The Mighty Ducks Re-Imagined I: The Mighty Ducks

Warnings: With this chapter, this is going to show a small portion of the possible theory to Adam's origin story in the Ducks. As Charlie takes charge and becomes his best friend on the team as the quintet do the same now for him. This is also going to be a re-imagining of the Mighty Ducks trilogy as Charlie meets Orion at the age of 10, as their lives are fused together.

As they prepare for what their future brings now, and as Charlie learns the truth. And this soon, that Orion is his real father and he has a life outside of the team. This is also going to leave out the tv show, so an alternate reality story.

Sorry everyone, I lost two chapters in the update, the rest of this is on a hold till I fix this problem right now.

Disclaimers: The Mighty Ducks don't belong to me, the story belongs to me, everything else belongs to the disney company.

Chapter 14: Team Decisions, Deactivations And A New Duck

"Just like we're ticked Peter and Karp got us chucked in detention, for provoking Charlie." Connie said and they both went white at that. "Or nearly did, but finding dad that soon, that saved us a weeks worth of trouble here, exactly two days later, but what if I hadn't." Charlie said and the 9 nodded. "Way to go Peter, if you had just kept your mouths shut and left him alone, we wouldn't be in here now!" Averman snapped sternly at this and Charlie nodded as he looked at him then.

"No kidding man, Les' I spoke to dad, he defined what the Coach told us after the game with the Cardinals, we need Adam, not 'if we make it' but 'if we are to make it', Adam shooting for us. That could be a very big help, Fulton can't do both, we also got girls on this team, protection duty, we got shooting." he said and the 9 froze up in shock. "The coach just reminded you of our exchange with him, after the cardinal game?" he repeated and Charlie nodded and he smiled.

"He bailed us out, we're free to go Les', the coach was waiting for the summons today, but hook, line and sinker, they were waiting for this reaction." he said and the 9 nodded. "But after I told him and mom the truth, they're quadrupling the training and he took the offer. So dad's our assistant coach now!" he said and Averman smiled in delight and Peter went pale at that. "You got me out of this and told the Coach, well I have no reason to keep my mouth shut right now."

"Coach Orion said that Fulton can't do both jobs, he has to focus one or the other, so yeah we need Banks alright, while Fulton protects the girls, we have shooting." he said and Peter paled. "Yeah exactly, but 'if we are to make it to the playoffs, then Adam can and could be a very big help, a tie is nothing, we need the win, our first win, we need Adam', dad's right." he said as they looked at him. "Agreed can't do both, I need help." Fulton said to that in agreement gently.

"Charlie, you better clarify for us, because someone is in big trouble for lying to us." Jesse said and he nodded. "After the fight in the locker room, before he could even think to leave I told him I made contact with a family friend, in all your cases. But you remember the call out to Adam and the duo after they jumped us?" he asked and they nodded. "That was dad, he's my new mentor." he said and Jesse smiled. "Dad?" Connie repeated and Averman smiled at that.

"You mean Coach Orion, I knew that was bound to happen sooner or later, you start calling him dad now, guys, Coach Orion is a friend of our parents, he's the J.V. hockey coach. At Eden Hall academy." he said and they nodded. "The red SUV, you guys were standing at, Charlie, the man dressed in that grey sweatshirt with red shoulder pads. Once he got out of the car, you looked like you were ready to hug him now, I heard his tones, he sounds like any normal father."

"He's like the coach, acting like a surrogate father or he is and you walked into him now finally." Guy asked and they both nodded. "This is why we never see you on the alleys anymore, you're at his house studying?" Peter said shaking in fear, as he tried to recall the voice of the man that nearly arrested him. "Yeah that's right, Charlie and I froze up immediately then ran to him to check on him, but he's a friend of the Avermans, Goldberg's, Monroes, Halls and Germaines."

"And possibly the biological father to Charlie, that's true, you nearly got arrested by our future coach here." Averman said and they went white at that remark. "And there's a tone I never want turned on me right now, but that's paraphrase for, in father now. 'What's the matter with you guys, have you lost your minds, if it were anyone but me, you'd be expelled. You can tell me later, but that's enough of this already, now for the last time, stay away from the Varsity!'."

"Point taken, he becomes our coach, we hear that day in and day out at the academy, but our uncle, and that's okay, so father bear." Guy said and the Halls nodded in agreement. "Oops." Connie said in response and Charlie started laughing and nodded and Peter swallowed hard. Now realizing the older man was going to kill him for the provocation vocally. "Our future coach is really the best friend of our parents, this is great!" Terry said and Charlie nodded gently to him.

"Yeah that's him alright, in paraphrase of 'if we make it, is 'if we are to make it, he described the reason, today was a test actually from them, now that you're all hearing me out. You passed the test in their eyes now, but he said Fulton can't protect you girls and do his shooting. And at the same time, one or the other till we get him a counterpart enforcer, that's his position, enforcer." Charlie said and they all nodded sternly to the news, realizing they been lied to then at that.

"Girls, without Fulton protecting you, that could land you in the hospital, you're 18 months to 2 two years prior to puberty, you know what that comes with." he said and they both nodded as Guy and Tommy crossed their arms. "And there's the reason I said mom's not going to like this at all, as I need someone to protect me from these vultures." Tammy said in response. "I know and I took that into account after he translated what he meant." he said and Jesse nodded then.

