Chapter 10: Tomura's true power

All Might and Tenko's clone are cozying up in a staff room while the students are in danger. They get a visit from the director, with a shaved head. "What happened to them?" asks All Might.

"I got hit by Mouse Laser again. Machines have no respect." says the director. Tenko has to laugh at that. "Do you mean the laser, which only attacks pests and vermin. Are they vermin? Hahaha."

"Biologically you are right. I'm a vermin, not a human. I only took with me a quirk that makes me the smartest animal with to man. But that's not why I'm here." He pulls out a newspaper and shows an important article: "All Might's nephew is an assistant teacher at the school." This article surprises All Might. "Since when am your uncle, Tenko?" says All Might in shock.

"Since you have a mother-son relationship with my grandmother, or is that not true?" replies Tenko.

All Might has to think about that. "You are not wrong. I saw Nana Shimura like a mother. When I think about it, the article is right. i am your uncle The uncle who never cared about you and allowed you to be included in All for One." On the last set, All Might falls into depression.

"It sounds like having All for One as a master or father would be a bad thing, but it's not. He may be a bad man, but he treated me well. Do you hate All for One so much that you even despise his children? If so, it is detrimental to your ideal."

Tenko's words make him think. "Maybe I do not know. I wouldn't have cared about you and just ignored you. On the other hand, if you attacked me for killing All for One, I wouldn't fight back because I probably deserved it."

All Might is constantly looking at his phone and worried. "Is something wrong?" asks Tenko. "Dunno, I can't get a hold of anyone from USJ. I have a bad feeling."

Tenko pulls out a drone from his stuff. "Isn't that the drone you used to watch the fight between Midoriya and Bakugo?" says All Might.

"Exactly these. I brought her here so I can watch your class without being there."

"You could also show up in person and help out. Why don't you?" asks the director.

"I can educate people, but helping others isn't really my thing since I experienced the dark side of society when I was a kid. I wouldn't be of any help with rescue drills." Tenko launches the drone and it flies to USJ.

"You experienced something traumatic from society that weakened your compassion. I can even understand that. I used to be teased by people, which is why my sympathy has decreased. But why would you want to watch it if rescues aren't your thing?" asks the director

"Because I'm a teacher and I'm supposed to know everything about the students, even the unpleasant things."

"You would be a great teacher. If you had more compassion, you would be the best teacher we have here." says the principal, which makes Tenko smile.

At USJ, Aizawa is still busy dealing with the many villains while 13 tries to suck Kurogiri in. Tomura runs towards Eraserhead while counting down, grabs one of the bandages that Eraserhead attacks him with, blocks an elbow with his hand and comes to zero. "Your hair often falls down when you finish your attack and the interval gets shorter and shorter. Don't overexert yourself, Eraserhead." says the grinning Tomura. Eraserhead's elbow falls apart and he distances himself.

"Your quirk isn't trained for mass combat because you're not used to it. Aren't quick surprise attacks more your thing? That's you rushed into battle to calm your students." Eraserhead dodges the attacks and stands behind the gigantic creature. "By the way, I'm not the only danger." The creature grabs Eraserhead's head and knocks him to the ground.

Meanwhile, Kurogiri overpowers 13 by creating a portal between the two connecting to the rear 13 and he feels his own suction power. "Heroes who primarily perform rescue missions are as weak in a fight as a normal human. You dug your own grave." 13 is down and Kurogiri teleports to Tomura.

"I knocked out 13 and all the students are scattered." reports Kurogiri.

"Well done. Soon All Might will show up with their over-the-top sense of duty, and when that happens we'll be prepared. Check out the villains. Send the vanquished to our hideout to recover. I'll play a little while."

Eraserhead is beaten to a pulp by the creature. "You can try to neutralize his quirk, but it's no use. Its power is purely natural, making it immune to your Quirk."

Izuku and his friends witness the horror. 'That must be the creature the villain was talking about. The one with the All Might power. I have to help Eraserhead, but how? I don't stand a chance against the creature.'

Tomura senses Izuku nearby and spots him. "Do you want to join the party or do you want to watch me kill your teacher." he exclaims with a laugh.

The thought of Aizawa's death causes Izuku to lose all sanity and attack his brother. He lunges at him and takes out a boosted punch, which Tomura blocks with his hand. He gets more boosted punches, which Tomura either simply blocks with his hand or simply lets himself be hit. Tomura smacks his fist, which Izuku blocks with the bracer but throws back far. The girls run to Izuku and hope he's okay. Izuku looks ahead as Tomura waves his fingers at himself, implying that he should feel free to keep attacking.

