Last Time, Team Rocket stole all of Ash, and the gang's pokemon, and try to leave via subway, but luckily N comes to the rescue, bringing with him an Archeops, Ash, and N chase after the stolen train, while the others try to find help, at the train, Missile releases Servine to talk to her, but she instead runs away, and barricades him inside, she fights Meowth, and Team Rocket's mons, and free the gang's mons, they then meet up with Ash, and N who have arrived, they then all face off against Missile's Volcarona, and Druddigon, things are looking pretty bad, but then Elesa's Eelektross comes in to save the day, Ash then tries to stop the train, but Missile attempts stops him, Servine whacks him off with Aqua Tail, and Archeops then stops the train with Dragon Claw, then Ash gets his 4th gym badge.

With Team Rocket…

"Oh boy, the boss is gonna fry us fer this one!" Meowth said frantically.

"We're gonna have our pay docked, again!" James said.

"Less chocolate cake, and pudding for me" Jessie said in disappointment.

"Zip it, he's coming on" Missile ordered.

The computer turned on.

"You failed"

"I know but-"

"No buts, this is your second time messing up, you know what that means?"

"My pay will be docked"

"Yes, as usual, but that's not all"

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"You're assignment was to eliminate Ash, you had the perfect chance to, but didn't"

"Well, I thought that taking his pokemon would also be a great little bonus"

"Yes it would've, but you could've done both with ease, not to mention that you still failed, and I know why"

"What do you mean? I don't know what could've caused our mission to go awry"

"Well I do, take a look at this" Giovanni said pulling up a few pictures, they were of the train incident, they included Missile releasing Servine, that Servine releasing all the other pokemon, and the same Servine knocking Missile off of the train.

"Um"

"YOU were the reason why this mission went awry"

"Wait so you mean, that you're the reason why we didn't get Pikachu!" Jessie said, pointing to Missile.

"Why'd you even release Servine in the first place!?" James asked.

"Yeah, what the heck man!" Meowth shouted.

"Silence!" Giovanni ordered. "Missile, you have disappointed me, but I am still willing to give you a chance"

"Thank you sir"

"Prepare to head to Driftveil City, we must continue our plans to take over Unova, you are dismissed"

The computer shut off.

Now with Ash, and the gang…

"Alright, everybody ready?" Ash asked Cilan, and Iris.

"Yep, we ready" Iris said.

'We get to see trees again!' Axew said.

"Yeah, walking in the wilderness will be a nice change of pace" Cilan said.

"I asked N if he wanted to come along, but he refused, don't know why" Ash said.

"Well I'm sure it was for a good reason" Iris said.

"Yeah, well we better get moving" Cilan said.

"Alright, let's go!"

Later…

Ash, and the gang got hungry, because of course they did, so they settled down for lunch, Ash, and the gang send out their pokemon, Rufflet, and Axew go off to play, Whirlipede watches Oshawott, and Sandile have a battle, Pansage helps Cilan cook, and Dwebble builds little sandcastles, Excadrill helps, Servine, and Emolga chat, while Servine makes sure Rufflet, and Axew don't get hurt.

'So, like that's how me, and that Garboder ended up in the dumpster-" Emolga went on a tangential story, but Servine wasn't really listening, Emolga takes notice. 'Uh, are you listening?'

'Wha, Oh yeah'

'Okay then what was I talking about?'

'Okay, I wasn't' Servine said blushing in embarrassment.

'Ha, watching the little ones as usual'

'How'd you know?' Servine asked.

'Oh please, you do it all the time' Emolga responded. 'I don't why, but I know you do it'

'Okay do you wanna know why?' Why did I just ask that!? I don't want her to know!

'Well now that you mention it… Sure!'

'Great, well I don't really wanna say it'

'Come on, I know you're dying to tell someone, pretty please' Emolga begged.

