Down below at the ocean, we cue at an underwater cave, where we see the Metropolis Yearbook lying on a pedestal as it opens up and shows a picture of SpongeBob. Zooming into the picture, we see SpongeBob standing on top of a cliff as he looks down at the city of Reef Bottom, and dropped down to his knees as he cried.
Together doesn't matter for how long
Still crying, SpongeBob feels a hand being placed on his shoulder as he looks up and saw Wonder Woman smiling down at him as he smiled slightly and stood up as he dried away his tears.
I'll keep going, wherever these footprints will lead me I believe it's destiny
SpongeBob gave his friend a thankful look, when suddenly, Batgirl appeared via a grappling hook as she landed beside him and they shared a high five as Bumblebee flew in and landed on his shoulder as they smiled at each other.
An endless road, but I know that you're strong and bold
The area around them glowed purple as SpongeBob, and the girls looked up and saw Zatanna flying down as she landed on the ground and shared a loving hug with SpongeBob.
Somewhere out there waiting for me with a smile that shines like gold
We then see Spongebob and the girls flying through space with the help of the Green Lantern as they whooped in excitement, and SpongeBob and Jessica smiled at each other warmly.

At Metropolis, we see SpongeBob and Kara hanging out in the roof of the Daily Planet as they watched the sunrise together. During the middle of their date, SpongeBob and Kara turned to each other and smiled lovingly as they leaned in for a kiss.

We then see the team facing off against the Super Villain Girls as Supergirl and Bumblebee flew towards an enraged Giganta, Wonder Woman dodging Catwoman slashes, Green Lantern cutting down Poison Ivy's with a will-powered chainsaw, Batgirl trading blows with Harley Quinn, Zatanna blocking Star Sapphire energy beams with her magic, and finally, SpongeBob faces off against Livewire as she blasted him with thousand volts of electricity.

SpongeBob smirked as he shape-shifted into multiple forms such as a Shark, a Squid, a Killer Whale before reverting back into his regular form as he inflated his fist and threw a punch.
Love is strong and it'll always find a way
Green Lantern and Garth grunted as they worked together to block a massive blast of energy with their light/water constructs as their teammates cheered for them in the background.
Reaching out your hand, just take it closer to your heart

Traversing across the sea on a will-powered boat, SpongeBob swam beneath the boat as he leaps into the air, and smiled at his friends before diving back into the ocean as they headed straight towards their enemy.

SpongeBob and the girls glared at the giant Kraken-like creature in front of them as they stood in fighting stances, and SpongeBob's body glowed brightly as he charged at the creature with the girls following right behind them as they leaped towards the giant monster and a flash of light occurred.

Finally, the total card appeared accompanied by a picture of the girls and SpongeBob having fun with each other in their civilian forms as SpongeBob turns to the readers and winks.
SpongeBob gasped in awe as he walks across the streets of Metropolis and marvel at how different the surface world was compared to Atlantis. The citizens traveled in strange metal carriages that looked tougher than crustacean shells. Talked on small strange metal devices with screens on them. And, for some reason, the citizens were wearing bizarre green metal goggles. However, some things were similar, like restaurants, shops, and even the citizens themselves somewhat looks and acts like Atlanteans.
SpongeBob smiled widely as he continued seeing the sights, not noticing people staring at him for his very...distinct appearance. Oblivious to their stares, SpongeBob skips across the street with the citizens making space for him, which he mistook for them trying to help him as he smiled and waved at them. The citizens gasped in shock and took a few steps back as SpongeBob walks past an electronic store with a TV display as it showed a commercial of a bald man promoting something and a non-enthusiastic little girl standing beside him as she scowled at the camera.
SpongeBob happily hums as he slipped into an alleyway and, after a few minutes, arrived at an abandoned parking lot as he came across a group of people wearing ski masks. The group talked amongst themselves before jumping back at SpongeBob's sudden appearance as they composed themselves and surrounded the bubbly Atlantean.
"Um…hello? Can I help you?" SpongeBob asked while eyeing the group of people that were twice his size nervously.
"Hey, kid. Let me guess, you're new around here, right?" One of the men asked while staring at him oddly as he raised an eyebrow at his appearance.
"Yes? Spongebob confirmed with a raised eyebrow. "I decided to come here for a fresh start after...the incident." He finished with a bitter look as the group chuckled, and looked down at him, sinisterly.
"Well, a typical Metropolis experience is for tourists to pay a moving fee. That fancy armor of your, it must cost a pretty penny, hand it over." He says while holding out his hand as SpongeBob stared at his hand for a few seconds before looking up to him with an annoyed look.
"Great, I haven't been here for more than two hours, and I'm already getting mugged. Fantastic." SpongeBob says sarcastically while rolling his eyes as he placed his hands on his hips. "Alright, look, I'm having a really bad day right now, so I will appreciate it if you guys just move along before I hurt you." SpongeBob says as the thugs stared at him for a few seconds before laughing.
"Oh, please! You? Hurt us? Yeah, right!" A thug says while doubling over in laughter as SpongeBob glared at them.
"Sir, please, can you and your friends stop laughing at me," SpongeBob says calmly as they stopped laughing and one of them scoffed.
"Ooooh, what's wrong, freak? Did we hurt your feelings?" The thug mocked as SpongeBob's face hardens and clenched his fists in anger. "What are ya gonna do? There's four of us and only one of you-Aah!" The thug says before screaming as SpongeBob, slightly, shoves him and sends him flying in the air as he crashed back on the ground.
The group of thugs jaw dropped in shock as SpongeBob dusts off his hands, and raised an eyebrow at the group as they glared at him and charged. Taking out a crowbar, a thug swung at SpongeBob as the Atlantean grabbed it and stole it from his grasp with ease as he used him to whack the thug away. Throwing the crowbar away, SpongeBob turned his head and saw another thug charging at him as he threw a punch.
CRACK!
"AAAAAHHHH!" The thug screamed in agony as he felt every bone in his shattered into pieces and gripped his hand in pain as he felt like he punched a brick wall. SpongeBob rolled his eyes as he pimp slapped him away and knocked him towards his two other buddies as they all got knocked out.
"Die!" A thug yelled while appearing behind SpongeBob with a knife as he stabbed his back...only for his eyes to widen as the knife broke into pieces. "W-What are you!?" He asked with a whimper as SpongeBob slowly turned to him and smirked.
"I'm just a simple sponge." He says before tapping his forehead as he knocked the thug out.
"Great town so far." SpongeBob says sarcastically while dusting off his hands as he walked away from the scene.
SpongeBob then spent the next 5 hours exploring the city and seeing the sights, but after noticing that it was getting dark and the streets were becoming less crowded, SpongeBob decided that it was time to find a place to sleep. Finding a nearby alleyway, SpongeBob sat down in front of a dumpster as he closed his eyes, and begins drifting off to sleep. But then a flash of light occurred as SpongeBob winced and opened his eyes as he saw a green car parking in front of him, and two people exited the vehicle. One was a redheaded woman wearing a purple sweater, black-rimmed glasses, black jeans, and dress shoes. The other was a black-haired man wearing a green sweater, black-rimmed glasses, and black shoes.
"Young man, why are you sleeping near a dumpster?" The woman asked with a confused look as SpongeBob rolled his eyes.
"Let me guess, you two are here to rob me, right? Well, trust me, it won't work." SpongeBob says as the duo gasped in shock.
"Why goodness no, why would we ever do something like that? We were just driving around and noticed you sitting here all on your own. Speaking off, why aren't you at home, young man?" The woman asked as SpongeBob flinched, and looks down somberly.
"I had a home, but it's not someplace I can stay anymore."
"Why?" The woman asked gently as SpongeBob looks away while trying very hard not to cry.
"I can't say right now."
"Oh...well...do you have a place to stay right now? That is not near a dumpster?" The man asked as SpongeBob shakes his head.
"Well, then why don't you come with us?" The woman suggested with a warm smile as SpongeBob stared at them, surprised.
"Come again?"
