Let's Watch The Show!

Chapter One:

Inside of the Mikaelson Estate in New Orleans, Louisiana, Caroline Mikaelson was holding little Hope in her arms as the two were in the hallway, the tiny 26 month old vampire witch hybrid was struggling to leave her mother's grasp as her father and Caroline's husband of five years Kol Mikaelson. He smiled and took the girl in his arms as he tickled her stomach.

It was also nearing bedtime for little Hope as the clock on the wall indicated with the little and big hands that it was seven fifty at night.

"How are my two favorite girls," he asked and Caroline eyed him warily. "What?"

"Who did you kill?" She asked. He shook his head. "You didn't kill anyone and you're this happy? Should I bring on the jealousy?" He laughed and shook his head.

"Okay," he said smiling. "I was helping with planning certain people dying." She smiled and nuzzled his cheek before kissing their daughter's head. "I hate knowing what you went through and certain factors not helping you." She winced at the reminder of what happened to her in her human life.

"Guys," Lacey Peterson Mikaelson called. "We have a package!" Caroline walked into the living room where the twenty something year old witchpire was holding an Amazon package. "Who ordered anything from Amazon anyway?"

"Not me," Caroline heard Elena say weakly as the brunette appeared. She was pale and clammy due to just finishing up a bout of morning sickness. "I didn't order anything…Hayley?" The female hybrid who was one of Elena's mates appeared and looked worriedly at her. "Did you order anything online from Amazon?"

Hayley shook their head and as the entire household came down, Elijah Mikaelson carried his little mate to the couch where he sat with her, his arms around her and Hayley who had followed. As he had the two women cuddled into his sides, he smiled down but worry clouded his eyes.

The pregnancy wasn't the first for the witchpire but she was sick a little more this time around. Their first born child-a son named Connor-came down and went straight to Elena's lap while his and Hayley's daughter Danielle was cuddled up into her momma Elena's side.

Klaus was in the kitchen with his mother Esther and father Ansel, learning how to make certain teas, as was Aurora. The female vampire may not be pregnant but she was around women who can be and wanted to help them out.

The moment the four walked into the living room Aurora went straight to Elena and gave her a cup of chamomile tea. Elena thanked her softly and as she took small sips, her fingers combed through Danielle's hair.

"What in the word is this?" Klaus' other mate-a man named Spencer Ryan-asked as he took the DVDs out of the box. "Do vampires keep diaries?" He asked as 'The Vampire Diaries' was plastered over the boxes with Elena who eyed it critically.

"I don't remember this photo shoot…" Elena mumbled as she took a sip. "I don't know what this is about…do you?" She turned to look at Caroline who shrugged. "Jeremy?" Her little brother looked up from his sitting position on the ground in between Tristan de Martel's legs. "Did you plan this you little imp?" The Imp shook his head though his husband was tickling him.

"Who did this and what is this supposedly about?" Hayley asked as she felt the need to rip into someone's throat. Elena leaned over and soothed her, as did Elijah who squeezed her into his side.

"I think it's about Elena," Esther mused. "She is on the cover up until the seventh and eighth season."

Hayley looked and read it to herself before she giggled.

"Elena isn't a doppelganger though," she giggled. "If they are claiming she is…then it's a scam."

"Caroline's the doppelganger," Elena added as she made sure Danielle and Connor were okay. "I'm not a doppelganger at all." Caroline gave her a look. "Oh you know that Damon and Stefan were obsessed with you and Jeremy while I was thrown away and killed by them."

Hayley, Elijah, Caroline and Jeremy were still angry with what the brothers Salvatore did to her but Elena managed to calm Elijah and Hayley down by rubbing their forearms.

"I'm here and with our baby," she whispered to her mates. "The two of us are here." Esther had smiled at the three.

She had looked through her grimoire and found a spell that she used, with their consent, that made the baby Elena was now pregnant with a mixture of the three-basically Elena was pregnant with the biological child of herself, Elijah and Hayley.

"Why don't we watch episode one of season one?" Aurora asked as she settled herself on Finn's lap.

The moment it was on, they could hear Stefan's voice and for some reason Elena groaned.

"Are you kidding me?" She couldn't stop herself. "Is this all in his mind? Does he really think this?"

However her anger nearly escalated as it showed 'her' in her room where she was getting ready.

"You had hoop earrings?" Caroline asked and Elena gave her a look. "I thought you hated those."

"The last time I wore those types of earrings I was so annoyed that I took them out and sold them," Elena reminded her. "I sold them to you." Caroline laughed and nuzzled her husband's cheek.

Esther was wondering why she was drinking coffee and who the young woman was. Elena squinted and cocked her head to the side.

"Should we have invited Jenna to see this?" Elena asked Jeremy who looked at Tristan.

