Episode 28: Enter, Delta
Kiba's Apartment
"Why did you go and fight Saeko, Michael?!" Yuka asked, with an angry tone. "You can't just go and find an high-level Orphnoch and request a fight with them!"
"But...I...did it to protect you," Michael responded.
"Protect me! How is that protecting me?! It's not like you saw a bad image of me and her in the future!" Yuka snapped, which made Michael had worry and concern in his eyes.
"Osada-san," Kiba, sitting on the chair, said to Yuka, who then felt regret.
"I'm sorry," Yuka apologized, as she got up to leave. "Why did I have say something so stupid and pointless?!"
"Wait. You are right. I'm not telling you what I saw in the future to protect you," Michael said, stopping Yuka from going out the door. "I believe...Kiba and Kaido won't function without you. They need someone to parallel with Mari."
"Well...that's..." Yuka said, trying to find the right words to say.
"I think what Michael is trying to say is...he's trying to save us for losing our humanity. If we lose someone that is close to use, why wouldn't we feel hate in our hearts. I believe...that keeping you alive...will help with this battle," Kiba theorized.
"Kiba-san..." Yuka said.
"I was only trying to protect you. I'm sorry if I hurt you emotionally," Michael apologized. Yuka hugged Michael accepting his apology.
"It's ok. Boyfriends can do stupid things to," Yuka joked, which made her and Michael laughed. Kiba smiles at the moment, knowing Yuka has found more happiness in her life.
Lucky Clover
"You had a battle against Faiz...and you attacked both of your comrades? Why?" Murakami asked, sitting in the bar, in an all-black suit.
"Those two were in the way. It was inevitable when one of them turned to ash," Saeko, in her bartender attire, responded.
"You sure are getting into this operation of getting the belts for the King. Delta keeps appearing here and there according to some of my employees who are witness," Murakami said.
"It's unlikely that your employees saw Delta," Takuma commented, with some fear in his voice, then his calm demeanor, causing Murakami and Saeko to turn to him. "This is still...all contingent on whether they saw Delta or not. I...think it's impossible that Delta could appear in front of regular employees."
"They were just bystanders," Murakami stated. "I can assure you, Delta is real. I saw the belt being made in front of my eyes. If it is impossible that my employees didn't see Delta...I'll be relying on you, instead, Takuma-san...to retrieve the Delta gear."
Takuma was shaking, with his monkey's lunch bear in his right hand.
"This is of course, contingent on whether or not your shakes are cured. You've been doing those when you returned from the battle earlier today," Murakami pointed out.
"Did something happen, Takuma-kun? It's as if...you're afraid of Delta," Saeko said.
"Afraid? Of course not!" Takuma denied. "It's absolutely nothing."
"Well..." Murakami said. "As for me, I hope this current situation will proceed smoothly. If I receive Kitazaki-san's consent...the Lucky Clover will once again bloom into the symbol of good luck. Even if Mr. J isn't here."
"I wonder where he is an what he's doing right now...Kitazaki-kun...is he still playing his games?" Saeko wondered.
"Most likely. It does bring him pleasure," Murakami said, as Saeko looked at the indoor waterfall, imagining Kitazaki to come, like he does for drinks.
Indoor Parking Lot
A young man, with messy brown hair, a torn turquoise shirt, with black pants and shoes, was backing away from three men, possibly thugs.
"This will all go away if you're a good boy and hand over the money," The thug, who had a goatee and was wearing black, said to the young man, who didn't respond.
"Why won't you say something?!" The thug in the middle, wearing a blue shirt and brown slicked back hair, questioned, walking to the young man, then holding his chin. "Huh?!"
The thug in the blue shirt then turned into ash, which had the other thugs frighten.
(Cue Final Montage by VideoHelper)
"It's best if you quit now," The young man suggested. "Those who touch me turn to ash. That's why I didn't do anything."
"M-monster!" The thug, wearing a white shirt and had black slicked back hair, cried, then punching the young man, which resulted to the former being turned to ash.
"However…this seems fun. Is it interesting? To do this everyday?" The young man asked. "Tell me. What is so interesting about this?"
