Last Time, Ash and the gang decided to sleep before heading back to Mistralton, they let all their pokemon out to do stuff, and thus gives them all the privacy to get out their inner feelings, we go to Oshawott who remembers his time at the lab, Derik's childhood as an orphan, Servine's inner struggles, Krokorok's regret and awkward apology, Looker seems to be spying on the two teams, we see the inside of the Plasma base albeit not too much, the very next day, the gang head back to Mistralton which takes them until midnight, however they run into the Mistralton base attack I've been hyping up for ages now, and get captured by Missile and Team Rocket, what will happen next? What will Team Rocket do? How is the gang gonna get out of this mess? What in the world is Looker doing here? What exactly is going on in the Mistralton base? All the answers right here, right now!
Somewhere nearby the Mistralton base...
"Hey watch it!" Ash yelled as he, Iris and Cilan were thrown in a jail cell.
"Sorry Ash, but I can't have you ruining everything like you usually do" Missile said coldly. "And plus killing two Pidoves with one stone is just too appealing, I'll be taking these if you don't mind" Missile said, taking their pokemon, and walking away.
"You won't get away with this!" Iris shouted aloud.
"That's what they all say, see you never" Missile said, shutting the door behind him, and leaving the gang in total darkness, Missile turned to a horde of grunts behind him. "Alright, group B you take the outside, C smaller domes, D the main building, E you're coming with me" Grunts rushed towards the battlefield, both Plasma, and Rocket, a huge group of Rocket grunts were breaking down the wall, while more groups of grunts rushed in.
"Don't you think we should make sure the twerps don't escape" James asked he and the Rocket trio were group E.
"Knowing them they'd probably escape somehow" Jessie added.
"Not likely, but I guess a sentry wouldn't hurt" Missile said, then sending out Druddigon. "Make sure nobody comes in or out" Druddigon nodded in acceptance, before blocking the entrance to the prison.
"So where are we going exactly?" Meowth asked.
"See that big tower over there? Well, we're gonna go check it out" Missile said, looking up towards a looming tower.
"What about the twerps' pokemon? What are you gonna do with them?" James asked.
"Yeesh I'm getting there, I'm keeping them all for myself, I learned from my mistakes" Missile said, glaring at Meowth.
"What are you looking at me for?" The scratch cat pokemon said.
"Come on we haven't much time" Missile said, he and the rocket trio headed to the now broken wall, but before they could make it.
"Zoroark, Shadow Ball!" Suddenly a dark energy orb shot out at Missile, using his dodging skills he leaped out of the way, landing safely on the ground.
"What was that?" Jessie said, when the dust cleared a man in a trench coat stood there.
"Who are you?" Missile asked.
"I am-"
"Oh my Helix! It's boxed lunch guy!" James said excitedly.
"You still remember that?" The man said surprised.
"Clearly you guys have met, but who are you?" Missile asked again.
"I am Looker from the international police, here to bring you to justice!" Looker said, proudly holding a badge in front of him.
"You really shouldn't have told me that, Mienshao Hi Jump Kick!" Missile sent out Mienshao who proceeded to use Hi Jump Kick on Zoroark, striking it on the stomach, it stumbled back.
"Zoroark you okay?" Looker asked his partner, it nodded despite being hurt. "Alright, then Aerial Ace!"
"Dodge it" Missile ordered, Mienshao dodged the undodgeable Aerial Ace. "I don't have time for this, Meowth you hold him up, Jessie, James, come with me"
"Wait, why me!?" Meowth asked, but Missile and the rest of the rocket trio left. "Uh hey, boxed lunch guy, can we talk this out?"
"Sorry Meowth, but justice doesn't care for criminals, Aerial Ace" Looker said, Zoroark jumped forward, while Meowth ran away. "Get back here!"
"No can do! I'm outta here!" Meowth said, running for dear life.
"Well he won't be much a problem, come on we gotta stop Missile from any funny business" Looker said, he and Zoroark headed for the Mistralton Base.
