Chapter 21: The First Game, The Close Call And Publicity Interviews
As Gordon pressed a button on the signaler at that and the rink security arrived then firmly. "Trying to cheat are we, Coach Reilly, you know that's against the regulations and secondly Banks's father threw out the deal. And between your team and the Ducks, the decision is final, now get out of here, before I disqualify you for the rest of the season." he said sternly at that response then and Orion skated up to him then sternly, dressed.
And in a Duck's winter sweater jacket. "Hey Coach, been a long time, remember me?" he asked as Charlie skated up to his side and removed his helmet and he looked between them as he added the 20 years to Charlie and then looked at Orion in shock. "You're Conway's father?" he said in shock and he nodded. "We did warn you, but you better train your boys hard, you're going to need it right now, as the kids right now in truth."
"Are learning directly from me for the next 8 weeks, so you better work hard and train those boys, because we've got practice 3 times a week now. And I'm training Banks and he and Fulton Reed are my biggest weapons against you later. But let me tell you're dedication to helping Banks's sister, if falls short to mine and my son's case here. But Gordon leaves town for a try out with the minors right now, guess who's in your way."
"After that right now." he said sternly at that remark. "But your players are facing a losing match, but whether or not they take the bait is the next question here. Because they do and they blew any mental edge they have against us. And we know we own them, so give that warning to your boys, stay clear of us till the championships. Or you lost, before you could even win right now." he said and Reilly quickly left at that remark.
As they went back to training the team and Charlie nudged Adam and he smiled gently as he looked at his new best friends then, as the next day started things. "Hey Coach, we're doing skating practice on the rink." Charlie called out and the hockey coach nodded, as the team went for a fast skate then around the rink gently, before they heard it then. "Hey Conway, want to go it now?" they heard McGill call out and Charlie sighed then.
"Here comes trouble right now." Tommy said in annoyance and they nodded. "Bird brain, if you were smart, you'd see this was a trap." Terry said as he saw their coach looking out the office window and hid a smile then. "They ever learn that to take the bait and throw the first punch and this means they lose the mental show down. So just save the trash talk right now." Connie said sternly as she took Adam's hand and he smiled at her gently.
"Uh no I don't, and just so you know my father is standing right behind you, I warned you." Charlie said and the 11 Hawks all turned and saw Orion right behind them. "Well congratulations, you just blew any mental edge you had against us. And now we know we own you, get out of here, before I put you kids in detention." he said and they quickly ran for it at that as everyone watching this starting laughing at that response then.
"Nice touch with the bait and switch, dad." Charlie said smiling and he nodded gently as the principal stood there with the hockey coach and Orion "Not smart you little brats, Charlie did warn you right now." Coach James Redford said sternly at this and he nodded. "Issues with the preteen Socs, just wait till my current group start picking on you guys, but it's damn good thing I'm not their coach anymore." Orion said and and they nodded.
"And you're our's, but that tone in your voice is saying better think twice, right now, but their coach is outside of the school system. This is inside and though 14 years old, you still got a reason to be worried, this is going to be a long 3 years." Connie said and he nodded in agreement to that. "Well time for class ducklings, go on." he said and they nodded as they left together. "Easy catch." the coach said and he nodded gently then.
As they did one more practice before the game, as they made their decision in alerting everyone in town what the team was up to then. "Ready guys?" Charlie asked and they nodded. "We play it smart, remember, we need to keep the pressure on here, no need to get too rough, let's fly!" he said and they nodded as they all got up as they headed for their box and saw Orion waiting for them and they smiled as they waited for Gordon.
"Derek, could you do something for me now?" Gordon asked gently, to the radio anchorman and he nodded as he explained it to him. "Listen, though the Hawks have been trying to raise money for Adam's sister's medical fund right now. Our fundraiser is not just her, but for the Children's Research Hospital. The kids there at the hospital, this is for them, in addition to Banks, charity in a big way now in truth right now here."
"And starting now the Ducks, spoke-team of the Ducksworth law firm, is raising money for so many, every year, Donation of $5 to $10. To give hope to the family of the our new star player and hundreds of other children like her. That need hope of recovery and a chance to return to their lives again finally." he said and the anchorman nodded gently. "Sure thing right now." he said as the next day the team were settled in then finally.
The Game-Nobody's POV:
"Evening everyone, tonight's game right now is the Ducks vs. the Huskies, and the Ducks new star player Adam Banks is joining the flock for his first game." The announcer said and his co anchor passed him a message and he smiled. "Seems that the Hawks started something now, and with the Ducks here and said is in addition to Banks's sister. The Ducks are raising funds for charity at the children's research hospital, their branch now."