"Yeah, we have plenty of space back at our house, and it's not safe for someone of your age to stay out so late." The woman says as SpongeBob was about to say 'no' but then shuts up as he realized that he didn't have a good place to sleep or the currency of the surface world to go to a hotel. So, with a defeated sigh, SpongeBob nodded as he stood up.
"Okay, why not. It's better than getting mugged again." SpongeBob says as they gasped in shock.
"You were almost mugged!?" They asked as he nodded.
"Yep, a few hours ago." He says calmly as Eliza and Jeremiah's eyes hardened in determination.
"Well, that settles it. You're staying at our house until we make sure that you're safe." Eliza says while grabbing SpongeBob's arm as she dragged him to her car.
"That's cool. Anyway, what are your names again?"
"Well, my name is Jeremiah Danvers." The man says with a smile while following after them as Eliza opened the door of the car, and SpongeBob crawled inside.
"And, I'm Eliza Danvers." The woman says before sitting up at the front with her husband as SpongeBob smiled.
"Nice to meet you, guys. My name is SpongeBob SquarePants." SpongeBob says as the couple raised an eyebrow at his name but didn't say anything as Jeremiah started up the car, and they drove off. An hour later, SpongeBob and the Danvers arrived at a large Albert Wilford house as they got out of the house, and SpongeBob heard loud music blaring inside. Raising an eyebrow, SpongeBob didn't say anything as Eliza unlocked the door, and they walked inside.
"Nice place," SpongeBob says while looking around the house as Eliza ran upstairs and entered a room as the music was turned off. After a few seconds of loud arguing, Eliza walked back downstairs with, what SpongeBob presumes, her daughter as the bubbly Atlantean eyes widen at the sight of her as he blushed.
Standing before him was a 5'10 teenage girl with short blonde bob-cut hair, a muscular figure, and wears a dark blue T-shirt under a black leather jacket, burgundy jeans, and combat boots. Being a teenage boy, SpongeBob also noticed her hourglass figure, large breasts, and thick thighs. Overall, she was a bombshell, but being the gentleman he is, SpongeBob made sure not to gawk too much as he looked up to her eyes, and couldn't help to notice how mesmerizing they are.
"Mom, Dad, who the heck is this guy?" The girl asked while looking over his armored swimsuit and yellow stripes with a raised eyebrow.
"Hi, my name is Spongebob SquarePants. Nice to meet you." SpongeBob says while holding out his hand for a handshake as the girl stared at him blankly.
"SpongeBob...SquarePants...seriously?"
"Yyyyyyep," SpongeBob says with his usual bright smile as the teenager scowled at him, and Jeremiah popped in.
"Now, Kara, this may be a shock, but we found SpongeBob alone in the streets, and he said that he was mugged today. So, until we find a safe place for him to stay permanently, he's going to stay here for the night." He says as Kara gave him a disbelief look.
"Wait, seriously? You just met some weirdo in cosplay sleeping in the streets, and you just decided to bring him home?" Kara asked, questioning her adoptive parent's decision-making skills as she turned to SpongeBob. "Look, dude, I know almost getting mugged sucked, but are you sure you don't have somewhere else to sleep? Preferably somewhere far away from here?" Kara asked hopefully as SpongeBob shakes his head.
"Nope, but I'll be happy to sleep on the couch," SpongeBob suggested as Eliza smiled, and clapped her hands.
"See problem solved," Eliza says as Kara sighed and rolled her eyes.
"Ugh, whatever, it's getting late anyway. I'm heading off to bed." Kara says before stomping upstairs as she glanced back at SpongeBob. "If you try to steal anything, or hurt us, I will end you," Kara says with a glare as SpongeBob raised an eyebrow, but didn't say anything as she disappeared.
"Well, that could've gotten better," Eliza says to her husband, who nodded as they turned to SpongeBob. "We will get the old couch ready, and by tomorrow, we'll do everything we can to help you," Eliza says as SpongeBob smiled.
"Sweet, thanks.
SpongeBob then watched them prepare his bed for them as they placed a pillow and some blankets on the couch. Nodding in satisfaction, SpongeBob jumped onto the couch as he was about tuck himself to bed when suddenly the Danvers showed up as Eliza tucked him to bed by herself before backing up as she and Jeremiah stared at him with starry puppy dog eyes.
"Uuuuuuuh, thanks?" SpongeBob says with a raised eyebrow as they smiled at him.
"Your welcome." They said in unison as they begin to walk away while still staring at him with the same weird expressions as they tripped a bit before walking upstairs.
"...Okay, that was creepy, but they haven't tried to kill me, yet so I guess that's a plus." SpongeBob says with a shrug before laying his head on the pillow as he closed his eyes and went to sleep.
A few hours later, we see SpongeBob sleeping soundly on the couch until suddenly, SpongeBob frowns as he groaned and thrashed in his sleep. Deep inside his subconscious, SpongeBob floated across a dark room as a flash of light appeared in front of him, and he covered his eyes briefly as he slowly opens them, and gasped in shock as multiple visions flashed before his eyes.
These visions consisted of a woman wearing golden bracelets as she slams her hands together, and a shockwave rang out. Then we see another woman, wearing a black/green jumpsuit, flying across space as the ring on her hand glowed brightly. Next, we see a purple figure running across rooftops as she leaped in the air and threw several small blades. A small yellow light appeared out of the darkness as it flew around SpongeBob's body before flying off as a purple light suddenly appears in front of him, and blinded him as SpongeBob yelled out in pain and rubbed his eyes. Slowly opening them, SpongeBob was surprised to see a blonde woman, wearing a blue costume with a red 'S' on her chest, glaring at him as her eyes glowed brightly and she fired red energy beams at the frightened SpongeBob.
"Aah!" SpongeBob screamed while sitting up from the couch as he breathed heavily and calmed himself down as he turned to his left, and yelped in surprise at the sight of the Danvers standing over him.
"How was your sleep, dear?" Eliza asked with a smile as SpongeBob smiled back at her, nervously.
"Okayyy?"
"That's great, dear. Anyway, I think it's time that we went down to the police station to see if we can find a place for you to stay."
"Okay, that sounds fine," SpongeBob says while standing up from the couch just as Kara entered the room with a bowl of cereal in her hands.
"Kara, honey, will be back in an hour. Call if you need anything." Jeremiah says to his adopted daughter, who stared at him blankly as she took a bite out of her cereal. "Great talk, honey." He says, before walking away with Eliza as SpongeBob was about to follow but stopped at the sight of Kara giving him the 'I'm watching you' look. SpongeBob raised an eyebrow at her before shaking his head as he followed after the Danvers.
2 hours later at the police station
"Okay, so let me see if I got this right. You're telling me that this 16-year-old African-American boy wearing fancy armor, whom you told us that he was almost mugged recently, was found by the two of you sitting in front of a dumpster and then you decided to have him sleep the night at your house, with your adopted daughter, and now are looking for a place for him to stay?" A police officer says with an 'Are you kidding me?' tone as Eliza and Jeremiah smiled at him eagerly.
"That's correct, Officer."
"Well, the one smart thing ya did was bring him here, however, that leads to the main problem." The officer says while slapping down some folders of the results taken of SpongeBob on the desk as the Danvers stared at them in confusion. "It seems that your new guest is not a U.S. citizen as we can't seem to locate his info through his fingerprints and facial I.D. that he had given us earlier." He says as the couple's eyes widen in surprise.
"Are you sure about that, officer?" Eliza asked as he nodded.
"Yes, ma'am. It's like he just appeared out of thin air. We have him sitting outside on the bench right now, but I think it's time to decide what to do with his living arrangements. Since he's 16 and not an adult yet, we were thinking of placing him in Foster Care."
"Foster Care?!" They asked in shock as he nodded again.
"Yep, although with his current age, it's highly unlikely that he will be adopted and find a good home. Not too many people adopt teenagers." The officer says with a grim look as Eliza and Jeremiah stared at each other for a few seconds before nodding in agreement as they turned back to the officer and smiled.
"We would like to adopt him." They said in unison as the police officer's eyes widen in shock.
"E-Excuse me?"