"Isn't she in college still?" Rebekah asked as she cuddled her wife Nadia-Katherine's daughter-happily. "Or is she vacationing in Prague?"

Elena shrugged.

"I'm not actually sure but she did say to call her when I find out the baby's gender," she said as Danielle was sleeping as well as Connor. "I'm glad they're asleep." Hayley nodded and took Connor in her arms, the boy cuddling into mommy Hayley. "Maybe we should pause the farce of a show and place the babies in their beds." Ansel had pressed pause on the show.

Esther took Danielle, Hayley had Connor and Caroline took Hope and placed them in a shared little bed that was near the couch. Once going back to their spots, Ansel pressed play and Elijah pulled Elena onto his lap, rubbing her back as Hayley rubbed her arm.

"Just calm down," Kol soothed Caroline as she saw Bonnie with Elena. "Just calm down."

"Damon just tried to kill them and no one did anything!" She seethed. Elijah nodded, as he made sure that Elena was closer to his chest.

"…he had control of birds?" Elena blinked. "And the fog from earlier?" She looked at Esther who seemed curious as well. "Can vampires really do that?" Though she's a vampire witch hybrid herself she didn't think that what he did was possible.

"I think he had a witch with him to do most of this," Esther said as she eyed the characters critically. "Was Jeremy into drugs?" She suddenly asked horrified.

"Tyler tried to get him into it but it failed happily," Elena told her. "He thought I had died in our parents' car crash where Finn and Elijah saved me. Tried to save our parents but they were dead. I was in limbo for most of the summer." Esther nodded and Jeremy looked at his hands.

Tristan leaned down and kissed his temple lovingly. Since their first meeting Tristan found himself enamored by the boy to the point that he started following him around. It took months for Jeremy to even ask him what he was doing and then they started having coffee dates.

Now they were happily married.

As episode one went on, Elena had her eyes narrowed at the screen, infuriated. Once it was over she nearly screamed.

"She is not me as she's an idiot," Elena seethed. "She is an idiot!" Elijah was nuzzling her throat while Hayley took her hand and squeezed it in hers.

"How did you feel about the episode Caroline?" Klaus asked the Petrova doppelganger who was horrified.

"Was that how I was?" She didn't think she was that way-too peppy and trying to be perfect. "Really? Was that me?" She looked at Kol who shrugged while Elena shook her head.

"You were stressed more about your dad's affair that led to the divorce then you were about school," Elena told her. "You tried being there until you ended up stressed enough that you shouted and screamed at one of the cheerleaders." Caroline blushed. "I never blamed you."

"Thanks sweetie," Caroline said as she managed to hug her. "How is this pregnancy going anyway?" She worried and Elena smiled warmly.

"Considering the baby is a literal tribrid due to me, Elijah and Hayley's bloodlines," she murmured, "I can deal with the nausea and everything that comes with it." Elijah nuzzled her throat while Hayley caressed her cheek affectionately. "This baby is a literal tribrid-wolf, witch and vampire. Unlike hybrids it turns out that tribrids must enjoy making their mommies have horrid morning sickness."

Jeremy winced and placed his forehead on Tristan's leg. Another thing Esther did was use magic to help Tristan and Jeremy expand their own little family so Jeremy is-at the moment-five weeks along.

The show ended up getting to the point where Vicki was attacked and the group winced especially as they saw Jeremy had stumbled upon the body.

"That was not a good experience and no," Jeremy eyed everyone as he spoke. "Elena and I were sober."

"Is anyone up for episode two?" Finn asked as the first episode ended as they had nothing to say about the Salvatore family. "Or does anyone have an idea as to who helped the show runners make this?"

"Find Stefan, Bonnie and Damon," Hayley quipped. "They probably have the answers."

Rebekah laughed and nodded while Nadia giggled.

"What's episode two called?" Aurora asked as she was cuddled into Finn. He looked and turned to Elena.

"Did you guys have a comet night?" He asked and Elena nodded. "The second episode is called 'Night of the Comet'."

Caroline and Elena winced as Bonnie-after that comet-started to become jaded to everything including love. It did hurt the two girls as they thought Bonnie was their friend but somehow after the comet she started hanging out with Stefan and Damon to the point that she was diving deeper into the dark magics that even those witches on the Other Side literally had Bonnie's magic ripped from her.

"Let's watch the episode," Lacey said, as she was quiet. So far she had seen how Elena is portrayed and it was nothing to the young woman she knows. "I'm feeling a little…bloodthirsty at the moment."

Elena laughed while Caroline and Rebekah giggled. Nadia shook her head at the joke while Spencer smirked.

"I want to kill Damon," Kol said as he held Caroline in his arms, his hands on her abdomen. "Is he anywhere close so I can go and kill him?"