'He taunts me like he's playing with me. How could I forget that? He is immortal and any attack would be a waste of energy. To hurt him, we'd need... I've got it.'

He concentrates a lot of air into his gloves for a powerful, concentrated blast of air. 'Since Tomura is playing with me, he won't stop the attack or see it coming.' He fires past Tomura baddies on the big, knocking him off. That surprises Tomura. He focus more air on my gauntlet as He shout, "Eraserhead, neutralize the leader's Quirk." Eraserhead does as he says and neutralizes Tomura's Quirk. Tomura is scared and goes on the defensive. Izuku fires many powerful air missiles, which Tomura puts down with all his might. Tomura reaches his limit. 'That was clever, but I've got something in store.' The creature comes and slams Aizawa's face down, restoring him to immortality and leading to the counterstrike. He runs to Izuku and delivers a violent punch to his stomach. Izuku falls over and Tomura says, "Very clever Izuku, but your attacks weren't hard enough. If you were a bit stronger, you would even have defeated me, but you hasn't this something and lost because of it."

Tsuyu and Ochako attack Tomura at the same time, but he quickly grabs them both and carries them in the air. "You know how it feels to be crumbled?" The girls introduce Aizawa to elbows falling apart and are scared to death. Before he can do that, the USJ gate is thrown open.

All Might appears and when Izuku gets up, he sees All Might's angry face. He doesn't smile, which pleases Tomura. The villains attack All Might, but Tomura warns them that they cannot defeat All Might. As previously seen, All Might defeats all of the villains, knocks off Tomura and Nomu, rescues the children and Aizawa, and takes them to the entrance.

As Tomura punched away, his hand mask fell off and says while getting it, "You're so fast I didn't see you, but the punch is weaker than I thought. Apparently I'm correct in my assumption. You've gotten weaker." He puts on his mask and grins.

All Might is about to rush into the fray when Izuku warns, "Be careful, All Might. This creature is as strong as you. Also, Tomura is not an easy opponent to defeat. If you can't attack Tomura anymore, we're doomed." All Might doesn't get it, but he doesn't show any problems with it.

He attacks Tomura but the creature intercepts it. All Might keeps hitting the creature, but it has no effect. He then delivers violent blows to the creature's brain, but also to no effect. "You can't do that, but hitting a brain is disgusting. It's like grabbing a cricket by the abdomen and crushing it." This description is too vivid and chills some, even Tomura.

"You can forget your smash. He has a Shock Absorption Quirk. If you want to defeat him, you have to bring something else." explains Tomura All Might.

All Might dodges a punch from Nomu and says, "Thanks for the tip. Since my smash aren't doing anything, I'll just have to..." as he says this, All Might grabs Nomu and stomps onto the ground. "... immobilize the creature."

Ochako and Tsuyu are reassured while Izuku still has concerns. 'He seems like he has no problems and it would be bad if we ended up hostage, but I'm not stupid. I always watch hero news. When All Might didn't show up at USJ and held 3 fingers as 13th, I realize his saves are at the limit and only I know about it.

You see the creature slip through a portal and reappear under All Might. He grabs All Might to his bad injury.

"You wanted to sink him under the ground, but that wouldn't have worked. He has your strength. You were just digging your grave with it. By the way good timing Kurogiri and you got everyone safe."

"Thanks Tomura and yes all villains are safe! When I suddenly heard a lot of noise in the center, I knew: All Might is there. I teleported to you."

"Since you're already here, you can help cut All Might in half."

"I hate having organs in my body, but I'll make an exception for you." says Kurogiri and All Might is sucked in.

"Ochako and Tsuyu, take Aizawa away, I have something to do." says Izuku with a somber face. He charges his gauntlets and shoots a sharp ball of air at the creature's hands to free All Might, but is sent through a portal. Tomura was about to take care of Izuku when suddenly Kurogiri was pushed to the ground by Katsuki and Shoto's creature was half frozen, freeing All Might. Katsuki's team and the other students are also at the start.

Katsuki says to Kurogiri, "I saw something solid before you sent me away, so I'm guessing you're not entirely out of fog." His hand has light explosions. "If you make even one suspicious move, I'll blow you up." Eijirou argues, "Not exactly heroic."

Tomura is surrounded by the students, his escape route trapped, the creature frozen, and yet the villain just smiles. 'The students are better than I thought. I thought the special villains would keep them busy for a long time, but giving advantages to the students was a mistake. At least this challenge makes me stronger.'

