I think we're getting close to the final chapter guys! I'm gonna have to think an amazing ending!

I decided to do a small time skip in this chapter because I thought it'd be better if Shizuko was older. Sorry if this annoys you guys.

Chapter 15

"Hey," asked Naruto, "Is she teething? She keeps chewing everything she can pick up"

I look over to Shizuko, happily rolling around in the floor with her fist in her mouth. I walk over to her and I brush my fingers against her gums. I could feel a small bump on her top gums which confirmed Naruto's question.

"I guess so," I say as I wipe my wet finger on my clothes,

"Is she okay?" He questioned, looking a bit worried,

"She's fine, Dobe" I reply with a small laugh. She doesn't look as if she's in pain. Oh well, when she does cry anyway we're fully stocked on teething gels. I heard this was the worst part . . .

I make my way into the kitchen and I return with a plate of food in my hand.

"You wanna feed her?" I ask. Naruto has been so busy lately, he's hardly had time to spend with his daughter which I could tell that he was pretty upset about.

His face lit up and he took the plate from me.

It was lunchtime for Shizuko and she's having small sandwiches with jam and soft crisps (the type that go soggy in your mouth).

Naruto placed a piece of the sandwich in her mouth and I laughed at the disgust on his face when she pulled out the soggy bits of bread, only to put them back into her mouth again.

"I'm going out for a bit," I say as I kiss Shizuko on her forehead and Naruto on his lips, "I'll be back in a few hours,"

As Naruto said goodbye, I left the house in search for certain someone.

- B. R. E. A. K. -

After knocking on the door, I wait for a reply which wasn't long.

"Hey Sasuke," greeted Kiba, he'd obviously just woken up since his hair was a mess and he was yawning as he rubbed his eyes, "What are you doing here?"

"I'm looking for Hinata," I state as I watch Akamaru wander over to me, I stroke his head as I continue, "Have you seen her around lately?"

Kiba thought about it for a second before shrugging his shoulders, "Not seen her since we broke up,"

They broke up? I wonder who did the dumping . . .

I give Akamaru one last pat before I turn around to leave.

"Thanks Kiba,"

"Hey, wait" he says which causes me to halt, "How's Shizuko? She missing her favourite Uncle Kiba?"

"Hardly," I reply with a small smirk, "It looks as if she's teething at the moment. Naruto's at home with her if you want to go see them,"

"Yeah, I have nothing to do today" he says with a smile,

"Okay, well I gotta go, I'll see you soon" I turn around to leave and I notice a familiar silhouette in the shadows of a nearby alleyway.

Found you.

- B. R. E. A. K. -

"Say Kiba . . . Say Kee-Bah . . . Or Kiki or . . . anything?" Said Kiba, determined to get Shizuko to say his name first.

Where the hell is Sasuke? It's been 4 hours.

"Naruto, stop pacing" said Kiba as he lifted Shizuko in the air, "He'll be back soon,"

This didn't help me at all.

"Do you have any possibilities to where he might have gone?" I ask,

Kiba pondered for a second before he realised something, "He came to me asking for Hinata . . . If that helps"

Hinata? That idiot! How can he be so stupid? He should've at least asked me to go with him. I should've asked where he was going this morning before he left.

"And you failed to mention this because?" I question, a little annoyed,

"I didn't think it had any relevance," he replied as he blew raspberries on her cheeks,

"It has more relevance than you think!" I shout as I grab my coat, "Watch her for a second,"

Without waiting for Kiba's response, I went in search for Sasuke.

- B. R. E. A. K. -

I pant heavily as I receive a final blow to my face. My hands were tied so I couldn't escape and my face bloodied and bruised from the amount of hits I had encountered. I've never felt so weak.

"Is . . . Is that . . . Is that all you've got?" I manage to say weakly as my jaw refused to move. I know it couldn't be broken otherwise I wouldn't be able to speak.

How could I have been so stupid? I shouldn't have followed that shadow, I should've at least checked the area first and made sure that it was safe.

Because I didn't, I didn't notice that there were two people. I got cornered and knocked unconscious. Next thing I knew, I was tied to a chair with a rope that took away my chakra.

