"I am also known as the Red Dragon Emperor. And my name, Is Issei Hyoudou" Issei proclaimed as he pointed the gauntlet towards me. Hearing the name of his Sacred Gear, my eyes widened in recognition, as my mind flashed to the long hours that I had spent researching the Sacred Gears. 'The Boosted Gear. One of 13 Longinus, which contains the soul of the Heavenly Dragon of Domination, otherwise known as the Welsh dragon, or Ddraig. It has the potential to kill Gods' A flash of uncertainty went through my mind, but no sooner did I grit my teeth and growl at Issei. Pointing at him I proclaimed "I don't care what you wield. I wouldn't care if it tripled your power every 5 seconds. I do not surrender. I do not back down. I protect my friends, flaws and all. And I will fight for them until death." Issei's eyebrows raised slightly at my words, and he chuckled, "Huh, You've got some balls for a Devil. Shame two, You would've looked perfect as a Fallen with those Blood red eyes." my right eye twitched at Issei's words. 'He's calling me a villain. Just because of my eyes.' Glaring at Issei I stood beside Kiba in front of Rias, "And It's a shame you became a Fallen, they must feel so embarrassed to have a pervert like you among their ranks" Issei growled darkly in response. "I was considering giving you a chance to survive, but now…" "BOOST!" a bright green light erupted from the Boosted Gear, at the same time Issei's Aura doubled in strength. "I think I'll just kill you all!" In response I raised my own Sacred Gear, and remembering the words of Akeno before, I shouted, "PROMOTION! QUEEN!" instantly I felt a surge of power rushing through me, like adrenaline. 'I was right. Rias considers this enemy territory' I thought, with a quick glance to Kiba, who nodded, I turned to Issei and Kiba to Cadriel.
The fight had begun.

In a distant building, a short figure stood. With a petite frame, Her hair and eyes were midnight black. She wore a gothic attire and seemed to be waiting for someone. "So, you actually came." Spinning around, the girl watched as a young man flew down in front of her, his hair was silver and his eyes green, and he was adorned in a white caped jacket, adorned with emerald and golden plates and patterns. Beneath it, he wore a completely black shirt and pants, with his shoes being a combination of his attire.
Just like her, he appeared young and weak, with little to no muscle on his figure, but just like her, an aura of overwhelming power radiated from him, ancient, powerful, divine. "Why did you call me?" She asked impatiently, the man chuckled at her words. "You felt it didn't you? A change? History is altered again." The girl closed her eyes and after a moment nodded, "To change the Future, change the Past." She said, and the Man nodded, "And to change the Past you must change the Present." Looking at the Man, the Girl asked, "Do you intend to interfere?" secretly she hoped to herself that he would join her in her conquest, but the Supreme King of Alpha shook his head, "Not yet. First, we must find the Singularity, the one who will destroy fate and defy time with each choice. Then I will consider it. Ophis."

I yelled as I charged at Issei, my fist already wreathed with lightning. Issei responded in kind, and in unison, our fists collided, and an eruption of force and magic was omitted from us. But almost instantly Issei's arm was pushed back and I grinned as his eyes widened with surprise. Acting quickly, I opened my hand and grabbed Issei's wrist, before spinning him around so his back faced me. "HAI!" I shouted as I unleashed a barrage of attacks upon Issei's back, the sound of Thunder booming as I finally hit Issei with both of my hands, sending him flying into a tree.
Rushing forward Issei was barely able to turn around in time to see me, much less dodge my next attack. "THUNDER PUNCH!" I yelled as I slammed my fist straight into Issei's face, a shockwave of wind erupting from the impact as I sent Issei flying through numerous other trees. Sparing a quick glance to my right, I could see Kiba and Cadriel zooming through the trees at immense speed. Satisfied that he could handle himself I returned my gaze to Issei, "BOOST!" As the word was shouted, Issei's power doubled once again, but I didn't falter. "BITCH I'M GOING TO BREAK YOUR SPINE!" Issei shouted in rage as his wings erupted from his back, and he flew towards me. Narrowing my eyes, I lowered myself closer to the ground, keeping my full attention on Issei as he came closer and closer.