Tomura takes a red marble from his pocket and throws it at his creature. It crumbles and the creature is on fire. Because the ice has melted, the creature is able to break free. "What just happened?" asks All Might.

"One of my villains compressed a lot of fire and gave it to me to make my creature even stronger, but since it's very hot, no normal human can take it, so I took it. This creature is called Nomu and it can withstand you 100% and also all other attacks, including fire. Nomu clear our escape route." Nomu does as he is told, quickly attacking Bakugo and slamming him into a wall, causing a hole.

Izuku worries, but Katsuki suddenly sits next to him. "Wow Kat-chan, you dodged that attack. You really are amazing."

"No, I wasn't dodging him, so shut up, scum." Katsuki clenches his teeth. 'I didn't even see him coming.'

In the hole, All Might is seen with burned arms and a battered body. "You picked up the attack for the little braggart. How heroic of you." comments Tomura.

All Might is breathing heavily. "Have you no decency?"

A menacing aura forms around Tomura. "Decency?! In a fight, decency would be dangerous unless you were professionals, which neither we villains nor your students are."

Everyone present is intimidated by Tomura. "Your symbol of peace is just a joke. If you have an accident with someone else, if you want to help poor people by stealing, if you're a bit crazy, you're labeled as a scoundrel and bad guy and oppressed. You are the tool of oppression. You call yourself a symbol of peace, but you want to oppress us rogues. You never tried to seek peace with us. You never tried to talk to us. You are hope, but not for people despised by society. The worst thing about you is that you think you can save everyone and because of that arrogance I'm going to teach you a lesson."

His words carry heavy weight to all listeners, especially All Might, who can't process it and can't smile. "You are right about everything. I never tried to save you guys. I hated you all because of him and that doesn't make me a hero. I hate myself for it and for my arrogance. I wanted to help so many people and I often forget that I'm human too. I am vulnerable, I grow old and I can also die. My students suffered today because of my weakness. You attacked us, but it's my fault that I can't help my students. I won't make excuses." As he says this, he takes his weak form and the other students can't believe what they see. "I have become weak. I have become fragile. I can only just keep up my power because I spent on the rescues and didn't come here for this disgrace. All Might will eventually be gone." His eyes are filled with pride. "But while I'm still here, I will protect and educate my students, even if it's my final duty as All Might."

Tomura smiled at this speech. "You said it well. If your words are true, then prove it. My burning Nomu will attack your students and if you want to protect your students then you must defeat the weakened All Might against the burning, shock-absorbing, all-powerful Nomu. Do you accept this challenge."

All Might smiles and assumes his hero form. "I accept the challenge. I will not back down, for I am the symbol of peace and a teacher of hero school." Nomu attacks the students, but All Might intervenes, catches the attack with his fist and counterattacks, causing everyone to be blown away by the shockwaves. He performs several blows against the Nomu. "Did you forget? He has shock absorption. You can't defeat him like that." explains Tomura. Nomu and All Might exchange blows and the hero says, "You think so, but since it only absorbs the shock and doesn't negate it, it has limits." This makes Tomura laugh. "You are right, but the limits are 100 percent of your power. You'd have to be hitting more than 100% and that's going to be difficult in your condition." All Might's punches actually have an effect. Nomu is pushed back. "You have no idea what makes us pro heroes. Every day we have to cope with tasks that go beyond our borders." All Might slams the Nomu in the air, jumps after it, and slams it back onto the ground. "Do you actually know the school motto? On and on with PLUS ULTRAAA!" All Might slams Nomu into the air with all his might, even past the ceiling. The students are impressed by the number 1. 'So this is his true power.' Izuku comments mentally.

Tomura claps his hands. "Impressive All Might, you managed to win despite the difficult situation, but the victory comes at a price." All Might is exhausted, his hands burned and his body shaking."Touching the Nomu hurt like hell and hitting his brain was horrific. It feels like draining the drainpipe that you haven't replaced in weeks. squeezed with bare hands." The last part gave the students the creeps. They really didn't want to hear that. "You still think I can't protect my students."

"I still believe. We both know you're finished. You don't have to play the strong man." All Might is back in his rickety form and falls to the ground. The students worry about All Might. "Even though I'm exhausted, you've lost your ace, you're alone and reinforcements will be arriving soon. Even if you kill me now, my students will be safe."

That makes Tomura laugh and Izuku knows why. "Didn't my brother Tenko say anything about me?"

