Hello All, D3adstarkill3r here, and i'm back with the second part of 'Birth of a True Sage'. It took longer to write the second part of this because I was struggling with the pacing of the story. I know the First part was rushed but there are a few reasons for that. The First is that it was mainly written on a phone so it was harder to write and read back. The second is that I wasn't originally going to post it till I had a few parts written, but since I couldn't upload my other Fanfic I chose to release that one.
Now I wanted to replying to some question and other things:
OP Naruto? - Yes it is. He can use Nature Energy, instead of Chakra and because of Something (Saving for story aspect later) he can create it in his body like Chakra.
Is this a Harem? - No. the relationship is going to be a polyamorous relationship, (look it up if you dont know what that is) more specifically a thruple. (A relationship between three people).
Lemons? - Yes, one it this chapter in fact, it's my first ever time writing one, and I changed it 5 times before I stuck with the final version. And even now I'm tempted to remove it before publishing it. (PS. They will be a way to skip it. I put a disclaimer before and after it) (PPS. I did something That I thought Fit the characters in it but it may not be everyone's cup of tea)

Chapter 2 - Relationship's
After Iruka left the room the Five Fresh Faced Genin sat there, Neji leaves the room before Tenten can recommend they eat as a team, Lee Runs out to train leaving the Three in the room.
"Tenten-chan want to eat with us?" Tayuya asks the Girl. "Why? We aren't even on the same team." The Panda Girl replied to her. "Well we are Comrades, wouldn't it be better to get to know each other incase we ever have Missions together?" The Blond Sage says. Unable to argue with him, the Three of them head to the roof.
Upon getting to the roof, the Three sit down and talk whilst eating, learning things about each other. Tenten Learns that Naruto is the reason for the Changes in the Academy, that he loves animals and Can even Play the Violin. She learns how Naruto saved Tayuya, but not where. They learn that Tenten works in a Ninja Armory shop, with her godfather, and her Hero is Lady Tsunade. They also learn that only Herself, Lee and Neji were left in the class by Graduation as most of the class of 21, 12 dropped out after the Changes were made and the last 6 dropped out before graduation.
As the Three are eating Naruto spots his and Tayuya's former class, training in one of the fields and by the looks of it its Weapon Training.
Sasuke POV
Former Class Iruka, now known as 'The Heir Class', currently in the class is Uchiha Sasuke one of the last Uchihas in the leaf, son of the deceased Leader Fugaku of the Evil Eye, Yamanaka Ino Daughter of Inoichi Head of the Analysis Team, Nara Shikamaru son of Shikaku Jonin Commander, Akimichi Chōji son of Chōza, Head of the Akimichi Clan, Hyūga Hinata Daughter of Hiashi, the White Eyed Devil, former Teammate of the Yellow Flash, Inuzuka Kiba son of Tsume The Hound Mistress of Konoha, Aburame Shino Son of Shibi Head of the Aburame Clan and then they are the two Non heirs Sai who suddenly appeared and Haruno Sakura Daughter of Haruno Mebuki, a former Pink Haired Kunoichi, who had Abnormal Chakra Control.
The class is currently training in that of Bukijutsu, Most of the Class is Training in Shurikenjutsu, except for Sakura who is training in kenjutsu with a Kodachi, Ino Training with a Tanto, and finally Sasuke Uchiha who is being taught by Mizuki In The Art of The Demon Wind Shuriken 'FumaJutsu' as he is the only person left in the leaf that practise it any more, the art died out with the Uchiha Massacre.
"Thats it Sasuke, remember when fighting with the Fuma, Dexterity is the key, Strength helps as well but if you are faster you are more Dangerous." Mizuki tells Sasuke as they are trading blows with the two massive Shurikens.
Mizuki has the upper hand with experience, but with Sasuke's smaller frame he is able to hold his own to a certain extent. "You know Sasuke, if you used your Sharingan, you would have mastered this by now." The White Haired Chunin says to the Young Uchiha.
