Yuugi stays ...

Chapter 14 - The Atemu's preoccupation

Far from there, indifferent to the plans that were drawn against him, Yuugi talked animatedly with his friends, ignoring the jealous looks of the other boys.

Meanwhile, inside the pieces of Sennen Pazuru, Atemu, who was sitting on a kind of throne that was inside a room, more precisely in the chamber of his soul in the form of a labyrinth and with several traps to stop any intruder, felt the his forces returning, as well as his magic that returned with force, although he knew that he would not be able to bring forth his original body and height.

Therefore, he knew that he would be obliged to monitor his host's height, at least, for some time.

Even so, his magic level reached a level that could overwhelm Yuugi to distribute the justice that the boy deserved.

After all, during all these years, the young man always suffered, although he had his friends, mainly Yukiko, for what he learned from the memories he received from the young man, who protected him fiercely from the bullies, together with Kisara and Nuru.

Even so, there were times when he was bullied, with Atemu realizing that it was because of his appearance and his heart of gold, that together with his gentility, kindness and pure heart he was despised by many who made him his target. Pharaoh confessed that he felt an intense desire to condemn darkness to a Yami no Game, banishing them to the kingdom of darkness forever.

Currently, after analyzing his future host, he realized that his body would be able to deal with the power of Sennensui (Sennen Pazuru).

Therefore, the spirit decided that he no longer needed to prevent him from completing the item and so the tanned removed the magic that impregnated one of the golden pieces after mentally tracking it, allowing his host to finish assembling Sennen Aitemu while he confessed that he was too anxious to temporarily take control of Yuugi's body as much as he wanted to distribute the due justice that the young man deserved by punishing those who invaded the border of Yuugi's heart and his friends.

As the years went by, assimilating the thoughts that the young man had when holding the pieces while fitting them, as well as his memories and feelings, he felt that his instinct for overprotection of his host grew exacerbated. All he wanted was to be able to protect him from the world that didn't deserve him. The spirit wanted to protect him from pain and suffering by giving his all and if he had to use magic against his host to subdue him and make him fall asleep by force so that he could take his body temporarily to punish those who dared to cross the border of your host's heart, so he would do.

After all, he did not have his own body and would depend exclusively on the young man's body at the same time that he was aware that it would only be a temporary loan and then he should give it back while he should keep Yuugi unaware of what was happening at those moments because of the heart of gold that would never accept what he wished to do against his enemies at the same time that he needed to take due care to avoid unnecessary use of the teenager's body who could begin to notice these memory lapses and might not want to keep the item with him, something Atemu did not want because he depended on Sennen Pazuru's contact against his host's body to force a change of mind with him when using his magic.

If Yuugi happened to be afraid to take the item close to him, Pharaoh would use his magic to make him want to take Sennen Pazuru with him for his own good.

Making these decisions according to his unwavering belief in what was the best course of action and decisions for his host in order to protect and care for him, he decides to let his mind wander while remembering the light that radiated from the heart of the young man and who was so warm that he became a necessary balm for Atemu, making him swear to himself that he would never let that light go out.

After all, he was addicted to her and he didn't want to lose her.

However, he felt that the strange force that wished to unite both, would end up taking care of that part, making the young man unable to be without the item, even suffering from memory lapses and if in fact, this strange force that he did not understand wherever he came, he would take care of that, Pharaoh would be more than grateful because he did not like the idea of intervening with his host, more than would be necessary, at least in the beginning.

Because of the years of contact with Yuugi through the pieces, the spirit was able to perceive the presence of the boy next to him, in addition to hearing the boy's thoughts the night before, which consisted of taking Sennen Pazuru's golden box to school to finish of set up when feeling that he would be able to finish.

The tanned-skinned spirit confessed that he didn't think it was a good idea because there were many thieves in the world and the pieces, as well as the box, were made of gold and this could attract those who wanted to steal the item.

However, his concern did not involve only thieves because there was a pair of boys who bullyed his host whenever Yukiko, Nuru and Kisara were not close to him.

So he feared that someone would do something with the gold box or end up stealing it to sell for a small fortune on the black antiques market and thinking about it, his mind ends up focusing on Jounouchi and Honda, according to what he discovered from the fragments of memories and thoughts of his host in the moments when he touched the pieces while he ardently longed to have full and total access to the young man's memories in order to be able to make his own judgment instead of relying, nowadays, only on Yuugi's judgment.

Of course, there were others who practiced bullying, but Katsuya and Hiroto were the ones who most tormented Mutou, wounding him verbally as well as physically.

Then, thinking of the teenager's judgment, he sighs heavily, massaging the sides of his head because he couldn't rely on the young man's judgment.

After all, Yuugi's judgment was affected by his virtuous heart, full of kindness and gentility to the point of forgiving his attackers, something Atemu expected, considering the noble and crystalline heart of his future host that made him a rare and priceless jewel , although that same heart causes some trouble, especially in the past.

Therefore, he wished to be able to make his own judgment according to all the information to be just in his decisions.

Regarding Jounouchi and Honda, Pharaoh confessed that he wished to drag them to a Yami no Game to make them pay for the psychological torments and physical aggressions that made their host pass. To hurt or make such a unique jewel suffer was unforgivable when he saw it.

