Chapter 18 - The end of Atemu's investigation
Suddenly, a mysterious fog appears that surrounds them and when looking back, they see two bright and abnormally sized eyes, not being able to see that they belonged to a dragon until they see a huge snout and sharp fangs that fade in a fog, the making them terrified, making them imagine that they were seeing things that didn't exist.
After all, as they saw it, dragons did not exist.
Then, they notice that a hooded figure appears in the place of the dragon and it displays an immense scythe, making them scream in terror, with both of them running desperately from the place, showing the purest dread in their faces while they were even more terrified when not finding no door or building amidst the mist that lay like a cave in front of them, only to be terrified to see that the figure flew with its black hood fluttering. Yukiko had used magic to make his wings black, as well as covering himself with a black cloak to simulate that he was a reaper of death.
She chased them excitedly, delighting in the scent of fear that they exhaled and that reached their nostrils. The dragon princess could chase them at will because they were trapped in their magical mist and although they seemed to be running forward, both were running in circles because the fog drastically changed their orientation, giving the impression that they always ran forward.
Katsuya and Hiroto screamed in terror and desperately searched for a house or place to take shelter, unable to see anything, with the visibility being reduced the distance from a nose, causing them to only see each other, as they cried with fear.
Then, hiding in a dense fog, assuming its true form, he decides to proceed to the next phase of his revenge, grabbing both who are terrified to see themselves in the air, with it opening the fog so that they can see the ground, aiming to fill the their hearts in fear as he delighted in their screams of terror.
When they both look up in terror, they see a white and plush dragon that makes their hearts fill with terror at the same time that their eyes widen because they are seeing a being that should belong to myths and not reality.
Then, the half dragon takes them to an isolated place in the city, creating a magical barrier in the surroundings that blocked sounds and odors, and then, throwing them close to the ground and as soon as they touch the ground, ice chains are attached that arrest Jounouchi while Honda was enveloped by another set, as it remained hidden in the mist, making it all the more terrifying because they couldn't clearly see their attacker at the same time that the albino approached slowly until they noticed that it was the black hooded being that he approached them and that when he raised his hand to Honda, he pulled it abruptly, a kind of seal appeared on his forehead when he touched it with the tip of his index finger, and then the chains were undone.
"Run! Go get help!" Jounouchi exclaims desperately.
He is distressed to notice that the brunette did not move, even free of the chains, making him scream again for his friend to flee until he hears his voice filled with the purest despair.
"I can't move! I'm immobilized!" He watches the figure bending to pick him up from the ground as he wept and begged desperately. "Please don't! I beg you!"
"How many innocents did not beg when you physically or verbally assaulted them, besides humiliation and yet, did you continue? How many times did a young man with tricolored hair with amethyst eyes moistened by not spilled tears, begged to stop and did you continue to attack him? Now, I ask. Why should I listen to them? " The dragon princess asks as she makes her voice thick as she speaks in a terrifying whisper.
Then, Katsuya cries in terror as he sees Hiroto's bones being broken.

You can't hear it, but I can hear it clearly with the my hearing. " The princess of the dragons speaks as she smashes one bone at a time, beginning with each of the carpus.
Jounouchi struggles to free himself at the same time that he wanted to save his friend while he was terrified, as he heard Honda's lacerating cries of pain to the point that he had no more voice because his throat was raw, and then he had his teeth plucked one at a time after the nails have been plucked in the same way.
The situation was even more terrifying because he could not move her body, becoming merely a doll for her who used her magic to prevent him from bleeding to death, both externally and internally.
After breaking up with Hiroto, Yukiko throws him like a pile of garbage on her side.
Then, the half dragon extends his hand to him, healing him completely when a divine white fog fell on him, making the wounds he suffered disappear while re-healing his teeth at the same time that he healed his mind too, so that he didn't. go crazy. After she broke up with Jounouchi, she would do the same thing.
After she finished healing him, she arrested him again, and then walked to Katsuya who was fighting hard against the currents, although it was a lost cause while his face was wet with tears and there was only terror in his eyes. He was terrified of his friend's fate, knowing that soon, that would be his fate.
Then, the albino reaches out her dreaded hand and Katsuya cries in despair as an invisible force pulled him into the being in front of her as the student desperately tried to fight his capture, becoming terrified and equally desperate to see that his effort was fruitless because the hooded being did not move even a millimeter, even though he struck him with his feet, feeling that he had hit a concrete wall.
Jounouchi cries desperately when he sees the being extending his index finger, making him touch his forehead, with him feeling a strange sensation that took over his whole body, fixing himself on his spine, and then, the chains disappear, with he was terrified to see that he could not move and as Katsuya feared, the same torture is applied to him, with Honda watching while he was terrified to be healed because he feared going through the same suffering, again.
After he finishes with Jounouchi, she throws him in the corner as if it were trash, and then heals him, locking him back in chains while realizing that it would not be long before the sun rose on the horizon as he looked at the sky.
She closes her eyes and concentrates, discovering that the copies she made of the students were in their respective homes, making their relatives believe that they had been in their rooms all night.
After opening her eyes, the albino goes to both of them and extends her hand so that they are terrified, and then they feel a strong and inevitable drowsiness take them, making them fall into a deep sleep.