"You heard us, he needs a home, and we have plenty of space back at our house," Eliza says as the officer raised an eyebrow at him.
"Okay, ma'am, I don't think you and your husband understand the situation that you are putting yourselves through. I mean, you barely know this kid, and yet, you're okay with just adopting him on the spot? What if he's dangerous?"
"Don't worry about that, officer. We can take care of ourselves. We faced quite a lot of danger in our lives." Jeremiah says as Eliza nodded in agreement, and the officer sighs tiredly.
"Alright, if you say so, just let me get the forms." He says as the parents beamed.
After the papers were signed, the Danvers and the police officer walked outside to see SpongeBob humming to himself in his seat as Jeremiah called out to him, and he beams as he walked over to them.
"Hi, guys, so how did it go? Will I have a new house?" SpongeBob asked curiously.
"All of your answers will be answered soon, son. But for now, you should head back with the Danvers." The police officer says tiredly as SpongeBob raised an eyebrow in confusion at him, and was even more confused to see the Danvers smiling at him brightly.
Feeling a little unnerved, SpongeBob nodded to the police officer as the Danvers grabbed SpongeBob's hands and dragged him over to their car eagerly. After a few minutes of driving, and watching the Danvers bouncing in their seats in excitement, the gang arrived home as SpongeBob opens the door and saw Kara watching TV on the couch, boredly.
"Hey, Mom. Hey, Dad." Kara says to her parents lazily before narrowing her eyes at SpongeBob annoyedly. "Why is he still here? Wasn't the police station suppose to find him a new place to live or something?" Kara asked as Eliza and Jeremiah smiled widely.
"Well, that's the thing, Kara, we ran into a little problem at the police station. You two might want to sit down for this." Jeremiah said as the teenagers raised an eyebrow at them, but sat down as they listened carefully. "The police tried to search for SpongeBob's family through his fingerprints and facial I.D., but it seems that our guest isn't from around here at all. No birth certificate, no medical records, nothing. It's like he just appeared out of nowhere." He says as Kara cocked an eyebrow in confusion while SpongeBob nodded knowingly. "So, since the police couldn't locate his family, they were thinking of placing him in Foster Care. But since most parents won't adopt teenagers, your mother and I decided to adopt him." Jeremiah says with a smile as Eliza smiled as well, but the teenagers weren't smiling at all as they stared at the Danvers blankly.
"Can you hold on for a second." Kara and SpongeBob said in unison as they stood up from the couch and walked into the kitchen. Eliza and Jeremiah glanced at each other confusedly as the teenagers came back while holding glasses of water as they sat back on the couch.
"Uh, what are you doing, kids?" Eliza asked as Kara and SpongeBob took a sip of their drinks, and sighed in satisfaction...before doing a spit-take as they stared at the Danvers in disbelief.
"What. The. FUCK!?"
"You have only known this guy, this complete stranger, for one night, and you just up and decided to adopt him? Are you fucking serious?! Why!? Why?!" Kara screamed in disbelief and anger as SpongeBob stayed quiet, not knowing what to say as Jeremiah walked up to his angry daughter and smiled at her calmly.
"Kara, honey, I know this may seem extreme, but when we talked to the police officer, he informed us that since SpongeBob doesn't have a place to go, it was either stay with us or go into Foster Care. Tell me, which one do you think it's the best option?" He asked rhetorically as Kara sighs and grabbed her hair in frustration before turning to her parents.
"Maybe there are other options, what if we find another family for SpongeBob to stay with?" Kara asked hopefully as the Danvers sighed, and were about to speak up when suddenly SpongeBob stood up as he turned to the Danvers and smiled at them, calmly.
"It's alright, guys. You don't have to worry about me, I can find my own place to stay." SpongeBob says as Kara smiled.
"See? Problem solved." Kara says as the Danvers frowned and shakes their head in disagreement.
"SpongeBob, dear, we can't, in good conscience, allow you to go out into that dangerous world. You could get hurt or worse." Eliza says with a worried look as SpongeBob sighed and gestured for the parents to sit down, which they did as SpongeBob gave them a serious look.
"Mr. and Mrs. Danvers, I deeply appreciate all you have done for me, but I really can't stay here."
"But why?" Jeremiah asked as SpongeBob sighed and took a deep breath as he then looked up to them nervously.
"You're probably wondering why the police can't locate me through my fingerprints and facial I.D., right?" SpongeBob asked as they nodded. "Well, the reason for that is that I'm not from around here. You see, I'm a member of a completely aquatic human subspecies known as Atlanteans, and I come from a city-state in Atlantis." SpongeBob says as the Danvers stared at him in shock while Kara snorted as she laughed.
"Bwwaaaahhhahahahahahahaaaaa! Oh, man, that was too funny, man. So, you're telling us that you're some kind of Fishman and live in Atlantis? Ha, ha, Oh, that's too good! Oooh, ooh, let me guess, you're friends with Free Willy, right?" Kara says while continuing laughing her head off as the Danvers were too stunned to scold her.
SpongeBob glared at Kara briefly before shaking his head as he took a deep breath, and the stripes on his body began glowing faintly. The Danvers gasped in shock/awe as SpongeBob started growing bigger and bigger until he was about 8ft tall as he slowly transformed into a shark hybrid, and growled slightly. (A/N Think of King Shark from The Flash for a better description)
"Now, do you believe me?" SpongeBob asked with a raised eyebrow as the Danvers nodded numbly, and the Atlantean transformed back to normal. "Do you now see why I can't stay here? With my abilities, I can attract all kinds of dangerous people, and I don't want to see any of you get hurt. So thanks for the generosity, but I have to go." SpongeBob says with a sad frown as he was about to leave, but stopped as Eliza appeared behind him and placed her hand on his shoulder as she smiled at him warmly.
"You don't have to worry about us getting hurt, deary. We can take care of ourselves, especially with Kara and her cousin around." Eliza says as she turned to Kara and gave her a pointed look.
"Are you serious?" Kara asked as Eliza nodded, and she sighed. "Alright, I guess we're doing this," Kara says as she stood up and tore open her shirt.
"Whoa! What are you-" SpongeBob says with a massive blush before gasping in awe as he saw a familiar 'S' on her shirt.
"Wait a minute, I know that symbol. It is the same one that Superman wears on his costume." SpongeBob says before gasping as he looked up at Kara in surprise. "Wait, does that mean that your-"
"A super, yep," Kara says before making sure that the window blinds were closed as she floated off the ground and made her eyes glow briefly as SpongeBob gasped in awe.
"Whoa! You're like Superman!" SpongeBob says excitedly as Kara frowned slightly and landed on the ground as she crossed her arms.
"I'm nothing like my cousin, I'm Supergirl. A Kryptonian." She says as SpongeBob tilted his head confusedly.
"Kryptonian? What's that?"
"An alien from another galaxy," Kara answered as SpongeBob eyes widened and gasped excitedly as he ran over to her.
"Cooool! I've heard of otherworldly beings from other planets, but I didn't know that aliens were real, that's so awesome!" SpongeBob beams as Kara blushed from the sudden closeness as she looked away uncomfortably. "So, why did you look so human?" SpongeBob asked curiously as Kara flinched, and the Danvers coughed awkwardly.
"Uh, that's something I don't like to talk about too much, so can we please change the subject?" Kara asked with a neutral frown as SpongeBob frowns worriedly, and backed away.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say anything offensive or-"
"It's fine, just forget about it," Kara says as he nodded, and Eliza cleared her throat as she clapped her hands excitedly
"Well, now that's out of the way, I just want to say that we think you're going to be a great addition to our family." She says while pulling him into a hug as she dragged Jeremiah and Kara into the hug as well with Kara groaning in annoyance, and SpongeBob blushing in embarrassment as he felt Kara's large breasts pressed against his back. "Oh, we also need to discuss where Spongebob's going to be sleeping since the couch can't be a permanent bed, and since we need time to renovate the guest room, I was wondering Kara if you will allow SpongeBob to sleep in your-"
"No!" Kara screamed, realizing what her mother is going to say as she breaks off from the hug, and floated in the air as she glared at her adopted mother. "No, no, no, no, no, no! He is not, I repeat, NOT-"
"Staying in her room?" SpongeBob asked while blushing again as the Danvers nodded, and Eliza looked up at her adopted daughter.
