Yuugi stays...
Chapter 24 - Deal
Wearing a mask and cape that covered her entire body, Yukiko approaches Atemu who asks, arching her right eyebrow as he thinks of some strategic spells to use against her, since it proves a threat to her host's body once who didn't want to start a fight whose chances of winning were against him, "Who are you?"
"It does not matter."
"What do you want?"
"Make a deal."
"An deal? Like this?"
"I cannot allow you to apply a Yami no Game on Jounouchi and Honda."
"Are you defending them? How dare you defend bullying bastards like them?" Pharaoh asks in an irritated voice, betraying his impassive features as he twisted his fists.
"No. I would never defend such despicable beings." She speaks with obvious disgust, as if what he says is highly offensive, not to mention disgusting.
The unusual answer baffles him.
"Then why do you wish to protect them from my fury for what they did to Mou Hitori no Ore?" The spirit asks with a confused face.
"For the future."
"Future"?
"Yes. As bizarre as my words are, they will become people of value to Yuugi, especially Katsuya."
Atemu is appalled by the conviction she showed in her voice, then looks at the albino in disbelief.
"That's impossible! Bullies will always be bullies. What you said sounds surreal, not to mention insane."
"The change has already begun for one of them. In the case of these two, the rule about bullies doesn't apply, although it's true for the overwhelming majority of cases. After all, once a bastard always a bastard."
"I do not believe that." He speaks in a tone of disbelief, unable to think of any plausible reason for Jounouchi and Honda's change of heart, considered the memories of their host.
"I know and I don't blame you for finding my words in the least surreal considering the memories you've accessed from Yuugi-kun. In your place, I would act the same way you are acting. So I don't condemn you for thinking that way."
"What proof do you have of that?"
"I see the past and the future. Because I see the future, I cannot allow your revenge against them in a Yami no Game. I will do anything to prevent it, believe it or not. I even believe you should have a sense of the my powers against yours. Surely you know you have no chance of defeating me in order to fulfill your initial intent against them."
"So, they're going to get away with everything they've done with the fluffy…I mean, with the Mou Hitori no Ore?"
The albino smiles and speaks, with Atemu getting to see a gentle smile beneath the mask, although it was not transparent and this was an odd sensation.
"Yuugi-kun is cute and adorable. You're right about his cuteness. Besides, I know that your feelings aren't just a Guardian, but something much deeper. You'd give your life for Yuugi-kun without blink. After all, for him, you would do anything because you love him unconditionally."
The Pharaoh is surprised to find that she knew the depth of his feelings and that in fact, she would die for him if need be and that she would give whatever her host asked because she had owned him in her heart for years.
"I think that's cute. Besides, I see Yuugi-kun as my dear son and I hope you'll take care of him. If you make him cry, he'll understand with me, do we understand?" She asks the end in a threatening tone.
The spirit senses the murderous intent and consents.
"His tears would be the worst torture for me because it would be an unbearable sight. I was seeing." He speaks after recovering from her overwhelming presence.
"I am happy to know that I will always try to make you happy."
"If, in fact, you have maternal feelings towards him, you should be punishing them both for what they did against Mou Hitori no Ore."
"I already did."
Atemu is appalled, then asks indignantly, "You can do it and I can't? That's not hypocris..."
"Not." She cuts him off abruptly. "Because I'm not forbidding it. I never said that. Don't put words in my mouth."
"But you said I couldn't play a Yami game on them." He comments confused.
"Yes. In fact, I forbade him to apply a Yami no Game to both of them. But there is another form of punishment and I can do that. In this case, it would be punishments that wouldn't cause problems for them during the day and yes, only at night as they fall asleep, with them being trapped in a vivid nightmare, only waking up at dawn and they wouldn't remember for the entire day. In addition, I will provide a magical healing process to preserve both their minds and bodies so they don't go crazy during the night, as well as preventing them from physically showing any hint of a nightmare should anyone enter their rooms."
"They should remember." The spirit comments, disguising his surprise at her suggestion.
"It's going to be ten hours of uninterrupted terror and no scream for anyone to wake you up. This punishment will only end when you wish. What do you choose as a vivid nightmare for both of you? Speak up and I will make it happen. This type of punishment is acceptable and acceptable. I believe it can appease your fury."
