Demanding Answers

Harry had Teddy go upstairs and take a shower since he had gotten in a wrestling match with his imprint and had gotten himself dirty. Once Harry heard the shower he floo-called his mum.

"Harry dear, what is wrong?" She asked.

"You remember the cookout I mentioned?" He asked.

"Of course."

"I was teasing Teddy when I noticed that there was a handprint on his neck. I asked him who did it and he tried to lie but in the end he told me it was Ron." He answered emotionlessly.

"No!" Molly gasped in shock.

"Yeah. I am going to contact Sev and I already have the bruise pictured and documented." Harry watched as Molly's face morphed into anger.

"Excuse me Harry, I have to go see why no one told me about Ronald not being in his cell. Make sure to also contact the American DMLE." She said.

"Okay mum." He cut the connection with a sad smile before he floo-called Sev.

"What is it this time?" Severus asked in both exasperation and annoyance.

Harry quickly told him what had happened. "Molly is going to the ministry to find out why Ron wasn't in his cell and why no one was informed."

"I'm coming through." Severus cut the connection before flooing over. "Where is he?"

"He just finished his shower and should still be in his room." Severus nodded and went upstairs while Harry quickly contacted the DMLE in America and explained what happened, gave him the picture and both his and Teddy's memories before going into his study to go over some special ordered cakes.

Severus knocked on Teddy's door before he entered. "I brought you a bruise salve."

"Thank you Sev."

"Why didn't you tell Harry after it happened?" He asked.

"I didn't want him to go after him." He admitted.

"He wouldn't have. Despite how he acts and looks, your brother is smart and would have contacted the American aurors." He told him.

"He would have?" He asked.

"Yes he would have. Teddy, he was angry that Ron hurt you. He hates it when you are hurt." He said as he rubbed the salve into the hand shaped bruise on Teddy's neck.

"Thank you Sev."

"You're welcome."

"While I am here, why don't I help you with your potion theories lesson." He offered.

"Okay." Teddy grinned.

(The Burrow)

Molly had just cut the connection when Arthur entered the room. One look at his wife's face and knew something was wrong. It wasn't a face she made often. Not even the twins had gotten that face out of her.

"Molly what happened? What is wrong?" He asked in concern.

Molly told her husband. "Now I am going to go to the ministry."

"I'm going with you." Molly nodded and they left.

Once they arrived they made their way to the DMLE. Madam Bones was still the head of the department. She was shocked when an enraged Molly Weasley slammed her hands down on the desk.

"What is the meaning of this?" She asked.

"How was it that Ronald wasn't in his cell and that no one thought to tell us?!" She demanded.

"What?! Auror Thomas, go to Azkaban and find out whether or not Ronald Weasley is in his cell then check on Granger and Ginevra Weasley before you report back." The auror nodded and left. "How do you know this?"

"Harry contacted me. Teddy had a handprint on his neck. Harry pictured it and had someone heal it and he should have contacted the American DMLE." She answered.

"I see."

Soon the auror came back. "Madam, only Mr. Weasley isn't in his cell. The guards didn't notice because the dementors were all going to the less severe criminal section of Azkaban and all guards had to go to make sure they went back to their post and to assist those in the cells."

"I see." Madam Bones said with a sign. "I know that he is most likely in America but I want you to search Britain just in case. I also want two aurors to go to America and offer assistance."

"Yes ma'am." The aurors said before they left.

"We will contact you if and when we find him. Thank you for alerting us." She said.

"No problem Amelia."

"I'm sorry for not catching it sooner."

"It wasn't your fault." With that they left the ministry and went back home.
