Hiro tells Satellizer that it was very tough on Hector the way that his relationship with her grandmother ended, he had no clue that he had been carrying such resentment for so long, but this was more about the life of Kazuya and they should put their personal feelings aside.
Hector told Hiro that maybe if they call the school medic Satellizer will trust what they are saying easier. Hiro said that it was up to the headmistress if she was willing to do that since it is her school. Sister Margaret told all the people present that she already had asked for Doctor Elize to come and explain Kazuya's situation to his Pandora and to him, the only reason she was delayed is that apparently, two limiters got into a fight.
Satellizer said that if the school doctor confirmed what they said, then she would be willing to meet some Pandora that could join their little harem should Kazuya agree to it. Kazuya went up to Satellizer and kissed her on the lips, telling her that he loved her and that if she was willing to give this a try, they would have many more years to be together.
A few minutes later Doctor Elize came into the office and was surprised to see Hector and Hiro, "This is about your nephew isn't it?" Hector told her that they need confirmation on what they had been telling them, since apparently at least one of them is quick to dismiss what they had been saying. Satellizer glaringly walked up to the doctor and asked her point-blank if Kazuya needed to form multiple pandora baptisms to prevent his power from killing him?
The doctor told her that it was a little bit worse than what she clearly was thinking, forming a baptism is not enough she said, they need to form a union, which means establishing a long time relationship, if he does not do that, his power is literally destroying his body at the cellular level, so basically ripping him apart.
She went further to say that she had talked to his uncles about finding a solution about a couple of months ago and had worked together all that time to figure out a solution, but sadly the current proposed solution was the best choice. The other choice was less than desirable.
She asked what the other choice was? Elize told her that the other option was basically to abandon his humanity, and turn him completely into a Nova, unfortunately, he would no longer care about this world or anyone else and would have to be killed as a potential threat. Shocking both Satellizer and Kazuya as they heard this.
Hector looked at his nephew and tried to smile, "For you nephew, I did pull all the stops, I spared no option, I looked at everything, and the only option that lets you live sadly is the one where you need to form a harem. I wanted to avoid that and spare you the pain so much, but unfortunately, we don't have a choice if we want to save your life."
Kazuya asked them both how long would he live if he did nothing? Hiro told him at the worst six months at the best a year. Which truly shocked both of them not realizing that the situation was this dire. "Luckily you found the solution, by forming a bond with Satellizer, because Kazuya you should be dead right now if you had not formed that bond when you did."
Hector was furious, "You just had to use omnidirectional freezing and then use volt texture and weapons, that was practically suicide." He told his uncle that he actually used his abilities in his military unit and he didn't experience any negative consequences.
Hiro looked at him and began to laugh, "You have been experiencing that effect, but it started very small, but the more you used your powers the greater it became, imagine hitting a brick wall with a hammer, over and over again, it will slowly break down that wall, but you using more of your power basically threw away the hammer and started to use a sledgehammer."
"However when you and Satillizer form that bond it repaired the wall a little bit, however, you still keep hitting it with the sledgehammer, we can understand why you were doing this but if you want to keep doing this, you will have to form more bonds, in other words, a harem."
Hiro looked at him, "The more bonds you have the faster you will heal the damage your powers are causing your body." Hector told him that there is a difference between a baptism and that is that he will have to implant his male stigmata into the Pandora, meaning you will have the stigmata of each other, this mutual connection multiplies all the physical abilities including the healing ability Pandora's have.
The bond requires an emotional connection and consent therefore they must be in a romantic relationship. Hiro said, "You can't just do this with random Pandora and expect this to work, and it also means that nobody can be forced to form a bond." Hiro explained that even if Satellizer's brother had male stigmata, and forced it inside of Satellizer that would not create the bond.
Hector mutters that is the reason he can't stand that family, Hiro reminds him that it was only the grandmother and grandson who are horrible, in fact, he pulled a letter from his pocket and gave it to Satellizer and tells her that she needs to read it. Satellizer reading the letter begins to cry, Kazuya concerned asked her what was wrong, and she just said that her family just apologized for everything that her half-brother had done to her, and they promised that if he ever tries to abuse her again he will be punished in the most fitting manner possible.
Hiro tells her that the punishment is turning him into a woman and turning her into a Pandora and giving her to Satellizer to do what she wants with her. Surprising both Satellizer and Kazuya, Hector tells her that his Pandora has agreed to this as well since apparently, their relationship is not going that well. She agreed to serve Satellizer if this happens.
Hiro tells Satellizer that he already had a list of potential candidates to form the bond with Kazuya, unfortunately, it was in the last few minutes, he began writing it when they left the lab, He handed her the list and she was shocked, the first one on the list is obvious, the second was because apparently, she keeps calling Kazuya her soul mate, why was the third one on the list, Hiro then replies that she was honest in her desire to be his Pandora, she stated that he was the only one that could truly be with her.
