Ameyuri's peace
When coming up against Orochimaru and his group, Tsunade and Ryouta stood side by side. Ameyuri went towards Orochimaru, and Kabuto did the same thing, their eyes being on the duo before them.
The young Uchiha withdrew his Kusanagi, something that when Orochimaru saw it, his teeth chattered, and he gave a dark glare towards the young man.
"Orochimaru, don't glare at my son, or else."
Yukine waved from the side of Orochimaru with a glare all her own for Orochimaru, who in turn let out a panicked breath.
Orochimaru sharply breathed in, and then looked around.
"Is this all? You disappoint me Tsunade. You brought this boy...ooh right, yeah. That's it, your other allies should be dead by now, shouldn't they? Did they think that help was going to come for them? I've made sure that they are going to be deceased, you can even go and join them if you'd like!"
Tsunade could hear the venom dripping from his voice, though neither seemed to mind at all.
"You can be disappointed all you want Orochimaru, because you believe you've won. I'll show you why that's wrong!"
Tsunade rushed Orochimaru, who growled, but then Kabuto came flying in. With his wound healed, he tried to get towards her...
"Haaaah!"
Tsunade leapt into the sky, avoiding him, and came down with her leg straightened out like an axe kick.
Coming down like a train, her strength destroyed the surrounding area she was in, Kabuto was caught up in the debris that she created, and it sent him flying backwards, smashing his back into a tree.
Spitting out bile, Orochimaru saw Tsunade lunging for him. Her fist filled with chakra, threatening to utterly destroy him in a single shot, which she would be capable of doing, and because Orochimaru needed Kabuto, he had to become involved.
Ryouta saw this, and went to move, when Ameyuri got in the way and blocked the shot completely that Ryouta was going to give, and pushed him back as lightning surged all around the young woman's swords, and her body.
"Sorry Ryou-kun, but I can't let you get involved in this one."
"Ameyuri...you can't help them. Your illness…."
Ameyuri stopped him by placing out her hand.
"That's why I said it back when we first met again here, didn't I? This is going to be our final battle. My time or your time comes today, and I wont settle for anything less than that. So come on boy, show me your power!"
Ryouta grit his teeth, as Ameyuri released a hailstorm of lightning towards Ryouta. The young man avoided it by quickening his speed, causing the ground to break in several places, more and more the sound shattered, and caused the area to become electrified, something Ryouta was able to avoid.
However, Tsunade saw Orochimaru come for her as Ryouta dealt with Ameyuri, so she stopped her fist for Kabuto, and turned it for Orochimaru, who shot a snake out of his mouth.
Tsunade punched the snake in the face, sending it flying into the sky, and her fist continued on, hammering into Orochimaru's face, and caused him to go flying backwards, digging into the ground.
"Aaah! Damn you!"
Orochimaru cursed, as Tsunade turned to Kabuto, who came at her with a kunai. She raised her foot, and kicked the kunai out of his hand, the strength behind the hit was more than enough to cause Kabuto to have throbbing pains through his hand, and the pressure also sent Kabuto flying back several feet.
She panted, while Ryouta glanced at her.
Two strong opponents, Ryouta hoped that Tsunade would be able to hold on, he was going to do his best to take down Ameyuri, but she was still a tricky opponent.
"Tsunade-san, can you handle them both?"
"Yeah, handle that woman and come to join me."
"Yes, I understand, leave it with me Tsunade-san."
Ryouta turned his eyes onto Ameyuri.
She did the same thing and showed a grin on her face.
Ryouta saw that she was doing her best to evade eye contact with him, which he knew that she knew it would be the best thing to do. Considering that if he could simply lock eyes with her, then he'd be able to end the battle quickly with Genjutsu.
Knowing this battle would be very hard, Ryouta was going to put his all into this.
Back with the others, facing off against several different enemies, with the poison, and the enemies before them. The enemies that their bodies were producing endless streams of poison, filling up the purple flaming barrier that they Sound Four had set up. The enemy Ninja that Jiraiya briefly skirmished with also had to be dealt with.
Naruko did her best, using her clones to repel those that couldn't really fight but had been brimmed with poison.
At the same time, Jiraiya looked at the enemy before them, with his ability to drain chakra, even from the likes of the Rasengan, it was going to be extremely difficult for them to keep going.
When Jiraiya went to move forward to take down the enemy, a few more seemingly showed up. Wielding swords, and took aim for them. They seemed to be a cut above the rest, though under normal circumstances Jiraiya believed that he'd be capable of handling them without much problem, these weren't normal circumstances.
They were running out of options, and the ones they had, they weren't sure if it would work.
Clicking his tongue, Jiraiya looks between the four Ninja that were using the barrier and the Ninja that joined them in said barrier.
The ones that were maintaining the barrier seemed to be around Naruko and Ryouta's ages, but they also had strange markings on their skin. Jiraiya believed he knew what they were, the Curse Marks.
"Test subjects for Orochimaru, being able to use the Curse Mark means as much. But they seem relatively sane for the most part. Even then, this barrier is pretty strong thanks to that, and something else is also happening to me...my chakra seems to be weakening by the moment. That poison...even if it isn't collapsing us, it still is causing some distress to my chakra levels."
Jiraiya cursed, seeing the Ninja coming in for them.
He then turned to Shizune.
"Shizune, I'll leave the trap for you to spring, make sure its done before that poison effects us all."
"Y...Yes Jiraiya-sama."
Jiraiya launches himself forward, and despite beginning to feel the poison, engages the enemy.
He slashes towards Jiraiya several times, who could feel the poison weakening him, so he had to end it quickly.
Dashing to the right, Jiraiya sends his foot for the Ninja's face, only for said Ninja to block with his sword. The sword tried to cleave into Jiraiya's foot, but the Sannin was able to twist his sandal enough so the blade was caught within said sandal, enough for Jiraiya to flip the sword away from the man's body.
"Water Release, Water Bullet!"
Another enemy producing a blast of water from his mouth, Jiraiya quickly avoids it, then gets up close, smashing his foot into the man's body, sending him flying into another enemy fast enough that it caught them off guard.