After looking at the young man in the eyes, the thug with a goatee ran in fear for his life.
"Wait," The young man said.
Park
The thug with a goatee hid behind a bush with blue flowers, hoping to hide from the young man, who walked to the area.
"Come out," The young man said. "Tell me. What is so interesting? For me…there is absolutely nothing interesting…if there's no thrill. Even if you hide…it's no use."
The young man touched a tree, and the tree caught on fire with the flames being blue, revealing the young man's identity as an Orphnoch. The thug with a goatee was in more fear and praying for his life. The young man extended his arm, it glowed a purplish-pinkish colored smoke, which spreader throughout the park.
As the sun rose, the darkness disappeared, revealing the park to burnt and damaged.
(End Track)
The thug with a goatee was in fear, because he had nowhere to run.
"Tell me. What is interesting? What the fun in this game?" The young man asked, walking to the thug with a goatee, smiling. The thug with a goatee screams, which signals that he has been killed.

"Well…let's go!" Keitaro said, pouring noodles on a contraption he made. (Cue A Good Morning by VideoHelper; 0:00-0:31, 0:36-1:09) "Isn't this nice? It feels like summer! Plus Takkun and Kimura-san, are both nekojita. And I'm glad that Kimura-san came here to part time!Kimura-san, you've learned your job quickly too in just one day!"
"That's not true…" Saya said, not wanting to take the credit. "Inui-san, how long have you been part-timing here? How did you meet Keitaro-san?"
"Two days. His friend made me work here as a catch for money I borrowed," Takumi responded, stopping the noodles from sliding so he can eat them.
"Kimura-san, what are your hobbies?" Keitaro asked. "I suppose they're very lady-like…"
"Inui-san, what are your hobbies?" Saya asked, burrowing Keitaro's question.
"Don't have any," Takumi responded.
"Takkun, don't eat them all! Right, Kimura-san?" Keitaro said. "Kimura-san, how have you been living until now? I'm sure that everyone loved you."
"How about you, Inui-san? How have you been living?" Saya asking, again, borrowing Keitaro's question to her.
"Adequately," Takumi responded, still taking noodles from the contraption and eating them.
"How long are you going to eat, Takkun? Would you stop it already?" Keitaro requested.
"It's cause you're still pouring them down! And don't call me Takkun!" Takumi said. "Anyway, there's only enough for one right now!"
"You don't have to eat it!" Keitaro said.
"Shaddup," Takumi said, eating the noodles.
"Here's some for Kimura-san," Keitaro said, pouring the noodles for Kimura-san, but it went to the water and floated around.

Kiba's Apartment
"You want me to go out with Sonada-san?" Kiba asked, confused.
"That's right. That's why I've been going to her often. I think you two make a great pair!" Kaido said, confident on his decision.
"But still…don't you feel like you're forcing it a bit?" Kiba asked.
"No. I'm giving you at another chance…to experience to power of love!" Kaido explained, as Michael and Yuka then walked into the room.
"We're back. What did we missed?" Michael asked.
"Kaido's setting me up on a date with Sonada-san," Kiba replied.
"You and Sonada-san? Wow. Didn't expect you two to be an item," Yuka said in amazement, "But that doesn't explain that practice date you did with me, Kaido-san."
"I was trying to get you more into the outside world. The things that I'm comfortable with. Besides music, of course," Kaido explained. Then, Michael's Faiz phone rang, and he answered it, and it revealed a text message and a photo of the Delta gear.
"Check this out!" Michael said, as he sat on the couch, with Yuka, Kiba, and Kaido, looking at the message of the Faiz phone.
"Another belt?" Kiba questioned as he observed. "What is it?"
"If I'm not mistaken, this is the Delta gear," Michael said.
"Delta?" Yuka asked. "What did the past tell you?"
"The past told me that Delta was the first gear created by Smart Brain. But it can't be used," Michael explained.
"Says who?" Kaido asked.
"Me," Michael responded. "That's all."
"But why?" Kiba asked. "Are there side effects?"
