Author's Notes

In Domino, an event ...

Yukiko is surprised when ...

A supreme being decides ...

Yo!

The fanfiction couples are going to be: Atemu&Yuugi, Seto&Kisara (Blueshipping), Honda&shizuka, (Ardentshipping), Mahaado&Isis (Aweshipping), Jounouchi&Nuru, Pegasus&Cecilia (Roseshipping), Leonhart&Mana (Fairytalesshipping).

As you can see, the only yaoi will be from Atemu and Yuugi. It's just that in relation to others, I can't make any pair different than those.

Believe me when I say that I couldn't give them other pairs.

I want to warn you that the Yukiko that appears in this fanfiction is the same Yukiko, millennia after the events of "Two hearts and one destiny", from another universe and the special fanfiction "Inevitable".

I post and update this fanfiction on AO3, Nyah! Fanfiction and Wattpad. I cover all chapters. Unfortunately, I can't put covers on the fanfiction.

Have a good reading ^ ^

Chapter 1 - Unexpected event

For those looking from the street, the sky was cloudy, indicating that it would rain in the city of Domino.

There were several people strolling the streets, while others were immersed in their obligations, none of whom knew that an event would occur that would cause several changes such as a domino effect, such as the name of the city, while the municipality would have to deal with with an unexpected event.

Such changes, drastic in some respects, would cause a being to intervene. A being that only observed all universes, without intervening in any of them, at least until now.

While the city was teeming with several people moving around the streets and establishments, as well as moving around in homes, dealing with their own affairs or relaxing, few dedicated themselves to looking at the sky that was overcast and that hid, above the charged clouds, a sort of portal that had been opened, abruptly.

From that portal emerged a huge monster that resembled a purple-colored dog with sharp horns, similar to a bull, and he was chased relentlessly by an immense white dragon.

When this dragon saw the city teeming beneath them, she was horrified and concentrated her sacred snow on her wings, causing a violent blizzard to appear, temporarily blinding the monster when it was hit by the snow at the same time as the ice crystals lashed out at her. skin when cutting it, then, she wields the club at the tip of its tail, breaking the bones of its enemy's hind leg, making it whine, while throwing it away.

She is relieved to see that the impact threw him dozens of kilometers from the city, while maintaining his advance, to hit him again with the club, aiming to keep him as far as possible, while causing serious damage, as he needed to eliminate it as soon as possible, because it was a monster that absorbed vital energy from living beings and all she needed less was that it ended up killing the people of that place, in addition to the others it killed in the other universe.

However, in its fury, the monster growls violently and its cruel red eyes shine, causing fireballs to rise above their heads that descend like flaming projectiles towards the city.

Quickly, Yukiko flapped her wings strongly to intercept everyone, using the power of her ice, since she was a dragon of sacred snow, aiming to destroy all the flaming spheres, before they crashed into the city, thanking her for the experience she had when he faced Raa in Yokushinryuu in the other universe when having to battle against him, when the Egyptian God was in the form of a phoenix.

However, one of them manages to pass through the dragon and reaches one of the districts of the city, generating a violent explosion to Yukiko's horror.

Then, she starts to growl furiously when looking at her advancing enemy, with her managing to dodge his attack, and then bury her claws in his back, making him cry out in pain, then hitting his club in the side soft from the abdomen of his enemy, causing great damage, making him golf in agony, and then, throwing him into the air.

Smiling sadistically, she brandishes her tail with all the fury she felt and manages to shoot it hundreds of kilometers away, making it crash with a crash into a forested area, far from the affected city.

Even having several internal organs injured by the attack, the being tries weakly to stand up, while the dragon landed in front of her, with a sadistic smile playing in its jaws, while she asked:

"Let´s Play a Game?"