"Even if I accept and choose. How are we going to cast this spell other than tomorrow at school?" Pharaoh asks, arching his right eyebrow.
"I can magically bring them back. I said that I had punished them before and that I erased their memory of that event."
Atemu is surprised and after reflecting to himself, pondering the deal while remembering the enormous magical power she emanated, he sighs and consents because there was no choice and as he pondered her offer, he found that even the worst fate he could offer in a Yami in the game wouldn't come close to what I had in mind.
After all, the suffering would not be as long as she proposed.
So, despite being the opposite of what he had planned, her option seemed much better than his because he was not able to give that kind of punishment, even using the power of Sennen Aitemu and his magic.
He snaps out of his reflective state upon hearing the voice of the mysterious woman in front of him, "Do we have a deal?"
"Yes."
"Excellent. Tell them what their nightmare will be and it will be so vivid they won't know they're dreaming."
Noticing that Pharaoh seemed undecided about what the living nightmare should be like for her to put in Katsuya and Hiroto's mind, the half dragon decides to make a suggestion, "What do you think the nightmare consists of their bodies being slowly beaten and then ripped apart alive by monsters, with the pain being vivid and equally intense? Is it a suitable punishment? Remember that only you can free them from this punishment."
Atemu is thoughtful, pondering her suggestion for a few minutes while he is surprised by the albino's fertile imagination, then a smile appears on his lips.
"It's an excellent idea. I agree with the suggestion. How will you do that?"
"It's easy. I just do it..."
She concentrates and then snaps her fingers, making Jounouchi and Honda appear beside them, with both of them lying asleep and watching them, the Pharaoh found the boxer shorts they wore ridiculous because Honda's was teddy bears with honey pots and Jounouchi's was of puppies with their tongues sticking out, with both being extremely playful prints to the point of imagining that only children wore such prints.
Then, when both threaten to wake up to Atemu's sneering laughter, he watches a white mist rising from one of the half dragon's hands and enveloping them both, forcing them to sleep again.
After forcing them into a deep sleep, Yukiko approaches them and after bending her knees while squatting down, touches each of her hands to both foreheads at the same time, then mutters incomprehensible words as she concentrated, doing the their bodies glow, with the glow becoming concentrated in both their heads.
A few minutes later, she gets up and as she approaches him, she takes the spirit's hands with her hands that still glowed, with the Pharaoh feeling that something was passed on to him, and then the feeling ends at the same time that the glow disappeared from her hands after the half dragoa took her hands away from him.
"Done. Now I need to return them."
She concentrates again and snaps her fingers, both disappearing.
Then Yukiko walks away, turning her back on him as she walks into the white mist that enveloped them.
"What is your name?" he asks curiously.
"It does not matter."
"What are you? I feel like you're not fully human."
"It doesn't matter, even if our paths cross again." She speaks the ending mysteriously.
Then, without turning to the spirit, it enters the fog, then disappears.
After departing satisfactorily from the place, the half dragon of the divine snow clears the mist as she magically removed the mask and coat, returning to her original voice, then retreating from the place.
Atemu had not tried to follow her because he believed the magical mist would not allow him to follow her. He sighs as he felt that the magical area was gradually undone and after seeing the houses and establishments around him again, the Pharaoh decides to return to his host's room to return his body after lying in bed when he successfully sneaks through the tree and window.
The next day, Yuugi woke up and when he found that he was under his covers, he blinks his eyes and after sitting on the bed, he tries to remember the moment he lay in his bed the night before because his most recent memory was of fitting the last Sennen Pazuru's piece, with the young man failing to remember what happened next, and then misjudging that this gap in his memory was caused by the stress of Ushio's threat and his despair at not having the amount of money he demanded his.
