We kept trekking slowly through the deserted boneyard, skeletons went as far as the eye could see. I'd be tempted to call this whole planet dead if I couldn't hear them moving every now and then underneath. And didn't that give me the chills.

I made sure to hang back far enough so that Johns was far away from me. I wasn't willing to be anywhere near him.

We came across the remains of some sort of civilisation, splitting up, trying to find something of use. I was going through boxes looking for anything that resembles food or water, keeping hidden from Johns when I heard it.

I could of sworn it was gun shots, but nobody reacted. Am I finally losing it? Is the heat turning us slowly insane?

I'm fine! I'm safe! He's here somewhere, I'm sure of it. Watching from afar.

And then I heard it again, that was definitely gun shots!

I see Johns and Fry take of running. What if …? No it can't be him? He's too good to be shot! No way!

I'm running after them when I see it. Riddick was lying on the ground, knocked out.

No!

"What the hell?"

"Hey, calm down!" Johns says breathing hard

"Calm down?" I shoved him as hard as I could back from Riddick's body on the ground. Even I wasn't expecting to be this angry "You beat him and ….."

John's elbow came up hard to the side of my head, and the world went blurry.

Nobody knew what to do, so stood around watching, Jack holding onto Shazza.

Gasping for breath, memories previously locked away were shaken loose. Looking up I could see them dragging Riddick back to the crash ship.

Sneaking into the ship I watched from a dark corner how they chained his arm's stretched out to the side.

I could hear them arguing outside, what was the point? We already new what had to be done. Fix the ship, get supplies, get of this planet. Anything else was pointless!

I could hear Fry coming in demanding things, she was past frustration and going into panic.

"Show me your eyes, Riddick"

I couldn't tell you why it made me so angry, or perhaps it was jealousy? But I was furious at her for even asking to see his eyes, I could feel a rumbling in my chest. I suppose that's why it made me so happy when he came out at her, and she jumped sky high. Served her right.

"Where the hell can I get eyes like that?"

That's impressive, I didn't even hear her sneak in. not many can do that. I scoff lightly, Riddick's feeding this kid a pretty story, when the truth could bring bounty hunters from everywhere down on both our heads.

"Look deeper" Said Riddick, and with that Fry left.

"You're not going down that whole" My head snapped back to see him talking to me.

"You could be sending her to her death"

"Better her than you, sides they need to know something's here. Might get them moving a bit quicker"

I stood up out of my hiding place, walking over.

"We found a skiff, not functional yet, but it might be our only option"

"hmmm, come here"

Raising my eyebrows, I walked slowly over to him. I wonder if he could see the tension, with his heightened senses? Mine were good, but his ….. where something else.

His legs shot out suddenly, trapping one of mine forcing me to step closer.

*Riddick*

Leaning forward I breathed deeply eyes closed just enjoying her scent. I could live in this moment forever, well as soon as I have these chains off. Until I looked up. Another bruise was coming in on the side of her temple.

Growling lowly, I moved my legs in then out, forcing her to sit, needing her closer in this moment. Her eyes widened in surprise, gasping lightly, but not moving from where I wanted her. My eyes running over every inch of her, checking for any other inconsistency.

"I'm fine" she muttered

Her hands came up slowly and did what I wanted to do tracing what I'm sure was my matching bruise from getting knocked out. She growled lightly at it, before seeming to get embarrassed.

I once again cursed these chains, stopping me from doing what I want. Instead, I leant forward quickly kissing her soothing and reassuring the animal within.

The sound of footsteps far away coming this way, forced me to pull away. Confusion filled her features before realisation took over and she got up on shaky legs. Couldn't help but feel smug about that.

A tad out of breath and embarrassed I slipped away just as Johns comes storming in. I guess their little tunnelling excursion didn't go so well. Sticking to the side, out of sight, I slipped out the way Jack came in earlier.

That was strange, what happened wasn't something I've ever done before, and with my past, something I've never wanted to do before. And yet there was a part of me that would happily go marching back in there and take every opportunity she could with a tied-up Riddick.

I knew meeting your mate was intense, more so for furians, but this was something else.

Staying hidden from the others in the shade, still not trusting them and not wanting to be around them, I was surprised when another found me. I smelt his scent before he came around the corner, and suddenly my back was against metal and his mouth was back on mine, only this time his hands were everywhere. Holding my wrists, he paused briefly to check what used to be a bruise. (Furians heal quicker than humans)

Satisfied he resumed his mission of making my head spin, he took both my wrists in one of his hands holding them captive whilst the other buried itself in my hair. Like previously in the boneyard he trailed down to leave his mark on my neck, but this time he shifted so one of his thick thighs pushed up between my legs.

I gasped and suddenly needed his arm around my waist to keep me up. Burying his face in my neck, I could feel him chuckling to himself. I snarled lightly at him in response, which only seemed to amuse him more. Throughout this he rocked just enough to keep my attention constantly on him.

I don't think I could ever get enough of him.