"Here in Minneapolis, but $5 to $10 will give these children hope now that there is someone willing to fight for them all now. Captain of the team, Charlie Conway, has decided on behalf of the entire team that though they reach their goal. And with Banks's sister, these fundraisers are going to be ongoing every year now." he said and everyone in the stands looked at the team in shock and delight at that response then.
"Enhancing said spirit to help others, and a short time after finding out, on Banks's sister and the team has raised $170,000 in only a week since then now. Seems that Conway himself has his own extended family, son of the ex North Stars star player Ted Orion. And there is his father, well seems that he decided to become the assistant coach. And to the team, along with Bombay, but I see and guess that Peter Marks and David Karp now."
"Couldn't make it tonight." he said and Charlie shook his head and then signaled carefully to him and he nodded sternly. "The team for the rest of the season is going to be the 10 and Adam Banks for the rest of their lives in peewee leagues now now. Before the team makes preparations to play under Coach Orion later on, as for that fundraiser. Though they make their goal at $205,000, they are going to continue leading into winter."
"And into the next season, but seems that in just weeks after gaining their new names the added truths have now tripled the amount the Hawks have made. In just a short amount of time Conway has started a chain reaction that has risen. In funds, close to twice the amount that the Hawks raised since last fall now, in understanding this. The team has worked hard to raise this amount, since they added Banks to the team now."
"Conway, Banks's new best friend on the Ducks, has given hope that they will be there for those children, giving charity, funds or toy donations. For these children, well I call this a true essence of being a team that no matter during the season. Or not that the Ducks are continuing to help the less fortunate to give hope to the families. And of these children and Banks's family themselves." he said and the crowd nodded, smiling gently.
"First game of the season for Banks as a member of the team now." he said with a smile in his voice then and Adam smiled as he looked at Charlie and Jesse. And they exchanged grins, as they looked up to see their parents in the bleachers. And Adam waved and they smiled at him then. "Anyone expecting trouble?" he asked and Gordon chuckled. "After 3 days of training, who wouldn't." Orion said smiling and he nodded gently to his remark.
"Bring it in." Gordon said and they pulled. "Quack, quack." they chanted as they heard it being echoed by their fans then. "Go Ducks!" they shouted together as they got into position. "Starting in the face off is Adam Banks." the announcer said and the ref looked between them and dropped the puck as Adam knocked it to Charlie who passed it to Averman and Adam moved it to position and fired off as he made the first shot then.
Smiling, Orion nodded. "Good that's good, keep it up, remember defense." Orion said and the team nodded as they were now showing what they learned. And the two single ex members of the team watched in shock at this. And as they saw what being around Orion had done for the entire as they watch Jesse block the next shock. And before shooting it Charlie who fired it at Adam and he scored another goal then as they blocked the next.
As every time the other team tried to score, they immediately blocked the shot, as the other team only got two shots as they started scoring goal. And from there the team was now showing their skill in only 3 days to what Orion train them in. And as they were blocking shot after shot on their side while making shot after shot on the Huskies then. "My god, when did they get this good, exactly?" they saw the coach thinking at that.
"Answer a week's worth of training by Conway's father, Ted's a pro hockey player." Gordon said and he nodded, as Goldberg was blocking shot after shot, after shot. "Clear the puck guys, DC-switch 82." Goldberg said and he nodded as Charlie iced the puck. At that and went to getting the next shot in as every shot at their's got blocked. "Well seems that with the training from their new assistant coach now, the Ducks now."
"Have become beyond unstoppable here as in the last periods, they have scored 7 goals and keeping this on a shut out now." the anouncer said as the Huskies exchanged looks as Orion nodded sternly. "Kids, get ready they're close to losing their tempers, stay focused and keep the pressure on." he said as the shooter facing off against Adam looked at him angrily then as the ref dropped the puck and the Huskies pushed forward then.
As they scored two shots, before the Ducks slammed hard on the repeated attempts as the game started getting more heated. And before the buzzer sounded then, as they gained a 15 minute break. "Final round, and the current score for the Ducks is 7 to the Huskies score of 2, if the Huskies want into the playoffs. Then they will need a very good third period here." The announcer said and the Huskies exchanged worried looks to that.
As the Huskies got in only 2 shots to their score of 7. "This is about to get beyond desperate right now, Charlie, you're on right now." Orion said and he nodded as he got into position as he and the captain of the Huskies got into a face off. "Coach pull." Charlie said and he nodded. "Goldberg bring it in!" Gordon called out and he nodded as came in then as Charlie got ready to to face off against him then firmly at that remark.
