Exceed Charge!
Yuka, curiously, pulled the hammer part at Nishida, pressed the trigger button, and shot the Swordfish, with a yellow energy yet paralyzing his body. Yuka holds on to the sword, before super speeding into Nishida, slashing Nishida's Orphnoch body from the inside. When Yuka comes out from Nishida's Orphnoch body, Nishida explodes into blue flames. Nishida then turned to Yuka.
"Thank you," Nishida said. "For saving me."
Nishida then turns to ash the Kaixa symbol appears on his chest.
(time jump for recap)
"Osada-san, now!" Michael said, and Yuka pressed the middle button, causing missiles to fly out of Side Basshar and into J. Michael was able to dodge the missiles before they can hit J. After the missiles hit J, there was an explosion, but J fell beneath the sidewalk, and onto the driveway, where he retreated, after he saw his chest was turning to ash. Michael and Yuka noticed J's escape, and Michael was very annoyed.
Kikuchi Cleaners
Mari had open the door and noticed Kusaka sitting in her chair.
"You have made a big mistake," Kusaka said.
"Me? You stole the Kaixa gear from Osada-san," Mari snapped.
"It was never hers to begin with. It was always mine," Kusaka said.
"What's with you?" Mari asked. "You've never treated your friends like this."
"Those two…were never my friends," Kusaka explained. "I'm guessing you overheard me."
"How could you? Did you fake your injury in order for me and Keitaro hate Michael?" Mari asked.
"Correct. No one can hurt me. I am the strongest," Kusaka explained. "The power of Kaixa belongs to me."
"Kusaka…have you become an Orphnoch?" Mari asked.
"You assume too much. All of this is to protect you. I'm fighting to protect you," Kusaka explained. "Tell me, Mari. I want to hear how you really feel?"
Mari tried to say something, but it couldn't come out of her mouth.
"You can't say anything…because you think it'll hurt me," Kusaka assumed. "Is that your answer?"
"It's Sawada. I like him. Sure, he was a bully, but he truly had a heart. He may be an Orphnoch now…but I still believe he's human," Mari admitted. "I'm sorry. I can't trust you anymore after what you did."
"Give Sawada up, you and him won't work together," Kusaka demanded. "Now I know he's an Orphnoch…he can kill you."
"You don't get to make that choice for me," Mari said. "I get to choose who I love. And even if Sawada is an Orphnoch and kills, he's probably scared of being killed. All I want…is to tell him he's alright, and that I'm by his side."
"Stay away from Sawada. It's for your sake. It's so I can protect you," Kusaka said.
"I don't need protection. Even if I can't use the Faiz gear…I can fight. It's just my fear is taking over me. Don't assume girls are weak. Osada-san is strong as Kaixa. Not as Kaixa…but as a person too. She apologized to me after she killed Nishida. She did what he asked…for humanity," Mari explained. "Get out. A person like you can be Kaixa."
Mari went to open to door, but Kusaka grabbed both of her arms.
"Why won't you understand?!" Kusaka asked. "You need me! Just like I need you."
"Let me go, you psycho!" Mari demanded, as she managed to break Kusaka's grip, the grabbing his right arm and pushing him outside. "You just killed our friendship. You staying here would probably bring disgrace to our mission."
Those words left Kusaka expressionless, as Mari closed the front door.

Episode 22: Michael's Confession
Unknown Place
"Where am I?" Yuka asked
Yuka looked around her surroundings and saw a place she wasn't familiar with. She saw a chalkboard, school desks, and pictures that were painted, hanged on the wall.
"This looks like a school. But how did I get here?" Yuka asked herself. Yuka then turned to see the calendar date. "1995?"
Yuka then heard a clatter sound, so she went outside the classroom to look.
"Hello? Is someone there?" Yuka asked. She turned to her left and saw the Goat Orphnoch. She screamed in fear, which caused her to wake up from her dream.
Kiba's Apartment
"It was just a dream," Yuka sighed in relief, as she turned to see Kiba making breakfast.
"Did you have a bad dream?" Kiba asked, and Yuka nodded yes.
"It's nothing," Yuka reassured Kiba, as she got out of bed to eat breakfast.