That face that she displayed left him terrified, with the same whimpering, as he struggled weakly to get away until he is trapped by chains of ice, with the snowing dragon waving his index finger in a negative gesture, while speaking with a smile on his face. jaws that was simply terrifying, along with the tone used and that was of genuine joy, like a child who had won such a desired gift and did not want to finish playing so soon:

"We barely started playing. We have all the time of the world. This is incredible, right?" She speaks with excitement, while the monster cried desperately, begging for clemency, not knowing that the word clemency was outside the vocabulary of that dragon of the sacred snow."

Meanwhile, in Domino, there is an unrestrained rush of people terrified and without knowing where they should run, along with the trail of destruction, being able to hear the screams of despair echoing in the streets, while chaos prevailed.

Emergency teams worked hard to rescue the wounded, with volunteers helping the teams while the death count was taking place.

The area that was affected was one of the most populous. Where there used to be houses, only rubble remained. There were some traces of construction that were still up, looming over the horizon like stoic survivors of destruction.

Journalists and TV broadcasters struggled to try to capture or find out what happened, while several rumors of such destruction began to emerge, ranging from the explosion of the underground gas pipeline to a terrorist attack, although they did not understand why Japan was elected as target.

A few hours later, other theories and hypotheses emerged, with many of these based on details of the crime scene that was immense and whose task of rescuing survivors and removing bodies would take several weeks, even with the exemplary Japanese efficiency in managing disasters, once that Japan suffered from earthquakes, tidal waves, tsunamis and tornadoes.

Meanwhile, the reports of people who saw huge shadows from the sky, moments before the explosion, were summarily discarded, as they considered the result of the shock they suffered, while ufologists credited such visions to aliens, giving rise to the theory of the origin of an alien invasion. and who chose the city of Domino as a test for a future large-scale attack.

In the end, these reports of huge shadows in the sky that were the real cause of destruction, in this case, one of them, were discarded, being credited only on modification in the hands of ufologists and any other current of thought that dealt with aliens.

A few weeks later, after Yukiko tortured the monster, she decides to check the damage in the city, while feeling guilty, no matter how much she knew she had done everything to save the city.

After all, the monster opened the portal and she tried desperately to get him out of the city. It was he who launched the attack, with her struggling hard to block all attacks, except for one who managed to get past her and as she thought about it, she discovered that the damage could have been much worse, had she not blocked all the others.

Her mind screamed that there was nothing she could have done, because she had done everything and her act of stopping all other attacks, prevented a disaster, even worse.

However, a small part of her refused to accept this view and condemned it, relentlessly, pointing her condemning finger at her, making her sigh heavily, while missing Yuugi, knowing that for many millennia, he no longer existed and front at this mention, she remembers Ancient Egypt from another universe.

She takes on a human form and starts walking through the streets, heading for the epicenter of the destruction, watching the destruction desolate, as she learned of the balance of dead and wounded that made her feel bad.

Then, the albino sees a boy, next to a gentleman, thinking he was his grandfather. The little one was holding a bouquet of flowers in his hands, depositing it with the others who were lined up in front of the disaster zone and as he approached the flowers, Yukiko realized that they were tributes to the dead and loved ones lost in the catastrophe, being that boy displayed teary orbs as he looked at the flowers.

Looking more closely at the boy who was comforted by his grandfather, Yukiko is stunned. His tricolored hair and expressive amethyst eyes were identical to his childhood friend from another universe, and he always saw him as a beloved son, making him feel motherly love for him, with this feeling resurfacing when looking at him.

Then, the albino starts to cry, while murmuring in a choked voice, being thrilled to see him again, even if he was just a counterpart:

"Yuugi-chan ..."

The boy turns his head and looks at the woman with long white hair, with some strands being tied behind her head by a blue satin bow, while the long strands, held by a blue bow, with a stir on each side of the face, he found himself resting placidly on her chest, with the albino having blue eyes like the most beautiful sapphire, while wearing a beautiful blue dress that went up to the ankle, with a matching jacket that covered her shoulders and arms.

Around his neck was a golden necklace with strange designs and a sapphire as a pendant, Sugoroku Mutou recognizing the designs on the necklace as being hieroglyphics. She also wore sandals with golden details.