"Mizuki, the Sharingan is a tool and nothing else. If I can't fight without it I'm not going to win with it." a lesson that Izumi beat into him. As the two continue Mizuki ends up winning they little match.
Signalling the lunch for the class as well. Haruno Sakura, a Pink Haired Girl with a huge Forehead, slimes as she rushes over to her crush, one Uchiha Sasuke. "Sasuke-kun!" the Pink Haired Girl shouts. Getting Sasuke to roll his eyes. "What too get lunch together?" she asks the Now Brooding Uchiha.
Letting out a sigh, "for the last time, No, I will not get lunch with you or the other Fan Girl." Sasuke says in a harsh tone. Leaving the stunned girl heading into the academy building.
He stops in front of the door knocking on it, waits, until he hears a 'enter'. Entering the room Sasuke sees Iruka sitting at his desk, Giving a Smile from the Scar Faced HeadMaster, as he greets Sasuke. "What can I do for you Sasuke-San?" Iruka asks with a Curious Tone.
"I would Like to report Mizuki, I think he is hindering my training and All he wants to do is for me to Use my Sharangan." The Brooding Uchiha Says. Iruka Lets out a Sigh.
'This is the 3rd report on him from Kekkei Genkai Users i've had this month.' he thinks to himself. "All Look into this Sasuke." the man says with a Smile, just getting a 'hm' From the boy as he Leaves to go and get his lunch.
Back to Naruto
Sitting with Tenten and Tayuya, the three are enjoying themself. Naruto and Tayuya tease the Bun haired girl seeing that she Blushes easily, but eventually quit after as they dont want to scare away a possible 'Friend'. Heading back to the classroom, Naruto Spots his and Tayuya's Former Class and he doesn't really pay attention to them as he sees Sasuke isn't among them.
Getting back to the classroom he sits together. A few minutes later, a man in a Green Spandex suit bursts into the room. "I am Maito Gai, Konoha's Noble Green." he gives a Good guy pose with a Large Smile that everyone swears Twinkles, "Team 9 with me, Meet me at Training Ground 9." before bolting off. They rush to the ground, with Tenten giving her two possible new Friends a goodbye.
After Waiting another few minutes a Window Burst shatters and a Sign unrolls saying 'The Sexy and "Currently" Taken Mitarashi Anko' with a Purple Haired Woman with a Mesh Armour Suit and trench coat standing they, "FireCraker you are with me meet me at training ground 44 in 10 Minutes," she says be for throwing a Smoke Bomb and Vanishing. Giving a Kiss to her Boyfriend she leaves.
"I know you are there and have been since we were told on who's teams we would be on." Naruto says Looking up at the ceiling. Dropping down is a Woman Dressed in Leaf Jonin gear with a Ninjatō on her back, she has long Purple Hair She Smiles at him.
"So Nature Energy Gives you Sensory abilities." she says. "Well I am Uzuki Yūgao. And I will be testing you. In Training Ground 64 is where I will test you. Also Known as 'The Forgotten Ship Yard'" she says before Shunshin away.
Training Ground 64
Entering the Training Ground Naruto is met with an ominous Mist that seems to permeate the area, Pushing past he sees a Large Lake, with Boats and Ships in it. Yugao stands on the edge of the water waiting for her student, upon his arrival she smiles at him.
"Your test is to make it to the Massive Commonded Ship in the centre and retrieve the Scroll in the Captions quarters, without being seen. They are Anbu Posted around, you can only be spotted 3 times before you fail, you have 24 hours." she says to the Blond Sage. "Begin."
And like that Naruto Vanishes in a swirl of Wind. Naruto Rushes over the Water not making a Sound, WIth his senser ability he is able to avoid Anbu Potrols. It takes the Blond Sage 3 hours to get to the Centre where he finds the Main Commonded Ship, Extending his senses he senses, Sensing Dragon and Rooster, The New Commander and Former Commander of the Anbu. Sensing Dragon Naruto Smiles knowing Who he is.
