An: rant, beware. So, Malekith. The leader of the dark elves. Presumably, the leader of the oldest race in the MCU, And he is beaten by a guy with a hammer and some lightning? Malekith should be stronger then Odin or even Bor. This fic aims to fix it. I don't know how long this is going to get, or if I am even going to end it. It can also end with the MC carving himself a bloody path through MCU. Rant end. On to the story.

Waking up was different then I remembered. Well, I guess around 5000 years of slumber does that to you. Wait! 5k? Where the fuck did this though come from.

I checked through my memories. I found two sets of them. One of a dark elf leader. The second one was from a human. Fortunetly, I didn't have split personality. That would be just annoying and counterproductive.

After I got my thoughts in order, I focused on my current sytuation. I was transported, possibly reincarnated, into the body of MCU's most underrated villain. Fortunately, from what I saw of Malekith's memories, I was much more powerful then the MCU version.

I could, of course, have an existencial crysis, but that would take to much time. That is a thing that both I and Malekith hated, wasting time.

I have to focuse. Question. What do I want? Answer. Power, a lot of it. How to get to said goal with my knowledge of this universe? Get the infinity stones. But first I have to go and wake up my peaple.

Walking to the center of my mothership I push some buttons, instinctively knowing what I'm doing.

While my men wake up and form into a line, I go over to the nearest console and set out to getting some news from the center of this multiverse, earth.

Hmm... Interesting. So, apparently I am somwhere within the first avengers movie. I was able to read about avengers fighting Loki in Stuttgart, but no Chitauri invassion yet. This is the perfect moment to snag three of four infinity stones on earth. As confident as I am in my abilities, I am not going for the scary bald lady with the time stone. There will be time for that later. For now I set course to earth.

Turning around, I look upon my army of around 10,000 soldiers. I am sure that there are more here then in the movie, but Malekith's memories confirm the amount.

Next to me stands my right hand, Algrim. He looks exactly like in the movie. Well, besides that huge fucking axe in his hand. Black metal? Well, I guess to each their own.

I know that he, and the rest are going to follow me to the ends of this universe if I but asked for it. Still, I tell him of my plans.

"We are headed for the Aether, and artefacts closely to it related. Are you with me, old friend? "

I added a hint of foundness. My memories said I usually do that when speaking to him.

Smiling himself, he kneels and gives me his afirmation.

"I will follow you as long as I draw breath, Lord."

Reasured, I sit in my throne-like command chair and dip myself in though for the duration of our flight.

I have to be sure of my plans avenger - proofness. The location of the infinity stones and the time they are there.

The mind stone is with loki. If I fail to get it now there will be a chance to get it in Europe. I absolutle can not allaw the creation of Ultron. Or Vision for that matter.

Speaking of the Asgardian Prince, I could use his help. There will be two opportunities to get him. Now, with the space and mind stone or later if I fail to collect the reality stone.

The power stone is on Morag. From what I know the ocean is receded now, so getting it will be really easy. Getting it from the guardians if I fail will be easy too. For all their strength later, now they are nothing.

The soul and time stone will be tricky. I don't care about anyone but myself. And I may be strong, but I don't like my chances of fighting the ancient one. So I will have to wait until Dr. Strange gets it.

The rest I will think up as I go.

We arrived on earth. For this mission I have to go solo. Turning invisible, I got of my ship.

Looking around it appeared as if the fight was over. Making my way to Stark Tower I saw multiple corpses, alien and human. Civilian and soldier alike. When I arrived on this planet , I could feel the convergence haven't started as of now. So, no reality stone for me, yet.

Slipping through all the shield agents I finaly arrived at my destination. There, in the hallway arguing were the avengers and the leader of shield/hydra.

In the distraction I pulled an ant-man move. Using my telekinesis, I disconnected Starks 'heart'. While he was spasming on the ground, I grabbed the tesseract and willed for myself and Loki to be transported to my ship.

Loki came tumbling out of the portal. A second later, I appeared in a cloud of tesseract fueled smoke.

Without waiting, I crushed the tesseract in my hands. Loki's eyes widened and he gave a sound of surprise. Blowing the dust away, I fished out the stone. Without wait, I rammed the stone into my right hands pointer-finger-knuckle.

I expected a surge of power. But there was none. Right, I am much stronger than Thanos. For all intents and perposes, I had became the physical manifestation of the space stone. They may try cutting my hand away, but it will not work.

Looking to the rest in the room I smiled. My loyal guards and Algrim came to see my arrival.

"Today, my friends we have achieved victory. We, have come closer to our goal. Thanks to the power of the space stone we will be able to make our plans significantly more successful."

With a snap of my fingers Lokis bounds were destroyed and he finally gets up from the floor. Sygnaling for him to follow me, he reluctantly does.

" Set course for Morag."

" Well, I know who you are. You are Prince Loki of Asgard. Or jotunheim, it depends on who you ask. But, tell me. Do you know who I am?"

It is visible that he doesn't trust me. Well, I didn't expect him to.

"No."

Huh. That's it? I expected for him to talk more. Well, what ever.

"I am Malekith, the ruler of dark elves. And I rescued you becose I want your help."

His raised eyebrows tell me he is surprised.

"And what help could I offer you?"

" I know you have paths to Asgard that not even Heimdall can see. I want you to show we one I could use to invade."

"And why would I help you?"

" For one, your life depends on it. For second, If we succeed, you will be king of Asgard."

He is shocked, at least his expression, until I get the mind stone I can't be sure with him.

"Why would you give away such a thing?"

"I seek to create a grate empire, and Asgard shall be one of its kingdoms."

Understanding dawned on him, he hesitated, but eventually came to a decision.

"I will help you, if you spare my mother."

With a smirk playing on my lips, I gave my answer. "

" Off corse, go, ask one of the guards to lead you to your Chambers. "

He left. Silently, I cast a spell on him, that will alert me if he tries anything.

I stand there, my cloak bellowing in the wind. Around me, my dark elves hold the dwarfs at gun point. I stare at the only giant-dwarf, Eitri. The glow of the power stone situated in the middle of my backhand glowing threateningly .

" Whad did you say? "

" I said, that I want you to make me a sword."

He looked at his kin. He hesitated.

" Will, will you spare us, if I do what you say?

I gave him a dersive snort.

" How could I use you to arm my army, if you were all dead. "

He seams reassured. You see, in such a sytuation saying just 'yes' would not be enough. You have to give a selfish reason. If you ever find yourself in such a sytuation, remember my addvice well.

I admired my new blade. The way it reflected light off of its blade was mesmerising. It looked like the daedric gratesword from skyrim, just reduced to be considered a one-handed weapon. The one who made it was looking uncomfortable with the lack of a reaction from me.

" Is it to your liking?"

"Oh, it very much is."

That seams to calm him down. Well, let us test my new weapon. And with a fast swing, I separate the dwarfs head from his shoulders.

" I lied. There will not be any more weapons created in here. "

Swipping the blood of my sword, I turn to my soldiers keeping the, now distressed, looking dwarfs.

" Kill them all. And burn the bodies and destroy the equipment later. "

I turn away from the sound of gunfire, going to my ship, sheathing my new instrument of mass destruction.

Good thing I didn't take Loki with me. There is no need for him to see this side of me yet. For now, we will return to Svartalfheim. To rebuild our fleet and our homes. We will wait for the convergence. When that happens, Asgard and the reality stone shall be mine.