That reminds All Might of something. When All Might saw the situation through the drone, he immediately stormed off, but remembers that Tenko wanted to say something else.

"He wanted to say something, but I didn't hear it."

"Then I'll tell you. Only you and Aizawa are a danger to me here, because I'm just as immortal as my brother Tenko."

That shocks All Might. 'Tenko and Izuku wanted to warn me about that. Tomura can only be hurt by me or with Aizawa's deletion, but we're both done for.'

The others don't get what Tomura means except for Izuku and he trembles. Tomura makes an offer. "Since you showed the truth above all else and proved your words to Nomu, I will only kill you and leave the others alone. They're not my target, but they will if they stop me. So you will die thinking that you protected your students. How does that sound to you?"

"I told you, I will protect the students even if it is my last duty." All Might smiles. "If my life is the price of my students' lives, then I accept."

The students are saddened by what they hear and refuse to believe it, particularly Katsuki. "What are you talking about? We can still save you. We can easily defeat this villain, so don't give up your life." screams Katsuki with tears.

Izuku but contradicts in tears. "You are wrong, Kat-chan. We can't hurt him, let alone defeat him. He took all my attacks and he didn't mind. His injuries healed instantly. The only options to defeat him are All Might and Aizawa, who are at the end. We have lost." Izuku bursts into tears. The other students heard it and are sad.

Tomura puts his hands on All Might's head. "Do you have anything to say to your students before you go?"

"Two things. First to my students: I'm glad to be your teacher, even if it was only 4 days. Second, Izuku, accept my final gift." He pulls a syringe from his pocket, squirts blood out of his body, and tosses it to Izuku, who catches it. "My DNA, containing what I wanted to give you. Watch out." Izuku understands and accepts. "That's all I have to say. Do what you will, my nephew."

This makes even Tomura sad. "Farewell, uncle." Tomura was about to start when bullets suddenly shot through his hand. "You don't have to go yet because reinforcements have arrived." The voice comes from the headmaster with all the Juuei hero trainers.

The gunshot wound on Tomura's hand healed immediately and he says to the teacher: "You are aware of this situation, aren't you? You cannot hurt me, and if you think your arrest techniques can defeat me, you are mistaken. I can break them all."

"Tenko has already said everything about you. We know we can't beat you and I can't think of a strategy against you, but heroes never give up." says the director and calls out to everyone: "if any of you heroes have an idea to save this situation, tell us. Even if the chance is slim and the only one is if we use it to save All Might, it tells us. We will not give up this hope. By that I mean you students too. If there is nothing, we Teachers All Might will accept fate, even if it is difficult."

Tomura finds the development interesting. "If you're looking for one last spark, go for it. I have no problem waiting. You should know, I, Tomura Shigaraki am immortal, never get tired, can still get a boost of power and the only two things that make me vulnerable are immobilized."

Everyone is looking for a solution, but nobody finds one. Izuku even mumbles through all sorts of options. "If we attack him, the most we can do is stop him, but not defeat him. We can only defeat him with All Might or Eraserhead, but they are finished. To get out of this situation we would need a healer, but Recovery Girl would only lead to the same result and we don't have another healer..."

Then Izuku thinks of something. 'Moment! I learned healing techniques from her. I was even allowed to experiment on class 1b injuries. If I use my energy to do this, we could salvage the situation. However, it was only one day and the most I can do is give someone new energy so that they can recover faster. With Aizawa, that's not enough without Recovery Girl, but I could give All Might new strength if it wasn't for One for All. If only he didn't have that quirk... wait, he squirted out blood with One for All earlier. So we have a way to save All Might. However, I need time for this and Tomura will not give me that easily and the others can be injured or even die for the time. We won't do that.' Izuku gives up, but Katsuki realizes it and doesn't want to accept it.

"Deku, don't you dare give up!" That scares him. "You're a smart nerd who knows everything about heroes and every known quirk. I hate to admit it, but I can't think of anything to save All Might, and I'm sure you're the only one who has anything. So spit it out."

Izuku hesitates. "I can't do Kat-chan. There is nothing we do…"

"I do not believe you." calls Ochako. "You stopped mumbling, which means you thought of something. So tell us. We can all help you." Tsuyu agrees with Ochako.

It's hard for Izuku, but he doesn't want to go through with the plan. "That will not do. You could die for this plan. Geniuses have ideas too."

Then Momo calls out: "You overestimate us. Even geniuses can't know everything. Nothing occurred to me or the director. Your plan is even the only way."

