A Certain Scientific Teleporter

'I am so stupid!" Kuroko cursed underneath her breath. She was reeling back from a very nasty kick to the face.

She thought she could end this robbery by herself, but it did not. It got worse as she tried to stop it, Uiharu was held hostage and Konori-senpai suffered horrible third-degree burns and some embedded shrapnel in her back, from protecting her from an exploded Security Bot.

"Did you think, I'll be beaten by a brat, like you." As the Rouge Esper gestured to his now unconscious partner.

Kuroko felt a sharp pain in her ankles, as the robber stomped on her left ankle. Something was definitely broken and the pain was like a white-hot stick was jammed in her left ankle.

"AGGGH! AHHHH!" Kuroko screamed in pain.

"Shit, I've been here for too long." he said as he aimed one of his ball bearings at ATM Machine to bust it open.

Kuroko can still try sometime else to circumvent this situation. Using her arms she moved up to the man, she raised her right arm in defiances.

"You're so stubborn, why won't stay down like a good little brat." He stomped on her hand.

But, Kuroko managed to grab Uiharu.

"The fuck are you doing?" He sneered.

Kuroko did the mental computation necessary and teleport Uiharu outside of the bank.

"Saving her." With that Uiharu vanished and she was outside of the bank.

"Uiharu... Are... You safe? You take care of things outside." Uiharu heard through the metal shutters of the bank.

"Shirai-san, teleport yourself outside too."

"I can't yet, I haven't learned that ability yet." Kuroko as she carried herself with her elbows.

"Also, I haven't taken care of things inside." Kuroko said with a smirk.

Kuroko could hear Uiharu's pleas for help from the outside.

"Someone please help my Senpai and friend are being attacked in the inside of the bank."

This cry for help has gotten the attention of a certain spiky-haired boy.

Kuroko was yet again kicked in the face after the stunt she pulled off.

Her body ragdolled to the bank's shutters and she felt blood trickle from her forehead.

"You seem pretty calm, even though you're still in this situation." The robber said.

"How about we change that?" He said as he sadistically at her. He aimed one of those ballbeairing at her head.

She had to move even if the balls were moving at very slow speed if had still enough force to rip her apart.

Kuroko sluggishly rolled out of the way and she heard shutters behind rip open big enough for a person to fit into.

"Tch, annoying little shit how about this?" He fired multiple balls where Konori was. Without thinking she had move to where she is and covered her.

Kuroko was too tired for another teleport and her ankles were broken.

She just closed her eyes and hope for the best. Her tears that she was holding spewed from the pain and hopelessness she was feeling. Quietly hoping for someone to save her.

Then she heard glass shattering and her would be fate didn't came.

When she open her eyes she saw a young teen as old as Konori, in front of her. He had spiky black and wear a black seifuku with a blue muffler on his neck.

He casually swatted the balls aside like they were nothing.

"What the!? How did you stop my ability?!" the robber asked in confusion.

Without warning the young teen rushed into the robber. In panic, he fired another volley but the young teen with his right hand just casually swatted it away.

Once he was close he cocked his right arm for a punch.

"You think it's fine attack a little girl? I'll break that illusion of yours." And with that his fist met the robber's face.

The punch had so much force in it that he was sent him flying a few meters away from him.

The robber's face had a nasty bruise and was unconscious.

The spiky haired teen made a sigh of relief.

He made his way to where Kuroko was and kneeled beside her.

"I wish could have gone here sooner. Don't worry I am here now." he said to Kuroko with a soft smile.

Kuroko was speechless this boy was exuding a gentle warmth and a feeling of safety.

"You were brave enough to stand up and protect your friends."

He removed his muffler and used it to wipe her tears away.

"So don't cry, you did your best. And, you'll be prettier with a smile instead." the boy said with a smile.

"Thank you, Onii-san." Kuroko said as she hugged the muffler to herself.

Current Time

Kuroko sighed for the nth time this month. As she follow the trail of the still twitching bodies of Skill-Out thugs that littered the alleyways. They were still alive, but unmoving she had already asked for Uiharu to dispatch a team of Anti-Skill for detainment.

All she had to do was cuff them. She already knew who the suspect for such attacks.

She teleported to the next alley and there she found her.

A brown-haired girl wearing the Tokiwadai uniform standing over a dozen more of the Skill-Out deliquents. The Deliquent Princess, The 3th Ranked Level 5, 'Railgun'.

"Oh, if it isn't that idiot's perverted little stalker." Misaka said with a shrug.

"Don't you dare call my Touma-oniisama an idiot. He is the most kind and gentle person in Academy City, I won't accept such slander on his name." Kuroko said with contempt.

