Touya warmed his body, and pulled Keigo closer as they stepped out into the cold. The ambulance was waiting with open doors. One of the EMTs helped them in, shutting the doors, and handing some warmed blankets over. Touya sat Keigo down in the middle of the stretcher, but the blonde reached out to grab his hand. "Don't worry, Birdy. I'm not going anywhere."

He laced their fingers together, stroking his thumb softly across Keigo's skin. He pulled the warm blanket up around the hero, tucking it over the towel still covering his waist. The EMT went to work, examining Keigo's stitches, as the vehicle started moving,, "Hmm. These are a little rough. We'll probably take them out at the hospital and re-do them."

"You guys…will numb it right?" he asked, gripping Touya's hand tighter.

The EMT furrowed his brows, and titled his head, "Yeah, of course! There's no reason to go through pain that's avoidable."

"Thank you…"

"We're about 20 minutes from the nearest hospital. Shouldn't be much longer."

The rest of the ride was quiet. Touya was pretty sure Keigo dosed off a few times, but he didn't want to disturb him to check. They arrived at the hospital, and the Chief greeted them at the entrance. "I have to fill out a few forms, and I'll be up there with you boys in a few minutes. Here." He handed them a bag of clothing, "One of the agents that arrived before you brought these."

The nurses took Keigo back to the emergency department. He changed into the new soft pajamas, and curled back up under the blanket. The nurses looked over his stitches, agreeing with the EMT on replacing them. The Doctor came in with a syringe of lidocaine, and Keigo panicked at the sight. "W-wait! I-I..I can't-"

Touya climbed onto the bed behind him, pulling the small hero back against his warm chest, "It's ok. I've got you. They're just going to numb your head before they get to work, ok?"

The Doctor gave him a nod, and came closer again. "Don't worry Mr. Takami. This is just lidocaine. I can go get the vial and draw a new one up in front of you if that would make you more comfortable."

Keigo tilted his head back, looking deep into Touya's eyes for reassurance. A warm kiss pressed to his forehead again, and the blonde nodded, "It-it's ok. I'm ready." Touya wrapped one arm around his waist, making sure that he would be able to keep him still.

The Doctor smiled, finally getting close enough to begin. He pushed the needle in carefully, earning a small whimper from the blonde. "I'm sorry, Mr. Takami. I know that must be very tender right now." He pushed the plunger halfway down before moving to the other side of the wound and inserting the rest. "Alright, we're gonna give that a minute or two. Would you like anything to drink while we wait?"

"Grape soda?"

The Doctor nodded, switching to Touya, "Can I get you anything?"

"Make it two grape. Thanks."

"Of course. I'll be back soon."

Once they were alone, Keigo gently prodded his own forehead, "It's working.."

Touya smiled, feeling Keigo nuzzle back against him, "I'm glad."

"I'm…sorry…" his words broke up as tears started flowing down his cheeks.

Touya shook his head, spinning the hero around to face him, "What? No, baby. There's nothing to apologize for."

He buried his face into his palm, "But…I don't remember us…you…anything!"

Touya pulled his hands away, cupping his face again, and pulling him close, "That's not your fault. They said it's not permanent. Your memory will come back. Even if it didn't, I'd just have to make you fall in love with me all over again."

Keigo's heart thudded in his chest, "You…love me?"

Touya smiled, thumbs stroking against Keigo's cheeks, "Of course, I do. I love you more than I've ever loved anyone, Keigo."

A few more tears started to slip down as Keigo smiled at him, "So…what would be the first thing you would do to make me love you? Besides saving me…"

Touya laughed, letting out a small hum as he thought, "Well…I'd probably get you one of those shitty burritos that you love so much from the gas station near your place."

A look of surprise crossed the hero's face, "You know about my soft spot for burritos? Wait, that's too easy. What's something no one else knows?"

Touya grinned, leaning closer so that his lips barely grazed the shell of Keigo's ear, "I know that you let out the most breath-taking noises when I'm inside you and being rough with your wings."

