Chapter 21 – The House of the Weasleys.

The not-quite-yellow flying car was no seen flying towards a wooden house that looked crocked and looked as if the top part was stacked on top of the bottom, it resides in what looked like the middle of nowhere.

Arthur and Molly were shocked over how their little house looked; their home right now looked quite different now than what it's in the future. Also, it was shock to the system to show everyone where they lived on the big screen like this.

Then the scene changed to where Ron opened the front door, and Fred, George and Hadriana followed him in quietly. It was a lovely house thought Hadriana, as she looked around her in amazement having never seen anything like this before. A pan was floating over the sink, and enchanted brush was scrubbing it all by itself with no one around.

"Do you think it will be alright if we had some of his?" Ron whispered and pointed towards the biscuits sitting on the table.

"Yeah, mum will never know!" replied Fred.

Hadriana just had to roll her eyes because he was clearly pranking Ron – he should have known by now that they would make his life miserable. Her eyes landed on an old-fashioned clock, it has pictures of every member of the Weasley family in its hands, and now it was moving three faces from Lost to Home. Then she moved her interest over to the living area, where a pair of knitting needles knitted was looked like a blanket, on its own.

"It's not much, but it is home!" Ron said, shrugging his shoulders.

"I think it's brilliant!" Hadriana said, a little bit in awe and gave him a small smile still looking around her with curiosity after all this was the first wizarding household she had ever seen.

Molly and even Arthur smiled brightly at hearing someone say this about their little house and knowing that Hadriana wasn't disgusted by it, like some people in the wizarding world.

"I kind of agree, it looks homey and not like a museum like our home!" One small girl in Slytherin said to others amazement that everyone that weren't terrified nodded in agreement without letting people know they did so.

Molly was elated because now she knew that she had at least done something right in her life.

All a sudden, Molly came rushing down the stairs, she stopped right in front of them, angrily making Hadriana take a step back in shock.

"Where have you been!" Yelled Molly, making Ron, Fred and George winch now trying to hide the biscuits behind their backs.

"Bloody hell! She's scary." Young Sirius mumbled out loud, not that anyone could compare to his mother.

"I have to agree with you there!" Sirius shuddered remembering the time they had to come clean with the family that they were dating and that they were soul mates.

Hadriana broke out laughing remembering how pale Sirius had gotten as they talked about everything with the family, though it was worse for him it was embarrassing for her.

The others around the great hall looked at them wondering what they were talking about, but they never said anything more.

"Hadriana, how wonderful to see you dear!" Molly said smiling at her lovingly, Hadriana gave her a smile in return before Molly turned back and looked at her sons in anger. "Beds empty! No note! Care gone! You could have died! You could have been seen! Of course, I don't blame you Hadriana dear!" she finished, turning to Hadriana lovingly again.

Everyone smirked at this, "Salazar, her mood swings are worse than your sister's!" Lucius muttered to his lady who was standing beside of him. At that you could hear the slap coming a long way, making Narcissa scowl.

Andromeda looked at her sister in fondness because she was missing them both but knew that they had other priorities.

"We were saving her mum! There were bars on her window!" Ron defended their way of going at it.

Molly scowled and gave him a glare in the best hope. "Well, your best hope, I don't put bars on your window Ronald Weasley!"

Ron gulped loudly in response to this.

"Come on Hadriana time for a spot of breakfast!" Molly said kindly, grabbing Hadriana's hand gently and pulling her to the kitchen.

Hadriana smiled towards Molly Weasley, "You were the best thing that happened to me!"

"You're welcome!" Molly smiled at the beautiful woman laying there on her husband, it was wonderful to see someone have such a strong bond to one another, she still could clearly remember the first days of her marriage to Arthur with a fond smile.

"Thank you, Molly!" James said to her grateful overseeing that his daughter had someone that could be there as an adult.

Molly nodded, acknowledging the boys' thanks.

