Silver crow; They would have to make it look at least a little convincing. She does mean a lot to him. He really does hate Kabuto and Orochimaru. Kabuto will be surprised for sure. Garaga did yeah. We shall see what happens with Tsunade and the others in the coming chapters. Danzo is cunning and we shall see what he does soon enough. Neither Danzo nor Orochimaru would give up, even if they have a slither of a chance.

TheGreatGodzilla; Yeah, we shall see how it plays out soon enough. They could be in the harem. It was shown how they caught up, Ryouta was doing his best to slow down Kabuto and the others without drawing suspicions to themselves, as expressed by a few people over the chapters, and its the same as how the Sound Four in canon came across Shizune and the group, same thing happened here. Those with Tsunade shall be revealed quite soon. I have an idea for Konan. Yeah, those series could be interesting to do for one day.

Phantom Reader; Thanks! Yeah, he really does care for Mikoto for all she has done for him. Yeah, he wont allow Kabuto to get one over him. Yeah, I thought it would be something Ryouta would say, he can't speak for anyone but himself, and it is a shame with what happened to Sakumo. It would be good if he did bring that up to Kakashi. Yeah, Neji did well, and with the others helping him, they managed to gain a good victory over Guren. Yeah, it is going to be a tough battle. Madara and Ryouta will definitely have a meeting one day. Orochimaru is definitely going to be surprised when he sees what Ryouta will do. Thank you very much! I know Ben 10 yeah, at least the older series.
With those reviews out of the way, its time to start the chapter!
Ryouta vs Satsuki!
Deep within the forest, travelling at high speeds, while also doing their best to conserve their chakra, Haku, Lee, and Karin were well on their way to doing what was necessary. Moving through the trees, Karin examined the situation that was going on, with the others, including that of Neji, and those that had fought Guren, realizing how the fight had gone.
"...It seems that Neji-san and the others have stopped."
"They beat that woman in a fight?"
Lee asked with hope, but Karin shook her head to Lee's surprise.
"She was...She was someone that had to be dealt with, but they're standing opposing one another. Her chakras low, so I don't know why they aren't attacking. Perhaps it is that wall of chakras between them that I am sensing?"
"A wall of chakra?"
Haku asked, intrigued.
Karin inclines her head, and continues on.
"Yes, its some giant wall of chakra that is surrounding her. They are on the other side, those being Neji-san, Team Ten, Kiba-san along with his dog, and the giant snake that frightens my soul." Haku and Lee sweat dropped at that part. "Whatever it is this chakra wall, it seems to be keeping them at bay. Perhaps they can't break it, it does seem to have a lot of chakra put into that dome or whatever it is."
Karin observed with Lee putting his fists out together in a punching motion, igniting slight worry within Karin when she saw him do that, due to how excited overall he was becoming.
"I can't believe it! Even then, they put their powers together, and managed to gain some kind of victory! We have to keep going ahead to do what we can!"
"Yes, that we do. That we do. But first, let me find her...when I do, the others...yeah, we have to move quickly after all...come on, there has to be something, somewhere...no matter the distance, it has to be found..."
Karin said as a finality, with Haku looking towards the area the others had fought. She couldn't see anything out of the ordinary, besides crystals that were floating in the wind, of giant crystal structures.
Karin had said that they were a good distance away, so the fact that she could see them, it was clear that the fight had been a hard one for those involved. It was an extremely difficult situation for them, but they managed to survive, that was the best part of this.
Now they had their own goals that they were going to aspire to, that they were going to fulfil, no matter what happened.
Back at the Valley of the End, facing down against Naruko and Satsuki, Ryouta stood his ground. Kabuto, Tayuya, Kimimaro, and Hinata all stayed within the trees. Hinata had her role, to make sure the others didn't move, and if they did, alert the others immediately, and do her best to fight.
The waters tepid movements were barely noticeable, the two giant statues of Madara Uchiha, and Hashirama Senju caught the eyes of Naruko, who didn't really know anything about Madara Uchiha, and could see the First Hokage, remembering the image from back in Konoha.
"Satsuki-chan, you wont back down from this fight?"
Satsuki vehemently shook her head.
"If you're trying to leave, then I'm going to stay with you and stop you."
"I see. Then I'll have to do my best."
Allowing his chakra to flare out around him, almost in an aura of pure brilliance of a deep bright colour, Satsuki could read the flow of Ryouta's chakra thanks to her Sharingan, while Naruko looked on and wondered what he was going to do.
Naruko thought that she had prepared herself, resolved herself to fight him, when she looked at him once more, and the resolve became harder to keep a hold of. She kept flashing to everything that was going on inside of her, the memories that they shared together, and the care they had it was simply difficult for her to find the right footing, the right path that she should be going down, and she didn't know how to continue onwards like this.
She went to move, when she looked at the young man's face.
Ryouta could see the difficulty that Naruko was having, he truly didn't want her to feel like this.
"The village is back that way. I suggest going if you don't want to fight me."
"But I can't leave you here!"
Naruko argued. Half of her wanted to go and fight, but the other half didn't. It was a battle inside of her.
"That is why you have to choose, Naruko-chan. I don't want to fight you either, but if you decide to stay here, then I'll have to stop you if you intend to stop me. That's how it is. I am sorry."
Naruko paused when he said that, seeing on his face the turmoil, only convincing her more that he truly was struggling to do this.
"She might have stopped, but I wont Ryou."
"Then, show me what you've got."
Satsuki looked on, thinking of the best course of action, and then launched a shuriken forward. Ryouta looked on before taking out his own out and repelling it, only for Satsuki to get behind him with her speed, and do a kick towards his right shoulder to knock him down.
Ryouta rotated her body and repelled the kick with his shoulder moving upwards, he pushed her back, and sent a flurry of kicks rapidly for her. It almost felt like three kicks at once, and she didn't have time to dodge, so she blocked with her arms, and was pushed back a good deal, forcing her onto the water with Ryouta chasing after her with his rapid speed.
"Lets see if you can handle this."
Ryouta then saw Satsuki produce a scroll, so he did the same thing.
Activating the scrolls contents, the pair produced shurikens, and tossed them at one another. Using their Sharingan's, they tried to bypass the others shurikens, but matched one another blow for blow as they kept throwing the weapons at super fast speeds.
"Wow...they are so fast...I can't even see it..."