'Well I guess I could, it was a long time ago, before I was given as a starter, I was in my mother's nest, and I remember she told me something'

*flashback*

It was a new morning in the lab, laying in a nest, was a Serperior, and her hatchlings.

"Sni" A newly hatched Snivy said, to her mother.

'Snivy, you must know, lots of people feel down, and they feel like they can never get up, in times like these they need someone to lift them up, and give them love, no matter how down they are, they can always be saved'

"Serperior" Professor Juniper then said, walking into the breeding center. "It's time for little Snivy to go"

*sigh* 'Okay, take good care of her okay' Serperior said handing her daughter to Professor Juniper.

"Alright, I will" She promised.

*flashback end*

'Wait, so you got taken out of the nest just a day after you hatched!?' Emolga said surprised.

'Yep, but before I was, I was told that through love, and kindness, that anybody could be saved' Servine said. Well almost anyone.

'So that's why you always look out for others'

'In case no else looks put for them'

'Bet you can't catch me Axew' Rufllet said.

'Yes I can get back here!' Axew said running after her.

'Looks like they're having fun' Servine commented.

'Wanna go join them?' Emolga asked.

'Eh sure why not' Servine agreed, She, and Emolga went to play chase with Rufflet, and Axew.

'Hey Aunties!' They both said at once.

'Hey guys' Emolga said.

'Emolga wanted to come over, and play, okay me too' Servine explained.

'Okay, tag you're it' Axew said, tagging Servine.

'You gotta catch us now!' Rufflet said, running away.

'I guess now's a good time to work out the legs' Emolga said, deciding not to fly.

'I'm not gonna let you get away that easily!' Servine said, chasing after them.

They played tag for a while, and eventually started playing hide, and seek, it was Rufflet's turn this time.

'Found you Auntie Emolga!' Rufflet said spotting her in a bush.

'Oh man, you're too good at this' Emolga said. 'Have you found Servine yet?'

'No, I haven't found Axie either'

'Want some help?'

'Sure!'

Servine was hiding amongst the trees, while Axew was hiding near some rocks, Emolga was searching around, and eventually found Servine.

'Huh? Oh found ya' Instead of simply telling her, Emolga decided to give Servine a little scare.

'Hmm I wonder if Emolga's been foun-'

'BOOGALOOGA!' The flying squirrel screamed.

'Whaaaa!' *thump* Servine fell out of the tree, and landed face first on the ground.

'Oops, sorry Servine'

'Heh, it's alright, I've taken harder falls, I take it Rufflet's found you'

'Yep, now Axew's the only one left'

'He must have a pretty good hiding spot' Servine said.

'I wonder where he's at' Emolga said.

'Axie, where are you!' Rufflet called out, even though it wouldn't really help.

'Hehe, this spot's so good' Axew said to himself, he was in a corner with some rocks.

'Hey there!' A voice said next to him.

'Huh!?' Axew said surprised, he turned to find a Gothita had somehow gotten in with him.

'What's your name! I'm Gothita! Wow! You're so pretty!'

'Quiet down, I'm playing hide, and seek'

'Wait, YOU'RE PLAYING HIDE AND SEEK!?' Gothita's voice rang out.

"Ah what was that!?" Ash asked, hearing Gothita's extremely loud voice.

"I don't know but we better check it out" Cilan said.

"Yeah, Axew, Emolga, Servine, and Rufflet could be in trouble" Iris said.

Ash, and the gang, and their mons headed to the place of origin, even Emolga, Servine, and Rufflet came over.

'I found you Axie!' Rufflet said.

'Aw, that was a really good spot too' Axew said disappointed he didn't last until night, he always lasted until night.

'Hey who's that?' Rufflet asked.

'I'm Gothita! And I'm super cute!' Gothita responded, winking.

'Axie, what are you doing with her!?' Rufflet said now angry.

'I wasn't doing anything, she just kinda came up to me' Axew defended.

Servine, and Emolga arrived on the scene.