Then, moments before Issei slammed into me I leapt to the side and clotheslined him "HAI!" I shouted again as Issei rolled behind me. Spinning around my eyes widened slightly as I saw Issei stand up once again, so without another word I rushed forward and punched him in the gut, before uppercutting him in the jaw, sending him flying to the ground. "Surrender Issei, you can't-" "BOOST!" instantly Issei shouted and jumped to his feet "This fight is just beginning!" he proclaimed rushing forward once again. Growling, I dodged his attacks, '8x stronger. And still this weak?' I thought to myself as I countered a Haymaker, before launching Issei into the air. "THUNDER PUNCH BARRAGE! HAI!" I shouted as I unleashed a flurry of lightning-coated kicks and strikes on Issei in the span of a few seconds before I spinning jump kicked him across the face driving him back to the ground. "BOOST!" As I landed on the ground, I flinched as I felt Issei's Aura. It was now on par with my own. '40 seconds is all it took?' As Issei stood up I narrowed my eyes, 'I need to stop him before he Boosts again or I'm toast' Clenching my right fist, I rushed towards Issei as I channelled all of my Magical energy into my Sacred Gear. "HAI! THUNDER PUNCH!" I yelled as I launched my fist towards Issei's face, "DRAGON BOOST!" smiling, Issei raised his hand and caught my fist with ease, and I turned pale as I realized his new strength. 'He Quadrupled his power?' "Weak" Issei said before he punched me in the face and sent me flying. Crashing into the ground I spat spit in pain "Now, It's my turn Bitch" Issei said evilly. Jumping to my feet, I was just in time to see Issei rush towards me.
Panicking, I raised my hands in an attempt to defend myself from Issei, but it was in vain, as with a single blow Issei sent me flying away once again. Crashing into a tree, I spat blood and fell to my knees. "Hunter!" glancing to my right, I saw Rias, still tied up to the tree, looking at me with tears in her eyes 'I can't lose. Not here.' I thought as I looked up at Issei's approaching figure. Struggling to my feet I tried to punch him, but my fist didn't even phase him, "You're strong but…" Issei grinned as he grabbed my throat and lifted me up with his left hand. "In the end, It wasn't enough," he whispered, before turning and throwing me away from Rias. As I rolled across the ground I heard Issei's voice, "Cadriel?! You finished with your Devil?" he called. 'Oh no' the blood drained from my face as I saw Cadriel emerge from the forest, dragging the beaten form of Kiba behind her as she did. "I have. He was powerful. I may not have beaten him if it was not for your gift of power earlier." she said coldly, causing me to gasp as she tossed Kiba in front of Rias, who now had tears running down her face. 'No… we can't lose' I thought, yet as I gazed at Kiba and Rias, I felt a fire ignite within me. 'No… I refuse to lose!' clenching my jaw and my fists I stood up, my Will burning like a hurricane as I did. Issei scoffed, "So you can still stand? Just give up. You didn't stand a chance before, what hope do you have now that you're Outmatched, and Outnumbered." Issei said. I snarled as I glared at Issei, my anger giving me tunnel vision so I didn't even notice the light from my Sacred Gear glowing brighter with each word. "Like hell will I give up, If you want me to stop…" Lightning began to crackle around me, and the sky above darkened further as dark clouds gathered, blocking out the stars and moon alike. A breeze swirled around me, quickly gathering strength, and the smell of Ozone filled the air. Then as I looked up I shouted, "YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO KILL ME!"

The gem of Stormbreaker erupted with blue light, bathing the surroundings in an ominous glow. Then the rain began to fall from the sky clear mere moments ago, and the fierce booming of Thunder was heard as I shouted. Then in an instant, a Lightning Bolt erupted from the sky and consumed me, with an enormous force powerful enough to melt the ground around me in mere moments. Issei, Cadriel and Rias all looked away from me, shielding their eyes from the bright light.
I was within a storm…

I WAS THE STORM!
"RRRRRRAAAAAAHHHHH!"
I roared as I felt a power, unlike anything I had ever felt before course through my veins, electrifying my entire body from within. And as the lightning faded, the others gasped with wide eyes as they saw my Sacred Gear.
It was almost identical to Issei's Boosted Gear, but it was different. Appearing as a Gauntlet as Black as my hair, it covered my entire forearm and hand, with armoured scales sprouting from the sides. Its spikes were silver in colour, and its Gem a dark blue.
