So . . . Did you guys enjoy the wait? I didn't. It's been nearly 2 months?! Oh my God! I'm so sorry that this is so unbelievably late! Forgive me! I love leaving cliffhangers but even I know that it gets annoying when I don't have time to continue the story . . . I also have, like, 4 other stories to update . . . Anyway, starting with this one, shall we continue? Btw, I have nothing against Hinata. I'm happy that (SPOILERS) she and Naruto get to together in the anime (^_^) I just didn't want a typical villain like Sakura. There will be some slight gore in this chapter so just pre-warning you before you read on (^_^)
Chapter 16
Looking at the scene before me, I began to tremble as the rage was still building up.
I switched from Sasuke's face to his hand . . . As it covered Shizuko's face. Her muffled cries could barely be heard from underneath. I was getting ready to save her when Sasuke stopped me.
"Ah, ah, ah" he said, tauntingly, "One wrong move . . . And my grip tightens"
As if to prove his point, he used the space between his thumb and forefinger to block her nose as well as his whole hand to block her mouth, withholding any entry for breath. I watch her tiny hands grip his big palm and I feel my nails begin to grow and sharpen. I knew my eyes had turned red the minute I had entered the room.
"Let. Her. Go." I order through clenched teeth. Fighting the urge to move was the hardest I'd ever done but I had to think of Shizuko.
Her quiet cries began to soften and my eyes widen in fear.
"She can't breathe!" I shout desperately and I take a step forward only to see Sasuke's hand close slightly more. I stand still, not wanting to bring her anymore harm.
"Good." Stated Sasuke, "It's not like I wanted her anyway,"
What? What is he saying?
"Please . . . Don't hurt her," I plead as I notice that her cries had almost stopped, "Leave her be. Hurt me instead. Hit me, kick me or even kill me! Anything but my little girl"
I dropped to the floor as tears uncontrollably streamed down my cheek.
"Anything but my little girl . . ." I whisper as I clenched my eyes, wishing for all of this to be a dream. I slowly raise my head to see that my wish hadn't come true, and that this was all very real.
I look up just in time to see . . . As if in slow motion . . . Her little arm release Sasuke's palm, only to dangle, lifelessly, from her body . . .

I swing myself harshly to the left where I finally fall onto the floor. I grunt as pain shoots through my shoulder because of the angle that I had landed on. My wrists were bloodied from all my struggling but I didn't care. I feared for my baby and the bad feeling in my gut had me thinking that it was worse than I thought. I hope to god that she's okay . . .
Ignoring the ache in my jaw, I used my tongue to push the object out of my mouth. Even if my mouth refused to cooperate, I will not give up.
Slowly, little by little, the stuffing began to move and I released a quick sigh of relief. I froze when I heard a thud on the roof.
Surely she can't be back so soon . . . Maybe it's not her?
After this thought, I finish ungagging my self and I shouted for help . . . Well, I tried to but my mouth was so dry. I swallowed and hollowed my cheeks trying to gain some saliva. I swallowed the small amount that I had managed to get.
"Help . . ." I tried to say but it came out more like a wheeze. Not one for giving up, I tried again, "Help."
This sounded a little better and I managed to moisten my throat even more.
"Help! Is there somebody up there?!" I finally manage to croak out a shout and I didn't know whether to be grateful that the thudding had stopped.
I then heard the sound of feet slowly making their way down the stairs.
For good measure, I yelled again, "I'm in here!"
The door then swung open and I saw the silhouette of a man.
"Sasuke?" Asked the familiar voice, "Jesus, Sasuke!"
I found myself being lifted off the floor and I came face-to-face with . . . Kiba.
I could've screamed with joy but this wasn't any time to be celebrating.
"What happened?" He asked with worry as he untied my hands and wincing at the amount of blood and cuts.
"Hurry," I say as I stood up weakly, "We have . . . To save . . . Them."
I collapsed uselessly back into the chair.
"Save who? Sasuke, what the fuck is going on?!" He questions, "I came here to get some clothes Hinata still hadn't returned and I find you in her basement?! What the fuck!"
Her basement? She clearly doesn't think these things through . . .
Kiba begins to pace the floor with his hands placed on top of his head, deep in thought.
I try to stand up again and he manages to catch me before I fall again.
"We have to go," I say breathlessly as I lean against him, "I'll tell you everything once this is over,"
At first, Kiba hesitated before finally agreeing and we began to make our way out of the house.
I hope everything is okay . . . Wait for me, Naruto.