"Uh huh, I missed that portion of the conversation, after he told him that, so you heard the entire thing after getting the tape, or your father, as you call the coach, translated this. And the losers remark, because I left at that, before we heard the entire conversation now, Charlie?" Jesse said slowly and Peter swallowed hard. "Yeah you better be scared, you bonehead, we already had this conversation, but dad is the other man that you could have killed here now."

"He meant the Hawks, they're raising money for the Banks's daughter medical funds, she's sick with Leukemia, but his remark on us and being losers was really sarcasm. But the cold blooded tone was about 'him', he threw his father's death in his face, he died that season." Charlie said and the sextet stood up and surrounded him sternly. "Did Uncle Ted say what he had?" Averman asked him and he looked down. "Cancer." he asked and Charlie nodded and they nodded in fury.

"Guys wait a second." Peter said shaking and she said it. "Shut up, just shut up, Peter." Tammy said and Guy nodded in agreement. "Yeah you got us into this, now get us out." he said sternly and they swallowed hard at that remark. "I'll do that myself." Charlie said, as he looked out the door and pretended to call their Principal. "Mrs. Rosen, can you call our coach, running a retrial, because these idiots provoked me, my mother's the implication." he said and Brenda nodded.

"That's what the fight was about, he insulted your mother's honor?" Germaine said sternly, pretending to be the school coach and he nodded. "Yes Sir, my mother is about to start dating our coach, but I walked right into his best friend, who is also Jared Banks's J.V. coach now. Over the last month to 6 weeks I started seeing Coach Orion as my father, but said insult. Is more then just them insulting my parents or the coach, Karp called her…" he said and he nodded then.

"I get it, but you realize that talk, if we over heard that remark now, gets you a months worth of laps and detention for 3!" he snapped and Karp paled. "Connie tried to break up the fight and Guy got involved, but that explains this Sir, Mam. But they got us in trouble, because of a misunderstanding, my surrogate father is the coach of the J.V. team at Eden Hall academy. He told me exactly what our coach meant, with the fact we got girls in this team, and this idiot."

"He was eaves dropping on the conversation between him and Coach Reilly, but he translated what you would say if it was you instead of Coach Bombay, Coach Hanson." he said and they nodded. "And that is, if we are to make it to the state championships, or the playoffs, with the fact we need to protect your sisters and Fulton can't shoot. And protect them at same time, so Banks could be a very big help, till we get Fulton a counterpart." he said and she nodded then.

"Alright you 10 are free to go, but I don't want to see that twice, Charles." she said and he nodded. "Yes Mam, I swear, but could you call Coach Bombay tell him I told them the truth, and we're ready for practice." he said and they nodded. "I'll send for him son, you guys just wait up out front next to the office." he said and they nodded and filed out the door. "Dead duck walking, you just insulted the coach here too, Karp." he said and he swallowed hard at that.

"Alright second round here, with your teenage double now." Orion said, hiding a smile at how fast Charlie turned things around and their parents exchanged smiles then. "Hey I'm not the one sleeping on the job right now, where's the defense here exactly, get with it." Charlie said and Goldberg nodded. "Rewrite!" Jesse said and Connie leaned forward as she was shaking in laughter at that. "Alright baby, pull yourself together." Orion said with a bemused smile then.

"The practice game was a slaughter here, where the heck was the defense exactly, as clearly our peewee plays won't work here!" Charlie called out to shut them up. "That was pathetic, I know we were testing them, but allowing that much of lead, we're close. But we lose one more time, we're out, you guys were brought here to play hockey." Gordon said firmly, pretending to be his original self. "Well what about you?" Jesse said sternly to him then and he countered that.

"What about me Jesse?" he said, as the 6 exchanged knowing looks then firmly at this. "Their coach knew everything about us, they were ready for us." Tammy said pretending to be their new girl team mate. "You're spendin' all your time drivin' convertibles, talkin' to those sponsor fools." Terry said in an add on to that remark. "Or hanging out with the Iceland Chick, we saw you two Saturday night." Fulton added as Jesse pretended to be Peter if he was there then.

"Eating ice cream with the enemy huh Coach, something's never change no matter how much time goes by." he said and the 7 flinched at that, knowing what was coming. "Fulton did you forget something right now, we already had this conversation, 2 years ago. Just a different season?" Charlie said over his shoulder and the sextet covered their eyes at that remark. "Dead duck walking now, we know what's coming here." Connie said, looking down as she waited for it.

"What I do is no concern of your's, is that clear!" Gordon said sternly to them and the quintet pretended to exchange disgusted looks as they removed their pads. "Don't take those pads off, everyone stay in your gear, we have practice." he said and Goldberg swallowed. "Oh no, not again, way to go, you idiot, you got us into this, now you get us out." he snapped and Gordon nodded. "No I will, all Jesse did was an inquiry on his distraction." Charlie said sternly to that.