Ginny could be now seen running down the stairs, while Molly was serving Hadriana her breakfast.

"Here we are Hadriana. Now tuck in. That's it. There we go!" Molly said before Ginny were stopping before her.

"Um, mummy, have you seen my jumper?" she asked.

"Yes, dear. It's on the coat." She told her daughter.

Ginny caught the girl sitting there making her eyes widen, making Hadriana smile. "Hello," Hadriana greeted the now stunned girl. Ginny quickly turned wide-eyed, before she quickly turned around and ran back up the stairs. While Fred and George snickered from the other end of the table.

"Aww, your daughter is so cute!" Lily and Marlene squealed towards Molly and Arthur.

"Yeah, I can see that," Arthur said fondly at their future daughter, the same could be said for Draco he was seeing his wife in another light.

"What did I do?" Hadriana asked them in confusion.

"Ginny… she's been talking about you all summer. A bit annoying really." Ron told her, his eyes squinting in disgust.

Suddenly a red-haired man appeared at the door and walked into the room with quick steps. "Morning Weasleys." He said with a smile, while getting various mornings in return.

"What a night! Nine raids! Nine!" the man complained and sat down at the end of the table while Hadriana could not help but look at him in confusion.

"Raids?" Hadriana asked.

"Dad works in the Ministry of Magic. He works in the misuse of Muggle Artifacts. Dad loves Muggles. Thinks they are fascinating."

"Well now… and who are you?" he asked looking at Hadriana in confusion.

"Oh, sorry sir. I'm Hadriana potter." Se introduced herself.

"Still as polite as ever," Alice said with a kind smile, while no one else said anything about it at all – she was beginning to see a pattern in a way she hadn't before.

"Good lord you really? Well, Ron's told us all about you, of course. When did she get here?" He asked them.

"This morning. Your sons flew that enchanted car of yours to Surrey and back last night." Molly told him and looked at them with a disappointed looks.

"Did you really? How'd it go?" He asked curiously.

Everyone began to talk over each other, including Hadriana because she thought the whole thing was kind of cool. The excitement lasted a few seconds before Molly hit him hard on the arm in expiration.

"I mean, that was very wrong offed, boys. Very wrong of you." Arthur scolded. Molly turned around satisfied. "Now Hadriana, you must know all about muggles… Tell me. What exactly is the function of a rubber duck?"

Many of the muggle-borns and even half-bloods broke out in laughter at hearing that question, but no one else.

"I have never really gotten the question!" Hadriana whispered into Sirius's chest with a smile. Sirius just kissed her with fondness.

"Oh, umm…" Hadriana began a little bit confused, and with that came the nervousness over where she should start. Then she was saved by screeching owls, and it caused everyone to look towards the window.

"Oh, that'll be Errol with the post," Molly said and looked at the window with a smile before going back to cooking breakfast.

Errol the owl could be seen flying towards the house smashing into the window, all in all, missing the open space beside it.

Hadriana snorted into Sirius's neck seeing it happening again, it was just as funny now as then.

"You are bad!" Sirius whispered into her hair with a smile.

Hadriana had to hold a hand in front of her mouth to stifle the slight laugh at seeing the owl crash into the window.

"Fetch it, will you, Percy? Please?" Molly asked her third oldest son.

Percy stood up from the table to go and get the mail from their old owl.

"He's always done that!" Ron told Hadriana, at seeing the hand in front of her mouth thinking it was of shock and seeing her still staring at the window.

"You were quite clueless then!" Hermione whispered to her husband.

"Yeah, laugh it up. But you are right." Ron sighed before he had grown up after the war.

"You aren't so bad nowadays," Hermione told him, kissing his cheek making him red from his cheek to his ears.

"Oh, look. It's our Hogwarts letters. And, they have sent Hadriana's as well." Percy said, as he looked through the letters before handing it over to his mother.

"Dumbledore must know you're here, Hadriana! Doesn't miss a trick that man." Molly said and handed her the letter.