Hospital
Michael saw Michiko, Yuka's little step-sister, through the glass window of her hospital room, with syringes in her hand, which were connected to tubes for the heart rate monitor, with an oxygen mask on her mouth.
"I can't believe this," Michael said to himself.
(Cue Satan's Babysitter by Videohelper)
Michael then thought about what he told Michiko before she lost consciousness.
Flashback
"Somehow, you're alive," Michael said.
"Don't screw with me. Was…was that how we we were going to be killed. By my own step-sister. What did we do to her?" Michiko asked.
"Abuse. Abuse, requested from your father, which influenced you and classmates. At least, that's my theory," Michael replied, as he then ran out of the school to find Yuka.
Michiko then starts to lose conciseness.
"Yu...ka..." Michiko said before she her conciseness, as she collapsed on the gym floor.
End Flashback
"Michiko…please survive. Fate wants you to die…but…I want you to live," Michael said to Michiko, through the glass window.

Michael flipped open to Faiz phone, and dialed Yuka's number. "Osada-san…could we talk?"
Clover Bar
Saeko made Takuma his Monkey's Lunch beer, and noticed the atmosphere, kind of off.
"What's wrong? Everyone seems quiet," Saeko asked. "Where's J?"
"I might've gotten a bit too far," Murakami, who was at the bar, spoke up. "I told him the consequences of him not retrieving the belts for our King. He then compared me to Hanagata-san, the former president. You've heard of him, right Saeko?"
"Of course," Saeko replied.
"So, he may be straying away from us. The dynamic of the Lucky Clover is not strong without our fourth member, the power," Murakami explained.
"Of course. You're talking about Kitazaki-kun," Saeko realized.
"The Lucky Clover is inspired from a four-leaf clover, hence the title and why there are four members. Saeko is the beauty, Takuma is the brains, J is the brawm, and Kitazaki, is the power. Without four members, we're the lowest of the low," Murakami explained. "Kitazaki is unpredictable…who knows when he'll come back."
"Especially when everything he touches…turns to ash," Saeko added.
"Even without Kitazaki-san…we have to try harder to get the belts," Takuma said.
"Word of advice…don't be intimidated by Kitazaki-kun. Without him, you wouldn't be in the Lucky Clover," Saeko said. Takuma sighed and reverted his eyes back to his book.
Beauty Salon
Yuka was cleaning up some of the cut hair.
"Excuse me, I need someone to set me up!" A customer said.
"Okay!" Yuka said, as she then bumped into Mari.
"How are you doing with the customers?" Mari whispered.
"Good," Yuka quietly replied. "These past three months ever since my mom hired me have really helped by skills. Thank you for being my co-worker, senpai."
"What did you call me?" Mari asked.
"Senpai," Yuka giggled, which made Mari giggled a bit too.
"Excuse me!" the customer said.
"Coming!" Yuka said, before she turned to Mari. "We'll talk later."
Yuka then went to set up the customer to cut her hair. Since Yuka was working at the beauty salon for three months, she gotten the hand of cutting people's hair. With some help from her mom, Kana, and Mari.
Near a Train Station
A man in a leather jacket rode his way to a car. As he got to the car, he parked his bike, got off it, took of his biker goggles, and put his ear to the car. As his face faded gray, a tentacle came out of nowhere piercing a man in the heart, turning him into ash. The tentacle came back from the leather jacket man's true identity, the Coral Orphnoch. He turned back to his human form as he got back on his bike. The leather jacket man then turned to see Sawada, who he never met before.
"Who are you?" The leather jacket man asked. Sawada's face faded white, and he transformed into the Spider Orphnoch. Sawada summoned a web from his mouth, and tied it to the leather jacket man's throat, who transformed into the Coral Orphnoch. After a while, Sawada released the web from the leather jacket man's throat.
"You're not worth it," Sawada said, as his human form appeared in his shadow. Sawada then jumps away from the Coral, who transformed back into his human form.
"Who was that guy?" The leather jacket man asked.
Smart Brain
"That young man was Sawada Aki. He's considered a traitor to the Orphnochs," Murakami explained to the leather jacket man. "He's stronger than most of the Lucky Clover members. Even than Mr. J."