Jiraiya grits his teeth, coughing a bit as he felt the poisons effects take hold, when another Ninja tried to slash at Jiraiya.
The old man avoids in time, but receives a scratch mark on his flesh, so Jiraiya places his hands down.
"Earth Release, Swamp of the Underworld!"
Feeling the drainage to his chakra, Jiraiya quickly caused the ground around all Ninja to become like a swamp.
But as he did, Jiraiya felt his lungs being damaged, even when he tried his best to not inhale, it was still potent enough to cause this level of damage.
Jiraiya wasn't going to quit now, placing his hand out.
Without any words, he created a Rasengan, and took aim.
Since they were all stuck in the swamp, he lined them up quickly, then slammed his Rasengan into one of the enemies, blasting him into some of the others, capturing them all and sent them flying into the barrier.
The purple flames of the barrier caused their bodies to burn, they were dealt with.
However, a few more then entered, but because of being in the poison, Jiraiya collapsed onto his knees.
"Pervy Sage!"
Naruko yells, but while Jiraiya was fighting, Shizune had been working on the barrier.
Remembering what they had planned, Shizune ran her chakra through the ground.
Activating with her chakra, she began causing the traps they had laid to begin activating, and turned the situation around onto them.
"What the…?"
One of the Sound Four with a few extra arms like a spider exclaims, seeing poison leaking off from the ground as well as explosions beginning to be set off.
"Shit, they've had a similar idea to us!"
A large one with orange hair yells, as another with a head appearing behind his regular head nods.
"Yeah, but unlike ours, the barrier isn't stopping it!"
"We have to retreat numbskulls!"
The female of the group snaps, seeing that the barrier they set up around themselves wasn't holding it back. Seemingly because it was also being produced from the place that they stood on, as if they had buried many poison smoke bombs and explosive tags before even they arrived.
More and more areas had been rigged with poison, and because of that, all of the enemies that were approaching as well, had been caught in the poison Shizune and Tsunade had concocted and given each member the antidote for before even stepping foot onto the battlefield so they wouldn't be bothered.
Even with the barrier, they couldn't stand with the poison of the two Medical Ninja's.
The enemies that had tried to attack Jiraiya were stopped enough by the poison for the explosive tags to catch them up, and kill them off relatively quickly.
The Sound Four also couldn't stand the poison, seeing it being able to create a cloud, so they had no choice but to retreat unless they'd be caught and then potentially killed, so they rushed away from the area all together.
Because of that, the barrier was dropped, allowing the poison of the enemies to disappear.
"Naruko-san, grab Jiraiya-san with your-"
Before Shizune could finish, Jiraiya came running out of the poison, and the three retreated away, also taking the pig with them.
Getting a good distance away, Jiraiya collapses to his knees.
"Poison...that was powerful stuff...I can feel my chakra forming being rather difficult...Orochimaru, going this far to take us down...still, those Ninja that he had with him, they were rather strong..."
Shizune looked over him, and began performing a treatment for him the best that she could.
Naruko looked on with worry.
"Hey Shizune, he's going to be okay, right?"
"Yes...he wasn't in the poison for that long, and finished off the enemies rather quickly. Still, it seems that what those Oto Ninja said was right, we both had ideas to use poison, though they sacrificed so many people to do it...but, thanks to you Naruko, we were able to keep them off long enough for us to get out. Well done."
Naruko rubbed under the bridge of her nose, happily saying "It's fine~" while Jiraiya gave a half smile towards her.
Though he did feel his body being in pain, he also saw that Naruko was safe. Though he also was aware that Tsunade and the others needed their help, this trap had been designed to take down some of their heavy hitters.
"Shizune...make sure that I can fight enough. Don't worry about getting everything healed, we have to make haste. This trap, Orochimaru is truly desperate, doing this move to even just weaken us tells me that he knows he wouldn't be able to win by conventional means. Though he wasn't prepared for our traps either."
Shizune nods and concludes the same as Jiraiya.
"Yes, they probably knew that we'd bust out of their prison anyway, but wanted to weaken and damage us as much as possible. But Jiraiya-sama, if I don't fully heal you..."
"It's alright, we have to be quick. Just do what you need to make sure I can fight, I can live through any pain. We've got to get back to Tsunade, and the Uchiha boy."
Shizune nods, and gets to work as quick as possible to fix Jiraiya as much as possible within the limited time that they had.
Naruko looked on, and thought about how Tsunade and Ryouta were doing at that point, hoping that Orochimaru hadn't done anything with them.
Back with Tsunade and the others, she was facing down Orochimaru and Kabuto together.
"Haaaah!"
Orochimaru received a strong blow from the right hand side. His face twisted around her fist, and then caused him to be fired away from the area, Orochimaru flipped in the air, and was able to land on the ground.
She exhales a single time, Kabuto comes towards Orochimaru and regroups.
"Even after all this time, you haven't lost your edge Tsunade. Though, it seems you've neglected to practice for a good long while. I can tell there's a difference."
"Hmph, I might have neglected a little, but it is still more than enough for the likes of you and your little servant there. So show me what you've got, and I'll show you the power that I truly possess!"
Tsunade tightened her fist, but Kabuto raised his hand.
"Taijutsu isn't my forte Orochimaru-sama. However, if I use this..." Kabuto pulls out a pill, swallowing it. "This will help me out, a blood increasing pill. I'll show you Tsunade of the Sannin." Weaving through hand signs, Kabuto creates chakra around his hands in the form of scalpels. "Recognize these?"
"You think I wouldn't? I am a Medic Ninja as well. Chakra Scalpels, so you're good enough to use them it seems. Hah, well lets see if you can beat me!"
Tsunade slams her foot onto the ground and creates a good sized shockwave, enough to send debris and other things all around. Orochimaru uses his snake like movements to avoid the debris, while Kabuto rushes towards her.
With scalpel around his hands, he makes several jabs towards her.
She avoids, and returns her fist towards him.
The speed of her fist is enough to kill Kabuto if he takes a direct blow, unfortunately he managed to avoid it by mere inches, then strikes towards her arm.
