Last Time, Ash, and the Gang make it to Nimbassa City, and enter the Battle Club Tournament, many past friends, and foes also enter, including Missile disguised as Cody, they make it to the top 8, with the exception of Cilan, the gang then begin to head back but Cody/Missile, joins them along the way, Cody then invites Ash to dinner, and Ash agrees he leaves Iris, and Cilan, and eats a lot, Cody then scans all of Ash's pokemon, and gains all their info, what a snake.

"Good morning everybody!" Ash said, leaping from his bed, today was the day of the quarter-finals, and this time the battles will be written out.

"Up already Ash?" Cilan said.

"Yep, me, and my mons are gonna go for a morning jog to prepare, you guys wanna join?"

"Nah, we'll stay here" Iris said.

'Can I go?' Axew asked.

"Sure Axew, go ahead, I'll just be here in bed"

'Alright, I'm joining you guys'

'Yay! Axie joins' Rufflet said.

Ash, and his mons, plus Axew, took a morning jog, and then headed for the Battle Club, for the quarter finals, Iris, and Cilan arrived soon afterwards.

"Hey Ash, good to see you" said Missile, disguised as Cody.

"Hey Cody, today's the day when the quarter finals take place"

"Yep, that's it alright, the battle chart's already been revealed, wanna take a look?"

"Sure" Ash said,

"Alright, this is it" Cody pulled out a chart, that showed all the battles that will take place today, as well as previous battles, who won, who lost.

"Whoa that's so much information"

"I guess it is, there will be four battles today, in chronological order, we'll have Georgia vs. Iris"

"Hey that's me" Iris said. "Looks like we're battling first huh Axew"

'Yeah, that seems a bit scary'

"And then we got Me vs. Dino, Trip vs. Bianca, and then Stophan vs Ash"

"Looks like I'm going last" Ash said, slightly disappointed.

"And against me too!" Stephon said.

"Oh hey Steron, how have you been doing"

"Like I said, it's Stephan, but yeah pretty good, the last battle was a blast, and I'm sure this one will be a blast too"

"Well, good luck on your battles, I've got some places I'd like to visit, the battles should start at around noon, so I'll see you soon I guess"

"Alright bye Cody!"

"Good luck!"

"Have a nice trip!"

"So Ash, I guess I'll see you at the battles too, I'm gonna go head off, and train, see ya" Stephoom said.

"Alright bye Stewfan"

"It's Stephan!"

"So Ash, what are you gonna do before the tournament starts?" Cilan asked.

"Simple… Eat!"

After a session of eating, it was just about noon, and therefore time to start the Battle Club Tournament quarter finals.

"Welcome ladies, and gentlemen to the Battle Club Tournament!"

*audience cheers*

"Today we have just eight trainers left, ready to win this set of wings, plus a hefty cash prize of 1,000,000 pokedollars, which are about enough to buy 1,000 water bottles at the pokemart, you know the rules, one pokemon per trainer, and whichever pokemon faints first has their trainer eliminated from the tournament, today we will have four battles, the first will against Georgia, self proclaimed dragon buster, and Iris, rising dragon master, why this will be an interesting matchup"

"Hey, I heard you were a dragon master, well be warned I'm built for that stuff" Georgia said.

"Alright, that's not scary at all" Iris said, kinda scared.

"Trainers send out your pokemon"

Georgia sent out a Pawniard, and Iris sent out Emolga.

"Alright Emolga, this is your first battle, so just go out there, and try your best okay"

'Alright, if you say so' I'd rather sleep to be honest

"Battle Begin!"

"Emolga start off with a Hidden Power"

"Slice it in two"

"Emolga charges up, it fires! Ooh but Pawniard slices it in half"

"Now Metal Claw!"

"Pawniard counters with a strong Metal Claw attack, Emolga is knocked down, will it get up?"

"Emolga use Attract"

"Look at that! Emolga used Attract, but it failed!"

"Sorry but Pawniard's a girl, now use Metal Sound"

"Cover your ears, Pawniard uses Metal Sound, it causes Emolga to get off guard"

"Now charge up, and use Iron Head"

"Dodge it!"

"Pawniard charges towards Emolga, it tries to dodge, but gets hit anyway, this fight isn't looking so good for Emolga, and Iris"

"Emolga, use Discharge!"

"A powerful Discharge knocks Pawniard off it's feet, and now it's arms are stuck in the ground!"