"It seems the might of the Uchiha is strong within these ones despite their young ages. Even then, it isn't enough for the might of Orochimaru-sama."
Even people like Naruko had trouble seeing what attack was going where, even Kabuto had to admit that it was difficult to know what blade would go where, it was a duel between two Sharingan that could perceive high speed movements like this.
"Impressive, Satsuki-chan."
"Heh, I am an Uchiha as well, we specialize with weapons like this."
Continuing their duel with their weapons, Ryouta went to make a move, when Satsuki instead did and she produced a giant shuriken near half the size of her body, which she launched right towards Ryouta, who in turn deflected it with Kusanagi, then he used the hole in the centre of the giant shuriken, catching it, and twirling it around his head.
"Yes, Uchiha really do, don't they Satsuki-chan?"
Breathing out some fire, the flames shot across the giant shuriken, throwing it back towards Satsuki, who this time didn't have a choice, throwing a kunai with an explosive tag on it, blasting it away before it could reach her.
"Not yet Ryou, you might be quick, but I still have some tricks."
Shooting through the smoke, was Ryouta himself who held his blade out to swing for her, when Satsuki twirled around, and moved her feet in the way, catching the blade between her feet, and did a back flip, bringing Ryouta with her, and flung him overhead.
Impressed with her speed, Ryouta flipped, and returned to the ground, before announcing "Exploding Shadow Clone!" with the clone releasing and shot for Satsuki this time she dove into the water, as the clone detonated above her, sending the explosive force all over the waters surface, leaving her relatively safe.
"Wire shurikens huh...not bad Satsuki-chan, you have become pretty good with your Sharingan to do this..."
Ryouta smiled at the sight, as shurikens came flying out of the waters, with wire attached to them. He saw how she threw them with such precision and speed underwater, he was genuinely very impressed, watching the shurikens bounce off one another, to wrap the wire all the way around his form.
However, before they could fully wrap around him, the wires passed though him, with Ryouta using his immense speed to avoid it at the last possible moment, Satsuki coming out of the water to see the boy not having been wrapped up, and that he had sent a kunai for her.
Nearing her body, she deflected, and leapt backwards. Ryouta shot up, and they both landed on a tree branch on land, were Ryouta channeled chakra, and kicked downwards, causing the wood to shatter, and Satsuki fell down as well.
Then Satsuki grappled the tree branch with her legs, what she could grab, and launched them up towards the falling Ryouta.
"Hah! Hah!"
Cutting through them with Kusanagi, he landed on the ground just after Satsuki who launched a kick for his stomach, Ryouta caught it in time, and flung her above his head, but she wrapped her legs around his arm by bending her body almost akin to a snake, and held on before he could throw her away.
She then kicked away from his back, and went high into the air.
Leaping back, she weaved through some hand signs, and breathed out some flames.
"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Unleashing a giant fireball towards Ryouta, Naruko was surprised to see that Satsuki was doing this, attacking Ryouta so readily, while she was hesitating to do such things, and could only watch the fight go on.
Ryouta pulled out Kusanagi, something that made Kabuto particularly angry, as he believed that belonged to Orochimaru, then he watched as Ryouta caused the blade to extend, and become a large blade, cleaving right through the flames.
Satsuki used the chance to unleash a barrage of shurikens towards him, so Ryouta repelled them as well, only for Satsuki to get in close, and swing her foot for his face, which he perfectly dodged and planted his foot towards her body to knock her down and out in a convincing way to Kabuto.
Satsuki caught it, and stopped it with her arm, her Sharingan eyes allowing her to an extent to watch his movements. Even then, she was sure that if he went full speed that she wouldn't be able to fully stop the attack, so she was grateful for that.
"Not pulling your punches, Satsuki-chan?"
Ryouta asked, putting more pressure on his foot, and pushed her back across the ground, and towards the water. Satsuki hopped back into said water, and landed on its surface, as Ryouta came running towards her, skimming across the water with his feet rapidly picking up speed.
"Wouldn't dream of it, if I want you back!"
Satsuki kicked down and slashed some water up, Ryouta moves his now normal katana to swipe it away, as Satsuki throws a shuriken at him, he dodges, and then sees a smoke bomb being dropped into the water, but before it could go inside, it explodes, and creates a small area of condensed smoke to hide her presence.
"So she is going to hide huh? She is making it an interesting battle for us to go into."
Ryouta moved his eyes around, but not relying on them as he knew she dropped the bomb to make it more difficult for his eyes to detect her, however not impossible as he saw a movement within the smoke itself.
When he slashes that way, all he sees is a part of her shirt, attached to a kunai strong enough to make it float, before she came in from the right hand side, delivering an axe kick for his body in order to stop him.
However, he vanished from sight mere inches from the foot reaching him, so her foot slammed into the water, and created a visible wave of water from the pressure of the kick, dispelling any smoke left around.
"Water Release, Water Shark Bomb Jutsu!"
From the waters below her body, Ryouta used his chakra for it to begin to form the giant shape of a shark, and it came shooting up towards her, she grit her teeth at the sight, and leapt up into the air, seeing the water coming towards her rapidly.
"Fire Release, Dragon Fire Jutsu!"
Along with an explosive tag that she attached to her flames as she sent them out, a thin beam of fire came erupting out of Satsuki's mouth, and shot right through to the giant shark, which penetrated it, and together with the force of the explosive tag.
The Jutsu cancelled out Ryouta's own, creating a giant rain fall to happen where the shark had been detonated, with Satsuki landing on the water surface, and staring at Ryouta, who did the same thing, rain washing over the pair of them.
Kabuto looked on, and kept thinking about the time, and how long this would take. He didn't want Danzo trying anything when they least suspected it, not after everything that had happened.
"Orochimaru-sama...He would also like the Sharingan wielding girl, she has her own set of unique talents. She has strong chakra, and strong skills. She would have made a great asset as well."
Kimimaro noted, Hinata winced when hearing that.
Kabuto nods.
"Yes, she is the backup if this doesn't go right. She is also a viable option. If she had the Curse Seal, then it would have been better, but Ryouta-kun made sure that she didn't get it. Even then, in time, she will succumb to Orochimaru-sama's will."
Naruko didn't like what Kabuto was saying.
So much that she wished to punch Kabuto and knock him out immediately.
"You know nothing! You wont get Satsuki, nor Ryou either!"