As the Huskie shooter swung it around and got ready to shoot as Adam moved around the goal and blocked the shot as he dove in front of it as he blocked it. As Averman iced the puck and their next attempted shooter as Charlie swung it. "Come on, try and take me, try and take me, come on." he said as he jerked sideways and the shooter, in desperation, dove over him, as he snap shotted it at Jesse then who knocked it to Fulton.
Who took it and fired then as everyone dove out of the way and it blew out the other end as the buzzer went as the score ended at 8 to 2 then. "With the score 8 to 2, the Ducks have won the game and make the playoffs!" the announcer shouted out and their fans nodded in delight then, not noticing several boys. Said in black jackets with blue and white trimmed birds on them, watching them as they watched the team celebrate...
The Close Call-Charlie/Orion's POV:
It was a couple days later into their time in the playoffs that not paying close attention, they didn't see 3 young men light a red cherry sized explosive. And throw it to a certain spot on the ice in range of the Orions then and quickly take off then. As the team were together as they were being watched and by Jenkins then who was on the side of it. "Hey Charlie, which is it: skating or hockey?" Jesse asked and he shook his head then gently.
Hanging around together at the lake they were going ice skating as they did several rounds as Charlie was spending time with Karen then, before they heard an explosion. "What was that?" Jesse said slowly and Charlie hold his hand up as they heard a slow crackling and he turned slowly as they heard the cracking getting louder. And he looked down at the ice as he saw it looking close to shattering and shouted it out then.
"Wait, stop don't move!" Charlie shouted out just as the ice cracked under his sister. "Karen!" he shouted out just as he just as he got into position as it cracked under her chair nearly taking them both in, as he felt the water slosh his legs. As he quickly worked to keep it from taking her down as he said it to her then. "Got it, hang on, baby hang on, help, we need help, help!" he screamed as he got her belt undone and finally off then.
As he pulled her up back as several adults arrived, as he pulled her away from it as the ice under him broke as he pushed her out of range, as he went under. "No, no Charlie, Charlie!" she screamed as they arrived then. "Adam help me get her away from there." Jesse snapped as he and Connie grabbed her and pulled her back to make sure the entire lake didn't go as they pulled her back slowly as she struggled to get back to her brother.
As Jesse grabbed her and pulled her back. "No Charlie!" she screamed and as the adults quickly broke the ice and pulled him out. "Call 911 now, exposure!" an adult shouted out as Jenkins grabbed the phone in his car and quickly dialed the number then. "One of my players was on the ice and it cracked underneath him as he was saving his sister. I need the paramedics here right now!" he said and nodded as they quickly pulled back then.
"Charlie, Charlie wake up, wake up!" she screamed in fear her brother had drowned then as they quickly resuscitated him as he coughed up water as he was shaking from the cold as he heard the voice of his father then as he burrowed into his arms to warm up and the man said it gently. "It's okay buddy, I'm here." he said as they quickly backed up. "Wait, the cord!" the paramedic snapped and he hung on to keep what yanked him under then.
From doing it again, as someone cut the laces off from the one that was trying to pull them closer to the spot then. "I think the laces caught my wheelchair!" she said and they nodded. "The spokes, in trying to save your life he didn't realize his laces were untied and the spokes caught it and pulled him under." he snapped and they nodded. "Back up slowly, or the entire thing is going to go!" The fireman snapped and they nodded then.
As they got him to the bank and on a stretcher then. "Guys, there's blood on his jeans!" The fireman snapped and they pushed the cuff up and saw a cut the size of a half dollar om his leg and he quickly snapped it out then. "Get the skates off, before he accidentally cuts himself further here!" he snapped and the paramedics quickly removed it. "Son, son, I'm here, I'm here baby, I'm here." Orion said shaking as they took them quickly.
Then, to the hospital then. "Daniel, Daniel, I need you out here, it's my son this time!" he called out and they got them in the same room as she waited for her brother to wake up then, before dosing off herself and they laid her down on the bed and covered her with a blanket. "Well another 18 months in a nap for her after that she's able to stay awake, but it's been a long day right now." Orion said as he looked between his children then.
And in relief he never lost them both then as he looked up at the doctor thst came in as he said it softly then as Casey arrived then in time for the report then as he crossed his arms. "That skate blade was dunked in filthy water and we gave him a dose of penicilin to prevent infection, and stitched up his lower leg right now guys. But treating him for hypothermia is working right now, I'm keeping him on penicillin till I release him."
"But he can go home on Wednesday, I just need to make sure for a few days right now in truth here, to make sure he does doesn't get sick. And from that dunk in there right now, Casey, are any of your friends a nurse or doctor?" he asked and she nodded. "The Halls, Jason's wife is a nurse, she can monitor him as we make sure." she said and he nodded. "Alright, but he's on these for two weeks, twice a day after breakfast and dinner now."