"What!? That's no fair!"

"Now's our chance, Emolga Hidden Power!"

"Emolga launches Hidden Powers, and it's a direct hit, dust is pluming everywhere, it settles, and Pawniard is unable to battle Emolga wins!"

"Yay Emolga you did it! Now that wasn't so bad right?"

'Yeah it was, I'm going to sleep' Emolga then went right to sleep.

"Looks like Emolga got hit with a snore, but it still wins anyway, that means Iris moves on to the semi finals"

"Well, good battle I guess, looks like I have a new rival, until next time" Georgia said, she then recalled Pawniard, and walked off.

Iris returned Emolga, and headed back to the stands to go watch the rest of the battles.

"Great job Iris" Cilan congratulated.

"Thanks, it was pretty exciting" Iris said.

"Yeah, now the next battle's against Dino, and Cody" Ash said. "Come on let's watch"

"Ladies, and gentlemen, now it is time for the second battle of today, Dino, local trainer of great renown, vs. Cody, traveler of the pokemon world"

"Good luck man" Dino said.

"Good luck to you too" Cody, A.K.A. Missile said.

"Trainers, send out your pokemon"

Dino sent out his Tranquill, while Cody sent out his Gothitelle.

"Battle Begin!"

"Tranquill Aerial Ace"

"Psychic"

"Tranquill charges in, but Gothitelle stops it in midair"

"Toss it up"

"Gothitelle flings Tranquill off, what is it gonna do now?"

"Tranquill get yourself back together"

"Finish it with Thunderbolt"

"Gothitelle releases a powerful Thunderbolt, striking Tranquill, I don't think it will make it out of that one" Tranquill fell to the ground, and finally that dang announcer shuts up, I need a job narrating, what do you know about narrating huh? "And Tranquill is unable to battle, Gothitelle wins!" You can't even hear me, so this is just kinda useless. "Uh yes I can" I'm gonna go now, bye! "Anyway, that makes Cody the Winner! He will also make it to the semi finals, and face off against Iris"

*sigh* "Well good battle I guess" Dino said, recalling his Tranquill.

"Yeah, I guess it was, Gothitelle return" Cody said, returning his Gothitelle.

"Wow, that Cody sure is something else" Ash said.

"Yeah his strategy was pretty good, flinging up Tranquill with Psychic, and then taking it out with Thunderbolt" Cilan analyzed.

"And I'll have to face off against him during the semi finals" Iris said.

"Well, I'm sure you'll be fine, I hope" Ash assured?

"Okay, enough talking the third battle's about to start" Cilan said.

"Ladies, and gentlemen, the battlefield's getting more, and more tense as our third battle of the day starts, this one's against Trip, and Bianca, two rookie trainers from Nuvema Town"

"I'm gonna win, alright, you know it, you know it" Trip said like a frikin weirdo.

"Okay then, let's do this!" Bianca said.

"Trainers, send out your pokemon"

Bianca sent out her Pignite, while Trip sent out his Servine.

"This match looks a bit one sided, but oh well, you never know, stay tuned folks"

'Well Pignite, it's been a while I see you somehow evolved' Servine taunted.

'You're a dickhead'

"Battle begin!"

"Pignite, Flamethrower"

"Servine, dodge it"

"Pignite unleashes it's flamethrower, and Servine dashes away at blinding speeds"

'Heh, not gonna get OHKOed this time'

"Now Aqua Tail!"

"Uh oh dodge it!"

"Ooh a super effective Aqua Tail from Servine sends Pignite flying"

"Retaliate with Heat Crash!"

"Dodge it!"

"Servine's blinding speed didn't help it dodge this super effective attack, it goes flying!"

"Servine, use Leech Seed"

"Uh oh!"

"Servine covers Pignite in Leech Seeds, it doesn't look so good, meanwhile Servine seems better already"

"Aqua Tail!"

"Dodge, and retaliate with Flamethrower"

"Servine misses, and gets hit by the Flamethrower, but it heals back, and Pignite gets weaker"

*huff* *puff* 'Can't go much longer'

"Now finish it with Aqua Tail"

"Try to block it!"

"And Pignite gets struck by Aqua Tail, and is unable to battle, Servine wins!"

'Heh, see type advantages don't matter'

'You literally used a super effective move on me, twice'

"Trip moves on to the semi finals"

"Haha, I knew I'd win this" Trip said, he then returned Servine.