Yukiko was thrilled to have seen a counterpart of her friend from another universe, because Yuugi passed away millennia ago, from one of the places she came from and all that was left were the memories of the time she lived with him, while cursing her ephemeral life of humans.

She was so touched to see his counterpart that she couldn't stop pearly tears from spilling out of her orbs.

Yuugi is alarmed to see her cry, making him worried, being approached, asking gently:

"Is everything okay with you, oba-san (aunt)? Did you lose someone?"

His grandfather approaches and asks curiously, because he noticed that she had cried with emotion when she saw her grandson:

"Have we met before?"

The albino understands the reason for the boy's grandfather's question, as he must have noticed her emotional tears when he saw Yuugi.

Furthermore, she realized that the man in front of her was a counterpart to Shimon who lived in Ancient Egypt in another universe. He was Grand Vizier and Royal Advisor to Pharaoh Atemu, in addition to having been one of the members of the Rokushinkan (Six Priests) who served Pharaoh Akhenamkhanen by having Sennenjou (Millennium Key) in his hands in the past, before handing him over to Shadi who succeeded him as a member of the Rokushinkan who served Pharaoh Atemu, son of Akhenamkhanen.

"No. Yuugi resembles a friend of mine who died a few years ago. We were childhood friends and he was just like you. Why are you crying?"

The boy's expressive amethyst orbs, whose color embarrassed the most beautiful amethyst, are choked with tears and he lowers his head, with his grandfather stroking the grandson's head affectionately, while speaking in a rueful tone:

"His parents died in that explosion."

She opens her eyes wide and feels an intense and suffocating guilt taking it. The pain was indescribable and the voice that screamed that she had no guilt fell silent, because, even though this was the truth, the discovery of having caused so much pain and suffering to a counterpart of her beloved childhood friend from another universe, made the her heart bleed in agony and, as in the other universe, seeing his suffering was worse than any torture, with guilt suffocating her with his cruel arms, while brutally compressing her heart.

She cries again, this time with sadness and pain, while trying futilely to contain the tears that fell copiously from her orbs, while she fell on her knees with her hands on her face, feeling the pain and grief engulfing her, being she was helpless in the face of the overwhelming pain and guilt that was taking her at that moment and cutting her like a relentless knife.

"Are you all right, oba-san?" Yuugi asks, worried.

"Are you okay?" his grandfather asks.

After a few minutes, she clenches her teeth and manages to get up, containing the pain, the desolation and the sadness, at least temporarily, so that she could compose herself, although it was superficially, because her interior was in an emotional chaos.

The reason for doing so was to reassure them, especially Yuugi, with her motherly stroking his hair, being pleased to see that they believed she had recovered.

Then, she hears a voice that seemed to come from her mind, although she was not so sure, being an ethereal voice that radiated power and wisdom:

"Take your true form and fly. I will open a portal for you. "

For some reason she could not describe, she felt that she must find that being.

In addition, the tone of voice and the feeling that passed, indicated that it was not prudent to challenge it.

Then, she recovered from her emotional state, although inside she was in chaos due to the pain and the ferocious and brutal guilt that was installed in her heart, she says, trying to give her best smile:

"I'm fine. Thanks. I have to go."

She speaks and strokes motherly again, Yuugi's spiky tricolored hair, while saying goodbye to him and his grandfather, returning to the path he took to approach the place, with his grandfather and grandson returning to pray for the boy's parents. .

As the albino walked the streets, she heard only the commotion and cries of pain, as well as seeing the unbridled tears bathing people's faces, while she regretted that she had not lasted longer, as she found those weeks of daily and relentless torture , very little for the consequences of his attack.

After leaving the place, she uses her magic to be invisible when entering an alley, then assuming its true form as it ascended to the skies, passing over the clouds, while imagining the place where the portal would materialize. .

Suddenly, a portal appears in front of you and it opens, allowing your passage.

The right thing would be for her to be afraid to go to a place she did not know, just because an ethereal voice so desired.

