Last Time, Ash, and the gang were eating, meanwhile their Pokemon, were also eating, but then the girls, plus Axew ran out of food, so Emolga stole the dude's foods, Snivy catches on, and accuses Emolga on theft, but she responds by crying, and it was super effective, causing everyone to think Snivy was a meany, Rufflet, and Axew go to find Emolga, and accidentally wake up a Simisear, but then Snivy comes in to save the day, and she, and Emolga become friends, let's see how long this one will last.

"Man oh man, it feels like we've been walking for days" Ash said.

"We have been walking for days" Cilan said.

"Can't we take a break?" Iris asked.

"Things have gotten a lot less interesting since Bianca left" said Ash.

"I suppose we can, alright then, I'll be come with you this time, it gets lonely cooking dinner"

"Alright, now we have some time to train, everybody come out!" Everybody came out as usual, you know the whole spiel.

"Okay guys, we gotta train for the upcoming Nibassa City Gym, so we're gonna go battle each other!"

'Yeah!' The pokemons said at once.

"Let's actually go find a place to do it first" Iris said.

"We probably should" Cilan said.

Ash, and the gang, went to a secluded place, only to find that it wasn't so secluded, since a guy with red hair, and blue eyes was already there.

"Huh? Whoa is that Ash Ketchum?" The guy said.

"I mean I guess" Ash said.

"Wow! What an honor to meet you! My name's Stephan by the way, I've just gotta challenge you to a pokemon battle!"

"Well alright" Ash said.

"Guess I'll be referee" Cilan said.

"Alright Steven, I'll send a pokemon out first"

"It's Stephan but alright"

"Oshawott, go!"

"Alright then Blitzle, come out!" Steffen sent out Blitzle, Ash got out his pokedex, and scanned it real quick.

"Okay Stewy, I'll let you go first"

"Again, it's Stephan, but alright, Thunderbolt!"

"Dodge it!" Oshawott dodged the Thunderbolt. "Now Razor Shell" Oshawott got his Scalchop out, and he dashed towards Blitzle, and slammed it on the head.

"Blitzle, use Double Kick" Blitzle kicked Oshawott twice, sending his Scalchop flying into the woods.

'My Scalchop, NO!' Oshawott then flopped on the ground, deeply saddened.

"Looks like Oshawott is unable to battle, although the recipe didn't quite deliver" Cilan said.

"Ah man, good battle Stephenie"

"Good battle to you too Ash, also it's Stephan"

"So Stepoon, what are you doing here anyway?" Iris asked.

"Well you see I was training for the upcoming Club Battle Tournament in Nimbassa City"

"Whoa, what's that?" Ash asked.

"Well basically it's a tournament where 16 trainers all battle each other in one on one battles, and the winner gets a massive cash prize"

"Wow, now I wanna join!"

"Me too!"

"That does sound pretty interesting"

'I still don't have my Scalchop you know' Oshawott said still on the floor.

'Don't worry we can look for it' Snivy said.

'Unless it got eaten by a Patrat or something' Emolga said.

'What!? I can't let that happen!' Oshawott wailed.

'That was reassuring' Snivy said sarcastically.

'I'm just saying' Emolga said.

'Well we might as well get looking' Pikachu said.

'Alright I guess, if I lost my shades I'd be pretty down too, let's go find your sallshop' Sandile said.

'Scalchop!' Oshawott yelled.

'Whatever!' Sandile yelled back.

'Alright, let's do this!' Ash, and the gang's mons started looking for Oshawott's scalchop, meanwhile Ash, and the gang were eating lunch.

'Nope not here' Snivy said.

'Not here either' Emolga said.

'Did ya check the river?'

'There's a river?'

'Nevermind'

'Hey I found it' Rufflet said.

'Uh Rufflet that's a Joltic' Axew said.

*bzzzztt* 'Grrr, come back here meanie!'

'Wait, were suppose to be looking for Uncle Oshawott's scalchop!'

'Come on Oshawott you can't just stay on the floor forever' Pikachu said.

'Nah, I think I'm gonna stay here' The otter said.

'Come on, your coming with me, even if I have to drag you'

'You find it yet Dwebble'

'No, did you Pansage'

'Nah, Hey Excadrill wanna help out?'

'No'

'Alright then, bye'

'Man who knew you were such a charmer Sandile' Whirlipede complimented.

'Oh please it's nothing' Sandile responded. 'I'm just naturally cool'

'Hey weren't we supposed to be looking for something?'

'Uh the Scalchop?'

'Oh yeah that, what's a scalchop'

What an airhead, although undeniably cute

After about an hour or two of searching, the pokemon decided that it was a lost cause.

'Welp we searched all around the rocks, nothing' Sandile said.

'We checked the river which, apparently existed also nothing' Emolga said.

'We found a Joltic' Axew said, Rufflet still having sparks come off her. 'Other than that nothing in the Grass.

