Stage 14: An Regretful Decision

It was nighttime now as everyone was at the hotel. They are staying on ropes and are now having dinner all together. As they all ate dinner some were at the table while some were sitting on the floor where the Japanese potion sits.
Katsuo and Ichika were sitting on the floor while some, such as Ryoga, were eating at the table.
But as they were eating Katsuo on the other hand was thinking about the Suika Arms wondering what Ichika said was true when someone was not there back at the beach.
(Flashback)
The Suika Arms Yoroi Mode was not giving up as he charged toward Gaim he swung his fist double-bladed sword he accidentally cut off the head as it fell on the sand.
Everyone was completely shocked in horror at what Gaim did, he was also shocked as he realized that he went too far.
"Kazuraba!" Charlotte gasps.
"What did you do, kill that guy!" Rin shouted at him.
"I-I didn't mean to kill him! I swear!" Gaim shouted, panicking that he did not mean it on purpose to them.
(Flashback end)
"Even after that, who would that be?" Katsuo wondered as he did not notice he was picking up the wasabi and took a bite of the whole thing. Then his eyes widened, dropping his chopstick. "Water…water!" he yelled before grabbing a cup of water and gulping down.
"Is something wrong Katsuo?" Ichika asked his little step-brother.
"I'm…..fine" Katsuo replied but dizzy after eating that wasabi as Ichika was relieved.
However, Cecilia was sitting next to Ichika but tried to sit still but was uncomfortable with this position as he noticed.
"Are you feeling alright?" Ichika asked her.
"If you're not comfortable sitting here you should've sat at the table?" Katsuo suggested to her.
"I'm fine Kazuraba, I don't need your suggestions!" Cecilia scowled before turning her head around. "And compare the effort to secure this place and this table, this is nothing," she muttered.
"Ah, this place?" Ichika wondered.
"Oh no, it's nothing at all! honestly" Cecilia replied, shaking hands before letting out a laugh.
"Oh, good grief," Katsuo sighs.
"Is something wrong now Katsuo?" he asked once more.
"Just forget it, I'm pretty sure that's how girls are" Ichika blinked in the confusion of what Katsuo meant by that. Then he soon noticed that Houki was staring at him with an upset expression. "Oh man, check out the face on Houki. I wonder what she could be upset about?" he thought.
For Houki she wanted to sit beside Ichika but some of the girls took the opportunity and sat somewhere else.
Ichika soon noticed that as Cecilia started to get uncomfortable she let her legs out so he decided to ask her. "Hey Cecilia, if it's that uncomfortable do you want me to feed you?" He asked her.
"Do you really mean it!" Cecilia squealed with her eyes sparkling and blush on her face. "Do you would actually be willing to feed me!?"
"Uh yes," Ichika replied.
"It would be an awful shame to let all this beautiful food go to waste, wouldn't it?" Cecilia said excitedly before passing him her chopsticks.
"Okay, sashimi first" Ichika decided to feed her the sashimi.
"Oh right! But not too much wasabi if you would please" Cecilia asked.
"Right" Ichika understands, picks up the sashimi with added wasabi on it and feeds Cecilia as she opens her mouth and eats it.
However, the girls were jealous when they saw Ichika feeding Cecilia.
"Aww! Cecilia's so mean!" Kiyoka complained.
"She's having Orimura feed her!"
As all of the girls complain after seeing Cecilia getting fed by Ichika, they want to be fed by him too.
"And there goes the silence," Hakaru muttered before eating the sashimi.
"Even so, I can't believe he asked Cecilia to feed her?" Charlotte muttered in wonder at Ichika feeding the British representative.
As for Houki doe grumble while drinking and staring at Ichika. "Hmmm, stupid Ichika. I'm sure he's completely forgotten tomorrow is the seventh of July" he thought to herself, wondering if he had forgotten about tomorrow.
As the girls complained about Cecilia getting fed by Ichika, Katsuo was counting his fingers. "Three, two, one" then Chifuyu burst into the room in a bad mood.
"For the love of god! Why can't you all just eat your food in silence!" She yelled.
"Uh, yes Mrs. Orimura" one of them responded as everyone was quiet.
"Orimura, stop causing such a racket" she then faced her little brother now. "Calm it down prof to pronto."
"Uh, yes ma'am, calming it down" Ichika responded as Chifuyu left the room Cecilia let out a sigh. "Sorry about that Cecilia, I guess you'll have to do it by yourself," he said before seeing her pouting as this got Ichika nervous.
"Smooth move Ichika," Katsuo muttered before letting out a sigh.
Opening playing Just Live More by Shōnan no Kaze
The scene starts with four riders, Gaim, Baron, Ryugen, and Zangutsu posing back to back with their weapons in their hands, as the camera focuses on Gaim.
Then the next scene change with Helheim forest vines vanishes as the as it only leaves an object behind as every weapon smash and slash it revealing to be a title.
Infinite Gaim
(Got to move….wow!)
(Don't say no! Just live more! Don't say no! Just live more!) the scene showcases all four riders in a dojo with samurai armor for display. Then the scene focuses on Gaim as he pointed his Musou saber at the camera while he reflects on his original self shows of Katsuo.
(Survival you gotta move. Gendai wa sanagara sengoku) Katsuo watches the sunset as on his back pocket is his orange Lockseed before turning around just before he passes through the hallucination of Gaim.
(Dare ga kachi nukekru? Kagi wa akerarete shimata, {Don't say no! Just live more!}) then the scene display Ryoga in a dark warehouse sitting on the box as he clutches both of his hands hard while his banana Lockseed place next to him just as hallucination of Baron stand behind him. Then the scene charge showcasing scene two split sides screen of Katsuo and Ryoga with their respective colors and rider forms in the back posing.
(Doko ni aru Don't say no! Just live more!) then next scene shows Ichika and Houki standing before Suzuki and Hakaru were next while their riders form posing in the back as Chifuyu crosses her arms with her own rider from behind her.
(Dou tsukau? Kindan no kajitsu) the rider appearing with their respective Lockseed at the back in split screens. The scene changes as Baron rides on his bike as Gaim in the Suika armor yoroi before changing in gyro mode and flies up when Baron rides under him. Then it shifted the scene as Gaim, Baron, and Zangetsu active their belt.
(Imu to iu kaze wa) as Katsuo transform into Kamen Rider Gaim and prepare for battle.
(Nani wo tsutaeru tame. Okame ko motoki fuku.) then it showcases a battle between Gaim versing all of the IS pilot at the IS Academy battleground.
(Tsuyoku! Tsuyoku! Blowin' up) just as Ichika in his Byakushiki joins in as he Gaim and Baron stare at each other and charges towards each other as they clash.
(Ashita ga, Yume ga, mada miekakute mo) Ryugen firing at the cage until it collapses. Then Zangetsu spins around as unleash green slash at the front with his shield up. Then a blonde girl that looks like Chifuyu but shorter stand on a hill with the sun behind her as he reaches out her hand at the camera.
(Soko genkai seiipei! Ikite iru to ieru kara) this scene shows Gaim armor, Lockseed, and the bracelet of the Byakushiki on the ground. As the scene changes as Gaim and Ichika past by each other while staring eye to eye. The next scene shows the banana armor and Lockseed on the ground just as Ryoga lets out a roar and actives his Baron knight.
(Utsumuku ka yo {Kao wo agero} doko made memo {Mageru koto naku}) Baron charges down and slashes the Inves at Helheim forest as he poses. Then it showcases Ryugen Budou armor, Shenlong bracelet, Melon armor, Rafale Revive Custom II pendant, and the Pine armor, Blue Tear earring on the ground with their respective Lockseed as well.
(Shinjita michi wo yoke {just live more!}) in each area of the Kamen Rider posing as Zangetsu stands in a dojo, Baron stage show, Ryugen on a building top, and finally Gaim in a forest with cherry blossom glowing a pond. Then Katsuo lets out a roar as he throws out his fist and punches it in front of the camera.
(Don't say no! Just live more!) the final scene takes place as the camera focuses on Gaim, riding a horse and rush into battle.
After having dinner together with every student of the I.S Academy all of the girls had their activities around the hotel before bedtime.