Making his way onto the Ship knowing he has 21 hours to get the scroll he waits for Dragon and Rooster to move he is patient waiting 15 hours for the two to leave the Captions room then waiting another 4 hours before going in and retrieving the scroll. Heading back to shore only takes him an hour and a half. He arrives with 30 minutes remaining in his time.
Spotting Yugao at the Shore he appears next to her, "do you have the Scroll?", she asks the Boy "Hai". is his reply. And in an Instant she Turns on him sword in hand slashing down, he Blocks Drawing his Black Gunbai. "Lesson one: Taijutsu." They start to clash with Naruto on the defence until Naruto gets some Distance, "Lesson 2: Ninjutsu." Naruto says "Ninja Art: Fanning the Flames" The Sage Shouts, He Swings his Gunbai creating a Large gust of Wind sending the Purple Haired Kunoichi Back. "Smart Naruto, but Lesson 3: Genjutsu." She says to the boy, 'Bringer of Darkness Technique' Cast the Genjutsu but Naruto Charges her, not giving her a Moment to herself. "I'm immune to Genjutsu unless its cast with Nature Energy." he says as the two are Clashing Naruto having the upperhand in Strength and speed thanks to Said Nature Energy, but with Yugao's greater Experience she is able to get the upper and again, putting her blade to Narutos through Channelling Wind Chakra into it. "You Pass" she says with a Smile on her face. She then puts her hand out for the scroll and The Blond Sage puts the Scroll in her hand she nods. "Meet me in Training Ground 27 at 5am Tomorrow." she says before vanishing in a swirl of Leaves.
Hokage's office
Entering the aged Hokage's office Yugao sees she is the last to arrive, with Maito Gai and Mitarashi Anko already Waiting for her. "Sorry I'm Late." She Says with a Small Bow, The Aged Kage waves her off, "you aren't Late, Yugao-Chan." he says with a Hearty Smile. Turning to Gai, "Gai-Kun, Your Team?"
Gai Smiles Giving a Good Gai Pose "My Youthful Team Passed With Flying Colours. Rock Lee, Will make an amazing taijutsu Specialist When i'm done with him, Hyuga Neji as well I just need to break him off his hate, I believe it holds him back, and as for Tenten With the Right Training she Will be an Amazing SharpShooter and With a little Fuinjutsu Training She Could become a Menace."
The Kage turns to Anko "My Little FireCracker as one hell of a Mouth on her." getting a chuckle off the Kage already knowing this. "But She is Strong, Her Genjutsu is Hard to Break When you get trapped in one, but she needs some more Physical Training She could give me a run for my money."
Turning to Yugao "Naruto is a wired one, his Stealth Skill is incredible, he was able to Hide from 3 squads of Anbu and Dragon and Rooster, and on top of that he was able to Hold his own against me with some Battle Experience under his belt he could be a very Dangerous Opponent and even during our Spar, it felt like he was still holding back. I believe he is a little too laid back, Almost Kakashi Level Laid Back".
"But Did he pass?" Hiruzen asks his Jonin, and she Nods, "I Believe after testing the rest of his skill set, he could jump straight to High C Rank Missions and Low B, Skipping D Ranks completely." she says to the Kage. "Little Firecracker is the same." Anko says. "My team after Some teamwork Exercises could Mid C ranks Missions. Also Can we be Team Gai instead of 9?" Gai says.
"Of Course Gai." Hiruzen says with a Smile. "As of Now Uzumaki Naruto, Tayuya, Rock Lee, Hyuga Neji and Mitashi Tenten are All Official Genin of Konoha. Train them Well." The Aged Hokage Says.
Forest Compound
Entering his Compound Naruto Looks Tired Nothing, some Light Meditation can't Fix walking towards his house she Senses Tayuya and Tenten inside. He smiles to himself. Entering his house he gets to the Living Room and sees the two Girls sitting on the couch.
