi. "I've seen how Hiashi-san is, hard to understand and difficult to approach, but I never sensed he was such a cold hearted man that he would happily or be uncaring enough to give his brother away in his place."

Neji was stunned to silence.

He didn't know what to say as a result of this.

Ryouta glanced up at Hiashi once more.

Though no words exchanged between them, Ryouta could see that Hiashi also seemed to be in pain.

A pain that he understood very well.

Turning his neck back to Neji, the young man looked on with narrowed brows.

"Have you ever asked him what happened that day? Because I know if it was my brother, I'd want to protect him, nothing would have gotten in my way. And he did the same for me without hesitation. He...He did so much for me in my life, a brotherly bond truly can be special, and even to this day, years and years after he sadly died...I still adore him, I love him from the bottom of my heart, and nothing, no one can change my mind on that fact. So maybe, Hiashi-san and your Father have something like that, they were twins right? Doesn't that mean anything to them?"

Speaking from his heart, Ryouta conveyed it the best way that he possibly could do.

However, Neji was conflicted on how to feel.

All of the years of resentment and hate, they couldn't be washed away.

Not until he knew the truth.

But if he got it...Neji truly didn't know.

"Asking him, why would he tell a lowly branch member the truth? He has no obligation, I am merely a branch member of the family, one that lives in forced servitude. And with this mark, that's how it is always going to be. One step out of line, and Hiashi-sama could end my existence with a single hand sign."

Neji asked, becoming more and more emotional, even Neji was surprised by how emotional he was becoming.

Ryouta took in a deep breath, before he expressed what he felt deep inside.

"Because he's your Father's twin brother. Even if he doesn't say anything, then at least you tried and that has to count for something. And that seal...I understand, it does brand you in certain ways. But it doesn't shape your destiny and it doesn't dictate who you are as a person. Haven't you already surpassed that by being this strong and talented?"

Surpassed that…

Could he have done that?

Neji wasn't sure, as Ryouta continued.

"However, what you tried to do to Hinata-san, she isn't the reason that you suffered. Yet you tried to murder her. Your feelings, I understand that you have anger within you...but Hinata-san isn't the cause for your pain. She didn't cause this, she wants to help you Neji-san, despite everything between you. She is a kind person, she cares for you."

Neji paused when he said that.

It seemed like an obvious thing to say.

But something inside of him was beginning to feel...differently, and he wasn't sure on how to deal with it.

"But destiny dictates..."

"Destiny...I can't believe things are predetermined. As if that was the case, that takes choice away from us. And choice, is what makes us human. We choose what we do, if we hurt, or help people."

Neji was stunned to hear what he said.

Lee was nodding over and over again as he wiped the manly tears from his eyes.

Guy who was stationed nearby, also began to cry manly tears, to the annoyance of Kakashi.

Though Kakashi could hear the passion in his voice.

He could hear that Ryouta wasn't speaking down to Neji.

He was speaking from his heart.

Naruko by now was beginning to tear up.

Hearing his words touched her heart.

"Each choice we make, makes us who we are. Situations like yours, it's something I can't believe still happens. It's horrible that you're forced to have that mark on your forehead, and the main house has control over you to such a degree. But it doesn't stop you from being who you want to be."

"Who I...want to be?"

Neji seemed surprised.

More than that...it brought to question everything that he was thinking about.

He didn't think about choices, he always thought whatever choice someone chose, was destined to happen.

"You can be whoever you want to be, you decide what kind of person you become. And I do know that Hinata-san and Hanabi-san are good people and want things to be better. They don't like this Neji-san. Both of them asked me to help bring back the you they remember when they were children, one that played with them and helped them, guided them, were friends with them. Work with them, change together with them so what happened to you and others, doesn't happen anymore. I'll do what I can to help you, and those girls Neji-san, it shouldn't be like this for you or anyone."

Hiashi lowered his head.

Such words coming from Ryouta…

It touched him.

He didn't expect it.

He thought that he'd just see a match.

But no, he was feeling things that he hadn't felt for such a long time now.

Even Neji was blown away with what he heard.

He couldn't fully wrap his head around it.

Ryouta then swung his sword.