Kabuto, seeing a chance to rub it in, began to smirk.
"You say that, yet you do nothing, but watch. Satsuki seems to be intent on bringing him back, but it seems you're all talk and no action. What's wrong Naruko? Are you scared right now?"
Hinata thought that was a very low thing to say to someone, while Naruko began feeling pulsations of chakra through her being. The more she felt it, the more that she wanted to cause damage to Kabuto and the others that had threatened to take Ryouta after her.
"I'm not scared...I am…"
"Out of your league." Kabuto said cruelly. "You cannot hope to be able to fight Ryouta Uchiha as you are. You shall lose that boy from your life, because you couldn't lift a finger...I didn't think you would be a coward Naruko."
A coward…
That echoed within her mind.
While she wasn't being a coward, she had every intention of bringing him back to the village, the parts of their past that she remembered when he was there for her, sometimes the only person that would ever stand up for her, and seeing all of this now, was very hard on Naruko.
"N-Naruko-chan isn't a coward!"
Kabuto scoffed as he pushed up his glasses, ignoring the look from Hinata, and instead to look snidely towards Naruko herself.
"You say that, but the truth is that you are a coward, Naruko. Look, Satsuki is fighting with everything she has, and you're stood here, doing nothing. At least that Hyuga girl is keeping her eyes on us, not that it would make a difference anyway."
Hearing that, was difficult for the young Uzumaki.
The cold callous nature of Kabuto was something that Naruko didn't want to get to her, but a small undeniable part of her was beginning to think on what Kabuto said, he had a unique way of attacking someone, and in situations like this, she truly did hate what he was and how he went about his life.
"...You don't anything...you don't..."
Usually, Naruko would have a quip, or something to say, but the fact that Kabuto was hitting spots within her mind that she was troubled by, and now Kabuto was magnifying that by a good number of times.
"I know Naruko, I do know. You got lucky with the Sannin, this time you wont be as lucky."
"Lucky?! I remember beating you last time!"
Kabuto laughed.
"You mean when you got that Rasengan technique out on me? It was luck, not skill. I also struck your heart, remember? You nearly died, this time I wouldn't mind making sure you're finished off. Wouldn't Ryou-kun be extremely upset if you died?"
"D-Don't say such things! You don't know anything, I will get another Rasengan off of on you, and make sure you learn not to do these things Kabuto!"
Kabuto showed a darkened grin on his lips, and an expression of total rage.
"You shall suffer for your actions or rather inactions here. You cannot hope to do anything, you're going to lose everything you love. And I will make sure that you also lose your life. The last thing you'll see is the person you care for...maybe even love, walking away from you, to be a slave of Orochimaru-sama. You're the same as you were back in the Academy, the same talentless loser that never could even do a simple clone. You might have improved, but you'll always be the same as you were, a nothing. And then your Uchiha boyfriend, is going to become, nothing. He will do as Orochimaru-sama commands, and he'll be made into the ultimate power!"
Those words…
Simple, but to Naruko dejecting words that caused something within her to awaken.
The laughing, and the smugness of Kabuto was becoming too much for her. And in the end...
Naruko felt her body shaking.
And soon, rage began to fill her.
All of it being directed towards Kabuto, the intense rage that showed itself to be the Nine Tails inside of her. The red chakra began bubbling to the surface. Readily looking chakra that formed all around her. Her whisker marks became more prominent, and her fingernails were growing to look more like claws.
Seeing Kabuto's smug face, only filled her with the desire to take him down...
Back with the fight, Satsuki flipped in the air after the clashing of their Jutsu, landing on the turbulent waters, only to see Ryouta rushing for her. The speed that he went, it was amazing, and intense at the same time as being something that she found to be rather amazing to see.
She whipped out several kunai, and threw them at the young man. Each one moving at a rapid rate, the speed of the kunai was enough to cover the area Ryouta was moving in to try and cut him down.
Just slowing him down would have been good.
However, it didn't slow him down.
He weaved and moved through the vast weapons bouncing off one another, and trying to attack from different angles. Ryouta was able to move away from pretty much all of them, and continued her way to Satsuki, who in turn breathed strongly.
"Coming at me huh? I can see you Ryou!"
The Sharingan detected his movements, so she raised her arms to block when she thought he'd strike.
"Good, your Sharingan is very impressive Satsuki-chan!"
However, she saw that his form simply stopped before her, before vanishing, indicating it was a speed clone, an after image so her blocking didn't do anything since it harmlessly moved through the area before reaching her.
Then the real attack came, seconds later, delayed, and also made it unpredictable for Satsuki, who received the blow and went flying across the waters surface. Skimming across it, the waters surface was broken at different points, as Ryouta continued his running for Satsuki.
"Damn..."
Skidding, she flipped, as she placed her hand down, pushing off of the water surface, to see that Ryouta was coming closer, so when he got close to a place she had passed over, she did a hand sign, and that caused a paper bomb she had planted to explode underneath him, something Ryouta noticed and mentally laughed at her fortitude in battle.
The waters detonated, and Ryouta came swinging out of the line of fire, having increased his speed a good deal to outrun the explosion, something even Satsuki thought was noteworthy of praise, and admiration for his skill.
"Interesting Satsuki-chan, even when you were fighting me, and being blown away, you had the knowledge to predict where I would run, and would use that ability to try and get me, I am very happy Satsuki-chan."
Ryouta then weaved through his hand signs, and caused the water to become like a torrent for her, so she dodged out of the way, with the giant torrent of water smashing deep into the earth, carving out a hole within the rocky wall.
Satsuki withdrew a kunai, as Ryouta held Kusanagi tightly within his hand.
"Weapons now, is it Satsuki-chan?"
"Might as well see what you've got when it comes to weapon skills."
Satsuki launched herself towards him, and clashed violently with his own weapon.
Sparks shot off of their blades, and doused the area as they came for one another again and again. Ryouta used his fast movements, and began pushing Satsuki back. Even with the Sharingan, the movement of his blade was something she was having difficulty in keeping up with.
So she had to do something to even the playing field between them.
"Have this!"
Satsuki withdrew another kunai and came at Ryouta, moving across the water and slashed at one another a few times, each time pressing each other, and pushing one another backwards.
Then when nearing the large statues, Ryouta leapt onto the side of Madara Uchiha's stone statue, then used that as a stepping stone, propelling himself like a rocket towards Satsuki, his blade across his body.