'Hey what's going on here?' Servine asked.

'Rufflet is getting mad at me for some reason, and this Gothita's trying to kiss me!'

'Get off of him! He's my friend!'

'But he's so cute!'

'Aha, I know what's going on here' Emolga then said.

'And what would that be?' Servine asked.

'Simple, jealousy'

'What do you mean?' Axew asked.

'Well I think Gothita has a little crush on Axew'

'A crush!?' Axew said now scared.

'Then why is Rufflet angry?' Servine asked.

'Jealousy, Rufflet's just acting like a normal girl, getting all defensive when someone threatens their friends' Emolga explained.

'But I'm not being hurt' Axew said.

'To a girl, people they don't know being too near their crushes is a huge no no'

'Wait so does that mean that Rufflet likes me?!' Axew said, somehow more scared then before.

'Well-' Servine quickly covers up Emolga's mouth before she can traumatize Axew.

'What Emolga means is that, Rufflet thinks Gothita is too in your face, it has nothing to do with her liking you, cause she doesn't' Servine then went over to a private area, to discuss with Emolga.

'Ugh, why'd you do that?' Emolga asked.

'We can't let Axew know Rufflet likes him, that would be pretty awkward' Servine explained.

'Oh yeah, sorry'

'Come on let's go stop anyone from getting too hurt'

Servine, and Emolga went back to go calm down the commotion.

'Rufflet stop it!' Axew begged.

'No! I can't let this meanie hurt you!' Rufflet refused using Shadow Claw.

'Everybody stop!' Servine shouted, she grabbed the two with her vines, and separated them, Ash, and the gang, and a girl then got to the scene.

"What's going on over here?" Ash questioned. "Servine, why are you grabbing Rufflet, and this other pokemon with your vines?"

"Oh please, let go!" A girl said, Servine complied. "Gothita, please don't run off like that again"

"Uh quick question though, who are you?" Iris asked.

"Oh, I'm Katharine, and this is Gothita"

"I'm Ash, and uh I don't what happened, but I'm gonna say sorry just in case" Ash said.

'Well I know what happened' Rufflet then said.

"Huh what is it Rufflet?"

'This Gothita's been trying to kiss Axew, and was attacking me, and calling me names!' Rifflet explained.

'Well actually, Rufflet attacked first, and did the name calling' Servine said.

'Although to be fair Gothita was trying to kiss Axew' Emolga said.

"Any clue what they're saying?" Cilan asked.

"I think Gothita likes Axew, and got a little too close" Ash said.

"So then Rufflet attacked Gothita?" Iris said.

"Seems like it, then Servine must've come in, and stopped them" said Cilan.

'And now I'm hurt!' Gothita cries.

"There, there it's not your fault, how about I get you some poke-food"

'Grrrrr, that's not fair!' Rufflet said in anger.

'Rufflet calm down' Servine said.

Then all of a sudden rain started pouring.

"Oh man, looks like it's raining" Iris said.

"Great now we're gonna have rain on our tents" Cilan said.

"Well you could come over to my place, and stay for the night" Katherine said.

"Really, thanks Katherine" Ash said.

Ash, and the gang then went into Katherine's cabin for the night, Servine was sleeping on the wall, with Emolga sprawled out on the floor next to her, Ash, and the gang plus Katherine were sleeping on the floor in sleeping bags, Gothita was sleeping next to her, Axew, and Rufflet were sleeping together, all of the other pokemon decided to stay in their balls.

*dream sequence*

'Axie! Axie!' Rufflet was having a dream, she was in a big field. 'Axie!' *gasp*

'Hehehe, you're so cute Gothita' Axew said.

'Thanks, I love you!' *kiss* Gothita said.

'Axie' Rufflet began to cry in their own dream, or rather nightmare.

'Axie, Axie! AXIE!'

*dream sequence ends*

'Axie! Wake up!' Gothita said, trying to wake Axew up.

