Yeah john replied. I got my girlfriend a good present for her 9th birthday. John had gotten her a necklace in the shape of a heart she had one half he had the other half.
It said together forever. He hoped she liked it.
Once he got his shoes on he grabbed her present and ran over to Alba's house and knocked on the door.
Claire answered .
John your early I'm not suprised.
Of course I am early it's my girlfriend birthday and I live across the street. Is Alba up yet ?
She is but she time traveled somewhere but you are welcome to wait in her room for her.
Ok john said quickly walking up the stairs .
When he got to her room he sat down on her bed.
He sat there looking at the paintings for a few minutes before he heard a thud.
He turned around to see a naked Alba lying on the ground. She got up and saw John.
John ! she said hugging and kissing him.
Happy birthday Alba John said .
Can't wait for the party ? She asked Yeah that's why I came early he replied.
Just let me get dressed she said running to her closet and pulled out a fancy pretty yellow dress And slid it it over her body then she went to the drawer and got some underwear and stepped into them pulling them up . She then slipped on a pair of yellow shoes that matched her dress. How do I look ? She asked. You look beautiful John said. Thank you John she said kissing him let's go downstairs.
John asked where she went and she said Seattle 1995. John had discovered recently like Alba he could sometimes choose where he went. Especially if Alba was there. Claire introduced him to dr Kendrick and she said it was likely that the bond the 2 shared allowed them to travel to wherever the one of them goes The other could follow.
Dr Kendricks thought that John and Alba were destined to be soulmates.
John and Alba agreed.
They went downstairs and found that her other friends were already here.
Happy birthday they shouted.
In the backyard they played baseball and they had a bouncey house.
They had a fun day.
When it was time for Alba to open her presents she opened John's first. She loved the half of heart necklace John helped her put it on and she gave him a big kiss on the lips.
Her friends gave her art supplies and other stuff.
They then hadred Velvet Cake. It was delicious.
They then played for the rest of the day until it was time to go home.
John stayed because John and Alba were having a sleepover that night. And as they were getting ready for bed. John asked Alba if she had a good birthday.
It was wonderful she said as she removed her dress and slipped on a nightshirt as John put on his pajamas and they climbed in bed.
They then snuggled into each other.
Thanks for the birthday present Alba said kissing him as she held out her necklace.

Your birthday is next month she told him. Can't wait John replied as they both fell asleep in each other's arms