Getting into a defensive stance, she blocked the attack, but a giant shockwave went between them. The shockwave was enough to cause the waters surface to heavily ripple, with even Naruko and the others feeling the intensity behind their movements.
Ryouta grit his teeth, as Satsuki pushed him back, and then delivered a kick to his upper body, firing him upwards.
She followed, and ran up the side of the face of the First Hokage statue, while Ryouta gained his balance in the air, landing in the Madara side, and ran up it.
They leapt at one another in various stages as they ran up, clashing weapons and then repelled one another, and repeated the process several times.
"You have gotten better Satsuki-chan, definitely deserving of that Chunin rank you have."
"You haven't seen everything, I haven't unleashed my Chidori on you yet. I've been practising, and I have been honing my ability. You might even be surprised by it Ryou."
Ryouta chuckled.
"Chidori huh? If you did, I'd have to use my own Jutsu to fight against you."
Satsuki tossed a kunai for Ryouta, who deflected the blade only to see Satsuki leaping for him and delivered a kick towards his upper body.
"If I have no choice, then I'll use it."
Ryouta responded with a block using his blade, and repelled her with a flick of his wrist, and then the blade, sending her flying all the way up into the sky, and landing on top of the First Hokage statue.
Ryouta dashed up the Madara statue, and landed on top, his eyes going towards Satsuki who did the same thing.
Ryouta placed his sword in its sheath, then saw Satsuki place her hands together.
He did the same thing, and gathered the chakra within his body, as she did the same thing.
""Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!""
Unleashing devastating flames from opposing sides, the huge fireballs easily dwarfed houses.
They were so huge that they looked almost like little suns in the sky, clashing violently together.
The flames mixed together in a beautiful blending of the two opposing flames. Pushing against one another's, the flames battled for dominance. They tried to destroy the others in a beautiful blaze of glory, but neither seemed to get ahead of the others flaming spheres.
Just then, they both heard an explosion, and became shocked, looking down to see what had happened...
Back with Naruko, the anger she felt for Kabuto, and everything that had happened until this point, had gotten to her.
It had caused her to want to release all of the pent up feelings that she had against Kabuto. Even to the point of losing the rational parts thanks to the Nine Tails influence over her.
"Geez, what kind of power is this…? My body...I feel worried right now..."
"Naruko-chan..."
"She seems to have increased in power...incredible..."
The waves of chakra emanating from her was more than enough to intimidate the likes of Tayuya. Hinata wasn't sure what was going on, while Kimimaro pulled back, his eyes looming over Naruko, trying to work her out.
As for Kabuto, he had already figured her out, that she was showcasing the power of the Nine Tails. He figured that this would happen, and gave a small smirk.
"The real you decides to show yourself, does it?"
"Shut up...tell me what you did to make Ryou go with you…!"
"He didn't need much incentive, all he wanted was power-"
"That's a lie! You don't know anything about Ryou so shut up!"
As she said it, the chakra surrounding her became even more dangerous. It dented the ground she stood on, and the air around her was almost twisting to the point that it was noticed by those around her.
Even Kabuto noticed it, but he pressed further, believing that he could get her angry enough to catch her off guard, and smash her in the chest, so she could have her heart stopped, a repeat of what happened with the Sannin battle.
"I do know though. He is a rare Uchiha, not many of them were kind, you know? Everyone of the Uchiha always had some kind of darkness in them. There were few exceptions. Ryouta is one of them."
"Exactly! So don't say anything like he lusts for power! He wouldn't ever do that!"
"Maybe you don't know him as much as you believe you do."
"No...you don't know him Kabuto!"
With the yell, a shockwave came from Naruko, and headed for Kabuto.
The young man dodged out of the way, and saw that Naruko had intense chakra still going around her being. The claws dug into the ground, as she hunched over. Almost looking like a fox in a way, she underwent further transformation as Kabuto kept mocking her.
"Is that all you have? That's like a Jutsu from an Academy student, not worth the effort."
Though the power was incredible, and he did think genuinely that it would be good to have such power, he didn't need so right now, and he knew that Naruko could become a liability for Orochimaru, so he didn't want to take the chance that it could happen.
"No, I have these!"
Naruko rushed him, and punched towards him as she did so, releasing shockwave's of air at Kabuto, but with finesse, he dodged out of the way, and managed to slide into her guard, his palm going out towards her chest to cause her to be knocked out for the time being.
What surprised him this time was that Naruko was quick enough to deliver a kick upwards, smashing into the right wrist of Kabuto, which flung his arm backwards. The damage done to his arm, was more than enough to cause Kabuto to be surprised, then she opened her mouth and released a shockwave from a roar right close to him.
Using quick thinking, he was able to manipulate the water nearby into a Dragon, and used it as a shield. Because he had access to such Jutsu, it did surprise Naruko that he was capable of doing that, but Kabuto didn't care, returning to the ground as he tossed a kunai for Naruko, managing to get her right hand side with a cut.
She returned to the ground, Kabuto saw that her wound was beginning to heal from the damage that he gave to her.
"Kabuto…! Don't think you can get away from me!"
Kabuto scoffed.
"As I said, no matter what you try, you can't get me, and you'll always be behind the others. You're a loser."
He was going to begin laughing, when he heard an explosion coming from the right, which was the fight of Ryouta and Satsuki going on.
The flames clashing against one another, so it was something that drew his attention.
It briefly distracted him, so much so that Naruko who was under the influence of the Nine Tails, unleashed a hard punch which caused a shockwave in the air, and sent it towards Kabuto.
The shockwave was powerful enough to rip the tree right out of the ground and sent it flying high towards the water, with Kabuto riding on it.
He lost his footing when a roar came from Naruko, shattering the woods, and then Naruko came up towards him.
"Shit, she's fast..."
Kabuto thought, and began preparing to deal with her accordingly.
Running across the waters, something began to emerge from her back, it was something that looked like a tail.
Ryouta and Satsuki looked on, stopping their fight, to see the action. When Ryouta saw the tail, he was surprised.
"She sprouted a tail… She has gained more power, but the fox would have gained more influence over her, she is fighting more savagely than usual. What did Kabuto say to get her like this? I'll have to stop it soon, or she could become overwhelmed. Especially if more tails begin to sprout out. She isn't right now capable of handling such power from the fox..."