Hakaru was walking down the hallway alone before noticing some of the I.S Academy girls watching him from behind before turning their eyes away from him.
Unknown to him Charlotte was watching him while sitting down with concern, remembering what she said back at the beach.
(Flashback)
"After the dojo was burned down by my deadbeat brother, I was placed in a foster family and raised for years. But once I leave, I'm gonna find him, and beat the hell out of that bastard!" Hakaru growled darkly.
(Flashback ended)
"Is that why you hated your brother or is it…..revenge?" Charlotte wonders with a worried expression of Hakaru walking towards a dark path.
"You okay?" This startles Charlotte as she sees Ichika standing in front of him.
"Oh my goodness Ichika, you startle me," She said, placing her hand on her chest.
"Sorry about that" he apologized to Charlotte. "But what were you just looking at?" he wondered.
"Oh, nobody," Charlotte replied, turning away from him with her arms crossed. But then she got curious and asked Ichika since he is a friend of Hakaru. "Say, Orimura, is there anything that you know of your friend Mr. Moro?" She asked.
"Hakaru? Well, we've been friends for a long time, he's a smart and a badass kendo swordsman like Houki" Ichika replied, explaining to Charlotte of Hakaru.
"But does he have any family?" She wondered.
"Well, he never talks about his family, he's been living alone, that's all I know. Why would you ask me that?" Ichika wondered.
"I-I-It's just a question" Charlotte stuttered before walking away from Ichika as he was confused. But as she was walking down the hallway, with a worried expression one more after hearing Hakaru from Ichika thinking of him.
Hours later as Katsuo was holding cans of beer, Chifuyu told him to get beer for her room. As he was about to enter her room, he stopped as he saw Houki, Rin, Laura, and Cecilia laying their ears at the door as they were listening through it to hear what was going on. They've been hearing lots of mourning in the room where Chifuyu is staying.
"Uh, what're you all doing?" Katsuo asked to respond to all of the girls, and they grabbed him by surprise, as Katsuo had no idea what was going on before his mouth was covered. "Hey! What wa-!" he shouted before getting his mouth covered as the girls tried to get him to be quiet so they could hear what was happening in there.
But then the door opens up as Chifuyu sees the girls including Katsuo with stern expressions on their faces in her room Ichika, wonders what are the girls and Katsuo doing.
Soon all of the girls were in her room sitting on the floor. I told the Japanese sitting as one such as Laura seemed to be uncomfortable.
"Okay you idiot, just what was so interesting about getting a massage," Chifuyu asked them before sitting down.
"Oh that's what we were hearing, I thought we heard you and Orimura havi-."
"No, No, you don't need to tell us that" Katsuo interrupted her, covering her mouth with his hand.
"Bu-?"
"Just don't tell us" Katsuo interrupts her once more.
"Don't do what he says?" Houki tells her to not talk about that.
"I agreed," Cecilia agreed with her.
"Same here" Rin also goes with them.
As the girls agreed with Katsuo that they should not talk about what they all thought when they eavesdropped on the Orimura but it was nothing but a false alarm.
"You may not look like a good masseuse but he has amazing fingers" Chifuyu admits to the others as Katsuo knows this as well. "Come to think of it, maybe you should all let him do you," she suggests, surprising all of the girls as Katsuo lets out a sigh.
"Okay, I'll do Cecilia first" Ichika calls out as the British Representative was going first.
"Oh, I'm going first!" Cecilia gasped in surprise.
"Yes, that's why I ask you. So come lie down" Ichika said as he set up the futon mat.
"Aahhhhh!" Cecilia lets out a squeal with her face blushing with happiness that she is going first.
She lays down on the mat with her stomach and lets out a relaxation of a massage from Ichika, he presses her back with his thumbs as this makes Cecilia blushes as well as let out a cry when she feels his massage.
"Oh sorry, I'll be gentle" Ichika said sorry for being too ruff as he continued massaging Cecilia back. "See, it doesn't hurt much, does it?"
"No not at all, it feels quite wonderful" Cecilia replied happily and relaxed. "I mean it feels so good that I find myself becoming rather sleepy in fact. I even."
"Eh?!" but then she felt someone's hand touch her bottom as Chifuyu placed her hand on her butt before lifting her robe. Cecilia rope up causing her to shriek as Ichika and Katsuo look away from her. "Ahhhhh!" She squealed.
"Oh my how precocious," Chifuyu said as she looked at the black panties Cecilia was wearing but adult. "But these are too mature for you, nice shade of black though."
"Please ma'am I really do wish you would put that down now?" Cecilia asked as she blushed with embarrassment.
"What, you didn't expect for you to allude to a fifteen-year-old desire to express to your teacher?" Chifuyu asked her, causing Cecilia to gawk embarrassed. "Oh I'm just kidding dear," she said jokingly to her while putting down Cecilia's robe.
"Hey Ichika, Katsuo, go buy us some drinks for the rest of us," Chifuyu asks the boys.
"Oh, okay" Ichika replied as Katsuo, he thought he got drinks for her but went along and headed out of the room with Ichika. Now this leaves the girls and Chifuyu alone as Chifuyu sat down after getting a drink.
"Okay girls, what with the dead fish expression?" Chifuyu asked them.
"The thing is, we ah…never talk to you when we're all here," Houki replied.
Chifuyu pulls the ring, opening the can of drink. "Okay, we're finally getting down to the nitty-gritty huh?" she said before gulping down her letting out a little laugh of enjoyment after drinking that can. "So, what do you girls even see in him?" She asked, causing all of the girls surprised by her question knowing who she was talking about. "I mean my brother has his use to be sure. For example, he's good at cooking and housekeeping, and he gives fantastic massages so any girl would be lucky."
"That said, he comes at a price" this causes all of the girls to be completely excited.
"He's for sale!" All of the girls shouted excitedly in unison.
"No you fools," Chifuyu replied, making the girl groan, feeling embarrassed for falling into her trap as if she would sell her brother like that. "Listen, if you were a real woman you had to be willing to do whatever it takes to nuke your rivals. Get with the program kiddos okay?" she tells them before drinking another sip.
"Also, I was wondering about that belt of yours? Can we see it?" Cecilia asked her.
Chifuyu thought this as she can't show it to them, but since they already know she is Idunn, she decided to show her and the rest. "Okay, I'll let you look at it," she said as she pulled out her Sengoku Belt and showed it to them.
All of them were aware and amazed as Laura was the first one to hold the belt in curiosity. She tried to put it around her waist as the girls watched but nothing happened.
"Hm, why can't I put it on like you?" Laura asked her teacher as they all wondered why she can't put on the belt.
"Well, the simple reason was that the first person to put on the Sengoku Belt is the only one who can wear it," Chifuyu explained to them before having another drink.
All of the girls look at Chifuyu's belt, surprised that this one has some kind of DNA lock code. Houki on the other hand stares in silence as she thinks about Ichika transforming into Kamen Rider Excalus, Gaim, Baron, Ryugen including Zangetsu. She feels powerless and can't help with an I.S of her own but that's gonna happen tomorrow.
It was a sleepy time now as everyone was already fast asleep in their room. In the Orimura room both Chifuyu and Ichika are already fast asleep but Katsuo who was still awake as he has concerns, sat up before taking a look at a necklace with the orange circle, he revisualizes his mom's face for a long time before the fire burning and the man tried to kill him.
He let out a sigh of sadness, Katsuo kept staring at the necklace he kept while wondering about his mom. "Katsuo" Katsuo turned to see Ichika was waking up as he noticed him still awake. "Is something wrong?" He asked worriedly of his little step-brother.
"It's…..it's nothing that's all" Katsuo replied to him.
"I don't know, you kept staring at the necklace for this long ever since you and Chifuyu found you" Ichika remembered that he and his sister adopted him and remember holding on to that necklace when he was young.
"Well…..yeah. I kept it and am still wearing it, even so, I can still remember my mom giving it to me. It's as if she is with me now" Katsuo explains to Ichika his reasons.
