Two months later after Heather and Ragnar visited Berk.
Astrid is seventeen weeks pregnant.
Hiccup woke up next to his wife in their new house.
It was finished two days ago.
Astrid stir to Hiccup move his arm and says "Hiccup? Isn't tomorrow Dagur and Mala's wedding?"
Hiccup answers "I believe so."
Astrid curious ask "how am I supposed to get the Defenders of the wings island without hurting our baby?"
Hiccup answers "you'll be riding a small boat while Toothless and Stormfly pull it to their island."
Astrid smiles "you sure do care about our baby's safety. Now I'm thinking that I regret letting myself become pregnant."
Hiccup ask "why do you think that?"
Astrid blushes "because we can't consummate now that our baby is more developed and I somewhat miss the intimacy between us."
They get up and head downstairs to eat breakfast.
Hiccup teaches Astrid how to make waffles for breakfast.
Astrid smiles "you impress me with doing things I couldn't do."
Hiccup grins "Astrid? Gobber taught me how to cook fish and chicken. Other villagers taught me how to cook other meals."
They eat breakfast together.
After eating breakfast together, they walk upstairs to pack clothes for their trip.
After they pack a set of clothes for their trip to Defenders of the wings, they head downstairs with their travel baskets and collect their dragons and head down to the docks to put their baskets in the small boat.
Stoick, Valka, and Kyrie arrived at the docks to stop them from leaving.
Valka ask "son? Daughter?"
Hiccup groans "mom?"
Stoick sighs "son, at least take your friends with you."
Hiccup gape in shock "dad! I didn't tell Dagur or Mala that I was bringing my team of dragon riders there!"
Kyrie grins "oh, brother. Please?"
Hiccup groans "fine, sister. Go get ready and tell the others to pack up for a trip."
Kyrie grins "I'm all packed up. I don't know about the others."
Snotlout, Fishlegs, Ruffnut and Tuffnut walked down the ramp with their travel baskets.
Snotlout grumbles "why are you leaving for anyways?"
Astrid grumbles "me and Hiccup were going to go to Dagur's wedding as a honeymoon trip."
Kyrie ask "are you going to be flying with us?"
Hiccup answers "yes, I'll be towing this little boat that is going to be carrying Astrid."
Snotlout grumbles "great."
Magnus and Brynhild kiss their daughter goodbye.
Hiccup tied a rope to Toothless saddle to the small boat and does the same with Stormfly.
Fishlegs ask "so you plan on towing that boat to Defenders of the wings?"
Hiccup answers "yes. Astrid can't ride a dragon while pregnant. So she will be riding in the boat."
They fly Southwest towards Outcast tribe for an hour before turning West.
Kyrie ask "brother? Do you know where this island is at?"
Hiccup answers "yes."
Fishlegs ask "how far do we have to fly?"
Hiccup answers "a day with taking all of you."
Night time came before they landed on an island.
Snotlout ask "are we here at this mysterious Defenders of the wings island?"
Hiccup answers "I believe so, I just have to check my map or I can have Toothless call Shocker."
Astrid gets out of the boat and ask "who is Shocker?"
Hiccup laughs "oh, you remember Dagur captured a Skrill?"
Astrid grins "no way."
Snotlout gape "you have a Night Fury and Dagur has a Skrill."
Hiccup grins "actually I have two Furies."
Next thing, Light Fury pounced on Toothless excited about something.
Kyrie grins "she seems energetic about something."
Toothless warblers 'what's wrong, Luna?'
Luna warblers 'is your rider's mate with cub?'
Toothless coos 'yes.'
Luna coos 'so am I.'
Toothless widen his eyes in surprise.
Hiccup ask "Toothless? What is it?"
Toothless breaks a stick off a tree and draws a picture of girl figure with stomach out a little with a ball inside with an arrow pointing to Luna.
Hiccup took out inferno to illuminate the drawing and says "well that's surprising. Congrats Toothless on becoming a father."