Naruko cross the distance and come at Kabuto with a hard punch. Kabuto managed to block it with his arm, but he heard something crack, and he presumed that Naruko had managed to break his arm with that attack.
"Take it back! What you said about Ryou!"
Kabuto flipped in the air, landing on the water as Naruko released another roaring shockwave, blowing up the water all around Kabuto, who raised his hands to defend, as Naruko came shooting for him, in a zigzag type motion.
"I never would."
Kabuto weaved through some hand signs, before unleashing a giant wave of water for Naruko in the form of a waterfall. The water sprang up from all around Kabuto to achieve this, in the hopes that he would be able to wash her away long enough to cause some damage.
"I wont let you, or anyone take him!"
Ryouta looked on, and saw the anger in her eyes for Kabuto, the raw emotion she felt at the sight before her. She wished to make sure that Kabuto knew the extent of anger he had caused her, and she was determined to never allow Ryouta to go towards Orochimaru.
As he did, Ryouta noticed something else, with his Sharingan, chakras that he was familiar with, and he got the signal that he had been hoping for, and with that, Ryouta was certain now he could finally act again.
"Damn girl..."
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"
Naruko growled, and summoned a multitude of clones, shooting them directly for the wave, slowing it down enough for Naruko to propel herself through the water, Kabuto growled when seeing that she came at him, so he whipped out a kunai, and came at her with it.
He dodged a punch, and then slashed across her abdomen, but it healed near instantly, and then she punched him hard in the face. Kabuto felt his nose breaking from the intense impact that she gave him, and fired him off a good distance away.
Spinning in the air, Kabuto landed with his feet against the cliff side that the statues were, on the First Hokage side, and looked to see Naruko shooting off her clones like bullets, so he made a mad dash to the right, avoiding every attack that he physically could do to not get hurt.
As he dodged out of the way, Naruko was right on him, and delivered a few blows to his abdomen, before twirling around and kicking him hard in the face, his glasses cracking from the intense pressure.
But Ryouta saw something else, he saw that Kabuto was going for a chest strike with Medical Ninjutsu. If he did that again, Tsunade wasn't around to save her this time, and he didn't know if he had the skills like she did, so he had to stop it from happening.
Disappearing, pushing his speed to the limits, he crossed the distance.
"What the..."
He managed to intercept when Kabuto was mere inches from touching Naruko's chest, and stopping her heart.
The fuelled on Nine Tails chakra looked towards Ryouta, as the young man moved his blade, and impaled Kabuto through the stomach. He tried to get him through the chest, but Kabuto managed to deflect the blade to go to the right hand side of his abdomen, sticking in enough that it came out of the other side of his body.
"Gwaaaaaaaah!"
Kabuto spat out blood, as Naruko smashed her fist against his body, sending him flying away and into a row of trees.
"I told you Kabuto, if you dare try and kill anyone from Konoha, then I'll kill you!"
Satsuki from up high watched as Ryouta grabbed Naruko with one arm, and held her close to his body.
Kabuto placed a hand to his injured body, and grimaced.
The fight with Naruko was short, and unexpected, but he didn't think she would have gained power that fast, and that Ryouta would have done a surprise attack to defend Naruko.
"Is this how it is? You wish to betray Orochimaru-sama now? I suppose that she's going to die, isn't she?"
"No Kabuto, you're the one who is going to die. Very soon."
Kabuto expressed anger at that, while Kimimaro held his eyes in a fixed position before him. He was mentally prepared to jump in and fight, knowing that Orochimaru wanted Ryouta alive, and quickly, seeing the condition that Kabuto had got himself into.
"You wont take him! I'll kill you!"
Naruko yelled aggressively, something Ryouta knew was at least in part thanks to the fox influencing her actions.
Ryouta could see the control she had was falling, deeper and deeper into the control of the Nine Tails.
The rage she had in her eyes, and the power flooding her, he could see that another tail was beginning to make itself known.
"Its happening faster than I thought it would do...shit, I have to stop it now before the Nine Tails fully takes over."
Ryouta turned his eyes towards her own, her red eyes that symbolized the beast inside of her having its way with Naruko, in moments of weakness, he was going to stop it there and then, so he used his Genjutsu on the young girl.
More specifically, using it on the fox that dwell deep within her.
He could see that one of the tails tried to lash out at him, no doubt the fox trying to stop the Genjutsu.
But Ryouta managed to repel it with his arm, in time before it reached his body.
The Genjutsu began to take hold, and the foxes spirit was being quelled.
One day, Ryouta hoped to speak to the fox, together with Naruko, and understand more about it. He knew Naruko wished for that too. But as for right now, he knew that he would have to do it this way to make sure that nothing happened to any of the good people around.
As he stopped the attacking fox, Naruko's eyes shifted from red to the usual blue colour. She looked around, then looked towards Ryouta, perplexed. He smiled down at her briefly, before turning back towards Kabuto.
Kabuto glared hard as a result of what happened.
"...You still have a chance to redeem yourself. Kill that girl, and we can go."
"I stopped you from killing her, so you want me to kill her...great logic there Kabuto."
Kabuto didn't appreciate this happening now, and was fuelled by rage.
"You want to make sure certain things don't happen, we don't have the time. So take care of them, and we can get going."
Ryouta, to his surprise, shook his head.
"No, I am done playing by your rules."
Kabuto was stunned when he heard that, he thought that he had actually misheard to the point that he was questioning what was happening before him.
"You what? How dare you-"
"No. Kabuto, shut up, I'm done. You don't hold anymore power over me, because I know where she is."
Kabuto went pale.
"I-Impossible...you couldn't know where she is!"
Ryouta smirked.
"But I do Kabuto, and you know what else? All those snakes you've been having watch over us...they are all gone." Kabuto felt his face drain of colour. "You thought our show was simply a fight between us? No, we've been secretly taking care of all of the snakes, your eyes were directed at us, but you should have been watching the surroundings. You ever thought I'd willingly give myself up without a plan? No, I've made several plans, and they're coming together very nicely, Kabuto. Your crazy Master might be diabolical, but he is slipping, and today, he is going to be executed, just like you."
Kabuto widened his eyes, and went to move, when he saw ice growing across the ground, the same for Kimimaro, and Tayuya. The young woman Tayuya went to move, when she saw Hinata come for her, and disable her with her Gentle Fist, hitting all of her target points, and knocking her down to the point she couldn't move.