"Then get with it, before these idiots get us put in detention, again, Charlie come on!" Guy said quickly at that. "Hey you're taking us down with you, you made the implication, you get the consequences, leave us out of this, Guys on me, stand too guys, now!" Charlie said sternly, as he grabbed his duck whistle and blew it then and they moved to him and Gordon nodded sternly. "Anyone else?" he asked and they moved behind him in response and Peter went white at that.

"Coach just them, that idiot and our counterpart's idiotic double, if Karp was here right now, but we need a filler as Dwayne is Adam's double, we never insulted your honor, again." Charlie said and he nodded. "Not again!" Guy said bemused to that news. "The kid teasing Jesse?" he asked and Charlie nodded as Connie hid a chuckle. "Yes Sir, we're not going against you, but they side with me, we stay out of trouble, but side with him, or Peter, and we all get boxed or whatever."

"So before you give the sentence here, he's the one that insulted you, he gets the penalty, before Karp nearly did it again, if he was here right now. But start getting crude and a fight breaks out, we are in so much trouble here." he said and Gordon nodded. "Well whoever is filling in Karp's position better have the foresight to not get smart here or it's said un-numbered. As for your remark and I know we already had this conversation in the Halls's living room now."

"Young man, you barely know me, but the 8 knew me for years, their parents are friends of mine, and with it, Charlie is my godson. I had this conversation in another variation, with your predecessor, before he got cut from the team. And Jesse's counterpart with him, but that, this, was really undercover, the 8 knew that already, you failed the test." he said and Peter went pale, realizing he was being tested and he flunked the test as Charlie crossed his arms then firmly.

And they sighed in relief he stepped in then. "Only penalty is hour early bedtime right now, since we're all exhausted here, but Adam your arm, he hit you pretty hard. We need to wrap that arm, till we take you get it examined, but you're benched till it's healed bro." he said gently, pulling some gauze wrap out and wrapping his arm and Gordon hid a smile gently then. "Guy, I need that sling." he added and he passed him the sling as she gently rubbed his back as he said it.

"Indeed, but don't start with me, remember, you cub, me adult, but that attitude will not be tolerated, understood. I know the 8, but Charlie's father. He is their coach at home when I'm out of town, but he's a 8th grade to high school coach. He hears that day in and day out at the academy, but anyone of you share his opinion." he said and the trio shook their heads. "Young man, don't take those pads off, you stay in your gear, practice tonight, as for the rest of you."

"Eric take them home, all of you, to the house, but with it being 10:00'clock, your curfew, I want you in bed, light's out, before I get there, otherwise…" he said and the 7 quickly nodded to the orders then. "Yes Sir, we will, guys not now, we had that conversation, but that's paraphrased for 'anyone shares his opinion', if dad was here with us!" Charlie said and the trio quickly nodded. "Nice cover Charlie, we get off with a warning." Tammy said and he nodded in relief.

"And to paraphrase here in that is 'Does anyone share his opinion?'." Orion said and they shook their heads. "No, he got put in the box, he's not taking us with him so forget it, you got yourself into this, get yourself out, we side with Charlie, we stay out of trouble. We follow you, or your hot headed 13 year old counterpart, we get in trouble, laps, time out or whatever in practice. Everyone take a knee." Fulton said from behind him then and they all huddled up together then.

"Get the point, your teenage double got them sentenced to a week of night practice, and till the tempers are running thin, and instead of another provocation. While your's, young man, breaks up the fight by suggesting street hockey to loosen the muscles, before the game that night." Orion said and Karp flinched at that. "And to repeat this, I say mutiny, who's with me?" Goldberg asked and Guy shook his head. "Greg, I'm too tired to mutiny." he said and Tammy nodded.

"Come on guys, it's not like we couldn't use the conditioning, before someone pulls a muscle, or worse." she said bemused and the 9 nodded in agreement. "Are you just choosing now to let loose after I got us out of detention so to speak?" Charlie said and Goldberg leaned over as the 7 started laughing at that. "Well like you said, we follow you, we stay out of trouble, follow the hothead and we get laps or whatever here." she said smiling and he nudged her with a smile.

"Yeah alright guys point taken here now, and nice rewrite to that conversation, but whoever is Peter's teenage double never realized we had this conversation already. But that's just the point, before I gave the sentence, you just jump right in there to get you out of trouble. Like a good captain would now, that's why you earned your captaincy." Gordon said and he nodded smiling as the sextet exchanged relieved smiles, knowing Charlie just got them out of trouble, again.

"And that's enough of that already, that trip dad's Coach while we get enough on our competition, but Coach, I think, that we should play whoever. It was in said attempted sponsor, pretend you're busy with him, but you're spying on said team trainer. If they're another black jersey, though Stanton's the head coach, and we got them." Charlie said and Gordon chuckled. "Nice thinking son, I never would have thought of that." he said smiling and Orion chuckled.

"Seduce his assistant coach, if it's woman, he's getting information on them, before the practice gone real game the next night?" he said and Charlie nodded and they smiled. "And that's the skill of a true captain of the team, now I've been doing my homework on the team. Not going to lie to you, they're really good, the way they wiped your faces in the dirt was no fluke. So you want your pride back, better be willing to work for it now." Orion said and the 7 nodded gently.