She retracts, then slams a foot onto the ground, destabilizing the area so he couldn't move well. Kabuto stumbles slightly, with Tsunade taking this chance to do a strike against him, Kabuto saw the fist coming right for his face and knew he wouldn't be able to block in time.
Inches from being destroyed by Tsunade, Orochimaru manages to wrap his tongue around her arm long enough to slow down the fist. But only for a few moments. Because of that, Kabuto caught her fist with his own, and used his chakra scalpel to cause some internal damage to her fist.
She winces, but the fist was able to dig deep into Kabuto's face. The impact wasn't as much as Tsunade had hoped it would be, but it was more than enough to smash his face deep into the earth, making him let out a cry of agony from such a destructive force.
"Tsunade, if only you had joined us-"
Before Orochimaru could finish, she drags him close, and kicks him hard in the face.
He, like Kabuto, also digs into the earth, while Tsunade winces at her hand being damaged.
However, being a medical expert, she was able to heal the damage.
But Kabuto lunges back up for her body, his hand coming inches from her chest, when she kicked Kabuto's right hand side. His hand manages to reach out and hit her chest, but the impact of Tsunade's foot was able to crack Kabuto's rip.
"Aaaaah!"
Kabuto let out a cry of pain, hitting the ground once more.
He panted, placing a hand to his damaged rip, and began healing the damage.
But Tsunade wouldn't allow him to get very far, and came down like a rocket to crush Kabuto's body before he could do much more damage, however Orochimaru howls, and releases several snakes from his mouth.
Due to preparing beforehand, Orochimaru had some snakes being able to produce blades from their mouths.
They came for Tsunade, who in turn feels the pain within her chest.
Even then, she twirls around, getting between the snakes, and with an impact to some, and the shockwave around, she blasted all of the snakes around her to different directions, the snakes scattered into the air high, and came down with enough force that they were nearly destroyed, or even destroyed in some cases.
Tsunade pants, placing a hand to her chest, and begins healing herself before anything bad could truly happen.
In the middle of that, Kabuto rushes towards her, having managed to mitigate the damage enough so it doesn't cause him pain to slow him down, and got before her body. His hand reached out for her to strike her head so she would be knocked unconscious.
Tsunade catches him, and with a tightening chest, she got around him, and slammed her fingers into the back of his neck. Some electricity passed between her fingers, and is sent into Kabuto who is subsequently blown away into the ground, his face digging into the dirt.
Tsunade releases a pant, and uses her Medical Ninjutsu to heal her wounds.
"If only you weren't so annoying! Come with us, right now! Or I'll end you!"
"You've threatened me one too many times Orochimaru. Now that I've taken down your little accomplice, you wont get away."
Orochimaru was confused by what she meant.
"Kabuto! Come here! Right now!"
Despite yelling, Kabuto didn't reply.
Instead, when he tried to move his legs...something strange happened.
He moved a completely different body part all together.
"What the..."
Kabuto was perplexed, as was Orochimaru who watched on with keen eyes, seeing that she had managed to disable Kabuto.
"Medical Ninjutsu, I've scrambled your bodies signals up."
Kabuto's eyes widened, understanding what he meant by that.
He couldn't move what he wished for. Using her lightning medical Ninjutsu, she was able to completely rewrite how his body reacted to what his command was. Nothing was the same, whether he tried to move a hand, his neck, his leg, anything, and it would activate a different part of his body all together.
"Kabuto..." Orochimaru looks towards Tsunade, but sees Yukine stood beside her, smiling wickedly. "You witch, you think you can beat me! Both of you, I will make sure you're gone from this world for good, got me?!"
Orochimaru yells out, Tsunade tightened her hand and gets ready to fight once more. However, when she went to prepare, Naruko and the others finally arrived.
As Tsunade did that and before Naruko and the others arrived to assist, Ryouta was fighting against Ameyuri, while also looking over to Tsunade since she was dealing with two very powerful Ninja, and in case he'd need to step in, observing all of their techniques.
"Ooh my, being able to finally fight to the death, it is going to be the best fight for us Ryou-kun!"
The young woman called forth her swords, and caused them to become so filled with lightning that even he could see that she was channelling a lot of chakra through her swords.
Ryouta used his Sharingan eyes to see Ameyuri's movements, so when a twitch of her hand happened, he saw lightning spring from her weapons and came for him.
Activating the Body Flicker, Ryouta avoided several blasts of the electrical kind.
However, Ameyuri leapt into the air, and came down again with her swords. They pierced the ground and sent lightning through the entire area. Shocking and destroying the area, causing it to become a place Ryouta couldn't land on safely.
"Water Release, Water Wall!"
Ryouta flew through hand signs, and caused a wall of water to appear below him. The lightning travelled through the water, clearing an area for Ryouta to fully land on as he directed the lightning to a different place via his chakra control.
"Smart boy."
Ameyuri releases a wave of power for the young man, as she herself creates lightning around her body. Increasing the speed that she could go at, Ryouta saw that she was able to double her speed, and got towards Ryouta even before her lightning enhanced strike reached him.
So he was forced to block from both sides, and managed to do so, but the lightning strike she sent off first was able to cause the ground to be torn through, even as he blocked he felt some of his body suddenly having a little discharge of electricity come about.
Using Kusanagi, Ryouta coated in flames and began a sword dance with Ameyuri.
Her using dual style attacks, Ryouta used his sword to block the incoming slashes. She moved so elegantly, and because of the lightning increasing her speed, Ryouta did the same by using the Body Flicker, and moved so fast that it looked as if he was in several places, and striking from those places at the same time.
"Each time we clash, I can see that you've improved so much. You've grown stronger."
"Ameyuri-san, you're in no condition to fight."
Ryouta could see the pain on her face.
The blood that would come from her mouth.
Yet, she still charged forward, and kept going.
"I know, this is my final bow. This is the last chance to do the one thing that I've always loved to do, and that is have a brawl. Don't deny me this opportunity now, show me everything that you've got inside of you, and I'll answer it with the same kind of power and tenacity that I've got inside of me."