"Yes. But…I don't feel like we should focus them right now. I don't want to have you worried," Michael said. "I'm going to try to call Hanagata-san."
When Michael tried to call him, an ear-piercing sound.
"What the hell?! What is this?!" Michael asked.
Park
Takuma was reading his poems, but he was still unease after Delta attacked him yesterday. He then remember on what Saeko said to him yesterday after the attack.
"Did something happen, Takuma-kun? It's as if...you're afraid of Delta."
Takuma closed his book of poems after thinking about the attack once more. The young man with the messy brown hair, from who killed the thugs earlier, approach's Takuma.
"Takuma?" The young man said.
"Kitazaki-san!" Takuma responded in shock.
"What a coincidence. Are you reading another book I can't understand?" Kitazaki asked. "What's so interesting about it? Come on…tell me."
Takuma then got up to walk away from Kitazaki.
"Wait," Kitazaki said, stopping Takuma. "Why are you running?"
"No reason. I just don't want to talk to you," Takuma repiled.
"Don't be so cold " Kitazaki said in a soft voice.
"I-I'm not," Takuma denied.
"Well? I heard that J had been killed. Has there been anything else interesting lately? Come on. Anything? Come on," Kitazaki said, twisting his his fist on Takuma's right cheek, causing some ash to fall out of it, which Takuma back away.
"Please stop it, Kitazaki-san," Takuma begged.
"Why? Wait," Kitazaki said, as Takuma ran off. "Don't run away. Come on."
Kikuchi Cleaners
Takumi and Saya were waxing the laundry van. Keitaro always said that the shiner they are, the more customers they get. Takumi seemed fascinated with Saya. Though known for a day, for seem reason, he feels like he can trust her.
"You…I'm fine, go help out Keitaro," Takumi said to Saya.
"Am I bothering you?" Saya asked.
"Yes you are. It's much faster if I do this all by myself," Takumi responded, trying to wax the laundry van all by himself. Takumi then noticed Saya's expression changed. "What, did I make you mad?"
"No…but I though you were a nicer person. I guess you like to do everything…on your own," Saya said, as she started to look dizzy.
"Are you okay?" Takumi asked.
"I'm good. I think I just need a glass of water," Saya said, before collapsing. But luckily, Takumi caught her.
"Hey! Are you alright?! Hey!" Takumi cried, as his attention was then shifted to a triangle mark on her wrist. This represents the mark of a Delta user.
Kiba's Apartment
"What? One of your new employees collapsed?" Michael asked Keitaro through the Faiz phone. "I got it, we'll be right there."
Michael dashed out of the room, with Yuka following him.
"What happened?!" Yuka asked.
"One of Keitaro's new employees collapsed, and I know who it is!" Michael replied. "Call Mari! She needs to be involved!"
"Got it!" Yuka said, dialing Mari's number through the Kaixa phone.
Clover Bar
"Did you meet with Takuma-san?" Murakami asked Kitazaki, who had entered the bar.
"Yeah. He wasn't an interesting as usual," Kitazaki replied. "More importantly, I heard about them. About the three belts. That sounds quite interesting. Which gives me the reason to show you something."
Kitazaki then shows something he's been secretly carrying, which was Smart Brain case. When Kitazaki opened it, Murakami and Saeko, who was also there as the bartender, were shocked. This was the case of the Delta gear, for real.
"That's…the Delta gear," Saeko said in awe. "How did you get it?"
"The Ryusei School students were fighting over them. That gave we the chance to attack them and steal the belt. I think I killed one of the students in the process," Kitazaki explained. "By the way, I attacked Takuma-kun. Sorry...I was just so into the power...I forgot who was who."
"In that case, we'll give you a warm welcome, Kitazaki-kun," Saeko said, putting a beer on the bar table. "Isn't that right, Murakami-kun?"
"Of course," Murakami agreed.
"It seems like this will be quite fun. It's been a while," Saeko said, as she gave a smile to Kitazaki, who when smiled back.
Kikuchi Cleaners
In the guest room Saya woke up, and slowly rises from the bed, but still had a headache. The door opened and out came Mari.
