Last Time, Ash returned home from Sinnoh after winning the league, he and Pikachu meet up with Ash's mom and pokemon, but not professor Oak, they then decide to head to the Unova region, which their friends encourage them to do, they head there to find out about their new celebrity status, but are interrupted by a strange black dragon, Pikachu gets shocked by the creature, and is critically injured, luckily Professor Juniper was there to help, while waiting Ash met the three Unovan starters, and after Pikachu was returned to him, he met Trip and Bianca who choose Snivy, and Tepig respectively much to Oshawott's dismay, Ash heads out to Unova, but Oshawott follows him, Ash then gets Oshawott as his first Unovan pokemon, they call his mom, and get on their way.

"Alright Striaton city here we come"

"Pika, pika"

"Oshawott"

Ash, and co. left to go collect their first gym badge.

"Huh, hey look at that!" Ash said suddenly, as he pointed towards a little green, dino thing.

'Whoa that must be a dragon type, what a lucky find'

"Yeah, alright Oshawott ready for your first battle?"

'Yes my first battle! Let's do this!'

"Okay then Oshawott, use water gun!"

But as Oshawott fired his water gun, a purple haired girl ran in front of the green mon, "Wait no don't" *squirt* "That's my pokemon"

"Oh I'm sorry, are you okay?"

"Yeah, just wet, hey wait a minute are you"

"The one guy who beat a Darkrai, yeah"

"And a Latios too, wow you must lots of strong pokemon"

'Wait, Ash beat a Darkrai, and a Latios!? I don't even know what those are!' Oshawott said surprised.

'Yeah, and nobody will shut up about it' Pikachu responded.

'Hey mister, who are you' The little mon asked.

'I'm Pikachu'

'And I'm Oshawott'

'Whoa, those are some pretty cool names, I'm Axew' responded the dragon type.

"Looks like Axew, and your pokemon are hitting it off"

"Yeah, speaking of which"

"Axew, the Tusk pokemon, their tusks break easily, but quickly grow back so it is not of concern"

"Well, I guess I better be heading off, we've got to challenge the Striaton city gym, and get our first Unova badge"

"Striaton city huh, I'm going there too, so I guess we'll be traveling together for a bit then"

Meanwhile, in Nuvema Town…

"Ah Unova is so nice" said a certain pink haired woman.

"Yeah, nothin like a nice sandwich on a nice sunny day" said a certain talking Meowth.

"True, but now we're running out, boo" said a certain blue haired man.

"Hey who snatched the last sandwich"

"Don't look at me Meowth, James probably got it"

"Why are you blaming me?"

"Well who else could've gotten it"

"Woo"

"Well what about that"

A bat like puffball, was flying overhead, and stole team rocket's last sandwich, how appalling.

"Hey give me back my grub" Meowth demanded

'No, you talking freak'

"Who you calling freak!? Come on you lugs help me catch that Zubat!"

Team rocket chased down the discount Zubat all around Nuvema Town before cornering it into an alleyway.

"Alright Meowth, use fury swipes"

"With pleasure, this is for eating my sandwich!"

"Woobat!"

"Alright, time to catch, pokeball go!" Jesse then threw a pokeball, it hit Woobat, and started to capture it, one shake, two shake, three shake, caught. "Haha I just caught, whatever this thing is"

"Team rocket wins again!" They all cheered.

"So uh what are you doing in Unova, Ash?"

"Well you see, I wanna become champ in this region league too, and find some new pokemon"

'Like me' Oshawott jumped.

"Speaking of which, what kind of pokemon do you have" Ash asked.

"Well I do have Excadrill"

"Whoa never heard of that pokemon before, can I see it?"

"Guess being a champion, doesn't stop you from being so childish, alright, come on out Excadrill"

Iris threw up a pokeball, and out came the big ol mole, although it was less enthusiastic then Iris.

"Oh come on don't you wanna meet our new friends?"

'Nah'

*sigh* "I don't know why he acts like this, he wasn't like this before he evolved"

"You know I had a pokemon like that once, he evolved, and then just stop listening, that's how I lost my first league, but in the end we became friends again, so don't worry he'll come around eventually" Ash reassured.

"I guess" Iris sighed.

Back with Team Rocket…

They were all around a computer, still at that sandwich shop.

"Alright, you lugs, the boss is calling soon, so look you're best" said Meowth.