Ameyuri shoots to the right, but sees two Ryouta's there, so she slashes at them and releases bolts of electricity.
They of course go through them, but then she feels her blades being hit apart, opening her up to have a stab at her body.
"I wish that circumstances were different, I'd rather have fought you when we were both at our best. Even though you are a Ninja that's considered a rouge Ninja, I sense decency and honour within you."
Ryouta came at her with his flaming katana, striking at her with the blade extending.
"That's nice of you to say, I honour those I think are worthy enough to hold such things. And I have deemed you worthy enough to have my respect as a swordsman."
Ameyuri was able to output more electricity, increasing her speed to the point that she narrowly avoids being stabbed, then shoots off a bolt of lightning for Ryouta's body, who in turn uses his sword to cut up the attack.
"Thank you Ameyuri-san, I'll do my best, I promise."
Ameyuri let out a small laugh as he came for her. Flipping to the right, his sword came down towards her own, the violent clash caused a decent sized shockwave around them. Breaking and cracking the ground around them, Ameyuri couldn't help but have a smile on her face.
"Yes...give me the death that I want. Give me...that sweet final fight Ryou-kun."
Her words made him feel sad.
That this was going to be the last time that they fought.
Though they were enemies, he never felt like she was truly an evil person.
She had wicked ways, but she still had honour, and she was a swordswoman he could respect.
But, that didn't mean he wouldn't pull his punches, and would show her the fight of her life.
"Haaaaaaaaaaah!"
Ryouta stabbed his blade into the ground, and caused it to elongate within the earth. Going further and further, it reached a very good sized length, so using chakra flow, he releases his flames onto the katana, and swung it up.
Slicing through the very earth, Ameyuri saw that the ground was burning from underneath, she felt her shoes beginning to melt from the intense pressure of the fire, so she leapt up into the air, seeing that several burning rocks had been brought up, and launched towards her, while his sword also came for her.
A smile came to her face.
This is exactly what she had wanted for all of this time.
To be able to fight against someone like him.
Someone that was good, and strong.
Someone that she thought would truly be a good opponent to die to.
Raising her swords, Ameyuri gathered electricity. It shot up into the air, then Ryouta saw that the lightning built up in the atmosphere. Not naturally occurring lightning of course, but it seemed almost as deadly.
"All new and improved, just for you my boy."
Ryouta could see that as the flaming rocks came closer and closer to Ameyuri, she didn't seem to be worried.
Even with his fire sword coming for her, she blocked them with her blades crossing before her in an X shape, the clashing of their blades caused the flames and lightning to mix together, discharging all around Ameyuri since Ryouta was a good distance away from them.
"Lightning Release, Thunder Gate!"
The lightning fell right back down towards the ground. The incredible electricity built up together, and rained down faster than most eyes would be capable of seeing. Fortunately, he had the Sharingan, so Ryouta saw the path of the lightning, retracting the Kusanagi and began leaping back, seeing the wide range of the attack, and how dangerous it was going to be.
The lightning smashed into the ground around her. The after effects of the lightning completely destroyed the flaming rocks as well as a good chunk of the area. The grass, the trees, everything around Ameyuri, besides the young woman herself, since the lightning itself seemingly bent around her body.
As Naruko and the others arrived, they saw the huge explosion of power from Ameyuri's attack that swallowed a good deal of land up with its incredible power.
Naruko was floored by the shockwave as was Shizune. Kabuto was on the ground already, while Jiraiya managed to stay on their feet, as did Tsunade, barely.
The lightning soon settled down, but a huge dust cloud rose up, blanketing the entire area.
"What incredible chakras...to do something like that..."
Shizune muttered, while Naruko couldn't see anything. She didn't know if Ryouta had been caught up in that or not, if he had managed to get away. All she knew was that he could have been hurt, so didn't know what to do as a result.
"Geez! Ryou!"
Naruko panicked, seeing how destructive the attack was.
Jiraiyta clenched his teeth, that kind of attack would be capable of killing a fair few people, so he naturally did worry for the young Uchiha.
Orochimaru screamed "Ameyuri, you better not have killed him you crazy woman! I need that body!" while Tsunade looked on, clear worry on her face.
The dust that had settled, soon began disappearing.
Everyone looked to see what the outcome was.
The ground had been decimated, a huge hole remained. Nothing but dirt could be seen, it looked like a meteor had crashed into the ground, with the size of the hole being something even Orochimaru was surprised about.
However, hope came when they saw Ryouta appear inside of the crater first, with little wounds on him. He bled some, but Ryouta healed them up pretty quickly before anything could happen with them.
But then they saw Ameyuri pull herself up out from the dirt, having some gashes across her from the explosion.
"Geez, what an explosion, now that's what I call a Ninjutsu battle, huh boy."
Ryouta glances towards Ameyuri, seeing that she was breathing hard.
She was in more pain than she was letting on.
Orochimaru was equal parts relieved as he was stressed about him being alive.
"Kabuto, get up now!"
Kabuto was trying to get up, but because of what Tsunade had done, it was extremely difficult.
Even when he was beginning to figure out how to move different parts of his body that have been scrambled thanks to Tsunade, it wasn't the easiest to move and keep going.
"Kabuto, I'm telling you to get up right now! Do it, I command you!"
"Orochimaru-sama...my body...it isn't...working...she's done something to me..."
Seeing that Kabuto wasn't able to respond in the way that he wished to do for his Master, Orochimaru faced the people that had come.
"Jiraiya, you have managed to walk away from my trap, I'm not that surprised. But you should be near death..."
"No, we figured out you would trap us, so we came with one of our own. Your group didn't stop us Orochimaru, and you wont either."
Despite saying that, Jiraiya did seem still weak from what happened.
Tsunade also understood that, and went to move, as four Ninja came to his side.
It was the Sound Four.
"Oh, you survived..."
The Sound Four looked quite shocked that he said in such an uncaring manner.
"We did, Orochimaru-sama. We have come to help you out."