Unbeknownst to anyone however, Missile had dropped a couple of pokeballs…
Inside one of the dropped balls…
'Oof, ouch!' Rufflet said, her pokeball had dropped on the ground suddenly. 'What? That's weird, why did Ash drop me?' Rufflet said confused. 'Unless, he's in trouble!' Rufflet said, now filled with new determination she determined she had to get out. 'Come on, open up!' Rufflet slammed into the walls of the ball, eventually the pokeball opened up, and Rufflet found herself outside chaos around, next to her she could see another pokeball which she opened up.
'Huh? What happened' Axew said, coming out of his ball. 'It's so dark, yet so loud!' Axew said, covering his ears from the rampaging outside. 'Rufflet what's going on' He asked his close friend.
'I don't know, but I think our trainers are in trouble!' Rufflet said, jumping up. 'Come on let's go look for them'
Rufflet and Axew looked around and ran into someone they really didn't want to.
"Eh? Who's there?" Meowth said, turning to see Rufflet and Axew. "Gah! How'd you two get out!?"
'Your friend dropped us' Axew said.
'And I let us out' Rufflet said.
"Well I can handle a couple of babies, bring it!' Meowth said, clashing his claws together, Meowth leapt forwards toward Axew who dodged backward, while Rufflet Wing Attacked Meowth, Meowth retaliated with Fury Swipes hitting Rufflet twice, a Rock Tomb from Axew knocks Meowth off his feet.
'Tell us where Ash is!' Rufflet said, angrily.
"Never in a million years!" Meowth said before coming at Axew with Night Slash.
'Grr, take this!' Axew said before firing an orb of purple energy.
It struck Meowth knocking him out. "Dah! Oh that smarts!"
'Whoa that was Dragon Pulse' Axew said, pride filling his voice.
'Now time to talk!' Rufflet said, walking up to Meowth.
Now in the warzone…
The base was a war zone, and a massive horde of Plasma grunts blocked the way forward.
"Volcarona Hurricane!" Missile sent out Volcarona who created a massive Hurricane clearing the way, Missile followed by rocket grunts rushed the buildings, Missile and the rocket duo headed into the tower, Mienshao stood guard outside, taking out any Plasma grunts who dared enter the tower.
N was outside too trying to get the situation in control. "Come on! Everyone stop panicking! Where in the world is Colress?"
"That Missile's gone into that tower!" Looker said to his partner, they were hiding in a bush.
'Yeah, there's even a bodyguard outside too' Zoroark said.
"He seemed to be carrying some extra pokeballs, I don't think they're his though" Looker said.
'Maybe he's keeping some people captive, and stole their pokemon' Zoroark said.
"Whatever he's doing it's not good" Looker said. "We should check around the place for any clues"
'Yeah, come on' Zoroark and Looker headed back into the forest to check for clues.
Back to Rufflet and Axew…
"And what makes you think I'm gonna talk?" Meowth asked tied to a pole.
'Axew tickle him' Rufflet said.
'Tickle tickle tickle' Axew teased.
"Ho ho, Ha ha, alright alright I'll talk if you just stop, he he he"
'Good, now where's Ash, Iris, and Cilan!?' Rufflet asked.
"They're in a prison over there past some trees" Meowth said.
'Great! Now we just gotta go' Axew said.
"But they're locked up real good, a Druddigon is blocking the entrance, and I don't think you two can get past" Meowth taunted.
'Well we gotta try at least' Rufflet said.
'Yeah come on let's go' Axew said, he and Rufflet ran off into the forest.
Inside the tower…
"Man it sure is spooky in here" James said.
"What with all the wires?" Said Jessie.
"Shh, don't wanna trigger any alarms" Missile said.
The tower had stairs lots of stairs, as well as empty space, whatever it was for, it had to be in a high place, Volcarona was scanning the area discretely, something weird was going on here, but she couldn't put her finger on it, well it looked like a long climb, so it would take a while.
Just ouside the tower…
"Everyone! Team Rocket's in the tower!" A plasma grunt yelled out.
"Colress said for no one to get in, get them out!" Another yelled.