"Should I kill him?" The leather jacket man asked.
"Not now. I have an assignment for you," Murakami said, as he took out a Smart Brain pad. "I want you to kill this girl. She's a survivor from an explosion. She also has a cute face."
Murakami lent the pad to the leather jacket man. The image revealed to Kurata Keiko.
Seavans Building S
Yuka, whose shift was over, was sitting to next to Michael, who gave her a call.
"What did you wanted to talk about?" Yuka asked.
"Osada…have you ever been in love?" Michael asked, and Yuka's faced blushed a bit.
"Well…it's kind of silly. I like this guy…whose kind of hard on the outside. But on the inside…he's like a young boy," Yuka explained. "He's also very nice to me."
"Well…I have a crush on this girl. She's a bit misunderstood, but she's strong. I'm very intimidated on how strong she it," Michael explained. "She's also very beautiful. Like an angel."
Just then, Michael's left hand had touched Yuka's right hand, and both blushed.
"That girl…is my hero," Michael added. Both of the two then held hands, for the first time, confessing their feelings. Both of them smiled. Their moment was then cut of by a young feminine scream. They ran to see what it was, and they saw a young girl, who both were familiar with, backed up on a wall by the leather jacket man.
"Those who've survived an Orphnoch, but not turned into an Orphnoch, must die," The leather jacket man said to the young girl, as his face then faded gray. "Witnesses must die."
The leather jacket man then transformed into the Coral Orphnoch. The girl stepped back into the wall with fear, until Michael and Yuka tackled the Coral.
"Keiko-chan, run!" Michael said.
"Phone guy and bird lady," Keiko said in realization.
"Hurry, hide!" Yuka cried, and Keiko did as she was told. "Where are the belts?!"
"Back at Kikuchi's place," Michael replied.
"What?!" Yuka asked.
"I didn't think a situation like this would happen!" Michael said, as he noticed a telephone booth.
"Go, I'll distract him," Yuka said, as her face faded white and she transformed into the Crane Orphnoch, then started to fight the Coral Orphnoch.
Kikuchi Cleaners
Keitaro's phone rang, but his hands, wet after dipping a washcloth in water.
"Yes, yes, yes. I'm coming," Keitaro quietly said, as he careful opened the phone and answered it, while trying not to get the phone wet. "Hello?"
Seavans Building S
"Is that you, Keitaro?!" Michael asked.
Kikuchi Cleaners
"Michael, where have you been?" Keitaro asked.
Seavans Building S
"That doesn't matter! Hurry up and bring the belts!" Michael cried.
Clover Bar
Saeko was having a drink of wine, when she heard the door open.
"Takuma-kun. I didn't expect you to be…" Saeko said, but her words were cut off, as she saw that it was not Takuma, but it was Sawada. "Sawada."
"Saeko…I would like to have a soda please," Sawada said.
"We don't make those. Plus, traitors aren't allowed here," Saeko said.
"If it wasn't for a "traitor", you wouldn't be here," Sawada snapped.
"You…how do you know about Hanagata-san?" Saeko asked.
"He was the founder of the Ryusei School. And its foster father," Sawada explained. "I've done my research on you. Even on your past."
"Don't ever mention my past again," Saeko demanded.
"How…it's already happened. Let me ask you one question," Sawada said. "Do you fear death?"
Saeko proceeded to throw in drink of wine at Sawada, who missed, and the wine landed on the wall, turned the stain into ash.
"I'll take that as a no," Sawada said.
Seavans Building S
Yuka was thrown by the Coral Orphnoch, but she managed to land on her feet. As she and Michael heard Keitaro pulling up in the laundry van, Yuka reverted back into her human form before Keitaro could notice.
"Michael! Osada-san!" Keitaro cried.
"You're late!" Michael and Yuka said in unison. Keitaro threw the two belts had them, and the two put them on their waist.

The two then put their phones on the belt.
Complete!
Michael and Yuka had transformed into both Faiz and Kaixa, respectively. The Coral fired gel from the middle of the three tubes on his mouth. Michael and Yuka missed, and the gel hits a pole. The gel hardens as it hits the pole. The Coral then summons a spear, to fight the two heroes. The Coral was able to dodge the two's attacks, but not as smoothly as Takuma's, or when the Coral got punch, he didn't have the endurance like Mr. J had.