When Sakon spoke up and tossed a glare towards Ryouta, Orochimaru breathed in sharply through his nose.
"Great then be useful, and kill them all for me! Do as I say!"
The Sound Four looked at their leader, seeing the serious killing intent within his eyes.
However, before they could move, Tsunade leapt forward, and ran fast across the ground.
"Jiraiya, keep back and wait for the opportunity to strike, I've got this!"
She went for Orochimaru, but the Sound Four got in the way. They each prepared to attack, when Tsunade charged up her fists power, slamming it down between them, with a shockwave ringing out, causing them all to be blown away.
"For the love of...Sound Four, can't you do this without Kimimaro?! Prove me wrong Sound Four and that you can do this!"
Orochimaru yells, and went to release a snake from his mouth to poison Tsunade, when Yukine yells "Orochimaru you suck!" which paused him for a moment, but in that moment he received a devastating blow to his face, he let out a resounding cry of pain and was fired deep into the earth.
Ameyuri when seeing it coughed as she laughed.
"Man, that guy makes me laugh. Fighting with himself, he's such a weirdo isn't he?"
Ryouta wondered why that was.
Kabuto seeing his master in distress did his best to move. He was beginning to figure out how to move his body. His legs were able to move enough that he was able to stand. But even that felt difficult with what she had done to him.
Tsunade in the meantime shot into the sky high, then brought it down like an axe towards her opponent Orochimaru who was busy recovering from the attack.
"Heavens kick of pain!"
Tsunade came down fast and heavy, being able to dig her heel into his body, and broke the ground around him. He coughed up bile, as his body was buried underground, he wished that he could use his arms right now, as he would have had the ability to counter her, but as he was, he couldn't do much against her.
Jiraiya winces when seeing that, murmuring "She hasn't lost her edge after all." as he watched her grab him by the face, twirl him around at high speeds, fire him off into the air, then when he came down, she punches him directly in front of her, sending him flying into a huge rock, where he let out a cry.
Seeing Orochimaru's state, Kabuto pulled himself up from the ground. He moved as quick as he could to get towards Orochimaru.
"Move it!"
Tsunade came at him, Kabuto knew that he couldn't win in a one on one fight against her, so he did the only thing he could.
Taking out a kunai, he slashed against his own skin, his wrists, and he began to bleed.
The blood went onto the ground, and onto Tsunade herself, which freezes her in place.
The blood phobia that she had, caused her to not be able to move.
Because of that, she was stunned in place. The blood of Kabuto even hit her since she was close, Kabuto exhaled slowly, and slumped down to the ground.
"Orochimaru-sama, I've stopped her...do it...finish her..."
Orochimaru snarled, and stood up, opening his mouth and a snake came out.
"Tsunade, have this!"
The snake shot right for Tsunade, who couldn't move. Because of what she was mentally going through, she didn't even register the snake coming for her.
Jiraiya whispered "Shit." as he tried to go for her, but his movements had been dulled enough that he wouldn't make it in time. Naruko and Shizune also tried, but they weren't fast enough, the snake was inches from her...
All of a sudden, the snake was cut up, falling onto the ground without much problem, then Kabuto received a hard kick to his already damaged ribs, Kabuto felt them crack even more, as he was bashed into the ground.
Revealing it to be Ryouta, he turned on Orochimaru.
"Stay away from me you punk!"
Orochimaru snarled.
When Ryouta tried to attack Orochimaru, he was able to avoid it by mere inches.
However, as he did, Ryouta managed to get Tsunade out of harms way, taking her to the side of Shizune who looked over her worried mentor.
"Tsunade-sama..."
Shizune held worry on her face, while Naruko sees that Ryouta was able to do that to both Orochimaru and Kabuto, becoming more and more excited for when she would be able to do such things.
The Sound Four came to Orochimaru's side, and checks on him, as Ameyuri snickers.
Orochimaru's enraged eyes went towards the young woman, and glares.
"What the hell?! Why didn't you attack him?! Didn't you see him move?!"
Ameyuri didn't want to reveal the reason she didn't, was because she was stopped very briefly by her illness and because she didn't want Orochimaru to get one over her. Instead, she played it off with a small laugh.
"Sorry, I didn't know I was supposed to come and save your ass."
"I'm paying you for it, aren't I? You allow that to happen again, and I wont pay for you at all!"
Ameyuri feigned shock, and lowered her head in fake sadness.
"I see, well that wouldn't be good. I want my money, so I'll attack him for you. Alright? I'll do my job and capture the Uchiha kid for you!"
Jiraiya worried, but efore he could say anything, Ameyuri shot for Ryouta, who decided the fight would be better if he takes Ameyuri somewhere else so they don't get caught up in their battle.
Jiraiya then turns to Shizune.
"Shizune, it seems that four eyes there is down for a short time, those four others will be annoying to deal with. I'll have you go for them. You can handle it, right?"
"I will do my best."
Shizune replied, Naruko punched her fists together.
"Alright! Then lets-!"
Jiraiya shakes his head.
"Naruko, you take care of Tsunade, make sure she is safe, alright?"
Naruko looked at Tsunade, seeing that she was still in a world of her own. Because of what happened with the blood, she seemed like she wouldn't be capable of fighting for the moment, so she clutched her hands tightly together, then nods a single time.
Jiraiya nods, and turns to Orochimaru.
"Then he is mine."
Orochimaru unravels his tongue to his chest, and shows a wicked smile on his face.
"Jiraiya, lets see who is gong to win between us! Hahaha, I'll show you how death is going to be for you! Now get out of my way, or face the consequences!"
Jiraiya prepares himself for the fight ahead, whatever was going to happen next.
Meanwhile, Ameyuri and Ryouta got a far away distance. They faced one another, where Ameyuri shows a calm expression on her face. However, it was riddled with pain as she coughed up some blood, and she looked quite tired all of a sudden.
No, not all of a sudden, progressively through the battle, she had become more and more weak, to the point that it looked like she was struggling to stand.
"I'm glad that you decided to fight against me, I had wanted a battle between us since during the situation in the Land of Waves. So, are you ready for this to end?"
