She also doesn't own Nova Kurata because he belongs to Guardian of the Light Lightus. And yeah that's it
YOLEI: enjoy!
When Amy woke up, her left cheek was pressed up on the cold concrete ground, her arms and legs in a position which suggested she was thrown. With a small groan, she lifted herself up and grimaced when her body started to ache.
'Where...where am I?'
Looking around, Amy discovered that wherever she was, it was cold. So cold to the point that she could clearly see her breath whenever she blew air out.
Numerous railings surrounded her, making a circular shape. But on the other side of those railings, there were rooms. Cells. She looked up and gasped slightly when she saw dozens of floors stacked up on top of each other. And at the very, very, very top, she could see sunlight peeking in.
'Am I in a prison or something?' she wondered.
Amy sensed movement inside one of the cells and narrowed her eyes in curiosity as she tried to see what was hiding in the darkness.
"Who's there?" she called out, but no response.
Amy took a deep breath and walked closer to the cell where she saw movement. "Hello..." She stepped closer to the cell and finally saw what was moving.
It was a large Grizzlymon. But what bothered Amy was the fact that Grizzlymon was hiding in the dark corners of his cell. From what she knew, Grizzlymon were honorable Digimon, one not really afraid of anything. So...why was this Grizzlymon hiding?
Amy took this chance to look inside. Inside Grizzlymon's cell, there was a worn out, dirty bed and what looked like to the Digimon hybrid, a two bowls meant for dogs to eat out of. What the heck?
"Grizzlymon?" Amy sat down in front of the cell and gave him a soft smile. "Come on, Grizzlymon, talk to me."
Grizzlymon looked cowardly at her and shook his head. "No...who are you?" he asked in a rough voice.
'Must be from the other world.' guessed Amy. "My name is Amy Takashino, Grizzlymon. I'm the daughter of Lady Ophanimon."
"Would you happen to be Lapumon?" asked Grizzlymon.
Amy nodded her head. "Yep, that's me." She then frowned when Grizzlymon's eyes started to tear up. 'Okay, something is seriously wrong here. Grizzlymon don't cry.'
"What's wrong?"
"D-Dracomon told me about you." said Grizzlymon as he tried to hide his tears. "He told me that you could save us."
"And I'm not the only one who's going to help you." Amy said and smiled again as Grizzlymon finally had the courage to come closer. "I have lots of friends who are also going to help."
Grizzlymon sat down on the other side of the railings and used his huge paw to wipe again his eyes. "They killed him."
"Who?"
"Dracomon." Grizzlymon's voice began to shake. "They killed my best friend Dracomon. He spoke up against a Sombra and He told it to kill him."
Amy reached through the railing to place her hand on Grizzlymon's arm. "Who told the Sombra to kill him?"
"...Etemon."
A hand suddenly grabbed Amy by her long hair and Amy screamed in pain as she was dragged away from Grizzlymon, who watched in horror. Amy screamed as her hand shot out and grabbed on to her hair, trying to pull it out of whoever was grabbing her.
She was finally let go and Amy finally got a good look of who it was.
It was large orange ape with an Elvis Presley-like hairdo. He had stitches on random places of his body and Amy found it surprising when she noticed he had a Monzemon plush hanging from his waist. He glared at her through his sunglasses and Amy rolled out of the way when the monkey tried to crush her with his foot.
Amy placed a hand on the ground and rose herself up to a fighting position. 'Etemon.' she hissed.
A microphone appeared in Etemon's hand and he cleared his throat before speaking. "Lllllllladies and gentelmon!" Etemon held out an arm towards Amy. "Let's give our special prisoner of honor a welcome to her new home!"
Amy looked around towards the cells and gasped. Now, she saw that every single cell was filled with Digimon of all sort and sizes, and they all looked in very bad shape. 'How many Digimon are in here?!'
Etemon chuckled at the Angel's surprise. "What do you think, Missy? Seeing so many Digimon trapped like rats in a trap?" Etemon thrust the microphone in front of Amy's face and waited for an answer.
Amy, on the other hand, nudged the microphone away from her face and glared. There wasn't point in fighting this idiot. He looked like one who got mad easily. And mad he got.
