Everyone gasped as the new Warrior flew above them. The Warrior of Nature, Teramon, had on a short thigh-length dress that looked like it was made out of leaves. She had long red curly hair with different-sized purple flowers and pretty green eyes. And she also had a pair of wings that looked like leaves (like Liliymon's) and she had vines wrapped around both her arms and legs.
Teramon looked down and spotted the new digivolutions as well.
Patamon had digivolved into Angemon, Gatomon into AngeWomon, Wormmon into Stingmon and Impmon into Devimon.
Kari didn't even notice Impmon's digivolutions, since she was too excited about Gatomon's. But now that she saw the demon Digimon, she looked as if she was close to a heart attack. But on the other hand, Nova simply climbed onto Devimon's back and got ready.
Ken wasn't very much fazed by Devimon either and hopped onto Stingmon's. "Let's go help out Kouichi and Cody." he said.
"But who knows where they are?" said Stingmon.
From within Teramon, Lili gasped and felt her eyes tear up when she landed on the ground and felt what it was like to walk for the first time. 'Oh my gosh...' she said to herself. 'I..I can walk!'
"Lili?"
Teramon snapped out of it and looked up to see Tk with Angemon. "Yes?"
"Since you're the Warrior of Nature, do you think you can locate the others?" asked Angemon.
Teramon looked towards the woods and she immediately sensed her friend a bit far away. "I see him. Let's go."
Kari and Tk stood a bit afraid next to their Digimon until Devimon, Stingmon and Teramon flew off.
Tk looked at Kari with a wild look in his eyes. "H-He's..."
"Devimon." gulped Kari in response.
"But Kari, it's still the Impmon we know." said AngeWomon.
Kari looked up at her. "It doesn't matter, AngeWomon. He's still Devimon!"
Tk shook slightly and looked over the Digimon that were still waiting for what to do. "I really don't feel comfortable fighting alongside that demon. But I believe we have to fly these Digimon far away."
Angemon nodded. "Let's do it."
Lobomon lashed his light saber through a Sombra and grinned when he caught another by his size. He then jumped on a servant's face and then punched another servant on his jaw. He spotted a meduim-sized Sombra a few yards ahead and smirked. "Got you now."
"Saphire Swords!"
Lobomon's eyes perked up and he turned to look at the source.
A blue blur was seen coming right at him and for a second, he was prepared to attack it, but then froze when the blur jumped over him and then his eyes met with a pair of sea-blue eyes. He gasped and then watched as the blur ran over the Sombra and with it's swords, fought with it.
The Sombra had swords as well, so he could hear the clang of metal hitting with metal.
Lobomon ran behind the Sombra, but before he could react, the new Digimon stabbed one of her swords in the Sombra and caused it to yowl to pain. The Sombra vanished and the Warrior of Light finally got a good look at the Warrior of Water.
MeiRenyumon was a tall slender woman with pale blue skin. She had on a blue silky blouse, a long skirt with a large cut in front (you could see her legs) and was barefoot. Her dark blue hair was in a messy bun with a right side bang and two strands of hair left out. On her left bare shoulder, he could see that the symbol of Water was imprinted. And in her hands, she held two very sharp swords.
"Hey, Kouji." grinned MeiRenyumon.
Lobomon choked on his saliva. "S-Stephanie?!"
MeiRenyumon winked and bowed. "MeiRenyumon, Warrior of Water, at your service."
A yell was heard and both rose up their swords as a DarkGreymon threw Agunimon at them.
With a groan, Agunimon was helped off the sand. "God damn, he's strong."
MeiRenyumon smirked as she held out her swords, which turned into water and dripped towards the ground. "Let me handle this."
Lobomon chuckled. "Oh, hell no, you're not going without me, Steph."
Agunimon sweat-dropped. "STEPH?!"
MeiRenyumon and Lobomon nodded towards each other and in union, dashed towards the large Digimon. MeiRenyumon held out her hand and called out an attack. "Aqua Whip!"
Water appeared out of nowhere and in her hand, formed into a long whip. As Lobomon watched, MeiRenyumon rose it up in the air and spun it around rapidly. She then thrust it towards DarkGreymon and it attached itself on DarkGreymon's horn.