I cradled my baby in my arms, her pale face even paler. She was still so small, so fragile. I stand up, gripping her body tightly for a second before placing her back into her cot as if she was still asleep.
I sure as hell was not going to think of the worst . . .
I walk towards the bedroom where a smug Sasuke was sitting on the bed.
How I wish I could wrap my hands around his throat and snap it into two.
"Ahh, now we can finally the house to ourselves," he said with a small laugh. Giving me a sultry look, he asks, "Why don't we have a repeat of last night? I seem to recall how much you enjoyed yourself."
I felt sick to my stomach, I should've trusted my instinct last night when I felt something was wrong. I can't believe I could have ever trust this bastard.
"Now, Naruto, why so glum?" He asked, a sickening smile plastered on his face, "Honestly, if anything I've done us a favor. You can-"
"How the fuck have you done me a favor?" I growl as I grip his neck, blood painting my claws as they dug into the flesh, "You're going to tell what the fuck is wrong with you and then you can get the fuck out of my house . . . That is, if you can even make it to the door in time,"
I gained slight satisfaction as I watch his eyes widen.
My hand suddenly became engulfed by purple smoke. My gripped tightened around the throat as the smoke disappeared, revealing the person.
"I should've known," I spit as my entire face turns into a sneer. My body becomes enclosed with orange chakra as I could no longer control my rage, "How could I have been so fucking blind?!"
"N-Naruto, you're h-hurting me" Hinata whimpered as I lifted her off the ground with my hand.
"I'm hurting you? I'm fucking hurting you?! Oh, I'm so damn sorry. I hope you fucking forgive me!" I shout sarcastically as I drive the claws of my other hand into her arm, tearing away parts of the flesh. Her choked screams of agony doing nothing to eradicate my rage. My hands kept gnawing away the skin until I had grabbed her arm . . . And pulled.
"Aarrghh!" She screamed, the sound falling upon deaf ears. I had pulled until I heard a satisfying pop as I dislocated her shoulder. I release her arm and I look as it just hangs lifelessly . . . Just like Shizuko's had.
I shook away thoughts of Shizuko for the time being and I focused on Hinata. She was looking behind me and began to tremble. I follow her gaze and I notice that the orange chakra had formed two tails. One more and I won't be able to control my body.
I closed my eyes, willing myself to calm down.
I drop Hinata to the floor and I stand on her leg before she could go anywhere. I begin to push my weight onto my foot as I slowly start to crush the bone beneath it.
"S-stop!" She cried and I press more onto her leg,
"Did you stop for Shizuko? Did you?!" I roared as I twisted my foot, grinning evily when I heard the faint crack of her bone.
I release her for a few moments and I make my way to a nearby chair. I sit down and I watch her writhe in pain. This is only the beginning . . .

We had finally arrived at the house when I heard a muffled scream.
"What the hell was that?" Asked Kiba. He walked over to the door as I leant on the gate and he slowly opened it. Nothing followed but silence.
We made our way into the house and we saw a faint light at the end of the hallway. Before we went down there, I decided to go check on my baby. That anxious feeling had never left me and I hoped it was wrong.
I enter her bedroom and I turn on the lights. I panicked when I couldn't hear anything and I rush over to her cot.
My eyes widen at her face. The bottom half was completely bruised. I picked her up with a choked sob. I kiss her entire face as lightly as I could so I didn't hurt her. She squirmed slightly in my arms and I stopped moving so she didn't wake up. The sound of her breathing brought me great comfort. Just knowing that she was okay was enough to calm me down slightly. All I had to do now was find Naruto.
I placed Shizuko back into her cot, careful not to disturb her, and I followed Kiba to the only room that was lit up.
We slowly opened the door and we saw Hinata on the floor. Her closed had me guessing that she had fainted and she was surrounded by blood. Her own blood. We open the door wider and we spot Naruto in a chair, just staring at her with a smirk on his face, like he was proud of his masterpiece. The look on his face sent a chill down my spine, I have never seen him look so . . . Dark.
His hands were dirty from the dried blood, his fangs were visible over his lips and his hair had grown darker and longer. He slowly rose from his chair and I flinched. I wanted to jump into his arms and tell him that everything was okay but Kiba stopped me and pulled me back.
I look from the hand gripping my arm to the scared look in his face. I return my gaze to Naruto and that's when I notice the number of tails. I gasp just as Kiba whispered,
"That's not Naruto anymore."