"And right now, this is our match. Destiny doesn't decide what wins the match, it is our skills, our strengths, how we come at one another. So come at me Neji-san, fight me with everything you have inside of you, and I'll answer it with the same. Lets fight because we're competing in the Chunin Exams. Destiny has nothing to do with this."

A spark…

It ignited within Neji a flame that he hadn't felt in such a long time.

One that he definitely wished to explore, one that he didn't want to go.

A desire...to simply fight for what he wished for.

He was going to fight as hard as he possibly could do.

No matter what.

With being reinvigorated, Neji showed a strong expression, one that seemed a bit happier than before.

"So that's how it is? Then I believe it would be best if we did indeed fight one another. I wont hold back, I will win!"

Neji pushed chakra through his legs, and shot for Ryouta. Moving faster than before, Ryouta saw him coming in from the right, so Ryouta dodged the multiple movements of his fingers, and then swung his blade for Neji.

Dodging that by mere inches, Neji did a trick that surprised Ryouta, grabbing several kunai's, he began rotating, going faster and faster, to the point that Hiashi thought that he was doing the Palms Rotation technique, but it wasn't entirely like that.

While similar, it seemed that rather than form a dome of chakra, he used the momentum and the chakra through the kunai's that he held, and launched them for Ryouta, all within the span of a few seconds.

Ryouta saw that chakra laced the kunai's, chakra that felt eerily like the Gentle Fist and how Neji would do it with that, so Ryouta ran chakra through his own blade, deflecting all of the kunai, as Neji used that, jumped up high and came down with a palm strike.

"I'll finish you here!"

Neji declared, Ryouta could see more and more passion within his eyes, something that he hadn't displayed until this point.

Ryouta twirled his blade as he jumped back, Neji's hand slamming into the ground and creating a notable sized hole in the ground.

But it didn't deter Ryouta, who weaved through some hand signs, and prepared a Jutsu, pushing his chakra to a good degree and making the Jutsu rather strong.

"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"

Kneading the chakra inside of him, Ryouta inhaled flames, and then exhaled them in a large sphere that shot for Neji. The young Hyuga was stunned by the size of the sphere, as well as the power behind it.

He knew he wouldn't have a chance to avoid it.

But he also had something that could help him with blocking the attack.

Releasing chakra through his body, he began spinning to Hiashi and Hanabi's shock.

"No, he couldn't know that, could he? He was using a variation a moment ago, but he couldn't know the true one..."

Hiashi was beyond surprised.

Despite being from the branch family, he was able to perform techniques that even his daughters currently couldn't, and that was doing it on his own as well, without anyone to guide him which only made it even more special to see.

"Eight Trigrams Palms Rotation!"

Rotating faster and faster the spinning of the chakra formed a dome that began protecting him from the flames. The flames scorched the land around Neji, who began feeling the heat through his rotations, causing him to sweat under the intense flames.

But managing to dispel them, his eyes kept on Ryouta's form and eventually managed to launch himself for the young man, doing a series of quick jabs for him to try and shut down his chakra network…

Ryouta saw this, and reacted to it, avoiding the strikes, and then flashed behind Neji.

Neji began turning, only to see Ryouta's foot coming out.

Releasing chakra from his body, he tried to avoid it, but the speed of the kick was more than enough to catch Neji's body and send him flipping in the air.

Placing his hand fully on the blade while Neji was in the air, Ryouta got into a stance.

"This is it. Thank you for the match Neji-san. I promise, I'll help you."

Ryouta activated the Body Flicker, and vanished from a good number of peoples eyes, only those trained enough to keep up with his speed.

Neji with his Byakugan could see Ryouta.

But he wasn't fast enough to intercept the young man, who moved elegantly across the area.

Using his sword, he sliced Neji's body in areas that would cause a good deal of damage, without landing killing blows. Moving as fast as he could, all of the slices Ryouta did didn't begin to bleed at first.

When Ryouta finished, Neji watched as his body erupted with blood as he slammed into the ground from the kick Ryouta gave him beforehand.

"Gwaah..."

Inhaling slowly, Ryouta watched as the proctor began the countdown timer.

Neji tried to get up.

He tried to stand.

Desperately, he didn't want to lose the match.

But in the end, he couldn't fully do it, and he ended up laying on his back, blood coming out of him as the timer finally reached the end.