"Try to catch up, Lobomon!" she called out and lifted up her legs, swinging herself towards the dino and landing on it's head, much to his dismay.
'Damn, she's good.' Lobomon grinned. He jumped in front of DarkGreymon's face and held out his cannon. "Howling Laser!"
DarkGreymon was knocked down and now, both had a chance to get rid of him.
"Draining Rain!"
"Lobo Kendo!"
After they attacked, Lobomon nodded approvingly towards MeiRenyumon. "I approve of you fighting now."
A tick mark appeared on MeiRenyumon's forehead. "And who the hell do you think you are, to tell me if I can fight or not?"
"GUYS!"
They looked up and saw Tai upon Greymon. "Sorry to interrupt your moment, but we still got bad guys to beat if you don't mind." he told them.
MeiRenyumon smacked Lobomon's head before running off to fight some more.
Deep in the woods, Loweemon kicked a DarkRenamon on her chest and quickly took out his lance. "Shadow Lance!" He thrust his lance in her chest and Renamon screamed as she was then returned to her Digiegg.
Nearby, Anklyomon smashed a Sombra with his big feet and Cody held on for dear life and telling him who to attack next. They were outnumbered by seven, but of course, not for long.
As they neared the battle, Nova smirked from upon Devimon's back and pointed at a Sombra that looked similar to a Togemon. "Let get 'em, Devimon!"
"Let's." Devimon sneered as he landed in front of the Togemon Sombra. "Death Hand!" He held out his palms towards the Sombra and unleashed a dark energy towards the Sombra.
The Sombra in turn, scowled in anger and spun around rapidly. "Needle Spray!"
Everyone avoided the needles and Devimon flew up as high as he could and faced down. "Evil Wing!" He flapped his wings in Togemon Sombra's direction and the plant Sombra groaned as the darkness filled it. Stingmon took this as an opportunity.
"Spiking Strike!" Stingmon flew towards the Sombra and skewered it with a large spike.
Ken watched in glee as the Sombra yelled in defeat and was then gone. "Great job, guys! We did it!" He cheered and he reach out for a high five from Nova.
Nova was a bit surprised by the gesture, but shook his head, shaking away all the hesitations, and high fived him back. "We sure did!"
"Sorry to inform you guys, but there's six left." interrupted Stingmon.
A Sombra was sent flying nearby them and Teramon flew by them, grabbed some flowers from her hair, two in each hand. Stopping, she thrust them out and the ends of the flowers' petal turned abnormally sharp. "Spiral Petals!" She threw them at the wounded Sombra, like ninja stars, and looked at the boys once the Sombra was gone. "Correction, five."
Loweemon ran towards them, Cody and Anklomon behind him. "We just need a bit more, you guys. Let's show these Sombras what we've got!"
Nova smirked and patted Devimon's back. "We plan to."
Chuckling, Loweemon turned and all eight of them faced the five remaining Sombras.
"Attack!"
After Sirenmon had shouted out the Crests and Spirits the Misertus Emblem had, she flew back down towards Bokomon, but from exhaustion, had to dedigivolve to avoid turning back into Lapumon. Since they were at the bottom of the canyon, Amy had to find a way up so she could take Bokomon back with Neemon and the refugees.
Amy looked up the canyon walls and her heart sank when she saw how much she had to climb. "Oh. My. Gosh."
Bokomon sighed heavily. "But I don't want to climb that much!"
"You mean, you don't want me to carry you that much." corrected Amy with a small chuckle. She sighed and picked up Bokomon, not before tying the Misertus Emblem around her neck with her necklace from her boyfriend. "Let's do it."
"Wait!" Bokomon cried out and pointed out. "Look! Isn't that one of the Digidestined?"
Amy looked up and gasped.
It was Sora and Birdramon. But what made her gasp was that they were both plummeting down towards them in the canyon.
"Holy crap!" she yelled and quickly got off the wall. "SORA!"
In the air, Birdramon saw that they were going to hit the ground and so quickly grabbed Sora with one of her large wings and wrapped them around her on her chest.
