"We now have hard evidence that at least three of the kids in the 'camp' are enhanced," Maria said as she set down the file in front of Fury. Fury flipped through the pages and raised an eyebrow, each of the kids had different powers. One dark haired boy seemingly had the power to teleport through shadows, Jackson had power over water, and an elfish boy had fire powers. "I think it's time for Operation Ocean Light, we have more than enough footage for the council to agree." Fury nodded, their drones had captured more than enough footage, even with how low res the pictures were, to make Fury uneasy about what happened at the 'camp'. They had only gotten a few pictures of a real adult at the camp, there seemed to be only two, and they weren't there a lot. Both were older men, one in a wheelchair and the one who seemed to wear nothing but jeans and leopard print polo shirts.
"Call Rogers and Stark, it's time to get them on board," Fury said not looking up from the files. Maria nodded and left, leaving Fury to his own thoughts. Was this a good idea, or should they wait a little longer? Fury didn't know for once, and that was making him even more concerned about this mission. Their tech was getting weird interference which was limiting the reliability of the data the drones were collecting, if this went south, Fury knew he would only have himself to blame.
Authors Note: Soooo... Real life happened last week and I got crazy busy, but I'm back! I hope this two chapter update will make up for missing last week. And also, we've finally gotten to see Seaweed Brain and Sparky fluff! And there's plenty more where that came from as well, but there's gonna be a lot of angst coming up as well ;)