"With contestant Neji Hyuga unable to stand, the winner and moving onto the next round is contestant Ryouta Uchiha."

The crowd erupted with claps, and cheers.

Ryouta glanced at Hiashi who had an unreadable face.

Ryouta then looked down at Neji, seeing him falling unconscious.

Smiling to himself, he walked over to Neji, and saw on his face an expression Ryouta was surprised to see.

It was one of a smile.

A smile he hadn't seen before.

It almost looked like a smile that was free.

"Neji-san, I hope that I at least helped you. I can see you've had a bad start...maybe, just maybe you can make it better now. I'll do my best to help you...but I know Hanabi-san and Hinata-san, they're different...they wouldn't want this to happen again...maybe they can help you make true changes within Hyuga's practices..."

He then bent down and picked Neji up, walking off towards the medical area so he could get healed.

"Such sportsmanship, what a kind young man."

The Kazekage commented, Hiruzen gave a curious look.

"Yes, Ryouta-kun is a very polite young man."

"I can see. Now, I can't wait for the next match, the first one was filled with suspense, and drama, and amazing action."

Hiruzen didn't say anything, and merely glanced at the Kazekage who's expression was unreadable.

Ryouta, having taken Neji away, and once making sure that Neji was fine and being looked after, left the medical room he was in.

But when he did, he saw that Hiashi was stood outside of the room, together with Hinata. Hanabi wasn't anywhere in sight, he presumed it was because of the fact that this was a private matter that needed to be settled.

"Hiashi-san. I won the match."

"Yes, I am a man of my word, and I will not stop you and Hinata from seeing one another." Hinata and Ryouta both breathed a sigh of relief. "However, I also have to say...what you said to Neji out there, and what your personal feelings were..."

"I spoke from what I believed was the truth and from my heart Hiashi-san. I...I can't agree with methods such as that. And I'd like to make a request."

Hiashi raised an eyebrow.

"A request? For what may I ask?"

Hiashi was genuinely curious, so Ryouta explained it to the best of his ability.

"Neji-san...his Father, I don't know the circumstances, and if you don't wish to say it in front of me, I'd completely understand. But I think that he deserves to know the truth. Maybe I'm out of line for asking and if I am, I apologize. But please consider explaining it to him."

Hearing his words, Hiashi exhaled slowly.

"You are a caring young man. I couldn't believe it...no, I didn't want to accept it."

"Accept it sir?"

Ryouta this time asked, so Hiashi explained.

"I...when I saw my daughter in such a state...I thought it was your fault, encouraging a failing talent. I didn't think that I'd be proven wrong in my beliefs, but it seems that I am. Not only Hinata...but, Neji as well, when you spoke to him, I saw changes happening within him. I saw hate weakening, and I saw passion take its place."

"Hiashi-san...it must have taken a lot for you to admit that."

"Yes, it did. But I am old enough to admit when I am wrong. For Neji's Father, my brother, I also owe that boy an explanation and an apology, one that is overdue. And what you said about brotherly bond...you're correct, even now, after all these years, I do miss him terribly and wish that it didn't have to be like it was."

Ryouta could see that he was having a difficult time in holding it together.

He was failing in that and his emotions spilled out of his voice.

"Hiashi-san, my brother was also killed. He was murdered, and I still am searching for answers. So I'm glad you're willing to give Neji-san answers now."

"Yes...so, you intend to continue seeing my daughter?"

At his words, and the way he looked, Ryouta wondered exactly the nature of their relationship was in Hiashi's eyes.

"Yes, that's correct."

Hiashi develops a very small smile.

"Then, I do not expect anything other than you becoming closer to your boyfriend."

Hinata and Ryouta did a spit take, with Hinata's face burning red.

"B-B-B-B-Boyfriend?!"

"Yes, Hinata. I expect to see such a progression, if this is the young man you've chosen as your boyfriend, I accept it."

Hinata's bottom lip trembled.

Her eyes lidded over, and she began to convulse in place.

Ryouta saw what was going to happen, so he appeared behind her as her mind went into overload and she fainted on the spot, thankfully he caught her before anything could happen.

"Hiashi-san...were you being serious then?"