"Thank you. Once again, the self-addressing quill does the job." Professor McGonagall tells the students, that someone had cast a silencing charm on the headmaster because they didn't want to know what he would have said.

"This won't come cheap, mum. The spell books alone are very expensive."

"We'll manage. There is only one place we'll be able to get all of this. Diagon Alley." Molly told them.

Then the scene changed with all the Weasleys including Hadriana standing in front of the fireplace, all wearing black robes, with the Gryffindor labelled sewn onto the front of it.

"Love the floo!" James said excitingly.

Hadriana managed to scowl at her father from where she was laying, she just hated that damn way of travel.

"Don't you like the floo?" James asked her, with a scandalous facial expression that showed everyone that he was shocked.

"Yep, I would either fly on a broom or apparate than go through the floo!" Hadriana pouted, feeling Sirius give a laugh. "Shut it, you," she said and hit him gently on the chest a little embarrassed over her first time using the floo.

"Dear, you will get used to it." Lily told his daughter before James could say something like 'we'll have to change that.'

Molly went to the fireplace, and took up a pot with greenish powder, "Right… Here we are. Hadriana, you go first dear." She said, and gestured to the pot, while Hadriana just looked at it in confusion.

"Mom, Hadriana has never travelled by floo before," Ron said, as Molly's eyes widened.

"Well then, you go first, Ron, so she can see how it's done. Yes, in you go. That's it." Molly told her son, as he took a handful of the green powder.

They watched as he took his place in the fireplace, "Diagon Alley!" Ron yelled and threw the powder on the ground before being engulfed in green flames.

When the flames had disappeared Hadriana looked shocked towards the fireplace where Ron was nowhere to be seen.

"You see, it's quite easy dear. Don't be afraid. Come on!" Molly said and gestured for Hadriana to step up. "In you go. That's it. Mind your head. That's right, now, Hadriana, take your floo powder." She continued and held out the pot to her, who took a large handful. "That's it. Very good, and now don't forget to speak, very, very, clearly." She ended her instructions.

Hadriana nodded, still a little bit insecure. "Diagonally." She stuttered and dropped the powder and watched the flames surround her.

Sirius couldn't help but laugh, and Teddy did too though he was still not allowed to do it alone.

"Really, Siri," Hadriana muttered and raised herself up from where she was laying on him to look him in the eyes.

"I know, but it's fun," Sirius told her with a smile, allowing her to lay back on him but not before kissing Teddy on his head.

It wasn't just them that looked at it with interesting eyes and laughter.

Hadriana suddenly spat out of a fireplace, gliding hard along a dirty floor and covered in ash. Looking around she could see that she wasn't in Diagon Alley anymore, there were all kinds of objects in the shop, objects she had never even seen before.

"Only you…" Sirius said to her quietly, while the others looked at her in surprise just like the younger version of her husband.

"Only you would end up there," Young Sirius yelled, not even a little bit surprised overseeing this.

Lily and every other student looked at in confusion while the professors and the Slytherins were wide-eyed.

"I don't get it. What's so bad about it?" Alice asked, she and the others were quite confused about why everyone gasped.

"It's not a regular shop, miss. Miss Potter is currently standing in a shop, in Knockturn Alley." Professor Slughorn told her kindly, as Dumbledore could not even say anything. Everyone gasped at hearing this and looked back on the screen to see how it will go.

Hadriana groaned and stood up trying to dust off all the dirt on her robe. Seeing that she wasn't where she was supposed to be, she walked over to where she saw a skeleton hand. It was one of the only things in the room she was in that was remotely recognizable to her. Before her confusion managed to get her to touch it, she took a deep breath when a man suddenly came from the sides, and grabbed her by her cloak. Pinning her to the door, causing her to gasp in fright.

Sirius and Young Sirius, and even Regulus all gave the man a glare that most people recognized, seeing him to be the owner of the shop.