Then, the half dragon walks towards them and after approaching them, touches both foreheads, magically inducing what happened to both, so that they mistakenly thought it was just a nightmare that seemed very real, changing her view of a dragon from the snows to a black dragon with blue spots, belonging to a popular anime, helping in the character of the nightmare, together with the appearance of a hood based on a recently released film, making his choice of costume on purpose.
She also adds that they would only wake up with their alarm clock ringing, since they would already be in their bed, thus making them think it was, in fact, just an all too real nightmare.
Yukiko had also used magic so that they would never comment on that night to each other. If one of them tried to comment, magic would make him forget to comment.
After all, it would be strange if they both had the same dream.
Then she uses a replacement spell, replacing the clones that were lying in bed with the real ones and after they are magically transported in exchange for their rooms, the half dragon undoes the clones that fade in a fog while canceling their magic in surrounding.
After finishing her revenge, although she wanted to inflict more pain on both of them, she left the place she was in and returned to the center of Domino City, walking on the street in her human form.
However, before returning to her apartment, the dragon princess decides to climb to a high place, close to the Game Shop and sees through the skylight of Yuugi's room, the same asleep with his head resting on the table top while trying to set up Sennensui ( Sennen Pazuru), whose golden pieces were in front of him.
Smiling maternally, she carefully enters his room using the skylight while using magic to cancel out any sound in and around her. She walks over to the young man's wardrobe, picking up an eider down, then carefully covering it, trying to keep it fully wrapped, before maternally stroking his head, then retreating from the spot as she heads for the her apartment.
Within the pieces of Sennen Pazuru, Atemu realized that the young man fell asleep because he was holding one of the golden pieces in his hands.
Pharaoh had just finished his investigation and was furious to discover that the sensation came from one of the pieces that was too far from the others.
The tanned-skinned man did not believe that Yuugi would be relapsed with the golden pieces, considering how much he was focused on assembling the item and as he remembered when he felt that sensation, he realized that the sensation arose a few seconds after Jounouchi took his sarcophagus.
Therefore, he believed that Katsuya had stolen one of the gold pieces and feared that it was already on sale because it would be worth a considerable amount, since it was pure gold.
As he digested the fact that the item would never be complete and that he could not defend it, Atemu feels an immense hatred for the pair that tormented the young man because in addition to making him suffer, they deprived him of the chance to bring justice to the teenager by punishing those who made Yuugi suffer.
He swore to himself that if he could get the piece back by some miracle, he would make them pay bitterly for what they did because his fury could not be easily contained by having become as necessary as breathing.
However, at that moment, he could do nothing but get depressed, being heartbroken to learn that he could never defend the young man or bring the justice he deserved because the item would never be completed.
A few hours later, at Domino City High School, more precisely during the break, Yukiko comments that she would like to go to the library to get a book and asks if Kisara and Nuru wanted to follow her, with the girls agreeing.
"Do you want to follow us?" The tanned question asks Yuugi that he had just yawned because he was up late, trying to set up Sennen Pazuru.
"I think I will stay to finish the questions that the sensei (teacher) Omura went through." The young man comments after yawning again, taking a notebook out of his backpack to put it on the table.
"You haven't finished them yet, Yuugi-kun? Do you have any additional questions?" The silver question.

Yukiko asks, knowing that in another timeline, Yuugi delayed the realization of many of the lessons that the teachers passed as homework because of their obsession with setting up Sennensui, with the albino not condemning him.
After all, because of the memories he had of the original timeline, he had no friends and according to what his grandfather told him, Sennen Pazuru would grant a wish to anyone who rode it.
Therefore, desperately wishing to have a friend, he would dedicate a lot of time in his life to try to set up Sennen Aitemu, ending up neglecting some things, including his studies, ending up having to do his lessons at the last minute, making him unable assimilate the material correctly and when he got his first friend, Jounouchi, he did not care about his studies and ended up dragging Yuugi to have fun, with him following him without contesting him because he was happy to have a friend.
Yukiko knew from his acquaintance with her, Nuru and Kisara, how much he was capable of getting better grades than he had in the other timeline.
However, the young man with spiky and tricolor hair continued with the same problem that he had in the original timeline and that was the lack of confidence and the depreciation for himself, which had been reduced until he disappeared thanks to the presence of Atemu, making him over time a duelist confident in his abilities, without losing goodness, amiability and gentleness in his heart.
Even goodness was his greatest strength.
"I'm going to redo the last two calculations. You can go to the library." He speaks with his typical smile.
"We will be back soon, Yuugi-kun." Yukiko speaks smiling, before leaving, with Kisara and Nuru saying goodbye, too.
As she walked away with the twins, the half dragon remembered her immense desire to torture Ushio while sighing sadly because she knew she would need to leave that prey for Atemu.
However, as she thought about the fact that she could not claim this prey at first, she would not stop her from claiming it in a second moment, allowing the Student Monitor to be just a loan granted to Pharaoh.
After all, the penalty inflicted on him was not ideal for the dragon princess.
Of course, it would be immense suffering, but there were ways to aggravate or change it to something much worse and that would be a delight for her.
Even Yukiko smiled evilly when she imagined the perfect punishment for the ex-Student Monitor.
After they left, Mutou was still finishing one of the calculations when he heard a familiar voice, making him look surprised at the doorway of the classroom.