Ryouta had to question the elder man.

With the same expression as he had before, Hiashi inclined his neck.

"Of course, I do not throw these words out meaninglessly. But, it also does mean that my daughter will have to become stronger. Perhaps I'll have to go back to teaching her. Do you think she truly is capable?"

"I think Hinata-san is more than capable sir. And thank you."

Hiashi shook his head.

"No, it is I that should thank you, for what you've done for Hinata, Hanabi, Neji...and myself. You have my gratitude."

Ryouta smiled up at the elder man.

Even though he was cold before, seeing Hiashi now…

It was clear he truly does care for Hinata, and hearing that he is going to be teaching her again was fantastic in his eyes, and even giving Neji some closure that he desperately needed, he hoped that it went well for them.

"But you will be dating my daughter, correct?"

Ryouta sweat dropped.

"Well, that would be up to Hinata-san."

"Yes, I see. I am not blind. I can see the feelings my daughter has for you, and you for her. If dating is the way, then I'd like for it to be something official."

Ryouta chuckled awkwardly as he looked at Hinata.

Seeing that she was merely unconscious for the moment, his gaze turned back towards Hiashi himself, who was heading inside of the room.

"I'll be speaking to Neji now, about everything."

Ryouta softly smiled.

"Thank you, sir."

With a final look, Hiashi entered inside, and Ryouta was happy to see that.

Knowing that Neji would be able to get some kind of closure.

He hoped that it would also help Neji in the sense of sorting through and working with his emotions once more.

A small time later on, Ryouta waited for Hinata to wake up. Having taken her to a private area, Ryouta could hear the thunderous roars of the crowd, Ryouta presumed that the next match would be getting underway very soon.

He lightly tapped Hinata's face to try and have her wake up so they both could enjoy the next match in the Chunin Exams.

"Hinata-san, time to wake up..."

Calling out her name, along with the gentle tapping on her face, Hinata began to stir.

Slowly peeling her eyes open, the young girl lifted her head from where it was before, and looked around.

When she saw the gaze of Ryouta on her, her natural shyness kicked in and she pulled back ever so slightly. Her fingers came together in a nervous manner, as she cast her mind back to what her Father had said, it was still something that she thought about deeply, something that she couldn't get out of her mind.

When seeing the young girl hadn't said anything Ryouta called out.

"Hinata-san, you okay?"

Hinata's bottom lip trembled at his sweet sounding voice.

She couldn't regain her thoughts for a small time, and she ended up simply nodding.

Seeing that it was difficult for her, he then spoke with a kind voice.

"Hinata-san, I managed to defeat Neji-san and hopefully this will give him back the options in his life."

"...About what Brother Neji said, about the curse seal on his forehead...I think it's...rather barbaric."

Ryouta couldn't agree more with her.

"Yeah...it seems so cruel to do it. Is there no way to remove them?"

Hinata shook her head as her face dropped ever so noticeably.

"...Not without those that hold the mark dying, that's what makes it so...so cruel. Once it is put on, it is there for life."

Hinata said in a sad tone.

Ryouta thought about it, and wondered if there would be anyway to seal the mark so it didn't have to ever do what Neji spoke of.

If it couldn't be removed, then he wondered if a seal could do anything.

As he thought about it, he spoke directly to Hinata.

"I can understand not wanting the Byakugan to not fall into enemy hands. But I think the curse seal itself, and from what I heard, being able to control another person into servitude, it's something that I hadn't expected to have happened to Neji-san."

"...It isn't talked about with those outside of the Hyuga, and even inside...whenever the topic does come up, as infrequent as it is...it just falls into...the fact that...it just happens. There are...no morals brought up about it...it's treated as a fact of life...and I...I wish that it...it wasn't treated like that..."

Hearing her conviction growing within her voice and what she truly felt about the situation as a whole, Ryouta edged closer.

"Maybe your generation can be the one that breaks that cycle Hinata-san."

Hinata's eyes shot open.

She thought about it, and thought maybe he was right…

Maybe her generation could make a difference after all.

Her eyes hazily went towards Ryouta as she spoke up with a more timid voice than beforehand.