Mienshao was surrounded by Plasma grunts and pokemon, but they were no match for her. 'Sorry for this' Mienshao shot out Stone Edges breaking out of the horde, Paybacks, Poison Jabs, and Hi Jump Kicks kept the grunts at bay, while Missile climbed higher and higher up the tower.
Now outside the prison…
*sigh* 'I bet the others are having so much more fun right now' Druddigon said, slumping on the prison door.
*bang* *bang* *bang*
"Come on stupid bars" Ash yelled from within.
"Oh it's no use" Cilan said, defeated.
'Huff, I wish something interesting would happen' Druddigon said, sitting on a nearby rock.
'You want something interesting?!'
'Well here's something for ya!' Rufflet and Axew cried out, at this Druddigon stood up, and the two's previously determined looks became more scared.
'Just you two? A couple of babies?' Druddigon said, unimpressed.
'We're not a couple of babies!' Rufflet cried out angrily.
'Yeah! Now release our friends!' Axew said, before shooting a Dragon Pulse in Druddigon's face.
His head swung down, and his bored look turned furious. 'Grr, fine, I guess I'll have some entertainment' Druddigon suddenly shot a Flash Cannon at Axew, who was sent flying into a tree.
Rufflet rushed in and Slashed Druddigon in the chest, but a Sludge Bomb knocks her to her feet, Axew came in with Dragon Rage which Druddigon dodged.
He lifted a huge boulder with Superpower and threw it on Rufflet, crushing her underneath, Axew used Rock Tomb and encased Druddigon in stone.
Using Dragon Pulse he released Rufflet from the boulder, just before Druddigon Flash Cannoned his way out of Rock Tomb.
Rufflet Fury swiped Druddigon five times, and Axew used another Dragon Pulse singeing Druddigon's chest.
'Graaaaaah! That's it!' Druddigon roared, before shooting a Draco Meteor directly at Rufflet knocking her out.
'No Rufflet!' Axew cried out, before being grabbed by Druddigon and being taken high in the air.
'This is the end for you' Druddigon said menacingly, before charging up a Draco Meteor and aiming it at Axew.
'Axie! Grrrrr' See her friend in peril, Rufflet was filled with a furious energy, she felt herself getting bigger, a lot bigger, her wings grew tremendously, and her already gigantic passion, grew even bigger. 'Let go of my friend!'
'Huh?' Druddigon said, before feeling Axew being taken from out his claws.
'Whoa, Rufflet you evolved!' Axew said.
'Yeah, I guess I did' Ruff- I mean Braviary said, soaring through the air, she and Axew now had a second chance.
'Whatever, I'm still gonna win!' Druddigon said, firing a Flash Cannon.
Braviary dodged it, and Axew shot another Dragon Pulse at Druddigon.
Druddigon shot another Flash Cannon, and another and another, but Braviary dodged each one.
She dove in with an Air Slash, and Druddigon spun around, three more Air Slashes and he had had enough.
Flying way high Druddigon fired volley after volley of Draco Meteor, creating a hailstorm of pain.
Braviary ducked and weaved through the hurricane of pain, getting closer and closer before Slashing Druddigon.
Axew fired one last Dragon Pulse, knocking Druddigon out of the sky, and sending him careening towards the Plasma base.
Back to Mienshao…
*gasp* 'Druddigon!' Mienshao said, seeing her teammate crash into the battlefield.
'Agh everything aches' Druddigon moaned. 'Somebody get a Nurse Joy'
'What happened?' Mienshao said, still fighting off Plasma grunts.
'Some of Ash's pokemon, wrecked me, they're crazy I tell you' Druddigon said.
'Just rest over there, I'll take care of the rest' Mienshao said, helping Druddigon behind her.
Back to Ash and the gang…
"Wow Braviary really did all that" Cilan said, in awe.
"And Axew learned Dragon Pulse" Iris said, soundly proud.
"But where are the others?" Ash asked, concerned.
'We don't know' Axew said.
'All we know is that Missile has them' Braviary said.
'I think we might know' Some one else said.