"Sure, kid and not even a thank you for making your job alot easier." Misaka said with a smug grin on her face.

Kuroko gritted her teeth, she can't exactly touch Railgun and have her be reprimanded for obvious obstruction of Judgment's work. Since, she was the so-called, 'Guardian of District 7'.

It utterly disgust her when she take all the credit for Touma's action when a group of renegade Espers, called the Black Dragon began razing District 7. It was Touma who defeated the leader and with Judgment's help they manage to stop them.

But, it just so happens Misaka was also fighting them off and defeated another ringleader and defended some students. And, she was lauded as a hero.

It was Touma who was the real hero, he never stepped up grabbed the glory for himself. Partly for his personally reasons.

But, with his help he managed to disorganized the seemingly unbeatable group of Rouge Espers. And, Misaka only picked up the stragglers.

And, she was a Level 5 one of seven. She had a sort-of immunity and she had free reign to do as she pleased within reason of course. The higher-ups allowed her to be an enforcer against any perceived threats on Academy City.

"You handle it from here, pervert. I'm going home." Misaka said nonchalantly as she went about her day.

Kuroko just teleported away after cuffing the fallen delinquents. She sighed again, what did she deserved to get this treatment.

Sure Skill-Out gang fights have gone down, but at the cost of a battle hungry Level 5 being able to boss her around. It was truly a dreary situation.

But, there is a silver lining to all this and it was the light of her life that was Touma-oniisama.

She made her way to a grocery store and bought all the necessary ingredients for tonights dinner. She learned that Touma always liked homemade Japanese cuisine rather than any fancy dish out there.

He is already a great cook and his dishes even to put Saten's to shame

But, it felt nice to treat him to a warm meal after a long day of misfortune and school.

He deserved that much.

With ingredients for Katsudon in hand, she teleport on their dorm on District 7. It was a Co-Ed Dorm with a very lax dorm manager. But, the rent was cheap and it let her be neighbors with Touma.

She used her duplicate key of Touma's room and welcome herself to Touma's dorm room.

It was quaint with just a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It was only made for one person to sleep in.

She set all the necessary prep work and began cooking. She had to make it perfect for a very special occasion she had been waiting a whole entire year of waiting.

Touma Kamijou, like days was yet another misfortunate day for him. He had his hard earned coupons stolen by a stray cat, being late to a graduation party due to chasing said cat, almost getting mugged and running away from said muggers.

He did encountered Biri-Biri again and demanded a fight. The result was ambigious as always. He never fought her seriously and he humoured her to stop pestering him for the week. Did took him until 7 for him to finally lose her after he ran off with her scream for a rematch.

Knowing Kuroko she might do something drastic if knew of this encountered, so he won't mention it.

All and all, not the worst day he had but it was up there

He strecthed his sore muscles after a day of running.

He felt a hug from behind him. He chuckled knowing who it was.

"Kuro-chan, you know it's rude to enter a boy's room without permission you know. I gave you that key for emergencies, knowing my luck can lock me out of my dorm."

Kuroko pouted.

"What took you so long, I was worried sick you were out for so long that I almost went out to find you." Kuroko said with an overdramatic flare.

"You know me and how my luck is, I can't catch a break."

Touma had a complicated relationship with the girl named Kuroko Shirai. At first they hanged out the moment she found out who he was after saving her during the Bank Incident.

Having alot of free time, Touma kept her company after Judgment training and school. He learned a great deal from the Teleporter, how she was an Child Error and this was a fact that saddened Touma.

And, she didn't have any friends other than Uiharu.

But, she shared the iron-clad sense of justice that he had. He admired her self-confidence and determination to do the right things for others. And, working for Judgment at a young age.

At first, Kuroko tried to convince Touma to join Judgment. Since he would have made a great Enforcer. But, she eventually stopped once I explain to her why that isn't great idea.

Imagine Breaker is a great deterent for Espers for sure, but outing himself in Academy City could cause an upheaval.

Any of the Board of Directors could just snatch him away and coerce him to work for them.

Touma's experience with the Dark Side were short and brief, but he is aware that Child Error esper mercenary existed and dubious experiments.

He was glad that Kuroko wasn't grabbed by any these organization yet, since Teleport is a very rare ability in Academy City.

Kuroko had the rarest and most powerful version of the Teleport ability, True Teleportation. Being able to teleport herself and others.

Other strands of the Teleport abilities can only teleport themselves or others, and sometimes it had weird requirements.

But, the problem he faces right now...

Their brother-sister relationship they have is currently in flux. Just right after Kuroko's graduation into Middleschool last year.

She confessed to him that she had romantic feeling for him. This was a shock for Touma and he didn't know what to say.

Right now he doesn't have the right response to Kuroko, at the time.