"Hime, What did I say about Kidnapping Cute Girls?" Naruto says surprising the two girls. They turn to him Tenten with a Blush, Tayuya with a wet Smile, "Invite you." she says in a Seductive Tone, Making her Blush Harder.
"Welcome to our Home, Tenten." Naruto says Changing the Subject so the Girl Doesn't Pass out, Calming down, as she watches Naruto Sit on a Chair over from them with his legs crossed. "Thank you for Having me, I met Tayuya after Finishing our team's True Genin Test. it was Brutal, Gai is going to be a Slave Driver when it comes to Training, but my Team Mates are good, Lee is Talanted and Neji is a Hardarse." she says with a Smile, "how was yours?" "It was Fun, a 24 Hour Recovery Mission and a Light spar afterwards." he says with a Smile, the two Girls eyes go wide. "What about yours Hime?" he asks his Girlfriend. Breaking her out of her surprise "Anko is a Sadist but Strong and her Snakes are amazing. But let's get back to you." she says shouting at him, "Your Genin Test was a Recovery Mission?" Naruto Nods, "and then a Spar with the Number one Swordsman In all of Konoha?" Tenten asks, Naruto just nodding. The two Girls are processing what he just said, he settles down and starts to meditate after 15 minutes he feels refreshed.
After he finishes Meditation the Sliding Door to the Backyard opens and Entering is Sasuke and Izumi, "Hello, Izumi-Chan, Sasuke-teme." Naruto says Breaking the two girls out of their stupor. Tenten Spotting Izumi "Your Izumi, Queen Of the Fire Dance. Faiyādansā no Izumi (Izumi The Fire Dancer)." Tenten Says Fangirling.
Izumi Dressed in that of a black kimono top with the Uchiha Paper Fan on the back, Black anbu Trousers and Black Shinobi Sandals, With Black Fingerless Gloves with a Metal Plate on the Back, and a Black Chakra Metal Double Ended kusarigama on her Waist. "I didn't know you two had Company." Izumi says with a Smile, "we can come back" she says to the group.
"That's ok, Izumi." Naruto says "I was just about to start Making Food. Tenten you joining us?" The Sage Asks, getting a nod from the Girl. "Anything you don't eat?" getting a Shake of the Head. As the Blond Leaves for the Kitchen putting on a Pink Apron. Creating 3 Shadow Clones before starting to make food.
"Izumi, Sasuke, This is Tenten-Chan. We met her yesterday and I decided to Kidnap her." Tayuya says with a Childish Smile on her face. Tenten Blushes at that, but Izumi Narrows her Eyes at Tayuya before Smiling at Tenten, "Pleasure to meet you Tenten-San, im Uchiha Izumi. But you already know that. And this is Uchiha Sasuke." she says to the Girl, Sasuke giving a "Hm" to the Girl. He gets a Slap on the Back of the Head. "USE YOUR WORDS" Izumi shouts at the Young Uchiha.
Sasuke Glares at Izumi. "Tenten, Did you just become a Genin?" Sasuke asks with a Bored expression. "Yes I did Uchiha-san, My Jonin Sensei is Maito Gai." she replies to the Brooding boy. "Gai is your Sensei!?" Izumi shouts in shock. Getting a nod from her. "I feel sorry for you Tenten-san. Gai is a bit of a Demon when it comes to training, be prepared to not feel anything for a while when you start your Official training under him." Izumi tells the Bun Haired Girl.
"Tayuya, Naruto, who do you have?" She asks the Crimson Haired Girl, "I've got Mitarashi Anko and Shithead has Uzuki Yūgao" The Foulmouth Girl says. Izumi Looks surprised, "Neither of them said anything to me about taking on Apprentices."
"FOOD'S READY!" Naruto Shouts from the Kitchen, getting everyone to sit around the table in the Dining Room. Placed on the Table is Various Meats, Salads, Potatoes, and cheeses, Almost like a Picnic.
