Hello again, readers! A review by Yaakov Lubin says that I should clarify what it actually means to be albino. A person with an albinism is born without any pigments, the chemicals that color your skin, hair, and eyes. Thus, the skin and hair of the person appears white, while their eyes appear red or pink due to the hemoglobin still present in the red blood cells.

FYI: What exactly happened to Lincoln in his younger years will be explained in a future chapter(s).

Chapter 2

"Okay, kids, it's family announcement time!" Rita called. The Loud family devoted some time each evening so that each member could make an announcement if they so wished. This way, if one member had an important upcoming event, the rest could adjust their schedules accordingly. "Who wants to go first? Your father and I will go last." Lola raised her hand and stood up from the couch.

"My Little Miss Spooktacular pageant is the day after Linky's birthday," she said. Out of all the siblings' birthdays, Lincoln's was the latest, in the middle of October; everyone else had spring and summer birthdays.

"Me and my band have a gig at Bangers 'N' Mosh next Thursday," said Luna.

"Would it be alright if my new boyfriend comes over for dinner tomorrow night?" asked Lori.

"Only if he's not like that Ricky guy you dated for a while," said Lynn Sr.

Lori scoffed and said, "Oh please, I'm over that insensitive clod. Bobby's a lot sweeter, you'll see. I made sure he's well aware of Lincoln's...uniqueness." Lincoln waited to see if anyone else wanted to speak before he spoke up himself.

"I'm entering a gaming contest tomorrow. If I win, I'll get my own TV."

"Why do you want a whole TV all to yourself?" Lucy asked amidst jealous remarks.

"So I can get my video games out of the living room. That'll make room for other stuff," Lincoln replied.

"Now kids, no complaining! If Lincoln wins it fair and square, he can have his own TV," chided Lynn Sr.

"Okay, if everyone's had their say, it's our turn," said Rita, suddenly looking somber. "Last night, your father and I got the notice that our 'intent to homeschool' letter to the school board was rejected. Starting next week, Lincoln will be attending school with you younger girls." Nearly everyone gasped and looked to the boy in question, whose breathing became ragged at the thought of being in a crowd. The bullying in his younger years had instilled in him a case of crippling social anxiety. Before he could panic, however, his train of thought was interrupted by a small black-and-white dog that hopped up on his lap and started licking his face.

"Gah! Augh! Charles! I know Lana trained you to be a comfort dog, but gee whiz!" Lincoln complained.

"I knew this day would be inevitable as soon as Mr. Huggins became the new principal," Lisa chimed in. "He's a crotchety, no-nonsense old fuddy-duddy and is of the firm belief that all children should be in school."

"Sorry, sport, but that's the way it has to be," said Lynn Sr. "We'll go to the school Monday evening for your orientation before you start Tuesday. In the meantime, why don't you kids start getting ready for bed?" Lincoln and his sisters walked upstairs, but before Lincoln could enter his room, someone grabbed his shoulders from behind and steered him into Lori and Leni's room, where everyone else was congregating for an Emergency Sibling Meeting. Lori called the meeting to order, and Lisa read the minutes of the previous meeting.

"I think we all know why we're here this time," Lori said, and Lola raised her hand.

"Because Linky's scared of going back to school."

"Pfft, who's scared? I'm not scared!" Lincoln said, trying to bluff his way out. His resolve crumbled when his sisters all stared back with half-lidded eyes. "Oh, who am I kidding? I'm terrified!" He put his head in his hands. "This is gonna be Kindergarten all over again."

"Calm yourself, brother; it won't be all bad. You'll have us and at least one teacher on your side. Mr. Pacowski is the gym instructor," said Lucy.

"Well, I guess it would be nice to see my parkour trainer again," Lincoln said uncertainly.

"C'mon, Linc, it'll be fun! Knowing you AND Lisa, you'll breeze through your lessons in the blink of an eye!" said Lynn.

"Fine, I'll give it a shot. Doesn't mean I'll like it, though."

"Great! There's just one more thing to do before bed," said Luan. "Lincoln lied about being scared. Know what that means?" Lincoln's pupils shrank.

"No. No! Not that! Anything but that!" Lynn tackled him, the twins sat on his arms to keep him from getting away, and Luan and Luna pulled off his shoes and socks. Lincoln could only stare in horror as Lily waddled forward, wearing an executioner's hood and holding a feather duster.

There you have it for chapter 2! Seriously, though, is there an existing story with a plot even remotely similar to this one?