"It was close, but he's going to be fine, Ted." his daughter's pediatrician said and he, Casey and Kimberly nodded in relief then. "This is too much right now, first her and now my son, if this was intentional they just ticked me off here right now. What about my daughter, he barely got the belt off here now?" he asked and he nodded. "Charlie pushed her away from the spot that broke, before they both went in, he took the brunt."
"But he's going to be fine and she's going to be just fine, chair's gone, you're going to need a new one." he said and they nodded. "Small price to pay for my children's life, but there's his remark right now." he said and the doctor nodded. "He's on a hold for a week then he can get back on the ice, but on bed rest for a few days." he said and they nodded as he opened up his eyes. "She okay?" he asked and they nodded gently then.
"She's fine, but you, it was close." she said and he sighed. "How long am I nested for?" he asked and she hid a smile. "The hospital, 2 days, and in bed and resting for a week, your wing got clipped kiddo." the doctor said gently and he nodded. "Well these guys crossed a line, we just entered the playoffs, but if they did this. And they're beyond desperate." he said and they nodded sternly at that remark as they exchanged looks.
"Yes well they may claim a whiplash if their goalie got hit by Fulton's shot, but a whiplash is nothing next to what they just did to you. I'm going to hold a medical bill till after you win that game, but I'm a duck loyalist compared to that oncologist treating Winny." he said sternly just as Karen woke up from her nap, saw him awake and quickly said it gently as Orion picked her up and sat her down on his bed then in relief.
"Charlie!" she said quickly and he hugged her tightly. "I'm okay baby, I'm okay, but you okay?" he said quickly and she nodded as she buried her face into his neck then. "Peter, so help me god, do not start with me right now." He said in a warning tone then as she shifted position to sitting in his lap and he wrapped his arms around her. "I take it you heard if you came here?" he asked and the duo nodded and he nodded sternly then.
"Well now you know the meaning of be careful of what you say in anger, or you're going to regret it for the rest of your life. Jo did the same and in scenario like this, her sister fell through thin ice and nearly drowned right now. Her brother-in-law saved her sister, but she was wracked with guilt at what almost happened at the time. But this gives the exact reason of what not to do now." Casey said sternly to them and they swallowed hard.
"Do you know what kicked off the events of our movie and why right now, our storyline is actually a re-do of Westside Story. which was based on Romeo & Juliet. I'd fallen in love with the girl that rejected me, but her boyfriend thought. Now, that she'd fallen in love with Chris, but she's 17, I'm 17 on the movie, boys in truth. The wrong words or actions can result in destroying lives if you're not careful right now in truth here."
"But out of fear, he lost his temper enough to kick off the rest of the events that resulted in killing both me and Ralph later. While Chris and Emilio were left traumatized here, the four of us were the stars of the movies now. At times you never consider your actions lead to something you can never take back right now. As the guys were all worried sick about Chris, after I was killed in a death by cop shooting, as I lost my best friend."
"And maybe you should consider his remark of what Patrick did, before Chris, Ralph and I were nearly killed by the fire." they heard in response and they all turned. "Matt, what the heck are you doing here exactly?" Gordon asked and his counterpart smiled. "The city government sent me that tape of his remark and after hearing what your cub there. Just did, we came to check in and we're sticking around, but if your story becomes a movie."
"I can do both sides of you here in that, but your character in my personality now would be a mixture of my character and Rob now. So that's easy right now, let me take a wild guess right now, but the Hawks or their older brothers just tried to kill him. Because that championship meants their tuitions, you and Ted are preparing to get the team. And into the academy right now as Ted's next team?" Emilio Estevez asked and they nodded then.
"The look on Chris's face, just what was that about if Patrick went off on him?" he asked and Estevez crossed his arms. "Though playing a 20 year old in this movie, he's really 30 years old so the tone was brother, borderline father with his kid brother. Not that I blame him right now as if we switched it to us setting up these guys. And Patrick and Rob ran into me and we prevent a murder and these idiots are the ones ending up in court for it."
"As for why they were having to share the same room, it's because his nightmares of a flashback, something forgotten kept coming back. And Patrick never got over it after they stopped happening right now, as you know my piece. As being the favorite adoptive big brother while Ralph was his best friend, the movie was focused on the four of us. But you're right, what if this was a true story, did that ever occur to them right now."
"But issues in being the narrator, this time without thinking twice about it, in his own life right now, he was willing to risk being burned to save a group of kindergarteners." he said and Dillon nodded to that. "As for my remarks on New York, I think my character was part of the jets as a cub, so to me. I flashbacked to Riff and Tony's deaths and then losing Ralph, I reached my breaking point." he said and Charlie nodded gently then.