"What?! Little Miss Lapumon think she too good to talk to low Digimon?! Ha! Right you are!" Etemon looked around the Digimon inside the cells. "You see that?! You're all worthless! Your little angel doesn't even want to talk to you!" spat Etemon into his microphone.
"That's not true." Amy said in a loud voice. "I care about each and every living creature in this world. But the ones I don't particularly care about are the ones who cause pain to others." Amy crossed her arms and looked at Etemon. "Like you."
Etemon humphed and in a flash, pulled back his arm and tried to punch Amy, but Amy back-flipped twice before holding out her hand with Cherubimon's symbol, planning to make her wings appear so she could push him towards the wall. But to her surprise, nothing happened. Her powers were gone!
"Surprised?" sneered Etemon. "Lord Bashidamon knew you had powers. So he cast a spell on this prison, taking away your powers. Every single one of them."
'Not all of them.' thought Amy. 'I still have a bit. I can still sense things. Like I'm sensing that this monkey could kill me easily.'
Etemon, with a roar, ran towards her and Amy waited until he was close enough to jump as high as she could and kick him on the rails. Once she did that, she grabbed him from behind and tried to throw him towards the ground, but to her horror, she had also lost her Digimon strength.
"DAMN IT!" she yelled and with a sudden cry, flew back as Etemon knocked her down, banging her head on the cold hard ground. Amy shivered as she tried to back away from the ape but Etemon grabbed her arm and pulled her up. With a struggling girl in his hands, Etemon dragged her towards an opening between two cells towards a empty hallway.
"Where're you taking me?!" yelled Amy but Etemon ignored her as he head down the hallway. As she struggled, Amy noticed that numerous door were lined up and realized that they were the doors into the cell. From what she noticed, this prison was formed into a giant cylinder. But before she could make any other conclusions, Etemon stopped when they arrived at a door. Etemon climbed up the couple of stairs, opened the door with a large key and opened the door.
"Enjoy your time here." smirked Etemon. "Cause you're never going outside these walls ever again." And with that, he threw Amy inside and shut the door.
Amy got up from the ground and ran towards the door, trying to open it, but with no success.
"It's no use. Those doors are impossible to open."
Amy turned and her eyes widened when she realized that she wasn't alone in the cell.
There were two other Digimon with her. One was a huge lion with huge muscles everywhere. He had black pants, large hands, feet, and Amy noticed that he had an extremely large sword leaning next to him.
And the other was a dragon-like Digimon. But he was a dark Digimon, Amy could tell, since he was completely covered in black and yellow.
"Who are you?" asked Amy.
"Leomon." said the lion. He then looked at the other one. "That's BlackWarGreymon."
BlackWarGreymon was leaning on the railing, looking outside (where Amy just was) but he lifted up his head to look at her and nod hello.
A cold blast of wind hit Amy and she shivered. "Holy sit." she muttered and turned her head. She couldn't believe that she didn't notice the small window right next to the door. Amy stepped on a large rock that was there for some reason to looked outside. She peeked out and her mouth dropped.
It was a winter wasteland outside. Amy could see nothing but white snow covering miles. "Um, I'm pretty sure all this snow wasn't there when I was last conscious." she said out loud.
"That's because it wasn't. In your world." said Leomon with his eyes closed.
That fact hit her hard. "In my world?!" exclaimed Amy. "What do you mean, 'in my world'?!"
BlackWarGreymon backed away from the rails and sat down on the ground with a small groan. "We're not in your world. We're in the enemy's."
Amy let that sink in. So her world was where the Digimon were, where her friends and her mother was, where the Sombras are attacking. She remembered Gennai saying when they first met, that the Sombras and the bad guys had taken over the eastern hemisphere in Gennai's world. So if BlackWarGreymon is right...
"I'm not in mine anymore. I'm at a whole other world." Amy said to herself and she fell on her knees. Taking deep breaths to calm herself, Amy tried not to think of the people she left behind, but it was no use. "Oh my god..."
'I will get out. I have to.'
Leomon looked at her suffer and sighed deeply. "You won't be able to do anything if you just sit there."
