Chapter 2 — Waking up

I woke up with a jerk to an alarm clock ringing. I looked around and saw that I was in a room. On the wall there was a mirror. I saw my new reflection … a small child with black hair and blue eyes. On a desk there was a note:
Hi Victoria
You have arrived to the Twilight world. You have probably by now discovered that you are a child, a five-year old one to be exact. Bella has not been born yet and will not for a long time. You were born as Victoria Orlova Swan to Charlie Swan and Nora Black, Charlie Swan's first wife who died two years ago. He will meet Renee later in life. You live in Forks.
Your mental shield can stop Edward's mindreading but to strength it you should learn meditation and kung fu. You live with Renee and newly boyfriend. I have made sure that no-one will ever know about this reincarnation and I hope you'll like your surprise.

It was funny and delightfully that I had the same name as my original name. As I read the last sentence of the note. I could hear giggles. I hurried to the bathroom and took off my clothes. I looked in a mirror to see what Death had done and saw … a penis. It seems like I was born intersex. It was fine with me. I looked curiously at it when I heard a man shouting downstairs that I had to hurry be ready for school.
When I got downstairs, I saw for first time Charlie Swan, my new father. He stood 6 feet tall and had brown hair and a mustache. He had my backpack packed and my breakfast ready. We ate and left. This was a beginning to my new life.