"Honey, I know this is a bit difficult, but please understand-"
"What's there to understand? Is the guest room really that bad of a place for him to sleep in?" Kara questioned as Eliza looked up to her with a deadpanned look as she crossed her arms.
"Yes, honey. You destroyed it after your last temper tantrum." Eliza says as Kara winced and floated down on the ground as she rubs her neck sheepishly.
"Oh, right, sorry about that." She says as Eliza sighs, but nodded.
"It's fine, dear, but it's going to take about three weeks to fix it properly, so, during that time, SpongeBob will have to sleep in your room."
"...Only for three weeks?" Kara asked as Eliza nodded, and the young Kryptonian slump her shoulders as she groans, and nodded reluctantly.
"Whatever," Kara says before stomping upstairs as the Danvers watched her go in sympathy, and turned to SpongeBob as they gave him guilty looks.
"I'm really sorry about this, hun, but it's the best that we can do for right now," Eliza says as SpongeBob sighed, but nodded.
"No, it's fine, Mrs. Danvers. But if you want, I can talk with Kara to see if I can cheer her up?" SpongeBob suggested as the Danvers smiled, and nodded as Eliza grabbed his arm.
"That sounds swell, come on I will show you to your new room," Eliza says as she led SpongeBob upstairs, and entered a room as they blinked in surprise at the sight of Kara, with her pajamas on, putting tape around a small area in her bedroom in a rectangular fashion.
"This is your side of the room," Kara says while turning to them as she glared at SpongeBob. "Got it?"
"Crystal," SpongeBob says with a sweatdrop as Eliza smiled.
"Well, I'm glad you two are starting to work things out." She says before remembering something as she turned to SpongeBob. "I almost forgot, we'll have to get you some new clothes for you tomorrow, dear. We can't have you walking around in your armor all day." She says as SpongeBob nodded dumbly, and Eliza left the room as SpongeBob turned to Kara, and yelped in surprise as he saw her suddenly standing in front of him with a glare as she slams him against a wall.
"Let me make this clear, SpongeDork. Just because you're staying here, it does NOT make us friends. You have your spot, and I have mine. If you try to come over to my side, I...will...crush...you…got it?" Kara asked with her eyes glowing red as SpongeBob nodded calmly and Kara turned around to go to her bed, but stopped as SpongeBob spoke up.
"Kara, I know this is overwhelming, and I am really sorry about this whole situation, but I hope we can get along and become friends?" He asked with a smile as Kara glared at him.
"You want us to be buds? Well, then, stay on your side of the room, and don't ever talk to me again." She says before jumping onto her bed as SpongeBob blinks before sighing as he sat down on the mattress that the Danvers gave him on his side of the room.
"...Goodnight, Kara."
"...Shut up, SpongeBob." Kara says, with her voice muffled by her pillow as SpongeBob sighs tiredly and slowly went to sleep.
It was a beautiful sunny morning in the Danver's house as we see SpongeBob and Kara sound asleep in their beds. When suddenly, the stripes on the Atlantean's body glowed faintly under the sheets as it started glowing brighter and brighter, until the whole room illuminated as the light woke up Kara, and she grumbled in annoyance as she jumped out of her bed, and marched over to the sleeping SpongeBob angrily.
"Hey, Spongedweeb! Can you can it with the light show?" Kara asked with a pissed off tone as she walked over to his side of the room and reached his bed as she pulled back the covers. "Some of us are trying to get some sleep-" Kara says before gasping as she saw SpongeBob's armor rearranging itself, and his body glowed brightly as Kara yelped and covered her eyes as the flash dies down, and she opens her eyes to see SpongeBob waking up.
"Ah, what a nice sleep," SpongeBob says with a smile as he turned to Kara, and saw her looking at him in shock as he smiled at her. "Hey, Kara. How's it going?" He asked although Kara didn't answer him as she numbly pointed at his armor, and the bubbly Atlantean looks down as he gasped.
"What the?!" SpongeBob says while sitting up as he looks down at his new attire in awe. SpongeBob's new attire consisted of a pure golden chest plate with white highlights, golden bracers that stopped at his hands, which were now fingerless gloves. His golden shoulder pads were now smaller, the top part of his swimsuit turned into a hoodie, his dark-brownish grey pants on his swimsuit turned into sweat pants, and the armor on his shins turned into black sneakers. "Whoa! I am loving this new look!" SpongeBob beams with a huge smile as Kara stared at him in disbelief.
"But…but...how, though?" Kara asked with a raised eyebrow while gesturing his new getup as SpongeBob shrugs.
SpongeBob just shrugged as Kara raised an eyebrow at him, and was about to say something else when suddenly a familiar voice came from downstairs.
"Kids! It's time to wake up!" Eliza called out in a sing-songy voice as both teens realized that it was morning time, and SpongeBob beamed in joy while Kara groans tiredly.
"It's morning!" SpongeBob shouted jubilantly as he races off to the bathroom while Kara follows after him at a snail's pace.
"My roommate ladies and gentlemen, my roommate," Kara says to the readers before shaking her head as she and SpongeBob entered the bathroom to do their morning routines. Kara brushed her teeth boredly as SpongeBob hums happily, and finished brushing his teeth, and begins brushing his hair and strangely enough his eyes, much to Kara's shock.
"Whaaaaaaaaa?" Kara droned as SpongeBob turned to her and smiled.
"Cleanliness is a sign of goodness," SpongeBob says as he turned back to the mirror and ran his hand through his hair as he smirked and winked at his reflection as his reflection winked back.
"WHAT THE!?" Kara screamed in surprise as she rubbed her eyes and stared at the mirror in shock as she turned to SpongeBob.
"What the...I mean...HOW!?" Kara asked while pointing at his reflection as SpongeBob shrugs.
"To this day, I still don't know." He replied with a shrug before turning to the mirror as he closed his eyes in concentration and grunted as his spongey parts slowly retracted into his body until it disappeared as he turned back to a shocked Kara with a smile.
"...I'm done," Kara says bluntly as she walked out of the bathroom, and SpongeBob followed after her as they walked downstairs and saw the Danvers preparing breakfast.
"Oooh, my goodness! What happened to your armor?" Eliza asked while eying his new clothing in awe as Jeremiah did the same.
"I have no idea, but so far, I like it," SpongeBob says with a shrug as Jeremiah smiled.
"Well, it's nice and all, but we should still find you some more outfits after school." He says as SpongeBob nodded.
"Sure, okay." He says as the Danvers nodded before turning to Kara as they smiled at her brightly.
"Good morning, Kara!"
"Hey," Kara replied blankly as Eliza smiled.
"Well, I hope you both had a good night's sleep because it's almost time to go to school," Eliza said as SpongeBob perked up.
"School?"
"Yes, school, teenagers your age have to go to school. And don't worry about the paperwork because we all have it covered, so all you have to do is just go to classes." Eliza finished with her usual bright smile as SpongeBob nodded, and Kara rolled her eyes as they went to eat their breakfast.
Afterward, everybody left the house with the Danvers driving the teenagers to school as SpongeBob hums a tune to himself, only to stop as he saw Kara glaring at him, and he smiled at her sheepishly, but then gasped in awe as they finally arrived at Kara's school.
"So, this is a normal school for the surface world? It looks so cool." SpongeBob half-whispered as Kara scoffed.
"Pfft, yeah, if you're a fan of snoring for eternity." Kara snarked as SpongeBob blinked in confusion, but didn't have time to say anything else as the car stopped and they grabbed their backpacks as they got out of the vehicle.
"Have a great day at school, kids, and stay out of trouble." The Danvers said in unison as SpongeBob smiled and waved at them goodbye while Kara just groaned and slammed the door so hard that it tipped over as SpongeBob reacted quickly, and slide behind the other side of the car as he pushed back, and the car fell down with a loud thud.
"Have a beautiful first day, kids!" Eliza says, not fazed by Kara's actions as they drove away.