Even the director calls out for courage. "Don't worry about our lives. Heroes risk their lives every day to protect others. It's our job, even for All Might. Neither we heroes nor the students let themselves be killed easily. So rest assured that we can do it."

Shoto even agrees. "We're not that easy to kill, so tell us how we can save All Might."

Izuku clenches his fists and he really doesn't want to do it, but the others are willing to give their lives for even the last funk. "I can repower All Might but Tomura won't let that happen and he is powerful. If he goes right, we could die."

Then Tomura laughs. "He's right. I won't let it happen and I'm not an easy opponent."

Then Katsuki smiles. "We're just supposed to keep the big boss away from All Might and you until All Might is ready again and smacks the bad guys. I'll be there." Katsuki runs and fires two powerful blasts from behind his back, which he hurls with enough momentum that he kicks Tomura off All Might and far to the teachers.

"You heard it. Distracts Tomura but doesn't attempt to defeat him. That will only cause problems. Also watch out for the fog villains. He must not bring Tomura to All Might." the director orders, everyone obeys him, Tomura is surrounded by teachers and students and watch out for Kurogiri.

Izuku runs to All Might and starts healing. Tomura takes his hand out of his face and throws all his hands off his body in one motion. "Kurogiri, put my hands in the hiding place and watch out now. I'm going to get serious now." Kurogiri sends the hands through a portal into the hideout and is now watching.

It's thundering and lightning outside, like something mighty is coming. Tomura's eyes turn completely red and his hair turns white. A red dark aura emanates around him, which scares everyone.

That's what Izuku feared. "Pay attention. Tomura is now Plus Ultra and this state permanently makes him stronger and stronger every second. He also never gets tired, so he can keep the power boost on all day."

"That's why Izuku is afraid of him, but we won't back down. We will keep him away from All Might." shouts the teacher named Vlad King and everyone shouts yes.

The skull-faced teacher named Ectoplasm summons his doppelgangers and charge at Tomura. He beats every single one of him and getting faster and stronger. The hero in the cowboy hat named Snipe keeps shooting bullets at him, which he just puts away and heals. Ectoplasm is stretched to the limit as Tomura takes out his doubles at an accelerating rate. He gets close as Vlad King shoots his blood at him and solidifies him, but Tomura quickly breaks out again. Vlad King keeps shooting his blood until he can't keep up and is beaten wide by Tomura. The blow has rendered him unconscious and has left many wounds where blood is oozing out. He cannot die from blood loss and he has served his purpose. The others are out of the line of fire and Present Mic yells a mighty yell at Tomura as Snipe keeps firing at him. Even if he is immortal, he is stopped by the pain.

All Might has hope. "Looks like Tomura has been busy for a long time. We can get through this."

However, Izuku has a bad premonition. "Stopping Tomura with pain is a bad idea. Pain is like fuel for him. That increases his power boost."

The teachers heard, and as reported, Tomura's aura is getting stronger and his power boost is stronger. He is now yelling at such a loud volume that the present mic's scream is silenced and he faints from the yelling. 'I never thought anyone would be louder than me.' Tomura now flicks air balls towards Snipe. The bullet hits every other bullet, then Snipe's pistol and then at him, just missing his heart. 'Someone outdid me in shooting. He missed my heart on purpose to show off his skills. He wants to humiliate us.'

This doesn't surprise Izuku. 'Tomura aka Tenko has also seen my notes, so he knows the heroes' skills and surpasses them to humiliate the great heroes, but that can be used to distract him.'

Ectoplasm summoned 30 doppelgangers, which is all he can, and surrounded Tomura with them. 'Even if he is powerful, he will deal with so many people.'

Then Tomura smiles. 'I suppose I'll present the true nature of my Quirk.' The ejected Nomu roars and shatters into particles. The particles fly to Tomura, with whom he unites and creates lesser creatures of dust equal in number to the clones. Everyone is amazed.

"Be surprised. My Quirk is an evolution of the normal Quirks. He combines the three types: emitter, transformation and mutant. This development is unique and can only be carried out by one person."

Izuku suspects he's talking about himself and begins to question his quirk since Tenko never mentioned anything like that. Admittedly, they only dealt with it once when they didn't know much and then didn't deal with it further. At least until Tenko trains his Quirk in earnest, which Izuku didn't pay much attention to since he was busy with his own training.