Keigo's face lit up red as Touya sat back to judge his expression, "Y-you- you're so- ahh how can you just say something like that!?"

Touya brought his hand up to pinch his chin, "You're right. Too soon, but I'm definitely right." Keigo closed his eyes, remembering how good it felt when he bumped the tip of his feather in the shower.

"Well…I don't know if-well, if it's true."

Touya spun Keigo back around as he heard the Doctor's footsteps returning. He pulled the blonde back against his chest again, and laced their fingers together, "Don't worry. You'll know it's true as soon as those memories start popping back up."

Keigo flushed again, elbowing the former villain behind him, "Shut up. That's embarrassing…"

Touya nodded, "You're right…I-I'm sorry. I'll ease up on the flirting." He pulled his arm away, trying to give the blonde some space.

"W-wait!" Keigo started, pulling Touya's hands back around him, "I…I need you right now. I just…I'm gonna die of embarrassment if you keep whispering dirty stuff like that. I know we've…well, done things, but you still feel really...new, to me. Am I making sense? My brain still feels foggy…"

Touya wrapped him back up in his arms, "Perfect sense. We'll go at your pace on things like that, ok?" Keigo nodded, snuggling back against Touya again.

The doctor came back in, handing them both their drinks while the nurses set up his tools. He cleaned his hands, gloved up, and came to sit beside the bed again. "Alrighty. Let's get those out of there." Keigo gripped tightly onto Touya's hand as the Doctor clipped a few areas of the thread and pulled them out. Blood started running down his forehead again, but the nurses were quick to absorb it with gauze. The Doctor examined the cut thoroughly, "You're in luck. Looks like my quirk will be able to close this up without a scar."

Keigo smiled up at him, "Really? That's great!"

The Doctor nodded, and his finger lit up green. "Just stay still for a moment." His nurses held the wound together while he traced his finger along the meeting edges. Tingles danced through Keigo's nerves, but no pain. After a few seconds, the Doctor put his hand down and looked over the wound one last time, "Looks great. Now let's check that ankle."

Keigo shrugged, "It's not that bad. I think I just strained it."

The doctor smiled, "No reason to leave it alone to hurt though." He checked it over, and reached into his pocket pulling out a wrap. "I'm just going to wrap it up for a day or two. Here." He handed two small pills to the blonde, "These will help get the other medicine you were injected with get out of your system faster."

"Thank you." Keigo said while staring down at the pills.

"Alrighty. I'm done here. The Chief wants to talk with you, and then you can leave. Take care of each other."

As soon as the Doctor left, the Chief was coming in the door. He greeted them both, and pulled a chair up with his notepad open. "Alright, I'll try to make this quick. Let's start with you, Keigo. What is the first thing you remember about being with Endeavor?"

"Uh…I woke up, we were in the car. He was driving us to that house. He kept acting weird… He left to get food, and when he came back he fell asleep. I found the medicine in his pocket… I read the label, and it scared me so…I pretended to take it when he caught me. I went to shower, but he knew better. He tried to grab me in the bathroom but I got away. He chased me with a new syringe until Da- Touya saved me…"

The Chief nodded, "What do you remember before that?"

Keigo furrowed his brows, trying to think, "I was…planning on meeting...Touya. I was supposed to start my mission." He felt Touya's arms tighten ever so slightly around his waist, and it made his heart ache.

"Do you remember going to see him?"

Keigo shook his head, "No…I just remember telling Enji I was going."

"Ok. So that gives us a timeframe on how far the medicine can go. Keigo, are you aware of what's happened to you?"

"Enji...drugged me? And he did other things that no one will tell me about?"

The Chief glanced up at Touya for the briefest second before looking back at the hero, "Do you want to know before the memories come back?"

Keigo nodded quickly, "I want to know what to prepare myself for…"

"Do you want me or Touya to tell you?"

