Inuyasha's doggy tale
Welcome to my story! I have written other fan fics stories, but this is my first Inuyasha Story
Chapter 1: A broken heart
She knew she might have had this coming. But she didn't know that it was going to hurt so much. Kikyo was dead, and Inuyasha couldn't stop searching for her. Every time he stared out to the lands beyond, she knew he was searching for her. But she had enough. Her poor broken heart couldn't take it anymore. So one day, she decided to leave.
"Good bye Sango and Miroku, you have been the best friends anyone could ask for"
Before Sango and Miroku could react, Kagome ran towards Kaede's village. She knew it would be nightfall by the time she got there, but she had to run. If Inuyasha found out right now, he could catch her. And that was the least thing Kagome needed. To have to face Inuyasha, and know that his heart might not belong to her. 'Inuyasha, why won't you get over Kikyo?' Kagome thought as she keep running, blinded by tears.
"I can't believe Inuyasha just left like that. He should know better, by now, "Sango said. She was going to go after her friend, when Miroku stopped her. "She needs to be alone right now," he said as he stared at the place. After both Sango and Miroku waited for two hours, Inuyasha still wasn't back.
"Maybe we should start looking for him," Shippo said. He was going to add something else, when he stooped Inuyasha's red kimono and white hair, complete with doggy ears.
"Inuyasha, Kag.." But Miroku putting a hand on Shippo's mouth, interrupting him
"Don't listen to him Inuyasha. What Shippo was trying to say, is that Kagome is…"
"Yeah, what about Kagome?" Inuyasha said, a little panicked. He didn't want anything to happen to Kagome. She was his last hope. Before he could ask anything else, Sango came up to him (Inuyasha) and smacked him in the face. Inuyasha was so surprised; he staggered back, one hand to his cheek, staring at Sango.
"Sango, why.."
"You are an idiot Inuyasha! Kagome clearly cares about you, and all you do is worry over a dead priestess. I know you feel guilty Inuyasha, but you can't dawdle on the past! Kagome is right there for you!" Sango never got to finish what she wanted to say. Inuyasha was running away from them, his thoughts on Kagome.
'Sango is right. I should have thought about your feelings Kagome. I'm sorry. I hope I can find you before you do anything crazy.
Kagome kept walking. Night had already fallen, but she didn't care. She knew her way around here like the back of her hand. She kept walking, past Kaede's hut, into what use to be Inuyasha's forest. She stopped in front of the huge scared tree, where she first found Inuyasha. 'Inuyasha' Kagome thought.
"Kagome?" Kagome looked up. There stood Inuyasha, standing 10 ft away from her. Without saying anything, she ran towards the well.
"Kagome, wait!"
"Why, so I can get my heart broken again? No thank you! Inuyasha, you are the most inconsiderate person in the world!" Kagome ran as fast as she could, Inuyasha at her heels. 'Stop Inuyasha' Kagome thought. All of a sudden, as she was going to jump into the well, Inuyasha pulled her back.
"I'm sorry Kagome.." Inuyasha said. He knew he had gone too far.
"Let me go!" As Kagome pulled herself, free of Inuyasha's grip, she fell into the bone eater's well.
'I'm going back to my time?' she thought as she fell through time, leaving Inuyasha's time behind!