Amy didn't respond and instead, looked up at him.
"And why are you two here?" asked Amy.
After a while of talking, Amy learned a bit about her new cellmates.
"I wasn't born like the rest of you. I was created to be a servant to some other evil Digimon." said BlackWarGreymon. "I was evil at first. But I was also trying to figure out my purpose in life."
Amy carefully laid down on her stomach and placed her head on her hands as she payed attention.
"You came with Tai and the other, right?" asked BlackWarGreymon and she nodded. BlackWarGreymon. "I remember them. Cody's here too?"
"Yep, everyone's here."
"Heh, I remember his grandfather too. I was on my way to kill a man and his grandfather intervined. Good thing he did too, because then I would have made a huge mistake. I saved him from an attack and died after using the last of my strength to seal a gate to prevent the bad guy from going to the Human World."
And to Amy's surprise, she learned that Leomon was also a partner Digimon and his partner a girl named Jeri Katou.
"She was about...12...I think." said Leomon and Amy chuckled. "She had brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair with a ponytail on the left side. And Jeri usually had a yellow dog sock puppet that she never seemed to leave behind."
"Why did she have a sock puppet?" Amy asked.
"Jeri used it to start conversations. And to play with her little brother." Leomon said and he let his head fall back on the wall. "Yep...Jeri was my Tamer."
Amy frowned. "And what's a Tamer?"
'And why does that sound so familiar?'
"In my world, Digimon were wild. And once in a while, they would find a way to cross over to the Digital World and they would just create choas." Leomon explained. "Tamers are the ones who tame one of those Digimon or they start being friends with them. Then, both Tamer and Digimon work together to take care of the ones who are loose. We take care of them and then we collected their data to become stronger."
Amy then realized when she heard that phrase. Calumon was talking about Tamers back when they had just rescued him and they were at Piximon's treehouse. "You wouldn't happen to know someone named Calumon, do you?"
Leomon jumped at the mention of the Cataylst. "Yes! I do! Is he here?"
"Well, he's in the other world, but I'm sure he's safe." Amy bit her lip in worry. "If you're here for some reason and Calumon is here for the bad guys...then I'm starting to think that's it not only two worlds that are in danger."
The cell was silent for a few minutes as they let that sink in.
"So, in your world, there's no second chance?" said BlackWarGreymon, breaking the silence.
Leomon shook his head sadly. "No. Although, I'm not very sure why I'm here."
"What do you mean?" asked Amy.
"I died."
Amy's eyes widened and she stood up so quickly, she groaned when pain filled her again. She held her chest as she looked at him in surprise. "Then how are you here?"
Leomon shrugged. "I don't know. But if I'm here, I'm here for a reason. And whene I find out what that reason is, I'm going to accomplish it and I want to go back home to Jeri."
Amy stayed silent after that. Another cold blast hit her from behind and it made Amy shiver once again. She turned and walked towards the window.
'So I'm at another world, the bad guys' world. There's two Digimon from another dimention and one misteriously came back . I'm in prison and there's numerous Digimon trapped in here as well. Etemon's a total jerk and it's cold as hell. I wonder if the Digimon are okay, other than being cold.' Amy sighed and leaned her head on the opening of the small window. 'Kouichi and the others are back at my world, Sora's in a coma and...who knows when I'm getting out of here.'
Amy looked outside and she watched as the falling snow silently danced in the wind until crashing into the ground.
"We've got get out of here." she said in a loud voice.
She heard nothing in response and she turned to see both Leomon and BlackWarGreymon looked at her as if she was stupid.
"And how do you plan to do that?" BlackWarGreymon said in an annoyed tone.
Amy shrugged. "I don't know. But there's gotta be some way to get out."
Leomon sighed. "Amy, we've tried everything. All of us have. But there's no way."
"Just give up." said BlackWarGreymon and he closed his eyes as he placed his hands behind his head.
Amy looked away from the tall Digimon and towards the railings, where it showed where she was a few hours ago. Walking towards it, her eyes scanned over the cells around hers and upwards towards the other cells. There just has to be a way.
"Giving up is always an option." she said as she kept on looking over the other cells. "But it's not my choice."