Hector told her that they both looked into this and it is true, She sighs and says fine, The next two on the list are members of his old unit, why was Mist on it? Unfortunately, Joker and Mist broke up after a month of dating. They simply feel more like siblings than lovers, they broke up and agreed to see other people, and they remained just friends and colleagues.
He is actually dating another guy, turns out Frost and Joker got together, they turned out that they were both bisexual and Mist didn't want to be part of that particular sandwich. Hiro tells her that "Let's just say that Pyro was laughing his ass off when he found out. He may or may not have created some fireworks to congratulate them. Let's just say that Mist was not happy when it went off. So shall we get back to the last one on the list, cause even Hector is shocked about it?"
They all looked at the list and read Tamamo Todoriki, Kazuya said, "Wait the princess of Japan?" Hiro told him that yes after her father was arrested she was made the Empress of Japan, and it appears that she actually faked having her memories erased, Kazuya said that it was impossible, and Hector told him she learned to suppress and regain memories due to what her father had done to her.
Sister Margaret asked what does he mean by that, Hiro tells her that apparently, the madman had her experimented on for years. Due to everything she went through she gained some unique abilities. Now that she has become a Pandora they have only improved and yes everyone on the list is a Pandora now. Those three girls will be coming over to enroll in West Genetics, Kazuya asked if two of them are too old to be students at West Genetics.
Hiro tells Kazuya that there have been people that went to high school when they were eighty, so no they are not too old to enroll, just be glad they didn't hear that. After telling them that this should explain everything, they now only need to give this special project information to Elize and Sister Margaret, called Project Limiter W.
Kazuya asked Hiro and Hector to explain what Project Limiter W was and then they managed to find a way for limiters to be able to use volt weapons, however, they are only long-range weapons while being able to use the freezing field to be able to move. Hiro tells him that they will be able to move around while they are firing their weapons and use freezing at the same time.
Kazuya tells him essential him but without armor, to which Hiro said yes, since they couldn't take it. Unfortunately, the limiters can't handle the armor this project will not be implemented until after the implementation of the E-Pandora Project. Kazuya asked what the E-Pandoras are, and Hiro tells him about a project to try and get more civilians to become Pandora. Considering that it is rare for women to be able to accept and use stigmata.
Hiro tells him that the project would have ended in an unmitigated disaster had they not been involved and corrected all the mistakes, which were a lot. Sister Margaret thanked them for doing that, she said that increasing the number of Pandora would help secure the future of humanity, Hiro looked at them and said that since they are done, both he and Hector need to get back home, "Satellizer our daughters say that they want to meet with you again, considering they did think of you as their friend."
Hiro tells her to be careful because they might want to join her little club and starts laughing like a hyena, and they both left. As they got back home they saw Rias and Robin getting dressed in business suits, which made both Hiro and Hector wonder what the hell is happening? Robin went up to her husband and after giving him a light kiss she smiled.
"Sorry honey, both me and Rias have been hired to be the ceremony masters of the Pandora Queen Pagent. I know that you just got back, but since it was a request by your brother, we can't deny it." Hiro told her that it was a probable attempt by Gengo to ruin their marriage. This made him quite upset and began to mutter that he knows Gengo is envious of him.
Hector told his wife, that they had finished telling them how to save their nephew, and gave the headmistress the information for Project Limiter W, to which she smiled, and said that she was happy that things went well for them, and to be sure to watch the pageant on the monitor. Hector began to feel a certain amount of dread almost like something was wrong.
"Just be careful Robin, don't want anything bad to happen to you." She called him a worrywart, smiled, and told Rias that it was time for them to go. Hiro kissed his wife, "Please be safe my love, and don't kill anyone, please." Ria's pouting said fine as long as they don't piss her off.
They both left through the teleportation ring that Rias had opened, Hector was still looking at where the ring had been and said that he thinks something bad is going to happen. Hiro told him that their wives could very easily defend themselves so stop worrying and for them to start on the other projects. "It will be twelve hours till the pageant starts, might as well do some research while we wait."
Kazuya at the time was eating breakfast with two of his friends Arthur and Kaho. Kaho was telling them about the prom and how it was initially for partnered students to grow closer and for those without partners to find one, Arthur decided to mention that it also had a beauty pageant called Pandora Queen, which apparently Elizabeth Mably won the previous year.
As he heard this Rana walked up to their table and smiled, "Kazuya it is great that I get to speak with you, I wanted to ask you to dance with me at the prom unless you asked Satellizer already." Kazuya said actually Satellizer has planned something special, and said that he better have the stamina for multiple dances, which is why he was eating what he was eating.
