Front Door of The Church in Hecairo
"Did...you guys do it again?" - Sister Pamela
In front of the main door of the church in Hecairo, she see Kail and his friends dragging 9 unconscious other kids, one she recognised as Hale from the northern district of Hecairo bruised and bloodied.
She knew he has some bad blood with Kail and his friends and has fought each other a couple of time before but this is their largest fight yet, Hale has never bring this many friends with him before.
"Oh it happen again alright, thought they could jump on my friend Kail without me knowing about it. You're two steps too late Hale" - Winton
"Oh that got me wondering, how did you guys know that they would ambush me?" - Kail
"I'll tell you when we got a proper bath" - Winton
"Alright then, Sister Pamela can you heal us and these guys please?" - Kail
"*sigh* Fine, but tell me what happened first, I need to make sure you guys didn't start this" - Sister Pamela
"Oh let me let me, *clear throat* it was... yesterday.
So i was in the market with Brandyn we were buying...what were we buying Brandyn?" - Winton
"We are looking around trying to find a gifts for my little sister's birthday next week" - Brandyn
"Oh yeah i almost forgot, Hayley, Wesley is the Super Secret Party Plan finished?" - Kail
"Oh it is and it's going to be marvelous isn't that right Wesley" - Hayley
He says excitedly.
"It is, you guys better be prepared for it cause the preparation is not small" - Wesley
"*sigh* Everything for family" - Brandyn
"Alright-alright we're getting side tracked! Now where was i?...Oh yea
So we were searching for some gifts right, and then when we are looking around some merchant's stand i spotted Hale talking with some of the market bozos*points at the rest of Hale's allies* at the side of the road.
So then, i break off from Brandyn to eavesdrop some of their conversation just in case it's something that we should be worry about.
I forgot exactly what they're saying but it was a bit something like.
"Where will we meet?" - Boss bozos
"We'll meet in front of John's flower shop, then we'll go to the town center and spread out around the grimoire tower and right after the ceremony ended, search for a boy with black hair and dark skin he's pretty hard to miss but keep your eyes open" - Hale
"Hmm, and what's in it for us? He seems like quite an important person for you to hire 9 people to target him" - Boss bozos
"100 Yul face money right after we finished the hunt" - Hale
"Hehehe~ now you've got my attention alright then, i trust that you will have this money on you by the time we're done" - Boss goon
And then they went for a shake hand but i didn't see the end of it as i was already running back to Brandyn to inform him, he told me to gather the rest of us and that's about it, then the whole fight thing happened and now we're here" - Winton
"Wait if that happens at the market, how did you get Hayley and Wesley then? They're house are not even close to the market" - Kail
"Oh, he run to our house just to tell us about the ambush" - Wesley
"And of course we join in, who would miss such a good time, harvest season is still quite long way so we're kinda bored anyway" - Hayley
"Hmmm..." - Sister Pamela
Sister Pamela think to herself for a good second and decided.
"alright then, i won't scold you guys, but make sure everyone apologize when they wake up, and remember no fighting in the church" - Sister Pamela
No matter how much she wants to, she could never be mad at these boys for too long.
"Oh yeah i also do a super cool combo spell with Hay that almost burned the whole street down" - Wesley
Sister Pamela instantly turns pale and turn to look at us.
Lucky Hayley was quick with the save, he smack Wesley at the back of the head before explaining that there is no major damage done to the surrounding buildings.
"B-b-but Hale here managed to put the fire down and save the neighborhood so... he can be called a hero" - Hayley
Sister Pamela face instantly turns bright again like a stack of dry hay catching fire.
If this is the Sister Pamela Kail always knew, then one of the things she like the most are a good story with happy a ending.
And rival gangs fighting eachother before finally began working together to fix a bigger problems they make when fighting eachother sounds like a pretty good ending.
"*happy sigh* i know you guys would make up sooner rather than later, alright then
Water Healing Magic: Cleansed By Waves!" - Sister Pamela
A wave of water magic hit all of the boys and started healing their injuries, open wounds closed, bruises begone, and bones that were broken looks like they were unscathed by the previous battle.
When Sister Pamela is finished casting her spell, all of us are good as new.
"Alright you're healed, now you guys better go home it's already afternoon and take a bath because you guys smells.
But stay a little longer if you like as i will be going to the convent, apparently the other Sisters are having a little discussion about something so I must go, see you later boys~"
After Sister Pamela leaves the church someone are starting to wake up from his injuries, groaning as he gets up from his stiff position.
*groan* - Hale
Hale groaned as he see that he is no longer outside and was already at a church's chapel.
"Well well well, looks our hero of the day has awoken from his long slumber" - Winton
Hale turn his head to see the source of the sound, which turned out to be Winton.
Winton trows a little sarcasm at Hale's direction just to irritated him, which Hale wholeheartedly throw back at Winton.
"Shut up Mr. Genius, at least I'm not the person who thinks a little snow would safe me from falling from on top of a wall like an idiot" - Hale
"Oh! So that's how you wanna play it huh?!" - Winton
"Shut up! both of you, i think i heard something...
...
*FART*" - Hayley
In the midst of heated arguments between Winton and Hale, Hayley has decided that defusing the situation now would be the best for them.
But he has prepared a special way to do it.