"You wanna see more? Fine," stated Hinata, "If you think I've been doing nothing these past few months then you are sadly mistaken,"

I watched as she transformed into someone I knew very well.

"Wow, you changed your appearance so you looked like me. Amazing." I retort sarcastically, "It took you half a year to learn how to change into different people? How stupid. Even Naruto knew how to do that when we were at the aca-"

"Be quiet! I am sick and tired of your patronizing way of speaking, it's a wonder how Naruto puts up with you!" She shouted.

I honestly didn't care how much she hated me and my ignorance only seemed to anger her even more.

"I've decided that instead of attacking you up front," she began, even though she was clearly giving me a serious beating just a few seconds ago, "I'll just have to act like you and I'll have Naruto. I obviously can't be you forever though. I'll just destroy your family a little bit at a time . . . Starting with the little brat."

I froze on the spot and It wasn't long before I became enraged.

"You will not touch my baby." I growl. The thought of any harm coming to Shizuko . . .

"It's your biggest fear isn't it?" She smirked,

"Why are you doing this? What the fuck is your problem?!" I shout, avoiding her question,

"Because! It was your fault that Naruto didn't achieve his dream. It's your fault that Naruto isn't with me. And it's your fault that me and Kiba broke up!"

"Are you that pathetic?" I ask in disbelief at her explanation, "All of this because of Naruto?! First of all, it was his idea not to become Hokage. I had nothing to do with that decision. Secondly, you can't force Naruto to fall in love with you so quit your bitch fit about that. And finally, I didn't even know you and Kiba broke up until this morning! I wasn't even told that you were having problems!"

Hinata remained silent for a moment but I could she still had something to say.

I thought about Naruto. I had said that I'd be back in a few hours, I wonder how long it's been . . .

I heard a small noise and I look to see that Hinata had walked to the door.

"No! You get back here! Don't hurt my baby!" I shout, struggling to get out of the chair. I felt the burn of the rope as it began to cut into my arms and ankles.

Hinata ran over to me and stuffEd my mouth so I couldn't speak. I tried my hardest to push out the object but my jaw refused to cooperate.

"I'll see you soon, Sasu-Kun" was the last thing she said before exited the room.

I was now left alone in total darkness and in fear for my family.

- B. R. E. A. K. -

I was running down the street when I finally saw him.

Rushing over to him, I yell, "Where the hell have you been?!"

Sasuke looked up at me and gave me a fierce kiss. I was shocked at the sudden action but I nevertheless returned to touch.

"Let's go home, Dobe" he said. He grabbed my hand and we began walking home.

I felt the odd sensation that something was off about him but I chose to ignore it. I was probably just tired.

When we finally got home, Kiba said his goodbyes to us and Shizuko. She was so happy to see us as she kicked her feet on the floor in excitement. I picked her up and took her to bed. She must be tired, she'd been up an extra hour than she was allowed.

After I put her to bed, I enter my own bedroom where I see a ready and naked Sasuke lying on the bed. His legs spread wide for me to see everything he had to offer. It was strange, Sasuke had never done this before. He was too prideful . . .

Oh well, I'll take this rare opportunity.

I climb on top of Sasuke and our lips met in a passionate embrace. He was more forceful than usual. Was tonight a special occasion or something?

Oh god, it's our anniversary isn't it? . . . Is it? . . .

Sasuke switched our positions so that he was on top and proceeded to give harsh sucks and kisses against my neck.

For the rest of the night, no matter how good I felt, that odd sensation never went away. And I didn't know why. Surely Kyuubi would tell me if something was wrong, right? Right.

- B. R. E. A. K. -

I woke up in the middle of the night to a loud scream. No doubt it was from Shizuko.

I got up out of bed and I noticed that Sasuke's side was empty. He must've gone to check on our daughter. I stood up went into her room anyway.

I enter the bright room, I still haven't gotten used to the light, especially in the middle of the night.

The sight before me filled me with rage as well as fear.

Before anything else could happen, I shout angrily, "What the fuck are you doing?!"