"Fortunately with knowing you this long, you practically raised us, the season was the same thing every year, we stayed the same, grew more more mature, but the same. Nothing changes till college, and even then you, both of you, will always be our coach." Connie said and they smiled, knowing the team loved them both like a father, and were content to be their players then. "We know, nothing's going to change, 4 to 9 years together." Gordon said to her smiling.

"We're in no rush, we give him time to think about it, but in the mean time, we start donations, then the day that Ducksworth calls you up to his office. Reveal what we been doing to him and Banks now, we just change attitudes, instead of rivals. That we're peers, borderline friends, once he makes his choice, we reveal said surprise and reveal. What we been doing lately is for him, as his new team now, we're his friends." Charlie said and Gordon nodded gently at the decision.

"Hey guys check this out, this duckling is a white version to the one we saw yesterday." Averman said and they looked over his shoulder and saw a white duckling. "Like I said, the little guy is adorable right now, oh, you really out did yourselves here, that's cute. Baby, under the book, or just reading it now, Dad check it out, my remark on the comic books." Connie said smiling and he looked at the baby duckling asleep with the book standing up and his under it.

"Yeah that's cute alright." Casey said with a smile at that. "Well now I get the point here right now, once wimpy, and now we see our mascot as beyond cute, and holding a few stats. Said worth the change up, for right now, we're ducklings." Jesse said, smiling to that. "Donald said that though cute, they use that against their enemies here, but them as a single flock. There's a reason why everyone never messes with these guys now." Charlie said and she nodded gently.

"And technically you're the junior leader of the flock, Charlie, but we got to explain things to our new sum members, once Adam joins the team later, so they. In truth, know why the Varsity are picking on us, but like our girl goalie said, if Jack never got in, and whoever did. Well then clearly their brothers are not good enough here, and definitely now here. When they never take in your father's pro training." Guy said and and Charlie nodded then gently in agreement then.

"Yeah we conformed at an early age and became this good, so a close game in our first game that season, we over shot our only 5 rule in the opposing team, by sum more. But we won the game, the next 2 games we destroy the competition, again and again here. As the Varsity realize with Adam back, he and I are a two man wrecking and they're going to be destroyed. Which could be why they revoked the scholarships." he said and Orion nodded in agreement.

"Who here works in food exactly, aside from mom and you Uncle Joe?" he added and the quartet nodded. "There's our way in, bakery sells, candy sells, book, our merchandise now that we're creating, the sports equipment. But the costs for the gear is the same price as a fast food dinner for a family of 5, two dozen donuts. And at $0.50 a donut, total comes to $12.00, the cookies same thing, the prices are so cheap, the money is coming in the door faster then we can count."

"But 1 box of 12 is $3, 2 $6, 3 $9 and 4 is exactly $12, but just say $7.50, for the baseball cap, $10.00 a t-shirt, $12.00 a sweater. While $15.00 for the duffle bags and skating equipment, our team logo on that stuff now. A sweat suit get up is also $12 for the entire thing, duck socks for $5, our version of the Hawks winter coat now $15. Our colors are these things the turtle neck, said is yellow with purplish blue and green circles in the neck, green sweat suit, or jogging suit."

"Said with our number, said player's number on the back of the green jacket sweater, so they choose said number they want to be and and then buy the ensemble with it now. So sweat or jogging suits, winter jackets, baseball caps, t-shirts, turtle necks, the costs are. Now, moderate priced goods in costs, what we find at a normal department store in costs here now. Our gear with the team logo, our duffle bags now, $15, with the skates, and our gear, our jerseys."

"They turn this year into a movie that brings further revenue in and the money is coming in so fast the Hawks are left branded. As the evil, cold blooded monsters they really are now, for what we, as our doubles realized." he said and their parents nodded. "Idea, this gives me an idea, but have we seen any Hawks gear anywhere, or their numbers on those jackets?" Connie asked and Orion crossed his arms. "We put your numbers on these things?" Casey asked and she nodded.

"Yeah exactly, here's the prototype in looks, of the winter set." she said, after completing the drawing then, the winter coat and then the t-shirts and turtlenecks and sweaters. And Germaine, who was working for the designer store for sporting clothes, nodded smiling. "Yeah that works perfectly, my boss once he sees the clothes are like Adidas, he's going to love it." he said and they nodded in agreement as Orion smiled then at her idea then gently at that.

"That's winter, this is summer, in the t-shirts and baseball caps now, the winter jackets are involved as well, but just $15.00 gets you the entire gear set. In which age you want it to be, so our cubs of our district can learn to skate, they get a hatchling. 9 to 12, they get a duckling, so they're the next generation after we get into the academy now." Charlie said, giving them his drawing of the t-shirt and long shorts for summer then and they nodded smiling gently at that.

"Your sister is a hatchling, so she gets a pre school version to your duckling winter gear now." Casey said smiling then and Orion nodded smiling in agreement. "So just $15.00 gets the entire gear set, and our uniforms, what about putting our numbers on these bags. So Adam's number on the Hawks is #9, so how about putting #99, on his bag in merchandise here now in truth. Everyone after only seeing one game now know our numbers on our team, so #99 now."