Ryouta held up his finger, stopping her briefly.
"Before we do...if you die...is there anything special you'd like me to do?"
Ameyuri wore surprise on her face at his kind words, but then shows a wicked smile.
"You're asking me about that sort of stuff? Well, take me back to Kiri, I want to be buried in my homeland. You're familiar with that girl, aren't you? Mei, she'd be okay with you taking me there, right?"
"That's what you want Ameyuri-san?"
Ameyuri nods her head.
"I might have cut ties with Kiri a while ago, but even I respect the place I came from. It is my village, even if I can't exactly agree with some of the rules they have. Say boy, did you know that the reason I left, was because I wanted to explore the world?"
"Exploring huh?"
Ryouta murmured curiously, Ameyuri let out a giggle.
"Isn't it something that might seem odd? But that's the truth, I got bored with the ways of Kiri, I didn't like that I couldn't do as I wanted. Being bound down by rules, and regulations that meant little to me. Being ruled by a government that didn't really do anything for me personally, so I went to go and travel the world, to find an opponent worthy of fighting me."
"Yes, I knew you were looking for someone like that..."
Ameyuri shakes her head.
"Yes, but when I say worthy, I never meant someone with incredible sword skills. If I wanted that, I'd go after Kisame or someone from the Land of Iron. No, I was looking for something else. I was looking for someone with the strongest will."
As she said it, Ameyuri looked to be struggling, her breathing was becoming laboured.
But she carried on, and Ameyuri extends her finger towards him.
"Someone that could challenge me on many levels. People in this world, become disillusioned with the world. They think it is a cold place, a place where you kill or be killed. For a while, I thought the same thing. I only saw the destruction and deaths of many, I wanted to find someone that could make me feel something different, and you did. Blood soaked past, that's what I'd say your life is, and you became something else, something other than a monster. The will to not allow your pain to overtake you...so I'm glad that I met you, and I decided to have you be that someone that I love to fight. I'm sad that it has to end now, I could have kept fighting with you forever."
Hearing the sentimental words that she had, Ryouta could see that she was truly prepared to fight until the end.
He wanted to give her what she desired.
Taking Kusanagi, he points it towards her, and flames roar from the blade.
Ameyuri smirks, and allows her lightning to fuel her sword, and her body.
"Hey boy, one last thing I wanna say before we fight."
"Yes?"
"You can't always trust those within your village, there's always someone there that can be double crossing you, someone that can be against you. Keep your eyes open and watch your back."
Ryouta didn't really get that, but it sounded like words of warning, so he took them to heart.
They then charged at one another.
"Haaaaaaaaaaaaah!"
Ameyuri shot into the air, and then waves her swords down towards the ground. Lightning sprang from the blades, raining down shot after shot of electricity towards the young man, and caused the entire area to become destroyed.
Ryouta however avoids it, and shoots his sword like an arrow, extending it so fast that even Ameyuri was surprised, so she blocked the attack with her blade, but saw the flames spreading over her lightning swords, to try and cancel out the lightning the best that he could do, with said lightning even beginning to disappear.
"Good, yes keep going!"
Ameyuri felt pain in her chest, as she increased the output, managing to destroy the flames before they could do anything else, however in the meantime, the swords point was digging into her sword, she saw that a crack was beginning to appear.
Understanding what he was doing, she diverted the blade up into the air, cutting through the clouds in the sky, as she returned to the ground, stabbing her swords into the ground, and releases a large amount of electricity for Ryouta's form.
The young man shoots high into the sky, and cups his hands together as he finishes weaving through hand signs.
"Fire Release, Dragon Fire Jutsu!"
Ryouta releases flames towards Ameyuri. The flames were very focused, going right for her in a beam almost. Even Ameyuri had to admit that the destructive beam of fire was something that she didn't want to get hit with, so she swirls her swords, and releases a powerful discharge of lightning right for the flames.
Clashing together, the attacks exploded, where Ryouta came flying through it. Cutting away the smoke, and extending the sword at the same time, Ryouta's extending sword went to cleave Ameyuri down, who dodges out of the way.
"Hahaha! This is awesome!"
Ameyuri was excited, having the best time of her life.
Being able to avoid, she got up close to his form, and stabs with her right blade, which he blocks, only to reveal her other blade, which he also blocks by extending the sword in a diagonal way to keep the blade at bay.
Ryouta pushes her blades back, and causes her to stagger on the ground.
Ryouta clashed with her. Swinging at her several times, Ameyuri deflected the attacks several times, but each time he swung for her, he pushes her back more and more, she tired to fire off point blank range shots of electricity for him, but because of his Sharingan, he was able to avoid and deflect the attacks before they had a chance to reach him.
He then took a stance, and swung his sword down a single time, the pressure of the attack pushed Ameyuri back.
"Damn, it seems that this kids strength has increased as well."
She stumbled backwards enough for Ryouta to vanish before her eyes, appearing on the right hand side of her, and slashes with his blade.
She went to deflect, but she wasn't fast enough as a sharp pain entered her chest.
Her arm got slashed, then Ryouta embedded his foot into her upper body, sending her skidding back across the ground, but not before Ameyuri was able to shoot a bolt of electricity up close to his face, so he dodges it, only to receive a cut across his cheek from the point blank range shot.
Ameyuri skidded to a stop, as she felt immense pain through her chest.
She coughed and wheezed, until blood shot onto the ground from her mouth.
"Ack...shit..."
She panted.
She felt her body beginning to give out on her.
She couldn't allow it.
She wouldn't allow it.
She still hadn't died by hands that she wished to die by.
"No...not yet...this wont...this wont...kill meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
Ameyuri surged lightning through her, and charged forward. Her movements left a trail of lightning behind her. She moved elegantly, even if the pain was increasing, and twirled as she engaged in a swords battle with Ryouta.
The young man responded with engulfing the blade in fire, and violently clashed together.
The battle waged on, and the pair kept going for one another.
Pushing one another, showing the skills that they had accumulated until now.
Even though Ameyuri knew that she couldn't do as much as she had wished, she saw that Ryouta was able to produce a great speed.