"My Quirk can generate living energy, which I use to precisely control all particles that are filled with my energy. This is the issuer part. I can also use it to control my own body and thus all injuries, no matter how deadly, heal and even transform into anything I want. This is the transformation part. With the energy alone or particles from living beings, I can strengthen my body, with particles being much stronger than without. The completed process is the mutant part. That's the only thing Aizawa can't erase. Now if it hits me, it will stop the power boost, but the strength gained from it will remain and I can only get rid of the strength by transferring my energy to others. To put it simply: the power boost generates energy that goes with my body and makes it stronger. Did you understand everything or did someone not get it."

Some of those present do not follow, but have a rough understanding. Izuku has been listening carefully and thinking about it. 'I couldn't fully understand the quirk at the time but it looked like mutant to me and now it turns out it's all 3 guys. I need to research more about the strength of my Quirk and what it takes to generate a powerful evolution.'

Tomura's creatures attack Ectoplasm's clones, and Tomura attacks the original directly. He slams it against a wall and Ectoplasm uses his technique. His clones unite and transform into a giant skull. With this, Ectoplasm attacks Tomura, only to be stopped midway. Tomura's particles have enveloped the giant skull, stopping it, and Tomura knocks the teacher unconscious, causing the giant skull to disappear and Tomura's particles to float in the air. Hound Dog attacks Tomura with his dog form while the Power Leader digs underground with his iron claws and bugger helmet to attack him underground. Tomura dodges the claws and some particles turn him into a beast. He slashes the Hound Dog with his claws, digs up Power Leader, impales him, and throws him to Hound Dog. Tomura jumps down to the square where Cementoss encases him with his cement face in cement and imprisons him. The particles fly to the cement, cement fists fly out of the cement to Cementoss knocking him unconscious while creating an exit for Tomura.

"I can mimic and even surpass any quirk with my particles. It doesn't matter if it's an emitter, transformation or mutant, I can top almost everything and humiliate you heroes who have trained a lot with their quirk. Now it's only your students' turn, but what do you want to achieve where even the professionals fail." explains Tomura with full laughter and pride.

The students are scared, All Might hurts the sight and asks Izuku, "How long until I'm ready again?"

Izuku is also scared and replies, "Just a few minutes and you can save the day. We need to get you as fit as we can. Who knows how strong Tomura actually is."

Katsuki is shaking and it's driving him crazy. 'I want to be number one and I'm scared of this jack of all trades who just surpasses everyone. I will not accept that.'

Katsuki now yells at Tomura: "Hey jack of all trades, don't think you can be the most powerful just because you can outperform everyone. You are just a stepping stone to number 1 and your arrogance will be your downfall."

Tomura responds with a laugh, "Same as you. i know your story You've always acted up because nobody can get close to you and suddenly the weak Deku comes along, was able to overcome the villain for a short time, which you don't stand a chance, he has more villain points than you, he outperformed you in the performance test and even defeated you in the end. You were beaten up by a weakling, which makes you a weakling chief. Tell me how that feels."

Tomura's words really hurt Katsuki. Izuku knows the pain of humiliation. In the past he was often given that by Katsuki and now he can feel how it feels on his own body.

Katsuki is now crying with tears. "Don't come at me like that. Deku was never a wimp. He only played weak so that I could continue to be the superior and I actually liked that, but now I hate that from him and me. I don't want fake superiority. I truly want to surpass everyone and not be spared for it. I'm going to be number 1 and the mud villain just caught me by surprise. Next time I won't be checked so easily"

"Then try it. Then I'll try harder to make you my minions again, like the mud villain I controlled back then."

This shocks Katsuki, Izuku, and All Might. Katsuki is now enraged and fires a violent blast from his bracers, causing Tomura to recover a smile. "You call that an explosion. I'll show you a real explosion." Tomura now fires a blast at Katsuki with his particles, which slightly misses on purpose. Bakugo fires a blast from his other bracer, which hits Tomura's blast, devouring him and taking it full. Tomura's explosion was stronger than Bakugo and he wonders why. "If you want to know, among my particles was water, in which I separated its atoms and turned them into the most powerful fuel and explosive: hydrogen."

The others cannot believe how precise his control is. Shoto tries to freeze him, but he breaks free of the ice and controls him. He fires his ice at Shoto, which he fails to deflect with his ice and is hit by it. 'The ice is much colder and harder than mine. He's a devil.' Momo produces a powerful cannon, which he fills with live ammunition and fires at Tomura. Tomura produces ammo from his particles and fires at Momo's ammo, which he easily breaks through and explodes on Momo's cannon, knocking her out. Fumikage attacks with Dark Shadow, which Tomura counters with his created shadows and defeats him. Eijirou attacks Mina with hard skin and acid hands, which Tomura easily pokes away with his hard skin and hurls him far away. Mina runs to Eijirou, and along the way her improved acid-resistant suit is completely etched away by Tomura without harming her bare skin. She doesn't care about her nudity and runs to Eijirou.