"Leaving the roster numbers on the front desk here, as they check it, see Adam's number on it, and then realize in buying that number bag, they're really supporting his family." Jesse said and Orion smiled at the idea then gently. "No kidding, but only 3 weeks, everyone sees this in the costs, it's a complete steal now, how can the Hawks compete now exactly, huh. Did they ever think of this, because our gear was created to be sold, the Hawks were a power house now."

"The gear belongs to the team once their time, as a player, comes to an end, the jackets and hats have to be given back, in our version, but I guess Reilly. In truth, decided to let his players keep their's, because as soon as Ted, Ralph Jack and I quit, we immediately passed it back. And Buckley became our coach, we became who we are as a result, our gear. That was meant to be sold, in our district, always donating to a good cause." Gordon said, smiling at his idea then.

"Said candy sells same thing, $0.75 a bar and anyone wanting 6, the totals comes to $4.50, so each one costs soda and popcorn at the concession stand $1.50. And together they comes $3.00, books are 3.50 per book and so on." he said and Orion nodded. "Well clearly these brats never thought to do this, or they're wasting time, vital time baby just does not have." Duncan said sternly and Orion nodded in stern agreement and the team exchanged looks then.

Before they could answer there was a knock on the door and he went to get it. "Hey kids, been along time." he said and the adult team all stood up. "Coach, yeah good to see you too, what are you doing here?" Hall asked and he smiled. "After considering what you explained to me in dealing with the sales this morning, I decided to get involved here. Jared doesn't know this, but I'm hiding this from the board, 8 of them are the parents of Hawks." he said and they nodded.

"Who exactly, because I plan to grill these guys, because we just realized this, but 1 of us is 1/4 the tuition, 2 1/3, But 6 of is equals the entire first year tuition into the academy. So with that now in mind, why does one year matter, why not give a little bit off the top." Charlie asked and he nodded sternly. "Timothy Riley, Jared Brown, Jacob Wainscott, Dillon Porter, Anthony Hopkins Terry Woods, Peter Freeman and Alexander Bates." he said and Charlie nodded sternly then.

"Jack Riley, Eric Wainscott, Derek Brown, Rick Porter, Adam Freeman, Daniel Hopkins, Luke Woods and Jason Bates." Jesse said to name off their version and he nodded sternly. "Like in Memphis, Germantown and Collierville are the borderline between the high school. Well the lake is the boundary between us and District 6, but the Banks's live directly on the borderline. And between us and District 6, Dean, that's exactly the problem, they basically said here now."

"By not offering just a measly $1,500, that her life is nothing, so long as they keep their tuitions, let her die." Charlie said and he nodded in shocked fury. "That's why we're doing this for the guys, their parents, for her, they need us in truth here now. To show we care enough to lose our homes, start fundraising this way, and willing to give up our houses. To help the family of a new member of the flock." Connie said and he nodded gently as he saw his students then.

At 10 years old. "Whatever you been teaching these guys, drove it home, but Ted, you over did it here, he's changed so much." he said and Orion nodded. "Dead man walking here right now, Dean." Casey said to him and he nodded. "That's an understatement Casey, well I see it clearly thought, Charlie looks like a ten 10 year old you, Ted." he said and Orion nodded smiling, "Never been happier to get me back now." he said and Buckley nodded smiling gently at the news.

"The said remark, if these two landed them in detention he actually calls me dad, and then the trio realize I'm the cherry red SUV they saw the day the duo's brothers jumped them." he said and Buckley nodded. "Yes 2 months of calling you by said title, before a provocation, the call comes in and now the axe gets thrown, as it jumps from their elementary school to us. And you lay the boom, as he gets them out of detention, and Gordon comes to get them for practice."

"Talk about out of the frying and into the fire, your situation is bad and keeps getting worse." he said and Charlie looked down smiling. "Alright you wiseacre, pull yourself together son, you know if you were a teenager, that response would have me treating you like I did your father. When he was your age, but 16 years nothing ever changes here." he said and Charlie nodded as he looked at him and the sextet with affection then as he put them to their adult counterpart.

"So Jesse to Jason, Connie to Claire, Gregory to Joey, Lester to Ricky, Guy to David, while Terry to Jason's twin Adam, your kids look like 10 year old versions of you, guys. Yeah alright, Fulton to Andy now, while Tommy looks like Peter and Tammy to Janie now, yeah okay got it. Hey Peter, good to see you again." he said and Duncan shook his hand. "Had a switch change in regiments in handling this, but the abductions got worse." he said and Buckley nodded sternly.

"Then I see why Charlie decided to get them off the streets, when your partner just happens to be Ted's brother-in-law, from said previous marriage." he said and Duncan nodded. "Coach said that Mrs. Rosen, our principal, just happens to be the younger sister to our science teacher. There at the academy?" Jesse asked and he nodded. "Gwen, yes son, she is, in fact just hearing what caused said near riot or altercation, she is not going to like it." he said and they nodded.

"Like we said dead duck walking, Karp you realize they hear exactly what was said, it's 25 laps for a month and detention for 3. While if Mrs…." he started to say and Buckley said it gently. "Madigan, Gwen Madigan." he said, supplying it and they nodded. "While if Mrs. Madigan hears the exchange and we tell her exactly what caused it this time. It's triple that in the laps and detention for 4." he said and the duo went white and Buckley crossed his arms sternly at that.

