Situation: The Twins' birth

A doctor (checking Bella): You are fully dilated

Bella (to Edward): I can't give birth without Carlisle. He promised he would provide the best medical care for the twins and me.

Edward (squeezing Bella's hand): Honey, Carlisle is busy with another patient. Your time to give birth has come now. I am sure Carlisle's replacement will not let us down.

Bella (struggling through a contraction): I understand

The Doctor (putting Bella's feet in the stirrups): Its a matter of time

Bella (trying to push out Baby A): GRR...AHA...AHA...AHA