Ten guards surrounded them.
A guard demands "WHO ARE YOU?!"
Hiccup looks the guard in charge and answers "Throk?"
Throk answers "you know me and you must be Hiccup who wields the flaming sword."
Hiccup answers "yes."
Throk ask "who are your friends?"
Astrid answers "I'm Astrid, Hiccup's wife. This is Kyrie, Fishlegs, Snotlout and the twins Ruffnut and Tuffnut."
Hiccup answers "I'm here for the wedding."
Throk grins "your in time for Dagur's bachelor party."
Hiccup and his friends follow Throk and the guards to the main hall.
Throk tells the group "girls go with my second in command to see Mala. Boys come with me."
Hiccup, Snotlout, Fishlegs and Tuffnut followed Throk to a big building.
When they enter, Dagur was laughing at jokes.
Hiccup grins "hey, Dagur."
Dagur laughs "Hiccup! So glad you could make it."
Hiccup smiles.
They party until some pasted out.
Hiccup left to go find his guest hut.
Soon Astrid join him.
In the morning, Hiccup woke up naked and says "I don't recall taking my clothes off."
Astrid groans "that's because you were drunk and wanting to consummate with me again."
Hiccup panics "tell me we didn't do anything."
Astrid answers "no, you vomited, took off your clothes and passed out on the bed after saying let me have you intimately."
Hiccup groans "Dagur was the first one to pass out. So the wedding has been moved to tomorrow."

Snotlout woke up and left to go find a plant.
He smirks sadistic "after Dagur was drunk and told me about Dragon Root and how dangerous it is to dragons and lethal to humans and Hiccup is going to die slow and painful for stealing everything from me:
Heir, Astrid, start a family with her, popularity. He doesn't deserve anything."

Hiccup and Astrid join their friends for breakfast with Dagur and Mala.
Mala walks upto Hiccup and says "don't worry I made sure that your wife was given water due to her being seventeen weeks pregnant. Your sister on the other hand got into the mead and started talking about how much she likes Fishlegs."
Hiccup turns around and says "Kyrie."
Kyrie blushes "nothing happened."
Hiccup comments "yeah, your blush says different so I'm okay if you two met up and kissed."
Fishlegs blushes "yes."
Astrid pats her husband's hand.
Hiccup comments "I'm responsible for all of you."
They chat about things.
Fishlegs ask "uh Hiccup? Do you know what kind gift your sister would want?"
Hiccup answers "ask her what she likes. Astrid was into weapons and me proving that I'm brave."
Astrid punch him "you forgot that you treat me like a wife should be treated."
Next day, Snotlout found a dragon root plant and cut it up in pieces.
Everyone got ready for Dagur and Mala's wedding.
Hiccup was invited to be a groomsmen and Astrid was a bridesmaid.
Throk wrapped their joined hands in a fleece after they said their vows.
Dagur and Mala kissed to seal their marriage.
The walk to the Great hall to celebrate the marriage of Dagur and Mala.
Snotlout served Hiccup and Astrid honey mead and water.
Hiccup toast to the wedding.
They drink their drinks.
In the morning, Hiccup started coughing bad.
Astrid woke up and ask "what's wrong?"
Hiccup answers "I don't know what's wrong with me."
Astrid checked his forehead to feel a high fever "oh, Hiccup. Your burning up. What did you drink last night?"
Hiccup answers "honey mead."
Astrid sighs "I'm going to take you to a healer here" and helps to the village healer.
Ten minutes later, the healer tells Astrid "I'm sorry to tell you that Hiccup was poisoned by something that we don't know of."
Astrid leaves to go tell the Kyrie about Hiccup's condition.
Twenty minutes later, Kyrie returned with Dagur, Mala and Astrid.
Dagur ask "what happened, brother?"
Hiccup groans "I don't know what poison it is."
Astrid cries "the healer said they can't cure him because they don't know what it is."