"You've gotten nerve to show your face here," Saya said, which made Mark nervous. Saya got out of her bed, despite her headache, and went to hug Mari, and softly laughed. "How have you been, Mari?"
"Alright. It's good to see you Saya," Mari said. "What happened to you?"
"We'll, you see…" Saya said, as she sat on the bed. "Delta happened."
"Delta?" Mari responded in confusion.
"The first belt created by Smart Brain. Kyosuke, Arai, Kawachi, and I used the Delta gear. However…it changed them mentally. They fought over the power. That was when an Orphnoch stole it, and Asami disappeared," Saya explained. "Even I have hallucinations of the Delta gear. So I made pills to fight the effects."
"Saya… You never change do you?" Mari asked with a smile, knowing her best friend was still strong at heart.
"Never," Saya replied with a smile. Saya then heard to see Michael walked in.
"Um… Did I enter at a bad time?" Michael asked.
"No. I actually wanted to talk to you and Kaixa next," Saya said.
"I understand. Hang in there, Saya," Mari encouraged as she left the room.
"Let me ask you something, Faiz… Why do you fight?" Saya asked.
"I originally fought to protect people's fate. But now, I'm not sure," Michael responded. "Ever since Yuka became Kaixa…I forgot what I'm supposed to be fighting for. For people's fate… or for my dead family."
Mari then came crashing in the room.
"An Orphnoch has been attacking! Also, Takumi is gone!" Mari exclaimed.
"Where did he go?" Michael asked, turning to Mari.
Docks
Michael and Yuka drove their way to the docks and stopped their bikes, then got off them, taking of their helmets.
"This is where Mari said the signal was," Michael said. "But where's the Orphnoch?"
A few seconds later, trying to look for it, a tentacle came on Michael's throat. Yuka turned to see the culprit, the Jellyfish Orphnoch, a female, who had long hair, she was translucent gray, and looked like a dancer. The Jellyfish had her tentacle, which was on Michael's throat, pull Michael in.
"Catch!" Yuka cried, throwing the Faiz phone to Michael, who then opened it.

Henshin!
Complete!
Michael transformed into Faiz, and then chopped the tentacle, which had it release its throat, which retreated to the Jellyfish's back.
Yuka: Henshin!
Kaixa Gear: Complete!
Yuka transformed to Kaixa and she and Michael started to fight the Jellyfish Orphnoch. After a while, the Jellyfish Orphnoch grabbed Yuka's punch, and electricity from the Jellyfish came to Yuka's body, electrocuting her.
"Hey?! What is this?!" Yuka exclaimed, being electrocuted. After the damage was done, Yuka fell on the ground.
"Why you!" Michael said, grabbing the Jellyfish, electrocuting him as well. The Jellyfish then kicked Michael in the stomach. After Michael fell, the Jellyfish out her foot on Michael's chest. Yuka took out her blaygun and pulled the hammer part of it.
Burst Mode!
Yuka then fired multiple shots at the Jellyfish's back, which caused her to roll on the ground. Michael got up, and went to punch the Jellyfish again.
"This is no good," A voice said, which stopped Michael from punching. He and Yuka turned to see Kitazaki, with the Delta gear on his waist. "I want to defeat that Orphnoch. If you two want to play…that's okay too."
"That's…" Michael said. Kitazaki then held a gun-like microphone near his ear.
Henshin.
Standing By!
Kitazaki then put the gun-like microphone in the holster which resembled a digital camcorder.
Complete!
Light blue lasers start to surround Kitazaki's body. After a brief flash, Kitazaki had transformed into Delta.
(Cue Churning Seas by VideoHelper)
"What?" Michael asked in shock.
"No way," Yuka added, as Kitazaki started to walk before breaking into a sprint to grab the two's throats, and then slapping, sending them flying, and almost into the water.
"This belt's power…it feels good," Kitazaki said, in pleasure.
"Where's your two friends?" Michael asked, as he and Yuka got up.
