You know, seeing how strong willed individuals like Law and Luffy HATE being given orders, or being seen as anyone's subordinate, it occurs to me that they would be more inclined to listen to Izuku as he would be more likely to make a polite request, rather than a command.

Like say...

LAW: Hey, this isn't your Samurai Garrison!

DUKE DOGSTORM: We appreciate your help.

LAW: I'm not helping you! Get off!

IZUKU: Law-kun, I know they're being rude, but PLEASE let them stay in your Sub for the time being!

LAW: ...Well, alright then.

Or maybe...

IZUKU: LUFFY! GET READY TO LAUNCH THAT GIANT CANNON BALL!

LUFFY: HEY! DON'T TELL ME WHAT I WAS ALREADY GOING TO-!

IZUKU: PLEASE!

LUFFY: Oh, OKAY!