Ichika got concerned about Katsuo, wondering where his mom was causing him to think about his parents. But the difference is that he and Chifuyu let them as he has no interest in finding out why they left, as Katsuo wants to know. "Well, it doesn't matter, even so, I can still remember my mom giving it to me. It's as if she's with me now" Katsuo explains to Ichika his reasons.
Ichika was concerned about Katsuo, wondering about his o, causing him to think about his parents. But the difference is that he and Chifuyu let them as he has no interest in finding out why they left, as Katsuo wants to know. "Well, it doesn't matter what happened to my mom or even remembers what she looks like," Katsuo explains to Ichika his reasons.
"Even if you don't remember your mother, I'm just glad me and Chifuyu are out there" Ichika pointed out to him about the day he and his sister found him and took Katsuo in as their adopted brother.
"Yeah, I guess you're right," Katsuo nodded in understanding. But still, he wonders about his mom. "So how about you being a Kamen Rider?"
Ichika blinks for a bit before he takes out his blueberry Lockseed in his hand. "Well, I'm getting used to being a Kamen Rider, after what happened back on the beach all of the girls were all over me even whoever they were wondering where I am," he tells him, causing Katsuo to laugh at that moment.
"Hey!" The two of them were startled and saw an angrily tired Chifuyu waking up in a bad mood and seeing the two of them still awake in the middle of the night. "You to get some shut eyes or else!" he exclaimed tiredly as both Ichika and Katsuo went fast asleep.
However, not some people did sleep in as Ryoga was still awake in his room while looking at the moon from the window, he took out his Banana Lockseed and a small yellow crust item attached on a chain which is his I.S form. He stares at them with a serious expression when he revisualizes himself as a young boy staring at an old factory manufacturer before turning into a large complex building that resembles a tree as he grows older.
Meanwhile, Suzuki was walking outside at night as he looked at the moonlight not knowing that Rin was spying on him suspiciously.
Elsewhere Houki was also outside alone as she sat down and took something out of her bag pulling out Sengoku Belt as well as the Plum Lockseed as well as the call she had with her sister.
"It's over spectacularly high and capable, it'll stand toe-to-toe to the Byakushiki! This I.S Unit is called AKATSUBAKI!"
She stares at her Lockseed and Sengoku Belt with a serious expression as Houki will finally have a personal I.S of her own and show the others that there is another Kamen Rider. Unknown to her Hakaru was hiding a wall as he stares at Houki holding a Sengoku Driver and a Lockseed of her own with sterns on him wondering where did she get that from.
Outside of the hotel someone else is here too and it was none other than the evil version of Katsuo, also named Kay as he lets out a smirk while holding the Schwarzer Regen Lockseed.
(The next day)
It was morning now as the sun rose as it glimmered on the ocean. The first one of the students to wake up was Ichika as he headed outside and let out a yawn and stretched his arms.
But then he stops as he sees Houki crouching as she is looking at something. "Houki?" Ichika wonders what she is looking at as he approaches her and sees pairs of robotic bunny ears-like and a sign that says 'please pull'.
Ichika asked his childhood friend if the person she knew was there.
"Okay 'please pull' he reads the sign. "Do you think that this means?"
"Sometimes it's just better off not to know," Houki replied, deciding to leave it there and walk away.
"And wait, you're just gonna leave it lying there like that?" Ichika was concerned but Houki left, leaving the person buried as he was concerned.
Then Cecilia approaches, wondering what is going on. "What are you doing here Ichika?" she asked.
"Something I might regret" Ichika replied to her with a sigh as he decided to go for it, and he pulled the two bunny ears to get the person out. But Ichika just trips over as the bunny ear was just pegged to the ground, Cecilia rushes up to him to see if he is okay. Then the two of them hear objects falling from the sky as they see something falling towards them, Cecilia wonders what that is but Ichika knows. "I knew it," he groaned, regretting ever pulling her out.
With an impact, the two braced themselves from that gust of wind, Katsuo, and Suzuki ran out to see what was that sound wondering if there was an Inves attack or Suika Arms appeared again.
But as the smoke clears it is revealed to be a giant carrot-like pod as they hear someone laughing in there, the carrot pops open up with smoke, jumping out as a young woman with reddish-purple eyes, dark purple-pink hair that goes to her hips. She wears a light blue frilly maid dress, a white apron, gray bracelets on her wrists, a black ribbon, and robotic bunny ears similar to the ones from the ground. This is Tabane Shinonono, Houki's older sister and the creator of the I.S.
"You're down boy Ikkun! Yeah! Yeah! " Tabane laughs with her two fingers snipping as she calls a nickname for Ichika.
"Uh, Who was that?" Katsuo asked, wondering who she was.
"That would be Tabanne, Houki's older sister," Suzuki replied, surprising Katsuo as he looked at the creator of the I.S.
"Sure, it has been a long time hasn't it, Tabane," Ichika responds to her.
"Mm-hm long time no see! A really long time! Silly you! Where do little Houki go?!" Tabane laughs before jumping off the pod and asking him where her little sister is.
"Uh ah think she…."Ichika stuttered as he was about to reply to her little sister, Houki.
"That's okay. I'll just find her soon enough just by using this Houki tracking device I invented. Okay Ikkun, I'll see you later!" Tabane soon runs off to look for her sister.
Ichika gets himself back as Cecilia asks, wondering who she is. "Ah, Ichika, who was that strange person just now?"
"That's Tabane Shinonono, Houki's big sister," Ichika replied.
"Eh!" Cecilia gasped in shock and saw that was the creator of the I.S.
Hakaru was heading to where the noise was coming from until he spotted someone familiar but was not interested to see. "Oh no," Hakaru groaned as he saw Tabane here.
"Ah is that you Hakkun!" Tabane squealed with excitement before spreading her arms as she was about to hug him. But Hakaru managed to catch her with his hand on her forehead, stopping her track.
"Good to see you too," Hakaru said, annoyed at seeing Tabane act.
"Did you see Houki passing by, never mind, forgot I have my tracking device, I'll see anyways about the monsters!" Tabane shouted before running off to continue to find her sister.
Hakaru watches her running as she leaves out of sight. "You know she's gonna find you anytime soon," he said out of nowhere Houki appeared as she stared at Hakaru with a stern expression.
"I don't need any of your help, Hakaru!" Houki scowled as she didn't need his help with her sister.
"By the way, I saw what you were holding last night," Hakaru points out to her, which makes Houki stop after hearing what he said.
"What were you doing last night, spying on me? Huh!?" Houki scowled.
"I know what I saw, and you're not going to the same path like Ichika and Katsuo did," Hakaru said seriously to her.
Soon both Houki and Hakaru glared at each other in a stare-down as their bodies were surrounded by auras, Houki's body was glowing red while Hakaru was glowing green. "Listen, I don't care what you say. If Orimura can put on a belt, then I should too! I'm stronger than you" Houki said seriously before breaking up the stare and just walking away without even saying back to him, Hakaru let out a sigh.
"It's happening again and she still hasn't changed that attitude of yours, Shinonono" Hakaru muttered shaking his head after seeing Houki walking away, he thought she changed her attitude, however, she's still the same as he remembers her.
Elsewhere Chifuyu was with Ichika, Cecilia, Rin, Charlotte, and Houki in their I.S training uniforms and were at a secret location on a rocky with a small waterfall. "As you can see, anyone with a personal unit has been assembled," she explained to them.
But some of the girls were wondering about Houki since she doesn't have a personal I.S unit of her own, Rin calls out asking a question to her. "Ah just a minute me ma'am, but Houki doesn't have her unit. Does she?" She wonders as well as the girls and Ichika.
As Houki looks unsure to the others. "Well…ah?" She was speechless and didn't know how to reply before Chifuyu spoke up.
"It's alright Shinonono, I'll explain everything" the teacher ensures her as she is taking her spot now. "The reason she's her-."
"Cowabunga!" Then they heard someone calling out to them as the two of them frowned, they knew who that voice was. That person turns out to be Tabane calling out to them with her she was holding was….Ryoga? As she slides down the rock hill before jumping up in the air everyone watches and sees Tabane flying towards Houki and Chifuyu. "Chi-chan!" She exclaimed happily as Chifuyu facepalm her face, stopping Tabane and holding her down. She was excited to see her and tried to hug her. "Hello! Hello! Hello! Oh, how I miss you Chi-chan! Let's hug and confirm!"