Both Amy and Bokomon grimaced as Birdramon crashed with the ground, dust rising up in the air, and then they ran towards them as they waved their hands in the air. Birdramon groaned loudly and dedigivolved back into Biyomon. Sora fell a few feet on the ground and Amy quickly ran to her side.
"What happened?!" she asked as she inspected the red-head.
Biyomon turned her head towards the Angel. "W-We were doing good...but then a Sombra sneaked up behind me and knocked Sora off my back...Then another one came...and both attacked me when I wasn't looking."
Sora was in very bad shape. Her lip was bleeding and she had cuts and bruises all over her body. Amy bit her lip as she pressed her fingers on the side of Sora's neck.
"Is she alive?" asked Bokomon, looking as almost ready to faint.
Amy didn't respond and shut her eyes. Reopening her now glowing eyes, her eyes scanned over Sora's body and her heart sank even deeper. "Shit..." she cursed and placed her hands on her face in horror.
"W-What is it?!" Biyomon demanded to know and she painfully crawled towards her partner.
Amy looking into Biyomon's eyes and she told her.
"I sensed something weird when I first saw her. I wasn't sure but..."
"What what?!" Biyomon shouted, louder than she meant to. "AMY! What?!"
"Sora's in a coma."
Biyomon gasped as she felt her world around her collapse. "No..." she moaned as she began to cry. "No!"
"I saw her fall over here!"
The three of their heads snapped up when they heard the voices coming from around a corner of the canyon. Sombras...and Katashimon!
Amy looked around, alarmed, and she spotted a pile of boulders that made a small opening to a smallish cave. "Come on!" she ordered.
Soon, the comatose Sora, Bokomon and Biyomon were huddled inside the small cave. Amy peeked inside and quickly untied the Emblem. She reached inside and tied it around Sora's neck, tucking it inside her shirt.
"Biyomon, this is the Misertus Emblem. Holds Hope, Light, Kindness and both Crest and Spirit of Darkness, okay?" Amy then looked at Bokomon. "Who's suppose to have it?"
"Kindness." Bokomon answered.
"Then give it Ken, Biyomon."
"W-Where're you going?" asked Biyomon.
Amy gave her a small smile. "What I have to do." and with that, stood back up.
"B-But-"
Amy shushed her and picking up a large rock nearby, she struggled to place it in the opening of the small cave, hiding the two Digimon and the unconscious girl in darkness with only a ray of sunshine.
Outside, Amy jogged a few feet away from them and rose up her hand, marking all of the Digieggs that were around. And immediately, all the Digieggs were marked with her symbol and floated away.
"Aww, how sweet."
Amy sighed annoyed and turned around to see Katashimon with her hands on her hips, four Sombras behind her.
"What's sweet?" she asked.
"How you marked all of my servants' Digieggs." sneered Katashimon.
Amy chuckled darkly. "Well, I kinda am the Angel of Life Itself."
"And the hell do you know that they won't end up being the same?" Katashimon spat out and began to laugh.
"No one is born evil, Katashimon." Amy told her calmly. "Everyone has their choice to be on the good side or the bad side. Even you."
Katashimon's eyes widened. Her past rushed into her head and a wave of sadness hit her. It was true, not one was born evil. She wasn't evil at the start. She was forced to.
Katashimon's jaw clenched up and she looked away from the Angel. "Whatever." She rose up a hand and snapped her fingers.
Amy gasped when a piece of cloth was tied around her mouth and a cloth bag was placed on her head. Her arms were grabbed from behind and were tied up with rope.
"MHM!"
Amy felt herself get lifted up by a Sombra and she quickly tried to wiggle out of it's grasp. Her heart and mind raced with fear and she moved with even more force.
The Sombra had enough of her harsh movements so it smacked her head with his and eyes fluttering, Amy dove into unconsciousness.
All of the Sombras were beat by late afternoon. And after a while of making sure that none was left, everyone rounded up in the beach.
Jp gasped as a beautiful fairy flew towards him. "Who the heck are you?!"
Teramon frowned. "Jp, it's me! Lili!"
Jp eyes bulged, as well as those who didn't get to see her digivolve. "WHAT."
"Then, Lili!" exclaimed Mimi. "You're walking!"
