On their way back, Bakugo walked ahead of Reiko, speed walking. He refused to look at her, so he didn't see her coming until she was upon him, stopping him with her hands and forcibly turning him around.

"It wasn't your fault Katsu."

He growled at her and pulled away. "Shut up. You don't know anything."

Reiko stopped him with her whole body, wrapping around him. "No. I was there. I know it wasn't your fault."

"Shut the hell up! It was my fault! I was weak!"

Reiko stiffened, and lifted his chin up forcing him to look her in the eyes. "You are not, and have never been, weak, Katsuki Bakugo."

Bakugo ripped himself from her arms, shaking his head. "Don't you get it?! If I hadn't gotten caught, this wouldn't have happened! All Might wouldn't be…"

He tore off then, unable to face her for any longer.

But he underestimated whom he was dealing with.

Reiko appeared in front of him, halting his escape.

"Why won't you LEAVE ME ALONE!" He snarled at her. "Why the hell are you still here, still trying to be with me, when I KILLED ALL MIGHT!"

Reiko glared at him then, and said in a very quiet voice. "So are you saying that I killed my grandmother…?"

Bakugo stiffened. "Th-The hell do ya mean by that?"

"She threw herself in front of All for One to protect us." Reiko whispered. "To protect her granddaughters. That makes it my fault."

"Th-that's not true! Shut up! Your wrong—just wrong! There's no way that's your f—"

Reiko smirked at him.

"Yeah, yeah, I get it." Bakugo said sheepishly.

"It's not your fault. Never was and never will be. You're amazing, Kacchan." Reiko smirked more.

Bakugo grinned. "It's cute when you say it."

Reiko suddenly wrapped her arms around him.

"What's with you?!" Bakugo cried in surprise.

"I'm never letting you go again."

Bakugo grinned and squeezed her. "I know."