"Oh well, we'll get them next time, Pignite return" Bianca returned Pignite. "Well good luck Trip"

"And I don't need good luck, I'm just that good"

"I'm gonna go watch the next battle"

"You did good Bianca" Ash said.

"Thanks Ash, good luck on your next battle" Bianca said.

"Yeah, good luck Ash" Cilan said.

"Hope you make it to the semi finals" Iris said.

"Ladies, and gentlemen, the battlefield has had a lot of exciting battles today, but this one might just be the most exciting one of all Ash Ketchum, champion of the Sinnoh League"

*mega loud audience cheers*

"And Steffen, local fighting type master extraordinaire"

"It's Stephan, even the announcer gets it wrong"

"Well Steven, looks like this is gonna be one heck of a battle, you ready?" Ash said.

"I was born ready, also it's Stephan" Stefoon said.

"Trainers send out your pokemon"

Steven sent out his Sawk, not his sock, but his Sawk, and Ash sent out Sandile.

"Battle begin!"

"Alright Sawk begin with a double kick"

"Dodge with dig"

"Sawk kicks at Sandile, but it digs out of the way, what will it do now?"

"Sandile now hit Sawk"

"Dodge it!"

"Sandile tries to dig under Sawk, but it dodges!"

"Alright now Ice Punch!"

"Uh oh, Dig once again"

"Sandile tries to dig out of the way, but gets hit by Ice Punch"

"Hang in there Sandile, Hmm, okay, Dig all around!"

"Alright, try to Ice Punch it as soon as you can"

"Keep Digging Sandile"

"Sandile's digging all around the place, and Sawk can't keep up"

"Alright, now fire Stone Edge through all of the holes!"

"Uh oh, try to dodge!"

"Sawk tries to dodge the flurry of Stone Edges, but can't keep track of them all, boom hit there, and there, and there!"

"Sawk, try to defend with Close Combat"

"Sawk reflects the Stone Edges with Close Combat"

"Sandile, Pop up from under it, and use Bite now!"

"What's this, ooh, Sandile hits Sawk with a powerful Crunch attack"

"Whoa, you learned Crunch"

"Sawk, get if off!"

"Sawk Ice Punches Sandile off, but it must be real weak now"

"Finish this with a Stone Edge"

"Close Combat to defend"

"Sawk goes for the Close Combat, but ultimately the Stone Edges get through, and Sawk is unable to battle, Sandile Wins!"

*sigh* "Well, good battle Ash, that was exhilarating, I never had a battle that exciting for months" Stopen said.

"Yeah, that was a pretty good battle Stophen, your Sawk is pretty powerful" Ash said.

"Again it's Stephan, but I'll take the compliment either way" said Stoof.

"And that means that Ash Ketchum moves on to the semi finals, and will face off against Trip, that also concludes today's battles, tune in next time to find who wins the Club Battle Tournament, this set of wings, and 1,000,000 pokedollars, until next time!"

Just after the Tournament…

"Great job Ash, I think you might actually win this thing" Iris said.

"Yeah, you, and your pokemon make an excellent recipe, and no doubt are just the thing to win the tournament" Cilan said.

"Thanks guys, but there's one thing that I must do right now" Ash said.

"Is it to eat"

"Yep, come on who wants dinner?" Ash asked.

"Classic Ash" Iris said.

"Come on I'll cook us some delicious food to eat" Cilan said.

"Yay!"

With Trip…

"Alright Team, we're gonna fight against that Ash Ketchum guy, and we're gonna win right?"

'Yeah we will' Servine groaned.

'Ugh what's gotten into Trip lately?' said the recently evolved Gurdurr.

'I don't know, but it kinda scares me' Tranquill said.

'Let's just hope for the best' Frillish said.

"Ooh yeah we're gonna win, and it'll be AWESOME, yeah, oh"

With Missile…

"Tomorrow's the day, the day where the Club Battle Tournament ends, I believe that I will make it to the finals, Iris isn't that hard of an opponent, although I doubt I can OHKO her Excadrill, whatever, he'll be no match for my Pokémon no matter what she does, as for Ash, well the last time he beat me with Pikachu, but he probably won't be able to beat my prized Bisharp, he hasn't lost a battle ever, well not any official ones, tomorrow will be an interesting day Ash Ketchum, yes it will, believing in yourself won't get you through this one"
