Hello, welcome to my rewrite of Kamen Rider Faiz. I watched Faiz, and I had some problems with it, but it's not my least favorite. Faiz had some of my favorite characters, villain ideas, and aesthetics. I just wished they talked things out. Enough of me talking, let's start things up.
Smart Brain
It was night at the company building at Smart Brain. Therefore, a watchman was outside looking for any intruders. Inside, scientists are experimenting with red water-based fluid (not blood, chemicals) with 3 stones, shaped like sophisticated belt buckles. (? as Michael Taylor, Yoshika Kato as Yuka Osada, Ayano Okubo as Michiko Osada, Shinji Hiwatashi as Shoichi Osada, Hitomi Ochiai as Kana Osada, Hiroko Sato as Kaori Ozawa, Sara Matsuzaka as Megumi Nakamura, Taishin Otsuka as The Sunglasses Man, Seiji Taikawa as Smart Brain Researcher)
"New motor liquid supplement complete," the head chemical scientist said to the technician scientists. (Created by Shotaro Ishinomori, Written by Shoji Imai, Music by Kazunori Miyake)
Computer scientists looked at how to chemicals were affecting the experiment. The levels were high, which weren't a problem.
"The altered state is normalized," A technician said.
The 3 chemical scientists nodded.
"Let's put on the protective clothes," the head chemical scientist said to his two colleagues, as they put on their PPE (personal protective equipment) and began to experiment with the 3 stones. (Creature Designer by Tamotsu Shinohara)
Suddenly, they hear a loud alarming, causing the lights to go red in the technician room, indicating that someone or something has broken through security. The cameras were then lost connection. The chemical scientists took notice of this.
"What? What's going on?" The head chemical scientist asked.
"It's a trespasser," The head technician said. (Produced by Jun Hikasa, Naomi Takebe, and Takaaki Utsunomiya)
"What?!" The head chemical scientist asked in shock, as there were punches hitting a metal wall, which was impossible for a normal human. (Directed by Ryuta Tasaki)
"Retreat! Retreat!" The head chemical scientist cried, as he and his colleagues ran to the entrance door, which wouldn't open. "Open up!"
The metal door then falls down, startling the scientists. From the shadows, the chemical scientists see that the 'thing' is a gray goat monster.
"Hey! Hey! They're still in there!" The head technician cried, as the head chemical scientist falls onto the glass. The head technician backs away as the head chemical scientist face turns into ash.
The monster lunges at the last two chemicals scientist and kills them, having them turned the scientists into ash. The monster then walks to a glass container, lifts a plug from the red liquid, and breaks the glass container with a punch, causing the red liquid to flow on the dead scientists' corpses. The monster picks up a stone, and crushes the top layer, revealing a phone in a belt.
Kamen Rider 555 (Faiz)
Episode 1: The Beginning of the Journey
Osada House
One month later, a family having breakfast together in a small, but two level house. These people are the Osada family.
"Michiko, I've heard from your mother that your grades have gone up again, right?" The father asked.
"Well yeah...because I'm smart," Michiko said cocky, eating her breakfast.
"Sensei was really praising her. I'm really proud of her!" The mother added.
"So different from Yuka, you can do things!" The father said with comparison.
Walking down the stairs is a young girl, wearing in dark blue school uniform. It's the Osada's oldest daughter, Yuka, overhearing her family talking.
"I really tried hard on this test. I stayed up very late trying to study, even though I was tired, but my grades were still really good," Michiko told her parents. Yuka walks down to breakfast quietly and sadly. Yuka had shoulder length black hair and beautiful brown eyes. While, Michiko had black hair shoulder length hair with bangs.
"Michiko, Kana, let's go celebrate tonight. It's been a while since all three of us have gone out," The father suggested. (For those of you who've noticed, yes. Kana is the mother's name, which is a reference to Agito, which was written by Toshiki Inoue, Faiz's head writer)
"Really?! Lucky..." Michiko said overconfidently.
"Isn't that nice Michiko?" Kana asked with delight.
"Good morning," Yuka greeted.
"What do you want to eat Michiko?" Kana asked. Yuka then went to the other side of the table. It was as if she was invisible to them.
