AN: Hey, y'all. Here's the fifth final chapter of Love Written In Blood Red Wine. I'm so fucking sorry that it's taken me seven months to update this fanfic with a brand new chapter.
I hope that y'all will love enjoy reading this chapter. Now on with the story.

Cassie's blue eyes fluttered open, she stretched her arms and legs, feeling her bones pop. She groaned softly, feeling a little bit sore in places she had no idea could actually get sore. Cassie reached over to pull Skarlet closer, she realized the other woman wasn't even in bed with her anymore. She panicked, but that quickly went away when a very delicious smell wafted its way to her from her kitchen. She smiled because she loved waking up to the smell of food cooking.
Cassie carefully got out of her bed, searching for and finally finding a fairly clean t-shirt and a pair of shorts she slowly slipped into. She grabbed a comb from on top of her bedroom dresser, taming her hair before using a rubber-band to make a messy ponytail. She loved having long hair despite what some asshole may have thought.
She then padded her way into the kitchen, she let out a soft gasp. There was Skarlet standing in front of the stove cooking breakfast, wearing absolutely nothing except for an apron that was written in dark red letters, Kiss The Bloody Cook. She couldn't help, but giggle at the beautiful, very naked woman in her kitchen. That caused Skarlet to turn around, staring at her for a second, then returning her attention to what she was currently doing.
"Damn it, I was going to surprise you with this. It's alright though. I know that I should have asked you about this first. I really do hope you'll enjoy this. I'm not the greatest cook, although I do indeed try to be." Skarlet said, chuckling as she put the finished food on two plates, which she placed on the kitchen table. She watched as Cassie sat down, she began to eat.
"Wow, Skarlet. This food tastes so fucking amazing." Cassie replied, it was some of the best food she had ever eaten. She took her time, so that she could really enjoy and savor every single bite. She really loved it and wanted more of both the food and Skarlet as well.
"Thanks. I'm glad you like it." Skarlet said, not able to keep a smile from forming on her face. She and Cassie continued to talk while they ate. They were both finished one hour later. Skarlet was happy for the first time in years.
"So, I was thinking about telling my parents that we're dating. I'm not going to force you if you don't want to." Cassie stated, getting up and picking up all of the dirty dishes to wash them. Skarlet soon joined her. She hated washing dishes, she was happy that someone else was helping her with it.
"I'm completely okay with telling your parents about us. But I think that we should wait at least a month before we do." Skarlet replied, putting the last cleaned plate away in the cabinet that's above the sink. She didn't like washing dishes, but she wanted to help Cassie.
"Yeah, you might have a point there. Let's wait a couple of months then." Cassie said, kissing Skarlet softly, leading her to her couch in the living room where they made out for several hours before cuddling to watch tv.

Cassie and Skarlet were outside her parents home in her car, both women trying to decide on what exactly they should say. After nearly twenty minutes had passed, Cassie got out of the car, Skarlet doing the same and followed her to the front door of the house. She knocked, not even a minute later, Johnny opened the door, pulling Cassie into a bear hug, doing the same to Skarlet.
"Hey, it's great to see you too. Sonya's waiting on the couch." Johnny said with a smile. He was surprised to see Skarlet of all people, but he was glad that she wasn't one of the bad guys anymore. He also had a feeling what his daughter wanted to tell him and Sonya. He led them to the living room, where they sat down opposite each other.
Sonya got up to hug Cassie, but she only smiled at Skarlet. She didn't know how to feel about Cassie befriending a former enemy of theirs. She did want her daughter to be happy though. So she gave the other woman a benefit of the doubt. Sonya could see that there was something different about her. She knew Cassie had that effect on other people.
"I'm just going to cut to the chase here, Skarlet is my girlfriend. We've been dating for three months. I love her so much and I just really wanted you guys to know that." Cassie explained, squeezing Skarlet's hand, feeling her doing the same. Her palms were kinda sweaty and she felt like her heart was about to burst out of her fucking chest with how hard and fast it was beating.
Skarlet looked from Sonya to Johnny and back to Cassie, wishing she could tell what her girlfriend's parents were currently thinking. She wasn't a mind reader, which did suck in situations when she could really use that gift.
"Cassie, I already know. It was pretty obvious from how you talked about this woman you're dating. Now, I had no idea it was Skarlet, but I can tell how much you two care about each other. You know I love you and I'll always support you no matter what. The woman you're dating has changed, she's not the same person who used to fight against us. I can see that." Sonya replied, getting up, pulling both Cassie and Skarlet into a hug. She gestured for Johhny to join them and he did.
The four of them stayed like that for quite a while until their legs started to get sore from standing for so long, they eventually sat back down where they were originally sitting. Cassie and Skarlet couldn't stop smiling and neither could her parents. The four of them were also wiping tears away from their eyes.
"I agree with her. She's right. We're just both very, very happy for you two. Whenever either of you need any help, just let us know and we will always be there for you." Johnny offered, knowing that Cassie knew just how much he and Sonya loved her. After talking to her and her new girlfriend for an hour along with Sonya, he went to the kitchen to bring out lunch he had made for them before they showed up.
It was nearly four hours later when she and Skarlet left Cassie's parent's home. The two women got back into the young blonde's car. Skarlet kissed her sweetly, pulling back, making her blush bright red.
"I'm so fucking happy that went so well. I figured that it would, but that doesn't mean I wasn't scared. I've always known they loved me and everything. This just makes that even more clear than ever now. Let's go back home. I think I need to take a nap." Cassie said, getting a soft, loving smile and a nod from Skarlet. She turned the car on, pulling out of her parent's driveway and heading towards home.

Four and a half years later was when Cassie and Skarlet finally got married. Cassie had proposed to her a year earlier. The reason why they waited that long was because they just wanted to wait at least a little while before getting married.
The newlyweds also invited their friends from Outworld as well as their Earthrealm friends and family. It was an incredibly beautiful, touching ceremony that everyone loved. They decided to have their honeymoon in Hawaii. Both Cassie and Skarlet had an amazing time there. Afterward, they came back to LA to continue to live in Cassie's apartment.
Skarlet even joined the Special Forces to help them out from time to time. She instantly loved her new job and the fact she was able to work side by side with her wife. It was everything she and Cassie could have ever wanted in their entire lives.