"I...I wish to...do better Ryou-kun...not just for me...but for my clan...my family...I want to be stronger...and I want to help people...today, I saw during the match...you tried to help him...despite what he's said...what he's done, you still tried to help him, and stop his self destructive ways...and I want to be a Ninja like that Ryou-kun...a Ninja that sees...the good in people...and tries to help them...when we can..."

Ryouta smiled at her words.

He knew she'd make a difference in the Hyuga one day. The same for Hanabi. He knew them working together could help put the Hyuga's on a new path, one where if it was main or branch families, they could work together, and neither had to have such control over the other again.

"Yeah...I think it's worth a try, to help when you can, of course there are people that might never change, and they're the way they are, like Yashiro Uchiha, but I could see despite the way he was, Neji-san wasn't evil, he had lots of difficult emotions within him that he didn't know how to deal with, I can understand that. I hope that I've helped him out."

Hinata blushed brightly as he said it.

She felt heat pooling on her face, and she felt her body twitching side to side.

She then pulled closer.

With her nervousness kicking in, she knew she'd have to act fast, or she wouldn't be able to go through with it.

"Ryou-kun, I-I know this seems f-forward, but I'm fe-feeling my n-nervousness kicking in a-and if I don't d-do this now t-then I'll..."

Hinata couldn't finish as she leaned closer.

Pursing her lips, she went in for the kiss.

Ryouta saw that she was finding it difficult.

But saw that she really wished to do it.

So he placed a hand on top of her own, peering into her eyes in a kind and friendly manner.

"Don't worry Hinata-san, I'll support you."

Hinata blushed brightly as she felt pressure on her lips.

A soft tender touch of a first kiss.

One that sent Hinata's mind into a near overloaded status.

But she didn't allow herself to fall for such a thing, and kept their kiss going.

Coming together again and again, Hinata was taken away by the new sensations that she felt.

The softness yet manly feel of his lips.

How kindly, and passionate they felt at the same time.

"This is it...I'm really kissing Ryou-kun...this is really it...it's so amazing...I never thought I'd be able to do this...but now, I really am doing it...I'm kissing Ryou-kun...and it's the best feeling..."

Hinata was in bliss.

The fact that she hadn't fainted was what did it for her.

She could enjoy everything that was being laid out before her, and she definitely was enjoying it.

Ryouta himself was also enjoying it to a high degree.

Hinata's kiss was one of shyness, yet one filled with desire, and love filled into one kiss.

He definitely enjoyed feeling this way and couldn't wait to explore it even more than ever before.

When they finally mutually decided to break apart, Hinata smiled in Ryouta's direction and he gave one right back.

"Hinata-san..."

Hinata continued to smile.

But then the event of what happened took over her mind, and she giggled several times, each more off beat than the last time that she did it.

"Hinata-san!"

She then collapsed forward, and landed her head on his shoulder, the stimulation being too much for the shy Hyuga girl.

Swirls filled her eyes, and she looked happy despite having fainted.

Ryouta also felt rather happy, glad to see Hinata smiling again after a good long while.

It really was worth it to see such a sight.

A sight he never wished to see fade from her face.

End chapter!

First, thanks to those that voted on the poll, and for that didn't catch it yet, the story that won is Tomura's Brother with One For All!

There's a new poll on my profile about the starting Quirk that he'd have before gaining One For All, a few people sent me and ones I thought would be good, and I've put the ones I've thought would go along with One For All, and cover bases that One For All doesn't cover or ones that could work quite well with the powers One For All has with its various abilities it has, that can expand with the powers One For All has and bring different types of fighting styles too. So if you're interested in that, please check it out and vote!

Back to this chapter, it finally came around! Ryouta vs Neji, Sharingan vs Byakugan. Going at one another, and speaking about their pasts, Neji's more than Ryouta's, while empathizing with him, Ryouta also spoke his mind about the Hinata situation, and is resolved to do his best to help, and his words seemed to inspire Neji to fight for himself, rather than any destiny. Afterwards, Hiashi and Ryouta had a conversation, and after saying what he did during the match, Hiashi has come around to the idea of Ryouta and Hinata being together, and even seems to be quite for them becoming closer sooner. And finally, Ryouta and Hinata shared a private moment between them, sharing their first kiss!

Well, until next time, thanks for reading!