"Well this was 1965, that was 1958, so I think Riff or Tony was your big brother, the Sharks killed your brother and his best friend and you turned into that. You changed your name from whoever between the duo it was, and you became Dallas Winston." he said and he smiled. "I never thought about it like that before, you make a good point, my character was on the streets. And since he was 10 and going on 18 right now, so starting over in Tulsa and finding the sextet."
"I had a life, lost another brother and reached my limit finally, a big brother in Patrick, Tom and Emilio are closest to me in age, and Ralph, Rob and Chris were our kid brothers. That the punchline really read it out, but you don't have each other, you don't have anything. You don't have anything, you, after losing too much, end up like me and that's worse then dead. My character's and Emilio were a training tool now in truth, so these brats are like the Socs now."
"The Jets, westside rich kids, yeah the Socs are the Tulsa version of the Jets, the Sharks are my grouping and even the guys had enough of all of this. In back and forth till the adults finally decided enough was enough and end it themselves. I don't think anyone was expecting to walk right into the the Soc that did that to his cheek right now. But my threat to get him back for thet resulted in a murder and I should have stuck around."
"As they were waiting till the guys were alone and then attack." he said and Charlie nodded to that. "Well our district is considered your version of Tulsa in some areas right now, and Adam just dropped the Socs for being Greaser, so to speak here. But right now with us 8 years away from college, we all decided now we want more here in truth. Though we love our neighborhood, we want more and that scholarship and our SAT's now in truth here."
"Was our ticket to any college in the country right now, I want to go all the way, but finding my sister, that changed things, she wants me to stay, then I stay, I'm staying here with her." he said and they nodded smiling as she pushed herself into his chest gently. "I think if the trio had a baby sister, it's us getting overly territorial with our youngest members right now. Then again my character's sister's no older then 9 right now." Estevez said and Orion chuckled then.
"So this season turns into a movie, what am I expecting betwen the first film to the second right now?" he asked and Charlie explained that to him. "We just become 3 year championship winners of the peewee leagues and entered 7th grade. And we're playing for our junior high school team right now, dad's been coaching us all that time. So you come home and a week in, we got our big gig in whatever it in right now in truth."
"As we gain the rest of our new members and we're up to sum number in players, counting our wise guy fan if we make friends in wherever the gig is. Though these idiots get in trouble enough their probation is the academy and dad, in truth. It's back on the team and dad is the parole officer right now, your character is a lawyer. And these idiots are close to juvenile hall and you chose this in exchange for reform school right now."
"But the rest of us are okay with you passing us to dad now, things are still the same nothing changed and won't till we graduate from the academy." he said and Estevez nodded smiling gently at his remark. "The reason you're staying with Hans's brother was because he was watching over said injury. If you got hurt in the minors right now, but said sponsors are not dragging our name through the dirt in later years here."
"So after chapter 3, the rights end there after that right now." he said and Estevez nodded sternly in agreement. "Agreed, you guys are my pride, just what happened to us in sum years, playing for fun to becoming the Hawks dressed in Duck jerseys." he said sternly and Orion nodded then in agreement. "These idiot sponsors and we already kept the sponsor deal with Ducksworth, you quit, at the firm, but this was your last season, you're working outside it."
"At the firm, Ducksworth doesn't mind, they're sorry to see you leave right now in truth, but you got connections with them and you're the team lawyer. And in addition to the head coach later on, but that situation at the academy right now. Is based on the fact my current set right now are ticked we beat them and their brothers." he said and Estevez nodded gently at that remark as he went over that to him at that gently at that.
"I take it the brothers of your version just did something?" they heard in response and he looked over his shoulder at a man his age then as Charlie looked from him to Orion and smiled. "Dad, we just found your media self now." he said and the man smiled as he got it. "Chapter 3, you want me to play your father as the new coach of the team, son?" Jeff Nordling asked him smiling gently and he nodded to him then as he said it then.
"Yeah, but unknown to the Hawks or their brothers, the current JV Varsity, when you make your appearance, was you been training us for years. And in between seasons, your connection to us was you are mom's ex husband. And when we were toddlers, a year old, you divorced, but it's not on your basic problems now here. But she didn't want you to just give up your shot into the pros right now, but she still loves you in truth."
"It took another 9 years for you to make that choice to quit on your own as you lost 9 years in my case, you quit after my sister was injured last year right now. And after getting a job at the academy you became a hockey coach since now. And we walked right into each other at my current age, as a result, you guys decided on this. Together went to a joint custody arrangement now." he said and Nordling nodded gently at the news.