"Oh my god Hayley you foul creature *sniff sniff.. cough-cough* dear god the smell!" - Kail
"Welp that's disgusting, i'm outta here" - Brandyn
"Oh My God THE SMELL!" - Winton
"why" - Wesley
While the rest of the boys are escaping the deadly gas chamber known as any room with Hayley in it, Wesley who has to put up to Hayley's bullshits on a daily basis is just disappointed.
While Hayley is too busy laughing his arse off to even notice the horrid smell that he had just blown out.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA~, SORRY SORRY I COULDN'T HELP IT HAHAHAHAHAHA~" - Hayley
The unquestionably horrid smell that is now in the room didn't only disturbed the boys and Hale, but the Market bozos had caught on to the recent news of Hayley's apocalyptic fart.
*coughing* "What the fuck *coughing* is that?!
*cough-cough*
get out of here!!" - Boss bozo
"Oh lord have mercy! *coughing* - Brown hair bozo 1
Boss bozos and one of his bozos immediately began running for their live to get out of the church.
"oh come on it can't be that bad...right?" - Hayley
Some of the market bozos that had just wakes up immediately passed out again from the smell.
"This is why everyone says that you were raised by a cow, because you smells like one" - Wesley
"Hey! that's... that's actually kinda makes sense we do grow up at uncle's farmhouse near his farm animals" - Hayley
While the brother's are casually chatting like it's tuesday in the church's chapel, the rest of the boys, Hale, and Some of the market bozos meet right outside the church to finally settled this incident in a more civil way...well almost civil.
"Ehmm...what now boss?" - Brown hair bozo 1
"Now? now is the part where I got my money and we can all go home peacefully.
But now I'm starting to doubt if this guy (Hale) even has that kind of money with him.
So... Where's my money dipshit?" - Boss Bozo
Hale look at him with tired expression on his face before reaching for his money socket and just throw it to Boss Bozo.
Bozz Bozo catch the socket and bounce it on his hand for a few time before asking.
"Have you make sure it's as much as promised?" - Boss Bozo
"Don't worry I've counted it" - Hale
The boss look at Hale for a sometime before turning around to his friend and decided that he has enough of action for today.
"Nar, let's go, the gas should be gone by now, you carry Don and Edgar i'll carry the rest" - Boss Bozo
"You sure you don't want me to carry more, Ivan's pretty light I could probably carry him too" - Brown hair bozo 1
"No, don't push yourself to hard. You got hit pretty hard, and get ready we have a meeting with the Corgies Boyos from Kiten next month" Boss Bozo
"Kiten? That's quite far away from here, what would they want with us?" - Brown hair bozo 1
"They want to strike some sort of deal with us, haven't given me the details yet" - Boss Bozo
As the two continue chatting as they went inside the church to pick up the rest of their comrades before going to the center of the town.
Now as one by one the boys goes back to their own house, finally after some more chatting with Winton, he quickly goes home as there was only around 2 hours of sunlight left.
With Kail as the last of the boys at the church, as he does have some more friends he wants to meet at the orphanage.
And with that Kail goes to the orphanage to end the day with paying a visit to two of his favourite kid there.
Walking his way there he could already hear the voices of children's playing with each coming from the orphanage.
*Creak*
Opening the door he was greeted by a familiar sight at the orphanage, kids talking some playing around, and Sister Pamela are teaching Sanguinius and Horus at the back of the room.
After hearing the creaking of the door she turned her head towards me and smile before nudging Sanguinius and Horus to notify them, after looking at his direction they both immediately run towards him and greeted him with joy.
"Kail-nīsan! You're here!" - Sanguinius
"Yey! Kail-nīsan is here, Sister Pamela said that you got into a big fight today. Did you win?" - Horus
Unsurprising to Kail and Sanguinius, Horus immediately asked if he win or not.
"Horus don't just ask him if he wins it or not, at least ask if he's hurt or not. Are hurt Kail-nīsan?" - Sanguinius
While Sanguinius and Horus may seem like a complete opposite of eachother for someone who hasn't know them yet, they are quite inseparable.
They both are actually handed to the orphanage by a mysterious knight, he is a giant of a man and wore an armour that looks like it was bathed in blood, his whole body is covered by the armour and the only thing that can be seen is his eyes through a small slit on his helmet, his eyes are made of an untameable flame that shines brightly, yet despite his appearance every word that comes out of him feels like they were of no dark intentions.
After the meeting with the mysterious knight he was never seen again, Sanguinius and Horus live in the same orphanage, they both do almost every activities together.
Growing up it was clear that they're magic power are above all other kid they're age and it continues to grow.
Kail only know about this because he caught Sister Pamela lacking once.
Kail says that he was only there to check on them before going home but Sister Pamela insisted that he have a dinner with them, and so after having dinner at the orphanage he went to Sanguinius and Horus to say his goodbye.
They asked him if he could stay but he politely refused saying that he still has to take care of his family home.
And so Kail walk his way home preparing planning his training for the Magic Knight exam that is coming.
And with the orphanage at Kail's back i will end Chapter 2 : Back at The Orphanage here~
Side Note: Just introducing some new characters here, right now Sanguinius and Horus are just some orphan childs but they will be something way more in the future thrust me.
(and as far as I know Horus is bald so I can make his hair whatever I want)