Later That Night
After a Pleasant dinner, everyone Talking about their Genin Test, Tenten talking about how they figured out the true purpose of the test, but not saying what it is so as to not give Sasuke any Clues, they Passed. Tayuya tells them about her Test in Training Ground 44, which was to get to the Tower in the centre Whilst Fending off Anko's Constant Attacks, and she passed. Then Naruto tells them about his, in Training Ground 64, and how he had to retrieve a Scroll from the Commoned Ship whilst Avoiding Anbu squads, and then the Spar afterwards. Izumi Rolling her eyes at Naruto's laid back attitude as he is telling the story.
After food, everyone says they goodbyes as the fresh Faced Genin have early day tomorrow. Currently Naruto and Tayuya are making their way to their Bedroom, it's only been 24 since they became Ninja and have been putting something off, they want to take they Relationship to the next level, as Tayuya is Nervous and Naruto is understanding and doesn't want to push things.
As Naruto closes the Door, Tayuya turns to him and throws her arms around his neck, Planting a kiss on his lips that lasts for a few seconds. Yugao says, Naruto process to go through his Arsenal of Jutsu, 'Sage Art: Scorching Wind', 'Sage Art: Razer Leafs', 'Sage Art: Corrosive Gas', 'Sage Art: Nature's Diagnosi', 'Ninja Art: Fanning the Flames', 'Kage Bunshin No Jutsu' and that of 'Summoning Jutsu', as he summons Lilith, the Boss Summon of The Forest Clan and his Familiar.
She then gets him to run through his Gunbai Katas, and ends with a Spar between the Two of them, getting a good Feel for his skills, "Naruto-kun, have you ever thought of using a Different weapon in addition with your Gunbai. Like a Katana or a Wakizashi?" she asks him.

Yugao is confused that he knows who his mother is. "Before you ask, it's kind of Obvious who my Parents are. I'm the Only other Uzumaki in Konoha and if I get my Hair grow the way it wants to grow I would be a Clone of my Father." he says with a Smile. "And for how I know you were my mother Student The Sword you use. 'Moon Slicer' is a Katana that cuts almost anything it's made from adamantine."
"Naruto-kun does the Hokage know that you know how our parents are?" she asks, Naruto shrugs "Probably." 'I'll have to talk to the Hokage later' she thinks to herself. "Back to the Topic If you want to learn your mother Style 'The Dance of the Water Goddess' we can start When we get back from our First Mission."
"Hai, Yugao-Sensei," Naruto says. "Right now we are going to the Mission office for our First Mission." Yugao Says she puts her hand on his shoulder and shunshin to the Hokages tower, Naruto feels a bit nauseated but shakes it off, "I need to learn that for myself, drive alongs aren't fun." he says but she chuckles at him.
The two enter the tower and head to the missions room where The Hokage is seated with a nameless Chunin. Getting a Smile from the Hokage and a Fake smile from the Chunin, Naruto smiles back "Chunin-san, I know you dont like me you don't need to fake a smile." Naruto tells him, getting the Man to look surprised. "Naruto-Kun, stop messing with the chunin." the Hokage tells his surrogate grandson. "Yugao-chan What Mission are we here to take today?"
"I a Mid-Rank C, Hokage-Sama." she says, the Kage looks through his scrolls before picking one up, "this one should do, There is a Group of Bandit harassing a nearby Village, the Details are in the scroll." the Kages as he hands her the scroll, She looks through the scroll before Smiling at her new Student, "Genin Naruto, Pack for one Week trip, and meet me at the game in one hour." she commands her student "Hai sensei" he says before leaving to pack.
Back at his Home he packs and Leaves a note for a note for Tayuya:

I'm heading out on a Mission.
I should be back in a Week.