"Like I said right now, if our parents grew that attached to you, it's easy to see you'll be our favorite principal, Sir. But we want Uncle Ted for our entire 5 years at the academy, in truth, it's also better, with the fact we got these guys picking on us. Then to put us in every class together, safety in numbers and all, with you being a biology teacher. Our chosen mascot's breed was bred for one thing only." Connie said and he nodded. "Food." he said to clarify and she nodded.

"Great, you coming in, these Hawks turned into Indians, said desire to hunt you down for food right now, well I'm not tolerating this. And neither will James, Eric and Gwen when they find out, Jim is your history teacher and Eric. He is your uncle's best friend at work and counterpart J.V. coach, basketball." he said and she nodded. "He's also part of the Glee club and adult leader of it, they run the fundraising." Orion said and they nodded as Charlie exchanged smiles with her.

"Would winning every game for three years plus winning the gold be enough, Sir?" She asked and he nodded. "Your grades and winning every single game are enough to get you in on a full athletic/academic scholarship, but one means the other, if it falls below. In your uncle's desired regimen, you're benched, but as does your health, stay away from the toxic chemicals. And ease back on the natural, being a biology teacher, I did health class." he said and the team nodded.

"Well you have nothing to be afraid of, with my case, now that I found dad, but his training is the key to victory now, but they keep challenging us to a rematch. Exactly how many times can one get clawed in the wing, before they too become easy pickin's?" he asked and Buckley nodded. "I'm not entirely sure, but they crossed the line, after a riot in the cafeteria, after you headed off your girl goalie from drinking whatever it was." he said and they nodded gently then.

"Wait, give it 3 weeks, and we start putting up donation boxes to our businesses, including Hans, the cafe, my parents butcher and sandwich shop. As we start this, small business, moderate priced goods, but whoever that manager's next character really is. He's donating money to the children's hospital in the next Home Alone movie, we drive the point home. Not worth winning, if you can't win big, how big, well how big is not just Winnie, but the others."

"These preppies are only doing Winnie, but did they ever think about the others in her condition, someone's baby brother or sister. Well time to show the true essence of community spirit, one that gets better results then putting a number on each goal made. That we can have the amount raised all within 3 weeks, before the truth gets out and they get the axe!" Goldberg said and Charlie nodded. "Agreed, we do that." they all said and Gordon nodded then as Orion smiled.

"Well first this, if the Hawks get desperate to downright homicidal now, well what's next exactly, baby is chaired, so…." Charlie said and Orion nodded. "You just risked death by exposure, to save your sister, and that drives the point home. That you changed, turned over a new leaf completely, you're the narrator, this further gets you out of that hole. But these brats, my team, if they cross that line, are Socs in every sense of the word." he said and Gordon nodded sternly.

"Where is it, where is it." Charlie said, digging through his bag, before pulling out a purple book. "My double in his novel career." Gordon said smiling and he nodded. "There we go, 'I heard about you in the paper, how come' 'I don't know, I just felt like playing hero', ' I wouldn't have' 'Wouldn't have what?' 'I would have let those little kids burn to death.' . 'You may not have, you may have done the same thing.' 'I don't know, I guess I don't know anything anymore."

"It's just I can't believe a Greaser could pull a stunt like that.' 'Listen, Greaser has nothing to do with it, there is more to us then you think, but you're blinded by hate. Because you grew up rich, but have a little money and the whole world hates you?, no, you hate the whole world. But we hate money, because we know, carrying that much turns us into you, as for this, Anderson. I had nothing to prove, I just wanted to play hero for once now, while you may have now.'."

"I did, my adoptive brother, probably not, you possibly, your friend not a chance, the point is it's individual, not the stereotype, Anderson, but your attacking us. That killed Bob, that's not our fault, but I'm 14, she likes Dally, but is afraid to say it, Marcia, she likes Two-bit, my brother.'." he read out, editing the lines and Gordon nodded. "Nice editing, but these guys cross the line to hold onto their tuition money, they said Soc in everyway you can say it, but your idea now, yes."

"Then we do that." Gordon said and Orion nodded. "Agreed we do that, but learning a choice between them and your homes, that drives the point home further. We just sacrificed our homes for them, them or our homes, to us is no contest, we're selfless. We only care about others, but really if things are this bad now, what happens in the adjustment period. After you start at the academy, and these guys are volatile enough already without getting snarky about training."

"With them loaded up on whatever they been drinking lately, but stay away from the caffeine pills or the energy drinks, let alone the toxic chemicals. And didn't we already talk about that, stay clean and training, start with that and no?" he said and the team nodded. "We will, and B's or better to play, but we can conform to your rules, if the coach leaves for said try out. But preparations for your being our new coach and this is easy." Charlie said and he smiled then.

"Issues in being a coach for a preteen, it's being a teenager when you got to act more stern and to say this the way Robin would to his preteen son. If he starts with the profanity, watch your mouth young man, young lady, you know where talk like that gets you. In this case, it's not any normal coach, but the friend of a family, the 9's cases, and the father of the 10th. In the captain of the team, so papa bear, I knew you all your life, I can do this." Orion said and he nodded.

