Ngl this one took me a bit longer than I thought, I just couldn't think of a good way to continue from the last chapter, but I've got it now. Enjoy.
Don't sue me rick please, I'm too broke to afford food already.
Also, I don't own Percy Jackson.
...
Six weeks had passed since the gods had come to announce the tournament and of all the things Percy thought he could feel he was bored. The day after the gods had announced the tournament, Chiron and the other directors had placed out a notice that registration for the tournament would go until late October, with the actual tournament itself starting on November first.
Percy sighed, "what do I do now," he muttered under his breath. He had just finished up with his training for the day and now had nothing else to do.
"Could you help me out?"
Percy jumped nearly three feet into the air, before turning around to find Annabeth standing behind him.
"You look a little spooked," she smirked. "Could you hold this for a second?" she asked, holding out a heavy-looking box for him to hold.
"Of course," Percy nodded, taking the box. Taking the box he nearly dropped it, "what's in here?" he grunted, he had not expected it to weigh as much as it did.
"It's celestial bronze for the forge," she replied, kneeling down to re-tie her shoes, "Leo asked me to bring it over from storage because I was closest to it."
"A little warning could have been nice," Percy muttered.
"Aww, the hero of Olympus can't hold a box of celestial bronze," she said in a mocking tone as she stood.
"That was uncalled for chase," Percy said before handing the box back to her.
"Would you mind helping me bring it to the forge?" she asked sweetly.
"Definitely," with no classes because of the tournament, I've literally had nothing to do other than train, and boy does that get old fast.
Damn, I was gonna ask you to train me. Well me and the others i should say," Annabeth muttered under her breath.
"If you promise that I won't get bored training you then i'll help," Percy smirked.
"You heard that?"
"I did, why?"
"I barely said it loud enough for myself to hear," Annabeth replied.
"Really, you were actually pretty loud."
"Whatever," Annabeth said, turning, "let's go." Percy grinned before following her.
It took them barely 5 minutes to make it to the blacksmith, whereupon they were greeted by Leo.
"Thank you so much Annabeth," the short Latino had said before taking the block and running into the blacksmith once more.
"I forgot to ask, what are they using that celestial bronze for?" Percy asked as he and Annabeth turned back in the direction of the sparring arena.
Annabeth laughed, "you realise that you're like one of the only students with a magic sword," she finally said when she stopped laughing.
"Ahh, that makes a lot of sense. You didn't have to laugh at me," Percy sighed. "So do you have one?"
"What do you mean? Of course I do, I even showed it to you on your first day," Annabeth replied.
"I wouldn't say invisibility is a weapon," Percy laughed slightly.
Annabeth pulled her hat on and disappeared instantly, a second later Percy felt he breath on his neck and her knife at his throat. Instinct swept into motion as he hardened his skin before grabbing her knife hand and flipping her over. In a matter of seconds Percy had her pinned down beneath him, her knife a few feet away from them, her hat on the floor next to her very much visible body.
Annabeth's mouth was hanging wide open, "I should have expected that," she muttered before meeting Percy's eyes. He knew whatever she saw in his eyes had terrified her because her eyes opened in shock.
Quickly Percy averted his eyes, sorry, he muttered moving to stand, but Annabeth's arms wrapped around him. "What are you?" Percy started.
"I don't understand, not really," she murmured, "but if you ever need someone to talk to I will always be her."
Percy sighed, relaxing into her arms, "I don't know why, he whispered, but I feel as though I can trust you more than anyone else." The minutes passed by as Annabeth held him close to her, he wasn't sure how long it had been but finally he moved to get up. Together he and Annabeth stood brushing their hair out. Annabeth's face was flushed red and Percy noticed she was not red due to the heat.
He grinned, "you want to go train Chase?" Percy asked.
Annabeth nodded, her face slowly going back to its standard color, if not slightly rosier. "Can we spar for a bit?"
"Yeah, we'll start with that," he replied. Together the two walked to the arena.

Review and Follow, please.
I don't know when the next chapter will be out, I hope you enjoyed this one though.
Also, if you are into romance and shit there is a series called the guild hunter series you might like. tbh the fact that I've just been rereading that series over and over is the reason this chapter took so long.