However, something compelled her to see the owner of the voice, in addition to feeling that it was not wise to challenge the request that was made.

Therefore, after swallowing, she goes to the portal and enters it, with the same closing behind her, while crossing a multicolored corridor, being something usual and proper for portals.

Then, when she leaves, she is amazed to see a version of herself, practically colossal, that exuded immeasurable power and intimidating presence. In the big blue orbs, because it was gigantic, there was endless wisdom. Yukiko never felt so insignificant as at that moment, while she was astonished to find that the being in front of her was also a snow dragon, probably divine, as well as the albino who starts to question, mentally, what such a powerful being wanted. with someone like her.

As if reading her thoughts, the dragon speaks with an ethereal voice and a professorial look:

"My name is Yukiko, too. My full name is Yukiko Tsukishiro. I am the Supreme Goddess Dragon Creator of Multiverses. I am the one who created all the universes, and millions of years or millennia after the creation of the universes, my counterparts were born, one per created universe. Of course, it was not in all universes that some of my counterparts were born. In addition, the overwhelming majority have the appearance of a divine snow dragon, others have a different appearance, such as half saiyans, hanyou and other hybrid species. Those in the shape of a snow dragon become sacred. Believe me when I say that you are the first counterpart of mine who sees me personally and considering what you sacrificed, don't be surprised to see me" A small smile appears in his immense jaws when he sees the stunned face of his counterpart. "In my opinion it is well unusual to know a counterpart of mine. And yes, I have a human-like shape, just like you."

Albino is at a loss for words when he hears what that being of unimaginable powers said, taking too long to assimilate everything that was said, while realizing that she had created that crystal and in fact, had seen its shape, although it was not clear and remembering what she sacrificed, she cannot help feeling sad until she recovers, leaving her thoughts when the colossal dragon, says:

"I haven't taken a more practical form in a while."

Her body glows, generating a strong light and only when the flash has dissipated, Yukiko managed to open her eyes, being astonished to see an older version of her, with richly adorned robes that exuded her superiority, while her blue eyes remained exuding wisdom. Her hair was white and long, like hers, and her skin was as clear as snow, with blue orbs like two sapphires watching her closely.

Promptly, the young woman assumes her human form and when comparing both, they were like a mirror, safeguarding the differences as the older appearance and that exuded wisdom, in addition to an immeasurable power.

Even, apart from detailed questions, they were the same.

The albino wanted to say something, but the intimidating presence of the powerful being in front of her, whether intentional or not, together with the power that emanated from her, made her shrink and lose any voice.

Yukiko Tsukishiro speaks with an ethereal voice and a kind look:

"Rarely, any counterpart of mine has the honor of meeting me. Usually, I look at my counterparts' various universes and just watch. Sometimes, I wanted to intervene, but I didn't. I confess that my interference in this aspect is unusual. But my children, Ryuusou and Koorishiro, who have raised the status of Supreme Gods dragons of the Multiverse, have a natural tendency to intervene. I never had any interest, at least, until now. At one time or another I acted in the interest of my puppies, but I just watch."

Yukiko manages to gain courage in her heart, feeling that she was coming from outside, questioning if it was some influence of the Supreme Goddess Dragon Creator of Multiverses in front of her to say something.

The albino did not know that her hypothesis was correct, as Yukiko Tsukishiro noticed that she was feeling intimidated by his presence and did not want a monologue.

"Why did you call me?"

"I want to find out why my children are so interested in intervening. I must confess that I was curious."

Young Yukiko opens and closes her mouth, processing what she said, while looking in disbelief at the immeasurably powerful being in front of her, because what she heard was something that even in her most surreal dreams she would not think of hearing and that was at odds completely what I expected from being as imposing and powerful as the one in front of you.

"I saw your reaction to discover the consequences of the explosion and that this event ended up intervening in some events and happenings inherent to Yuugi. Know that some of these have been beneficial, despite destruction and death."