Rolling her eyes, Kara walked into her school with SpongeBob following after her as he looked around in awe, never seeing so many surface dwellers outside of the city before as he noticed that while they didn't have any hybrid attributes, each and every one of the surface dwellers had a unique feature that made them stand out.
Glancing around, SpongeBob spotted a 5'5 teenage girl with amethyst hair and wears a black dress vest over a white shirt with a burgundy skirt, and knee-high short heeled boots. However, what really caught SpongeBob's attention was the fact that she was drop-dead gorgeous with her makeup certainly pointing that out, and her outfit definitely showed off her hourglass figure and long curvy legs.
Shaking his head to get rid of his dirty thoughts, SpongeBob saw the girl walking away from a limo as a man, who apparently was her father, raised a backpack for her and when he turned to her, the bubbly Atlantean was shocked to see her already holding the backpack. Rubbing his eyes, SpongeBob looked at her again as she notices him staring, and smiled as she winked at him before walking inside. SpongeBob blinked in confusion as he turned back to Kara, who raised an unimpressed eyebrow at him as he blushed and followed her inside.
SpongeBob was glancing around the school in awe while walking through the hallways with Kara, who raised an eyebrow at her roommate's antics, but otherwise didn't say anything as SpongeBob noticed that while there were no marine hybrids on the surface, there seem to be people who looked oddly similar to them. For instance, SpongeBob spotted a group with spikey hair/clothing, and the Atlantean wondered if they were half-urchin.
Moving along, SpongeBob then spotted another group of large surface dwellers, who were wearing strange blue/white/orange jackets as they were punching each other, but not in a mean way as they were laughing. SpongeBob then past two groups of people, one consisting of a group of girls wearing bright colors as they were holding strange clubs with webbing untwined at the top, and another group of lanky students who all wore glasses and had some weird metal plating on their teeth. Still staring at all of the students in wonder, SpongeBob didn't notice each group he passed looking at him in confusion about his unique clothing with the nerds staring at him in awe/wonder while the jocks sneered and rolled their eyes at him.
"Wow..." SpongeBob says while twisting around to get a better look at the school as he didn't look where he was going and crashed against another student as he fell down.
"Ow." The student says with a wince while rubbing his arm as SpongeBob gasped.
"Oh, Poisedon, I am so sorry dude, I wasn't looking where I was going. Are you okay?" SpongeBob asked while helping the student up to his feet as he nodded.
"Y-Yeah, I think so." The boy says uncertainly as SpongeBob nodded, and the student took one glance at his clothes as he smiled. "Nice clothes, by the way."
"Thanks, I just got them today." He says as the student nodded before walking away.
"He seems nice," SpongeBob says as he was about to follow after a walking Kara, but then-
"I told you, Hal, I don't want to join the Lantern Core. Their methods are too extreme." A calm, but firm voice says as SpongeBob raised an eyebrow and walked further into the hallway as he peeked his head at a corner and saw two teenagers arguing among themselves.
One of the teenagers is a Caucasian teenage male, slightly taller than SpongeBob at about 6'3, and was considerably more muscular than him, much to SpongeBob annoyance. Anyway, the boy had green eyes with slick brown hair and wears a green/white shirt with dark blue jeans, and brown shoes. His name is Hal Jordan.
The other teenager was a tall girl about 5'8 ft tall with long slightly two-toned brown hair that went down to her waist, dark skin that was lighter than SpongeBob, and her outfit consisted of a predominantly green dress with a light green t-shirt underneath, a small green beanie, large hoop earrings, and green dress shoes. Her name is Jessica Cruz.
"Look, Jess, I don't make the rules, but the fact is-" Hal says before trailing off as he, and Jess noticed SpongeBob staring at them as Hal furrowed his brow at him while Jess calmly looked at him in concern. SpongeBob laughs sheepishly as he walked away, but stayed close enough to eavesdrop on their conversation with his enhanced hearing.
"Take it back, Hal, I don't want it,"
"No, Jess. Look, I hate to break this to you, but the ring chose you, and once it does, you're stuck with it for the rest of your life." Hal says calmly as Jess growled at him in annoyance, and SpongeBob was curious on what they were talking about, but couldn't continue listening as he accidentally bumped into Kara, and she glared at him
"Watch it, SpongeDork."
"Sorry." He apologized as Kara scoffed.
"Whatever. Anyway, do you need me to continue babysitting you, or are you good?" Kara asked irritably as he shakes his head.
"I'm good," SpongeBob says as Kara smirked.
"Then, see ya." She says while waving at him mockingly as she stomped off. SpongeBob just sighed at her rude behavior as he shakes his head and glanced at the schedule that the Dangers gave him on the car ride.
"Okay, it looks like my first class...English 101?" SpongeBob says with a raised eyebrow before shrugging as he walked to his new class while noticing that a lot of the students were wearing bizarre metal googles, and some of the students were talking about a new hero named 'Wonder Woman'. Not giving much thought about that, SpongeBob beamed as he found his new class and entered the room with a smile on his face as he couldn't wait to learn all about the history of the Surface World.
The rest of the day went by fast as SpongeBob had several weird classes like English, Math, P.E., and History. SpongeBob passed English, Math, and P.E. with ease as he had taken similar classes in Reef Bottom, but because he was living in the ocean for all of his life, SpongeBob had real trouble with History. But thankfully, after Lunch, his next class would be Chemistry and Marine Biology, which he hopes won't be too much of a hassle as the other classes.
Anyway, after his morning classes were done, it was finally lunchtime as SpongeBob entered the cafeteria, and looks around as he spotted Kara sitting with some of the spikey-clothed people as he smiled and was about to walk over to them, but stopped as Kara glared at him and mouthed 'Piss off'. Getting the message, SpongeBob turned around as he walks across the room to find a seat as he walked pass multiple interesting people, including the purple-haired hottie, the green girl, and -
"Garth!?" SpongeBob yelled in disbelief while running over to a small boy eating a sandwich as he turned to him, and gasped at SpongeBob's presence as he gulped down his food. The young boy is a very short Caucasian boy, about 5 ft tall with curly black hair as he wore an orange shirt with blue trunks and black shoes. His name is Garth.
"SpongeBob!/Garth!" The boys yelled excitedly as they ran over to each other and shared a hug as SpongeBob smiled at him.
"Dude, I haven't seen you in like forever! You started living in the Surface World now?" SpongeBob asked as he and Garth sat on a table, and the small Atlantean smirked.
"Yyyeeeep, for about two years now. Anyway, I was wondering something, what are you doing here, SpongeBob. Not that I didn't want to see my old friend again, but why are you at the Surface World instead of Reef Bottom?" Garth asked curiously as SpongeBob flinched, and looks away sadly as he sighs.
"It's..." SpongeBob trails off as he tried to keep his emotions in check and took a deep breath as he turned to a concerned Garth. "...complicated. I really don't feel like talking about it right now." SpongeBob says as Garth nodded, and the Atlantean looked ahead as he only now noticed the nervous-looking teenage girl sitting beside Garth as she shrinks from SpongeBob's gaze and looks down shyly.
The teenage girl is very short, about the same height as Garth at about 5 ft tall as she seems to be African-American like SpongeBob, has green eyes, and had long brown hair tied up into two small pigtail buns. She was wearing a large baggy black/yellow sweater matching that of a butterflyfish, black pants, and wears a pair of brown snow boots. Her name is Karen Beecher.
"So, who's your friend here?" SpongeBob asked, gesturing at Karen, who squeaked at being called out as she looks away shyly.
"I-I'm, Karen Beecher," Karen whispers as SpongeBob raised an eyebrow.
"I'm sorry, what was that?" SpongeBob asked as Karen whimpered, and lowers her head.
"My name is Karen Beecher." She whispered again as SpongeBob tilted his head confusedly.
"Didn't quite catch that," SpongeBob says as Karen whimpered and looked away as Garth spoke up.
"This is Karen Beecher, she's my best friend in the entire Surface World." He says before turning to his human friend. "Karen, this is one of my best buds from back home, SpongeBob SquarePants," Garth says happily, oblivious to Karen raising an eyebrow at his name as SpongeBob waved at her and was about to speak up when suddenly, SpongeBob stiffened as he looked behind them frighteningly.