He gave her a year for her to think about it and find someone else to like. He didn't want to hurt her by being with him. Ever since the start of Middleschool after meeting Kuroko he had been alot dangerous situation.

He almost loss her months when the Black Dragon Incident happened. But, thank whatever god that pitied him and he managed to save just in time.

After that she was more openly affectionate than usual, always finding opportunities like this to embrace him. Cooking for him, doing chores for him and always ask him for a definite answer.

But, he was off-put by her more questionable ways of trying to seduce him. He was wary of the food she gave him, just last month she drugged him with an aphrodisiac. Good thing he managed to hold himself back and threatened to hate Kuroko forever if she did something.

She backed off, and he suffered a whole 5 hours of being horny without an outlet. It was sureal but he survived without doing something they'll both regret.

And, Kuroko was stubborn and she will not take a no for an answer. But, she respected his wishes. After that she loved even him even more, calling him a gentleman among all gentlemen.

Age wasn't a matter she was just a year younger than himself. She was very cute and pretty compared to his average and plain self.

It has been a year since Kuroko's confession and he did promise her that if she didn't find someone else she loved, then he'll accept her as his girlfriend.

"So..." Kuroko trailed on.

Touma could feel her excitement through her heartbeats. Anticipating for his answer of a yes to her love.

"Dinner sounds great, right now. I'm very hungry after a day of misfortune, ha ha ha.." Touma awkwardly said as he escaped her to retreat to his home.

Dinner was great Kuroko's cooking has come from a long way from a disasterous sludge to actually good.

The both them were silent and didn't speak much. Kuroko looked anxious as her attention never left Touma waiting for his move.

While, Touma was finding the right words to convey how he felt about Kuroko. The atmosphere of the room is tense.

After dinner they wordlessly cleaned everything up.

Now they were sitting at his bed addressing the issue right now.

Touma sighed.

'There is no running away from this, isn't it?'

"Kuroko..."

Kuroko perked upon being called.

"You were like a younger sister to me these past two years we have known eachother. I valued you as a person and been there when I had problems..."

Kuroko gulped and just listened to Touma.

"When you confessed to me last year, I doubted you. I didn't humoured you, and said to find someone else. Sorry about that, I didn't took your feelings seriously."

"No hard feeling about that, I will still love you regardless. To be honest, I was kinda laying it thick on you." Kuroko said sheepishly as she giggled to herself.

Touma chuckled, "You sure did."

"This year you have proven to me, that you really genuinely love me. And, it isn't in my nature to turn away your feeling... I have made you wait for so long, but... I am willing to give this a shot." Touma said.

Kuroko's eyes watered as she shed tears of joy.

She tackled Touma into the bed and embrace him so hard that Touma sweared it was a chokehold. Kuroko was straddling Touma.

Touma blushed being aware of how close their bodies are.

Kuroko buried her head in his chest as she muttering 'I love you's' to him.

Touma gave a soft smile and as he ran his fingers her smooth and soft haired of Kuroko.

Kuroko calmed down eventually, but she didn't leave her position on Touma's legs.

"But, no sex until were both 18." Touma said firmly.

Kuroko frowned heavily.

"Why not?! I have been waiting a whole year to consumated our love, I don't want to wait two more!" Kuroko whined.

"I know how perv- passionate you are about the more intimate parts of a relationship, but we're both still too young."

Ignoring Touma's slip of the tongue.

Kuroko looked unconvinced about Touma's half-assed excus

Touma just sighed.

"How about this, I'm willing to cuddle and sleep in the same bed with you."

Kuroko was about to protest about Touma's unfair compromise. Before she could voice her complaints.

Touma kissed Kuroko on the lips.

The kiss was chaste, it was sweet and quick nothing too suggestive.

For Kuroko it was heaven sure she wanted nothing but to shoved her tongue down on Touma's throat and do all those naughty things. But, for their first time kissing it was the best.

"Fine." Kuroko grumbled.

"But, you owe me hugs, cuddles and kisses everyday until then." Kuroko said.

"I'll take a shower now and I suggest you do to." Touma said.

Kuroko perked up, "You want-

"No, I won't take a bath with you. Just take your own bath, in your own room." Touma immediately shot her down, knowing she would offer it.

"Fine, I'll kill you if you aren't here when I come back. Love you." Kuroko said as she teleported away.

Touma sighed in relief as she didn't argue further.

Kuroko was both happy and frustrated right now. Happy since Touma finally accepted her feelings for him, and utterly frustrated since Touma won't make a move on her.

She knew he had a preference to big sister-type of girls, ever since she tried to pamper him to notice me. It's fair since she can't achieve that look since she lacked the asse