"For Yuugi-chan it was disastrous. Just him, my childhood friend's counterpart." She comments in a sad sigh, feeling her heart narrow when she remembers the tears in the amethyst orbs.

"Are you fully aware that he is from a different universe than you came from? The past of this universe is too different."

"Yuugi is Yuugi, no matter what universe he belongs to. Therefore, he will always be my most precious friend, since I see him as a dear son."

The Supreme Goddess Dragon Creator of the Multiverses smiles and consents, saying:

"I agree with you and know that I think he's cute, too. It makes you want to keep it in a jar" Yukiko is surprised by the confession. "That would be the other reason to intervene, while I want to find out what motivates my quarrelsome children to intervene. Speaking of intervention, are you willing to intervene in this universe? I feel your intense guilt that brutally compresses your heart and that this feeling consumes you relentlessly. Know that there was nothing you could do. It was not your fault but a fatality."

"I know that ... But I can't get rid of that feeling." she says, touching the necklace that had the sapphire, remembering that it was the Yuugi from another universe who gave it to her as a gift."

"What do you think about living in that universe? You can change your age and you could live with the cute Yuugi-chan. Even though he is another Yuugi, Yuugi is Yuugi, as you said, earlier. In addition, you will discover other consequences of this unexpected event. You have always been fond of Kisara and Nuru. Well, there is a counterpart from Kisara and one from Nuru thanks to what happened. It is like I said. There are events that came for good and others that came for evil. Of course, the explosion caused an unimaginable domino effect. But what are other events or situations with third parties, unrelated to Yuugi-chan and the others? Of course, some consequences will radiate to him. You will be able to intervene in certain events and not in others, because it is necessary for the human spirit to undergo certain trials to become stronger. Therefore, a situation that may be bad for Yuugi-chan, for example, may become necessary for his strengthening or for him to understand and know Atemu, to whom he is predestined and vice versa. As for other events, they are unnecessary and can be modified, as you can save lives that were originally lost, as well as you can punish those who deserve greater punishment."

"Saving lives that originally would be lost, as well as, can punish those who deserve a bigger punishment, wouldn't it be to modify the timeline even more, more than it has already been modified?"

"Well, let's face it, what are a few drops of water on a soggy table? Or, what are mere drops in a lake? Nothing. They are insignificant events that are not even recorded. So saving lives that fit that would be nothing more than drops in a lake. If you take several drops to drop them in a container, you will have a small amount of water and if it is a considerable amount, it will cause a considerable ripple in a lake or will increase the water stain a little when you drop the contents you have . That is, you will have to be overly careful in your interventions. Everything will depend on the context and the consequences of saving those lives, reaping them or punishing them. You can leave a living being until you decide to discard it because it is unnecessary, for example. Everything will depend on your sieve and judgment relevant to the facts to analyze the context in which that event or being is inserted to determine whether or not it can change its future. I trust your judgment."

"How am I supposed to know all this?" She asks, arching her brow, pondering the extremely attractive proposal of the supreme being in front of her.

"You would have to accept having knowledge of everything that will happen, even before it occurs and the past events that should have happened had it not been for this explosion. In addition, there will be some additional events because of the attack. He drew too much attention."

Yukiko thinks about Yuugi's suffering and even though she has no guilt, she couldn't help but blame herself and decides that she would live with the burden of knowing what happened before it happened, being happy to have the freedom to change events, punish beings or take lives, depending on their importance or how they are inserted in the original events, while taking due care with the consequences of their actions.

In fact, she will need to properly judge the situation, together with the necessary knowledge of the events relevant to Yuugi, either directly or indirectly, to make her decision to intervene or not against that being or event.

She looks at the Supreme Goddess Dragon Creator of the Multiverses and nods, displaying determination in her blue orbs.