Confused, the two smaller teens followed his gaze and paled as they saw a large muscular blonde got smacked in the face with a plate full of spaghetti as marinara sauce dripped down from her shocked face. Kara angrily wiped the sauce from her face as she stood up and glanced around as she spotted SpongeBob and the teens, and glared at them as SpongeBob flinched.
"Aw, shit," SpongeBob grimaced as Karen and Garth stared at him sternly.
"Language!" They scolded before yelping as SpongeBob flipped the table over to protect them from a flying burger being shot at them like a torpedo as it impacted the table, and left a crack in it as SpongeBob peeked behind the table and saw Kara lining up another one as she threw the burger at them, and SpongeBob was about to tell his friends to duck down when suddenly-
CLANG!
Jessica Cruz appeared as she slides in front of them, and knocked the burger away with her lunch tray as she stood in front of them protectively.
"Leave them alone, you big bully!" Jess shouted while glaring at Kara fiercely as SpongeBob smiled at her. "That was awesome!" SpongeBob praised as Jessica turned to him and smiled slightly.
"My hair..." An angry voice says as SpongeBob turned around and was surprised to see that it came from the purple-haired hottie, who got nailed in the head by the burger thanks to Jessica as her hair was smeared with ketchup and other condiments. "...my hair..." The purple-haired girl says as she slowly stood up and turned around as she glared at Jess furiously. "YOU RUINED MY HAIR!" She shouted, and with a roar that would make a killer whale blanch, the girl grabbed a milk carton, and threw it towards Jessica as she was hit in the head and fell down.
"DEFCON 1 Y'ALL! TAKE COVEEEERRRR!" SpongeBob screamed as he grabbed his friends and threw them to the ground just as a Caucasian redhead girl, wearing a purple hoodie, shorts, with long knee socks and sneakers, appeared as she jumped onto the table and screamed.
"FOOD FIGHT!" She screamed, and immediately the cafeteria erupted into the chaos as everyone began throwing food at each other. Crouching down, SpongeBob turned to his friends and noticed how scared they look as SpongeBob's inner hero instinct kicked in, and he gave them serious looks.
"Karen, Garth, on the count of three, we're going to crawl to the doors and get the teacher. Got it?" SpongeBob asked as they nodded. "Okay, on three. One...two...three!" He shouted as they all begin running, with Garth and Karen scrambling to keep up with the admittedly fast Atlantean as SpongeBob lead them to the cafeteria doors and was about to open the doors when suddenly, his enhanced hearing picked up a small grunt as SpongeBob turned around and saw Kara tripping over Karen as they were trying to get their bearings.
"Garth, go get a teacher," SpongeBob says to Garth, who glanced at Karen worriedly.
"But-"
"I'll get Karen, just go!" SpongeBob ordered as Garth flinched, but nodded as he ran out of the cafeteria. Karen shrinks fearfully from Kara's angry gaze as the teenage Kryptonian was about to grab her, but luckily SpongeBob appeared as he leaped towards Kara like a frog and tackled her to the floor.
The teenagers grunted as they rolled across the ground for a bit until Kara stopped them by gripping the floor so hard that she left cracks on the floor as she glanced down and growled angrily at SpongeBob's sheepish face as she looks around, and spotted some mashed potato on the ground. Grabbing the mashed potato, Kara then tried to shove them into SpongeBob's face as the young Atlantean tried to stop her by grabbing onto her arms and attempted to push her off, but failed as Kara easily escaped from his grasp and shoved the mashed potatoes into his face as SpongeBob gagged.
"Leave him alone!" Jess shouted as she jumped onto Kara's back and wrapped her arms around her neck as she tried to push her off with all of her might, but failed miserably as the jacket-wearing blonde didn't even notice that she was there.
Still gagging, SpongeBob lifted his head upwards and saw the purple-haired beauty pinned next to him as she was pushing her hands against Kara's cheek, while Karen was pinned under Jessica and Kara's bodies as SpongeBob also noticed the purple hood girl riding on Jessica's back...with a gigantic smile on her face? SpongeBob didn't have time to wonder about that as Garth suddenly ran into the cafeteria with the principal running behind him as Garth ran over to his friend excitedly.
"I found the Principle, SpongeBob!" Garth shouted while pointing at a gray-haired Caucasian man with a pencil suit, dark jeans, and glasses, who was furious at the sight of the destroyed cafeteria as his face grew red in anger and roared.
"ENOUGH!" He shouted as everyone immediately stopped what they were doing and sweated nervously at his angry gaze as the principal placed his hands on his hips. "Who started this food fight?" He asked as everyone pointed at SpongeBob and the girls.
"…Seriously?" SpongeBob asked with a deadpanned look as the principal glared at them.
"You six! Let's go!" the man ordered sternly as SpongeBob looked up at him in surprise and sighed heavily as he glared at Kara.
"Thanks." SpongeBob drawled sarcastically as Kara glared at him.
"Don't mention it." She drawled back equally deadpan
Sighing in frustration, SpongeBob, slowly pushed himself up as the others slowly got up off the ground with Jessica Cruz helping him up to his feet as he gave a small nod to the girl, and she smiled slightly again before walking into a single file line with the other girls as SpongeBob followed after her, but not before shoving Kara a little bit as she shoved him back with a glare. Walking out of the cafeteria, Karen and SpongeBob noticed Garth looking at them go sadly, feeling guilty for getting in trouble, but felt a little better as his friends smiled at him reassuringly before leaving the room. After a good 20 minute walk, the principal had guided them to the Detention Room as everyone sat down on their respective desks, and he shakes his head at them disappointedly before closing the door as SpongeBob sighs tiredly.
"Best fuckin day ever," SpongeBob says sarcastically while resting his head on his desk grumbly.
"Language." Karen and Jessica pipped in sternly as the purple beauty ignored them and scoffed.
"Tell me about it." She says, agreeing with SpongeBob as she was filing her nails. "I hope you all have good attorneys." She says as Kara scoffed.
"What are you gonna do? Sue me cause I have better aim then you?" Kara says with a lazy glare as the purple-haired girl gasped.
"Ooh, I knew you threw those potatoes?" She says with a growl while pointing her nail file at Kara angrily, but also nearly jabbed SpongeBob in the process as she winced. "Oh, sorry." She says sheepishly as he nodded.
"It's fine." SpongeBob muttered, not lifting his head as Kara scoffed again.
"Kiss up." She snarked as SpongeBob narrowed his eyes and lifted his head as he glared at her.
"Oh, oh, how cute. I'm sure the Danvers are really going to love how you helped start a food fight." SpongeBob says with an annoyed look as she glared at him.
"Right, like I'm sure they'll love how you tackled their daughter to the ground."
"Only to stop you from picking on someone half your size, tough girl." SpongeBob says while narrowing his eyes as Kara growled angrily and stood up as she crossed her arms.
"You calling me a coward, SpongeDork?"
"Yeah, and what of it? You're going to suffocate mash potato into my face again?" SpongeBob asked while standing up as they walked towards each other until they were six feet apart as Kara glared at him through glowing red eyes while SpongeBob growled at her as his tattoos glowed dimly.
"Now, let's not start fighting again." Jessica says worriedly from her seat as Kara rolled her eyes.
"Oh, please, you threw more nuggets than anyone." She says, causing SpongeBob to raise an eyebrow before sighing as he sat down back on his desk, and Kara scoffed. "Wuss." Kara says with a smirk as SpongeBob glared at her before closing his eyes as he took a deep breath and looked away.
"Um, for the record, if I offended anyone, I'm truly very sorry." Karen says meekly as SpongeBob turned to her and smiled.
"You don't have to apologize, Karen. You did nothing wrong, Garth would have wanted you to be safe." SpongeBob says gently as Karen blushed and smiled shyly as she looks away.
"Ooooooooh, looks like someone has a boyfriend." Kara teased as Karen blushed again while SpongeBob turned to her with a glare. "Fitting enough since he'd probably be the only person your size." She says, causing Karen to look down sadly as SpongeBob saw this and grew angry.