"They're not going to butt in. This time I'm going to play alone," Kitazaki said, as he did a quite joyful clap. Michael got up and punched Kitazaki, but Michael missed, and Kitazaki punched then kicked Michael, to the ground. Yuka grabbed Kitazaki to help Michael, but Kitazaki threw her into Side Basshar (in bike mode). Michael tried to grabbed Kitazaki as well, but the latter threw him towards Auto Vajin (in bike mode). Kitazaki did his quite joyful clap, yet again. "Weak, weak!"
Kitazaki then took out the gun-like microphone from the hostler and put it near his side of his face.

Jetsliger, Come Closer!
The Jellyfish Orphnoch then used her tentacles from her right arm, to grab Yuka by the throat, then electrocuting her. Yuka then grabbed the Jellyfish's tentacle then pulled the latter to where Yuka was, before grabbing the Jellyfish.
(End Track)
"Don't move! Don't you care what happens to your fellow Orphnochs?!" Yuka exclaimed.
"Not really. I don't care about this one," Kitazaki said, putting the gun-like microphone back into the holster, before taking it out again with the holster, making it to a actual gun.
Fire.
Burst Mode!
Kitazaki then fired at Yuka and the Jellyfish Orphnoch, with sparks coming out of both of their chests. The Jellyfish Orphnoch fell on the ground, and Kitazaki slowly walked to her.
"You're the one that I want. The one I have to get rid of," Kitazaki said to the Jellyfish, before grabbing her and beating her relentlessly. Then, Kitazaki's ride, Jetsliger, arrived. It was a giant motorcycle, with five jet engines on the back. Kitazaki jump into the drivers' seat, with a mini computer monitor near the wheel. "Bye-bye. I was fun, even if it didn't last very long. See ya."
Kitazaki then typed on the mini keyboard on the left-hand corner, and a couple of circles moved around, until they went green when they focused on the Jellyfish Orphnoch, who got up. Kitazaki then pressed a red button on the monitor, and missiles came from the sides of Jetsliger, and blasted off to the Jellyfish Orphnoch, who tried to retreat. But it was too late. The missiles hit the Jellyfish Orphnoch, causing her to fly into oil barrels.
"That's one job done," Kitazaki said.
"Wait!" A voice said, which made Michael, Yuka, and Kitazaki turned to see Takumi pulling up to the battle.
"You?!" Michael exclaimed.
"Inui-san!" Yuka cried, as Takumi took off his biker helmet.
"Eeh...an outsider walking to his death?" Kitazaki wondered.
"Outsider? Possibly. I have no dreams. That's why I'm traveling," Takumi responded. "What are you dreams?"
"What?" Kitazaki asked.
"Let me guess...you don't have any," Takumi assumed.
"I don't even know what they are," Kitazaki responded.
"Well, we have something in common," Takumi said. "You ready?"
"For what?" Kitazaki asked.
Battle Mode!
Kitazaki then turned to see Side Basshar, in battle mode, firing its missles at Jetsliger. Kitazaki then flew out of the driver's seat and rolled on the ground, with the Delta belt flying off of its waist. The Delta suit disappears in light blue lasers. Kitazaki then got up.
"Whatever. I've lost interest," Kitazaki said, walking away from the fight. Just then, the laundry van from Kikuchi Cleaners came driving into the fight, and out from driver's side on the front, was Saya, still exhausted.
"Saya! You shouldn't be here you're sick!" Michael reminded Saya, before a tentacle came towards Takumi.
"Look out!" Saya cried, which made Takumi turned to the tentacle. It grabbed Takumi's throat. The Jellyfish Orphnoch was back in action, pulling Takumi in. Michael and Yuka then grabbed the Jellyfish Orphnoch, trying to hold her down. Yuka then slashed at the Jellyfish's back with her blaygun, already in blade mode. Yuka then cut the tentacle off, which released the grip on Takumi's throat.
Saya then saw the Delta gear on the ground, and weakly walks to it.
Michael punched the Jellyfish in the stomach, then in the face, which caused him to be electrocuted again. Michael falls on the ground, due to the amount of electricity.
"What the hell is with this Orphnoch?!" Michael questioned, as the Jellyfish then summons a tentacle-like whip, as a weapon, and whips it at Yuka, which causes sparks from her left shoulder.