Teramon looked down, wiggling her toes in the sand. She smiled as tears of happiness stung her eyes. "I am."
Jp caught her as she dedigivolved back into her Human form. "I'm so happy!" he bawled and Lili sweat dropped as Jp started to sob of happiness.
Kouji chuckled. "Okay?"
"Is everyone here?" asked Matt.
Tai frowned as he noticed a few people missing. "No...where's my sister and Gatomon?"
"TK, Patamon, Sora, and Biyomon are missing too!" said Hawkmon.
"And Bokomon?!" Neemon cried out.
Kouichi looked worried. "And Amy."
Everyone looked around and after a while, Tommy spotted two figures flying towards them. "Who're they?"
Davis beamed when he recognized them. "It's them!"
Angemon and AngeWomon landed meters away and everyone ran towards them. Tk and Kari jumped down, along with Biyomon and Bokomon.
"BOKOMON!" yelled Neemon and jumped on Bokomon. "I thought you DIED!" he cried.
"You thought I died?!" Bokomon growled. He then calmed down. "So did I."
Angemon placed Sora on the sand and Tai pushed by the others, kneeling down next to her. "Sora!"
"We're glad you're okay!" said Takuya, but then stopped when he noticed the solemn faces. "What?"
Zoe looked around to see her best friend missing. "Where's...where's Amy?"
Biyomon blinked back tears. "...I'm...I'm sorry."
Kouichi's eyes widened in worry. "Where is she?!"
"What happened?" asked Ken.
"And what happened to Sora?" Stephanie said.
Biyomon looked away and Bokomon had to continue.
He swallowed before speaking. "Sora's...in a coma." He stopped as everyone gasped. "She and Biyomon fell from the sky and I think she hit her head. And after Amy and I found them, Amy sensed Katasimon and some Sombras nearby. So...she hid us and turned Katashimon's attention from our location. And..."
"And what, Bokomon?!" Kouichi demanded and Kouji placed a hand on his twin's shoulder. "And what?!"
"...she was taken."
A moment of silence filled the beach as the Warrior of Darkness began to lose it. Kouichi's hands began to shake. He backed away until he was outside of the group nearby a tree. Shakingly, he stepped closer to the tree, eyes wide open and without realizing it, he began to wildly punch to the rough bark, tears spilling.
Kouji quickly ran towards his twin and tried to stop him, but Kouichi simply shook him off and continued to make his knuckles bleed.
Kouji didn't even realize that Stephanie was there. "Just leave him alone, Kouj." she said, "I mean, his hands are going to hurt like shit, but let him mourn."
Meanwhile, Takuya looked down and saw Tai crying silently as he hugged Sora's body. He looked up towards the group and realized that for now, he was the leader. He sighed and placed a comforting hand on Tai's shoulder. "Let's go."
"Where?" asked Calumon, who also had tears in his eyes. Heck, everyone had tears in their eyes.
"Back to the Celestial Castle. We need to get back on our feet."
The group silently nodded and they began to move.
Nova watched as Kouichi kept punching the tree. He then looked towards Kouji. "A-Aren't you going to call him?"
Kouji was too sad to respond. A twin thing, Nova guessed. So Stephanie answered for him. "You can get him, if you want."
Nova hesitated but nodded. Both he and Impmon walked towards Kouichi and they watched as with each grunt, Kouichi would punch the bark.
"Kouichi?"
Kouichi stopped and looked at him with dead eyes.
Nova pointed towards the leaving group. "We're leaving."
Kouichi looked towards the group, then at him, then at his throbbing knuckles filled with blood. He chuckled half-heartingly. "Eh. Amy would be yelling at me, telling me how stupid of me to do that as she's healing me."
Nova placed a hand on his shoulder and pushed him gentaly towards the group. "Come on, Kouichi."
Kouichi let himself get lead towards the group, not resisting at all.
Nova sighed and thought about Amy. 'I really hope she's okay.' he thought to himself. 'I mean, she was the first one to ever be nice to me.'
Impmon, who followed, gave his partner a reassuring smile.
'She's a fighter. It'll be okay.' Nova looked up towards the older boy. 'I know Amy'll be okay."