"Will you shut up Tabane!" Chifuyu shouted as the group just watched while Ichika was dumbstruck by how Tabane was acting.
Chifuyu swipes her off as Tabane rushes off as she finds her sister Houki trying to hide from her but unfortunately she is found. "Tada da! Hi there" she greeted her sister.
"Yes hello," Houki said nervously.
"Hee hee, it's been a while hasn't it? Now, how many years was that?" She chuckled before placing her finger on her right cheek. "I can't believe how much bigger you got, little sisters. Especially your boobies."
That got too far as Houki hits her sister with her wooden sword and right at her big sister's face as she bleeds out from her nose. "I will 'so' hit you!" She shouted angrily.
"Ow, you can say that afterwards! That's so cruel!" Tabane whines rubbing her top head. "She's a real dominatrix! Is she Ikkun?"
"Uh well?" Ichika was speechless as he didn't know how to respond. "Hey, you?" he spotted Ryoga as he was getting back up.
"That Ryoga Kumon to you, and was just minding my own business when that lunatic dragged me along!" He growls and turns towards Tabane angrily for being dragged by her in the first place.
"Ahh, you don't wanna see me I gave you an I.S and this is what you thank me" Tabane complained comically as Ryoga responded with a growl while showing his teeth gritting at her.
"Y'know, Tabane you should at least introduce yourself" Chifuyu points out to her, reminding Tabane that she is in the middle of her class section right now.
"Uhh. That's such a pain" Tabane whines but goes along with her and introduces her to the rest of the class. "Right after those all of them come"
Chifuyu wonders before realizing what she was talking about, she looks up at the hill and sees Katsuo. "I mean I should introduce them right?" she said to her as Chifuyu sighed while pinching her nose but decided to call Katsuo down here.
"Okay, everybody. Hi, I'm Tabane the genius, hello that's all. That's it."
"Your Tabane Shinonono?!" Rin was speechless.
"As in Tabane the brilliant scientist who invented the I.S unit!?"
Tabane looks before she spotted Katsuo as she rushes over to him up to his face. "And who might you be?" she asked.
"I'm Katsuo Kazuraba, nice to meet you?" Katsuo introduced himself to her but was uncomfortable with her face up close to his.
"Oh my, you Katsuo, aka Kamen Rider Gaim?" This causes Katsuo to be shocked and the rest of them were shocked as well.
"Wait. How did you know I was Gai-?"
"I'm super secretive about looking up to people, and I'm a fan of you on that DJ Sagara guy's website. I also am impressed by you using Ikkun I.S Byakushiki with that lock thing of yours, that's super awesome!" Tabane said she heard of Gaim on the DJ Sagara website and saw how amazing he is.
"R-really?" He asked wondering how she knows he is Kamen Rider Gaim.
"Yep, that includes: Baron is Ryoga, Ryugen is Suzuki, Zangetsu is Hakkun, even Excalus Ikkun! Oh, can't believe Ikkun is one of you!" All of the Riders were shocked at Tabane knowing all of the Riders' names and their identities.
"Ah huh, shouldn't you do the other thing," Chifuyu said sternly reminding her of what she was supposed to do.
"Oh right," Tabane remembered and focused. "Now everyone looks up to the heavens!" She exclaims pointing her finger up as something big is heading this way and lands an impact as a gust of wind blows right through them.
Once the smoke was cleared as it was revealed to be a rhombus-shaped object. "Dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah! This is Houki's own personal unit, the Akatsubaki! All of the specs were way above the current model and were hand-made by me, Tabane! This little beauty is the fourth-generation type I.S and Tabane the genius created especially for Houki."
"The fourth generation you say?" Ryoga muttered to himself, intrigued.
"Wait, other countries had only just made the prototype of the third-generation models!" Cecilia gasped when Tabane had already gone up to the fourth-generation I.S units for the other countries.
"Yet she's already!" Charlotte gasped at how fast Tabane was.
"Oh don't worry, that's because I'm Tabane the genius," she bragged to herself. "Okay Houki pokie, let's go ahead and fit into your personalization" Houki's I.S Akatsubaki opens up.
"Well mount up Shinonono," Chifuyu tells her to get in her new I.S unit.
Houki was silent as she walked up to Akatsubaki she was bewildered and gazed upon her very own I.S unit she finally has now. As she got into her I.S Tabane was doing some calibrations typing on a visible screen. "Now I already have some of your personal data uploaded and running, so I just have to put the latest information," Tabane informs her sisters.
Houki is now red robotic arms and legs and gold trims, black robotic hands, gold parts on her hips, red wings rear with black edges at the bottom and silver with it, on her head is a headband headgear with silver animal ears-like with black parts on her side hair, there is also red part in her ponytail along with a white and black ribbon, there are red and black parts on her side body. As for her I.S uniform, she now wears a white with some black to her old one, a red line on her hips, and a black neckline.
The rest of the group watched and all of them were bewildered by Tabane's speed.
"Unbelievable, her speed is simply amazing!" Rin gasped.
Soon Tabane swipes the holographic screen away. "Okay, the fitting is all done now! That was super fast. I agree huh? Now take it out for a test drive, try flying it" she advised her sister to fly the Akatsubaki out.
"It should move exactly how you imagine it will," Tabane explained.
"Okay, I'm ready to give it a shot" Houki understands as she closes her eyes to focus and takes off into the air with incredible speed.
All of them were surprised at the Houki Akatsubaki and saw how faster it is than all of the I.S units.
"Whoa even if I don't understand I.S but that was fast," Katsuo thought to himself of Tabane, how incredible and a genius she is.
"It's a lot faster than mine, she's probably increasing my speed for her" Ryoga thought Akatsubaki as he looked at Tabane.
"So Houki, what do you think? It's even better than you thought it would be" Tabane asked her how her I.S is doing.
"Yeah, I guess," Houki replied through the coms.
"Trying using the swords, the Amatsuki is on the right, and the Karaware is on the left. I'll go ahead and fetch some of the data of the weapon specification" Tabane explains, suggesting using the swords Houki was equipped with, she then gathers data on her holographic screen.
Houki then hovers in the air as she wields two katanas that look like the katana for the I.S unit for practice. Ichika watches closely and sees what happens next. "Alright, Amatsuki, go!" She calls out and sends out lasers at the cloud blowing them away. "Oh man," she gasped in shock at the power she wielded.
"That was very nicely done, and now you can try dealing with these things. Good luck sis!" Tabane summons a missile launcher and shoots out missiles at her sister for testing Houki swings her other sword Karaware glowing purple and destroys them all.
"Amazing" Ichika was amazed as all of the group was amazed too.
"Mmm-hmmm super duper!" Tabane laughs happily at how well her sister did. But Chifuyu just stares at her suspiciously, including Ryoga.
"It's perfect, this I.S can do anything!" Houki said bravely that with her I.S she can accomplish anything now. Now she rethinks about that Sengoku Belt and Lockseed she had. "Maybe I should be one of them, and I'll show that idiot Hakaru better."
"Oh no!" Then all of them heard someone's voice as they saw the I.S student's teacher Mrs. Yamada run up as fast as she could with a worried face. "Mrs. Orimura!" Maya shouted as she approached Chifuyu showing her phone saying an emergency alert. "Look at this!"
Maya handed the phone as Chifuyu checked to see the report. "It's a level eight prioritize mission, apparently it would seem the countermeasures have been activated" she reads the report. "This test is dispensed, for now, I'm afraid there's something that is needed by all of you," she tells the I.S students as they will be participating in this mission.
Then Maya notices Tabane. "Hang on, who's that strangely dressed woman?" she wonders who she is.
"That's Tabane Shinonono," Chifuyu replied.
"Hahhhhhhh!" Maya squealed covering her mouth in surprise to see Tabane the creator of the I.S here.
(Back in the Hotel)
"What! Thee Tabane Shinonono is here!?" Laura gasped in shock after Katsuo explained everything that happened, along with Suzuki, and Hakaru, as Ryoga already knows.