Saya grabbed the Delta gear, and puts it on Takumi's waist, which catches him off guard. The Jellyfish Orphnoch creates other tentacle from her arm to aim at Takumi, but Yuka jumps in a grabs the tentacle, the proceeds to run to it, and put the tentacle on her head, electrocuting her. The Jellyfish fell due to the impact.
"Hey! What are you doing?!" Takumi asked Saya.
"I want to try something!" Saya responded, picking up the gun-like microphone, and putting in it to Takumi's ear. "Hurry and say Henshin! That will activate it!"
"Henshin?!" Takumi asked, confused.
Standing By!
Saya then put the gun-like microphone into the holster, then backed away.
Complete!
Light blue lasers started to around Takumi's body, and after brief light blue glow, Takumi had become Delta. Takumi looked at his hands, and saw this new power he had just received.
"What is this?!" Takumi asked, as the Jellyfish got up and jumped towards Takumi, who noticed this and kicks the Jellyfish in the stomach, sending her rolling on the concrete. Michael and Yuka then came running towards Takumi, and took a look at his new role as Delta.
"Welcome to the party!" Michael greeted.
"Shut up!" Takumi snapped. "I won't be doing this full-time!"
"Don't worry…we know you'll grow accustomed to it," Yuka said turning to Michael.
(Insert The people with no name by m.c.A・T; TV Size)
"I'll say this again, you people are weird," Takumi commented, as the Jellyfish Orphnoch got up, with her tentacle-like whip, and charged at the three heroes. The three heroes managed to over power the Jellyfish, with Michael's wits, Yuka's determination, and Takumi just wanting to get this over with. Takumi took out the gun-like microphone out, with the holster, making it into an actual gun, before firing. But no shots. "Geez! How do you work this thing?!"
"Say fire!" Saya exclaimed, as Takumi turned to her.
Fire!
Burst Mode!
Takumi fired multiple shots at the Jellyfish, sending her flying, while dropping her tentacle-like whip. Yuka then ran towards the flying Jellyfish and slashed her, sending her on the ground, before Michael, with the digital camera, already a gauntlet, came charging towards the Jellyfish, opened the phone, pressing the enter button, the closing it.
Exceed Charge!
Michael punched the Jellyfish with the gauntlet, which had the Faiz symbol emerge from her back, then sending her flying into a warehouse, before exploding.
(End Insert Song)
Takumi sighed, before taking out the gun-like microphone, which caused the Delta suit to disappear in light blue lasers. Takumi then took off the Delta belt and threw to Saya.
Michael and Yuka took their phones, flipped them open, and pressed the cancel buttons, causing their suits to disappear in lasers.
"Um…I should thank you at least once," Saya spoke up, walking towards Takumi. "You came to help fight the Orphnoch, right?"
"Don't come to conclusions," Takumi coldly replied to Saya. "I don't know why I came here. I just had the urge to help those two. Now that it's done…I'm leaving."
"Hey, wait a second! Is that attitude normal?" Yuka asked, running to Takumi. "There are more Orphnoch, you know! They'll come back and attack Michael, me, or anyone of our allies. That could be including you too. Since you transformed into Delta."
"That's right," Michael agreed, joining in the conversation. "Don't you care what happens to anyone?"
"You know…how are pity pleas going to help you people?" Takumi asked. "I have my own problems. If they're after the belts, why not just give them to them."
"No can do," Michael disagreed. "They need these belts for something. I don't know why…but its for something to do with the Orphnoch King."
"A king?" Yuka asked Michael.
"Every tribe has to have a leader," Michael responded, as Takumi got on his bike, then putting on his biker helmet.
"Thanks to you people, I was put through a bad situation," Takumi said.
"Hey! Where are you going?" Saya asked.
"To find my bag. It was stolen 3 days ago," Takumi responded.
"Now is not the time to be doing that!" Saya pointed out. "Weren't you just shocked on what just happened?"