"Hello, Mister Giovanni sir"

"What took you so long"

"Well you see, we were catching some new pokemon, for you" James replied, carefully skidding around the real reason. "Here it is right now"

"Hmm, alright, you exceeded my expectations, if you did what I asked of you"

"Did wha-" Meowth questioned, before being cut off by Jesse.

"Yeah, we definitely did what you asked, we spied on that Team Plasma group"

"If so, what did you discover"

"Uuhh"

"And once again you have failed me, one more week, else your fired"

"Eeeek, yes sir, we'll have that done by tomorrow" They all replied.

"Good, your all dismissed"

Team rocket sighed with relief, then James spoke up.

"Alright first things first, we have to find this Team Plasma"

"But where could they be" asked Jessie.

"I'm thinkin they could be in the city, there's one just up ahead" Meowth answered.

"Sounds like a plan to me" James replied.

"Well what are we waiting for, let's move it!" Jessie demanded.

"Finally Striaton city, here we come" Ash shouted excitedly.

"Well I guess this is where we part ways" Iris said.

'Goodbye, mister' said Axew.

'Bye Axew' said Pikachu.

'Bye!' said Oshawott.

"Alright see you around Iris!"

Ash, and Iris parted ways, and Team Rocket arrived in Striaton city.

"Alright we're finally ere" said Meowth.

"Now just to find Team Plasma" said Jessie.

"Could we take a break first, my legs are tired" moaned James.

"Oh walk it off" Jessie replied.

"I can't really" moaned James again.

"Man I'm kinda hungry, welp good thin I saved this sandwich" said Meowth.

"Wait so mean you had one in your pockets this whole time!?" Jessie yelled.

"Well yeah, man's gotta eat, now if you excuse me" Meowth bit down on the sandwich, accept it was gone, so he ended up with broken fangs instead. "Ma fangs ma por fangs! Alright who did that!" Meowth quicly turned around to find a green snake with legs gobbling his sandwich, when she finished she used swagger, causing Meowth to get super angry.

'Come on stubby, you just gonna stand there or what' she taunted.

"Okay you little twerp, face my fury swipes"

Meowth jumped at the little snake, who leaped out of the way gracefully, while causing Meowth to run into a fire hydrant, she then ran away.

"Whoa did that pokemon just use swagger"

"I think so, must be exceptionally powerful then"

"You don't ave ta tell me twioce, ah" Meowth then fainted.

"Quick after her"

Team Rocket chased after the little snake, well except Meowth, he was still fainted.

"Woobat, use air cutter"

'Sure thing' Woobat sent out some air cutters, which hit the snake hard, she fell back, and landed in a street, but then.

"Hey Team Rocket, what do you think you're doing here!?" A young boy questioned.

"Oh no, not him" James said.

"Could it be" said Jessie.

"It's it twerp!" They both said simultaneously.

"Prepare for trouble"

"And make it double"

"To protect the world from devastation"

"To unite all people's within our nation"

"To denounce the evils of truth, and love"

"To extend our reach to the stars above"

"Jessie"

"James"

"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light, surrender now or prepare to fight"

"Meowth, that's right, ah" said a woozy Meowth

"Team Rocket, I should have known you'd follow us here" Ash said. "And what are you doing hurting this poor pokemon"

"We're not here for your Pikachu, although it would be a nice catch" Jessie replied.

"We're here for business, so get out of our way" James followed.

"Then why are you hurting that poor Snivy?"

"It stole my sandwich, nobody steals my sandwich" Meowth said, no longer fainted.

"Your sandwich, you mean OUR sandwich" James argued.

'Man, these guys are nutcases' Oshawott commented.

'You've got that right' Pikachu agreed.

"Hey who you calling nutcase, that's it, looks like it's me against you, huh, let's do thi"

"Pikachu!"

"Bzzt, Ah fainted again"

"Well looks like Woobat will have to do, come on out!"

"Woobat"

"Alright Oshawott, you wanna take this?"

'Heck yeah' My First pokemon battle, yes!

"Use water gun!"

Oshawott used water gun on Woobat, pushing it back a bit.

"Woobat, air cutter"

"Woo" Air cutter hit Oshawott, but didn't knock him out.

"You okay buddy?"

'Never better'

"Alright then Razor shell!"

Oshawott used his scalchop, and sliced it against Woobat, knocking it out.

"Drat, come on James we gotta retreat" Jessie said, as she recalled Woobat.

"Okay" agreed James as he picked up Meowth.

"Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!" They both yelled.

'Bye, bye' Oshawott waved, before posing, and standing tall, and proud.

'Hey what about Snivy?' Pikachu asked.

But when they looked around they saw that she was gone.

"Huh guess she left, oh well, come on you guys, we got a gym to challenge"

'Yeah' They both yelled.

Meanwhile in some alleyway…

'Heya Snivy, did you get some food' asked a young puppy pokemon.

'Yep, here you go Lillipup, and you too Trubbish' she replied, giving them parts of that sandwich.

'Hey you got some scratches on you, did someone hurt you' Trubbish asked.

'Some dumb humans again, same as always' Snivy replied.

'Did you beat them?'

'Nah, some other guy did, probably wanted to just catch me or something, but not again, not after him'

'It's okay Snivy, we're still here for you' Lillipup reassured. 'Just don't go push yourself too hard'

'Thanks guys'

With Iris…

"Alright Axew, this is the place"

'It's a, it's a, umm what is it.' said the little dragon confused.

"It's the Striaton city gym, which also serves as a restaurant, I'm so hungry, I haven't eaten in a while, and I heard they have the best food"

'Sounds tasty let's go!'

Iris, and Axew walked in, to find that Ash was in there too.

"Oh hey Iris, nice to see you again"

"Oh Ash what are you doing here"

"Well I was gonna look for a gym, then I got hungry, so I came here, then found out that this is the gym, but I'm still hungry so"

"That makes two of us, I'm also hungry"

"Well what are we waiting for then, let's go!"

Ash, and Iris, got a table, and Axew, and Oshawott, and Pikachu, were all chatting in pokespeak.

A green haired guy, then walked up to them.

"Hello sir, madam, my name is Cilan what can I do for you today"

"Yes please, I'll take everything"

"And you?"

"I'll just take a poke sandwich"

"Coming right up"

Soon all the food came out, and Ash, with Pikachu, Oshawott, and Axew, gobbled up his order of everything, meanwhile Iris was casually eating her sandwich. In the middle of all their eating a blond girl with a green hat came crashing in, followed by a blond boy with an orange jacket.

"Jees slow down Bianca"

"But I'm just so excited Trip, it's gonna be my first gym battle!"

"Oh hey guys" Ash called out with his mouth full. "I guess we're all challenging the gym"

"Really you look like you just came here to eat" Trip commented.

"Uh Ash who are these guys"

"That's Trip, and that's Bianca, they just started they're pokemon journeys a few days ago"

"Hey"

"Hello"

"Well you guys wanna come eat with us, there's still plenty of food left!"

"Alright, then Snivy come out"

"You too Tepig"

'Whoa Oshawott is that you?' Tepig asked.

'Yep, I got pick' Oshawott responded.

'Heh I guess Ash must've been pretty desperate then' Snivy taunted.

'Hey take that back!' Oshawott said infuriated.

'Hey calm down guys, no need to fight' Pikachu said.

'Yeah, can we just be fwiends' Axew said.

'Alright fine, truce?' Snivy agreed.

'Okay' Agreed Oshawott, reluctantly.

Ash, and friends finished all the food, but it was getting late, so instead of challenging the gym, they decided to take a walk instead.

With Team Rocket…

"My fangs, and my face, they still hoirt" Meowth complained.

"Oh shut it, I'm thinking" Jesse said.

"For what?" asked James.

"Revenge obviously, that Snivy was ours, but then the twerp came in, and stole it from us!" Jessie responded.

"I want revenge too, that Snivy needs to pay"

"But don't we still have to spy on Team Plasma?" James questioned.

"Yeah, but we still ave plenty of time, and plus a gift for the boss wouldn't hoirt" Meowth reasoned.

"Alright then, let's do it" James agreed.

Meanwhile with Ash, and the gang…

"Ah man, I'm stuffed" Ash said, full.

"Well I guess that's why we're taking a walk" said Trip, not as full.

"That meal was still delicious though, my dad never lets me eat that much" said Bianca, twice as full.

"You guys eat so much" said Iris, who only ate one sandwich.

'Hey what's that' Tepig asked.

'Why that's'

"Prepare for trouble"

"Make it double"

We don't need to hear their motto, so let's just skip it.

"Hey, that doesn't mean you should!"

Whatever, I'm still skipping it, anyway Team Rocket was in their giant Meowth balloon, and they had a net, and it was filled with three pokemon, a Lillipup, a Trubbish, and a Snivy.