"I would never have guessed that the I.S genius like Tabane knows about Katsuo and our identity," Suzuki said curiously with his hand cupping his chin.
"It doesn't matter, what I wanna know is how she even knows our identities as Kamen Riders," Hakaru said sternly demanding to know how Tabane knows how she knows all of them are Kamen Riders, and who told her.
"Will worry about that later, right now Chifuyu is talking about something," Katsuo said as he rethought that alert she got. "I wonder what's going on now?" He wonders if there is a meeting about that alert Chifuyu received as Ichika and the other girls were in on it.
"Who knows, this is her problem, not the Kamen Riders," Ryoga said as this is an alert for the I.S pilots.
"But aren't you as I'S pilot too?" Laura asked him, and even if she doesn't trust him, she still asked anyway.
"That's not my problem," Ryoga scoffed, turning his head away in denial.
"Then how did you get your I.S unit, is it Tabane?" Katsuo asked.
Ryoga is just silent as he looks away from Katsuo asking a question as he rethinks back in the day with Tabane.
(Flashback)
"So, I found out that you can control an I.S pilot unit just like Ikkun!" Tabane said when Ryoga meets her and comes to her for an I.S of his own.
"And I want an I.S of my own. Give it now" Ryoga demanded a personal I.S unit.
"Hmm, I would give it to you one, but I don't know if I could trust you?" Tabane wondered about herself giving an I.S unit to a stranger.
"Just give it to me," Ryoga demanded.
"Oh wait, didn't I look at your name when your family used to own a factory or something?" Tabane thinks about scratching her head. However, this angers Ryoga when she mentions that last part, he clutches his fist, grits his teeth and glares at her with a dark aura surrounding him. "Ah, oh dear did I anger you or something, sorry, maybe I can give you an I.S. After all, I did make a prototype for someone to test it, how about you can have it, and it's your own personal I.S unit that I like to call, Baron Knight."

"That's none of your business" Ryoga replied rudely to Katsuo's denial of his question. As Katsuo wonders why won't tell and his attitude.
Just then Maya approaches all of them with a concerned expression. "Listen, this is an emergency for I.S pilots, but we need you all in the room" this got all of them confused by what Maya was talking about as she explained her reason. "Kats-, I mean Bujin Gaim just sent a message, he's here too" all of them were stunned they were Bujin Gaim and he was also here.
Soon all of the Riders join with the I.S pilots meeting as a screen shows a video message and plays it.
"Hello, I.S students, and Chifuyu and Ichika, it's me, not Katsuo. Okay, we're getting confused between yours and my name, so I decided to call myself Kay instead" The video played the evil Katsuo messaging them announcing his name and continued recording. "Anyways, I seem to see that I.S on the loose and unpiloted I.S. This means I'll be taking that I.S for my own as I have my collection" Kay then shows all of them new Lockseeds in his hands.
Including the new I.S Lockseed, the first one was a magenta Lockseed with black decoration and bright orange decoration. This is Shenlong Lockseed.
And the other one is orange Lockseed decoration and a white button. This is Rafale Revive Custom II Lockseed.
This shocked all of them of what they heard from those Lockseeds as they are also I.S Lockseed are Rin and Charlotte.
"Now let's see who gets it first and wields its power! Katsuo Kazuraba, you and I still have a score to settle! Come and get me then!" Kay smirked sinisterly before the video was cut ending it.
Rin slams her fist on the floor in anger. "Damn him, I can't believe that jerk!" She growled as he now had control and combined with her I.S.
"That vile thief!" Cecilia agrees.
"Silence!" Chifuyu shouted, causing the two I.S to be quiet and pay attention. "I understand that Bunin Gaim uses your I.S data to gather more I.S Lockseeds, but we need to focus on the Rogue I.S right now" Chifuyu calms them and reminds them about the other situation they are having right now.
They are having a situation with an unmanned I.S that was stolen from was called the Silver Gospel, a 3rd generation I.S developed by the USA and Israel has reasonably been stolen and was heading towards the island.
"I see what you want us to do" they all turn to Ryoga and know what her plan is. "You want to send us to go take Bujin Gaim and is that right?" He guessed her.
"Your right, Kumon," Chifuyu corrected him. "Since Bujin Hail has been attacking countless attacks on our students and the Academy. I won't let him hurt any of my students, not on my watch" she declared to finally take down Bujin Gaim for good.
"We've been tracking down Bujin Gaim for two weeks, that's why some of you will go after him and some stay here and protect the students here," Maya tells the Riders the plan.
"We need a few of you here and some to go after Bujin Gaim, so Kumon and Kazuraba will go after Bujin Gaim, the test will stay put" Chifuyu orders them.
"Wait, you expect all of us to just sit here and do nothing!" Cecilia shouted in anger.
"I wanna kick Bujin Gaim's ass!" Rin shouted agreeing with her.
"Let's not get ahead of yourself, let's not forget that he still has control of all of your I.S" Chifuyu points out to them, causing the two of them to pout at him. Then she turns towards the Riders now. "Alright listen up, while Orimura, Shinonono, and Kumon deal with Silver Gospel, Kazuraba, Moro, and Liyiua will take care of Bujin Gaim" she planned.
"Wait, you're gonna let him join us!" Ichika shouted before looking at Ryoga as he looked at the first I.S pilot with a scowled.
"If that all means I'll go along" Ryoga decides to join up. "But I only do this my way, I don't need any help, especially the first pilot" he mocks, causing Ichika to growl annoyed by him.
"As for, stay here at the hotel and protect the student here if Bujin Gaim decides to come here" Chifuyu ordered him.
"Yes, ma'am," Suzuki nodded in understanding.
"Okay, now you all know what to do," Chifuyu then claps her hand. "Then get your asses moving!" She shouted.
Soon all of them head to their mission now, Ichika, Houki, and Ryoga head to the beach to where the unmanned I.S unit was heading this way. Meanwhile, Katsuo, Hakaru and Suzuki were heading to where Kay is at and taking him down as well as taking back the I.S Lockseeds from him. As for Chifuyu and the rest, they stay back in the hotel and monitor everything on the holographic screen.
At the beach, as Ichika looks up and sees the sun he covers his eyes before checking the time to see it is eleven-thirty. Houki as well soon joined him as both Houki and Ichika stared at each other in understanding as they both called out their I.S units.
"Now, Byakushiki!" Ichika calls out summoning his Byakushiki.
Houki raises her right arm as around her wrist was a red and black ribbon with a white line, and two gold and silver bells added to it.
"Here we go, Akatsubaki!" Houki calls out her I.S unit, the Akatsubaki.
"Baron Knight," Ryoga said in silence as he summoned his I.S Baron Knight.
Soon all of them fly up into the air as they hover on top of the shallow part of the ocean.
"Okay, Houki, it's on," Ichika declared to his childhood friend.
"You know, I would never let a man let go before this, but I think I'm gonna make it a special exemption this time. Especially together" Houki said as she was happy to go on this mission with him.
Ichika then flies closer to her and wants to say something important to her. "Listen Houki, this isn't a practice match, so we need to be extra carefu-."
"You're not telling me that I don't know," Houki interrupted him. "But don't worry, okay? You can always trust me to get where you're going, so rest easy and let me do the driving."
"You seem to be getting into this? Did a new attitude come with a personal unit?" Ichika asked, noticing some changes with Houki and the way she's been acting.
"Huh? Oh, I'm just the same as always" Houki replied to him that nothing has changed. "But you know, you need to stay calm out there."
However, Ichika knows that as he soon notices some changes. "I am calm," he replied to her.
Ryoga was just staring at them in silence, he then stared at Houki in suspicion of her attitude, he wondered if this had something to do with her I.S, but also Tabane as well.
(With Katsuo, Suzuki, and Hakaru)
"So she now has an I.S of her own? I thought she had one?" Suzuki asked Katsuo where he was this afternoon.
"Well apparently she now has one, maybe there's a reason why her sister was here in the first place" Katsuo replied as he wondered if this is the reason why Tabane came to the island in the first place.