"Yes, clearly it was Borgin and Burkes." Professor Slughorn answered their previous question with other facts about where she was.

James was the one staring darkly at the man in the screen, planning a very dark prank on the man.

"Looking for something, pretty?" he asked, looking her up and down before meeting her eye.

"No, sorry, I'm just in the wrong place, sorry," Hadriana told him strictly as she got her breath back and glared at him and punched him in the nose to get him to let go of her.

"Wicked!" Younger Sirius cheered.

"Not bad," Narcissa said like she couldn't believe that she hadn't thought about it before and that her sister would have loved the girl if she had been here and been saner.

"Awesome, mum." Teddy cheered alongside the younger version of his father. In the end, they looked at each other with a smile.

Hadriana blushed, though, she appreciated the appreciation.

With a breath, she began to walk in the alleyway. All around her, there were wizards and witches that were giving her weird suggestive looks, it was damn uncomfortable. Hadriana was trying to get out of there, when a witch with dark grey hair, and with a pretty scary face grabbed her waist, making her jump in surprise.

"Not lost, are you, my dear." The witch said, she was too looking her up and down.

"If I ever find that one, I'll kill her, I promise," James said with conviction, and he really would to the surprise of everyone that knew him, though, Sirius could see and knew that it was something his old friend would have done for the ones he loves.

Lily looked at her boyfriend with wide eyes, not knowing how she hadn't seen that side of her boyfriend. However, she couldn't help herself but agree with it – after all, it was her daughter and she wanted to protect her.

"I-I'm fine! Thank you. I am going…" Hadriana said to her stronger than ever before though her voice was trembling.

"Come with us, we'll help you find your way back." The witch said, making Hadriana look behind her only to find a group of three, two wizards and another witch who gave her evil smirks as the grip on her waist tightened.

"NO!" Hadriana said and slapped the witch across the face showing them that she would not let them take advantage of her like this.

They let her go and looked at her with a little more respect.

"You never told me this," Sirius said proudly, running his fingers through her hair. Knowing why she hadn't said anything before, it never came up before.

The Slytherin looked towards the girl who laid on her husband in awe, they had never seen anyone do this before on their first trip to knockturn alley, and even then there were never many people who could make those living there look at them in respect.

"Hadriana!"

Hadriana looked around seeing Hagrid standing there looking angrily at the women, making them scatter.

"Oh, thank Merin! Thank you, Hagrid!" Lily sighed; a little bit oblivious that what had happened.

James nodded appreciatively, alongside his parents. They were proud that their granddaughter was so independent and sure in herself if she only allowed herself to be confident.

"Hagrid." Hadriana sighed, it was wonderful to see someone she knew and she could finally breathe easily.

Hagrid made his way over to the girl, "What do yer think yer doin', come on." He said and knocked one of the witches down at the ground.

Hadriana began to walk away from here together with Hagrid, as they did come to a walkout, a sign is shown pointing down the alleyway reading, 'Knockturn Alley.'

"What are you doing, Hadriana? Skulking around, Knockturn Alley? Dodgy place. Don't want anyone to see you there." Hagrid told her, patting her on the shoulders.

"I was lost… the floo, wait hold on. Why were you doing down there then?" Hadriana asked him curiously.

"Me? oh, I was… I was looking for Flesh-Easting-Slug repellent. They are ruining all the school cabbages." Hagrid told her, before Hermione could be seen running over to them practically jumping into Hadriana's arms.

"Ow, Hermione!" she wined with a pout, and they broke out in laughter alongside Hagrid, as they parted. "Hermione." To get her to let go.

"Hello, Hagrid." Hermione greeted the half-giant who was smiled in amusement.

"Ello' ermione." Hagrid greeted, the girl bashfully. "Yer be alright now then Hadriana?"

Hadriana nodded.

"Right. I'll leave yer to it then." He said before he walked off.