The few students are aware. They are nothing against him who imitates everyone.

"Don't you have any more in store for me? I wanted to humiliate more of you." laughs the villain.

"We still have our symbol of peace." shouts Izuku, squirts in One for All in All Might and he's ready for action again. He hits the surprised Tomura with his Units of State Smash, which creates a tornado. Luckily, All Might smashed the tornade away again,before hurting the others.

"Thank you, young Midoriya. You and everyone present saved my life. For that I thank you from the bottom of my heart." says All Might and bows to all. "I saved all All Might. These words should help you all." Everyone is happy that it's over now. Or so they think, because at the center of USJ is Tomura in pain. "Congratulations, you all have really defeated me, but the war is far from over."

Everyone is amazed that he survived All Might's strongest smash, albeit not without damage. "I'm impressed Tomura. I didn't think you survived my smash."

"I consumed all of my power from Nomu and some of myself to survive. I probably won't survive another smash. I will retire now." announces Tomura

"Think you can just escape. I will keep Kurogiri away from you and you are no longer fast enough to escape from me. You can't escape." says All Might

"A true strategist always has an ace up his sleeve. Why do you think I'm in the center of the dome?" Tomura puts his hand in the ground and Izuku has an inkling of what he's up to. "Tomura launches his most powerful attack, pulverizing the building and anyone who touches him. All Might, get everyone out of the building and try to knock away the falling debris in front of people. Don't worry about destruction, you're immune to it. Ochako, make as much weightless as possible so they don't touch the ground."

All Might takes Izukus' warning seriously and saves as many as possible. Ochako makes Tsuyu weightless, and Tsuyu with Ochako on his back swims to other distant students as fast as possible. Izuku grabs his bracer behind his back, holds it with attraction, and flies to help the others. Tomura hits the ground and cracks appear in the ground, quickly touching the inner dome and rushing up over Tomura. All Might doesn't mind the destruction, but his shoes, which he quickly takes off and throws away. He wants to keep his clothes. He has hauled all of the teachers and the students who fought Tomura outside, trying to keep the debris away from the floating students. Ochako got everyone and Tsuyu tries to dodge the Broken. When they are safe, small debris hits them both and the destruction spreads through their bodies. Izuku notices this and quickly flies to you to free her from the destruction by pouring his energy into her body. As the destruction stops, the three land on the ground and stumble.

"Are we safe?" asks Ochako. Izuku looks around and they are safe. "We don't need to worry anymore. The danger is… Ahhh." Izuku blushes and looks away at the girls. The girls wonder what's going on and look down. Apparently the destruction only got her clothes. Ochako covers her privates and screams loudly, which All Might hears and follows up.

Izuku hears him and says, "We're fine All Might. Can you get the girls and Mina to wear clothes." All Might suspects what's happening and gets something to wear. Tsuyu wonders and asks, "Didn't you save us from destruction and how did you do that, kero?" Izuku replies with his eyes closed: "Your body does, but not your clothes. Why else did I take off my bracers and All Might his boots? I can't tell you why I can do that at all. It's a secret. " The two understand and Tsuyu stands in front of Izuku.

"You don't like naked girls, right? You try not to look at us and don't want to develop our quirks, kero." says Tsuyu sadly.

"Exactly the opposite. I like naked girls a lot. I like it so much I want to touch it, but I can't. Any normal girl would label me a pervert and despise me, which is why I don't look at you and develop your quirks."

Tsuyu walks in such a way that when Izuku looks at her, Ochako doesn't see her. She accepts that Ochako doesn't want to show her body and that this is normal. Still, there is what she doesn't accept. "You may be right about that, but I'm not a normal girl, kero. I will never despise you if you touch me. You are a kind boy and I trust you not to do anything wrong to me if you touch me. If you like to see me naked, then open your eyes. Don't worry, you won't see Ochako, kero."

Tsuyu encourages Izuku and he opens his eyes. He sees Tsuyu in all his glory and blushes really hard. "You look your best like this." Izuku wants to smack himself for saying that. Tsuyu appreciates the compliment and says, "You really like it. That makes me very happy. A lot of people, even my family, don't like it when I'm naked, that's why I'm so happy. Does that mean you're going to develop my quirk."