However, Hakaru has a feeling especially for Houki since he and she were in childhood but also rivalry doesn't get along, but he has a feeling something gonna happen, especially Houki as he rethinks back with the two as kids.
(Flashback)
In a dojo room of their old school, both young Houki and Hakaru were having a little sparring.
"Come on! Is that the best you got!" young Houki shouted, swinging her shinai so hard, that Hakaru simply deflects her with his.
"Calm down, Shinonono, it's just training," Hakaru reminded her as he continued sparing, however, Houki's swings were getting stronger but reckless.
Soon Houki swings her shinai so hard she breaks through Hakaru's defence but shatters his shinai into pieces plus hurting his arm. Hakaru lets out a shout out in pain as Houki was completely shocked in horror that she injured him so hard.
They ended their sparring practice. Young Hakaru had his arm checked out at the school infirmary as young Houki was with him, the two of them had a little talk.
"You need to call yourself down," young Hakaru tells her.
But young Houki didn't seem to be listening to him. "So what, I can't win no matter what! what's it to you!" She shouted at him.
"That attitude of yours is not gonna let you win, especially with all of that fire in you. I don't know you'll ever be strong, but your own stupidity" young Hakaru said harshly at her.
This enrages young Houki causing her to grit her teeth and clench her fist hard, she glares at young Hakaru as he stares back with a serious expression. "Fine, if that's what you think, that's your opinion, you're just jealous because I'm getting stronger than you! You wait and see!" Young Houki soon storms out of the infirmary to prove to Hakaru that she will get stronger and better than ever. The two of them had never seen each other in all those years.

Hakaru seems uncertain of Houki. First, she had her own Sengoku Belt, and now she has an I.S. "Even the power you've been gaining, you still lack one" he thought to himself.
"Hakaru," Katsuo calls out to him as he is startled, wondering if he is alright. "You okay?" he asked.
"It's nothing," Hakaru replied and kept it to himself. "Just keeping for Bujin Gaim," he reminded him of the search.
"I think you'll find him right now!" Then someone calls out as if reveals to be Bujin Gaim in Schwarzer Regen Arms as he ambushes them and gets a lock on them with his railgun. "Because I was just getting bored anyways!" he sneered before firing his railgun at them.
But they managed to dodge his fire as they all took out their Sengoku Belts to their waist and got their Lockseed respectively.
"ORANGE!"
"BUDOU!"
"MELON!"
"Henshin!" all of them shouted in unison before inserting the Lockseeds into their Sengoku Belt and closing them.
"LOCK ON!"
Then a crack opens above them, they all press down the lever knife.
"SEIYA!
"HAI!"
"ORANGE ARMS! HANAMICHI ON STAGE!"
"BUDOU ARMS! RYU HOU! HA! HA! HA!"
"MELON ARMS! TENKA GOEMON!"
Their metal fruit landed on their heads respectively as they transformed into Kamen Riders. Both Gaim, Ryugen, and Zengetsu charged toward Bujin Gaim with their swords while Ryugen fired his gun.
Bujin Gaim clashes with all of the Riders as he swings his visible shield laser blade deflecting Gaim and Zangetsu's swords before firing a blast on his rail gun firing at Ryugen blocking his fire.
"If you think you three can stop me, think again!" Bujin Gaim shouted before taking out the two I.S Lockseeds
"SHENLONG!"
"RAFALE REVIVE CUSTOM II!"
Both Shenlong and Rafale Revive Custom II I.S units appeared as they flew towards the Kamen Riders.
Ryugen deals with Shenlong as it swings its double sword at him, he manages to dodge Rin's I.S while fires but with no damage to it.
Ryugen decided to switch weapons as he pulled out his Kiwi Lockseed.
"KIWI!"
He took out his Budou Lockseed and replaced it with the Kiwi Lockseed before closing it and then pressing the lever knife.
"LOCK ON! HAI! KIWI ARMS! GEKI! RIN! SEIYA HA!"
A crack opened above him landing metallic kiwi onto his head he changes into Kiwi Arms as he deflects Shenlong with his large chakram deflecting its double swords before tossing them and damaging the I.S machine.
As for Zangetsu, he runs as Charlotte I.S Rafale Revive fires with the assault rifles the white samurai held his shield up to block it before covering it behind a tree, Rafale Revive tools out a knife-like and slices the tree, Zangetsu tosses his shield at it before swinging down his Musou Saber and both locked blades.
Gaim and Bujin Gaim clash as they both deflect each other's attacks with their swords before they lock blades.
"Alright, Bujin Gaim, you're not gonna get away with this or taking that I.S!" Gaim shouted glaring at him.
"Oh? Are you referring to that I.S" Bujin Gaim sneered before showing a blank I.S Lockseed? "You're too late, I already have the Silver Gospel and wield its powers."
This shocked Gaim as Bujin Gaim came letting out a chuckle showing that already the I.S the Silver Gospel is in his control. "Then what the hell are you using it for?!" He demands to know who his plan is.
"Even if you're here to stop me, that's not the only reason why I came here," Bujin Gaim said as he decided to tell Gaim what he is really for. "You see, I know about that gen 5 I.S," shocking Gaim even more. How did he know about the Houki I.S Akatsubaki?
(Meanwhile)
Ichika and Houki are flying in the sky now as he holds on to her since she has the speed. They are now in the pursuit of the unmanned I.S, the Silver Gospel, it was silver with wings, robotic arms, legs, and its torso was made of a female with blue parts at the centre, on its head is a helmet as well with its head a visor.
They chase after it as Ichika was glowing gold he raises his Yukihira Nigata with a battle cry to destroy the Silver Gospel.
But the Silver Gospel notices and flies up into a blur, they also fly after him.
"Keep going! Don't slow down Houki!" Ichika shouted to her to fly faster to follow it.
The Solver Gospel visor was written in Hebrew writing as it was reprogramming itself just as Ichika was getting close swinging his Yukihira Nigata but dodged it.
"It dodges it!" Ichika shouted that it dodged their chase after leaving red steak and blue streak in the sky.
Not far away Ryoga was flying back from the fight only for backup.
(Back with the Riders)
"For you see, I got an anonymous tip from someone about a gen 5 I.S, the creator Tabane will be here giving that I.S to her beloved. However, also told me her sister's friendship with your so-called brother of yours, she also happens to be the sister to the I.S making" Bujin Gaim explained as Gaim knows who he is talking about. "Houki Shinonono, a student of the I.S Academy, has a weakness. And we both know that boy foolishness is trying to be a hero" Bujin Gaim explains everything. "And as for you Riders, I am just merely a diversion."
"No" Gaim gasps speechless, causing him to back up before running off both Ryugen and Zangetsu and seeing him wondering where he is going.
(Back in the sky)
"Ichika! I'm going to try to cut off its movement!" Houki calls out to him but of a plan.
"Okay, got it!" Ichika understood her, he expanded his wings dodging the lasers.
Houki Akatsubaki's wings expanded as laser plate wings appeared, this is her fold-out armour she sends both armaments of her wings as they fly to the Silver Gospel. Ryoga watches her and sees the Fold-Out armour. "The Fold-Out armour, huh?" He muttered to himself, intrigued by her I.S mode change as he wondered if his I.S.
Houki lets out a yell as she flies straight to the Silver Gospel, it was getting heavy damage from the incoming attack from armament. Then Houki flies towards it, she uses both of her katanas and slashes at its chest before holding on to it.
She then cued Ichika. "Ichika, engage now!" Houki shouted.
"Roger!" Ichika responds as he flies down holding his Yukihira Nigata to finish off the Solver Gospel. But then Ichika's eyes widened in stunned as he saw something on the ocean water and spotted a boat he goes after instead of the Silver Gospel, this caused confusion to Houki.
"Ichika!" Houki shouted before getting fired by the Silver Gospel and getting kicked, she flew away evading its laser fire.
As for Ichika, he swings his Yukihira Nigata deflecting the lasers while protecting the boat. Then his screen pops up Houki who looks mad. "What the hell were you doing! You just blew our chance!"
"Your intelligence was wrong! The teacher didn't scale the water, there's a ship down there!" Ichika shouted, telling her that people were on the water.
"A ship?!" Houki gasped at what she heard.