"OKAY, YOU KNOW WHAT!?" SpongeBob shouted while standing up from his desk as Kara did the same.
"WHAT?!" Kara asked while glaring at him through glowing red eyes as SpongeBob glared back with his tattoos glowing yellow as they were about to attack when suddenly, they heard the door opening as SpongeBob and Kara quickly went back to their seats, just as the door opened to reveal the principal standing there with a police officer.
"We found her just walking around the streets." The police officer informed the principal, who looked disappointed as he clicked his tongue in annoyance.
"Cutting class on the first day of school. What a shame. Get in there with the other delinquents while I find which home room your in." The principal says while furrowing his brows as a person, wearing a black cloak, walked into the room, and the two men closed the door behind her. SpongeBob tilted his head curiously at the mysterious person as he watched the cloaked figure walking further into the room and took off his/her cloak as everybody gasped.
The mysterious person is a beautiful teenage girl about 6'4 ft tall with ripped muscles much bigger than Spongebob's, black hair, gorgeous sun-tanned skin, and an hourglass figure that most girls will kill to have. Her outfit consisted of a blue skirt with stars on it, a red chest plate with a golden W symbol covering her buxom breasts, two golden shoulder pads, red/gold boots, that went up to the knees of her curvy legs, and two gleaming silver bracelets on her forearms. Her name is Diana, the princess of Themyscira.
"Whoa." SpongeBob says, gaining Diana's attention as she turned to her, and gasped as he did the same once he realized who she was.
"An Amazon/An Atlantean." SpongeBob and Diana both half-whispered in awe as the young Atlantean stood up from his desk, and made his way over to her as they stared at each other in wonder/shock.
"By the Gods, I have only heard stories about Atlantean's ever since I was a little girl, I wasn't sure that they existed. But to see one up close, it is truly a sight to behold." Diana says while looking over SpongeBob as she brushed her hands over the carvings on his armor. "I recognize these carvings from the books that I've have read when I was a little girl."
"I've heard stories about Themyscira when I was growing up too, but most of the stuff I've heard was from deep in the ancient libraries of Atlantis. I never thought I would see one up close and in person. I mean, just look at this armor." SpongeBob semi-whispered in awe as he inspected her shoulder pads, bracers, and chest armor...while at the same time doing his best to be a gentleman and not stare at her glorious breasts as he blushed slightly. The girls, however, were too awestruck by the new girl to listen too carefully to the conversation, except for Kara of course cause she both already knew about the Atlantean's origins and frankly didn't care about the new girl.
"She's...she's..." Karen trailed off as she was absolutely star-struck by Diana's beauty.
"Gorgeous…" The purple-haired dime piece whispered in awe as she couldn't believe how beautiful the girl was. She even has to admit that Diana might be potentially more beautiful than her.
"Is that..." Jessica says as she seems to recognize the girl, but couldn't quite figure out who she is.
"She's the Wonder Woman." The red-headed girl whispered in pure joy while laying her head on her desk as Kara scoffed.
"That's no Wonder Woman, that's just some dumb cosplay girl." Kara snarked while trying not to laugh out loud as SpongeBob gave her a deadpanned look.
"Seriously?" SpongeBob asked exasperated as Diana glared at the blonde Kryptonian, and marched over to her angrily.
"I am no girl, I am Diana! Princess of the Amazons! I alone have survived the 21 tests of the tournament of Athena and Aphrodite! By rights I am not a girl, but a woman!" Diana shouted with her voice filled with pride and power as Kara stared at her blankly, not even remotely impressed as she rolled her eyes with a cocky smirk.
"Okay, trust me, Princess, you do NOT want to mess with me." Kara boasted with a casual look of condescendence as SpongeBob eyes widen.
"Ooooh, shit." SpongeBob thought mentally as he looked between the girls nervously.
"Is that a challenge?" Diana questions calmly, not intimated by the blonde what's so ever as Kara stood up, and placed her hands on her hips.
"Yeah, for you, maybe." Kara says with her usual cocky smirk as Diana cracked her knuckles and then got into a combat stance as she gave the surprised blonde a firm glare
"Very well, I will allow you first strike."
"Are you serious?" Kara asked with a laugh as she couldn't believe that the cosplay girl was actually planning to fight her.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, lets just calm down, alright?" SpongeBob asked nervously while standing in between the girls as he held out his hands. "We are in a high school people, so let's not do something that will give Metropolis one less building." He says as both combatants regarded him with a raised eyebrow.
"Atlantean, while I appreciate your noble reasoning, this is only a minor spar, nothing too serious." Diana says calmly.
"Yeah, SpongeDork, if the nerd wants to get dropped, that's her call." Kara says with a lazy smirk. "Now, why don't you run along while I beat this girl up." Kara says as she shoves SpongeBob, causing the girls, including the red-headed girl, to scowl as SpongeBob found his balance, and glared at the blonde teenager as he scoffed.
"Okay, you know what? Fuck it, just knock her ass out before I do." SpongeBob says to Diana while sitting down on his desk as the Amazon Princess nodded.
"Gladly." The Amazon growled out as she motioned Kara to fight, much to her surprise as she shrugged and entered a boxer's stance.
"Alright, you ask for it." Kara says as she swayed a bit to get a good feel of the area before throwing a punch as Diana swiftly dodged it, earning a surprised look from everyone, especially from Kara, as Diana glared at her firmly.
"Again." Diana ordered as Kara raised an eyebrow at her before glaring as she throws another punch, which Diana blocked it with ease as she threw a strong kick at her. Diana smirked, expecting Kara to be doubling over in pain, but much to her shock, her kick only knocked Kara a couple of feet back as the blonde blows her hair out of her face and dusts off her clothes as she glared at the surprised Amazon.
"Oh, shit, its on now." SpongeBob says Jessica and Karen glared at him sternly.
"Language." They scolded him as he rolled his eyes. Ignoring their conversation, Kara rushed over at Diana and began throwing multiple rapid punches as Diana composed herself and effortlessly blocked her attacks as she threw another kick at Kara that didn't faze her whatsoever as Kara continued throwing punches while Diana continued blocking them.
"Why...can't...you...just...hold still!" Kara roared out as she flew towards Diana, and punches her chest as she sent Diana flying through a wall. Everybody gasped in horror as Kara covered her mouth and whimpered in fear as she ran over to the hole in the wall.
"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, are you oka-oof!" Kara says before being pushed away by an angry/concerned SpongeBob as he checked the hole where Diana crashed through.
"Diana, are you alrigh-Oh, crap!" SpongeBob says before yelping as Diana leaped from the hole like an angry lioness and tackled Kara to the ground as she begins raining punches at her face.
After enduring a couple of punches, Kara quickly recovered as she kicked her off and jumped up as Diana grabbed a couple CD'S from a nearby desk and started throwing them at Kara like shurikens as Kara used a desk to shield herself before throwing it aside as she and Diana glared at each other, and charged at each other as they were about to punch each other, but then...
THOOM!
Everyone yelped as a bright yellow light blinded them, and after a few seconds, the light died down as they opened their eyes and gasped as they saw two giant glowing hands keeping Kara and Diana apart as they looked down and gasped as they realized that it was SpongeBob who was holding them back with a very strained look on his face.
"Stop. Now." SpongeBob growled out through gritted teeth as he glared at them. "You are destroying this room." SpongeBob says while gesturing around with his head as the girls looked around, and winced at the destruction they made as Jessica appeared beside them with an angry look on her face.
"He's right, both of you, stop right now! Fighting is NEVER the answer!" Jessica says firmly with her hands on her hips as the girls were about to speak up, but then everyone grew silent as they heard footsteps coming towards them.
"Teacher." The purple-haired beauty says calmly while powdering her cheeks as everyone panicked, and SpongeBob lets go of the girls as everyone scrambled around to clean up the room while SpongeBob slowly shrinks his arms as he felt his arm crack and splinter, and hisses in pain.