"Anything is okay," The father added.
"Really? Then I want Chinese food," Michiko requested. "The same place we went before."
"Sure," The father agreed.
"Don't slack off now, you have to study harder now," The father added
"I know," Michiko said, before Yuka then accidentally spills her breakfast.
"I'm sorry!" Yuka apologized. Yuka then grabbed a napkin, but her father snatched it from her and hit her with the napkin. "I'm very sorry."
Sakurabayashi Girls' High School
Yuka walks her school, Sakurabayashi Girls' High School, alone, like she always does. Michiko notices her when Yuka got out of a tunnel and then walks to Yuka the moment the latter goes up the starts.
"Yuka..." Michiko said as she put her hand out. "Lend me some money."
"I don't have any more," Yuka said softly.
"Don't play dumb. I know you just got your paycheck," Michiko snapped.
"But, I was thinking of using that to buy a new bag," Yuka said as her bag was full of cuts.
"Don't worry about that thing, it'll just get cut again," Michiko said, which confirms that Michiko cuts Yuka's stuff.
"What's wrong, Michiko? Want us to help?" One of two Michiko's best friends, Ozawa Kaori, who had the same length of hair as Michiko did, asked.
"Just give it to me," Michiko demanded. Yuka had no choice. Michiko was stronger than her. Yuka took out her wallet, and Michiko snatched it from her hand and ran to her friends.
"But is it okay? She's your older sister, isn't she?" Kaori asked.
"We're only related by a little blood. She's not my real sister, that pathetic thing," Michiko said as she talked horribly about her step-sister.
"That's so true. Well then, let's go," Nakamura Megumi, one of her other two best friends, who had light brown hair, said. The 3 mean girls ran to the building for class.
"Hey, Michiko's sister should be more prettier, don't you think?" Kaori said as she said nasty things about Yuka. Yuka, as always, was sad. But, she isn't always like this.
Yuka's Cell Phone
DefenderOfJustice, are you doing well? Over here, the morning sun feels good. This morning, Mom and Dad were happy that my scores went up. I was so happy, I was embarrassed. How is it going for you, DefenderOfJustice? Are you working hard?
DefenderOfJustice's Reply: Over here it's work work everyday. But CloudyThenSunny, you're really smart, I realize that now. Though I never met you in person, I want to know more about you. If I knew more about you, I believe I'd be happier. And I want you to know about me too. Will you listen to my dream? You may laugh, but I want everyone to be happy. Everyone in the world.
Gas Station
Late, during the day, a mechanic fixing someone's car, at a gas station. The car belonged to a Man in Sunglasses, was also wearing a tan hat.
"Hey! Have you finished yet?" Sunglasses Man asked, before the mechanic then closed the hood.
"Try starting it now," The mechanic suggested. The Sunglasses Man then started the car, which was working perfectly now. "That will be 3,105.6 yen."
The Man in Sunglasses took out his money.
"All I have is 1,552.8 yen," The Sunglasses Man said, which made the mechanic sighed.
"If you don't have the money, I'm going to have to tow it," The mechanic said. The mechanic then proceeds to go to the car. The Sunglasses Man then gets out of the car. The mechanic then hears a gun. "Hey, what the hell!"
The mechanic turns and see a white bat monster, whose head was shaped like a cowboy, and looked like a gunman.
The bat monster shoots the mechanic in the legs, with pistols. The bat monster then released tentacles from his mouth (the monsters' mouths don't open and are not part of the design) and goes through the mechanic's mouth. When the tentacles touch the heart, it burns up in blue flames, disintegrating it.
Sakurabayashi Girls' High School
Back at Yuka's school, Yuka and her friends were playing basketball. Yuka was not good, because she was forced by Michiko's friend, Megumi.
"Here, here, here!" said Megumi. The ball was passed to her. "Yuka!"
The ball was then passed to Yuka without her looking. The ball hit Yuka's right arm.
"What are you doing?!" Megumi asked angrily.
"Sorry," Yuka apologized. But the girls didn't care.
"Yuka!" Kaori cried, throwing another ball at Yuka.