"Yes! Do it!"
Ameyuri weaved through some hand signs, and creates a giant water Dragon.
She attempts to mix her lightning with it, however what she saw astounded her.
"Water Release, Water Dragon Jutsu!"
Using a similar technique to her, when her blades went to pass on the electricity, Ryouta used this chance to snatch the lightning from her swords, wrapping around the Dragon of Ameyuri's, the power of Ryouta's having been boosted by Ameyuri, and cancelled out her water Dragon.
He then sent the attack right for her, so she caused her lightning to spring up, and clash with the water Dragon, but it only slowed it down, so she didn't have a choice but to leap away at the last moment.
However, the water Dragon smashed into the ground, and the water shot everywhere, catching Ameyuri up in it, and swept her away, damaging her body with the combo of lightning and water as she collapsed onto the ground.
Ryouta released a pant, as Ameyuri twitches on the ground.
"Aaah...my body...don't give up yet...come on...I haven't...been able to...have my climatic...battle yet...!"
The pain was real, her face was a mixture of it.
But, even then she couldn't give up.
Pulling herself off of the ground with gritted teeth, Ameyuri looked at Ryouta fiercely.
"Alright then, lets do this!" Ameyuri raised her swords to the heavens themselves. "Here's a Jutsu that might cause you to be rocked!"
Ryouta watched as she gathered lightning around her swords. The dense chakra caused the ground to become broken. Even the electricity that she outputted was more than anything she had ever seen before.
She then turned the blades onto Ryouta's own body, and got ready to fire off the attack.
"Lightning Release, Depth Charge!"
Charging her lightning up, Ryouta expected her to fire it off towards him.
However, she flew through hand signs, and then opened her mouth.
"Water Release, Water Dragon Jutsu!"
He saw water escape her mouth, and form a Dragon. The lightning wrapped around the Dragon, and shot right for the young man himself.
Seeing the level of strength the Jutsu had, Ryouta knew it wouldn't be an easy one to deal with, so he created a Shadow Clone, and together, they flew through some Jutsu's of their own.
"Water Release, Water Dragon Jutsu!"
"Fire Release, Dragon Fire Jutsu!"
Releasing the attacks together, the flames and water mixed together. Though usually it would only cancel the other out, Ryouta used the flames to cause the water to become boiling.
The attacks clashed together, with the flames of Ryouta's going around and bombarding the attack of Ameyuri's. He only used the flames to make the water hot to give it some more strength, before using the flames to weaken Ameyuri's attack as much as humanly possible.
"Geez, you have come up with some cool ways to use chakra natures, haven't you boy? Hahahaha!"
The attacks continued to merge together, with the powers being able to create a huge blast between them.
The entire area shook, Ameyuri felt the pain overwhelming her, so she fell to her knees, her eyes becoming unfocused the more that she tried to focus them.
Her vision blurred, her body trembled.
She looked up to see Ryouta approaching her, so she bit into her thumb.
"Summoning!"
After weaving through some hand signs, she summoned a large bee.
The large bee flapped its wings, and took aim at Ryouta's form.
He saw with that, Ameyuri nearly collapsed fully.
She took a pill that seemingly helped with what was going on. But it didn't replenish all of her chakra, in fact it seemed that it didn't do much for her, only enough for her to fight a little while longer.
"Remember this bee? Back when we first...when we first fought...I got away...but this time...this bee...will fight you!"
She didn't have the chakra to summon her strongest bee, but she knew this one had a strong body, so she'd see what was going to happen with this one now.
The bee launched its body towards Ryouta, so he avoided the attack, which pierced the earth.
He swung his sword for the bee, extending it out, only for said bee to clash with its stinger, releasing some honey from its body to try and pin Ryouta down.
However, he managed to summon a wall of water, blocking the attack fully.
He then leapt back, and fired several balls of flames for the bee, which took to the sky, and avoided it with swiftness despite the size of it, then turned its stinger onto Ryouta, firing it off towards the young man.
"Haaaaaaaaaaah!"
Ryouta didn't try to avoid, instead he cleaved through the stinger, his flames turning the stinger to ash as he sliced through the centre of it, splitting it in half.
The young Uchiha exhales, as the bee reveals its newly grown stinger once more.
"Alright then, lets do this." Ryouta did a hand sign, before moving his arms to the bee. "Hidden Shadow Snake Hands!"
Coming from his sleeves, Ryouta releases snakes that wrap around the bees body, the wings, and the stinger so it couldn't be released.
Ameyuri exhales, her eyes lowering as she saw him weave through some hand signs.
"Water Release, Water Shark Bomb Jutsu!"
When she heard that, she released a pained laugh.
"Haha...it's Kisame's usual technique...so you've run into him perhaps? ...Hahaha...ooh my Uchiha-kun...it seems you're destined to fight all Seven Ninja Swordsman..."
Ameyuri was quite happy, despite knowing that this was going to be the end of her summon.
Generating water with his chakra, he causes a giant shark to form from his body. Thrusting his hands out, the giant shark shoots out, its sharp teeth sunk into the bees flesh, causing it to give a buzzing sound of pain.
But the shark kept at it, biting harder, and drawing blood from the giant bee, Ryouta exhaled before shooting up into the air.
With the bee successfully pinned down, he weaves through some hand signs, before taking aim.
"Fire Release, Dragon Flame Bomb!"
A Jutsu he learned from the scroll the Third Hokage had given him, flames erupted out of Ryouta's mouth. The flames are manipulated into the shape of a Dragon and divided to strike the bee from the left, right, and front all at once.
Because of the three pronged attack, the flames engulf the bee, as the sharks bite, and the snakes binding leave it unable to fight back, killing the bee off.
Ameyuri showcased a grin on her face, despite her body being in sheer pain.
"Ooh wow, you destroyed my bee pretty fast, impressive Ryou-kun. Anything less than Jonin level would have fallen to my attacks by now, you know I have killed over a hundred Chunin at a single time, and those skills had taken them down. Though they were weak ass to be fair...but still, you're very strong."