"Wow, today was just an accident. I'm only ready if you really don't mind and you can prove it to me."

"If I prove it to you, will you develop my quirk, You promise, kero?"

"I promise, although I may regret it." replies Izuku. He wants to analyze his quirks development ability anyway and it would be a good experiment.

Ochako is jealous that Tsuyu speaks to Izuku with courage and without shame. She would also like to talk to him so carefree and develop her quirk that way, but she is far too embarrassed.

All Might shows up with new clothes and soon the police show up and investigate the incident. Many students and teachers were injured and taken to the infirmary.

Tsukauchi leads the investigation and goes to his friend All Might, who is with Izuku and in the infirmary being examined. Tenko is there too. All Might introduces Izuku and Tenko to his friend from the police and the inspector reports, "The incident was very bad, but everyone survived. The teachers are going to be okay, but there will be no classes tomorrow so they can recover. 13 is wailing about his USJ, which is completely devastated and will take a few weeks to get back up and running, but otherwise doing fine. The students will all be dismissed today. Their injuries aren't as bad as it looks, but some will need to recover before attending classes again. Sato fought all the bad guys at the Flood Zone and exhausted himself. We found Mineta by the girls' toilet, where it says on the door: It will be cleaned. He was just amused at the girls' toilet and didn't warn anyone about the incident. Why is he even with the Juuei?" The other three ask the same thing. "Unfortunately, all the villains escaped. In any case, everything went well."

Tenko has to protest. "Survived? All Might's weakness is exposed, he nearly died, most were only injured by my brother Tomura and the USJ building is down. How can you call that a win?"

'He has nerve. After all, he was the one who caused these problems.' Izuku thinks.

All Might also protest: "It was a bad experience for me. It showed me how weak I really am. The others are only injured because of me, just because I didn't respect my time limit when helping people. I have to accept that my golden days are over. Tsukauchi, if they investigate Tomura, they have to promise me one thing: if they see him, either I have to be there or someone who can neutralize his quirk, otherwise don't try to arrest him, it will only result in deaths. He's not an opponent you can easily defeat."

"If it's that dangerous, I'll promise. I want to catch the villains, but not when I know that there are pointless and only dead people." promises Tsukauchi.

"I don't want to praise the raid, but they gave us an educational experience for all of us. Students will grow from this experience and we heroes will remember that peace is easy to obtain but hard to keep. We must all be on our guard. Evil has become more powerful and will cause much more trouble."

Those present agree, and later everyone goes home. Izuku didn't speak to Tenko anymore. He still has to process what happened. Tenko is taken to the hideout by Kurogiri and sees his original, who is exhausted. The copy dissolves into mud and it mixes with Tomura, where he's back in tip-top shape.

"Your clones are worth their weight in gold, Twice. That way I always have backup when I have problems." Twice complains, "Do you know how hard it is to copy you? Your body is always changing and your Quirk is so complex I can barely copy it."

"I heard it. You don't necessarily have to copy me. It's enough that the clones are good as food so that I can regain my strength if necessary, even if their originals give more energy than their clones. Now, if I apologize, I have a talk with my master."

"Have fun, I hate you." says Twice and goes to his boss. "This Tomura is impossible. He makes heavy wishes that were easy to fulfil."

Giran laughs. "He can be challenging but his results pack a punch. The many video drones, for example. It was tedious to build so many, but since the incident was violent, we did good publicity for the city, which is good for my business. He can still go far."

Tomura is in his room talking to his master through the television. "How did you like the film we made, master?"

All for One looked at everything and was impressed. "You have done good work. This will hit society hard. A lone villain cornered the heroes and nearly killed All Might. You also questioned society and defended the outsiders. Many will hear about you and admire you. They'll want to know what's next, which interests me too."

Tomura has to think about that. "I'm not quite sure yet. I just wanted to get rid of All Might, but what else I'm up to, I have no idea. I need inspiration or a vision. Unfortunately you can't give me one. Your ideals are a bit opaque to me. Not that I offend you."

All for One laughs. "Don't worry, I don't take it as an insult. You are not the first to find my plans and ideals opaque. I will look for someone to help you. You will definitely gain new followers, which makes me proud. At some point you will inherit my legacy and become the new king of the underworld."

The next day, a villain with many knives, a sharp sword, and a mask on his eyes watches a video of the incident. "This Tomura is interesting." he says while licking blood on his knife.

Note: I wrote Tomura will still attract a lot of attention. The incident has already caused rifts between Izuku and Tenko, and more will follow.