Watching the look of love entering the 10's eyes then, he knew the team trusted him. "Yeah no kidding, but things in adjusting to the switch are bad and keep getting worse. And that's if we just met and on the first day of school, but spending all summer getting to know you. We see past the stern coach psyche, but then these guys get in trouble with the cops. And it's because a stunt like that, now what exactly, as he keeps getting snarky." he said and his parents nodded.

"And there's the lecture, you're the parole officer." Connie said and he nodded sternly. "Yes and no kidding, your brother, spending all summer getting to know me, meets your sister. And then the punchline hits the table, in said defense lecture now, that was said funny curve. I gave up being in the pros to raise my daughter, you come into my life, we're family now. And now he's conformed completely and like the rest of you, and Fulton with him." he said and she nodded.

"If that had happened, I should have introduced you to your father and new coach now, as the summer goes by the switch now hits the table, these two get in trouble with cops. And now I tell him exactly what happened and he's not taking it lightly, so first day of school training. Is said case of skating practice, bumper tag style, and you're just messing around here. And before he gives the signal, before these two start getting snarky." Gordon said and Orion nodded to that.

"Yep, but once ducklings and now teenagers and you're still you, my immediate call out with the whistle has you come to attention immediately. As you give your report and then comes my remark on we're having a busy school season, first game is the following Friday. So we're in a trial period on the captaincy, as you practice going without it, but new coach now. Means you're under new management, so it's the qualities that show it now, not the symbol, as you show it."

"You show them all, before someone gets snarky and then it's a bad first impression, before you recommend a few positions changes with the fact we're a missing a few people. Till the trio get back, at the moment, before shooting practice starts." he said and Charlie nodded then. "Like I said, you get cheeky, you're asking for some punishment, if it was in class, means detention. But for dad, our coach, you get sum un-numbered laps, so watch it." he said and Casey nodded.

"Yeah I agree with that, that's the punchline right now in my reprimand for that reaction honey, but we already watched them jeopardize their hockey careers. We will not allow them to do it to their studies, but we don't care who your coach is, your father. Or Gordon, their behavior out there was beyond juvenile, because Coach Orion nothing. You used to feel the same way about Coach Bombay remember, so I think that the only thing that needs to change around here now."

"Is your attitude problem, you two, Ted is a normal school coach, this is part of the job, a little tough on you, yeah, but he's striving you to be the best. If you'd just lower those shields, you'd see him as the next stage up from Gordon, but really. That reaction after whatever happens, I heard that from Dean Buckley after Jackson did the same thing. And I heard the telling off from the hallway, knowing Dean Buckley let him and Cooper have it hard." Casey said and they paled.

"Where do think we get it from exactly, Buckley is the headmaster at the academy, but after it became all about scholarships and winning, we decided to play for fun only. And our dreams faded to reality, we have 1/100th a chance to become part of Team USA. And 1/1000th of a chance to get into the NHL, but pipe dream in total truth, when you become it. A pro any player, you're away from home, for weeks on end, losing a chance to watch your kids grow up now."

"That's why we all gave it up, we get to watch you grow up now, being there for our families." Monroe said and the team nodded. "Well it's no wonder Coach taught games are fun, because to keep it up we have to keep winning, but what happens when no more scholarships. Get a scholarship into the academy, get a scholarship into college, what happens when no more. What we got left, but each other and our memories." Charlie said and the 9 nodded in agreement.

"Thanks Jason for the help right now, but if I ever needed back up, you're the first next to Ted, I owe you big." Gordon said and he nodded as he shook his hand then. "Well you're the first that actually gained our trust, we just forgot your name, Gordon Bombay. Actually touching bases with us, and Charlie heads off you needing to leave and because they drove you away. But both of you actually works, because their future is secured now." he said and the sextet nodded then.

"No more coach swapping, this is the end of the line, you are the last in peewees, Ted is their 8th grade to high school coach and done." Casey said in agreement and the quartet nodded in agreement then. "Nice try gentlemen, but this is the end of the line, no more coach swapping, no more lost games, we become the winners we should be now." Averman said sternly and the duo swallowed hard and the team nodded in agreement as Connie said it for Charlie smiling.

"Yeah our family and we play for fun now, but still us, the team, the gang, is forever now, our memories are in these jerseys and the pictures, that's our legacy. But stand tall and fly straight, we fly all the way." Connie said and the 8 nodded smiling. "And now you sound like me, but you're going to make one heck of a player when I complete your training, baby, son." Orion said and they looked down smiling and their parents chuckled at that response then gently.

"And that's a father young man, you heard that tone from me ever since Charlie gave you a chance, Peterson, only now the assistant coach is your rival's father. As such, you think your attitude problem will work, Gordon knew I was ticked and who did he come to first last night. For back up coaches before Charlie did that for him?" he asked and Peter started shaking. "It was always me, only I can control you two, well now we got another father involved here."

"But Charlie is Ted, Jesse is me, while Connie is Claire, Lester to Rick, Terry to my brother Adam, Guy to David, Gregory to Joe, but you, young man are in big trouble. Charlie had the presence of mind to consider the safety of the girls, knowing what we would say now here. But honestly, if Gordon left and chose me, who's my choice for assistant coach anyway?" he asked and Peter paled, realizing it didn't matter who was chosen, the decision was always the same: add Orion.