'We checked the woods, also nothing' Dwebble said.

'And I checked nothing, Oshawott wouldn't budge' Pikachu said.

'What is the meaning of life if we're all gonna die in the end' Oshawott said, somehow looking quite goth.

'How'd that happen?' Snivy asked.

'Don't ask me, I just looked away for a sec then he looked like that' Pikachu said.

'Wait I have an idea, how about I make you a Scalchop' Dwebble suggested.

'Wait you would!?' Oshawott then jumped up, suddenly looking not so goth.

'See what I mean!' Pikachu said.

'Yeah, I'll just grab some rock, carve it out, and wha la!' Dwebble created a stone Scalchop, although it was quite massive. 'It's a little big, but I'm sure it'll work' Oshawott was handed the giant Scalchop, and immediately was crushed.

'Could you maybe make a smaller one?' Oshawott strained out.

'Oh yeah sure' Dwebble made a smaller Scalchop, about the same size as Oshawott's old Scalchop.

'Now that's more like it, I still miss my old one, but at least I have this one!' Oshawott said.

'Well, let's see how well it works, I challenge you to a battle' Sandile said suddenly.

'Well Alright, let's do this'

'Guess I'll be the ref' Snivy volunteered, Oshawott, and Sandile got into battle position. 'Battle begin!'

Oshawott went for an Aqua Jet, and launched towards Sandile, but he dodged.

Sandile retaliated with a Bite, which hit Oshawott, doing quite a lot of damage.

Oshawott got his Stone Scalchop, and Razor Shelled Sandile, doing more damage then ever, so much damage that it broke itself.

'Oh that smarts! I think I'm gonna have a have a ugh' Sandile fainted.

'Looks like Oshawott's the winner, and loser at the same time' Snivy said.

'That was mega strong, but the stone scalchop broke' Oshawott said.

'Don't worry we still got the giant Scalchop' Whirlipede said, while taking care of the fainted Sandile.

'Uh, no offense Dwebble but I don't think I wanna wear that' Oshawott said.

*sigh* 'It's fine, it's pretty flimsy anyway' Dwebble tapped the giant Scalchop, causing it to break into tiny pieces. 'Yeah'

'Well I guess I'll just live without a Scalchop, goodbye' Oshawott then walked off.

'Ah man Uncle Oshawott's sad, so now I'm sad' Axew said.

'I'm sadder that your sad, wanna hug?' Rufflet asked.

'Yeah' Axew, and Rufflet hugged, awww.

Meanwhile, Oshawott was trying to master his other moves.

'Come on, I know I can do it, Aqua Jet supposed to be 100% accurate, not 50%' Oshawott used Aqua Jet, but missed the tree he was aiming for. 'Arg, why can't I do it!'

'Hey Oshawott'

'Huh!? Who's that?'

'It's me Snivy'

'Oh, uh what are you doing here?'

'Making sure you don't hurt yourself, from all the trees implanted with your face, you seem to trying to master Aqua Jet'

'Wow! You're amazing that you managed to figure that out'

'That, and you literally just saying why you're out here in the first place'

'Oh yeah, that too I guess'

'I just want to tell you, that even if you can't do it that's okay, and no whatever what anyone says you're still the best'

'Yeah, I guess, you know I've always wanted to go on a journey, for so long I've felt unappreciated, unloved, useless, other words that started with U, I just needed to prove that I wasn't just any Oshawott, I was the Oshawott, you know?'

'You know I think your biggest fear is being alone, you don't want to be forgotten, you don't want to be just that guy, you want to be more'

'Well I guess you're right, I promised myself a long time ago, that I wouldn't evolve until I found true love, and until then, I would keep trying, and get stronger'

'Just remember though, if someone is forcing you become stronger, to give up your sense of self, and just become a pawn, they aren't worth your time' I wish I knew sooner. 'So make sure whoever you're trying to impress, that they deserve it'

'Heh, thanks, I needed that, maybe now' Oshawott used Aqua Jet once more, and finally hit his target. 'Haha I did it!'

'Indeed you did, I'm proud of you'

'Hey wait a minute, is that, My Scalchop?!' Oshawott pointed towards the distance his Scalchop was right there in plain sight.

'Why I think it is'

'Yes, I've got my Scalchop back!'

'Well I guess we can head back then'

*yawn* 'Yep, let's go, I'm tired'

'Haha, yeah let's'

Oshawott, and Snivy walked back to camp, and told everyone about how Oshawott found his Scalchop, and mastered Aqua Jet.

'That's great Oshawott' Pikachu said.

'Yay Uncle Oshawott's not sad, so I'm not sad either!' Axew said.

'Me too!' Rufflet said as well.

'Good for you man' Sandile said.

'I'm jealous' Emolga said.

'But why?' Whirlipede asked.

'I don't wanna talk about it' Emolga blushed.

'Well all's well that end's well' Dwebble said.

'Yeah, I guess it did!' Oshawott said.