"No, it wont end like this!"
Kimimaro began summoning bones to come from his arms, when suddenly Lee appeared with his kick whirling towards him. Kimimaro tried to summon his bones in the form of a defensive movement, when Ryouta and Satsuki channeled their flames together, creating a strong stream of flames that collided with Kimimaro, at the same time adding in a paper bomb to expand their damage.
The force of the attack was enough to shatter the bones shield he used, also reaching him to a degree and caused damage, as Lee sent his most strongest kick deep into the gut of Kimimaro, and sent him smashing down into the ground.
At the same time, Kabuto tried to move, when he saw Haku coming for him. With ice growing like a spear out of her arm, she tried to impale him like a lance would do, but Kabuto proved to be slippery, and managed to free his hands enough to create a water Dragon, firing it at Haku.
"I wont let it!"
Using her ice, she as able to freeze the water Dragon, leaving her safe, and caused the ice to break apart, with the lance going forward, but Kabuto broke out of the ice, and leapt left, receiving a slash to his rib area in return.
Kabuto landed on the ground, pushing back as he looked towards Ryouta.
"You damn brat, how did you do this?!"
"I shall reveal to your Master."
Kabuto looked extremely angry, to the point that Ryouta thought he was going to blow a gasket.
"You brat..."
"Kabuto, you thought you were so superior, to try and destroy the minds of those around you. As I said before, Orochimaru and you, have a lot in common. You're both pathetic monsters that target innocents because you feel as if you have the right to do such things. I'm here to tell you, that you're not getting away with it anymore."
Kabuto felt enraged by this, and went to turn to leave, when he heard a noise behind him.
He looked to see that it was Kimimaro who was well, and safe.
Though he did have some injuries across his body.
"It seems that we have come to a difficult time, Kabuto."
"Yes...it seems that we will have to drag the boy back by any means necessary."
Ryouta looked towards Kimimaro, and then released a breath.
"Are you going to still stop me now?"
"Yes, for Orochimaru-sama, I have to."
"No, you have a choice. Just remember what I said while coming here...Orochimaru, he doesn't care about anything, not even you. He will abandon anyone that he sees fit, he might have took you by your own will...but, he takes advantage of many situations, and plenty of people didn't have that choice. Please listen to me, and stop this."
Kimimaro was baffled that Ryouta would say it, but Ryouta could see, there was something about Kimimaro that he knew wasn't truly evil, misguided for sure thanks to Orochimaru, but definitely not evil, and he even felt like it was similar situation to Haku, but the difference was Zabuza had some honour to him, Orochimaru had none, and Ryouta thought it would be a shame if Kimimaro had to die for something that he shouldn't be involved in.
"...I have to admit, it was interesting being around you, Ryouta Uchiha, you are unlike anyone I have ever met and I enjoyed seeing what you would do next. But this is my path...Orochimaru-sama is the one I follow..."
The words sounded unconvincing, something Haku picked up as well.
"...Then I will fight..."
Ryouta went to move, as Haku got between them, together with Lee.
"Ryou-kun, don't waste anymore chakra here. We can handle these two."
"Haku-chan..."
Ryouta believed in Haku and Lee, but he didn't know the true capabilities of the bone using Kimimaro.
"She's right, Ryou-kun! We can handle these two! You have to go and save Mikoto-chan after all!"
Ryouta looked between them, as Hinata walked closer.
She looked on, before nodding.
"I...I don't really understand, but it seems...Ryou-kun, you have to save Mikoto-san?"
"Yeah, short version is that they kidnapped Mikoto-san and forced me to go along with them, abandon the village, or else they'd end up killing her. I didn't have much choice other than to go with them."
When Naruko heard that, she understood everything that was happening, it truly did make her feel angry. She wanted to go and smack Orochimaru and defeat him. But, she was able to keep restraint as she felt Ryouta's arm around her body.
It seemed to Ryouta that they had this, so he turned towards the newly revealed Karin who hopped beside him.
"You know where she is?"
Karin nods her head a single time.
"Yes, I can sense her. She is a good distance from here, we have to get going, right?"
"Yes, there is no telling what else Orochimaru has up his sleeves. Lets get going-"
"Wait."
Satsuki said, and Ryouta watched her pull closer.
The young man looked towards her, seeing her uneven expression.
"What is it Satsuki-chan?"
Ryouta watched as she came close to him.
What happened was that she ended up placing a kiss on his lips. He looked into her eyes, and saw that she had a soft gaze in said eyes. The relief that she could show now, Ryouta could understand everything that she felt.
"We have to go and save Mom. You have a plan, Ryou?"
"Yes, I do. Its a Jutsu Orochimaru will be familiar with, but he wont see it coming. I'm sure that he wont see it coming. Also, wasn't it like when we were kids, with those chakra saving flashy looking Jutsu's huh?"
Satsuki showed a small smile, nodding a single time.
"Yes, its been a while, but it convinced those idiots."
Ryouta nods, and looks towards Naruko.
"Naruko-chan, about what happened then..."
Before he could finish, she hugged him tightly.
She then whispered "I knew you'd never abandon us." Ryouta lightly smiled and patted the back of her head comfortingly.
"Of course I never would Naruko-chan, thanks for believing in me, I am sorry that it has been difficult..."
"N-No, I get it now, you want to save Mikoto-chan! Well, I do too, because she was always kind to me! So, we can save her now, right?"
"Yeah, we can save her, follow my lead, alright?"
"Right!"
"Then, lets go."
Ryouta left them with those words, and together, they took off jumping.
Kabuto wanted to stop them, but Haku made sure that he couldn't follow.
"Haku-chan, Hinata-chan...Lee-kun, be safe."
Haku looked towards Ryouta, and offered a small smile, with Hinata nodding, and Lee giving a cheery thumbs up which Ryouta smiled at, glad to have people like them in his life.
Kabuto could only watch as they disappeared, and in the right direction of Orochimaru, showing that they truly had tracked him down. He glanced to Tayuya, who was currently knocked out, and frozen around her being.
Ryouta looked back, to see Haku, Hinata, and Lee facing them down. He didn't like it, but he was sure that they would be safe together, at least until some help would arrive, should they need anything like that.