"What are you doing you, you klutz?!" Megumi asked, as her hotheadedness was active at the moment, throwing the ball at Yuka's face.
"Yuka!" Kaori cried again, as she threw another ball at Yuka's shoulder. As the more hurt she go, the more balls came to her. Yuka getting hurt happens every single day.
Plaza
After school, the team went to get a late lunch at the plaza because they were practicing so much, they couldn't eat lunch. Yuka sat alone because no one wanted her at their table.
"Michiko, there's a fortune teller. Want to see who's your husband?" Kaori teased.
"Shut up! But, sure," Michiko said. Yuka then looked at her cell phone.
"DefenderOfJustice... By reading his dream, I can understand why he goes by that name," Yuka said, before hearing coins being flipped in the air. There were three coins. The coins then landed on the table. The fortune teller then said…
"Death."

"Sorry?" Michiko said in confusion. The fortune teller then touches Michiko's forearm. After the fortune tell stopped touching Michiko's arm, he gave his response.
"In about…19-20 hours…you will be killed," The fortune teller said.
"There has to be some mistake," Michiko said nervously.
"My predictions are never wrong," The fortune teller said. "A woman came up to me, I told her she was pregnant, 3 days later she found out she was pregnant. I told a man he will avoid a car accident, and he avoided a car accident. I told another woman that she'll get a promotion, and she got a promotion. The destiny will come to all non-believers; the believers have an opportunity to change their destiny".
"Come on, Michiko, this guy clearly doesn't know what he's talking about," Megumi said, as she then grabbed Michiko and Miyuki's arm. Michiko said that the fortune teller was crazy. Then, snow came falling.

Later
Near Sakurabayashi Girls' High School, Yuka was then walking in the snow with her red umbrella. Yuka walks down the stairs and slips and falls. Yuka lies on the snowy ground, unconscious, and appears to be dead.
Cabin
Yuka woke up, her eyes glowed white for a few seconds, then turned back to her normal brown eyes. Yuka got up a touched her head.
"Ow. My head," Yuka said.
"That fall should've killed you. But your death would be too early," Said a male voice. Yuka recognized that boy, it was the fortune teller.
"You," Yuka said.
"Don't worry, I come in peace. This is the only place I can find close by. Coincidentally, I've been living here for the past 2 months.," The fortune teller said. The fortune teller then takes out some butter spaghetti in a container.
"Are you hungry?" The fortune teller asked, but Yuka didn't responded.
"Here try this, it's good," The fortune teller said. Yuka was hesitant at first but takes the container and eats. Yuka then face then turns for fright to curious.
"It's good," Yuka said. After Yuka finishes, she looked at the fortune teller (not romantically). The boy was like Yuka, in his teenage years. He had brown hair, and he was Caucasian. He was wearing a black jacket, with a red shirt.
"Excuse me, but who are you?" Yuka asked.
"My name is Michael Taylor," The fortune teller introduced himself, before taking out some bandages.
"I think it's best to rest your arm for a least 15 minutes. You have some bruises," Michael requested. "You want me to take you home?"
Yuka didn't want to go home. She wanted to stay with him. Yuka never met someone with kindness towards her. But, Yuka kept quiet.
"I'll take you home. Your parents must be worried," Michael said. Ironically, they weren't. Yuka reached and took a giant dark blue bag, which she thought was he small red bag. Michael quickly snatched it out of Yuka's hands. "Hey, don't touch that! Don't ever touch this again. Get it?!"
Michael then sighed as Yuka's facial expression changed.
"I'm sorry. It's just hard to trust someone these days. I have something very important," Michael explained. "It's nothing to worry about. Let's go."
Michael and Yuka both got up and left the cabin, with Michael taking a map.
Parking Lot
As Yuka and Michael, with a map and bag, around his shoulder, were walking in the parking lot.
"Are you sure you know where you're going?" Yuka asked.
"I think so. I brought this map since I got here. I still have to find my way here," Michael replied, as a car then comes speeding towards them. "Watch out!"
Michael grabs Yuka and pushes her out of the way. Michael then moves away from the speeding car. The car then stops, the driver, who was the Sunglasses Man got out of the car. Michael then speed-walked towards the driver.