"Damm, those girls are strong as fuck." SpongeBob thought to himself while shrinking his arm back to its normal size as he shakes off his pain.
SpongeBob sighed as he sat down on his desk, and watched as the girls were desperately to reconstruct the destroyed room, from straighten up the desks, fixing the bookcase, and picking up all of the random junk that littered across the room. SpongeBob wanted to help them, but he really doubted that they will be able to fix up the mess, even with his help, so SpongeBob decided to sit back and waited patiently for his arms to heal, and for the principle to storm in.
After a few tense seconds of panicking, and cleaning, the purple-haired sweet thing suddenly sighed as she finished applying her lipstick and stood up as she pulled out her wand. After chanting something under breath, purple energy seems to radiate from her body as SpongeBob eyes widen, and gasped in shock as he watched the room is covered in a bright flash of purple light, and suddenly everything was back to normal as the room was completely fixed up. Blinking slowly, SpongeBob didn't have time to speak up as the doors were flung opened and everyone put on huge fake smiles as the principal pokes his head in and raised an eyebrow at the smiling teenagers suspiciously.
"Everything alright in here?" He questioned as the purple-haired sweet thing nodded with a giant smile.
"Mmm-hmm. Yes, Mr. Chaplin." She says as the man still kept his eyebrow raised.
"All right, good." The principal stated unsurely as he then grabbed some keys that were hanging on the wall, and turned back to the still smiling teenagers suspiciously. "I, uh, forgot my keys." He explained before slowly walking out of the room as he glared at the teenagers suspiciously for one last time, and they waved at him somewhat nervously as he clicks his teeth, and closed the door as everyone sighed in relief.
"Oh, Poseidon, that was so close," SpongeBob whispers in relief as he looks down at his arms, and smiled as he saw that his hands were now healed up. "Oh, cool, my hands healed u-"
SLAM!
"Aah!" SpongeBob screamed in surprise as Kara suddenly appears in front of him and slams her hands down on his desk as she glared at him. "Alright, SpongeDork, it's one thing to be able to turn into a giant shark man, but no one, other than my cousin, is strong enough to stop one of my punches. So start talking, and maybe explain what it has to do with the light show and giant hands." She snarled with burning eyes as SpongeBob, still caught off guard, couldn't give her an immediate answer and essentially was in 'uuuuuuuuuh' mode. Luckily, Diana showed up to help him as she shoved Kara away from him and glared at her.
"Fool! This is no dork as you say, but a proud member of the Atlantean race," Diana says proudly as SpongeBob blushed, but grimaced internally as he gained a solemn look.
"Well not all of them are as mighty as you think princess," SpongeBob thought bitterly as Kara glared at the both of them, and was about to speak up, but then-
"AHA! I KNEW IT!" The red-headed girl shouted, interrupting the girl's conversation, and caused everyone to look at her as she smirked. "I knew it! I knew it! I knew it! I knew it! I knew it! I KNEW you were all super!" She screamed while pointing at everyone as the young teen leaped up and landed in between Kara and SpongeBob. "I knew the minute I saw you too push that car back and forth because no ordinary person is that strong!" She says before getting in front of Karen, who yelped in fright from her sudden closeness as the redhead pointed at her.
"And when you spilled all of those metal things onto the ground, I knew there was something weird going on with you." The redhead says before zooming over to the purple beauty sweet thing as she pointed at her. "And you all of a sudden had your backpack, and I was like, 'That's weird'." She rattles off as the young teen then pointed at Jessica. "And I overheard you talking to that cute boy over some core thing and a ring. I thought that something was up, so I decided to start a food fight, so that we could all get detention together which 100% worked, and then you showed up!" She says while pointing at Diana. "Which was completely unexpected, but a huge bonus for me. Anyway, my plan was to get you all together and that you'd keep fighting so that you would all be forced to reveal that you were all supers and guess what? So, am I because I'm the one and only…Batgirl." She finished off dramatically as everyone just stared at her confusedly, and an awkward silence rang out until it was ruined by Kara as she scoffed.
"Great another cosplayer," Kara says with an annoyed eye roll as Diana smirked.
"Huzzah! At last, a sister and a brother in arms!" Diana says while pulling Batgirl and SpongeBob into a hug, which caused the Atlantean to blush slightly as he could feel Diana's breasts pressed up against his arm, and he could even smell the amazing moisturizer she was wearing-
"Okay, I should stop now. That's creepy, even for my own head." SpongeBob thought to himself as an oblivious Diana continued talking.
"...never had I dreamed that I would encounter the warrior spirit of an Amazon and an Atlantean upon entering the world of man. For you see, it is my quest, my crusade, my destiny to bring the Amazon way of peace and prosperity to man's world, and to rid it of all evil," she said as everyone looked surprised at what she was saying, except for Batgirl, who was busy fangirling to listen to Diana. "The gods bestowed this honor upon me, and I feared that I would've to carry this burden alone, but now..." Diana says as she hugged Batgirl and SpongeBob tighter into her chest, which caused SpongeBob to blush even harder as Diana smiled brightly. "Now, I have a brother and a sister by my side!" Diana exclaimed, which caused Batgirl to be dragged back into reality as she and SpongeBob separated from Diana.
"No, no, no, no, you have five sisters and a brother," The redhead says cheerfuly while gesturing the rest of the girls as Kara scoffed.
"Uh, nope. Every time I use my powers, I get in trouble. Every. Single. Time." Kara emphasized with a stern glare as she crossed her arms.
"Not me, I'm not fighting anyone." Jessica Cruz added in firmly while waving her hands as the purple-haired sweetie chuckled.
"Sorry. I'm an artist. Not a police officer." She finished with a calm smile as Karen bits her lip and looks down.
"Um, I'm not really good at it." Karen says meekly as SpongeBob looked at everyone, and then looked at Diana and Batgirl as he gave them an apologetic look.
"Look, I'm really sorry, but I came to the surface world to start a new life and to get away from trouble, not look for it." SpongeBob finished as Diana grew angry and slams her hand on Karen's desk, spooking the heck of the small girl as Diana glared at the group.
"Cowards! I speak of destiny! The same mantle of greatness the gods bestowed upon me they have also bestowed upon you!" Diana says with a determined look as Batgirl pops in.
"Plus, come on you guys, how can you not be excited about being heroes? Fighting bad guys, having hidden lairs, secret identities, and other stuff?" She asked with a gigantic grin.
"Damn, this girl is pumped." SpongeBob thought to himself as the purple-haired hottie raised her hand.
"Um, the trick with secret identities, my dear, is in order to remain secret, one must convincingly pass as a normal human being." She says as the redhead girl beams.
"Okay, tell you what, you guys give this being a team thing a teensy try, she'll teach us how to be heroes, and you can give her a makeover! Deal?" She asked as the purple hot thang sighed in defeat and smiled as she stood up and walked over to them.
"Who am I to say no to a makeover?" She said with a smile as she was soon joined by Karen
"Um, okay," Karen said unsurely, which caused SpongeBob's eyes to widen in shock.
"Seriously?" SpongeBob thought to himself as Jessica immediately joined her.
"Good for you, Karen. I'll try to, but only to encourage and support Karen's brave decision." Jessica says as the group all then looked at Kara, who raised an eyebrow at them as she sighed and nodded as she walked over to them.
"Fine, whatever."
"Seriously?" SpongeBob asked as the girls turned to a surprised-looking Atlantean. "A promise of a makeover, and suddenly, your all in?" He questioned as everyone nodded. "Well, that was easy, apparently." He thought to himself as Diana walked over to him.
"And what says you, young Atlantean, will you join us?" Diana questioned as SpongeBob looked at everyone and sighed as he nodded.
"Well, okay, let's see how this goes," SpongeBob says as the redhead beams.
"Yes! It's settled! Super awesome super hero-ness, here we come!" She grinned with a gigantic smile as she brought in everyone for a group hug, and everyone smiled slightly, except for SpongeBob internally grimaced.
"I'm ready to be part of a team, but I'm not ready to make new friends." SpongeBob thought to himself with a frown as Jessica noticed his frown, but didn't say anything as everyone walked out.