"Last place I had him was in the tomb with Stefan," Elena murmured. "That was three years ago. If he and Stefan managed to leave it'll surprise me." Caroline nodded as she was with her when she did it.

"…were you both paying attention in class?" Ansel managed to ask Elena and Caroline who nodded. "Was Stefan?"

"I doubt he was," Elena scoffed. "He was busy daydreaming about Caroline." She gave the blonde a wink.

"We were actually and while we got the answer wrong-it really wasn't our fault as we had been told conflicting numbers," Caroline explained. "Yet after class when we asked Stefan about where in the archives he found the numbers he was shady." Caroline shook her head.

"I was skeptical that he even went into the archives as no one could go in there," Elena added. "Even bribing the lady who works in the archives room doesn't work. She's not just a witch but there are spells all over the area where the documents are to keep them protected and whatnot."

Elijah nodded and winced at the reminder of his hands burning. The woman was not just fiercely protective of the documents but of many of the women in the town.

"I wonder how the three are doing?" Tristan wondered.

Mystic Falls, Virginia

Bonnie Donovan was rubbing her abdomen that showcased her five months of pregnancy with her first born child. She and Matt did get married-a quickie Vegas wedding while both were blitzed out-but they were happy.

She hadn't wanted to leave the town and while she couldn't perform magic anymore, she and Matt had taken the initiative to drink everything with vervain in it while sprinkling it into their food.

It didn't matter that Damon and Stefan-her two ex boyfriends-were trapped and desiccated in the tomb under the church, they were not going to take any chances if the Mikaelsons were to come back into the town and ravage it.

"Have you heard from the other two?" Matt asked, breaking her out of her thoughts and she turned to look at him.

"They're out of our lives and the town is still standing thanks to us," Bonnie told him as she smiled. "They're in New Orleans and destroying the city." She kissed him. "We won the war. They have the doppelganger-sadly not the right one-but at least a doppelganger."

However, in the tomb, Damon and Stefan looked like they were dead with the greying skin and the bluish veins being the only pop of color on their person. There were blood bags that had been empty for years.

This was their punishment and they were going to endure it.

New Orleans, Louisiana

Jeremy was wondering why Tanner was acting like a douche when he blurted, "half of the conferences he had with Jenna he was seducing her. My work was good-lower A, upper B student!" Tristan nuzzled his cheek and smiled.

"Of course you were," Tristan cooed and Jeremy blushed. "How is our baby?" Jeremy smiled.

"Fantastic," he murmured. "I'm just tired easily nowadays." Tristan nodded as Elena and Jeremy yawned at the same time.

"It's one of the things I hate while being pregnant," Elena groaned. "Always tired."

Finn winced and Aurora shook her head.

"What about you Caroline?" Ansel asked the blonde who nodded.

"I agree with them," she said with a nod. "I'm further along then they are so I'm not feeling the drained part."

"Should we finish the episode?" Spencer asked as he looked around. At the nods, they all turned back and nothing was said until it got to Stefan and Damon talking while Damon holding Vicki.

"How did Damon get her out of the hospital?" Kol asked. "He would have been seen as there are cameras all over that hospital."

"Not to mention the residents doing rotations," Elena added. "I mean it-they do rotations and all the food in the hospital is spiked with vervain so compulsion doesn't work."

"He had to have had inside help as well as a witch," Esther said as she saw him and Stefan just arguing. "Rebekah do you remember that vampire film you had all of us watch a few months ago?" Rebekah nodded. "Stefan reminds me of the broody one. He was Cedric in Harry Potter."

Rebekah nodded as Elena and Caroline swallowed in their giggles.

"That's why his personality seemed familiar," Rebekah realized. "I never realized it until now."

Esther nodded and found herself in Ansel's lap. Her werewolf seemed content to have her in his arms and all the worries in the world faded away. After everything that she had been through she now found her ultimate peace.

Mikael had been a terrible man and in the modern era she learned that instead of her being barren he could have had a low count in one area.

As soon as the episode ended, Elena was asleep as was Jeremy. Elijah smiled fondly at her and as he picked her up, he looked at Hayley who got up and got the two children.

Esther looked at her Disney inspired watch she wore on her wrist that read it was almost ten at night.

The watch was a gift from her eldest son Finn when he went to Disneyland with Caroline, Kol, Elena, Hayley, Elijah and the children.

"Tomorrow we can watch the next two episodes," Esther managed to say through a yawn. "We can watch this during naptime and at night when the kids are asleep."

"Smart idea," Nadia agreed as she stood up. "I'm feeling drained already."

"So bedtime?" Jeremy asked as he looked up at Tristan. Tristan nodded. "Good. I'm not walking as I'm bone tired." To emphasize his point, Jeremy did try to stand up but he could barely do that while being tired.

Tristan caught him and took him upstairs to their room.

All in all, everyone went to bed.