"Who was that?" Iris asked.
From the trees Looker and Zoroark showed up.
"Looker! What are you doing here?" Ash said, surprised.
"I'm on an international police mission, trying to stop Team Plasma and Rocket" Looker said, holding his badge out. "I saw a bunch of Draco Meteors over here and then found you"
"Would you happen to know where our pokemon are?" Iris asked.
"Missile took them when he locked us up here" Cilan said.
"Yeah I do know actually, I saw him go into a tower, he was carrying extra pokeballs" Looker said.
"That must be ours" Cilan said.
"Well what are we waiting for, come on!" Ash said.
Ash, Iris, Cilan, Looker, Zoroark, Braviary, and Axew flew towards the tower.
Inside the tower…
"Come on just a little more" Missile said, he and the rocket duo were nearing the top.
"I been walking for ages" Jessie said, tired.
"What's even up here anyway?" James asked.
His question would soon be answered as Missile and the Rocket Duo were met with Colress and his Klinklang, behind them was a large machine it had a large sphere connected with wires, electricity ran in a forcefield around it, what seemed to be a control panel was in front of it.
"Why hello there, it seems you have found my secret little project" Colress said, ominously.
"Looks like we meet again, whatever you're name is" Missile said.
'What's this guy about?' Volcarona said, in an unimpressed tone.
"Classy, well this is actually quite the pleasure, I've been looking for something to test this on" Colress said. "Klinklang Giga Impact!"
"Dodge it!" Klinklang leapt forward, but Volcarona dodged backwards. "Fire Blast!" Volcarona blasted Klinklang doing super effective damage.
"Zap Cannon, now!"
"Fire Blast to block!" Klinklang shot out a beam of electricity, which Volcarona dispelled with Fire Blast.
"Giga Impact!"
"Dodge!" Volcarona got hit by a Giga Impact.
"Now, Thunder Wave"
"Crud!" Volcarona was slowed immensely. "Come on Fire Blast!" Volcarona tried to Fire Blast, but was stuck in paralysis.
"Now, do the thing" Colress said, Klingklang jammed a microchip into Volcarona's abdomen, and Colress pulled a lever.
The machine resonated, and strange sounds could be heard, Volcarona's eyes turned from light blue, to a crimson red, and her movements turned unnatural.
"What?" Was all that Missile could utter.
"Yes! It worked, Project Mind Control worked!" Colress said, sounding more lively than usual, but still pretty deadpan.
"Mind control?" Jessie said.
"Does that mean?" James said.
"Yes, that means your pokemon is under my control now, Volcarona attack!" All of the sudden Volcarona, shot forward a Solar Beam, Missile narrowly dodged.
"No, not again!" He yelled, in futile, panicked he sent out Eelecktross.
'Hmm, whoa!' Eelecktross yelped, a Fire Blast barely missing him. 'Hey watch it!'
"We gotta snap her out of it!" Derik said, he rushed in, holding Volcarona back, from attacking anymore.
'DESTROY' Volcarona said, before preparing a Solar Beam.
'I don't wanna do this, so please don't destroy me later' Eelecktross before, Rock Smashing his teammate.
"Well, we can't have you two stick around can we?" Colress said.
"This could get ugly" Jessie said.
"We should get our pokemon" Said James.
"Woobat!"
"Yamask!"
"Klinklang Flash Cannon"
"Dodge and use Air cutter"
"Dodge and use Shadow Ball"
Jessie, James, Woobat, and Yamask, fought Colress and Klinklang, but Derik and Eelecktross were still trying to snap Volcarona out of mind control.
"Come on, why won't you stop!?" Derik cried out.
'Snap out of it, don't you recognize us?!' Eelecktross yelled.
'ATTACK, ATTACK, DESTROY' Volcarona said, using Bug Buzz.
Derik saw the microchip, and using his fist punched it as hard as he could, causing it to short circuit.
'Arg, what happened?' Volcarona said, eyes reverting to blue.
"Oh, I thought I lost you" Derik said, tears in his eyes.