She stands up on shaky legs.
Ryouta could see that she wasn't going to be able to last much longer.
Wanting to grant her the death she wished for, he thrust his sword out before him, and readied himself for her.
"Time to end this Ameyuri-san."
Ameyuri could see that he channelled fire through his sword. The roaring flames were something that made even Ameyuri tremble in anticipation.
She looked down at herself, knowing that she wouldn't be capable of fighting for much longer.
So she began channelling her lightning through her blades, increasing them to the best of her ability.
"You must be going so fast to produce that amount. But I wont..." She wheezed, placing a hand on her chest. "...I wont give up now...I shall...I shall die...when I choose...you shall...show me...the extent of...your power!"
Ameyuri charged forward, as did Ryouta.
Neither back down.
Neither stopped.
They wouldn't until this was ended.
With Ameyuri at the end of her ropes, they both gave a single slash to one another.
Their blades violently clash with one another.
Lightning and flames clash together.
The attacks mesh together, blending together to the point that they were even clashing together, and mixing to the point that the area was becoming a world of fire and lightning together.
"Ah..."
But Ameyuri couldn't keep her stance, so Ryouta swung his sword one last time, breaking through her guard.
Ameyuri looked towards Ryouta as her arms went wide, and his sword came for her.
Ameyuri looked on, and knew she couldn't do anything, so she adopted a small smile on her face.
"So this is it...thanks Ryou-kun...thank you..."
Ameyuri sweetly embraced what is going to happen next.
Looking deep within her eyes, Ryouta pierced her torso with his blade, Ameyuri's eyes widened.
Her blades fell from her hands, dropping down to the ground.
"Ameyuri-san...it's finished."
Ryouta pulls his sword out of her, she drops down to the ground.
Ryouta flips her over, so they were face to face.
He hunches over, seeing her eyes looking into his.
"Look, you did it...haha...you stabbed me...Ryou-kun..."
"Yes...I did."
Ameyuri looked down at her wound.
"...So I'm dying...this is what...it's been like...it's what I've caused...many people before...haha...I'm actually...going to die..."
Ryouta looked at her.
Seeing a smile on her face, seeing the content on her face with this fate...
He was snapped out of his thoughts as she continued speaking once more.
"Hey boy...When...I found out...I was going to die...I knew...I wanted to...go like this...I couldn't accept...some disease, was going to take my life...I hated it. I was...scared."
Ameyuri confessed, showing her true emotions for the first time in a good long while.
Ryouta closed his eyes for a few moments, her words made him recall the past.
"...It's human...to be scared, Ameyuri-san."
Ameyuri laughed, as she coughed up some blood.
"...Human...haha, yes...human, I...forgot, about being human...for a while...that's why...boy." Her hands shakily reached for her twin blades, and held them towards him. "A...true warrior...should wield these...the person...that killed me...should have these...do what...you think...is best...with them. Keep them, give them to someone you love...I trust you to do….what's best...boy..."
Ryouta controlled his emotions.
He was a Ninja, he didn't have the luxury to reveal everything he was feeling, but he did have to admit that even though she was an enemy, she had helped him grow more as a Ninja than she ever would know.
Taking the blades from Ameyuri, he attached them to his back.
"Thank you, Ameyuri-san. I'll use them wisely."
Ameyuri coughed up some blood, and laughed.
"I never thought...I'd ever...give them...to anyone...I thought someone...would have to peel them...from my cold...dead...fingers...but boy...I can see...you're going...to change this world..."
"I don't know about that..."
Ameyuri placed her blood soaked hand on his face, and smiled up at him.
"You better...damn do...I've just said...it….don't make me...a liar..."
Ryouta inhaled deeply, feeling his emotions bubbling to the surface.
"Right..."
"You...should go...those others...will need you...don't stay with...a dying woman...like me...go and live..."
Ryouta took her hand, and placed it to her body, allowing his fingers and hers to wrap around one another.
A small tear finally escaped his eye, Ameyuri caught it, and gave a pained laugh.
"I must...have touched you...more than I thought...if you'll shed...a tear for me..."
"You've done more...for me...than you'll know, Ameyuri-san...you've...taught me a lot...about the world...about different views on life..."
"Good to know...I did something right..."
Ryouta exhaled the breath he didn't know he was holding, and decided that before she went, he'd give her one last kindness.
One last moment for her to be happy.
"Ameyuri-san...tell me, what would be your dream?"
"Dream…? Why are you...talking about silly things...like dreams…?"
Ryouta sat down beside her, his eyes going towards her own.
"Tell me, what would be the last thing you could do, if you could do it now?"
Ameyuri didn't get it.
But she told him what it would be, so he smiled, and peered into her eyes.
"Enjoy, Ameyuri-san."
Ameyuri watched as her world changed.
Ryouta used his Genjutsu skills to give Ameyuri one last happiness.
Surrounded by the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, and her with her blades, she was facing them down.
Many enemies laid on the ground, either deceased, or incapacitated.
Stood beside her, was Ryouta herself, who held out his hand.
"Come on, lets go, Ameyuri-san."
Ameyuri laughed to herself.
She knew it was an illusion.
But it was the dream that she had.
"Yeah, lets go and destroy them boy!"
Being surrounded by the powerful swordsmen she knew of the past, and wished to fight against all at once, she with Ryouta beside her, shot off into the unknown.
In the real world, Ryouta saw Ameyuri smiling, as she played out her wish, within her Genjutsu world.
Even an illusion could be the perfect dream for some, and to Ameyuri, she was happy.
Seeing that this was what she had truly been seeking for all of this time within her life.
Her own kind of peace.

So this chapter dealt with Tsunade going up against Orochimaru and Kabuto, while Ryouta fought off Ameyuri, clashing in quite a brutal battle between them. Ameyuri having the time of her life as she did so, and ended with Ryouta stabbing her through the stomach, then gave her a wish via his Genjutsu, giving her own world a place where she could feel the most content. Jiraiya and the others also got out of the trap pretty well, using their own traps to destroy a good chunk of the enemies.
