A/N: I literally have no reason or excuse for not updating other than me being lazy and depressed. It hasn't quite been a year since i last updated, but I am upset with myself for not keeping up with this. But my mom passed in December and it got me so depressed. but then I thought I need to distract myself so I wrote this. I'm writing this on my phone so I will have mistakes. For someone who loves writing I suck at grammar and spelling. But anyways, your not here to read me ramble. So enjoy!

Chapter 7

Albus just looked at Gellert like he had grown a second head. He was going to make him tell Newt that Gellert was his father. Albus was not shocked he planned to make him do it in front of him. Albus licked his lips and tried to think of something to say. He couldn't think straight, he was terrified that Newt would hate him. Possibly worse that he would understand and want to go with his father. Albus didn't want to think of Newt being dragged out of the bar forcibly by Gellert. Albus gave a sigh.

"How long with Newt be out?" Albus asked.

Gellert smiled, "I have something that will wake him. Are you ready to tell him?" Albus nodded. Gellert reached in his breast pocket of his jacket and pulled a small vial of liquid out. he uncorked it and put it under Newt's nose. Newt's nose wrinkled and his eyes slowly opened. Gellert quickly put the vial down. Newt looked and seen he was laying his head on Gellerts shoulder. He immeadiatly sat straight up. He muttered apologies.

Gellert gently grabbed Newt's chin and made him look him in the eye, "You need not apologize to me mein kleiner. You are perfectly fine. I did not mind and I'm sure Albus didn't mind you taking a small nap. But I do believe he has something very important to tell you."

Albus stared at Gellert for him calling Newt that. He wondered briefly if Newt knew the meaning of it. He shook it off and tried to focus his thoughts. Newt had turned to him looking at him with innocent eyes. Albus didnt' know what to say. He loved Newt dearly and he did not want to tell him this.

"Newt, I want you to know I never wanted you to find out like this!" Newt looked really nervous. "Years ago in my hogwarts years I met a boy by the name of Gellert Grindelwall. He and I were great friends. We even became more that that at one point. Because of that love you were concieved. Once I found out I was pregnant, I chose not to tell Gellert for the dark stuff he was getting into. I decided to give you up for adoption and hoped you went to a good home. I'm sorry you had to find out this way, but the man sitting next to you is the man I once loved."

Newt's eyes went wildly back and forth between Gellert and Albus. He had no idea what to say. His breathing was slowly getting more rapid and shallow. Gellert pulled him into a hug while rubbing his back. He whispered soothing words. Newts breathing started to even out. Albus was a bit surprised at Gellerts reaction. He had sucessfully calmed Newt down. Once calm Newt look at Albus a little confused.

"Why are you telling me now? I don't understand!"

Before Albus could answer Gellert said, "I asked him to tell you. I want you to come with me! I don't like the idea of you being around people who would hurt you, especially the one you call your brother."

Newt looked shocked as did Albus. Newt looked between both men and noticed the slight glare Albus threw Gellert. Something was off and he wasn't quite sure what. Newt knew he needed to stall. He needed to talk to his dad alone.

"Um... do I have to answer right now? I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed!" Newt said while trying not to panic.

Gellerts eyes held a slight look of disappointment, "Of course! But I will warn you both, if you do not come to a decision in 2 weeks or you decide to try and get out of it I will come for you Newt. And I will not take no for an answer!"

Newt looked a bit freaked out by the look in his eye. Albus did not like Gellert threatening his son.

"Gellert, you will not threaten him. He has trouble making decisions on the spot. leave him alone. We will meet you back here in 2 weeks. same time. Now if you will excuse us!"

Albus gave Gellert a look that could kill. Gellert gave a smile but before he moved he turned to Newt and apologized for scaring him. Gellert got up and let Newt out. Newt and Albus went out the door and back to Hogwarts to Albus's office. They really needed to talk!