"Hey, what's your deal?" Michael asked. The Sunglasses Man hits Michael with his fist. Michael then came flying towards the driveway. The giant dark blue bag came flying towards Yuka. Yuka felt an instinct to open the bag. She knew it was wrong, but she felt like she had to. Yuka opened the bag and saw a suitcase with a logo called Smart Brain, referring to the company.
"Eh?" Yuka asked in curiosity. The Sunglasses Man then notices the Suitcase.
"Hey, that suitcase, give it to me," The Sunglasses Man demanded, as his face faded white, which made Yuka shocked. The Man in Sunglasses then transformed into the white bat monster, earlier from the gas station. Yuka was frightened was back away. The Bat monster hit Yuka and threw her a concrete wall, but Michael was able to catch her.
"You alright?" Michael asked, and Yuka nodded yes. The Bat monster then held the suitcase.
"Hey you! Give it back! That's my case!" Michael cried., when he saw the bat monster holding the suitcase. Michael then ran to the bat monster, held him and punched him in the stomach. The Bat managed to let go of the suitcase.
Michael then grabbed the suitcase and opens it. On the top off the inside of the case, was a belt, and Michael grabbed it. The bottom of the inside was a phone, a flashlight, and a digital camera. Michael then grabbed the phone and put the belt on his waist.
"Idiot, you can't transform," The Bat said, as Michael opened the phone.
555
Michael then pressed the enter button.
Standing By!
Michael then put the phone on the belt.
Complete!
This causes lasers to go around him and flash in a red glowing substance called, Photon Blood. The flash then stopped, and Michael took a new form. He was now an armored superhuman with his helmet looking like mix between a phi symbol and a shark. Michael's new form had a black suit called Sol Foam, armor on his shoulders and legs called Sol Metal, and metal chest armor called Fullmetal Lung. Yuka's eyes widen as she saw the transformation.
"What?" Yuka said in shocked.
"Honestly, I'm surprised in work," Michael said an awe.
"Hey! My eyes are up here," The Bat monster said, who then fired his pistols at Michael, which had sparks flew out of Michael's Fullmetal Lung chest armor. The Bat fired his pistols again, but this time, Michael was able to dodge it, grab his left pistol, and turns which makes the Bat shoot himself, sending the Bat flying to the asphalt. The Bat soon gets up and raises his right pistol at Michael, but drops it.
Michael then charged and tried to punch the Bat, but the Bat caught his punch, and punched him back, causing him to crash in the monster's car. It was clear that the Bat had excellent combat power. The Bat then had his winged-like shoulder blades (literally) to fly out of his shoulders, and they started flying around like boomerangs, hitting Michael, before they reattached themselves to the Bat's shoulders. The Bat then walked towards Yuka and grabbed Yuka by the throat.
"Miss!" Michael cried. Yuka's face then turned pale, almost pure white. The bat monster seems to feel shock, when his human form appeared in his shadow.
"What? Are you...?" The Bat monster asked in shock. Michael then ran to the bat monster. The bat monster noticed this but was unable to block Michael's punch. Yuka, released from the Bat's grasp, then runs by the car. Michael was beating the bat monster with punches and kicks. Michael then ran to the bat monster and side kicked it in the chest. They both froze, until the bat monster exploded into blue flames and starts to crumble into ash.
"What…What is this?" Yuka asked.

That was the first episode of my rewrite of Faiz. I hope you enjoyed it. I'll try to fix things that some people had problems with Faiz.
I chose Hikasa to be producer, because, I felt like you'd be annoyed if I kept picking Takatera. Hikasa is a very talented producer. If you take out Gaoranger, his stuff is very interesting. He does manage to balance dark and light-heartness, as seen with Kamen Rider Blade. I know Hisaka was producing Abaranger at the time. Takatera would be the one producing Abaranger. Abaranger will be the same, with no changes.
I chose Shoji Imai to be the head writer is because of Blade's first half. I watched this review that Blade's characters are similar on what we've seen from the first four Heisei Shows (Kuuga-Faiz). So I'm taking inspiration from this.