Arriving at a village, that was close to the Sound village, yet not quite. It looked as if it had been built rather recently. Ryouta, accompanied by Satsuki, Naruko and Karin, who had transformed into Kabuto, Tayuya, and Kimimaro respectably, all walked forward together, Ryouta seeing a small hole being buried in the earth, he silently breathes and thinks "I have one shot at this, I can't lag for even a second." and continues on.
Having chosen the roles they each other the others would suit, with them doing their best to mask their scents as much as possible, they moved forward.
On the way, Ryouta had informed them all with what had happened, and the circumstances to the best of his knowledge on what could truly be happening now. What information they might have to give in the case Orochimaru asked about it.
Soon, it was clear that they were being surrounded.
Many Ninja, and experiments of Orochimaru. It seemed that Orochimaru had gathered everyone that he could on short notice. Ryouta was sure that he had other experiments out there, somewhere, but it was clear that this was here to make sure that Ryouta would be overwhelmed by immense forces.
Then, Orochimaru came out of one of the houses, and looked towards Ryouta, a grin on his disgusting lips.
"Orochimaru-sama, I have brought him as requested. Though Konoha have caused some trouble, it seems Ryouta-kun here understood that this time, he wouldn't be able to get away with anything, and he came even to defeat those that came for us."
Satsuki as Kabuto spoke up, with Orochimaru looking Kabuto over for a brief moment, before laughing.
"I saw, but the snakes also got destroyed. What happened to them Kabuto?"
"I cannot speak for the others that watched Guren or the giant snake Garaga, if they're still active, I don't know. But the snakes around us, during the battle, it seems that Satsuki Uchiha had managed to kill some, perhaps she found out somehow. I'm not entirely sure. But Ryouta-kun wouldn't be stupid enough to try anything now. Besides, I saw that they had been taken out, but Ryouta-kun was too kind, so we didn't kill them, a gesture of good will so he didn't disobey us."
Orochimaru laughed, and waved his hand, Ryouta looking at that, and saw that it meant he had already taken over another body. The Jutsu that the Third Hokage had put on him, had caused him enough pain that he couldn't wait any longer. Though he did wonder what Jutsu he could use now.
"I see, so that's how it went? At least you arrived here quickly, before our other problem reared its ugly head."
At this, Ryouta did wonder what this problem was.
But he didn't have time to think, when Orochimaru turned towards the young man himself.
"My Ryou-kun, you have arrived, I am so pleased you could come to me. I'm sorry about the tactics I have had to use. But, you understand, that this had to happen eventually. That you're going to have to come with me, and be my vessel."
"Where is Mikoto-san? Show me her, now."
Orochimaru snickered.
"My, you have such harsh words already."
"You have caused me much pain over these few days, alone. And then there's not to mention what you have done to me over the different parts of the time I have been a Ninja. One thing after another with you, Orochimaru. Then you stooped so low that you targeted someone I cherish, all to gain what you desire."
"Yes, I was happy when you began coming here. You are a smart boy, this time you truly didn't have any legs to stand on, did you? I was able to force your hands. You might have tried if I gave you an inch, but I never did."
Ryouta didn't reveal anything, and simply stared on.
"Mikoto-san, now."
When hearing that, Orochimaru sighed.
"I was enjoying my time with you. I was thinking, we could bond together, as family."
"You are not my family, so don't try and say such weird crap now."
"You know, that Yukine girl, I treated her like family. Yes, it is true. She looked up to me as a Sensei, and I doted on her. She was gifted, talented, and she was fantastic at learning and creating Jutsu. She learned them even faster than me, and combined techniques to create a new style all for herself. I couldn't have asked for a better student. I was lucky to have her in my life for when I did, she taught me much about the human condition."
"Then you defile her memory and revived her to fight her son against her will like a puppet. If you cared about her, then you have a twisted way of showing it."
Orochimaru laughed when he heard that.
"Then she ended up dead, it is a shame. Such talent, squandered by death. When she died, it put a lot of things into perspective for me, that humans are fragile, weak. That's why I am so devoted to living through you, I shall prepare your body for the next three years. Afterwards, I shall take you over, and send you to be with your Mother, Father and precious Shi-chan."
Ryouta did his best to keep his calm, remembering Shisui saying only he could call him Shi-chan like that.
Hearing it out of Orochimaru's mouth, made him feel sick.
"Pull all of the emotional manipulative tricks you can muster up Orochimaru, you can't manipulate me into letting my guard down."
Seeing how well he held himself in the face of Orochimaru's emotional attacks on him, Satsuki was highly impressed the strength of will Ryouta had, the same for Naruko and Karin.
Even Orochimaru was impressed, but still pressed on to see if he could do anything.
"During our time together, experiments will happen of course, daily. But, I'll limit the surgeries to twice a day, compared to the five to seven times I would have done usually. You are special to me, see?"
Orochimaru tried to unnerve him, it was as clear as day that was the intended outcome for this.
However, Ryouta never even blinked an eye as Orochimaru discussed the grotesque way that he was going to harm him.
Karin and Naruko thought it was sickening what Orochimaru said, while Satsuki wished to end Orochimaru there and then for trying to mentally torture the man that she loved once again along with kidnapping her Mother, and forcing Ryouta to go through all of this pain, the same for Mikoto.
Ryouta stared at him, trying to be as stoic as possible.
"Charming, now show me Mikoto-san, or I'll take out my eyes you want. Right here, right now. You want these eyes, would be a shame if they were destroyed because you didn't hold up your end of the bargain."
Orochimaru's face changed when hearing that.
"No, you wont be doing that. You wont take out the eyes that I've worked so hard to gain!"
"I will do if you don't show me Mikoto-san. If she is dead, I swear that you'll be following her in death."
Orochimaru narrowed his brows, before raising his hand.
When he did, a giant snake came over towards him, and moved towards his direction, then came to a full stop.
Opening its mouth, what emerged was that of Mikoto, who was in a state that showed she was somewhat conscious. Ryouta presumed that it was to make sure that she wouldn't be able to try and escape so readily.
"As I promised, she is alive, you can see with your Sharingan, can you not?"
Ryouta had confirmed that to be the case.
Ryouta then turned to Orochimaru who gave a dark smile.
"Now that's over with, its time for you to come with me."
Ryouta looked towards Mikoto as he placed his hands together, his eyes lowering down to the ground ever so slightly, then towards Orochimaru.