"The connection slammed into place after 3 encounters: the first being after the latest said prank that nearly totaled your car a second time. Said by these idiots and I'll tell you later, the second was after Adam's ex trio jumped us. And you caught the tail end of the attempted mugging and the last was after we gained our new name. Uniforms and the realization you're both no longer Hawks, but Ducks." he said and he nodded gently then.
"I take I said something that brought me in 4 years too soon?" he asked and Charlie nodded smiling. "Yeah you said if we ever had need for a back up coach give you a call, after telling you where mom works. I didn't need to, as you dropped by the diner itself, but the immediate reaction of seeing me hugging you said it all. Before the bomb got dropped: I just walked right into you as my father." he said and Nordling nodded smiling.
"It's been a few weeks since our meeting, but in that time, I nearly called you by the parent title 50 times in like 5 weeks, till mom dropped the bomb, you are my father. And that did it now, as you're a pro, and I'm a peewee player, so I made my choice here. To play for you, as you're coaching at the academy, apply there." he added and the actor nodded as Emilio chuckled. "Well no need to choose the next one now, you did it for me." he said and Nordling nodded, smiling.
"Let me take a guess, but I tried to arrest these guys, but not realizing I arrived on the scene for said attempted mugging, they knew my warning shout. But never saw my face, but you knew that tone in my voice instantly and hearing it called out to the trio. You and your friend immediately come to my car to talk to me?" he asked and Charlie nodded. "It's issues in being a coach and teacher that the instant reaction of responding here."
"To our coach's voice snapped into place and we started following you like ducklings to their father duck and you knew the link was complete. After the mutiny, we called a team/family meeting and I exposed what Peter heard. But these idiots couldn't believe I turned them in for said prank, or the fact we turned on them completely. But who wouldn't when their behavior endangers a baby sibling." he said and Nordling nodded.

Through his fur and he started purring. "Spike." She said smiling and he gave her a purr then with a smile in his eyes as he pressed his forehead to her's and Orion chuckled. "Got a cat, but any adult owner that has one, said cat loves his or her humanoid kitten. Jason's my other best friend and the cat belongs to him and Annie here." he said and his double smiled and nodded as she left her head on the cat's and he purred gently to her.
"My friends are his kitten, to him me and my sister are adoptive and he loves my sister like his own kitten now, that everytime we get together. And for some family gang time, I find him sitting in her lap watching tv with her right now." he said and Estevez chuckled at the news then. "But she's 5, so cat bodyguard now right in truth, so sure we never needed to get a pet, but then when your best friend has a cat, next best thing now."
"As hearing we got a team get together and then hears the rest of the extended family are also coming by, he knows if I'm there and she's on her way as well. So my kitten wants a cat, okay, I am that cat, which I think is what the cat playing Spot. Now saw about Bill in the tv show." Charlie said and Orion's double started laughing at that. "That it you fluffball." he asked and he gave a confirming meow to him and they smiled then.
"Wanted a grey tabby anyway, he chose himself." Karen said in response and the cat gave a mew of agreement to that and he chuckled. "I'm a year old, so her this young, we grow old together." the cat said with two mews and purr and Orion chuckled at that remark. "So said boyfriend has to get your approval huh, Spike?" Charlie asked and he gave a mew. "She's mine, not sharing." he said and Orion started laughing at that.
"Uh oh, alright pal touch her like that he's going to beat the heck out of you, she belongs to him, so hands off." Estevez said laughing and Orion's double nodded with a chuckle. "My 5 year old step-daughter and 6 to 7 years she meets someone in middle school right now and he meets said suitor, the warning growl. And of keep your hands off my kitten is there, Spike's 8 years old by that point." Casey said crossing her arms with a smile.
"Annie brought Spike and Ginger along and they're making their own rounds around the children's ward and for baby, they decided to check on their kittens." the doctor said and the actors chuckled at the news. "That's the Halls family cats, they, the Avermans, Monroes, Tremaines, Goldbergs and Duncans are all family friends. But they, the Reeds and the Banks's are the majority of our team, but the sextet are your character's."
"In best friends, so to you the seven are like adopted children to your character in addition to us, so two real and 10 adopted as of right now." he said and he nodded as the cat looked at him and then looked between him and Estevez to Gordon and Orion and gave a mew. "Moving picture doubles, we're playing your kitten's litter training cats." Nordling said to him and he gave an understanding meow to the news gently at that.
"To get back to the original conversation, you're going to want to see this, as this is going to be you after we start school, if the probation for these idiots is the academy." Charlie said and he nodded as Orion stuck the video in the room VCR, so he could watch a few movies and they turned it on. "Fortunately the 7 of us are all acting like ducklings to father duck here, and my friends all love you like a father." he said and the actor nodded gently to him as he watched it.