Ichika checks at his screen and sees the ship, just then Ryoga calls. "It's just poaching vessels, leave them and they'll get what they deserve" he suggested.
"What?! No way!?" Ichika shouted in denial.
"You're naive to protect those criminals" Ryoga insulted him.
"For once he's right! Criminals!" Houki shouted out and agreed while avoiding the lasers while deflecting with her swords.
"Call it whatever you want but any innocent in damage especially in the crossfire!" Ichika shouts back at him as both of them glare at each other.
However, the lasers were scattering everywhere the poacher vassal was in the crossfire and nearly got blasted.
Ryoga decided to join in as he flies towards the Silver Gospel he twirls his spear deflecting the scattered laser's fire and engaging in a battle.
But the Silver Gospel unleashes lasers scattered everywhere Ryoga evades it.
With Gaim, he runs as fast as he can to make it there before it is too late. "Come in, Mrs. Yamada do you hear me! I said come in" Gaim shouts out trying to contact Maya but the comms are cut as Bujin Gaim must have disconnected the communications as he continues running back to warn the others that Bujin Gaim as he already had the Silver Gospel data and controls it.
"Come on, please! Don't do something so stupid Ichika!" Gaim begged in, worried about Ichika's life. Behind him was Bujin Gaim as he followed him.
Back in the battle in the sky as Ichika was getting heavy fire his shield energy caused his Yukihira Nigata to be deactivated, he gritted his teeth, and a laser beam was heading towards him as he was in shock.
But Houki flies in front of him and deflects the fire before looking at him as she looks frustrated with him. "Idiot! You put protecting them ahead of this! You need to get out of here!"
"HOUKI!" Ichika exclaimed as this startled her.
"Please Houki, don't talk like that. That's not the Houki I know" Ichika said to her in truth. "Don't you remember, with great power comes great responsibility. That makes protecting people like them our job, you can't turn a blind eye toward them. That's not like you at all" he reminded her.
"But I was just….I was…." Houki muttered as she cried quietly, she didn't hold her sword and just let it fall before disappearing. She looks at her robotic hand shivering to cover her face, and breaking down into tears, realizing what she became when she had that I.S.
"She finally realizes it now, that girl is a fool" Ryoga muttered to himself, seeing Houki in realization as mocks her for the power she possessed.
But then all of them forgot about their Silver Gospel as it launches scattered lasers. Ichika saw this and flew past Houki as she just watched.
"Idiot what are you doing, die to protect!" Ryoga shouted.
"I have to try!" Ichika shouted back.
Ichika protected Houki from a huge explosion as he shields her from the blast, but with his shield energy left he becomes completely vulnerable.
"ICHIKA!" Houki exclaimed in horror as she tried to save Ichika, her ribbon that was tied into a ponytail was burned away. The two of them would have fallen into the ocean, but luckily Ryoga managed to get them in time and flew away in retreat.
Back with Gaim as he tries to catch up in time but then he stops as he got a call on his coms. But when he listened, he was completely shocked by what happened to Ichika now.
Hours had passed by as the Riders and the I.S Pilots returned to the hotel, unfortunately, everything was not at this moment now. Ichika was injured in a critical state and is now in a coma, he was bandaged up and resting in the futons in a room. For Houki, she was in deep sorrow that her childhood friend was seriously injured and blamed herself for being blind when she had the I.S unit she forgot who she was. But Katsuo took the hardest of all when he felt like he couldn't save him in time after Bujin Gaim tricked all of them.
Chifuyu was disappointed and mad that both missions failed and had ordered all of the I.S Pilots with a personal I.S to be on standby to and will not be prohibited to fly an I.S unit, she confirm to the Kamen Rider to be on stand by and guard the Inn if not she will confiscate their Sengoku Belt and Lockseed if they disobeyed her orders.
Right now Katsuo was in the same room as he saw Ichika laying on the futon in consciousness while he was bandaged, hooked up on an ECMO life support and heart rate monitor. Katsuo watches him in a coma with his facial expression showing he is frowning with his eyes shade-covered, Maya was also with him as she accompanied him.
"Don't worry Kazuraba, I'm sure Orimura will be fine. I hope" Maya assured Katsuo, but then again she feels worried for Ichika as well.
But Katsuo didn't respond to her as he just stared at his older stepbrother resting after those injuries.
"Listen, I know you want to stay here a little longer but you should leave and give Orimura some rest, please," Maya asked him to give Ichika privacy.
Although Katsuo doesn't want to go and leave, he just walks out of the room without saying anything back to Maya. Now she is worried about Katsuo too.
Katsuo walks down to the hallway as he was still frowning at the condition Ichika was now in, he then notices Ryoga walking down. Without any thought, Katsuo instantly grabs his collar and drags him to the wall with a glare.
"What the hell happened! You were there, tell me!" Katsuo hollered at him and demanded to know everything back about their mission. Ryoga didn't seem to care and said no response to Katsuo as he just stared back at him. He then forcibly slaps his hands off, but Katsuo isn't gonna let him and hold him. "Just tell me already, damn it!" he exclaimed.
"You think I'm the one who did it, your so-called sister told me to stay back for back up" Ryoga reminded him before getting him off as he was about to walk away from him. "But if you want to know, ask the creator's sister, she's the cause of your so-called brother anyways" he suggested talking to Houki and leaving, Katsuo decides to find her.
Outside of the Inn Houki was running on the beach as if she was trying to get away from what she had done and will regret. But then Houki was exhausted and rested for a bit, she recalled back to her childhood years and in that past was Ichika.
(Flashback)
Over years ago when Houki was a child, a group of bullies were always teasing her for wearing a ribbon the other day. Right now they were making fun of her as usual in the classroom, Ichika was there too mobbing the floors.
"Hey tomboy, how come you didn't bring your wooden sword huh!" The bullies mock her as this irritating Houki.
Young Ichika slams the back into the bucket as he had enough. "Shut up you guys! How about you quit goofing off! Help out or go home! Okay!" He shouts at them.
The bullies didn't take that kind to young Ichika.
"What's the deal Orimura!"
"You mean like this dumb tomboy?"
"Yeah, don't you know, they're like married."
"I know!"
"Hey, I'll bet you guys have been all lovey-dovey with each other since this morning, haven't you Orimura? Oooooh!"
This made young Houki irritate them even more as the bullies were making fun of the two until the big one crossed the line. "That's right, the other day she was wearing a frickin ribbon on how dumb a tomboy wearing ribbon! What a laugh!" This enrages Ichika as he punches the big one he collapses on the floor he glares at him as if he had enough.
After that, the two were at kendo class and were at the fountain as young Ichika washed his face while young Houki was with him.
"Your an idiot aren't you," young Houki said harshly to him after seeing what he did back in the classroom
"Huh, why would you say that?" Young Ichika asked her.
"Do you understand that…..doing something like this will cause you problems!" Houki replied.
"I don't think about it, just smack down bad guys" young Ichika explained his reason as young Houki wasn't sure. "Look forget those losers, that ribbon you were wearing looks good on you, I think you should wear it again" he commented to her about the ribbon.
"Well forget it! I don't take any orders from anyone" young Houki grumbled, turning her head away from him.
"Well, I better be going, see you Shinonono" young Ichoka said goodbye as he was about to leave.
Young Houki calls out to him. "Hey wait!" Young Ichika stops and looks at her to see what else she wants. "Just so you know, the name's Houki, remember that! Because here in this dojo, my mom, dad, and sister are all Shinonono! And it's…..using" She tells him to say her first name instead of her family name. "So just call me by my first name, if you want."
"Okay, Ichika" young Ichika then said his name.
"What?"
"Oh that's my name, I have another Orimura too, so you can call me Ichika, alright?" young Ichika tells her to say his first name as well and lets out a laugh.
(Flashback ended)
Houki was in silence after remembering that day, she let her hair that was once tied into a ponytail flow through from the wind. She then looks at her wrist and sees her bells.
"There you are" Houki was startled as she turned around and saw Katsuo but looking dark with his eyes shaded and covered he approached her slowly.