"Thank you. Bye!" Hadriana said before Hermione and walked towards the bookstore. Before they walked in, she saw a picture inside of a frame, with the words, 'Magical me' by Gilderoy Lockheart.

"ME?" A golden-haired fifth-year Ravenclaw boy said in awe, while his other Ravenclaw's and the professor looked at him in displeasure.

Hadriana, Hermione, Neville, and everyone else from the future looked up, towards the golden-haired child and burst out in laughter.

The others watched them in confusion, Lockheart's own ego was deflating with every second they laughed.

"Sorry, we couldn't help it." Hadriana snickered, giving him an apologetic look and wiping away a tear and sat up together with her family because she was tired laying down all the time, so they sat together close, not that close but not they could look at each other.

Hadriana and Hermione, hand in hand walked along the row of books and witches who stood ready to get the books signed. They quickly found the Weasleys, seeing that it wasn't hard to do, with their bright hair lighting up the shop.

"Oh, Hadriana there you are. Thank goodness. We hoped you only were gone not that far." Mrs Weasley told her, and dusting her off, more gently than what Hagrid had done.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Mr Gildory Lockheart." A man said tiredly in front of a very arrogant-looking blond wizard, who came out wearing light blue robes.

Molly was seen fixing her hair with a smile, while Hadriana shared a smile with Ron.

All the people in the hall were rolling their eyes when the guy said, "Still got my looks I see!"

"Mum fancies him," Ron said, giving Hadriana another looks when Molly spun around and hit him on the shoulder before she turned back around.

Someone came up behind them and showed Hadriana and Ron out of the way.

"Don't do that to my daughter!" James yelled out loud, pissed of that people can just do that to a child.

"Make a way there. Please! Let me by Madam! Thank you, excuse me, little girl This is for the daily prophet." The guy said, taking a picture of Lockheart, who posed for the picture when he looked up and caught Hadriana, whose scar was in full display.

Lockheart looked at her in awe and disbelief.

"It can't be, Hadriana Potter!"

Hadriana couldn't believe that she had been so stupid, to not hid her scar from the people around her.

"Hadriana Potter. Excuse me, madam." The cameraman said, before grabbing Hadriana by her cloak, and dragging her up to the front where she was stopped only to be grabbed by Lockheart, who then wrapped his arm around her waist.

Hadriana looked down at it in disgust, "PERVERT!" she screamed in another voice to get him to let go of her, and she made a stealthy escape back towards Hermione.

"Go Hadriana!" Neville snickered, wondering why this hadn't been shown in the paper.

"Go, daughter." James said, "we have a very cool daughter, don't we?" he stated to his future wife.

Sirius broke out in laughter, "That was so like you." he told her with a smile. Making Hadriana smile, remembering as it was yesterday because it was funny to see everyone shocked over what they saw.

Everyone looked around wondering who was completely missing the most logical solution to it.

Hermione nodded along with that thought because wizards were not that logical.

Hermione asked if everything was alright, Hadriana nodded that everything was okay as they went about buying their books when the blond idiots came into the shop.

"Bet you loved that, didn't you Potter?" a high voice asked, from behind them.

They all spun around, including the Weasleys, and saw Draco standing there at the entrance and blocking the door with a glare on his face. "Famous, Hadriana Potter, can't even walk into a bookshop, without making the front page." He sneered.

"Leave her alone!" glared Ginny, making Hadriana smile grateful for someone standing up to her.

"Oh, look Potter. You've got yourself a girlfriend." He sneered before a cane was dropped on his shoulder. A tall man with long blond hair stepped into view.

"Now, Now, Draco, play nicely." The man said, before giving Hadriana a fake smile.

Hadriana smiled fakely back at him, looking like that shocked him more, making the others around her snicker behind their hands.

"Look at that, our daughter is classy," James whispered, meaning that everyone could hear what he was saying.

"What do you see in him Narcissa?" asked Lily, and this shocked everyone but made everyone on the Slytherin table laugh when Narcissa groaned. "Let's just say, when we are just the two of us, he is different." She answered her with respect.