"Cattle drive practice run, guys, you know watch it, before you run me down right now, if one of our sum players just happens to grow up a cowboy." he said and she started shaking in laughter. "Fast skating practice, dad, sorry, as..., right, time to practice without the symbol, no problem, dad." he said and he smiled then. 'There we go, my cub is ready to try it without the symbol now.' he thought gently at that remark then gently.
"Just came from a meeting with the Dean, Uncle Ted, if you're also not dressed for practice right now?" Guy asked and he nodded gently. "Yes that and and Jim told me what happened right now, so a certain someone is in big trouble here. Luis, what happened exactly if he body checked you into the locker?" he asked gently and Terry pretended to be said boy. "Crazy jealous boyfriend." he said and Orion nodded gently.
"Christina?" he asked him and he nodded. "That happens all the time, but you want to talk to her, do it when you got us in eye soar of said conversation. So they get rough and I'm making sure they miss practice for assault and battery unprovoked." he said and Terry and Tommy nodded to the orders. "They also snatched his lunch as well right now, we got these idiots about to start picking on us." Connie said to him and he nodded.
"I take it she means that version of the Varsity, our version's big brothers?" The actor asked and he nodded to him. "Yeah and in the words of Lawrence, you couldn't leave well enough alone, could you, you little twerp, no you had to push it, well now you're going to pay." he said and the actor crossed his arms sternly then. "Where's your brain you brat, you forget what time it is, or your surroundings here?" he said and Estevez nodded sternly in agreement to his opinion.
"Gentlemen, so help me I told you to stay clear of my team, you keep this up, you forfeit the match." he said sternly and Charlie nodded. "They keep it up and it's payback by spiking the lunch later, so get ready for the run. Now, out of the cafeteria right now." he said and Orion nodded sternly. "And if that's not thinking nothing is as they come after you and I'm standing in their way right now as I arrest these guys myself
"Right no, but I guess they forgot about those cherry bombs, and what they did to you and your sister and I am never letting that go. I hate the board and the Varsity with everything in me, because they almost took you guys away from me." he said and Charlie nodded gently. "But as for this right now in truth at the moment, I take it the meeting with the Dean was over our idea we all know these guys are still holding it."

"Yes and I figured I was going to walk into another kidding around skating practice, but I wasn't expecting that right now. And the relaxed and casual tone with Orion as he said it gently. "Before you say it Peter, don't bother, in switching coaches we become said new one's team now. But thing of it is we already were his team, before he started on us next right now. He's Coach Bombay's co-coach, and in the time he was busy with something else, dad was training us. I been looking forward to this for 4 years, since I found him." he said and Orion smiled then.
"Us too Peter, Uncle Ted us a great mentor." Connie said gently then. "Dad, uncle?" Karp repeated and Charlie nodded sternly then. "Forgot the day that Charlie turned you into me and I became your current coach's co-coach, did we?" The actor asked and they swallowed hard at his remark and he nodded sternly. "I'll take that reaction for a yes, but that was then, this is now and this time, you won't be getting me off your cases, as your probation is under me, boys."

The Hawks are once again our biggest rivals and though they never met the sextet, not yet. I just enhanced the arsenal we have and upgraded some of the movies we created. So go ahead and tell him son." Orion said and he nodded as he looked betwen them firmly.
"You forgot the day you met him after I exposed you lied to the others, didn't you, different sweater. Let alone not carrying a hockey stick or hockey gloves and not wearing skates right now that day?" Charlie asked and they paled at his remark as they de-aged him and went white. "You know the routine to why we dress so warmly in here, though us players really work up a sweat, we need to dry off, but to the coaches now."

The sweater he was dressed in was a bright red one with a zipper down the front of it now. Before I handle it right now, but you guys, when are you going to learn right now exactly."
"Gordon chose the school as the reform school, me as your probationary officer right now." he said pleasantly, though he had a slightly stern tone in his voice and they swallowed hard at his remark then shaking. "Didn't see that coming guys, the 14 of us don't mind right now, but we're one, you're the outsider, the team is probation now." Charlie asked and Orion nodded as he pretended to point his hockey stick at them.

If Jesse's father leaves on a business trip right now, but paternal coach, aside from your mother. But your parents's best friend, though your mother and me, we took a step back, it's nothing changes. You became everything I wanted you to." Nordling said smiling and he nodded gently.
"In honesty I'm not surprised Gordon chose the academy as this is a better alternative then reform school right now in truth here. But it it means tougher teachers and just so you know, Kristen's sister, remember your principal. And at your elementary school now, her sister is your science teacher, she's working here right now." he said and they broke out in a sweat then, realizing they just put under direct supervision of their ex principal.