Then, as quickly as this memory of the threat he suffered came, it dissipated, making him yawn as he stretched, only to realize that he must have been so tired the night before that he didn't even take off his uniform and get up, the young man ends up passing in front of the mirror inside one of the doors of his closet that was open and something catches his immediate attention, in this case, the item that was around his neck and as he watched it carefully, he vaguely remembered it being a piece of her Halloween outfit from last year, based on the character Edward from the movie "Edward Scissorhands." When he tried to take off the necklace, he felt a strange sensation that made him reverse his decision, starting to look at the piece that was around his neck from various angles in the mirror, and then think it looked good on him, deciding to leave it where it was while questioned when he had put it on.
Then his eyes turn to the thin rope that wrapped around his neck and reached Sennen Pazuru, with him taking the object in his hands, displaying immense happiness in his amethyst eyes that were expressive while he was ecstatic to see that in fact, he had mounted it, making him admire his treasure as he ran his hands over the relief of it, finding it beautiful and when he turned sideways to let it rest against his chest, he decided that he would give a excellent look for him, deciding that he would wear it daily when he found that the item and the accessory around his neck gave an interesting air to his figure, unaware of the fact that Atemu influenced him in his decision to keep the Sennen Aitemu with him.
As for Sennen Pazuru, he was Yuugi's dear treasure and he would make his wish come true, making his conviction to carry the object even stronger, making him want to always be with Sennen Pazuru and when he touches its surface, he remembers the feeling of comfort and security that the object gave him, no matter how strange this thought was.
As he directs his gaze to his desk and sees the item he used as a safe, open and with his meager savings on display, memories of what Ushio did and his threat come back forcefully, making him gasp as he questioned the why he had forgotten about it a few minutes ago, as soon as he woke up, making him have the strangest feeling that something seemed to make him forget about this event when it crossed his mind.
When Yuugi starts to get desperate as he remembers Tetsuo's threat, he feels an intense pain in his head that makes him kneel down as the item starts to glow, with him getting the distinct impression that he hears a gentle baritone voice along with the sensation of a gentle caress in her mind, the words resonating as if they were a whisper and in a tone of unquestionable order:
"Forget the threat."
Atemu decided to erase that memory from his mind. He just didn't erase the memory of the spanking because his friends or his grandfather could comment on something and it would be weird if he didn't have any memory of being beaten by the Student Monitor.
Therefore, he had decided to give his host peace of mind by making him forget the threat that was the source of his stress and fear.
Yuugi stands up, the pain in his mind fading as a golden eye appears on his forehead.
After standing in front of the mirror with his eyes glazed over, giving the impression that he was in a kind of trance, the eye disappears at the same time his eyes clear after this memory is completely erased from his mind.
The tricolor-haired young man blinks his eyes, then arches his right eyebrow, feeling that he was forgetting something important, then shrugs his shoulders, mistakenly thinking that he was imagining things at the same time as he was again admiring his new ones accessories and when looking at the table, he sees the object he used as a safe with the money spread out, making him arch his brow, wondering why the object was on his desk.
So, deciding it was a negligible concern as he shook his head from side to side, he collects the money and coins, then puts them in the object, not realizing that inside the safe, more precisely at the bottom of the container, there were forty thousand yen and that the notes were no longer pierced as a result of Pharaoh's magic.
After putting the object away, he remembers the beating and starts to look at his body, being surprised to see that he did not feel any pain and that his wounds were gone, making him smile immensely, and then arch his brow, starting to reflect the reason for not feeling any pain.
Then, as abruptly as the thought of his injuries came, it disappeared, causing him to forget their seriousness as Atemu changed his perception of the seriousness of his injuries, making his host believe that the injuries had not been so serious as he thought and that just one night's sleep was enough to aid healing.
Considering this explanation plausible due to the influence of the Pharaoh who had free access to his memories and thoughts because the chamber of Yuugi's soul and heart is always open, the teenager decides to head to the bathroom, taking off his clothes and accessories.
After taking a shower, he dries his body and changes, putting on a clean uniform he took out of his drawers while discarding the clothes from the day before in the laundry basket, then putting the collar around his neck and the Sennen Pazuru in his neck.
Then, a sound catches his attention, and then he hears a familiar ringtone, looking for his smartphone until he hears it playing among the discarded items of clothing in the basket.
Promptly, he starts looking for the object and is relieved to find it when he spotted the screen partially glowing in one of the pockets of his pants discarded in the laundry basket.