"What?" Issei gasped as he stepped back with wide eyes, "Such power. But it's not a Longinus!" He shouted. Grinning, I felt the strength of the Sacred Gear, it rivalled Issei's without a doubt, but I had never seen anything like it. Turning my gaze to Issei, I raised my right arm, and roared once again, loud enough for it to be heard throughout the entire forest as I summoned a Lightning bolt down upon my Sacred Gear. "THUNDER!" I shouted as I brought my arm down. Immediately a wall of Lighting followed "Oh Crap!" Issei shouted in panic as he pushed Cadriel out of the way, but it only resulted in him being struck by the lightning instead. "GAAH!" Issei screamed as he was sent flying away by my attack "RESET!". "Issei!" Cadriel shouted in shock, before turning to me with anger in her eyes. "DIE!" she screamed as she leapt towards me, summoning a spear of light as she did.
Narrowing my eyes, I rushed towards her, summoning a constant stream of lightning to myself as I did, making it appear as though I was directly connected to the storm, which I kinda was. Coating my hands in Lightning, I avoided Cadriel's attack, before I kicked her away with a small shockwave. However, as she tumbled, Cadriel managed to reorientate herself and stood on her feet before the momentum left her completely. "I'll kill you with one strike!" She yelled as she rocketed into the air. Raising her hand, dozens of magic circles appeared around me, and I smirked as I brought my right hand up, a dark aura forming around me as I did "OMEGA SPEAR!" She shouted bringing her hand down in a similar fashion as I did when I used Thunder. In the same instant that dozens of Light spears erupted from the circles, I snapped my fingers shouting "URBOSA'S WRATH!". The dark aura seemed to erupt from me, and a wreath of Lightning descended around me and destroyed all of the Light Spears, all the while a Draconic Roar emerged from my Sacred Gear. "What? Impossible!" Cadriel shouted in denial, but I chuckled darkly in response. Seeing my opportunity, I rushed forward towards Cadriel, who quickly formed another Light Spear to defend herself. I prepared to channel lightning energy into my arm, but before I did two words appeared in my mind, and my mouth moved before I could even process what I said. "DRAGON CLAW!" In my words, Purple energy erupted from my Sacred Gear replacing the Lightning as it did, taking the form of a large purple reptilian claw. Seeing the change, Cadriel's eyes widened with shock, but she never had the chance to dodge. With a wordless shout, I slashed Cadriel, shattering her light spear instantly, and tossing her away like a ragdoll.
As Cadriel slammed her back into a tree, I grinned darkly as I heard a gasp of pain come from her as she fell unconscious. Standing up tall, I looked at my Sacred Gear as the Draconic energy faded, and I clenched my fist as I admired my Sacred Gear. But as I prepared to turn around and free Rias, I heard a voice. "You Bastard…" Spinning around my eyes widened in surprise as I saw Issei standing up, his Aura already 8x stronger than it was without his boosting. 'He's been awake for 30 seconds.' I observed. Issei bared his teeth as he screamed, "I AM THE RED DRAGON EMPEROR! I CAN'T LOSE! I WILL NOT! YOU WILL NOT DEFEAT ME!" I snarled in disdain as I looked at the Boosted Gear. But then I flinched as something clicked in my head, glancing at my own Sacred Gear, I remembered the dragon energy I had used before. So smirking I muttered, "Red. Meet Black" Issei frowned, "What?" Looking at Issei I brought my arm upwards showing Issei my Sacred Gear as I did. "I said…" then rushing forward I coated my Sacred Gear in Draconic Energy and punched Issei in the gut knocking him back and shouting as I did "MEET THE BLACK DRAGON EMPEROR!" "BOOST!" Issei's Aura doubled once again as he landed on his feet, and I narrowed my eyes in response. "I'll Kill you!" He yelled in rage as he shot towards me once again. A red aura surrounded Issei, and as I snarled a Blue one surrounded me. "Let's dance RED!" I yelled as I leapt at Issei.
Issei and I charged at one another, the ground cracking beneath us from the sudden acceleration and force. As Issei ran towards me he shouted and leapt into the air, intent on bringing his fist down upon me in a downward strike. But with focused eyes, I raised my own Sacred Gear and blocked the attack. A gale of wind and sound erupted from the collision so powerful that it tossed all nearby stones away, and even bent the trees. "HAI!" I shouted as I pushed Issei away, who while in the air twisted so that he landed on his feet. "That's a powerful Sacred Gear. But what is it?" he asked, "BOOST!" Issei's Aura spiked, now double what my own had been.