Of course I am..l a lot!", Takumi responded, coldly, before riding away from the battlefield. Saya then turned to see a body lying on the ground. It was a young female girl wearing a brown blouse and white pants.
"Asami!" Saya cried, running to her friend. Michael and Yuka followed Saya, who was shaking Asami to wake up. "Asami! Get a hold of yourself, Asami!"
Saya then touched Asami's back, and realized what she felt. She looked at her hand, and it was covered in blood. Asami's blood. "Another Ryusei School student is dead."
"I don't understand…why are they targeting them, Michael?" Yuka asked her boyfriend.
"Even I don't know the answer," Michael responded, before remembering the time the Coral Orphnoch was about to kill Keiko, before he and Yuka intervened.
"Those who've survived an Orphnoch, but not turned into an Orphnoch, must die, Witnesses must die."
"Hey, you were attacked by an Orphnoch and survived right? If you didn't turn into Orphnochs…they that's why they must be hunting you," Michael theorized.
"A possibility. But I want to know why they attacked us and how they knew where we were," Saya said. "Which is why I'm taking a break at the cleaners. It will only be temporary. I will only be gone for a month, then get back to you."
"Well…" Yuka spoked up, but couldn't find what words to say. "Why you're at it…could you….maybe do some research on the Orphnoch. I want to know why they give in to the darkness."
"I'll see what I can do. I wish you both the best of luck. Don't worry, I'll be back," Saya reassured to two, before walking away, entering the driver's seat of the laundry van, then driving away.
"This battle…it feels never-ending," Michael commented.
"Agreed. But in the end…we can go home," Yuka added with a smile. "Before we do…can I have dinner with you."
"You're asking me on our third date?" Michael asked.
"Second. The one meeting my mom doesn't count," Yuka reminded Michael with her smile. Michael enjoyed Yuka's smile. It was truly beautiful like herself.
"I'd like that…if there's no Orphnoch attack," Michael accepted, with made him and Yuka smile.
Highway
Takumi was riding on the highway, before stopping, as if he felt something. Takumi decided to shake it off, and sped away on his motorcycle. Unknown to him, an Orphnoch with the motif of a Shark, watched him riding off, before the Shark left.
Ryusei School
In the Ryusei School, which was underneath Smart Brain, the laboratory had some changes. There were a lot of pictures of Michael, Yuka, Kiba, and Mari. The Shark Orphnoch walked into the laboratory and turned to a giant machine, which looked like a giant metal cell.
"Fine," The Shark Orphnoch said, turning to the pictures. "I'll do it myself."
To Be Continued
New players have entered the story. Let's start with Delta, since it's more recent. We all know that Takumi is the main user of Faiz. I chose him as Delta, because in Episode 38, Takumi actually transformed into Delta, for 30 seconds. I really couldn't leave Takumi out. Kitazaki is also there, nothing much about him will change. Also, the Shark Orphnoch will be a major part of the story later on.
I also have to admit something. For inspiration I had to look at other material from the first five years of the Heisei Era, which were very dark. So I read the novel Deformed Flowers by Toshiki Inoue. ...I'm not proud of him. It was very disturbing and gory. The gore just doesn't click with me. It only clicks with horror movie monsters, like werewolves. There are a few things that I liked. The cover art illustrated by Tamotsu Shinohara was amazing. And Keitaro and Yuka's relationship is always fun to read and watch. It's a shame that Yuka always dies in Faiz. Leilani Gaja, who portrayed Yuka, did a great job at portraying such a beautiful and great character. It's just a shame she didn't get more focus. Instead a lot of the focus went to Takumi, Mari, Kiba, and Kusaka. I would've preferred that she'd live at the end. The girl has been through a lot of tragedy, let her have a happy ending.
I can describe the novel in three words. I got nothing. I got nothing other than it's so terrible. Inoue really likes to go down that dark route for a majority of his career. But this is probably his third worst work, underneath Hibiki's second half and Kiva. I'm going to stop at my thoughts right, because you're tired of my rambling.
Thank you for reading, everyone. If you want, you can leave a review to share your thoughts. I will see all of you guys, girls, and all in between, next time. Bye.