Mala examine him and says "Hiccup is dying fast by tonight he may be dead."
Kyrie sighs "we have to leave to go tell our parents.
They leave to go pack up and fly back home.
Astrid kiss Hiccup goodbye and left to guide the group back to Berk.
After they left, Mala returned to Hiccup and ask "when did you ingest Dragon root?"
Dagur gape "Dragon root?!"
The healer gasped "who would try killing Hiccup for?!"
Dagur sighs "I recall, telling Snotlout about Dragon root plants that are harmful to dragons and lethal to humans."
Hiccup closes his eyes to rest.
Mala comments "we can save him."
Dagur ask "how?"
Mala answers "transfusion."
The healer panics "Queen Mala, dragon blood is toxic to humans and could kill him."
Hiccup coughs.
Mala says "Hiccup? The only way to save you is for you to drink dragon blood."
Hiccup groans "Toothless."
Mala comments "we have to get started."
The healer took a needle with a hose and stab Toothless and drain a bowl of dragon blood.
Afterwards, Luna licked Toothless's wound.
They force feed Hiccup Night Fury blood.
(On Berk)
Night time came before Astrid and the gang returned to Berk.
Stoick ask "Astrid? Kyrie? Where's Hiccup?"
Kyrie cries "Hiccup is dead! He was poisoned!"
Valka breaks down crying that her son was dead.
Stoick ask "what was he poisoned with?"
Astrid whines "the healer told us it was something that she doesn't know of."
Kyrie ask "what about future chief of Berk?"
Stoick answers "I'll tell the villagers in the morning."

Night time came.
Mala returned with Dagur to check on Hiccup.
Dagur sighs "I can't believe his cousin would try to kill him."
Mala comments "I don't think he'll be accepted back if he survives this."
An hour later, Hiccup moans.
Dagur warns "easy, Hiccup."
Hiccup ask "Dagur?"
He opened his eyes to reveal dragon eyes.
Dagur and Mala gasped in shock.
Hiccup ask "where am I?"
Mala answers "your in my healer hut. You were poisoned by Snotlout."
Hiccup ask "poisoned by what?"
Dagur sighs "I was drunk when I told Snotloutpo about Dragon root plants. About how dangerous they are to dragons and lethal to humans."
Hiccup ask "did I come here with him?"
Mala shakes her head "no, you came here with your friends."
Hiccup begins remembering them and panics "Astrid! Our baby!"
Dagur sighs "we sent them back home under the condition that you were dead because we didn't know if you would survive a blood transfusion."
Hiccup ask "what kind of blood transfusion?"
Mala answers "to save you, we had to have you drink Toothless's blood."
Hiccup ask "how is he?"
Mala answers "good, we only poked him with a needle and hose to drain his blood in a small bowl."
Hiccup gets up slowly and ask "they think I'm dead?"
Mala answers "I didn't know how your wife and sister would react to you having to drink dragon blood."
Hiccup sighs "I need to go back home."
Mala shakes her head "I'm sorry, Hiccup, but I need you to stay here for at least four months to make sure dragon blood hasn't changed your personality and run tests on you. You'll be back home in time to see your baby born."
Hiccup sighs "yes, Mala."
(On Berk)
In the morning, Stoick walked down to the Meade hall to inform the villagers.
Villagers gathered in the Meade hall wondering what's going on.
Stoick tells the villagers "people of Berk. My son, Hiccup was poisoned and killed by someone on Defenders of the wings. Astrid was married to my son and she will remain future Chieftess of Berk."
Snotlout ask "will you make me future chief?"
Astrid stands up and answers "NO!"
Snotlout gape "WHAT?!"
Astrid sternly says "I don't plan on marrying again. Your future chief will be Hiccup's child that I'm carrying right now."
Bryan ran upto his sister and ask "Hiccup died, sister?"
Astrid hugged her little brother "we'll be okay, brother."