She smiles and creates an iridescent sphere, handing it to the young woman, while speaking:

"Touch this sphere and you will have the memories and events of that universe, both what should have occurred originally and the future changes from the explosion, and you will acquire the power of the visions, even when you modify them. You can even see the future consequences of your interventions in advance. Probably, adding so much knowledge and acquiring such capacity will make you have lacerating and indescribable pains. After going through this ordeal you will be able to distinguish the origin and be able to organize them mentally in the way that suits you best. The lacerating and indescribable pains are due both to the flow of information and to the conditioning of your mind to manage that information, together with the fact of gaining this power. Believe me, the pain is immeasurable. Still, do you want to acquire that knowledge?"

Yukiko remembers Yuugi, in addition to remembering that she could see Kisara and Nuru again, in this case, their counterparts and that she would not only take care of Yuugi, but also, she would take care of Kisara and Nuru.

Without any hesitation in her eyes, she takes the sphere and concentrates.

Then, an intense glow occurs and then the globe disappears, while Yukiko screamed lacerately, feeling that her brain was being torn in two and that her skull was breaking, with her holding her head, while rolling in pain, screaming and crying in agony, for it was an indescribable pain, since he had the impression that he was fading in the face of the intense agony he felt and the immeasurable pain, as he had been warned.

The lacerating and brutal pain lasts for several minutes, while the Supreme Goddess Dragon Creator of the Multiverses austerely observed the agony of a transcendental pain that one of her counterparts felt, while she had protected her hearing from the visceral screams that it emitted.

After a few minutes that seemed like hours, Yukiko's body trembles and she stops moving, breathing heavily through gusts of air, while tremors reminiscent of the lacerating pains she had felt, still lashed her body, with the albino feeling that her his throat, which had been damaged by the screams of deep agony he gave off, was healing.

A few minutes later, all the pains ceased making her feel a slight headache that gradually dissipated, as the memories were embedded in their proper origins, with her taking a few minutes to organize them mentally, deciding that later, she would categorize them. more appropriately, being that he felt his mind strange, believing that it was a consequence of the use of that sphere when assimilating the capacity to use the power of the visions, while feeling that he could invoke any memory, if he wished, for a better analysis.

She comes out of her thoughts with the ethereal voice, causing her to turn her head to the source of the voice, while rising, feeling a slight dizziness that dispersed as quickly as it came:

"In a few days, the distinction of memories will be perfectly normal. The sphere is helping her to organize the information. You can access them whenever you want. This will allow for a more adequate judgment and with a broad view of the events inherent to that situation, being or event, together with the anticipated views of the consequences of their acts, before executing them. Remember that any act of yours will have a consequence, whether insignificant or not."

"In fact, these memories and knowledge will help my judgment." She says, while consenting.

In this, the Supreme Goddess Dragon Creator of the Multiverses concentrates and in her hands, objects created from her powers appear, leaving Yukiko gaping, for later, she approaches her.

The albino observes the items in the hands of the supreme being, identifying one of them as a bracelet that had a small jewel in blue, in addition to some items in the form of crystals, making her look at Yukiko Tsukishiro who explains what the items were , leaving her surprised.

"I will take you back to that universe and you will approach Yuugi. You now have the knowledge about the counterpart of Kisara and Nuru, of this universe."

"Yes. I have no words to describe how thankful I am for the chance to redeem myself, thus appeasing the guilt that consumes me, besides being able to take care of Yuugi-chan, Kisara-chan and Nuru-chan." She speaks respectfully.

'I will observe your actions from here. It will probably be very interesting to see the consequences of the changes. I have high expectations for that."

Then, a portal appears and Yukiko goes through it, looking for its counterpart that assumes its true size and shape, returning where it was, in this case, surrounded by countless universes.

Well, it was the impression that Yukiko had when looking at the strange and equally ethereal space around her.

After crossing the portal, she decides to prepare herself to be able to be close to Yuugi-chan, Kisara-chan and Nuru-chan, and she would need to polish some details, before she could approach her dear friends, taking due care to assume a appearance pertinent to their age, discovering that it would not be so difficult to pretend that it was a child to approach them.

She confessed that she was too anxious to see them again.