"She isn't free, let her go."
"As if, I would be losing a bargaining chip if I did that. I am not stupid. So come with me, and I shall be lenient with you. Because of the trouble you have caused me this entire time, I am wanting you to cooperate with me this time. So, don't be difficult, and come with me, right now. Or you shall see the limits of my patience with you!"
Ryouta could see the crazed expression on his face.
Orochimaru had dipped into crazed territory, and it was clear that he wouldn't be able to keep it going forever, his sanity that was.
"Orochimaru, all this time, you thought that I was going to be beaten by you. You thought that your snake there would be capable of defeating my attacks, and my tactics. But I've got news for you Orochimaru. You messed with the wrong person!"
Ryouta turned his eyes towards the snake, and his eyes revealed the Mangekyou Sharingan immediately. Orochimaru watched in horror as acid, and white freezing flames escaped one of his eyes each respectably.
The flames froze the liquids that could kill Mikoto, such as poison, and the likes, while the acid destroyed the body of the snake.
"Even with those powers, I planned for them, I couldn't stop them, but it wont save her from what's inside of the snake, she will die before those two things will save her..."
When Orochimaru was boasting, he saw something horrific, and that was the Susanoo had formed.
But not around Ryouta.
It was around Mikoto.
Acting as a layer of defence, the Susanoo defended Mikoto with its ribcage that was gaining flesh around it, and covered any basis the acid, and freezing flames could not in a short time, with Orochimaru dumbfounded as Mikoto was freed from the prison of the snake.
"Noooooooooooooooooooo! How is this possible?!"
All of the tricks Orochimaru had, the poison, the explosive aspects, everything that he had thought of planting on the snake, was either frozen or burned away with the white flames or acid respectably, and Mikoto was saved from any damage thanks to the Susanoo.
Orochimaru turned towards Ryouta angrily, seeing what had happened.
"Since when could you do that?! I thought Susanoo always stayed around the user!"
When he yelled that out, Ryouta showed a small smile, and seemed to vanish, only to reveal he was right beside Mikoto, revealing himself.
"That is true, and it did appear around me. Remember how Mom warped around the battlefield during the Hokage fight?" Ryouta points down towards his feet, revealing a small snake just outside of the large snakes destroying body, poking its head out of the ground. "She could trigger a Reverse Summoning, through her snakes, and I was there during your battle. My Sharingan recorded that Jutsu, you can thank Mom for showing me this. All I needed was a seconds opening where the snake was stunned, and my Mangekyou powers provided that for me, so I got inside via the mouth, pushing the Body Flicker as hard as I could do, leaving behind an after image clone for you to be deceived by, and activated Susanoo to protect us both. I knew trying to remove her would have caused something to trigger, figuring you would rig it that way, so I got in here to protect her. I studied the snake as much as possible when Kabuto showed it to me, and did my best to find the best solution so I could save her now."
Satsuki looked on, knowing about Susanoo, but for Naruko and Karin, it was a stunning sight to be sure.
Orochimaru was falling into despair when seeing that.
"No...it can't be! This isn't...noooooooooooo!"
Ryouta breathed hard as Susanoo vanished from around them both.
Looking at her, seeing her looking on with teary eyes, he grit his teeth in pain.
"Mikoto-san..."
"Honestly...going through so much pain for me..."
"Of course...I would do that for you, because you are important to me and many others, I have lost too much already, I wont lose you as well."
As he said it, waves of pain rippled through him.
It hurt...Ryouta was in quite a lot of pain. Using both Mangekyou abilities, along with his Susanoo, having it manifest so quickly after Reverse Summoning himself...it was highly difficult, and placed strain on his eyes and his body, to the point Ryouta hunched over, blood running down his face from his eyes, pain etched onto said face, but he was smiling with determination at Orochimaru.
"Always have a trick up your sleeve, right Orochimaru?"
Yukine, beside Orochimaru, began to laugh, and yell "That's my boy! Have that Orochimaru!" leaving Orochimaru livid.
"You dare do this to me! While you're like this, you're mine!"
Orochimaru was extremely angry, and launched himself for Ryouta.
Satsuki and the others gasped at the speeds Orochimaru went, as Ryouta weaved through some hand signs, and yelled "Summoning Jutsu!" with Orochimaru glaring hard.
"You wont get away from me! No matter what you summon!"
Orochimaru jumped through the smoke as he summoned a sword…
But then he received a sharp blow to the face, and was sent back flying a good distance.
"W-What the hell was that?!"
Orochimaru smashed into a house, as the smoke from the Summoning Jutsu vanished.
Standing there...was Tsunade, who had exited the mouth of Aoda.
Orochimaru watched as more Ninja came out of the mouth of Aoda, even seeing allies of Konoha show up.
"This was it...this was your plan all along...you used that damn snake to summon them all here!"
"I did, a simple trick, isn't it? You might have been watching me, but not enough Orochimaru. I left behind the summoning seals they would need to get Aoda-san to where they were along with what was needed to summon him, and then they would have to wait for me to summon him, hitching a ride inside of his mouth." Orochimaru growled as Ryouta stood tall, recovering somewhat of his Jutsu usage. "You wanted the Sharingan, right? I will show you everything the Sharingan can do, and end you today."
Orochimaru shook heavily as Satsuki, Naruko and Karin rushed to their side.
Tsunade stepped forward, cracking her knuckles as she stared at the bewildered Orochimaru, then turned to Ryouta who was recovering.
"Well done Ryouta...it couldn't have been easy, deceiving those you love, and having to fight when there was no other choices at that time. But you did well, Mikoto has been saved thanks to your sacrifices, and now..." She turned to the bewildered Orochimaru. "For what you've done to this boy, to the village, it ends today, you're finished!"
Orochimaru panicked.
He never knew that this would happen.
Now that he had lost some forces, and now was going to be facing some truly dangerous enemies...Orochimaru knew he was in a truly deadly situation.

Then, thanks to Karin, Ryouta and the others finally could turn on Kabuto, who in turn is now being attacked by Lee and Haku, as the others go onto Orochimaru, were the plan was enacted, Ryouta using a skill his Mother used during the time she fought against Hiruzen with the deceased Hokage, and now Ryouta via the summoning technique, has brought allies to the battlefield to face down Orochimaru and his group once and for all, for who came we shall be seeing more next chapter.