But that was before my Sacred Gear evolved.
Filling my body with Lightning, I charged at Issei with such speed that I became a Blur, "VOLT CHARGE!" and that was only amplified when I shouted, "PROMOTION KNIGHT!". A shockwave of energy was released from where I stood, and in a single moment I was in front of Issei "PROMOTION ROOK!" I shouted right before I punched Issei in the gut. The Red Dragon Emperor's eyes went wide with surprise as he coughed spit and blood, "HAI!" I yelled as I brought my fist skywards pushing Issei off his feet and onto the ground. As Issei stood up, I readied myself into a Front Stance continuously bouncing from foot to foot in order to keep the momentum of the battle ongoing. "What the hell is that? Promotion? You're just a stupid Pawn!" Issei yelled in confusion, I nodded at him, "Promotion is the unique power of the Pawn. While in enemy territory it allows me the ability to promote and gain the powers of any other chess piece save the King. I can gain the speed of a Knight, the Physical Strength of a Rook, The magic of a Bishop, or a combination of all through the Queen. Us Pawns are the most versatile and dangerous of all pieces if we know how to use it." then I narrowed my eyes, "And since you don't know about it, I doubt you Fallens have the same system. PROMOTION BISHOP!" I yelled as I raised my Sacred Gear and pointed it at Issei, "BOOST!" Issei growled and pointed his Sacred Gear at me in reflection. In unison both of our Sacred Gears began to glow brightly, "DRAGON SHOT!" Issei yelled as a red bolt of energy erupted from his Sacred Gear, "THUNDERBOLT!" I roared unleashing a massive bolt of lightning at Issei.
The collision of lightning and dragon energy was so great, that a crater was formed into the ground below their point of meeting. A shockwave of Lightning and a Tornado of Draconic magic were thrown into the air around, ripping out trees and shaking the earth itself, both pushed against the other yet neither could overpower the other. "BOOST!" In an instant, Thunderbolt was pushed back by Dragon Shot, as Issei grinned darkly. "I WON'T LOSE!" I yelled as another 3 lightning bolts struck me, continuously channelling electricity into me. Feeling my reserves triple I roared and redoubled my efforts to push Dragon Shot back. Pushing the Dragon Shot back I continued to roar in exertion until it was being pushed towards Issei. "BOOST!" Yelling himself, Issei poured even more power into the Dragon Shot until once again the collision was halfway between us. "GRRAAAAHHH!" Both of us screamed, pouring more and more power into our respective attacks.
I gritted my teeth as a dome of energy began to form around our attacks, pulling my arm back. I cut off Thunderbolt moments before the dome exploded. A dust cloud was tossed into the air, coating everything around, but I could still sense Issei's Aura. Jumping into the air I narrowly avoided a spear of Light, sprouting my devil wings I took flight and quickly formed a Spear of Lightning in kind as I tossed it at Issei. "This isn't over yet!" Issei shouted as he shot into the air, his Fallen wings carrying him to avoid the Lightning Spear. "BOOST!" I snarled at Issei, who summoned another spear of Light. It was similar to Dohnaseeks in appearance, with the exception that its colour was red. Not wanting to be left behind, I summoned another Thunder Spear, however, I altered its appearance to more closely resemble a medieval Italian sword. "I think I'll call this Thunder Blade," I muttered, before returning my attention to Issei. "Let's see how good you are with a blade Devil!" Issei shouted as he shot towards me. "Promotion Knight" I muttered.