"Indeed, Gordon chooses Jason, his assistant is Ted, me, I choose Ted, guys?" he asked and they nodded. "Yeah our assistant coach is always going to be Ted now here, our best friend our brother, we feel safe and secure, in knowing our children are safe with him." Monroe said and Peter swallowed hard at that news. "Dead duck walking here right now." the 10 all said together bemused as Casey tried to keep from laughing to that as Gordon nodded with a bemused smile.

"So basically if I chose any of the 9 of you to take my place and your immediate choice for assistant coach is always Ted after these two drove off another one?" Gordon and they nodded sternly then. "Talk about a blow to the ego, to insure Charlie never changes, it's always making sure in taking me up on my offer of being assistant coach, huh, boys." Orion said and the 9 nodded in agreement. "Our brother, best friend, yeah man." Averman said and Charlie smiled.

"After Lester told me, you offered to be said, and Gordon chose between us, I remembered you offered and immediately phone you, as you tell me, Charlie is growing more then attached. And then the bomb is dropped as you and Cassie tell me that he's your son, and it hits me. This explains why Lester said he nearly called you dad like 50 times in a month, you are his father. But so long as he's happy that's all I care about, Lester loves you like an uncle now in truth."

"You're my best friend, but I'm adult version version to Ira Heidan's character, in personality." he said and Orion started laughing then. "You're Mckean man, come on, you remember the last time we had that conversation. And between you and Claire till I stepped in, before she beat you to death." he said and Casey started laughing. "Point taken, dad." Averman and Charlie said together and the rest of the team started laughing as Hall nodded with a bemused look then.

"Well they're us as adults Les'." Charlie said and he nodded smiling in agreement. "While Jesse is me son, in truth here is you three are us as preteen to teenagers in truth now. We understand each other perfectly here right now, but Ted is the leader of the 3 of us now. If we were said characters, David is Philip's father, Claire would be Elaine if they changed her back. While Joey is Lantz himself now, if Langenkamp got to him in time." Hall said and Charlie nodded gently then.

"So Kincaid senior, dad is Crusel, and Aunt Claire would be Parker if they knocked the chip off her shoulder, Uncle Rick is Stanton Senior and Aunt Janie is Caulfield?" Charlie said and and he nodded. "If they used anyone to play Ken's father, it's Danny Glover after he played a cop." he said and Jesse started laughing. "Yeah him or James Earl Jones." he said and Charlie nodded. "As for choosing a perfect fit, your brother chose perfectly." Averman said and he nodded then.

"And there's the reason Charlie deserves this position more then you do, the qualities, he has them all." Hall said and Peter flinched. "But Stanton punched out a fan, because some fan and I'm not sure who, insulted his nickname, before punching out his own coach. Dad tried to arrest him and this resulted in said scar to his lower jaw, Stanton was wearing a ring." he said and the 10 looked at his jaw. "Ouch." Goldberg said in a deadpan to that and Orion nodded, bemused.

"Fast question, exactly what do they put into those energy drinks, if you said to stay away from that junk?" Charlie asked him and he crossed his arms then. "That's junk may contain has around 40 grams of sugar and from sucrose and/or glucose. And in the caffeine here, said is 160 mgs or more of caffeine, artificial sweetener, and herbs/substances. In associated with mental alertness and performance here to them, but that lack scientific evidence with controlled trials."

"Your teenage peers get addiction to this junk, that at times we had to put them in rehab, but I'm telling you when as teenagers. Just cut back the caffeine and ease back on the sugar here, but his 15 year old counterpart, if he breaks anything. It's leaving me thinking said cub is on something I forbid you to start screwing around with here right now. But you knew the rules as I had you on a strict diet and training regime here." he said and Charlie nodded gently to him.

"Just imagine your counterpart in sum years he's finding it hard to deal with the new leader of the peewee version to our team. Said possibly a mother, and he's like you, a skilled hockey player, his son is a burned out version of me. And after a fast training session and between us and your friends, she's seeing said practice game. And between the other full hockey players and their campers as outright suicide." Charlie said and he nodded sternly to that remark then.

"If she's the mother of the captain of the cub version of our team, that would be the case, but this game is dangerous and any mother gets overly protective. But cub is sum years old, leading into high school, not a baby anymore, he's ready for a real practice game. By then you guys are either retired or went all the way, but either way, your counterpart. If he's afraid to choke, at times, he needs to face that fear, but my bringing the guys in from time to time is okay now."

"I've been training you for 4 years leading into high school though very good your mother still worries about you, just being mom, mother bear gets protective of her cubs." he said and they nodded. "Well I don't doubt that this hockey camp has her getting worried sick, but we trained in the real thing, we grew up. That we became as good as a real pro hockey, but dealing with a hothead, watch it, before you get benched for the rest of the year." Connie said to him gently.

"Yeah that's an understatement we hear that from my father day in and day out, this doesn't phase us, in being our coach, we hear that all the time, but papa bear. Are you trying to killed vocally here right now, but a member on drugs, steroids or worse. That junk, and he told us to stay clean, you trying to get killed here, all whoever did was ask a simple question. What, what did we do for that reaction hmm, what exactly?" Charlie asked and the duo paled at that news.