Satellizer walked up to the table past Rana giving her a sexy smile and winked at her which surprised Rana, she immediately kissed Kazuya before he got to say anything. She told him that she approved of what he is eating, cause he will definitely need the stamina. She looked at Kaho and told her that she would need to have a word with her in the training center after they were done, she then looked at Rana and told her that she also needed to speak with her about the same thing so go with her.
Satellizer seeing he had a worried look on his face and told him not to worry, that everything was according to plan that his uncles had suggested. Kazuya hearing this made him gulp. She then walked over to the third-years table she went towards where Miyabi was sitting, which was with the girls that Kazuya fought before, and told Miyabi that she needed to speak with her in the training room immediately.
Satellizer immediately walked away leaving the third-year pandoras present to wonder what the hell is going on? Satellizer had been waiting in the training room at the center for twenty minutes. She was pacing as they finally made it, it was Rana, Kaho, and Miyabi which caught Kaho and Rana by surprise since they both thought that Satellizer hated her guts and that it was very much mentioned that this feeling was mutual.
Miyabi looking at the surveillance camera asked Satellizer and asked what was going on. Satellizer looked at the camera and told someone, "I know that you are listening, at least create some chairs for us." Four regular chairs appear in the room. She took one as sat down, and the others followed the same example.
Satellizer began to talk to them, "I know that you want to know why I called this little meeting, and it is because of my limiter, Kazuya needs to form a harem or he will die. His powers are slowly killing him, and he needs to form bonds with multiple women, and these women will also be receiving unheard of newly discovered stigmata that apparently Kazuya is producing in his own body."
She allowed them to come to terms with what she said and seeing they had no questions, she continued, "Essentially is it the male equivalent of what Pandora do, so I guess it means multiple women will baptize him, and then do multiple reverse baptisms. Which do come with some perks, since they will essentially become more powerful and stabilize the use of Pandora Mode." She explains what the bond does and that it must be consensual otherwise it will fail, and for people to form the bond, they must truly love each other.
In the observation room Ingrid, Creo, Arnett, Attia, Elizabeth, Chiffon, and Ticy had just heard what Satellizer explained, Chiffon was furious that Kazuya didn't even mention this to her. Elizabeth told her that maybe he just found out about this recently, trying to defuse the situation. "So my little brother needs to shack up with multiple pandoras to survive, and he didn't invite me."
That is when even Attia was shocked at hearing what Chiffon said, "What do you mean he is your brother?" Realizing her slip up she decided to go into her little class president act, and said that she was only kidding, which nobody believed. Elizabeth said that the real issue is that Miyabi a fellow third-year already had limiters, three of them.
Ingrid told her that apparently she doesn't have them anymore, and they agreed to find Pandora of their own after she got back her stigmata, which more than likely she will try to stick one in Kazuya, after talking with Miyabi, Ingrid realized that Miyabi actually fell in love with Kazuya.
After hearing about Miyabi they were surprised, so the harem is going to include Miyabi and Elizabeth asked if they can do that since Polygamy is illegal in Japan? As they heard Miyabi asking the same thing. Satellizer told the that was no longer the case since the new Empress of Japan has made it legal.
Satellizer standing up and looking at them said that if she was going to have to go through the harem plan she was all in, as she said this she pulled Rana off her seat and without any warning gave her a french kiss, Rana was surprised at first but then really got into it and began to make out, much to the surprise of every woman that was watching.
After the two got done making out after a few minutes, Rana said that it was amazing, Satellizer told her that it was only the tip of the iceberg and that since they had to share him with multiple women they will have to learn to please each other as well. After that, the three girls agreed to think about the proposal and left the training center.
Everyone is getting dressed, Satellizer is wearing a rather revealing red evening dress, making sure to show off a significant amount of cleavage, Miyabi was trying to dress provocatively, thinking that maybe Kazuya will notice her, and because she is doing this basically alone, Rana decided to wear something traditional from her home village, Kaho was getting dressed in a modest European dress.
Creo, Arnett, and Ingrid were wearing matching dresses except Creo was wearing a yellow dress, Arnet a green one, and Ingrid a brown one. Attia was wearing essentially something close to a exotic french maid outfit.
As Kazuya decided to finally go and escort Satellizer he knocked on the door and he immediately heard her say that she was coming, as the door opened she tripped and she ended up falling on him, which ended up causing him to put his right hand on her breast coping a feel and instead of the expected complaint she moaned a little and kissed him on the lips as Attia found them on the floor.
Attia found it rather amusing and said, "Well someone is a little excited. Satellizer I challenge you to a duel." Hearing this Kazuya stepped between them and without hesitation he summoned one of his volt weapons and said that if she was looking for a fight she will get one.