Tayuya POV
This Morning Waking up refreshed, wrapped in her boyfriend's Arms she smiled remembering the night they had, Feeling her boyfriend pull her close, she cuddles into him, "Morning, Naru" she says to her Blond Sage. "Morning, Mistress." he whispers in her ear before he kisses her neck. This coursing her to blush remembering that part of the night.
Hiding her Face in the Blankets "it's ok, Mistress I don't mind." Naruto says in a playful tone, embarrassing the girl. She mumbles something under the Blanket. "What was that Mistress?" He says coursing her slowly removes the Blanket to reveal a crimson Blush. "Only call me Mistress in the Bedroom, nowhere else got it." she says softly, "yes, Mistress".
She Hides back under the blanket, as Naruto continues to kiss her neck. "Mistress, we need to get up. We have to meet our Senseis." Her Blond Boyfriend Notes. "Would you like to join me in the Shower?" Inquires the Blond. Getting a Giggle from her as they make their way towards the Bathroom.
2 Hours Later
Whilst Naruto is with his Sensei, Tayuya is making her way to that of Training Ground 44 Also known as The Forest Of Death. Arriving at the gates to the Forest of Death. Anko is already Waiting for her. Giving a sadistic Smile, Noticing the Glow that she has, something she has seen in herself and others, The Glow of Sexual tention being released. "Little Firecracker, Someone's Glowing. Did someone get Dominated last Night?", the Snake Mistress
Blushing Not wanting to answer but knowing that if she does, Anko will just mess with her all day. "For your information, he calls me Mistress and that's all I'm going to Say. Let's drop it you Crazy Snake Bitch." Tayuya Voices.
Anko, satisfied with what she has learned Drops it, For now. "Right Little Firecracker, today I want to test your survival skills, I'm going to Drop you off in the Forest. And you have 12 hours to survive and you can't use chakra. Do you understand?" she says with a Serious look on her Face. "Hai Sensei," she replies.
14 Hours Later
Returning Home after Training with Anko, She is exhausted, after Surviving the forest for the 12 hours she was already mentally drained, then followed by a 2 hours Training session with her Sensei. All she wants to do is crawl into bed with her Naru.
Entering the House she Shouts "Naru, I'm home." not getting a reply she assumes he isn't home yet. Heading into the Kitchen she spots the note he left.

She is a bit sad that he is gone but understands that they are ninja and this will happen. Knowing that she will be alone tonight, instead of eating in she heads out. Leaving the house, she goes to the next best place, Ichiraku Ramen. Entering the Store she is greeted by the owner Touchi and his daughter Ayame.
"Hello They Tayuya-Imouto" Ayame says with a Smile, "are you here by yourself or are you waiting for Naruto-Otouto?" Tayuya smiles at the Girl "Hey, Ayame-Neechan, All by myself." she replies, sounding a bit down. "Naru is on a Mission."
"Well since it's just you, First Bowl is on the house, Large Seafood Ramen?" Ayame asks, getting a Smile and a nod. Tauchi goes into the Back to start making the food, to let the two Girls talk. "So, Imouto, you have a Slight Glow to you." she notes, "do you two Finally?"
This gets Tayuya to go a shade of Red, "Why do people keep asking?" she says as she buries her face, getting a Giggle of the Ramen Waitress. "Yes but don't tell anyone." and Ayame just Nods and Smiles "I said something, In the moment and learned something about Naru and myself." getting Ayame to lean in closer.
"During the Moment, I got too much into it and found out Naru is a Sub" she says whispering that last part, and Ayame goes a Shade of Red hearing that. "We didn't do anything Extreme since it was our first time but I feel like if I wanted to go full Dom he wouldn't say no." she tells the Girl, Both Girls now Blushing. Hearing Taichi coming out of the Kitchen, attempting to shake off the Blushes, the Man Notices but says nothing assuming it was Girl talk. He puts the Ramen in front of the Girl with a Smile, "Enjoy" he says to one of his Favourite customers.