'Huh? Rufflet?' Axew said, but it wasn't Rufflet waking him up, it was Gothita.

'Yay! You're awake, come on, let's go on an adventure!'

'What, but I don't want to go on an adventure!'

'Too bad, you're coming with me!' Axew was unwillingly dragged along with Gothita, but soon afterwards Rufflet wakes up.

'Huh!? Axie, where are you going!? I'm coming!'

Gothita, and Axew went to a small clearing, and started playing.

'Come on Axie, let's play!'

'It's different when Rufflet says it'

'What do you wanna play? Tag?'

'No'

'Hide, and Seek?'

'No!'

'Catch?'

'I said, NO!'

'Axie!' Rufflet called out, now there.

'Rufflet!'

The two hugged, while Gothita looked at them in anger.

'Grrr, why do you wanna be with Rufflet and not me!' Gothita asked furiously.

'Because, well I don't know, but I just don't want to!' Axew said.

'Yeah leave Axie alone!' Rufflet shouted.

'Grrr, fine how about this, I fight you, if you win you get to keep Axie, if I win I get to keep Axie'

'Fine! Also only I can call him Axie!'

'Guys'

'Who says only you can call him that!'

'Guys'

'Whatever!'

'GUYS!'

'What!?'

'There's a raging Garboder over there!'

'Graaawww! Would you just shut up! Ugh'

'Sorry mister, we'll just be leaving now' Axew said.

'No! Not until I have my fight!' Gothita said.

'Yeah! Me Too!' Rufflet said as well.

'Well, I'll give you a fight alright!' Garboder then launched a Sludge Bomb, but before it shot out, some vines pulled Axew, and Rufflet away, and a Hidden Power hit Garboder in the face.

'Auntie Servine!'

'Auntie Emolga!'

'What are you two doing here this late at night!?' Servine asked.

'Are you having a party, can I join?' Emolga asked, Servine looked at her. 'Um I mean, why'd you wake up that Garboder?'

'We were being too loud' Rufflet admitted.

'Yeah, but Gothita snatched me away! I didn't wanna go!' Axew defended.

'It's okay I forgive you' Servine said.

'And plus it could've been worst' Emolga said.

'Um can anybody help me here?!' Gothita asked, while being hit with Sludge Bomb.

'Oh yeah, we still gotta Garboder to deal with' Emolga said.

'Come on, we gotta make sure it doesn't hurt anybody' Servine said.

'Would that include me?!' Gothita said being bounced around.

Servine, and Emolga tried their best to protect Axew, and Rufflet, making no effort on protecting Gothita, eventually Garboder got tired.

*huff* *puff* 'You know what, I think, I think I'm just gonna go back to sleep, ugh, I'm outta here'

'Well I guess that means we won' Emolga said, everybody celebrated, and decided to go back to the cabin to sleep for the night.

The very next day…

"Gothita! I can't believe you did all of that" Katharine scolded. "You're in big trouble"

'What!? It's all your fault!' Gothita said.

'Well whatever, just get out of here!' Rufflet shouted.

'Grrr, fine I will, but only if you beat me in a battle first!'

'Fine!'

"Looks like Gothita, and Rufflet wanna fight" Ash said.

"Well alright, I guess" Katharine said.

"Battle begin!"

Gothita went for a Hidden Power, Rufflet retaliated with a Shadow Claw, knocking her out, that was quick.

"Oh we lost"

'Grrr, you must've cheated!'

'Well, I don't care, because Rufflet's my best friend, and I could never leave her!'

'You're my best friend too, I never wanna leave either!' Rufflet hugged, Axew, Gothita gaped, and ran away throwing a massive fit.

"Well, see ya later I guess" Katharine then chased after Gothita.

'Well that was something else' Servine said.

'Eh, I've seen whinier' Emolga said.

Rufflet, and Axew hugged once more, such a powerful bond they both have, so powerful indeed.