A little nervous she said, "You got the wrong idea, that is not the type of fight I am looking for." Confusing both of them, she immediately revealed what she was wearing after she took off a cloak, Satellizer began to lick her lips, which Kazuya didn't notice, but Attia did. "I would not want the bloodshed to ruin our prom, instead we will fight for the crown, and the winner will be determined by the votes."
Satellizer walking proudly towards her and smiled, "I do not care what type of competition it is, I will not lose." As she said this the movement of her body caused her dress to shift a little causing her breast to jiggle. Attia actually was mesmerized by this and shook her head, she said that they will see who wins at the end as she left them.
Attia walked back to her friends saying that everything was according to plan, Satellizer agreed to participate in the beauty contest, except she thinks that Satellizer might want to sleep with her. Creo said that after watching her make out with Rana that is definitely a possibility. After the competition maybe they should consider becoming friendlier with Satellizer, which the other girls accused Attia of wanting to sleep with Satellizer, to which she said that she knows that they want to do that too but will not have the guts to say it, and they know it is true.
Chiffon and Ticy were with Elize and Kim, "It appears that Sister Margaret will not come to the event, any reason why?" Elize told her that Sister Margaret was in several meetings with some generals talking about inter-dimensional waves this could mean more attacks by the Nova they could happen in the future.
Kim was drinking some wine, and she decided to mention that she was more interested in how Satellizer would deal with the situation where her man would have to basically marry multiple women, one of which is the current Empress of Japan. "She is known to fly off the handle, and so to make the event more secure, I asked someone to arrange a little covert security, the wives of Hiro and Hector will be at the pageant as the masters of ceremony, their presence should keep the students from getting too rowdy."
Elize asked if she means the infamous Black Devil Princess and the Red Queen of Destruction? Kim said that yes, that if they are present fear will keep them in line. "Their beauty even surpasses ours, how are they going to prevent the boys from getting too rowdy?" Chiffon begins to laugh and smiles this cold smile and she opened her eyes, as her Nova-looking eyes looked at the others she simply said with judicious use of terror, and they will be wearing business suits.
Chiffon closes her eyes and begins to laugh, as she saw the list of competitors for the beauty pageant, one of the contestants was no other than Satellizer L Bridget. Ticy said that it is strange she never showed any interest in this event before they heard a woman step to where the others were, "That is because of Kazuya Aoi, apparently having found a limiter changed that." Much to their shock, it was Sister Margaret and she was smiling very much as Chiffon had been before.
Two women dressed in business suits appeared in the video feed for all the students, one was wearing a red business suit and the other black, and both were wearing glasses, "Greetings students we shall be the hosts of this year's Pandora Queen Pageant, I am Rias and this lady near me is Robin, we hope that everyone enjoys this pageant but does so with respect for the girls as well as proper manners."
As the pageant began to get started each of the contestants introduced themselves and did a little pose, Satellizer never having done this before becomes rather nervous as she fidgeted as she introduced herself, the boys never expected this and called it moe, as she ran backstage. After this was done they would have to wait for the students to cast their votes so there was a small dance while the votes were casted and counted.
Satellizer of course began to dance with her beloved Kazuya as Rana wanted to get a few chances to dance with him, and he suddenly remembered that Satellizer told him he would need a lot of stamina and now it made perfect sense. Kazuya managed to dance with quite a few girls each, when the results were announced, Rias and Robin looked shocked when they saw what was written on the card they were given.
"Well I certainly was not expecting this, all the participating Pandora are officially second place, with two points each, and somehow all the other votes were split evenly between me and Rias, so it is a tie for first place." Some of the Pandora was screaming that it was bullshit, that they were not even students in the academy and should do the votes over again. Rias and Robin took of their glasses and put them in their pockets.
At which Rias began to laugh as her hand began to glow and a dark orb began to form over it as she held her hand and Robin began to stand in her infamous pose and limbs started to appear on her body, each holding a dagger. They both looked at the camera and said, "Would you like to say that again?" Which shocked all of the pandora and limiters present as they didn't realize that these two women in those suits were the two of the most famous Pandora in the world, Rias the Red Queen of Destruction, and Robin the Black Devil Princess also known as the Queen pieces of chess.
Back at the lab Hiro and Hector couldn't believe what they were seeing they were having some tea as the results were going to be mentioned and upon hearing the results they did a spit take, "I knew something bad was going to happen, I felt it, but to think this was going to happen, it was beyond imagination, our wives are not even students." Hector reminded his brother that their wives were never students considering that the Academy didn't exist when they became Pandora.
A while later Kazuya walked Satellizer back to her dorm room, he helped her get ready for bed since she was apparently tired, and as he was done he got undressed, kissing her on the lips, after a small make-out session, they broke the kiss to catch their breath.