As the Coral threw Yuka to the ground, he walked towards her.
"Hey! You want to be my hero?!" Michael asked.
"What?!" Yuka asked in confusion.
"I can really use some extra power," Michael explained as he took the flashlight from the right side of the belt and inserted the Faiz mission memory in it.
Ready!
Michael took the flashlight and put it on his right leg.
"Osada, take out the camera from your belt," Michael suggested. Yuka did as she was told as she took out the digital camera of the Kaixa gear, from the left side of the belt, and inserted the Kaixa mission memory in it.
Ready!
The Kaixa digital camera became a gauntlet, like how the Faiz one did.
"Your plan is suicide?" Yuka asked, knowing what Michael was planning.
"Yep," Michael replied, as he opened the Faiz phone and pressed the enter button.
Exceed Charge!
Michael then closed it, and a low red light came from the phone and went to the right leg, until it made way for the flashlight. When the light and the flashlight made contact, the flashlight glowed. Michael then jumped and did an air summersault and the flashlight glowed and a red energy drill appears and was near the Coral's back.
Yuka side-flipped the Kaixa phone and pressed the enter button.
Exceed Charge!
Yuka then closed it and a yellow surge came from the belt all the way to the gauntlet.
Michael then did a flying side kick and entered into the red drill, which hit the Coral's chest. The Coral then flew towards Yuka, but Yuka punched the Coral with the gauntlet, causing the Kaixa symbol to appear and for the Coral Orphnoch to turn to ash. To Yuka's surprise, Michael was able to make it out alive.

"Don't scare me like that again," Yuka said.
"Sorry," Michael apologized. "It was a onetime thing anyways."
Keitaro then saw the two taking on the phones, opening then, and pressing the cancel buttons, causing their suits to appear in lasers.
"Shall we?" Michael asked.
"Just a moment. I have to make sure Keiko's alright," Yuka said. "But first."
Yuka gave Michael a kiss on the cheek.
"My way of saying thanks for all you've down for me," Yuka said as she went to find Keiko. Michael blushed a bit.
"Osada-san…," Keitaro said in shock.
As Yuka went to find Keiko, she saw that Keiko had a faucet on from outside and was wetting her wounds.
"Are you alright?" Yuka asked, and Keiko looked up at Yuka.
"Bird lady," Keiko said.
"Please…" Yuka said with a smile. "Call me Yuka…everyone does."
Woods
A bunch of hikers were on the ground dead, turning to ash in the processes. Sawada, holding his hapo shuriken, drops it, and then screams in regret.
To Be Continued
This was a chapter that focused on bit on Michael and Yuka's relationship growing. Originally, I didn't intended them having feelings for each other. That was just an idea in my head, that wouldn't come out.
Kusaka is out earlier, so thank me for that. Bye Kusaka, we won't be missing you.

9292 Productions: Wow, I didn't know it was that good. But I'm proud of it. It's my first story that I've wrote in a long while. The last time I wrote a fanfic I got burnt out. But, for two weeks of November 2020, I planned the whole series from start to finish. Think of it as Faiz, but with Shinkenger in the mix in terms of villains. Coincidentally, both of the villains were designed by legendary creature designer, Tamotsu Shinohara. I also made some changes to the story. One with the characters, I removed some, due to them not being important. To specific, I removed Smart Lady and the police. They just don't do anything important to the story. Smart Lady's role is filled in by Saeko. It's quite shocking since Smart Lady's actress, Hitomi Kurihara, appeared in the previous series, Ryuki, as Nanako Shimada, an engineer for ORE Journal. I felt that Shimada had a purpose than Smart Lady ever did. Shimada was the reason on how the ORE Journal discovered the Mirror World. Sure, Reiko discovered some peaces, but Shimada was the one who got a picture of a mirror monster, while taking a picture of her pet lizard. Wow, I did a lot of ranting, and I apologize. Thank you for your kind words. Again, I'm trying my best to fix some characters and events. I hope you keep enjoying this.