Bringing his Light spear around, Issei attempted to slash me sideways, however, I raised my own sword and blocked Issei's attack, then with practised ease I twisted my Sword and disarmed Issei before I slashed him across his chest. "Gah! That hurt! How the hell do you know how to use a sword Devil?!" Issei shouted in anger as he moved back, holding a hand over the injury I had inflicted upon him. Pointing my sword at Issei I responded, "I was trained in Black Belt Martial Arts for more than 8 years. That includes weapons, Fallen" Issei snarled as he formed another Light Spear, "BOOST!" "That doesn't matter. I'll still defeat you!" I hissed at Issei, who stumbled in the air weakening, 'I don't know how many more Boosts I can handle. The longer he goes, the stronger he becomes with each Boost. I need to end this now' "It's time to end this!" I shouted, and Issei scoffed, "I guess that's the one thing we can agree on." Issei's red aura began to intensify until his hair was waving in a nonexistent wind. "BOOST!" "This ends here Devil! Die! DRAGON SHOT!" Issei yelled, launching a massive bolt of red energy towards me. My eyes widened at the attack, 'None of my attacks can repel that. What should I do? What can I do?' but as the red energy moved closer and closer, I felt words enter my mind as they did before when I used Dragon Claw. Without hesitation, I followed the voice. Taking a deep breath, I inhaled a massive amount of air, while infusing it with Draconic energy within my lungs. Further and further my lungs expanded until I felt like I would pop. Halting my inhaling I closed my mouth, the Purple Draconic energy within me leaking out the sides, then as I opened my mouth I roared, "DRAGON PULSE!"
A beam of Draconic energy erupted from my jaw, taking the form of a Dragon's head. It roared in mimicry of myself and collided with the Dragon Shot. A bright explosion of light erupted from the collision, but unlike before with Thunder, I didn't wait for Issei to boost once again. Pouring all my Draconic Energy into the attack, the beam devoured the Dragon Shot with little resistance, and a moment later it slammed into Issei exploding upon impact. And when the smoke finally cleared it revealed Issei, covered with burns and scorch marks. "Not bad," he said, right before his eyes turned white and he fell to the ground, his Sacred Gear vanishing as he did.
It wasn't long before I fell to the ground as well, the adrenaline of battle fading slowly, replaced by exhaustion. "I win," I muttered as I retracted my Devil Wings. Closing my eyes I panted taking deep breaths as I calmed myself down. Finally, once I had recovered enough stamina I stood up and walked over to Rias. "I guess I live to see another day," I said, cutting off my immediate connection to the Thunderstorm above before I summoned my Thunder Sword once again and used it to cut her ropes. As they fell to the ground small markings disappeared around them. Rias smiled tearfully at me, clearly relieved that I had survived "Hunter. Tha-" suddenly I felt the Aura of another Fallen, and spinning around I looked up as a figure descended. "You must be Olivia" I growled.
Olivia was around 5'7 in height, making her taller than Akeno. With smooth pale skin, and free-flowing, waist-long peach hair, she was certainly attractive. Additionally, she wore a large white vest with a black top that went down just below her waist, a short black skirt, thigh-high black boots, and large black gloves, she had an appearance that rivalled most models. Although her chest wasn't as large as Akeno's or Rias'' it was still rather sizeable, although she made up for the smaller chest size with one of the largest thigh gaps I had ever seen, animated or not. Her Fallen Wings were certainly large, and the tips of each feather were a dark pink in shade.
However, what made me cautious was the strength of her Aura. It rivalled Rias'.
"Observant little Devil aren't you?" Olivia asked, chuckling. Raising her right hand she levitated the unconscious forms of both Issei and Cadriel. Flying higher into the sky, I noticed two additional prone figures who were levitating. "Where do you think you're going?" I shouted angrily as I raised my Sacred Gear to attack, But Rias put a hand on my shoulder, "It's over. We won" Rias said with a nod, frowning I sighed but let my Sacred Gear drop to my side regardless. "Let's do this again sometime. Okay?" Olivia called, before flying off. Feeling the presence of the Fallen disperse I exhaled deeply, the Thunderstorm vanishing as I did. "Thank you Hunter," Rias said, smiling gratefully. Smiling in response I nodded, but before I could say anything else the world began to spin, and I fell to the ground. And as Darkness rushed in, devouring my vision I saw Akeno and Koneko running towards me, and I smiled thankfully they were safe.
That was the last thing I thought before the Darkness completely consumed me.

The Black Dragon Emperor of Will, Chapter 9 is finished!
I hope I did well with the battle, in the original the fight was a bit different, with both Hunter and Issei losing themselves in the thrill of battle and forgetting about their hate for a while, But I decided to change that. Oh and Issei offered Hunter the chance to become a Fallen Angel in the original as well, but I scrapped that.
I did my best to describe Olivia, so I hope I did okay with that as well.
I also added a couple more moves for Hunter, Volt Charge, Thunderbolt and his Thunder Sword.
Anyway, before I go. The next Chapter will reveal who resides within Hunter's Sacred Gear, so I hope you all look forward to that!