Due to all these dangers, Yuugi's decision to take Sennen Pazuru to school had deeply displeased him, causing him to mutter curses against himself for not being able to influence the young man so as not to do this reckless act because he was still sealed in the item at the time at the same time that I was extremely worried about him to the point of fearing that something bad would happen to the young man.

As Atemu thought of his host's innocence in various matters, he was surprised to discover that despite everything the teenager suffered, he still had a childlike innocence and that this innocence did not alert him to the dangers of carrying something golden to a public place.

After all, the box was too flashy, making it an invitation to thieves and any other cruel person.

Even though he admired this childlike innocence together with the kind and gentle heart of the boy who did not have any malice or badness, the spirit agreed that these same characteristics that he so admired in the young man, ended up becoming the pivot for many of the problems that Yuugi had to face and that just didn't end up in something bad because of the intervention of his friends, with Pharaoh thanking from the heart that they didn't have a childlike innocence like his host had.

Atemu felt that he would only relax when the boy was back at his house with Sennen Pazuru with him and preferably mounted so that he could protect him and distribute the justice that the young man deserved.

Meanwhile, as Yuugi walked to the classroom with his friends, he was thoughtful about the fact that many considered him a genius because of his scores.

In fact, his grades were above average, but it didn't imply that he was a genius or something.

However, for him, those who had the right to own these titles were Yukiko, Nuru and Kisara because since elementary school, the three always competed in a healthy and equally friendly way in the scored.

Yuugi believed that his scores were good because he studied with them since they were children, with his friends always patiently explaining the points he had doubts, in addition to taking each other's lesson in mutual help.

Therefore, the young man did not think he was genuinely worthy of the title of being intelligent, but they, considering his intelligence below average, in his view, believing that it was a miracle that he got such a good score to the point of being mistakenly considered intelligent and while thinking about his friends, the teenager remembers them saying that in terms of games he was incredible, making him feel uncomfortable because he was also not so good, considering the level of the duelists he saw on TV and himself your grandfather's fame when you were younger.

In his view, he was a regular player, not being anything exceptional, reflecting himself at school, making him believe that he only got good grades thanks to the fact of studying with his friends and not for personal merit.

Atemu knew as well as Yukiko, Nuru and Kisara, that Yuugi had a very serious problem of self-confidence and that he always reduced himself to others no matter how much he demonstrated knowledge and aptitude for games, for example, in addition to being very intelligent with high marks being a his merit. In relation to the games it was something that was strongly impregnated in him and that was his natural vocation. His grandfather taught him since he was a child and nurtured his passion for games, saying several times that Yuugi had the same love and same fervor that he had, with him always telling fantastic stories of when he was known as the Master of the games when traveling around world in search of any challenging game, making him famous in the world of games from board, dice and even cards, always winning, no matter the game, causing many to beg to be his disciples.

Anyway, any game stimulated him like an elixir and he was proud to have traveled the world building his fame as Game Master to the point that the creator of Duel Monster created the Continuous Trap Card, Densetsu no Gyanburaa (伝 説 の ギ ャ ン ブ ラ ラ ー - The legendary player).

He even showed this Card to his grandson who was fascinated to see that the image was like a photo of his grandfather when he was young, swinging the dice in one of his hands.

The stories that his dear grandfather told have always fascinated Yuugi since he was small to the point of making his ears stick to stories full of action, adventures and challenges, even imagining the adventures that his grandfather told while experiencing them in your mind with the rich detail as it challenged experienced players to prove their superiority in the games.

After all, it was not for nothing that he was called Master of the Games. His friends also heard many of Sugoroku's stories from Yuugi.

When thinking about him, his thoughts took him to his dear grandfather's Duel Monster Deck, reminding him that he was still building his own Deck and that it was in the beginning because despite the game Duel Monster being famous in the west as a result of its creator being the American millionaire, Maximillion J. Pegasus, in the east he was not so popular yet, causing there to be a considerable difficulty in acquiring Cards, although this difficulty was being reduced gradually as the game gained notoriety and popularity in the east , with the promise of a Duel Monsters tournament in Japan.

His grandfather always showed his Deck to his grandson with Yuugi knowing all his Cards at the same time that he wished to have a Deck as good as his, which also taught him about the heart of the Cards, commenting that it didn't matter which game it was because there was always a heart in them and he needed to reach it.

The player, according to his grandfather, needed to trust and respect his dice, board and cards, thus making the heart of the dice, cards or any other object correspond to the heart of the player. That was what his grandfather believed in, with them always corresponding to his feelings according to Sugoroku.

This was the same mantra that Yuugi believed because he had been taught it since he was little, making it as natural as breathing.

Then, the teenager comes out of his thoughts when the class begins. Kisara sat in the wallet on his right and Nuru in the wallet on his left while Yukiko sat behind him, with the three unaware of the fact that the half dragon used their powers so that none of the other students chose those places on the first day and who has always done this since they were children so they could be together. Her choice of wallet behind her friend was to be on the lookout for any act of bullying, having a view of both the front, the sides and the back when turning her head slightly.