Keigo pondered it for a few moments. He turned towards Touya to see him offer a smile laced with sadness that he was trying to hide. "It hurts you too, doesn't it?"

Touya nodded, "It does, but I can tell you if you want me to…"

Keigo shook his head, "Chief, please."

The Chief cleared his throat and nodded, "Very well. Keigo, you did go to visit Touya on the day that you recalled. The two of you entered a relationship that quickly escalated. You brought concern to the Hero Commission that your feelings had been compromised, and asked to be removed from the case. They refused. At some point you received intel on Touya's true identity. You brought this information to Endeavor. At the same time, Touya went on a small…spree of destruction and took down AFO and Shigaraki. It was…unprecedented."

Keigo's eyes were wide as the information floated around his mind, "So…they're actually gone?"

The Chief nodded, "Yes. The smaller factions under them are slowly being snuffed out as well."

"What happened after that?"

"Prepare yourself, Keigo. This information is troubling…Endeavor…didn't care about the new information that you brought to him. He still intended on killing Touya. The two of you had an argument that culminated in Endeavor burning the wings from your back as he sexual assaulted you."

"W-what?" Keigo's head shot back and forth as he looked at the two men. "He wouldn't-... I mean- I know things are bad right now but…"

"I'm sorry…I know this must be extremely troubling for you. We do have the video evidence if needed, but I would like that to be a last resort."

Keigo's brain raced, thinking over everything Endeavor said to him at the house. Everytime he felt sick when Endeavor got too close. "Oh my god…" he whispered. "I…I think I'm gonna be sick."

Touya rubbed his hand soothingly up and down Keigo's back, "Just breathe…"

Keigo felt tears burning his eyes again as he looked up at the Chief, "What-what happened after that?"

"Touya arrived, and was able to get you away from Endeavor. He brought you to UA high school. Their healer, Recovery Girl, was able to heal your wounds enough for you to survive. Your burns were extensive, but she stated that your wings will return in time. We then decided to do an operation on Touya to heal his scars. During that operation, you were abducted under the cohesive effort of Endeavor and the hero commission. Endeavor injured you, knocking you unconscious. After that is when you woke up in the car."

Keigo sat there processing the information, "I…I don't even know what to say…"

"It's ok. You can take your time. I can get my other notes from Touya. Speaking of…your ankle monitor."

Touya groaned, "Right…"

The Chief held up his hand to pause, "Actually it's good news. I got approval to officially drop all charges due to your…public service. So, you can leave here freely after we take your statement."

Touya smiled, "That's great news. Thank you, Chief."

"Now onto your side of the paperwork, what happened once you woke up from surgery?"

Touya grimaced as he recalled the panic that went through him, "Keigo was gone… Recovery Girl wouldn't let me leave yet though. She made me practice using the ice quirk I gained from Shoto's blood. I got it down well enough for her to release me, but…a group of men attacked us. We were able to stop the bastards, and one of them had text messages on Endeavor's location. Shoto was back by that point, and he let me drive his car. We arrived, and Endeavor was on top of Keigo already. We fought and…I passed out on that phone call with you. Shoto warmed me back up, and well, then the ambulance showed up."

"I see. Thank you. Well, that wraps everything up I need for now. You boys are free to go where you please. I believe Shoto is waiting in the lobby for you. Don't hesitate to call me if you need anything."

"Wait…where is Endeavor?" Touya asked warily.

"On the way to the Villian Hospital. He'll be taken to the prison to await sentencing after his wounds are healed."

Keigo nodded softly, trying to contain all of his emotions, "Thank you for all of your help…"

The Chief patted him firmly on the shoulder, "Of course. I'll be in touch." He left and suddenly the room felt far too quiet.

Touya let out a slow breath, "Where do you wanna go?"

Keigo leaned back, looking up at him, "Home?"

Touya nodded, "Home."

Gonna stop this chapter here, and I'll be back soon! 3