"I….I…..l…." Houki stammered as look frightened of Katsuo. Is he here for revenge for what she did to Ichika because he looks like it? "I'm sorry….please I'm sorry I didn't mean to get you brother near get killed. I am begging you. I was not myself when I had my I.S unit, I completely forgot who I was! Please forgive me, I beg of you! I bet on you!" Houki cries out in tears as she kneels on the same bow in the Japanese way asking Katsuo for forgiveness.
"Just stand up" Houki looks up and sees Katsuo's tears coming out of his eyes, she was not the only one about for Ichika.
The two of them sat down on the sand. The two of them were watching the sunsets while thinking about Ichika's condition.
"Man, of all things Ichika did this, has got to be the worst he had ever done," Katsuo said thinking of what Ichika did.
"I'm sorry, I was so blinked when I got my I.S I forgot who I am, and now….Ichika is…" Houki muttered before she broke down into tears as she felt regret that she can't take it anymore. "I can't do it anymore, I quit being a pilot, I'm done" she sobbed, deciding to leave the Academy for good.
Katsuo was surprised by what she said. "You want to leave? Because not what Ichika?" He asked.
"How would you even know, you won't be there!" Houki exclaimed angrily at Katsuo as he was startled, and she calmed down. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to, say that."
Katsuo was concerned about what Houki was going through, he looked down at the sand before letting out a sigh. "You're right, I wasn't there. And that's why I'm not gonna let that happen again" Houki was confused about what he was saying as Katsuo told her.
"So you give up then because that's not the Houki I knew back as kids" then they heard someone calling out that Hakaru appeared and with him were Ryoga and Suzuki. He walks up to Houki before grabbing her by the collar showing a serious rage. "Then stop feeling sorry for what you have done. I keep telling you this is going to happen and look what happened to Ichika now!" He exclaims angrily at Houki letting out everything he says out loud to her, Houki closes her eyes to avoid Hakaru but she listens as this hurts from the inside. He then turns to Katsuo. "So that's the way you want to come out here. To confront her?"
"I just want to see her," Katsuo replied before looking at Houki. "Look Houki I don't know anything that happened to you mistook, but don't quit, that's not what Ichika would've wanted you to do," this touches Houki of what Katsuo said, but even so she still feels guilt then again, however, Houki still wants to be with Ichika. "If you keep saying sorry to yourself, I'm going after Bujin Gaim and end this."
"What!? But Mrs. Orimura order yo-!"
"Yeah I heard her the first time, but I'm not just gonna sit here and let Bujin Gaim getaway! He did not just hurt Ichika but the entire Academy as well! And I'm gonna end this once and for all to save everyone! That's what Ichika would want!" Katsuo declared.
Though Houki she wasn't sure.
"Hakaru, you're here to stop me?" Katsuo asked if he had come here to stop him.
"Normally I would, but this time I'm coming with you because you're right, he did hurt everyone in the academy including Ichika" Hakaru replies this surprises Katsuo with what he is doing he is going to defy Chifuyu's orders but this time he's going with him.
"I'll come too, besides, I wanna crush Bujin Gaim anyways" Ryoga agrees.
"So am I" Suzuki also wants to come along.
"You guys" Katsuo was surprised as they were all coming.
Then they all see Hakaru as he was about to continue to talk to Houki. "Listen Houki, we may not agree and like each other in the past, but it's time to fix your future!" Hakaru soon pulls out the black Sengoku belt and the Plum Lockseed in his hand, surprising Katsuo, Ryoga, and Suzuki seeing those. "Now what is it going to be? Regret or moving forwards?" He asked Houki to look down for a moment in silence before she clutched her fist and tilted her head up with a determined expression.
Bujin Gaim was heading toward the Hotel Inn as he was about to head there. "There you are!" He hears someone calling as he sees Katsuo, Hakaru, and Houki together.
"Oh you're here, what are you going to do now?"
"What does it look like to you?" Katsuo guessed him as that question was obvious, pulling out his belt before placing it on his waist.
"I'll clobber you down," Ryoga grunted, putting on his belt.
"You're not going to hurt anyone else or you control the I.S units" Suzuki stated who also put on his belt.
"This is the last time you'll ever step face," Hakaru said as he too placed it on his waist.
"Will slay you down, for good after everything you've done" Houki shouted as she got her belt before placing it on her waist, the blank plate changed into a dark red face with a gold mouthpiece, rainbow, almond eyes shape, and on the forehead is a butterfly crust in it.
"Henshin!" All the boys shout out in unison as they activate their respective Lockseeds.
"ORANGE!
"BANANA!
"BUDOU!"
"MELON!"
"Henshin" Houki announced as she pressed the black button.
"PLUM!"
Three cracks zipped up as the metallic orange and melon emerged, and a new one appeared as metallic red plum appeared. The boys did their pose, Houki held her Lockseed to the front before moving to her left hip acting as if it's her katana.
They all inserted their respective Lockseed into their belts before closing them. Houki's belt sounds like a horn-like just like Gaim, Zangetsu, and Kurokage.
The boys press their lever knife, Houki presses down her lever knife cutting the front it reveals to have to be a picture of an inside of a sliced plum while at the bottom are wakizashi.
"SEIYA!"
"COME ON!"
"HAI!"
"ORANGE ARMS! HANAMICHI ON STAGE!"
"BANANA ARMS! KNIGHTS OF SPE~AR!"
"BUDOU ARMS! RYU HOU! HA! HA! HA!"
"MELON ARMS! TENKA GOEMON!"
The boys' metallic armour hovers down on top of their heads as they transform into Kamen Rider Gaim, Baron, Ryugen, and Zangetsu.
"PLUM ARMS! GIRI GIRI! KETTEI I CHOSE!"
While Houki the metallic red Plum hovers down on top of her head. Houki's body is now materialized into a dark red feminine suit that looks similar to Gaim and Zangetsu, with a gold lining on her wrist, and foreleg, and a dark red waistcoat around her waist with gray studs and gold lining on the edges. Inside Houki's head was covered with a red face with a gold mouthpiece, yellow and orange eyes almond-shaped with black edges, and on the forehead is a butterfly crust in it. The metallic plum opened up and folded into armour with a breastplate and shoulder pads, and in her arms are two wakizashi with the blade red and yellow on it. This is Kamen Rider Kagiri.
Bujin Gaim didn't seem surprised at first when he saw Houki transformed into a Kamen Rider but was amused as this got more interesting to him.
"You made that I.S nearly kill Ichika as well as everyone. It ends now!" Kagiri shouted pointing her wakizashi sword at him.

Bujin Gaim: All of you will die in my hands!
Idunn: This ends now!
Maya: The Silver Gospel just appeared!
Blonde Chifuyu: Please protect Gaim for the end
Excalus: Katsuo… is that?!

"Where….are we?" Katsuo asked as he, Ryoga and Suzuki as they see a very large tree and an old fashioned Japanese clothing

"Welcome to my battlefield, I am Iesyasu!" He introduces himself
"We battle in the for conquering this land to rule this land power of our warrior. The Warriors Rider!" Ieyasu.
Battle for this land with Warrior Riders!
Various Heisei Riders versions appeared as they battled each other with their armies in different locations. As Gaim locks battle with OOO.
"I will rule this land as this world belongs to me!" The Dark samurai laughs out of evil.
"Alright right let's go!" Katsuo shouts out as he and Ryoga take out their Lockseeds and battle each other.
As one Orange Rider and the Ring Magician will stop this world.
"Then I'll be your hope" Ikki promised.
Both Ryugen and Beast attack together.
Zangetsu battles the spillers before clashing with the Dark Samurai.
Idunn, Excalus, and Kagiri both charge in together.
"Koyomi?" Wizard was stunned.
Koyomi smiles sinisterly before transforming into Wiseman and battling Wizard.
"You will bow down to me as your lord!" The Dark Samurai shouts out.
"For now on, this is our stage!" Gaim shouted as all of the Riders gathered together.
Kamen Rider Gaim & Wizard Sengoku War
Gaim, Baron, Ryugen, Zangetsu, Excalus, Kagiri, and Idunn stand rotted with legendary Riders' heads landing on their heads as they transform into Rider arms.