'Come on we gotta, stop that Colress guy' Eelecktross said.
"Volcarona Fire Blast that control panel!" Volcarona shot the control panel, rendering the mind control useless.
"Uh oh" Colress said, it was four against one now, not in favor for Colress.
"Well, it looks like this is the end of your little project" Missile said.
"Oh I wouldn't say that" Colress said. "This was only an experiment really, in reality this is the beginning"
"And how are you so sure?" Missile said, cockily.
"You see this machine you see behind me, isn't a mind control machine, it's way too cumbersome to use" Colress said, he pressed a button, which opened up a compartment in the sphere and out came a smaller clear sphere with a ball of electricity in the center. "In truth, all you managed to do was get to charger for my mind control device, and nothing more"
"That thing needs that much power?!" Missile said, utterly confused.
"Yeah, I'm still working on the kinks, well, I must bid thee adieu, Klinklang Flash Cannon" Klinklang Flash Cannoned the roof, and it and Colress flew out. "You also could've taken me out anytime, I was monologuing for ages, but you didn't, like an idiot!"
"You're joking me!" Missile shouted, then suddenly the wall burst open.
"Missile, give us back our pokemon!" Ash yelled from outside.
"Wait how does the twerp have some too?" Jessie asked.
"And when did he get that bird?" James asked.
"Dang it! I drop some, whatever, Team Rocket has already done enough here, everyone retreat!" Team Rocket grunts fled the scene, while Jessie and James got on Volcarona and Eelecktross respectively, Woobat and Yamask recalled, Missile got on his jetpack, recalled Mienshao and Druddigon and took off, Ash and the gang chased after him.
Now in the sky, really didn't need this transition…
"This is not my cup of tea!" James said, struggling to stay on.
'Just stop wiggling around, jeez!' Eelecktross said, annoyed.
"Keep going!" Missile barked.
"Shadow Ball, go!" Looker called, Zoroark shot a Shadow Ball and it hit Missile, letting loose a couple of balls.
"Gotcha!" Ash caught the two balls.
"Emolga, and Oshawott, perfect!" Iris said.
"Let's release them" Cilan said.
Emolga and Oshawott were released, and went on the chase.
Oshawott tried to ram in with Aqua Jet, and Emolga tried to hit with Hidden Power.
"Doh, No!" Missile said, being slammed with Aqua Jet, more Pokeballs fell and were caught. "Get them off my tail!" Missile ordered.
"Hey careful!" Jessie said, slipping off of Volcarona, who shot a Fire Blast which missed.
"We should get Woobat and Yamask out" James suggested, they were sent out as well.
"Air Slash now!" Ash ordered, an Air Slash takes more pokeballs from Missile, four left to go.
"No, no!, NO!" Missile said, desperately clinging on to the last few balls.
"Air cutter!" Jessie called.
"Dodge it!" Iris called, Emolga dodged the Air Cutter, and it ended up hitting Missile knocking off three more balls.
"Come on why!? Can't lose you a third time!" Missile said, getting really desperate. "Overdrive mode!" Missile said, his jetpack boosting him to incredible speeds.
"Come on Braviary, I know you can do it!" Ash ensured.
'Yes I can!' She yelled, going really fast, eventually Ash and the gang, plus Looker, caught up to Missile.
'Take this!' Axew said, shooting a Dragon Pulse, hitting Missile and causing him to drop the last ball, while sending him flying to the horizen.
"NOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooo…." *ding*
Eelecktross, Volcarona, Woobat, Yamask, Jessie, and James chugged slowly after Missile, while Ash and the gang landed safely.
Back in Mistralton…
"Well Ash I suppose this is where we part ways" Looker said.
"Yeah, thanks for all the help" Ash said.
"And thank you for all your help" Looker said, laughing and scratching the back of his head.
"Well what are you gonna do now?" Iris asked.
"I'm gonna continue my mission, and take down Team Rocket and Plasma" Looker said with a smile.
"Well good luck" Cilan said.
"Good luck to all you too" Looker said, walking away.
"Bye Looker!"