"Crazy day huh guys?" he asked and the team nodded. "Yeah we got the message loud and clear, study the past to create a better future and grades first over athletics." Charlie said and he nodded.
"Never gave you a chance to put it to use and instead call you like Reilly, saying what you trained us is like turning us into the hawks. Come on, give me a break, you're a great mentor, and it's because of you we won 3 state championships. And 1 global, you, your training, and we all love you like another father in the 10 of us Coach." Fulton said and he nodded. "I get it son, no need to defend me." he said, looking between them gently.
As Charlie crossed his arms. "The Ducks as Ducklings are dead here, but trying to lift off right now, we're still having lift off problems. And Goldberg had an un-directed detour this morning in getting up here, which explains here. In why I look like I ran through a water sprinker, I got blasted by the hose." he said and Orion nodded. "Lost control of the flying V till the detour lands you in the front position?" he asked and he nodded gently.
"It ended up on the overpass right above us and they had to do a 10ft jump to land back in line with us." Guy told him and he nodded. "Watch those jumps or you're to break your ankle next guys, but any pain this morning after doing that landing?" he asked and they shook their heads gently. "No Sir, we're okay right now, but teenage ducks our flying problems are resulting in these issues." he said and Orion nodded gently to him.
"We're missing 3, but the Halls are in Detroit till the showdown and same for Dean, dad, Mr. Portman's company sent him to Saint Paul, so afterwards he's coming here. But they're ready to start skating right now." Charlie told him and he nodded. "Got it, okay, Adam, you know what I need from you just stick with Holland and your brother. Stay clear of the others, they're as bad as the Hawks." he said and Charlie crossed his arms.
"Issues in the business role call of calling a team meeting before the season even starts and right now it's preventing the trouble from starting. Alright you guys, if these guys are getting that rough stay clear till the showdown right now. And let me know in case of any further jokes, so I can catch these guys in the middle of trying to chase you down." he said and Charlie nodded. "Such as the darn car incident." he said and Orion nodded then.
"Expecting trouble?" Averman asked Charlie and he smiled. "No and don't start, Les'." he said and Orion nodded. "No kidding and that's enough of that already." he said and then said it to head off the oncoming blame game. "And I don't care who started it between you guys, I'm ending it." he said and the sextet started laughing and he nodded. "Yeah nothing changes, no matter how old you get." he said to that with a bemused smile then.
"And far more relaxed then it would be if we never met you back then, but then why not, you been training us for 4 years between game seasons. And we never been happier to have you take over, that tone in your voice we're used to it right now. But clearly these guys never expected to see us this close to you and forgot said family/team meeting." Charlie said and he nodded in agreement with a gentle smile in his eyes then.
"He knows everything already, and you guys are this casual with him over the age switch?" Karp said in shock. "He's my father you two, this was why the 7 of us were looking at him so happily right now, we been training with him. And when Coach is not here, their parents are his, dad's, best friends, but to us, sure a tough coach. But that's what we love about him, if you never knew this about the military for the training now."

'Yeah there we go, any normal captain after switching coaches would be feeling crushed at losing his captaincy, but my son, he's strong right now.'

"Yeah and I turned into a teenage you now, dad." he said and Connie hid a chuckle at that and he nodded gently.
"Yes, and remember don't get smart with me wise guy." he said and she started laughing at that and he nodded as he looked at her. "Alright baby, laugh it up, before I really give you something to laugh about." he said and she nodded as she tried to pull herself together. "Not what you were expecting when he's acting like a father with the rest of the team, aside from me, my sister is the other reason, father all the time here now."
"So watch it with the attitude." he said and Orion nodded to that. "And anyway only I can get away with the joking manner and I'm currently about to start practicing. As I'm about to go without the C right now, but we're his team now and he's choosing the captain. As without or without it, I can lead the team easily, but that's the difference. I don't need a symbol to prove it, it's the authority in my voice that proves right now in truth here."

So tell me Peter, you want that responsibility right now, I can do this as I proved it, time and time again. And now a test of authority without my 'C' no problem, my authority shows even without the symbol." he said and Orion smiled proudly and the duo looked at him in shock at his knowledge then.
"That's just what I want to hear right now, you understand the downsides of being a captain, you also show the authority even without the symbol right now. On a hold kiddo, just until the trial period leading into the showdown, son." he said and he nodded smiling and he went to parade rest and the 9 smiled at Charlie with affection then. "Yes Sir, as for this, I think that was a challenge." he said and Orion nodded firmly then to him.
