Blues.EXE' POV
The others don't understand. They can't, anyways. They always ask me why I don't express my emotions, why I am so quiet and anti-social, why I don't remove my helmet and visor... why I always call you Enzan-sama.
Well, it's because of your father, Enzan-sama. He told that if I express any emotion, don't talk to you with absolute respect or even have a good relationship with the other NetNavis, he would delete me on the spot.
That's why I don't want to be alone with him. That's why I always beg to be brought along. I'm scared he might delete me when you're not around. He always demanded that I act as stereotypically manly as possible.
He hates me; I know that. I don't know why. Is it because of what makes me so special?
Is it because I'm actually a powerful female NetNavi, and he believes a female NetNavi isn't suitable for his son?
Sorry Enzan-sama, sorry that I lied about me having a great relationship with your father. Sorry that I lied about my gender.
Sorry Enzan-sama. Please forgive me.
Enzan's POV
I noticed how Blues seemed so deep in thought today. Then again, he always seemed so deep in thought. I wish he showed his feelings more.
Oh Blues, I am your friend. Why do you act as if I am your master instead?
THE END
Author's notes: This is just a what-if type of fan-fic I decided to write about. In this Alternate Universe, Enzan's father asked someone else to create Blues.EXE. When they finally created Blues, Enzan's father was disappointed that Blues was a female NetNavi that expressed all her emotions freely. He decided to threaten her with deletion to mould her into a NetNavi that's emotionless on the outside, and treated Enzan like her master. Enzan doesn't know any of this at all; he just thought Blues is acting the way "he" was supposed to.