"Team Rocket, I should have known you wouldn't have given up!"

"Why of course not! You stole our Snivy from us, it was supposed to be ours!" Meowth argued.

"You abused it, and all it did was steal your sandwich"

"Uh Ash who are these people?" Iris asked.

"They're Team Rocket, and they've been trying to steal my Pikachu for who knows long" Ash responded.

"Yes, and this Snivy is powerfully, and also a brat, so we're taking her to the boss, and also these other pokemon we found lying around" Jessie said.

"That's just not right, Tepig use ember"

'I can't, oh wait I can do that' Tepig said, she then used ember.

'Ah maybe don't do that, don't wanna get burned here!' The wild Snivy said.

"I don't think you should use a fire type, our net is fire resistant after all" James explained.

"Woobat come out" Jessie called.

"Woobat"

"Alright Snivy use vine whip" Trip called out.

"Woobat, air cutter" Jessie ordered.

Trip's Snivy dodged the air cutters, and then slapped Woobat with his vines.

"Alright Pikachu, Thunderbolt"

Pikachu used thinderbolt on Woobat, knocking into the net, snapping it in half.

'Ahh we're falling' screemed Lillipup.

'Don't worry I got this' The wild Snivy used leaf tornado to safely land, herself Lillipup, and Trubbish, on the ground. 'Alright your turn!' Snivy said before firing another leaf tornado, this time at Team Rocket's balloon, puncturing it.

"Uh oh, Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!"

"Yay we did it!"

'Haha, Oshawott wins once again' Oshawott praised.

'Did you even do anything this time?' Tepig questioned.

'Well at least Team Rocket's gone'

'I suppose I should be thanking you, I guess' said the wild Snivy.

'Heh whatever, I already know I'm awesome' replied Trip's. Though those leaf tornados were pretty neat by themselves.

'Okay rude, well I best be heading on my way'

'Wait, but don't you wanna stay' Pikachu asked.

'Nah, I don't trust humans, although you guys seem pretty neat, but I still got others I need to protect'

'Don't worry about us Snivy, we can manage' Trubish rebutted.

'Yeah, we'll be fine, go on without us' Lillipup said.

"What do you they're saying" Bianca questioned.

"I think Snivy's contemplating joining me"

'Alright then, but first' Snivy got into a battle position. 'You have to beat me first!'

"What's Snivy doing" asked Iris.

"I think it's challenging me to a pokemon battle" Ash replied.

"Maybe it wants to test your strength" Trip added.

"Alright then, Oshawott I choose you"

'Wait do I have to, I don't wanna fight a girl'

'What scared you might lose?'

'Okay, fine, I'll do it!'

"Whoa Snivy just used swagger, this is one catch I don't wanna miss, alright Oshawott, Water gun!"

"Oshawott!"

Snivy leaped out of the way, before using her vines to grab Oshawott, and slam him into the ground.

'I'm so jealous right now' Trip's Snivy said.

Snivy then fired a leaf tornado at Oshawott, but he dodged it.

"Oshawott razor shell, now!"

Oshawott sliced at Snivy, sending her back a bit, but she retaliated with another swagger, Oshawott tried to use razor shell again, but his confused status ended up with him accidentally hitting himself with his scalchop, causing him to faint.

"Ah man, take a good rest Oshawott, alright Pikachu, you ready?"

"Pika, pika"

"Alright Volt tackle"

Pikachu ran straight into Snivy, causing her to fly out again, she came back with a pursuit, hitting the electric type back, Pikachu then retaliated with iron tail, knocking Snivy to the ground.

'Arg, heh finally a worthy trainer' Snivy said, Ash prepared his pokeball, and Snivy was soon getting captured, one shake, two shake, three shake, caught.

"Haha, yes, I just caught a Snivy!"

"Congratulations Ash" Iris congratulated.

"That was so totally amazing, I'm so jealous right now!"

"It was pretty cool, I guess, don't really know why you sent out Oshawott though"

"Alright Snivy come on out"

'Good battle' Pikachu said.

'You too, and to Oshawott as well' Snivy responded.

'Thanks' groaned the defeated water starter.

"Alright it's getting real late now" Trip said.

"Yeah, I better get to sleep soon, else my dad will freak, he's just so nosy you know' Bianca said.

"Well see you tomorrow guys" Ash said.

"Bye!"