"Miss Potter. Lucius Malfoy. We meet at last" Malfoy said and held out a hand for Hadriana to shake. When she did, he pulled her o him. "Forgive me. Your scar is legendary." He began, giving her a smirk, "as of course, is the wizard who gave it to you."

"Way to be creepy, Lucy." Barty and Evan said they were quite angry because they were beginning to love the girl who was quite a in love a Black at that.

"If anyone of you calls me Lucy again, I'll…"

"ENOUGH!" Narcissa barked out, raising an eyebrow at her fiancé. All the guy could do was back off if he wanted to create peace.

"Way to state the obvious." Hadriana muttered quietly to herself, before saying something clearly, "Voldemort, you know killed my parents." She stated back, "and he was nothing more than a murderer!"

"Say it, girl!" Younger Sirius said from where he was sitting with his brother, proud that Hadriana was so unafraid of the name.

While others that still haven't gone away from the dark lords' teachings were scowling, because how could a little girl use their lord's name so freely?

"You must be very brave to mention his name, or very foolish." Malfoy Sr said, giving her a small scowl for it.

"Fear of a name only increases fear of the thing itself." Hermione gave her piece of mind, as she had seen it.

"And you must be Miss Granger! Yes, Draco has told me all about you, and your parents. They are muggles, aren't they?" he said, giving the two of them who were currently walking to Mr Weasley a small glare. "Let me see. Red hair, vacant expressions… tatty secondhand books." The blond idiot continued to say, as he reached into Ginny's cauldron ignoring all the new and shiny ones and pulling out an older version.

"Children, it's mad in here, let's go outside," Arthur said, coming over to where they were they were standing, giving Lucius a full irritated look.

"Well, well, well… Weasley senior," Lucius said despicably.

"Lucius!" Muttered Arthur.

"So, it's still growing strong I see!" Molly muttered with a sigh sharing a dull look with Narcissa as they were quite irritated with their men.

"Busy time at the ministry, Arthur, all those extra raids? I do hope they are paying you overtime but judging by the state of this…" he said, holding up Ginny's book, "I'd say not. What's the use of being a disgrace to the name of Wizards, if you don't even pay you well for it."

"Your father was a better idiot back then!" stated Hadriana to Draco who was shaking his head at how his father had behaved towards them in the past. "I know, I can't believe how everything when like that." he groaned and looked towards his young father who was as interesting as ever.

"We have a very different idea of what disgraces the name of wizards, Malfoy!" Retaliated Arthur looking the guy up and down like he still couldn't believe that none could see his loyalty to the dark lord.

"Clearly. Associating with Muggle's…" Malfoy started, and placed Ginny's books back in her cauldron, with something extra that only Hadriana seemed to take notice of.

"You'd be a good auror," Moody said to Hadriana who was now munching on some chocolate with her family.

"Thank you, but I chose to do something different," Hadriana told her future mentor because it was true. She had found her calling in being a teacher, together with her family.

"Only if you would have called her out on it," Ron whispered, remembering what had happened to his sister.

Hadriana sighed sadly knowing that she couldn't have helped it back then, even if on some aspect of life, she was confident, but she still was learning that she could speak up for others without being turned down.

"And I thought your family couldn't sink any lower. I'll see you at work." Malfoy said giving him another dig at his outfit and walked off with Draco, who now looked smug.

Hadriana could just roll her eyes, with Hermione who only saw that the rest of the Weasleys were glaring towards the duo.

Draco who now intimidated his father stepped up, "see you at school." Before walking up to his father who had stopped to wait.

Many of the halls students looked and rolled their eyes at Draco, Narcissa glared at Lucius for teaching their son to be arrogant.

Draco simply sighed, "I know, I know!" "You all have to wait to the end of my seventh year to see me change."

Hadriana nodded at that, remembering the time she saved him from being burned alive in the come-and-go room.
